Daily Puck Drop, Tue., July 8 : Friendship, "bad fans" , and the Tuba Man

On today’s Daily Puck Drop, Jason “Puck” Puckett is joined by Jim Duquette of MLB Network Radio and he chats with John Canzano, JohnCanzano.com.   Puck opens the show discussing Julio’s placement on the All-Star team and he wonders why so many are outraged over people like Puck saying he didn’t deserve to be an All-Star this season. If you think he didn’t deserve a spot, it doesn’t make you a bad fan. 

Jim Duquette, MLB Network Radio joins Puck to discuss Julio’s selection to the game, plus, the rumors of a Ronald Acuna Jr. trade, the Washington Nationals cleaning house, the continued pitching problems for the Dodgers, how the Rays continue to be so good and looking ahead to the All-Star game. 

Puck welcomes John Canzano from JohnCanzano.com, and John starts off detailing his crazy Fourth of July and his obsession with fireworks.  They transition over to the Pac-12 and talk about the possibility of Memphis joining the conference as a football only member, his recent interview with commissioner Teresa Gould, celebrating the life of an all-time great Oregon State fan and the sad state of the WNBA and players treatment toward Caitlin Clark.
