Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
Tonight Schumer shut down Day fourteen, nearly seven hundred and
fifty thousand federal employees furloughed, countless Americans in limbo. And
let me tell you, folks, the blame squarely on the
shoulders of Chuck Schumer and the Democrats who won't back
down on giving free health care to illegal criminal aliens.
Plus California's radical left wing lawmakers and Sacramento on a
(00:25):
legislative rampage pushing dangerous bills that threaten our freedom, common sense,
and the integrity of our elections in the not so
Golden State. The worst Prop fifty, a scam designed to
steal elections, pushed by Newsom and now Barack Obama's involved.
Also tonight, remembering the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk,
(00:45):
who would have been thirty two years old today, President
Trump honoring Charlie posthumously with the Medal of Freedom Award.
Speaker 1 (00:51):
Earlier today at the White House. I'm dan Ball, and
Real America starts right now. Good tues.
Speaker 2 (01:05):
Aving to you a triumphant President Trump returns to American soil,
arriving back at the White House after a high stake's
middle East mission, in which he signed a landmark peace deal.
Trump defied expectations, delivering what many said was impossible, got
the hostages, got a Middle East peace deal, and now
restoring hope in the region that maybe there'll be some
(01:27):
peace for at least a little while. The deal secured
the release of the final twenty one Israeli hostages held
in Gaza for two years, all home now. Trump also
joined a peace summ in Egypt with twenty other world leaders,
focusing on now the stability and rebuilding of Gaza. Some Democrats,
of course, are claiming that the peace deal could have
been struck under Biden if he was still in charge.
(01:49):
But let's be honest, that would be impossible. Biden couldn't
Negotia negotiate his wead have of a paper bag. When
he was in we saw him bumbling through speeches, even
when there was a teleprompter falling down steps.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
Come on, let's take a little review, shall we.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
Israel bombed Iranian nuclear sites. Trump followed up with our
US strikes. Israel sault on Gaza City showed Hamas that
holding hostages would not stop them from taking them out.
Then Trump added the pressure with Katar and Turkey. Turkey
then used that leverage to then push and shift the
balance of power between Hamas and what was happening in
(02:24):
the war. The Biden regime lacked the result, the credibility,
or let's just be real, the strength to push Hamas
and its backers out. This piece deal only happened because
of that guy right there, President Donald J.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
Trump.
Speaker 2 (02:40):
Even Hamas' leadership publicly described Trump as quote a guaranteer
of a ceasefire, and some in their hierarchy urged all
international parties to actually uphold the agreement Trump came up with.
Speaker 1 (02:55):
And when you know it, there's a couple.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Democrats, yes, a few Democrats actually congratulating DJT.
Speaker 1 (03:03):
WHOA something froze over.
Speaker 3 (03:05):
I really command President Trump and his administration.
Speaker 1 (03:14):
I didn't think it was gonna happen.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
Bravo to America, Bravo to the Trump administration.
Speaker 4 (03:20):
Just extraordinary.
Speaker 5 (03:21):
Joy. I'm delighted, and I give President Trump credit for that.
Speaker 6 (03:25):
No question that Donald Trump really brought it all together
to push over the finish line.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
I can't deny the success.
Speaker 4 (03:32):
I can't either.
Speaker 7 (03:33):
Yeah, and he's the president, and he's the president.
Speaker 1 (03:36):
That's right.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
Meantime, Hamas has mobilized about seven thousand what they call
security forces to cleanse Gaza of criminals and informants.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
Oh you mean people that were working on peace because
you're never about peace. Okay. Hamas are terrorists.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
They're not freedom fighters, no matter which right wing social
media influencer tells you they are. Okay, they're terrorists. Their
deployment follows the withdrawal of Israeli forces. Again, this was
part of Trump's agreement. Experts are now warning about this
looming power struggle at a potential civil war because, let's
(04:12):
been real, Hamas only wants chaos.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
Now.
Speaker 2 (04:16):
Hamas claims their actions are intended to quote restore order
and stability.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Okay, the ones that wage the war.
Speaker 2 (04:23):
Hours after signing the peace treaty with Israel, Hamas went
and conducted public executions. Here's the pictures and video to
prove it, folks, public executions in Gaza. They killed at
least eight people, you know, blindfolded them right in front
of folks, and then shot him in the back of
the head. Why because they worked on the peace deal. Yeah,
(04:45):
crowded street Gaza City and they were cheered on by residents.
But you're supposed to be sweet to these people because
they're just innocent. It's a genocide, right, Hamas a freedom fighters,
I'm so sick and tired of the lies. Hamas says,
they probably won't disarm. Which if they don't, you know
what Trump has said, you don't disarm, you're done now.
(05:10):
The other huge story of the day in our nation's
capital is, of course, the government shutdown. Today's day fourteen
of the Schoomer Democrat led shutdown. Joining us now to
weigh in on both this historic peace deal and day
fourteen of the shutdown. Florida Congressman Randy Fine Back on
the program. Randy's so nice to see you. Where would
(05:31):
you like to begin history in the Middle East with
our amazing forty seventh president, or another day of the
shutdown and Americans wondering what the heck's going to happen,
Federal workers wonder if they're getting a paycheck all thanks
to Dems.
Speaker 7 (05:43):
Take it away, sir well, I think it's very sad
that on the day that Donald Trump literally saves the world,
solving the most intractable diplomatic problem we've probably ever had,
peace in the Middle East, Democrats won't get off their
butts and allow us to reopen the government. I think
it's just a jarring sense of disagreement. The government is
(06:03):
shut Yet Donald Trump can work for thirty six hours
straight to bring home every living hostage in Gaza, and
Democrats can't seem to get off their butts to do
anything other than fight for illegal immigrants.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
Yeah, it's a pretty sad state of affairs. Then he's
meeting with world leaders today, like Malay from Argentina. He's
got Zelenski coming in on Friday. He's trying to put
that one to bed in Ukraine with Russia. I mean,
seventy nine going on eighty. The man doesn't sleep. And
yet we can't get Chucky Schumer and the other Democrat
senators to get their butts back to DC and work
out it.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
Actually no, not work out a deal.
Speaker 2 (06:36):
Sign the cr that they signed what back in January
when Jojo was still in charge. It's the same one,
just no medicaid and medicare for illegals.
Speaker 1 (06:46):
What's the deal with that?
Speaker 7 (06:47):
Randy Well, I think what I've come to realize is
on the Democratic side, and this isn't all of them,
but this is many of them. Hurting America is not
a bug.
Speaker 5 (06:57):
It is the goal. The goal is to.
Speaker 1 (06:59):
Hurt the country.
Speaker 7 (07:00):
We have people in Congress who hate the country that
they serve. So keeping the government clothes hurts America, that's
a win for them. Giving two hundred billion dollars to
illegal immigrants hurts America.
Speaker 1 (07:13):
That's a win for them.
Speaker 7 (07:13):
Giving them a billion a trillion and a half dollars
in unfunded spending to bail out the Unaffordable Care Act,
that's a win for them. Hurting America is the goal.
And frankly, we've got to stand strong to be able
to fight it.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
And it's not just the money for medicaiding the other
crazy stuff. Speaker Johnson lifts it off a few crazy
items I think earlier today that Democrats are demanding, so
viewers listen. Is this stuff you want to pay for?
Speaker 1 (07:39):
Roll this.
Speaker 8 (07:40):
They want to spend twenty four point six million of
your hard earned dollars as a taxpayer for climate resilience
in Honduras. They want to spend thirteen point four million
for civic engagement in Zimbabwe. They want to send three
point nine million for LGBTQI plus democracy grants, and the
Western Balkans to spend two point nine million of your
(08:01):
dollars for desert locust risk reduction in the Horn of
Africa and two million for quote organizing for Feminist Democratic
Principles in Africa. We are not doing that.
Speaker 1 (08:14):
I can't even keep up with that crap.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
Thirteen million zimbagwe for civic Engagement Data LGBTQ some locus
with the what is this garbage?
Speaker 1 (08:25):
Randy?
Speaker 7 (08:26):
What's worse about it? Is the only thing I would
take except with the speakers. That is, they don't want
to spend taxpayers money on that. They want to borrow
that from our children and grandchildren to do it. They're
not even willing to spend their own money on it.
They want to put our nation further into economic ruin,
putting a further on the path to an economic destruction.
Speaker 5 (08:47):
To fund these things. When I talk about destroying America.
Speaker 7 (08:51):
Being the goal, these are the kinds of things that
you do.
Speaker 1 (08:55):
Yeah, Randy, final question too.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
You I forget which one of your colleagues on your
side of the aisle was on a few days back
or last week, but said they believe the Dems will
hold this shut down until at least next week, because
I know two or three Democrat senators.
Speaker 1 (09:09):
Did come over, but we still need three or four more.
Speaker 2 (09:11):
Right, There's going to be some big No King's protest
on the eighteenth this Saturday in DC, So the Dems
want to show the Libs they're standing up the Trump.
They'll wait till that's over on Saturday, then maybe Monday
Tuesday they'll make a deal.
Speaker 1 (09:26):
Is that what you're hearing.
Speaker 5 (09:28):
I hope that's the case.
Speaker 7 (09:29):
I also hear from people that this could go on
for a long time. You have to remember, for many
of my Democratic colleagues, hurting the government is their goal.
Hurting the country is their goal. So keeping the government
shut is a win for them, not a loss. And
until the voters in the state, it's like Georgia pick
up the phone and call their Democrat senators and say
(09:50):
vote to reopen the government.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
This is going to go on.
Speaker 7 (09:53):
We only need five Democrat senators and then to join
three who've already done the right thing and vote to
reopen the government.
Speaker 1 (10:00):
There we go. Your call to action.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
You live in one of those states where you have
a Democrat senator, pick up the phone, start emailing, get
on social media.
Speaker 1 (10:08):
Fire them up.
Speaker 2 (10:10):
Who Florida Congressman Randy Fine as always pleasure Thank you
for coming on, brother, take care, Thanks for having me.
Speaker 1 (10:15):
Yep, Day fourteen. We'll see what happens all right?
Speaker 2 (10:18):
Up next, eight piece deals down and one to go.
Your President Trump's peace deal in the Middle East signal
both parties involved in the Ukrainian War to come to
the bargaining table.
Speaker 1 (10:28):

free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because you will

strong demand across this country for one America News Network.

or demand that they add o ANN to their channel lineup.
Speaker 1 (12:08):
Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.
Speaker 2 (12:10):
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
have in common? The answer is that all three platforms
offer you the ability to live stream One America News
Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV.
Speaker 1 (12:25):
Or Amazon Fire device.
Speaker 2 (12:27):
Simply go to the app store search out forn, then
enjoy all the great programming offered by including my show
Real America. Welcome back from one war ending to another
(12:57):
one hopefully close to an ending. Trump, This Israel Hamas
deal isn't just a regional ceasefire, folks for the Middle East, O, No, no,
This lays groundwork for new diplomatic overtures with powers like
Russia Iran if they're willing, and it sounds like some
of them are you heard yesterday, Maybe you didn't. Iran
already reaching out saying, yeah, we want a peace deal
(13:19):
with the US. Oh, you don't want to get bombed
again right now, if we can just get Putin and
Zelensky to the table, right you see, Trump by broking
these high stakes agreement for everyone to see around the
globe right where he's out there being the world leader,
bringing other world leaders together, but he's at the top,
Trump gains leverage and credibility on the world stage, something
(13:42):
that Biden couldn't do because he was too busy falling
up the stairs. This is leverage that Trump can use
to push peace peace in Ukraine. How about that Trump
made the gesture overtly in his speech yesterday. The hand
of friendship and cooperation is always open, he said during
that speech in Israel.
Speaker 1 (14:02):
Aha.
Speaker 2 (14:03):
You see he was saying that to other leaders, I'm
always open to talking to you, signaling that overtures to
Tehran or Moscow are on the table if you just
want to come talk. Even though Russian Iran didn't immediately
engage the invitation was sent. The deal now sets up
a posture of strength rather than hostility, and when you're
(14:25):
dealing Let's be real with former KGB thugs like a Putin.
You don't call them names and rip them. You say
strong leader. His people love him. Let's find a solution.
Trump knows how to do this. President Trump prepraying to
meet now this week with Ukrainian President Zelinsky.
Speaker 1 (14:44):
It's going down on Friday in DC.
Speaker 2 (14:46):
The meeting, I'm told we'll focus on boosting Ukraine's air
defense and expanding access to long range weapons. I'll settle down.
I know we don't want any more money going over there.
I totally agree. No boots on the ground again. Trump
is posturing if it shows that we will back them
to the bitter end, and that he knows how to
negotiate this piece, it's either get to the table or
(15:08):
we'll give them enough weapons to cripple you Russia, and
he hopes that will.
Speaker 1 (15:11):
Bring Putin to the table sooner rather than later.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
Tomahawk missiles, they've got a range of fifteen hundred miles.
They could strike deep, deep into Russian territory, even hitting
Moscow if they wanted to.
Speaker 1 (15:24):
We're going to give them tomahawks. It sounds like this
visit will also include.
Speaker 2 (15:28):
Talks with the US defense manufacturers, members of Congress, energy companies,
all to prepare for a future helping Ukraine if we
can get the war over.
Speaker 1 (15:39):
Joining me now to discuss the latest on the war
in Ukraine.
Speaker 2 (15:42):
He's a former instructor at the US Army War College,
the president of the Beginner Strategies LLC, and the author
of the books Preparing for World War IIE a global
conflict that redefines tomorrow and a new one out AI
for Mankind's Future, a Christian perspective on the high tech revolution.
Retired Attendant Colonel Robert McGinnis back on the program. So,
(16:04):
colonel first and foremost, you know, coming on the show
for years, I'm in America. First, guy, I was no
way that I want two hundred billion dollars going to
Ukraine under the Biden regime.
Speaker 1 (16:14):
I was upset we were being involved in this.
Speaker 2 (16:16):
First we're sending nothing, Then we sent tanks, we sent
F sixteen's, we're sending missiles. I want none of this garbage.
But now we have a new president and he just brokeered. Oh,
I don't know what are they saying? Eight different piece deals?
He's working for number nine? Can he get it done?
Can we do it without sending him more. And what
do you think this talk of tomahawks is a guess again,
(16:37):
posturing to show Putin that Trump will go to the mattresses,
but he'd rather get a piece deal, So let's talk.
Speaker 1 (16:45):
What do you think.
Speaker 9 (16:46):
Yeah, well, it's certainly part of the deal making that
the president's well known for, and yes, he does have
far more credibility going back to Putin. Now they've been
apart for about a month and a half. I think
that the tomahawks and the air defense systems are going
to be part of a new package that perhaps will
(17:07):
emerge here.
Speaker 5 (17:08):
Now. There are reasons that we don't.
Speaker 9 (17:10):
Want to go with tomahawks alone, primarily because it's a
nuclear capable system that would signal greater risk and escalation,
and we don't necessarily want to send that message. But
what we want is what Trump wanted in Alaska, and
that is the message is clear, make peace or face consequences.
(17:33):
And unfortunately, the meat grinder has continued to this very day.
You know, ten thousand Russians are dying every single week,
a quarter of a million this year alone. Why in
the world Putin would want to continue this other than
his you know, very bizarre ambitions to expand his reach
(17:56):
across that region.
Speaker 5 (17:57):
So I think that the meeting this Friday's going to
be helpful.
Speaker 9 (18:01):
I think that perhaps that Zelensky will get a few
more capabilities than he currently has. Hopefully the NATO countries
will pay for this and we won't have to.
Speaker 5 (18:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (18:14):
But at the same time, I think that we're going
to put more pressure on China and India to stop
in pain off the Russians further energy, and we're going
to really aggressively go after the shadow fleet that Putin's
been using to enrich his coffers. So you know, it
has to be across the board, and I know that
(18:35):
this is something that Trump can do.
Speaker 2 (18:37):
So a couple things. We've seen the videos. We know
that Zelensky's hurting for troops as well. We've seen the
young men and old men being thrown into vans and
thrown into conscription whatever you want to call it. I mean,
you have to serve or else in Ukraine. Is that
also happening in Russia. You're talking about how many dead
Russians he's lost. I got to imagine that Putin's losing
(19:00):
favorability with his countrymen and women, and that people are
getting little upset about those death told numbers. I feel
like on both sides, the citizens are tired of the death.
Speaker 5 (19:10):
Yeah, he is controlling the hemorrhage to a certain degree
by controlling communications internally and putting people that are that
are trying to propagate the real news, you know, he's
setting them aside. So this is a psychological internal war
as well as an external war. So yes, Putin is
(19:33):
in trouble, but he can still outlast this. Keep in
mind he was reelected by ninety plus percent, and that's
because he has a good handle on the message. And
at the same time, he's had to rely upon the
likes of Kim Jong un, descending troops and others such
as the Chinese to provide the type of equipment that
(19:58):
he needs to sustain operations in Ukraine.
Speaker 2 (20:02):
If President Trump puts the screws to Iran and China
and pushes them to stop buying his natural gas, his oil,
stop feeding them stuff, which he could do I think
through probably economic means. That's what he's great at, right
look at the tariff negotiations. Push them economically to say hey,
you've got to tell Putin you're off the table. Then
(20:22):
that would tie Putin's hands and he would have to
get to the bargaining table. And I feel like Trump
does so well when it comes to the economic negotiations
that he's probably taking that approach kind of quietly under
the radar while he's you know, publicly saying we're going
to give them the tomahawks. They're gonna be able to
hitch you in Moscow if they want, let's get to
the table. But if he's doing this behind the scenes economically,
(20:44):
from what you're telling me, that would then bring Putin
to the table.
Speaker 5 (20:48):
Yeah, he has to put the thumb on Mody.
Speaker 9 (20:50):
Also in India, they are not very helpful at all. Yeah.
I think that after Friday's warning from the Chinese about
Earth and then they're reversal to a certain degree because
of what Trump said on his way to the Middle
East on Sunday, that we're beginning to see behind the
scenes is the lot going on? And yes, the pressure
(21:12):
is really on not only the people in Beijing, because
Chi is ch'ess in trouble for a variety of reasons.
They've been purging their military and they're economically stressed out,
not just because of the terriffs and of course, the Iranians,
you know, the eighty seven year old Iatola is about
to die in all probability. They're just trying to figure
(21:36):
out where UP is and how they can really get
something to go ahead after the transition that's inevitable in
the next year or two. So there are a host
of issues here, very complex. The President has, I believe,
a very good handle on it. Convincing Putin is going
to be a tough one, but it's got to be
(21:57):
a variety of measures, far more than I'm just promising
Zelensky some tomahawks.
Speaker 2 (22:03):
I feel like the President's writing high off of this
piece deal. He had so many world leaders around him
that he could kind of corral them and say, look,
I need all of you to add the pressure with
me on Putin.
Speaker 1 (22:17):
Let's get his butt to the table.
Speaker 2 (22:19):
It'll be interesting to see what goes down this Friday
with that Zelensky meeting. Colonel Robert McGinnis, thank you for
coming on. We need to get you back on and
talk about this new book, because you probably know I
have my fears of AI, and I like that you're
taking on Ai in a Christian perspective because I yeah,
yah ya ya, I don't like it. I'm nervous of it,
(22:41):
maybe because I grew up watching Terminator movies. But I'm
not an AI fan, Colonel, So we'll get you back
on for that. Appreciate you coming on. Yeah, thanks, now
take care straight ahead. Coming up after the break, COMMI
Fornia's dictator Gavin Newsom. There he Isugh, I just get
disgusted looking at his lying face all the time. Anyway,
(23:01):
while we were paying attention to this piece deal, this
guy's been signing all sorts of bills into law, and
I mean unconstitutional, ridiculous laws. Plus, the Democrats are not
so Golden State continue their efforts to pass Prop fifty.
We'll see if voters say yes or no come November,
if they actually.
Speaker 1 (23:20):
Know what it's going to do. Details on all that next.
Speaker 2 (23:29):
Hey, did you know that One America News Network has
launched a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
it branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there,
and forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
(23:51):
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your

give them a call and kindly.
Speaker 1 (24:08):
Demand that they CARRYAN.
Speaker 2 (24:10):
Now, you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable
provider will not know that there is a strong demand
across this country for one America News network. So please
call your cable company today and kindly ask or demand
that they ADDANN to their channel lineup.
Speaker 1 (24:34):
Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.
Speaker 2 (24:36):
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
have in common? The answer is that all three platforms
offer you the ability to live stream one America News
Network from your Roku TV, Apple.
Speaker 1 (24:51):
TV or Amazon Fire device.
Speaker 2 (24:53):
Simply go to the app store, search out FORAAN, then
enjoy all the great programming offered BYN, including my show
Real America. Viewers are always asking me how can they
watch Away in live? The solution is simple. It's a
streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled klowd TV.
(25:19):
Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch
twenty four to seven live feeds OFAYN. The live package
is only two dollars and fifty cents per month for
all you can watch again. Simply go to cloudtv dot
com and do it today. Well, just when you thought
(25:51):
the political climate in California couldn't possibly get any worse,
here comes to detestable Democrats to prove you wrong. And
a couple of them are real bad, infamous snake oil
salesman and the second worst president in US history in
my opinion, good old Barry ak Barack Hussein Obama.
Speaker 1 (26:16):
Well guess what he's doing.
Speaker 2 (26:18):
He's now out here in Comifornia supporting the radical, dangerous
Prop fifty. If you don't know what Prop fifty is about,
listen up, especially if you're a California patriot. Prop fifty
will disenfranchise you as conservative voters, and actually it disenfranchises
everybody in the state and everybody in the entire country,
(26:39):
because it's going to redraw the district lines illegally and
hand over total power to the Democrats, and you'll have
less control in washing DC, or just less voices rather
from independent conservative people.
Speaker 1 (26:56):
You see what they're doing here.
Speaker 2 (26:57):
They're stripping the California Citizens Redistrict Commission. We set up
this commission in the state years ago so that an
independent council would draw the lines on where the congressional
seats sit, not whoever's in charge in Sacramento. That means
whether it be Democrats or Republicans. And let's be real,
only Dems have been in control of this state for
years now. Used to be the other way decades ago,
(27:18):
remember that, So anyway, to me, it's totally illegal. And
now Barack is helping Gavin push these lies onto the
California residents.
Speaker 10 (27:30):
California, the whole nation is counting on you. Democracy is
on the ballot November fourth. Republicans want to steal enough
seats in Congress to rig the next election and wield
unchecked power for two more years. With Prop fifty, you
can stop Republicans in their tracks. Prop fifty puts our
elections back on a level playing field, preserves independent redistricting
(27:52):
over the long term, and lets the people decide. Return
your ballot today, Vote yes on fifty two.
Speaker 6 (28:01):
Huh.
Speaker 2 (28:02):
Newsom recently signed nearly eight hundred new laws for California.
Speaker 1 (28:07):
Did you even hear about any of these?
Speaker 2 (28:08):
Nope, because the media has been sidetracked to another stuff.
This is we have skyrocketing homelessness, out of control, taxes,
out of control, spending on affordable housing, drug use, I
mean crime newscom though, Pat himself on the back right
out there doing photo ops, doing podcasts, acting like I'm
(28:32):
doing great job for you we the people.
Speaker 1 (28:35):
No you're not.
Speaker 2 (28:36):
Let's just go over a couple of the crazy stuff
he signed into law real quick before we bring our
next guest on shall we assembly Build eleven twenty seven,
which will now ban the sale of new blocks and
glock style semi automatic pistols in California beginning January first,
twenty twenty six. What the legislation targets glock pistols because
(28:59):
they said they can be easily modified with a small
device called a glock switch that converts them to fully auto,
a modification that's already against the law anyway. So why
do you have to ban glocks? I'm pretty sure if
you've got them here, you're grandfathered in. Better be otherwise
I'm breaking the law. Senate Bill five eighteen establishing the
Bureau for Destinance of American Slate or Descendants rather of
(29:22):
American Slavery, the first permanent state agency in the US
that's going to be dedicated to reparations for Black Americans
that are direct descendants from slaves, Okay Assembly Bill four
ninety five, allowing a broader range of relatives to act
as temporary caregivers for kids. We told you about this one.
(29:43):
This is if the parents are quote temporarily unavailable, then
somebody else can take over. Critics argue that this reckless
legislation could enable child trafficking or kidnapping due to the
lack of background checks, welfare oversight, or court verification for caregivers.
It's stupid, it's crazy. It should be illegal. By the way,
(30:03):
that's only two or three and he signed what'd you
tell me? Guys eight hundred joining me now to sound
off about all this madness going down in Comifornia thanks
to the Democrats. She's senior and legal advisor to fix California.
Katie Zachariya back on the program, Katie, Katy, Katy, Katy, Katy,
Katy Katy.
Speaker 1 (30:22):
Where do we begin with the madness?
Speaker 2 (30:27):
How about I didn't even throw this one out, just
barely Prop fifty at the beginning of this whole monologue
about how disgusting the Democrats are in the state you
and I unfortunately live in.
Speaker 1 (30:37):
It's a beautiful state, beautiful.
Speaker 2 (30:39):
Surroundings, some ugly people, some really bad politicians. Prop fifty
will strip any I would call it conservative, independent, Republican
voter in the state of California of their voice, not
to mention, could possibly reshape the House of Representatives. And
the way I look at this, it's totally illegal. Lawyer
(31:00):
fill us in on Prop fifty.
Speaker 3 (31:02):
Well, it's definitely illegal and in violation of three sections
of our state constitution. And former President Barack Obama actually
overtly lied. I know we're shocked here, right, Dane. This
is the man who spied on a presidential candidate and
through presidential immunity, has largely gotten off for that behavior.
(31:22):
I think we'll see more to come. However, he lied.
He said this preserves independent redistricting in the long term.
Speaker 1 (31:32):
Did you hear that?
Speaker 3 (31:32):
At the end? In the long term, he knows that
it actually eliminates the independent redistricting abilities of the Californians
and actually, you know, supplants that with partisan redistricting, which
is exactly what Gavin Newsom is doing in violation of
a section of our state constitution. And conversely, and everyone
knows this, Texas was well within its constitutional authority to
(31:53):
do that. So where are we with Prop fifty. It
is actually an abomination to anyone who cares about the
legal system. And the former president knows exactly what he's doing,
and he's deceiving the American people, the California voters by
line to them and banking on the fact that they
don't actually know any better, Right, Dan.
Speaker 2 (32:15):
Yeah, maybe we should start putting out tons of advertising.
I mean, you're with a great group fixed California. Let's
try to put out that, you know, concerns liberal citizens.
Speaker 1 (32:25):
Come up with some group name and no on Prop fifty.
Speaker 2 (32:29):
Concern liberal citizens of California call it that, and just
tell these idiots to vote no. And if it looks
like it's coming from a liberal group, they'll probably vote.
Speaker 1 (32:36):
No phenomenally because they never research. They're that dumb.
Speaker 2 (32:39):
If Barry says to do it, or Gavin says to
do it, they'll do it. They won't even look into it,
all right. So it's a big fat no folks on
Prop fifty. By the way, I love how everything's a
threat to democracy with them. Wasn't it a threat to
democracy when Trump was on the ballot last year?
Speaker 1 (32:53):
That's all they said?
Speaker 2 (32:54):
He won to Look how amazing the country in the
world is starting to do now only eight nine months
in his leadership, he was a threat to democracy.
Speaker 1 (33:01):
All right, More bills four ninety five you were on
before we talked about it. This is the one that's
going to strip parents of their rights. God forbid.
Speaker 2 (33:09):
You know, Oh, I've got in a car wreck, I'm
in a coma for a week or so. You give
rights over to my kid from some yahoo in the
welfare business in this state, and all of a sudden,
my kid's trafficked, Like this is insane.
Speaker 1 (33:21):
This bill to me, well, now it's law.
Speaker 3 (33:23):
Right, Well, kid's traffic. But also it allows the guardian
who takes, you know, guardianship of your child outside of
your knowledge, allows them to make medical decisions. And we
know that Gavin us has made this a sanctuary state
for children who want to transition. So this is this
is very, very disturbing. And not only that, I spoke
with Assemblyman Karl Demiyo, who's really pushing back hard against
(33:47):
four ninety five, and I said, Carl, why don't we
just do an exception, a parental opt out, so you're
not actually fighting with the people in Sacramento. But it
gives this escape route for parents to just opt out
of this. Our school, our private school from four of
my kids attend said, we will not We will absolutely
not be honoring four ninety five. We already have protocols
(34:10):
in place for guardianship for those who can pick up
children from school. This is dangerous. This is scary. Anyone
can come in and say they're the guardian and the
parent can and the parent's not approving it. Dan, this
is wildly dangerous. And well, we'll hopefully see on a
PEO and through the legal process gets overturned.
Speaker 1 (34:28):
I would hope.
Speaker 2 (34:29):
So, I mean, again, why was it needed unless you're
trying to take kids away from parents that are won't
let them trans or I don't.
Speaker 1 (34:39):
Know what crazy ideology. Okay, let's talk about reparations. Now,
we're the first state.
Speaker 2 (34:44):
He's literally setting up a full government agency. So that
means you and I state tax dollars and everybody watching
this program that lives in Commifornia, your money is going
to set up a department. And then where's the money
going to come from to pay the reparations?
Speaker 3 (34:59):
And he just veto to bipartisan bill that we talked
about last time on a raiz for firefighters which would
have given them, you know, from like thirty five to
fifty thousand a year. He vetoed this bill, and now
he wants to set up an independent reparations Commission to
pay those of slave descendants. Where is this man's priorities?
This is obviously not a voter priority. What's the priority?
(35:21):
The priority is we don't want our house to burn down.
How about we set up reservoirs. How about we have
firefighters who can respond to crisis? Is no, this is
going to be more more money wasted as he per
the usual. He just wastes money and doesn't actually do
anything effective for California.
Speaker 2 (35:38):
Katie. It's because they saw the exit polling with the
black community voting for Republicans, so we've got to now
pay them to vote for Democrats.
Speaker 1 (35:46):
I hope y'all if you're in the.
Speaker 2 (35:48):
Black community and you're watching this program, realize what Gavin's doing.
He's trying to buy your vote with something no offense.
Speaker 1 (35:55):
You don't deserve. I wouldn't care what color anybody is.
Speaker 2 (35:59):
Something to your family four or five, six generations ago,
has nothing to do with you today.
Speaker 1 (36:04):
I'm sorry. You don't deserve that money.
Speaker 2 (36:07):
Firefighters who are attached with running in we run out,
make him thirty five to forty five grand, and he
could have give him a raise. They deserve the money
they're living today with us and their heroes. Anyway, Wow,
I had another one on housing and a few other bills,
but this stuff is so insane. I just want to
go back to fifty one more time because I feel
(36:27):
like this is something big that your fixed California is
very adamant about getting a no vote on. And I
want to run this clip from CNN and show what
happens if other red states follow the law and read
district over the next few months on what could turn
out next year in the midterms. And I want your
(36:48):
take on what could happen here as far as seats
we would lose in California.
Speaker 1 (36:52):
So run this clip from CNN.
Speaker 4 (36:54):
But if you look at this, this is what the
party pickup would be for congressional districts Republicans five, Missouri one,
North Carolina one, Ohio two or three, Indiana one or
two Florida. Still discussion down there, but that could be
another gold mine for them if they tipped it even
further their way.
Speaker 1 (37:10):
Kansas won New.
Speaker 4 (37:11):
Hampshire one and Nebraska, Democrats, Utah, California, Maryland. Look at this,
If you offset California and Texas, Missouri and Utah, North
Carolina and Maryland, everything left over is an advantage to
the Republicans. And don't forget the Supreme Court is considering
what could really be the end of the Voting Rights Act,
(37:33):
which would protect minority groups. So you don't have a
state that's half black, for example, that elects only one
congressional member and everybody else goes to the Republicans. That
would represent that population in some way. So if that
is gutted, Democrats could lose nineteen seats.
Speaker 1 (37:51):
This would be a huge amount your thoughts.
Speaker 3 (37:54):
Katie Well, I did a double take. It's CNN saying
this actually putting out real facts, like Justice Thomas tomorrow,
it's out for reviewing the Supreme Court Louisianavit v. Kalaise,
which is reviewing the Voting Rights Act, specifically Section two,
and it's Justice Thomas is a purview and he's looking
(38:16):
at this and he's saying that Section two is inherently
and has inherently used race to determine voting line voting districts,
and is therefore racist in its essence. So he's looking
at this reconsideration of the Voting Rights Act, which I
think is brilliant on behalf of the Supreme Court, and
if you look at most of those justices, it's probably
like a five four six' three divide in The. Court you,
(38:39):
know we might Lose roberts on that one and that
would be the five to. Four but, look you have
nineteen seats For, republicans and in particularly you look at
That New hampshire. One New hampshire's is becoming a Tight republican.
Stronghold like, that we potentially could Get New hampshire in
twenty six and even into twenty. Eight and so IF
i Were Gavin, newsome he's he's so threatened at, this
(39:01):
but actually it doesn't do much for Us. Californians we
would lose some of our. Superheroes Although Kevin kylie said
his seat is not at, Stake Gavin newsom wants to
go after. Him Daryl isaac can calvert a lot of
these guys who are fighting for us in THE Us.
House but, ULTIMATELY i don't think it holds even if
It even if it does, PASS i think it will
be challenged because it is particularly and specifically Partisan Jerry,
(39:26):
mandarin and that's again a violation of our constitution but
also federal voting.
Speaker 1 (39:30):
Rights so we'll.
Speaker 3 (39:31):
See this is a lot of exciting, stuff but really
looking good for The republicans dan coming up in the
twenty six midterms if they do.
Speaker 2 (39:38):
This Katie, zachariah lead advisor and senior counsel over At Fix,
california keep up the great.

The Presidential medal Of freedom at a ceremony in The
White house at The Rose. Garden charlie's, Widow, erica accepted
the award on his. Behalf President trump Lauded kirk as
a quote giant of his generation and a martyr For american,
(43:42):
freedom praising his influence.
Speaker 1 (43:45):
Among young people across this.
Speaker 2 (43:47):
Country earlier, today to help honor and remember our Friend,
CHARLIE i caught up with the host Of Turning point
tonight on Will America's Voice Turning POINT usa Contributor Joe.
Speaker 1 (43:58):
Bob Joe, bob nice to see, you. Brother how you been?
Speaker 6 (44:02):
Man thanks for having me good but obviously within the
context of how good is possible at the, moment which
is not, great but you, know we're getting through it
and continuing to do the work That charlie would have
wanted to go. On At Turning.
Speaker 1 (44:20):
Point, yeah a little more than a month since his,
death it's so shocking to even say when you're talking
about someone so, young when you're talking about Someone.
Speaker 2 (44:30):
Joe, bob who we, knew who we, adored who even
this old guy looked up to and know not because
he towered over, me because he was just WHAT i
think so many men should, be want to, be aspire to.
Be and as we show some of what's happening at
(44:51):
The Rose garden with The president With erica and with
The Turning, port, FOLKS i just want you to kind
of reminisce on his legacy from a friends, standpoint from a,
coworker from an employee. Standpoint how long you've been WITH,
tpusa how'd you get, involved and just tell us about
what it was.
Speaker 1 (45:08):
Like working for this, Guy Charlie.
Speaker 6 (45:09):
Kirk, Yeah i've been around for ge'z almost three or
four years. NOW i had the honor and privilege of
touring the country With charlie as his opening opening. Act
i'm a stand up comedian by a trade that kind
of got wrapped up into, politics And charlie thought that
was fun and, said, hey come on the. Road and
SO i spent a considerable amount of time With charlie
(45:33):
and got to see a lot of the side THAT
i feel like a lot of people haven't yet. Seen
And i'm thankful that THE i think the side of
that a lot of us At Turning point knew is
kind of becoming more known by. People BUT i think
people tend to look At charlie as a guy, who's you,
know a serious political mover and shaker and also a
(45:54):
debater on college. Campuses and that's great that that that
is who he. Was but he also uh loved. Life
as you. Know that doesn't sound like it's you, know real,
extraordinary but that's just true and as simple as that,
sounds he just he loved to laugh and he loved
to have, fun which is WHAT i THINK i will
remember most about. Him That there are several, instances AND
(46:18):
i don't need to go on at length, necessarily BUT
i guess you could find it on social media WHERE
i would have some edgier jokes and it might concern
a couple of, people because pushing the boundaries is what
comedy is all. About. Yep And charlie never said no
to anything THAT i wanted to post or say because
he thought it was funny and he enjoyed. Humor he enjoyed.
(46:40):
Laughing AND i think that's one of the things that
we should, remember not only About, charlie but really about,
anybody especially in the conservative. SPACE i think if you,
know his detractors knew how much he loved to laugh
and how much he loved, life it humanizes people, more
which is, unfortunately you know what conservatives are facing. Nowadays
AND i just want people know That charlie loved to.
Speaker 2 (47:01):
Laugh, Yeah AND i remember seeing a video not too long,
ago my. Friend you probably know when it went, down
when The Comedy central Show Self park made fun and
poked fun At charlie, right and they had the little
fat Character cartman act like he Was, charlie this master
debater and even had the hair. Right AND i Remember
charlie posting a video of himself watching it and being.
Speaker 1 (47:23):
Like we made.
Speaker 2 (47:24):
It South park's making fun of. Me and he Thought he's, like,
oh they even got the hair, Right like he thought
it was. Hilarious he could laugh at himself being made
fun of by these two idiots that Do South park
that you, know say some nasty stuff About trump AND
maga supporters on their. Show that's their right if it's.
Funny and he thought it was. Funny AND i appreciate
that because you know WHAT i said this When Jimmy
(47:44):
kimmel was ripping me a couple of years. Back if
you'd make a funny, Joke, Jimmy i'll laugh with you
and be, like, yay it's, funny but be, funny, Right
be funny that you know that that's your, Gig, Joe.
Speaker 6 (47:56):
Bob be, funny, Yeah AND i think, too that really
kind of highlighted that that that personality that he had
within him was, just, yeah if it's, funny it's. Funny
it doesn't matter if you're poking fun of people that you,
know you. Like if it's, funny it's. Funny if it's
just demeaning that, that, okay that's just not funny to.
Anybody it's not really eving a. Joke and the only
(48:16):
people that laugh at that are the blue, haired overweight
lesbians who protest on, campus because that's that's the type.
Speaker 1 (48:23):
Of people that they.
Speaker 6 (48:24):
Are but, again if it's, funny it's, funny And charlie understood,
THAT i guess better than anybody.
Speaker 1 (48:28):
Else he had a science especially there you.
Speaker 2 (48:30):
Go that's SOMETHING i haven't heard anybody say yet on
this programmer others About. Charlie we know what an amazing, dad, husband,
Boss christian free speech. Advocate we all saw that he
put his life out there for all of us to
see every. Day, Right but that's ONE i haven't. Heard
he had a great sense of. Humor thank you for,
(48:50):
That Joe. Bob another one of the folks you work,
With Andrew, collet is the executive producer Of The Charlie Kirk.
Show he joined us lawlast, night AND i just wanted
to play this clip and get your reaction BECAUSE i
thought what he said about our Friend charlie was so.
Speaker 1 (49:06):
Poignant so can we guys roll that real?
Speaker 11 (49:07):
Quick nobody prepares you for something like. This all of
our lives have been turned upside, down a lot of sleepless,
nights a lot of tears cried in, private a lot
of just coming to grips with this brave new world
that we find ourselves. In a lot of people have
been thrust into roles that they never expected for, themselves myself.
(49:29):
Included and we're just trying to do our best and
to honor the legacy Of Charlie, kirk the, incredible unparalleled
legacy of my friend Who. Dan and you know this
because you were around, him and.
Speaker 1 (49:41):
Beautiful soul he.
Speaker 11 (49:43):
Was he was so good in public AND i would
just say, that you, know somebody who spoke to him
basically every day for eight, years he was even better in.
Private and to watch him grow and mature into the
man that he, became and the father he, became a
husband he, became and the leader Of Earning point and
in so many, ways the conservative. Movement, yeah it WAS
(50:04):
i feel blessed to have been able to see that
so up close and just a truly remarkable, man a
modern founding, father An american, martyr A christian. Martyr and,
yeah we've got a heck of a job in front
of us to capture everything that his life is unleashed
for this, organization for the, country and we're gonna do
(50:24):
everything we can to make sure that.
Speaker 2 (50:25):
Happens, bob you've got a heck of a job to.
Do according To, andrew you're ready for. It it's a
new mission, now but it's the same.
Speaker 1 (50:32):
Mission.
Speaker 6 (50:34):
Yeah you know, WHAT i really love How andrew has
been handling this BECAUSE i think it goes without saying
there's no Filling charlie. Shoes there's nobody THAT i know
that can do there's no replacement For Charlie. Kirk but
what there is is effectively an extension of what he
thought was the best for the conservative movement as a.
Whole Charlie kirk really advocated for the variety of voices
(50:58):
within the conservative. MOVEMENT i get so many kids who
have come up and, SAID i want to be the
Next Charlie. Kirk AND i think Even charlie, himself WELL
i totally understand the sentiment that that is great to be,
admired And charlie's a great aspiration to, have BUT i
think he himself would, say, hey you, know rather than
trying to become a version of someone, else be the
(51:19):
best version of you that you can possibly.
Speaker 1 (51:22):
Forget, Phrase, Joebob i've to, say be the best version of.
You i've heard him say. That it's so so, Great Joe.
Speaker 2 (51:29):
Bob moving, forward you guys are planning a halftime. Show
it sounds like It's Super. Bowl to counter this ridiculous,
one you're opening thousands upon thousands of new chapters on
high schools and college.
Speaker 1 (51:41):
Campuses we covered that With angel last.
Speaker 2 (51:43):
NIGHT i, mean right, now it appears THAT tpusa will
probably be possibly larger Than charlie maybe could have even.
Imagined AND i know he had big, dreams but it
seems like the sky's the limit for the reach you
all are going to, have and not just on A martormerican.
YOUTH i think on people around the, globe and again
not just the. Young you guys have had a huge
(52:05):
impact on me the last five.
Speaker 8 (52:07):
Years.
Speaker 6 (52:07):
Jobob, YEAH i dare to say that we will go
bigger Than charlie ever, imagined because he did dream pretty.
Big but, that of course is the hope one thing
on The Super bowl really. Quick, YES i am hearing
from inside sources that this one will be In, english
unlike the other halftime show that's. Happening but just that's
just What i'm hearing from the. Inside but heard That, english, Right, Yesli.
Speaker 1 (52:31):
So why are you singing all in? Anyway it's An
american football. Game go, Ahead, starry interrupt.
Speaker 6 (52:38):
Stupid, No but like what you, SAID i Think Turning
point is going to grow beyond what He charlie could
have even. Dreamed there is a strong foundation in the.
Leadership And i've said, this you, know since the week
that had. HAPPENED i could not be more impressed By
erica and the role that she's played and the way
(53:00):
that she has stepped up in the face of unimaginable.
Tragedy and because of her strength and, FORTITUDE i have
no doubts at all The Turning point will grow beyond
What charlie would have imagined. It and believe, me what
he imagined was.
Speaker 1 (53:18):
Massive, yes let's end on something very.
Speaker 2 (53:22):
Positive Since charlie would have been thirty two today On
october FOURTEENTH tpusa put this up the thirty one, things
since he only made it to thirty, one the thirty
one ways to live more Like Charlie, kirk And i'll
just hit a few of them and Then Joe, BOB
i got about thirty seconds, left will give you the final.
Speaker 1 (53:38):
Word BUT i mean just start with. One honor The.
Speaker 2 (53:40):
Sabbath he did it every weekend, RIGHT i think was
It friday Into? Saturday he did it where no, phones NO,
tv nothing. Right send scripture to. Friends that's a great.
Speaker 1 (53:51):
One go to, church. WORKOUT i like the last. One
pick up the. Mic Joe bob final, word sir.
Speaker 6 (54:00):
To all of. That charlie will be missed, greatly but
