20 procent av alla svenskar lever med långvarig smärta, ett tillstånd som tär på både kroppen och psyket. En av dem är veckans gäst, Blossom Tainton, träningsprofilen, artisten och författare till boken ”Bortom smärtan” (Mondial). När hon skulle fylla 50 kände hon sig på topp men sedan rasade allt. Efter många års kamp mot artros och muskelreumatism har hon testat det mesta inom smärthantering. Personligt och med mycket humor och stor självdistans berättar hon om sin fysiska och mentala berg-och-dalbana, och hur det var att gå från ett aktivt liv till en vardag präglad av rehab och läkarbesök. "Det var när Maria skrev till mig 'Bli frisk! Du behövs' som jag kom igång", säger Blossom. Maria och Carina delar också sina starkaste smärtminnen.
