Edmonton Oilers Acquire Isaac Howard from the Lightning

The Edmonton Oilers made a late-night move, acquiring forward prospect Isaac Howard from the Tampa Bay Lightning in exchange for Sam O'Reilly. The 2022 first-round pick signed his three-year entry-level contract shortly after the deal was finalized. Is this a fair swap?
