El Tribunal Supremo ha condenado al fiscal general Álvaro García Ortiz a dos años de inhabilitación y a pagar 7.200 euros de multa y 10.000 euros a Alberto González Amador por revelación de secretos. La sentencia completa aún no está escrita; el Supremo solo ha adelantado el fallo.
La decisión del tribunal llega menos de una semana después de que quedara visto para sentencia el juicio a Álvaro García Ortiz, acusado de filtrar un correo que el abogado de Alberto González Amador había enviado a la Fiscalía.
