Hösten är en härlig tid att springa på! Antingen för att hålla fast i sommarkänslan eller för att komma igång med löpningen bland gulnande löv och i extra frisk luft. Maria håller på och startar om sin löpning efter en motig sommar. Carina har inte riktigt hittat någon bra springrutin alls.

"Planera mera. Ta dig tid. Det viktigaste är att få in kontinuiteten" säger Helena.
Efter en springrunda bör man fylla på med mineraler och salter. Du får Marias recept på en banansmoothie med kokosvatten, rik på elektrolyter.
För en person behöver du: 2,5 dl cocosvatten, en halv apelsin, en halv banan, en näve spenat, 1 msk chiafrön + 1 skopa proteinpulver. Mixa allt i blender, förutom chiafröna som rörs i på slutet. Låt stå 10 min innan du dricker den.
