Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America the night President Trump, the peacemaker,
our commander in chief, brokering a landmark sees fire deal
between Israel and Hamas, freeing hostages and marking the end
of the two year conflict, culminating in a major diplomatic.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Breakthrough in the Middle East.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
Plus Tonight, in a delicious twist of ironic faith, that
radical New York Attorney General Letitia James, who spent years
weaponizing her office to after Trump and his allies, now
getting a taste of her own medicine.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Charged with mortgage fraud.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
We'll show you that, And alleged donor pressure and political blowback.
House scrutiny over foreign influence, fueled by conspiracy theorists and
so called social media influencers has now taken a dramatic
turn in the wake of Charlie Kirk's assassination. We'll speak
with one of his closest friends to night about all
that and more. I'm Dan Ball, and Real America starts

(00:52):
right now.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
And after so many years of unceasing war and endless danger,
today the skies are calm, the guns are silent, the
sirens are still, and the sun rises on a holy
land that is finally at peace, a land and a
region that will live, God willing in.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
Peace for all eternity. Thank you, mister President. History made
in the Middle East. Early early this morning, President Donald
Trump during a Marx in Jerusalem, after Israel Hamas agreed
to the first phase of his planned ceasefire, All twenty
surviving hostages held by Hamas and Gaza for over two

(01:39):
years have been released and returned as part of the agreement.
The release coincides with President Trump's visit to Israel, where
he received a hero's welcome and declaring the war is over,
emphasizing now there is a new path towards peace and
prosperity in all of the Middle East.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
Let's hope. So.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
The ceasefire deal involved Israel releasing approximately two thousand in
Palestinian prisoners in exchange for the hostages. Trump also attended
to follow up peace summit in Egypt with over twenty
world leaders discussing now post war arrangements, the peace plans,
next stages, and the formal end of the Israel Hamas war.
Egyptian leaders also honored President Trump with the Order of

(02:18):
the Nile, its highest civilian honor, recognizing his role in
ending the conflict. In addressing Israeli Parliament, the President says,
it's time for a new chapter in the Middle East.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
For so many families across this land, it has been
years since you've known a single day of true peace.
But now, at lasts, not only for Israelis, but also
for Palestidians and for many others, the long and painful
nightmare is finally over.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
And as the.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
Dust settles, the smoke phades, the debris is removed, and
the ashes cleaned from the air, the day that breaks
on a region transformed, and a beautiful and much brighter
future appears suddenly within your reach. This is now a
very exciting.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
Time for Israel and for the entire.

Speaker 3 (03:15):
Middle East, because all across the Middle East, the forces
of chaos, terra and ruin that have plagued the region
for decades now stand weakened, isolated, and totally defeated.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
This major breakthrough that's being credited to President Trump's uncompromising,
non conventional approach. I mean, could you see Kamala trying
to work this deal or any deal place America led
diplomacy force regional players like Israel, like the Gulf Arab States,
and Egypt, Turkey, Guitar, all of them to the table,

(03:51):
uniting them in shared interests instead of trying to posture
with different ideology.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
That's so DJT.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
It's unlike anybody else, I mean, think about it, Unlike
the Biden regime, which attempted to what split the difference.
Let's act like this is a massive genocide. By the way,
there's new numbers out that prove it was not. Most
the deaths were from Hamas. We'll get to that in
a second. But to see what Trump is, he leaned
into his strengths. He made his demands clear, and then

(04:23):
he wanted to enforce guarantees in the deal, and he
brought all the players to the table. But he also
started with economics, because that's the smart way to do
it right. Trump's earlier success with the Abrams Accords, which
normalized relations between Israel and several of the Arab states,
laid that groundwork for now, the trust and the regional
cooperation that made this ceasefire possible today. Earlier today, the

(04:47):
President signed the historic Middle East Peace Deal. After Hamas
released those hostages, I said, ceasefire already begun. Israel started
pulling back troops over the weekend. Leaders from Egypt, Turkey,
Guitar and other major Western nations ended the signing today,
Trump framing the moment as a century's long turning point,
calling it three thousand years in the making.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
We have finally after I guess they say three thousand years.
I've heard from three thousand years to five hundred years.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
But whatever it is, it's a lot.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
But this was the one.

Speaker 4 (05:18):
This was the granddaddy of them all.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
And frankly, I thought this was probably going to be
the toughest, and maybe in many ways it was.

Speaker 2 (05:26):
But we had a lot of good talent.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
Steve Whitcuff, Jared and Marco and Pete and General Caine
was so great. John Ratcliffe was incredible.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
Joining us now the way in on this historic peace
deal at our forty seventh President Donald J.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
Trump was able to pull off.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
He's a former White House Deputy Press Secretary under Trump,
now Senior advisor for Communications at the America First Policy Institute.
Mapel Hogan Gidley back on the show, he got it
right the first time. It's three thousand years. If the
folks out there that want to keep calling the Jewish
state and the Jewish people colonizers and committing genocide should
read their Bible a little bit more and realize that

(06:05):
the Philistines are the Palestinians that drove the Israelites out
over thirty five hundred years ago, and it's their land.
But anyway, I digress. For those social media influencers who
think they know all, Hogan, how are you, my friend.

Speaker 5 (06:18):
I'm doing really well, Dan, Thanks so much.

Speaker 6 (06:20):
I'm just in awe of this administration what they were
able to accomplish in the first term with the Abraham Accords,
rallying the region around.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
A common enemy and Iran, something.

Speaker 6 (06:31):
That the experts told us experts would make the region
devolve into a healthscape. And Trump was like, well, what
is it now? There's a war breaking out all over
the place. It's been tumult for centuries. What do you
mean And he said, well, I'm going to move the
embassy you'll remember, to its rightful place in Jerusalem. Oh no,
you can't do that, sir. We're experts. We've been studying

(06:52):
this now for decades. It's going to really.

Speaker 5 (06:54):
Hurt the region. They're going to be angry.

Speaker 6 (06:56):
You can't recognize the goal on heights that's going to ruin,
the region going to break out into war.

Speaker 5 (07:02):
You can't take out terrorists leaders.

Speaker 6 (07:03):
You don't understand it's it's going to make the region unstable.
He did all those things, recognize the reality on the ground,
not to mention the fact he recognizes, as a pragmatist
and a realist that he is how the world actually is,
not how he wants it to be. And he adjusts
his policy accordingly. And you had Abraham Accords in the
first administration. Now you come along and after seven hundred

(07:27):
and what eighty some odd days under the you know,
most of it under the first administration of Joe Biden,
who did nothing, who didn't lift a finger except to
placate the terrorists, Donald Trump comes in and just in
eight months, he's got this thing wrapped.

Speaker 5 (07:41):
Up in a bow.

Speaker 6 (07:42):
A lot of things still left to be you know,
figured out, hashed out. But this is a massive accomplishment,
if not the biggest accomplishment of this short term for
President Donald J.

Speaker 5 (07:54):
Trump.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
I mean, come on, it's October thirteenth, We're only nine
months in to this administration, right, and look at the
things this president has accomplished. The drug prices that we're
going to talk about that later in the show that
are coming down now piece in the Middle East, meeting

(08:15):
with Zelensky this Friday to try and get Ukraine Russia
war wrapped up, closing the border on day one, deporting
thousands of illegals in criminal MS thirteen And I mean, whoa,
that only took a few seconds to talk about. And
he's got so many more accomplishments, Hogan.

Speaker 6 (08:32):
I mean, you know, you know, not to mention bringing
hostages home like we've never seen before, lowering taxes for
all Americans and the working families tax cut through Congress,
the big beautiful bill, all of these things, working to
improve the lives of all Americans. We've talked about this
many times. Danny didn't get the credit for it. He
should get the Nobel Peace Prize. You know, he doesn't

(08:55):
even deserve it at this point.

Speaker 5 (08:57):
He just owed it. He's owed several Let's be honest, that's.

Speaker 2 (09:01):
Never gonna happen. And that's okay.

Speaker 1 (09:02):
At least the winner this year dedicated it to him,
right that. Yeah, Freedom fighting gal out for Venezuela dedicated.
Even Putin came out what on Friday and said, after
all President Trump's done, even though he's ripping him for
this war in Ukraine.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
He deserves it.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
I mean, that's pretty bad when your foes are saying, hey, hey, Committee,
you messed up.

Speaker 6 (09:21):
Yeah yeah, and MSNBC, Washington Post some of their reporters saying, yeah,
this is all because of him, ABC, Martha Radits, Hey,
it's all because of Donald Trump.

Speaker 5 (09:30):
They're now seeing this.

Speaker 6 (09:31):
And it's too bold and too big for them to ignore.
It's too bold and too big for them to pretend
as though it's somebody else's success. Everyone knows this is
because of Donald Trump. He couldn't have done this, you know,
without his incredible team. But he leads the way and
he's the one who sets the tone. I said this
when he was elected. As soon as he became president

(09:53):
of the United States, we're more feared, we're more loved,
and we're more respected on the global stage. This is
a perfect example of all three of those things. When
he comes in, takes control, and this is the piece
through strength doctrine. This is a perfect example of that.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
Amen and the best way to end it now if
all parties will hold that's the key. The next key,
pull the idea of troops back, get Hamastas surrender those
arms and then either you leave or you get amnesty.
But you don't have weapons, and you try to live
in peace. And if you don't follow that, well then
you've heard what Beason Trump has said.

Speaker 5 (10:32):
This deals happening one way or the other.

Speaker 2 (10:35):
There.

Speaker 6 (10:35):
It's either going to be through the peaceful resolution donald
Trump is outlined, or through the war that he also
outlined when he said, I'm what let is will do
its thing.

Speaker 5 (10:45):
So regardless, I think we're going to see this happen.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
There you go, Hogan Gidley is always thanks for the input,
take care of other appreciate you appreciate it. So Neale,
remember when that corrupt New York Attorney General Letitia James
is running for reelection, and all she spoke about was
I'll get Donald Trump.

Speaker 2 (11:02):
I'll take him, I'll get him, I'll nail him.

Speaker 1 (11:04):
Nothing about policy, nothing about nailing the bad guys. Just
I'm gonna get Trump. Well, well, well the tables turn.
She's now in trouble for dirty mortgage deals.

offer you the ability to live stream One America News
Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV, or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store, search out FORN, then

(13:37):
enjoy all the great programming offered by including my show
Real America.

Speaker 2 (13:54):
Welcome Back.

Speaker 1 (13:54):
So some of the figures who once put Donald Trump
under the microscope are now discovering that guess what, when
things turn around, it's called fair play, especially if you're
the crook they loved putting Trump in the hot seat
and saying no one's above the law.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
Neither you.

Speaker 1 (14:11):
Former Trump national security advisor John Bolton wants a key
player in impeachment drama against potis now reportedly facing federal
criminal charges himself.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
Oh, Johnny can't hide behind that.

Speaker 1 (14:23):
Mustache, sources say the Justice Departments bring to indict Bolton
or relegations tied to classified information that he put out
in his twenty twenty book.

Speaker 2 (14:32):
Yeah, uh huh.

Speaker 1 (14:35):
Again this was without White House clearance, but he cashed
in on secrets, didn't you. From FBI Director Christopher Ray,
once shielded by the establishment and es central figure in
investigations that targeted Trump, now also under federal inquiry recording
in news reports, prosecutors have issued multiple subpoenas in what
sources call the Ray Inquiry, examining false statements, possiblest diction,

(15:00):
and abusive power. Then there's former SEAI director John Brennan
under scrutiny. Both these guys instrumental in the intelligence driven
offenses that were against President Trump during his first presidency,
and that brings us to the equally detestable ag for
New York Letitia James. Remember who led the charge against

(15:21):
Donald Trump. We watched the courtroom drama unfold every day. Well,
guess what, ironically this lying who took President Trump to
court on charges of inflating his property value. Remember they
said mar Lago was only worth eighteen million bucks.

Speaker 2 (15:38):
Uh huh.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
Turns out she was doing exactly what she accused President
Trump of lying about her income about her properties, all
to secure favorable mortgage terms. A grand jury in Virginia
has now charged James with bank fraud and making false
statements over a twenty twenty more on one of her

(16:00):
homes in Norfolk, Virginia. Prosecutor say she lied claiming the
house was her second residence to get sweeter terms, then
turned out she actually rended.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
It back out for profit by faking her status.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
She allegedly stole nearly nineteen thousand dollars and listened savings,
all while preaching from her pulpit about don't abuse your power.
Donald Trump. Sounds like you did, lady. Our next guest
has plans to knock James off of her political perch,
hopefully once and for all. Michael Henry's running for Attorney
General of New York, saying that the time for politicized

(16:34):
justice is over. Henry says the New York Attorney's General
office under James has turned into a partisan weapon and
she must be defeated. He's advocating for a justicism dedicated
to fairness, not political vendettas, and joining me now to
sound off about this glorious news that she's now in
the hot seat. He's an attorney and, as I said,

(16:55):
candidate for New York's Attorney general. And look at that
big smile. Michael Henry on the program. Michael, when you
heard the news last week, what was your first response?

Speaker 8 (17:06):
Not surprised? I mean I ran against her in twenty
twenty two, and I knew a lot of these types
of issues existed. I mean the one property obviously in
twenty twenty three was post election. But you know, the media,
I always joked, they made her into this Margaret Thatcher
of attorney generals when apparently it looks like she was
the elon Omar Attorney generals. And the problem you have
here is when you listen to people in the Democrat

(17:27):
Party who are defending her, they say it's shocking, it's weaponization.
No one ever says she didn't do it. No one
ever says that you can't go look into the county
clerk records in Virginia, or you can't go into the
actress filing system in the New York City for the
public records on land and see that her mortgage note
twice said she was married to her father, that she

(17:48):
had obtained a mortgage for a five family, saying it
was a four family. That in twenty twenty she signed
a second home a rider in Virginia, claiming a property
was her second home, that on her taxes she had
it down in his investment property, and then twenty on.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
Hold on, you're saying that the one in Virginia that
I brought up that she's in trouble for was just
the icing on the cake. She had done this mortgage
fraud several times before on other.

Speaker 8 (18:11):
Properties, spanning back to nineteen eighty three, So for forty
plus years she's she's a barred attorney who claims all
the time she was trained by the best, and she's
the best. You can't have it both ways. You're either
trained by the best and know what you're doing, and
you did this to get a lower monthly interest rate,
which that seems to be all these different instances that
was the goal here, or you weren't trained by the

(18:34):
best and you lacked the basic reading comprehension skills of
a middle schooler. Because I could walk into any middle
school with a mortgage loan that says father and daughter,
and the kid's going to turn around to me and say, look,
I'm not married to my dad. I mean, this is
basic reading comprehension. She's done it over and over.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (18:49):
And you know what's interesting is last year when we
were watching Trump have to come down in the motorcade
and go to that courtroom every day in New York
and deal with this crap about his businesses, and here
Latitia the rest of them lie and say you overestimated.
And then hear the bank say, we don't think did
anything wrong. We'll work with him again. We like his business.
Here's what's funny. Show him the tweet February sixteenth, twenty

(19:11):
twenty four. When powerful people cheat to get better loans,
it comes at the expense of hardworking people.

Speaker 2 (19:16):
You don't say everyday.

Speaker 1 (19:18):
Americans cannot light to the bank to get a mortgage,
and then if they did, our government would throw the
book at them. This simply cannot be different rules for
different people. Leave that up as we give Michael the
final word. I view this as complete cover for her
own indiscretions, rules for thee and not for me.

Speaker 2 (19:39):
How about it, Michael Henry.

Speaker 8 (19:41):
Look, when she first ran for city council years ago,
she owned a pretty large amount of back taxes there's
also another home equity line that nobody brought up that
when she was working in the city government, she basically
got a zero interests home equity line and credit on
the property. And by the way, that judgment that Crown
Jewel was tossed out by the most liberal court in
the state of New York, the First Department. And she

(20:02):
I could tell you, I know a lot of things
about her. And I knew these things because there's a
lot of Democrats, judges and people in the state legislature
who over the years told me they were on the
opposite end of her bullying. And this is her basically
not going to get sympathy. Everyone acts like this is
going to be a sympathy thing for her. It's not,
because you can't go around punching people in the face
and then when somebody finally hits you back play the victim.

(20:23):
She's in over her head. She knows it. And by
the way, that ten million dollars slush fund that she
wants the people of New York to subsidize her legal bills.
Guess whose law firm she hired from that slush fund
that Kathy Holkl got through the state legislature. Kathy Holkl's
husband's law firm.

Speaker 1 (20:37):
Oh, I said, they're all so in bed, it's disgusting.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
Michael, that's the luck for you. Check him out on
X It's Michael.

Speaker 1 (20:46):
Henry for AG if you want to learn more about
his bid to be the next Attorney General for the
great State of New York. We have got to get
her out of there. I hope she's rotting in a
jail cell a year from now. Thank you, Michael, appreciate you.

Speaker 8 (20:58):
Thank you for having me. As always, Dan, I appreci yep.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
Coming up, prescription drug prices here in the US are
about to get a whole lot cheaper, I mean hugely cheaper,
all thanks to President Trump.

Speaker 2 (21:10):
Details Next, Hey, did you know.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
That One America News network has launched a twenty four
to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it
free Talk forty five. So why is it branded free
Talk forty five. Well, free talk because you will not
be censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five
because forty five is a really lucky number. So join

(21:40):
us at free Talk forty five and express yourself with
no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your cable provider
doesn't offer one America News Network, you should get them
a call and kindly demand that they carry away in

(22:03):

(22:27):

that all three platforms offer you the ability to live

Speaker 2 (22:39):
Or Amazon Fire device.

enjoy all the great programming offered BYN, including my show
Real America. Viewers are always asking me how can they

all you can watch. Again, simply go to cloudtv dot com.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
And do it.

Speaker 1 (23:23):
Today MAHA making America healthy again and working for the
American people.

Speaker 2 (23:42):
That's what President Trump and.

Speaker 1 (23:43):
Bobby and doctor Oz and they've all been trying to accomplish.
Make stuff more affordable, more accessible, more transparent. How about
we get into using healthy alternatives and so much chemical
based crap. But if you do have to take big
farm pharmaceuticals, which you know I'm no fan of, how
about we at least know what's in them, what the

(24:05):
side effects are, and can they be somewhat affordable. Several
major pharmaceutical companies are now announcing direct to consumer sales
and massive price reductions in the good old US of
a thanks to President Trump.

Speaker 2 (24:20):
Again.

Speaker 1 (24:21):
This is in response to Trump's initiatives to lower drug
prices and eliminate the middle guy.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
That's making all the markup right.

Speaker 1 (24:28):
The Trump administration plans to launch trumparx dot gov in
early twenty twenty six to offer hugely, hugely discounted prescription drugs.
Several major companies like Astrozenka and Pfizer have reached agreements
with the Trump administration to lower these prices in America
through the Most Favored Nation pricing, direct to consumer sales

(24:52):
and increase their domestic investment here in our country. Now,
most Favored Nation pricing matches the lowest price offered in
all developed nations.

Speaker 2 (25:05):
That's about time. Why don't we always get stuck with it? Right?

Speaker 1 (25:08):
In exchange, AstraZeneca receives a three year exemption from pharmaceutical tariffs,
allowing time to shift more US production domestically here at home.
The move expected a pressure than other big pharma to
follow suit, potentially leading to the wider industry adoption of
what Trump calls again most favored Nation pricing.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
It's a real simple model.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
If you're selling it, I think Trump said this in
the press conference, if you're selling it overseas to the
UK or Germany or France or somewhere there for twenty bucks.
But I'm paying two hundred bucks in America. That's the kraker.
You know what, how about twenty bucks for all?

Speaker 9 (25:46):
He saw something twenty years ago. He learned that we
were playing three, four, or five, sometimes ten times for
the same drug as they were plant banging in European countries.

Speaker 4 (25:59):
Some of these drugs manufacturing.

Speaker 9 (26:00):
Facilities in New Jersey and then sold for one tenth
of price in grapevin in London or Paris, that Americans
were being charged for them here.

Speaker 4 (26:11):
He saw that this was unfair.

Speaker 9 (26:13):
Every Democratic president, every Republican president, that this was the
this was the gold standard.

Speaker 4 (26:20):
This is what we needed to do.

Speaker 9 (26:22):
Angst to the President's leadership, to the tariffs and to
the common sense the President has demonstrated in his own
commitment to make drug prices lower for hard working Americans.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
There it is here now to weigh in on this
monumental news regarding US drug prices as a physician, an author,
and a medical researcher, Doctor Eric Deputi back on the program, Doc.

Speaker 2 (26:48):
Nice to see you again.

Speaker 1 (26:49):
I like what Bobby said because we have heard I
don't know how many presidents in my lifetime, at least
I think I heard Reagan talk about drug prices when
I was a little kid. My grandmother was watching in
the early eighties. I know both Bushes, Clinton, Obama, Biden,
and Trump they've all said we're going to lower prices.

Speaker 2 (27:10):
No one has ever done it like this.

Speaker 1 (27:13):
And the exact quote was the President had said on
that press conference Friday that if you're buying a certain
drug for twenty dollars in London, why does it cost
two hundred in New York City and from now on,
starting next year.

Speaker 2 (27:26):
If it's twenty there, it's twenty here. Dan.

Speaker 10 (27:30):
Look, first of all, this is probably one of the
most common sense moves that this administration has made so far,
and they've already made a lot of really great rights.
And I'll just tell you, as not just as a physician,
but as a common sense human being that lives in America.
Being able to understand that we're going to get favored
nation pricing, why we never had that before still to

(27:51):
this date, blows my mind. In fact, this morning during rounds,
I was speaking with a group of doctors about this,
and what we're most excited about, Dan, is the fact
that we now as physicians can just make recommendations and
not have to worry about the pricing of the drugs
as much. I mean, think about this. When we're making recommendations,
we've got to make sure the insurance companies on board
with it, the patients can afford it. I mean, doctors

(28:14):
just need to be doctors and let the bureaucrats out
of our way. And what I love about this, there's
more to this than what's being released already. I mean, Dan,
the fact that we're going to be able to go
direct to consumer with this model is a huge, huge
change for our healthcare delivery system in America. And if
you look at the changes that are going to be
making with the pharmaceutical you know, the PBMs, the pharmaceutical managers,

(28:38):
the middleman that we're paying, you know, twenty thirty plus
percent of our drug costs to how much that's going
to save the taxpayer. So we're moving in a very
common sense direction. We're getting more affordable access to real
healthcare to people now, and that's huge, Dan.

Speaker 1 (28:53):
Yeah, So cutting out that middleman. I'm just waiting for
the headline from MSNBC to say Donald Trump puts big
pharma middle men out of work.

Speaker 10 (29:03):
Listen, the PBMs, the PBMs are what's causing so much havoc.

Speaker 2 (29:08):
I mean, listen.

Speaker 10 (29:09):
I used to do a tremendous amount of work with
with local compounding pharmacies and small mom and pop pharmacies.
They're not around anymore, Dan, and this gives an opportunity
to bring some of that common sense back to our
nation that's struggling again. I love what Bobby says. He
always talks about common sense, and I love the fact
that he quotes you know, common sense, the fact that

(29:31):
the definition of insanity is doing the same thing again
and again and expecting a different result. I mean, Einstein
said that. And we're finally making some changes, and I
know not everybody feels it yet, but it's coming and
it's coming fast.

Speaker 1 (29:43):
All right, There's a few other things that went down
last week or so when it comes to the Maha movement.
But of course, yeah, all eyes have been on the
wars and the least in Ukraine and President Trump making
great strides there with that massive piece deal today getting
the hostages home and now he's working on Ukraine.

Speaker 2 (29:58):
Later this week.

Speaker 1 (29:59):
But in the midst of all that, as you said,
there's been amazing things he's been doing alongside of Bobby
Kennedy and doctor Oz on the MAHA front.

Speaker 2 (30:07):
So let's review a couple other things.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
Before this all came out last week, everybody was talking
about Thailand all and I don't know if you came on,
we discussed that idiotic trend that some pregnant, radical left
wing American women were doing where they were videotaping themselves
chugging Tyland all to be like, yeah, screw you, Trump,
I'll take Tyland all here's the headline, Tyler and all,

(30:33):
and the FDA knew about the risk of autism for years.
Brand new surfaced emails show dating back wait for it,
is this right, seventeen years at least in two thousand
and eight, and I'm sure there's probably emails before that.
But again, this is what we now know. There is

(30:54):
proof that they knew. The FDA knew. No one told
pregnant women in this country.

Speaker 10 (31:01):
Doc Dan, every doctor, every single doctor of every background,
I don't care if you're a medical doctor, an osteopath,
and chiropractor. Every one of them studied out of Guidance's
physiological textbook and it tells you that a seto minifin
clearly blocks the pathway of glutathion in the body, which
is why people get liver damage, kidney damage, ringing in
the ears, and neurological dysfunction. And I'm sure you probably

(31:24):
saw on social media the increase in emergency room visits
because people were overdosing on a seto minifit. In protest
to what Bobby came out and shared, I mean, this
is absolutely insanity. Look, I don't I'm going to try
to be as polite as I can with this. But
all I know is that if evolution is real and

(31:45):
Darwinism is real, we should be seeing a lot of
cleaning up of the of the craziness in the population
just from people overdosing on acetomnifit. This is one of
the most common sense conversations out there. All doctors have
known this from day one, and the fact that we're
just now talking about it, it's crazy. Back in two thousand,
it was either seventeen or twenty nineteen on X Actually

(32:07):
I guess it was Twitter at the time. Tyland All
even put out there this is not something for pregnant
women to be taken.

Speaker 1 (32:13):
Right, That was your correct I think that was eighteen.
We showed that tweet from Tyler and All last week
or week before when we were discussing when this news
broke and when the idiots on the left were taking
I'm trying to prove Trump wrong, and I believe unfortunately,
there was at least one case of one pregnant woman
going into a coma. I don't know if she made
it after chugging Tylan and All. Anyway, come on, folks,

(32:34):
your life, your baby's life worth trying to show it
to Trump. Listen listen to the medical professionals. It's been
out there for years, and now we know with email
proof it's.

Speaker 2 (32:43):
Been out for at least fifteen years.

Speaker 1 (32:44):
Y'all should have been paying attention or longer, Doctor Eric Neputi,
as always, thank you for winning. I can't wait to
see those prices go down. Not that I'm on a
big pharma because I don't take anything. I hate big pharma.
As you know, there's lots of natural remedies out there
that God puts all aroun around us. Doc, Thank you,
appreciate you, brother, you too, stick around. Up next, an

(33:06):
extended interview with one of Charlie Kirk's longtime close friends
and confidence executive producer of his talk show, Andrew, called
it next Stay with Us. Hey, if your cable provider
doesn't offer one America News network, you should give him
a call and kindly demand that they carry OAN. Now

(33:28):
you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable provider
will not know that there is a strong demand across
this country for one America News network. So please call
your cable company today and kindly ask or demand that
they add ANN to their channel Lineup. Hey, everyone, here's

(33:52):
a question for you what does Roku TV, Apple TV,
and Amazon fireTV all have in common. The answer is
that all three platforms offer you the ability to live
stream One America News Network from your Roku TV AppleTV
or Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store,
search out for an then enjoy all the great programming

(34:15):
offered by ON, including my show Real America. Viewers are
always asking me how can they watch OAN live?

Speaker 2 (34:27):
The solution is simple.

Speaker 1 (34:28):
It's a streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled
klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe
to watch twenty four to seven live feeds of OAN.
The live package is only two dollars and fifty cents
per month for all you can watch. Again, simply go

(34:49):
to cloudtv dot com and do it today. Hey, did
you know that One America News Network has launched a
twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're
calling it free Talk forty five. So why is it
branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because you
will not be censored for expressing your opinion there, and

(35:13):
forty five because forty five is a.

Speaker 2 (35:15):
Really lucky number.

Speaker 1 (35:17):
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation ever. Welcome back, folks,
So I don't have to tell you if you spend
any amount of time on social media. There's been a

(35:39):
growing controversy swirling around messages sent by Charlie Kirk before
his assassination, particularly regarding pressure from Jewish donors over his
stance on the war between Israel and Hamas, and the
subsequent reactions from conspiracy theorist and so called influencers out there,
to me, are just getting out of hand, and I

(36:00):
thought I would address it, but I also don't want
to address it to the degree that I give.

Speaker 2 (36:03):
It any validity.

Speaker 1 (36:05):
Nor do I mention folks that may or may not
be aligned in the America First Movement. Why because one,
I don't like trash talking folks. Because I want to
use this platform to build up this nation, to build
up the MAGA America First Movement that Donald Trump and
all of US patriots started ten years ago. And so

(36:26):
with that, we're going to report some facts, and then
we're going to show you an interview that we conducted
with one of Charlie's closest friends.

Speaker 2 (36:32):
And then you judge for yourself.

Speaker 1 (36:35):
Now, Charlie reportedly expressed frustration in a private group chat
about losing a few major donors. And yes, some of
those donors happened to be Jewish, and yes, it was
equivalent to about two million dollars.

Speaker 2 (36:49):
This was annual contributions.

Speaker 1 (36:52):
And the reason they were upset is because it was
Charlie's refusal to cancel Tucker Carlson, who's going to be
appearing at the Amfest twenty twenty five. Of course, Tucker
on his show has been critical of the war in Gaza.
Now there are some that are claiming that these text
messages reveal a pattern of financial coercion and suggesting that

(37:15):
Charlie was being bullied into silence and that that led
to his death on September tenth, which I find absolutely
ridiculous and disgusting. Now turning point, USA spokesperson and close
friend and executive producer of his show, Andrew Colvit, confirms
the messages were real. They were sent in private, but genuine,

(37:40):
and he actually said he was relieved that they finally
came out to the public. In addition, he and others
at TPSA are the ones that helped to authenticate the messages.

Speaker 2 (37:50):
Andre also confirms.

Speaker 1 (37:52):
That Charlie still had great love and respect for the
Jewish people. You see, folks, two things can be true
at once. You can disagree with a government or an
elected official. That doesn't mean then you have hatred for
an entire people. Right again, you can have discussed with
the politician, not the ones he or she represents. Case

(38:15):
in point, for the last four years, did we hate America?
Did we hate all of our fellow Americans? Because Joe
Biden was in charge?

Speaker 2 (38:24):
Of course we didn't.

Speaker 1 (38:26):
And so you see, just because Charlie was in disagreement
with a couple wealthy donors who happened to be Jewish,
that doesn't mean that he hated Jews or that the
Massad then killed him a couple of weeks after the
text messages were sent. And here's my problem. There are
influencers out there online with shows with platforms who would

(38:50):
have you believe that, in fact, some of these people,
again I'm not going to mention by name, are insinuating
that Erica, Charlie's grieving widow and Drew, his friend and
producer and other people at TPUSA were actually.

Speaker 2 (39:04):
In on some scheme to kill him.

Speaker 1 (39:08):
Now here's what I'll say I've known all those folks
for about five years. That's disgusting anybody out there either
saying that out loud or inferring it or allowing it
to be said on the videos they post, but they
don't step up and say no, no, no, that's not what
I mean.

Speaker 2 (39:23):
You're sick. Please stop it.

Speaker 1 (39:26):
You're messing with this amazing man's legacy.

Speaker 2 (39:31):
Knock it off.

Speaker 1 (39:32):
We all want answers, but that doesn't mean you drag
his name, his widow, his children, his coworker's name through
the mud so you can get some clicks and.

Speaker 2 (39:42):
Like and engagement.

Speaker 1 (39:45):
Meantime, how about we talk about something positive. When it
comes to my friend Charlie Kirk. President Trump's preparing to
fly back to DC to personally present the Presidential Medal
of Freedom to the late Charlie Kirk on what would
have been he his thirty second birthday. Kirk, the original
founder of Turning Point, as you know, shot and killed

(40:06):
assassinated while on his America Comeback tour. Trump first announced
his honor shortly after Charlie's death, calling Kirk quote a
champion of liberty and inspiration to millions, and his commitment
to making the White House ceremony so meaningful. Turning Point
USA is also announcing that they're going to host a
competing all American halftime show in response to the NFL's

(40:29):
gross decision to feature some ridiculous recording artist's named Bad Bunny.

Speaker 2 (40:35):
Who I didn't even know. People have to tell me
who this clown was.

Speaker 1 (40:38):
I guess he's going to perform his halftime show entirely
in Spanish in America while watching American football. Yeah, that
makes a lot of sense. Good luck with that NFL anyway.
In addition to the great honor about to be bestowed
onto Charlie posthumously by the President. In addition to this
amazing announcement, they're going to have a halftime show that's

(41:00):
going to be a.

Speaker 2 (41:00):
Heck of a lot better than watching some Bad Bunny.

Speaker 1 (41:03):
They're also exploding with requests for new Turning Point USA
chapters on thousands of college campuses and high schools across
this nation.

Speaker 2 (41:12):
And I love it.

Speaker 1 (41:13):
We're having a revival, a revival of the word, a
revival of patriotism.

Speaker 2 (41:19):
And it's thanks to Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 1 (41:21):
Earlier I caught up with his close friend and confident
and the executive producer of The Charlie Kirk Show, Andrew
called it Andrew so nice to say you thanks for
joining us again. First and foremost, I don't think you've
been on since the tragedy. Tyler and some other folks
from TPSA have, but you and I have text offline.
I just wanted to say to you, man, to man,

(41:42):
that I am so so sorry for what's happened to you,
the entire TPSA family, Erica, the kids and everything since
Charlie's just grewsome horrific assassination. I just want to say that,
you know, live with you, because I know, brother, this
has been just hell for you, the family, the team,
and you guys that then haven't been working quadruple overtime

(42:05):
to make TPSA grow in Charlie's legacy, and so God
bless you, man. I know it's been a lot of
sleepless nights and a lot of probably sixteen twenty hour days.

Speaker 11 (42:14):
Thank you, Yeah, yeah, well, thank you for that, Dan,
I mean yeah, I mean nobody prepares you for something
like this. All of our lives have been turned upside down,
a lot of sleepless nights, a lot of tears, cried
in private, a lot of just coming to grips with
this brave new world that we find ourselves in. A

(42:36):
lot of people have been thrust into roles that they
never expected for themselves, myself included, and we're just trying
to do our best and to honor the legacy of
Charlie Kirk, the incredible, unparalleled legacy of my friend who Dan.
And you know this because you were around him, and
beautiful soul he was. He was so good in public

(42:58):
and I would just say that, you know, somebody who
spoke to him basically every day for eight years, he
was even better in private. And to watch him grow
and mature into the man that he became, and the
father he became, a husband he became, and the leader
of Turning Point and in so many ways the Conservative
movement it was. I feel blessed to have been able
to see that so up close and just a truly

(43:20):
remarkable man, a modern founding father, an.

Speaker 12 (43:23):
American martyr, a Christian martyr.

Speaker 11 (43:25):
And yeah, we've got a heck of a job in
front of us to capture everything that his life is
unleashed for this organization, for the country, and we're going
to do everything we can to make sure that happens.

Speaker 1 (43:37):
Well, you guys have been crushing it. I mean, let's
talk about some of the stats and numbers. Now we're
about a yeah, a month, a little over a month
since this horrific assassination.

Speaker 2 (43:48):
But look what's happened.

Speaker 1 (43:49):
Look what Charlie's message of faith, family and freedom has done,
not just in this country, but globally.

Speaker 2 (43:58):
I mean, I've had on.

Speaker 1 (43:59):
Some of your hundred parts over at TPSA and we're talking.

Speaker 2 (44:02):
About tens of thousands now of new chapters.

Speaker 1 (44:06):
You only had what twelve hundred total high school in
college and now you got requests for like eighty thousand.

Speaker 11 (44:12):
Yeah, well it's even more than that actually, So we
so before all of this, before nine ten, we had
about nine hundred college chapters and twelve hundred high school chapters.
And it was a big accomplishment when the high school
chapters exceeded the number of college chapters, because we started
with college. But with college, you know, there's only so
many colleges you can get to, exactly, but there's twenty

(44:35):
three thousand high schools in America. And Charlie, just before
he was murdered, we had an event actually in Colorado
where he set this vision for the team. We're gonna
we are going to have a Club America, which is
our high school brand. We're going to have a Club
America chapter in every single high school in America. And
I remember the teams their eyes were watering, you know,

(44:55):
it's like, how are we going to do that, Charlie?

Speaker 12 (44:57):
But that was his vision.

Speaker 11 (44:59):
And you know, since nine ten, we've had almost one
hundred and thirty thousand inquiries to start a high school
or college chapter. And our team is making incredibly quick
work out of getting these organized. Getting you got to
get a sponsor at the school, and then you have
to get it registered as an official RSO Registered Student

(45:20):
Group right organization. And so since nine ten, this is
how much they have. Our team has doubled the size
of Turning Point. So again we're at nine hundred college
and twelve hundred high schools. Well we've added seven hundred
and ninety college chapters and eighteen hundred and nineteen high
school chapters. So that's that's an incredible accomplishment because anybody

(45:45):
that knows the amount of work that goes into actually
organizing the teams and getting all the students on boards,
getting a sponsor.

Speaker 1 (45:50):
And post on line where you're getting pushed back. They
don't want chapters coming. Oh it's hate speech. You're not
allowed on our campus. So you're getting pushed back while
the kids want it, you know, the professors and the
other people don't want it.

Speaker 11 (46:02):
Yeah, I mean, unfortunately that does happen. But I will
tell you the vast majority, I think a lot of
this DAN is kind of like what happened in the
immediate aftermath when Charlie was killed.

Speaker 12 (46:12):
Is that there was this.

Speaker 11 (46:13):
Incredible surge and this flush of enthusiasm and faith and
patriotism and vigils and memorials. There was so much goodness
that you saw come out of humanity in those days.
But there was a there was a small, small fraction
of really gross and vile and goulish behavior.

Speaker 12 (46:32):
Right.

Speaker 11 (46:32):
What happens those those outliers get magnified because we're also
insulted and disgusted by it. And I would say that
this is a little bit like that with this campus
growth that we're seeing, is that the vast majority of
schools are rolling out the red carpet. They want to
see these chapters formed. And yeah, we have some we
have some bad actors, and we I think we're doing
a good job of when we see that, we call

(46:53):
it out.

Speaker 12 (46:54):
We make a lot of noise.

Speaker 11 (46:55):
And you know, we just saw today University Tennessee, Chattanooga. Uh,
the the state got involved, the school got involved at
a higher level, and they are that they have already
officially recognized that that chapter after the student government tried
to block it. And so listen, wherever we see an impediment,
we're gonna we're gonna do our best to bullet right over.

Speaker 1 (47:15):
Well, you guys are doing great, all right, two big
events coming up, Amfest. I know everything was all set
for December and you had a venue, but I keep
hearing stuff is so big and exploding even bigger that
are we moving the venue? Are we changing dates? Everything
is still on? What's happening with Amfest in December?

Speaker 11 (47:30):
Yeah, I mean the dates are still on, the events
still on. Yeah, we we have a There was a
massive outpouring of you know, people wanting to get involved,
wanting to be a part of that event. And so
I have no I have no announcements on Amfest other
than it's still happening. So if you have if you
have a ticket, you're you're still in. But yeah, it's
it's from an attendance standpoint, it's shattered every record that

(47:53):
you can imagine, and we're going to do our best
to make sure that people have a good experience with that,
despite you know, the crowd size. But yeah, it's gonna
be the place to be, there's no doubt about it.
And yeah, we have just announced today the All American
halftime show, which we're yeah, which okay, I don't mean yeah.

Speaker 1 (48:12):
I saw it on X Like everybody's been clamoring after
they did that that weirdo what's his name, bad Bunny
for the halftime for the Super Bowl or they're like, no, no, no,
we don't want this crap. Let's do something patriotic and cool.
And everybody's been hitting different celebrities and artists and TPUSA
and now is stepping up to the plate and you're
gonna produce a faith, family, freedom based halftime show.

Speaker 12 (48:34):
Yes we are. That's exactly right.

Speaker 11 (48:35):
And this is a real clear example of an organic
ground swell. You know, Jack Pasovic and I were joking
about it on timcast one night and the next thing,
you know, next thing, you know, it just took on
a life of its own and you know our email
at the Charlie Kirkshow Freedom at charliekirk dot com and
it was like half of our emails or just about
you guys need to do this. And so yeah, we're

(48:58):
gonna We're gonna have a big halftime show. It's gonna
be an amazing celebration of what you said, the values
that unite America, the faith, family, freedom, and it's gonna
be it's gonna be a beautiful I think, composite of
all of those elements into one halftime show. I think
that people wanted it. You mentioned bad Bunny. There's a

(49:21):
lot of people that are very, very unhappy with that.
And so we're proud to say here Dan that our show,
our halftime show will be one hundred percent in English.
So be sure to tune in on two eight, twenty twelve.

Speaker 1 (49:33):
I will tune in. You need help with anything, any promotion, whatever,
you know. I'm always in with TPS. I've been in
with you guys since the day we came on board.

Speaker 12 (49:41):
You've been amazing. You've always been amazing.

Speaker 1 (49:43):
Well, I just I recognize with that young man twenty
six at the time I first met him and put
him on this program. I'm like, this kid has something,
he's got it, he's the best of us, and then
you watch him grow over the last five years. And anyway,
I know, you got to run catch a flight. I
hate negativity, but I got to hit these questions real
fast with you. And I don't feel people under the

(50:04):
bus because I'm tired of the America First and Mega
Movement fractioning. And we've been fractioning ever since our big
win in November, because I don't know why people just can't,
you know, come together on our side and get along.
And ever since this horrific assassination, there's been all kinds
of conspiracy theories and people slinging mud and throwing accusations
at you at Erica, at TPSA donors. And I get

(50:25):
that there's some conflicts here and there with different people,
but two things can be true at once.

Speaker 2 (50:30):
Charlie might have believed one.

Speaker 1 (50:32):
Way with something happening with that war in the Middle East,
that doesn't mean he was abandoning the Jewish people. That
doesn't mean that someone had him killed other than the
sick young individual that did it.

Speaker 2 (50:41):
That's my belief.

Speaker 1 (50:42):
I just want to get your feeling and thoughts on
these attacks and put some truth out there quick to
try and put this to bed so we can continue
moving forward with the positive legacy of Charlie Kirk and
TPUSA like we should be doing. We should want answers,
and we should get all the answers as well. But
I just didn't like what's been going on in the
last thirty plus days.

Speaker 11 (51:00):
Well no, I appreciate that, Dan, and I appreciate the
opportunity to address it. But I mean, for anybody that's wondering,
you know, yes, we want justice. I mean I think
that's an absurd thing to wonder if we even want.
And I can tell you if you think you out
there in the audience want justice for Charlie, I can
assure you the people that are in this building, the

(51:21):
people who are closest to Charlie, want it more. And
you need to believe me when I say that. And
that goes for Erica, that goes for Tyler, that goes
for the whole team. And I could certainly say say
that that is the truth for myself. And just because
you don't hear us speaking into a particular issue or
an aspect of the case, does not mean that we
are not running one hundred miles an hour in that
direction to get the truth and to get justice. And

(51:44):
we have a team that is coordinating with law enforcement,
both federal and state and local officials.

Speaker 12 (51:50):
And yes, we think we got the guy.

Speaker 11 (51:53):
That they got the guy, and doesn't mean we don't
have open questions. Who else knew about it? You know,
when did they know about it? And was there financing?
Were people getting radicalized by certain groups or ideologies? We
want to know all of that and we're not going
to rest until we get that. But just because you
don't see us speaking into something, you know, doesn't mean
we don't care and doesn't mean that we're not working

(52:14):
on those things actively. And you know, me and my
role with turning point, I have to be aware of
the fact that things I say in public could negatively
impact an ongoing investigation. People don't like that answer, they
I you know some I mean, I think most people
appreciate that answer, but there's some people that don't. But
that is the truth, and we have to we have
to sort of respect the process, let it play out.

(52:35):
And then in the meantime, Dan, we have stuff that
we can work on, and that is making sure that
Charlie's legacy, it grows, expands, and that we take all
of this energy, all of this amazing outpouring of energy,
and make sure that we don't squander it, because that
would be really, really upsetting to Charlie.

Speaker 12 (52:52):
Yes, that's not what he would want.

Speaker 11 (52:54):
Charlie would not want to see the coalition fracture, would
not want to see that Turning Point get harmed or
distracted in some way. And so we have a sacred duty, Dan,
and we're going to stay focused on that.

Speaker 2 (53:04):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (53:05):
I have one last one and you can run. I
want unity just like you do. I want people in
our movement, whether you're at a television networker, a podcaster,
or an amazing charity nonprofit like Turning Point. I want
us all, in Charlie's honor, to unite. Stop worrying about
who gets more engagement, who gets more clicks, who's selling
more merch, who's got better TV ratings. How about this

(53:26):
America First movement because of what Charlie did, laying his
life down for the movement for the Republic. How about
we all come together and stop this nonsense. I'll give
you the final word, my friend, Andrew.

Speaker 11 (53:36):
Yeah, why don't I love that, Dan. Why don't we
all lift our eyes to Jesus, thank you, and put
our faith in Him and just realize that God is
going to get the last word, that vengeance is his,
and that we can all look to Christ, look to Jesus,
embrace our faith, surrendered to the cross, repent and be saved,
and let the revival be sparked across this land. I mean,

(53:59):
that is the core of what Charlie's life was all about.
That is the core of the drum beat and the
heartbeat of what turning Point leadership at least. I mean,
we're not necessarily expressly a faith organization. We have TPUSA faith,
but I can tell you that that's what we believe,
and that's what we're going to be pursuing. And you know,
that's ultimately the thing that can unite us and bring

(54:19):
us together and be the north star for us as
we set off in the next weeks and months ahead.

Speaker 1 (54:24):
God bless you, Please give Erica the kids my best Peyton.
I haven't seen him since the inauguration, but we've been
thinking about.

Speaker 12 (54:32):
All of you, and just Thankstan.

Speaker 2 (54:34):
Keep it going. Man, God bless you. Anything you need
for me, you let me know.

Speaker 12 (54:37):
Take care, Andrew, I appreciate that. Thank you so much.

They can't even speak English, so they won't realize we're

(58:07):
just a bunch of woke pieces of you know, at
least for a while, until they learn English and they
