Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America. Tonight, Schumer shut down day
six Americans left stranded, federal workers like troops left unpaid,
Washington deadlock. Why Coshumer and the Democrats insist on providing
healthcare for illegals on taxpayer's dime. That's why, point blank
period stop plus chaos, lawsuits, violence. Oh my, this is
(00:24):
overseas right, no, no, no, no, this is Portland. Yeah,
it is a flashpoint for domestic terrorists. They're called Antifa.
They continue to clash with Ice, with local police forcing
President Trump's hand. Now, of course, a bunch of lawsuits
by Democrat led Whatever's also tonight, AMAS narrowly dodging a
(00:46):
deadline set by President Trump and the Board of Peace
last week. But piece in the Middle East, that's far
from over. The terror group refusing to budge on certain
provisions of the ceasefire us all that. I'm dan Ball
and Real America starts right now. Good Mond, even to
(01:13):
you folks, thanks for tuning in. So let's just begin
this way, shall we. I'm Portland in peril. That's it.
This reminds me of the Sommer of love when Antifa,
Marxist anti American thugs took over entire neighborhoods in city
blocks of Portland. Well they're back at it again. I mean,
this is like the birthplace of Antifa, isn't it. Months
(01:35):
long chaos in this city have now become a national
flash points. Federal troops and armed reinforcements have descended into
certain areas to protect ICE facilities and ICE agents, which then,
of course that sparked more unrest because these petuant children
don't understand the meaning of peaceful assembly. That's what it
(01:58):
says you're allowed to do. It doesn't mean you get
to burn things and hurt people. No. Democrat leadership in
blue states, of course, prefer though the violence. They prefer
defending criminals like Antifa, and prefer defending illegals over you.
Following the law protecting American citizens, Oregon and the city
(02:21):
of Portland now suing, of course, the Feds trying to
block deployment of the Guard while California and Texas trade
barbs and troop maneuvers, turning what officials call law and
order mission into a constitutional crisis in the streets of America.
And it's starting to happen in Chicago. You're going to
see it in New York, all these lefties that are
doubling down trying to push back on President Trump enforcing
(02:46):
immigration policy. Late last night, US District Judge Karen Immergutt
issued a new emergency temporary restraining order blocking the Trump
administration from deploying Guard troops from California or any other
state like Oregon. Yeah, that's going to get overturned. Immergutt
stating that the planned deployment violated both federal law and
(03:07):
the Tenth Amendment, which protects states rights to control what's
happening with their own borders. Her ruling temporarily halts the
deployments until more hearings can take place, I'm told in
mid October, and of course, is being appealed by the
Trump administration at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Like
I said, watch what happens when it gets to that level.
The Commander in Chief, ignoring the ruling, ordering three hundred
(03:31):
federalized California National Guard troops to Portland despite the judge's injunction. Ooh,
California is a testable governor. Good Old Gavin Newsom said
that the troops were already en route, and he calls
the move un American. You know what I call your move?
You're an American, mister Newsom. Okay, Newsom decided to take
(03:51):
it a step further, announcing that he's now suing Trump
over the deployment, calling it a breathtaking abuse of power.
Well you would now down for three years during COVID,
youman niacal evil. Anyway, He says that what Trump's doing
is not about crime control. It's all political, No, sir,
what he's doing is about crime and following the constitution.
(04:14):
What you're doing is political. Team Trump defending the deployment
as necessary to protect federal troops, federal property, federal personnel,
and of course the ICE agents that are just trying
to do their dang jobs. Now. Friend of this show
as well as host of the show Law and Border
over on rav and founder of Frontline America, Ben Berkwam
(04:37):
held a counter protest outside of an ICE building in
Portland over the weekend. Bergwam and some of our friends
seeing here from the MAGA movement, I love this, holding
up beautiful signs, signs that would never incite violence, like
God bless Ice. That's it. What's wrong with that? And
(04:58):
he was encouraging supporters to Hank if they in favor of,
you know, following the law. Not surprisingly, Ben faced a
whole lot of hostility from these anti American terrorists because
that's what Antifa is. Now. Okay, watch this.
Speaker 2 (05:15):
God bless I, God bless I.
Speaker 3 (05:19):
God bless ice, God bless ice.
Speaker 2 (05:23):
Illegals are illegal.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
Illegals are illegal, illegal, conquered it's called conquered land.
Speaker 4 (05:34):
Yes, God bless you.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
I'm just turning.
Speaker 5 (05:43):
God bless thiks, God bless iis.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
In addition to our friend Ben getting a little flak
from these domestic terrorists, another mutual friend of ours, independent
reporter Nick Sorder, actually got arrested up in Portland. Ben
joins me now to discuss everything that's been going down
in this hot bed of terrorism. Let's call it what
it is, Ben, The President labeled Antifa as a domestic
(06:09):
terror organization. Everybody calls Portland kind of the birthplace right
of Antifa. These thugs have been at it for five
years now, ever since the accidental death of George Floyd. Ooh,
they're gonna hate me for that one. How you doing, Ben?
Speaker 3 (06:23):
You know what, I'm blessed. I'm in a non disclosed location,
but I'm still in America. So this is unfortunately, this
is you know what you're talking about, what we're talking about,
Gavin Newsom and all this. We no longer have the
United States of America. We have the divided States of America,
and you have criminal thugs like Gavin Newsom and like
(06:44):
the mayor of Portland and the governor of Oregon and
all of these leftist states that have sided with the
criminal thugs. And simply for being out there with the
sign that said God bless ice and honk if you
loved ice. Multiple times, I was threatened, multiple times, I
was told to cat myself, and as you mentioned, I
was out there with Nick Sorder and many other patriots
(07:04):
who refuse to back down. They're out there again today
and they're going to continue to stand up for this
country until we restore the rule of law. And it's
very simple. It's very simple. All the mayor has to
do of Portland, all the governor has to do with
Oregon is allow law enforcement to do their job and
stop aiding and abetting terrorists. Right now, law enforcement is
(07:25):
attacking patriots who simply are out there peacefully demonstrating, and
they're allowing Antifa terrorists to terrorize their communities.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
Yep, so let's discuss that. So you got death threats
to your face, and I would have thought after they
probably looked up who you were, and they're probably texting
you and emailing you or dming you on social media.
The death threats, just like I got a whole bunch.
Ever since Charlie was assassinated, all this stuff, you and
I been discussing about this country and our America First Movement.
The death threats have risen. Of course, Ben, when you're
(07:55):
out there, do you wish evil upon them and death?
Do you tell them you hope they die? Do you
tell them to kill themselves? Do you then find their
ever their handles and send them up a tweet and
say you should kill yourself or hope you get shot
with an air fifteen you defend you? Ever? Do that?
Speaker 6 (08:09):
Never?
Speaker 5 (08:10):
In fact?
Speaker 3 (08:10):
I respond, Yeah, I respond to the death threats with love.
I tell them Jesus loves them, because this is a
battle of good versus evil, This is the devil versus God.
And I tell them they need Jesus. And that's the
bottom line. This is they're evil, They're empty soul as people,
They're they're empty on the inside and they're projecting that
emptiness out and ultimately, my prayer in every single one
(08:31):
of these events that we do when I'm out there,
either reporting for the network or I'm out there on
my own uh and and and counter protesting them, is
that we plant seeds. And every time I'm out there,
I'll get death threats, I'll get attacked, but I'll also
be able to plant seeds and the ones that have
been lied to. And I did that all Saturday, all
this last last week. I found multiple people that were
(08:52):
clearly out there that that we're told one thing about
who we were and about who ICE was, and we
were able to counter that. And when you back and
look at who's causing the violence, who really are the fascist?
It's undeniable. You know, our side is peaceful. We just
want law enforcement to do their job. We want ICE
to be able to remove criminal, illegal aliens from our country,
(09:13):
and we want criminal thugs to be prosecuted. That's in men,
It's very simple.
Speaker 1 (09:17):
Yes, it's just you know, follow the law. Can you
follow the law? That's all we're asking And that shouldn't
be too hard for elected leaders, right like the mayor
you were discussing like the governors we've been discussing from
these blue cities and states, like you raise your hand
like I did. Going to the military, you put your
hand on the Bible. You said you would defend her
(09:38):
against all enemies, foreign and domestic. And you've just been
told by your commander in chief that there's an entire
group of people known as Antifa that are terrorists in
our homeland and you're giving them more rights than independent
journalists and reporters like you and Nick. I want to
talk about what happened to Nick sorder. Folks. You've seen
him on this program before. He's an independent reporter like Ben.
(09:59):
He's covered the water poisoning over in East Palestine, Ohio.
He's been out to Maui, down to the Florida or
the Florida flooding, the North Carolina flooding, Texas flooding, the
border stories. He's been out there for US, reporting independently
dozens of times. I've had this kid on the show.
And so he was out there over the weekend and
they started and I don't know if we have the video,
(10:20):
but they started to burn a flag. There's Nick in
the light colored their hoodie. He stopped him from burning,
didn't touch them, didn't touch them, just got the flag,
put the fire out. They teased him, they ridiculed, and
they name called him, and then look at this. A
few minutes later, Nick's arrested. Now, in between that time,
I've seen the video, don't know if we have it.
He was recording them and their reactions to them taking
(10:43):
their flag they were burning, okay, And then here it is,
they get in his face that right there. They push him,
they are trying to throw him to the ground, they're
trying to take the flag back. They smack him, they
punch him, they take his phone, they attack him. Now,
if he pushed back a little and self the f
good on you, Nick, But then he got arrested. Ben
(11:04):
take it from there.
Speaker 3 (11:06):
Yeah, well, these are actually two different incidents. This was
actually last night you're looking at right here was they
were back out in the streets and simply for walking
down the street. What you see there in the background
is actually a sidewalk that Antifa has taken over. And
several of the patriots said, well, we have just as
much right to walk across the sidewalk as anyone else,
and for simply having the audacity to do that, he
got attacked. The night he was arrested, he got attacked
(11:29):
as well. It was after he saved that flag. He
was walking back down the street and they attacked him.
They punched him, they attacked him with their they used
the umbrellas as weapons.
Speaker 1 (11:39):
They knocked him down. He stood up, he.
Speaker 3 (11:41):
Defended himself, and for doing that, he got charged with
this orderly conduct and got arrested, the only one that
got charged. None of the Antifa thugs got charged. Only
with got charged. And last night when he got attacked again,
one of the patriots, Tommy, stood up and backed him up,
and Tommy got arrested. And none of the Antifa thugs
did this is and I was actually there. I witnessed
(12:03):
on Saturday police coming up and warning Antifa, if you
keep doing this, you're gonna give President Trump more reason
to send the federal troops. And I'm sitting there filming them.
Speaker 1 (12:13):
I'm like, hold on, hold on, hold on, local uniform police,
local PD, domestic terrorists to calm down, or you're going
to give Trump the ami he needs to send the
troops in.
Speaker 3 (12:25):
So he's trying to have video of it. I haven't
released it yet. I'm gonna release it later today.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
Can you please get that to the White House.
Speaker 5 (12:32):
Yes, I will.
Speaker 1 (12:33):
Get that video to the White House. If not then
then yes.
Speaker 3 (12:40):
And this is what this is not just about Antifa.
We have to realize the mayor, the governor, everyone who
calls himself a Democratic socialist. Antifa is their violent arm.
It is the brown shirts of the Democrat Socialist of America.
And so when we talk about these guys being domestic terrorists,
there is a web. There is a conspiracy of an organization,
(13:00):
multiple people, multiple levels. You've got all the way up
from the funders, people like George Soros, down to the
militants on the streets, but everyone in between. That's a
part of this needs to st Yes.
Speaker 1 (13:11):
Today, Amen, you got it. Ben. Look and that cop
he did that uniform badge, gun stripped full investigation off
the force. I'm sorry. You're telling terrorists how to behave
so that Trump Trump won't send the troops in. That's
their election of duty. Turn your badge in immediately, officer
with the Portland PD. And I want to update it.
(13:32):
I say thank you, invite to Ben. I got word
from Nick a little bit ago. Ben. You've probably heard
this charges now out of the Blue have been dropped
against Nick. Okay because Harmei Dillon, who's in charge of
civil rights, the DOJ and Pam Bondi, the AG, and
even President Trump all reached out to Nick over the
(13:52):
weekend after seeing his false arrest. And I'm pretty sure
that threat of the DOJ now investigating the Portland Police
Department is one of the reasons they backed off of Nick.
But the charges now have officially been dropped. The DA said,
quote after reviewing evidence and video, they can't prosecute.
Speaker 3 (14:12):
Nick exactly you think you think. But you know what
should not be dropped is the lawsuit against all of
them for frigerating on his civil rights.
Speaker 1 (14:20):
Oh, he's going to take them to town. That'll be
a civil matter. Plus at the DOJ goes after him,
that'll be a criminal matter. Portland PD, Portland mayor State
of Oregon. Y'all better lawyer up because the feds are
coming for you and it's Donald J. Trump this time. Ben.
As always, we love you, brother, Stay safe. I'm glad
you're in an undisclosed, peaceful area with your family away
(14:43):
from the spare bags. Merrick, see you, brother, You love
you still come stay safe man anyway, straight ahead, We're
gonna continue our coverage of Trump's crackdown on crime and
illegal aliens. We'll head to the Windy City next. We're
over the weekend the same on a crap went down.
Look at the video. Stay with us. Viewers are always
(15:05):
asking me how can they watch away in live? The
solution is simple. It's a streaming platform called cloud tv
now it's spelled klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot
com and subscribe to watch twenty four to seven live
feeds of OWAYN. The live package is only two dollars
(15:25):
and fifty cents per month for all you can watch. Again,
simply go to cloudtv dot com and do it today. Hey,
did you know that One America News Network has launched
a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
(15:47):
it branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there,
and forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
So join us at free Time and express yourself with
no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your cable provider
(16:10):
doesn't offer One America News Network you should give them
a call and kindly demand that they CARRYAN. Now you're
the customer, and without your feedback, your cable provider will
not know that there is a strong demand across this
country for One America News Network. So please call your
(16:30):
cable company today and kindly ask or demand that they
add ANN to their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a
question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and
Amazon fireTV all have in common? The answer is that
(16:51):
all three platforms offer you the ability to live stream
One America News Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV,
or Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store,
search out for AN, then enjoy all the great programming
offered by oi EN, including my show Real America. You know,
(17:24):
I'm looking at that intro guy securing America and I'm like,
did we make that five years ago during twenty twenty,
during the Summer of Love rihets or do we just
make that in the last week or two? Because it
turns out that good old California Governor mister Newsom isn't
the only government official that's gone back. You know what,
crazy who now decided to sue the Trump administration over
what trying to crack down on crime and illegal aliens
(17:48):
in blue cities and states. Oh, we can't have that.
Earlier today, the state of Illinois case in point, and
the city of Chicago both filed federal lawsuits against Trump
trying to stop the deployment of Guard troops to cut
down the crime in the windy City. Illinois's attorney general
and the governor jb put the sandwich down. Pritzker argued
(18:08):
the federal government has no legal authority to intervene and
accuse Trump of overstepping his constitutional authority. Texas Governor Abbott
approved sending four hundred Texas Guard troops to Illinois to assist,
even though Illinois says, no, no, we don't need anything,
but good old Pritzker not backing down, proclaiming the National
Guard deployment is an invasion by Trump. This is what
(18:31):
he posted. It started with federal agents, it'll soon employed
deploying federalized members of the Illinois National Guard against our wishes,
and that will now involve sending in other states military troops.
Well maybe if you did your job, Pritzker and kept
your citizen safe. Now you want to know somebody crazier
than him. The Mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson. He signed
an absolutely worthless executive order today establishing what he calls
(18:55):
ice free zones in city owned properties. The idea is
that they're going to prohibit federal immigration agents from using
these locations to stage whether it's operations or enforcement. The
White House now slamming Johnson's EO, accusing him of enabling
criminals and undermine law enforcement efforts.
Speaker 7 (19:16):
Today we are signing an executive order aimed at reining
in this out of controlled administration. The order establishes ice
free zones. That means that city property and unwilling private
businesses will no longer serve as staging grounds for these raids.
Speaker 1 (19:38):
I mean, folks, how can anyone in their right mind
want to vote for a Democrat these days? Watching them
thumb their nose at the law and the constitution. Joining
me now to weigh in on the craziness that's going
on in the Windy City, just like Portland, just like La,
just like Detroit. I can keep going on and on.
She's the founder of Chicago Red and now a candidate
(19:58):
for Illinois seventh Congression District and a friend of ours.
P Ray easily back on the program. P Ray, it
is always a pleasure to see you. I want to
roll a quick SoundBite from your governor. I know you
might not identify him as your governor, but he is unfortunately,
but here's JB. Pritzker claiming what's happening in your city
(20:21):
is all Trump's fault. I want to play it and
get your reaction immediately.
Speaker 4 (20:24):
Go ahead, guys, they're raiding neighborhoods where instead of going
after the bad guys, they're just picking up people who
are brown and black and then checking their credentials.
Speaker 1 (20:34):
Are you a US citizen?
Speaker 4 (20:35):
I don't know about you, but I don't carry around
papers that say I'm a US citizen, So you can
imagine people are getting detained. They're getting arrested US citizens.
They are the ones that are making it a war zone.
They need to get out of Chicago.
Speaker 1 (20:50):
P Ray, your family's been there for decades. You're a native.
Did Donald Trump turn Chicago into a war zone? Follow
up question? Are they just simply arresting black and brown
people only without even worrying about immigration status? Answer those
two for.
Speaker 8 (21:05):
Me, Well, Chicago has been a war zone since the
early nineteen hundred, so well documented war zone We have
lots of films about it. People have made lots of
money exploiting the violence of this town. I think that
we should focus more on the fact that our sanctuary
policies lured these criminals to our city, to our state,
(21:25):
and then they gave us, the taxpayers, the invoys to
take care of them. That's the problem here, and we've
been trying for years now to get rid of the
sanctuary oversight. However, it really angers me Dan when they
make this a black and brown issue. This has nothing
to do with the Negro people. We are not immigrants.
I am living right now on the West side of Chicago.
(21:47):
I didn't see Ice at Old yesterday looking at people's paperwork,
but I did see Christy Noan come to the Walmart
in our community to get the illegals out of there
who were They're stealing and making our quality of life
go down. That's what we're focused on. I've never seen JB.
Pritzker or anybody in government come together and the show
of force like this to say black lives in the
(22:09):
city of Chicago, or Asian lives or Hispanic lives. And
it's very important to realize that we have a large
Ukrainian population here in Chicago, and they're getting deported by
the boat load as well, the Georgians, the Arabs. This
is not just the Hispanic issue, a xenophobic issue. By
solely focusing on the people of Spanish just saying.
Speaker 1 (22:32):
Well, that's what Democrats do, Kira, you and I have
talked about this. Democrats play identity politics. That's all they have.
They have to say Orange mad and Magabad. They hate
black and brown people. Folks. Here's a white Maga guy
talking to a black Mega woman. See how we hate
each other because the color of our skin don't buy
in to the politics. It's bs. They do it every day,
(22:55):
pray because they have no policy to discuss. I want
to ask you another question. You got a police chief
there named Larry Snelling. They call him the superintendent's ahead
of your Chicago Police Department. He had over an hour
long press conference today. Sounds pretty upset because he's getting
flack I think from your mayor and everybody else to
try and intercede and stop ice from doing their job.
(23:16):
And so he had a presser and laid down the
law for everybody, telling them, look, while we've got this
Trust Act in your state, and we have this city
ordinance where we won't pull people over to ask him
if they're a legal citizen or not. We're not going
to stop federal agents or hurt or arrest agents for
doing their job. And it sounds like your mayor and
other crazy Democrats want your police department to fight with ICE.
(23:38):
Listen to this. When you plow.
Speaker 9 (23:40):
Into a vehicle that contains law enforcement agents, you're using
deadly force, and they can use deadly force in response
to stop you.
Speaker 1 (23:56):
And there's the headline This actually happened folks in Chicago
where they're using these apps to track ICE agents. They're
surrounding vehicles, they're trying to ram them, throw stuff at them,
and harm them. And this police chief of yours, p
ray is point blank saying, look, while I'll follow these
local stupid laws where I can't ask people if they're
illegal or illegal, we're not going to go get confrontational
(24:19):
with ICE agents and arrest them or get in the way.
Do you think elected leaders in your city and state
are trying to push law enforcement to get in the
face of ICE and to get like confrontational with them.
Is that the visual they want?
Speaker 8 (24:34):
Yes, that's the theory. That they want to create because
we have a law that states that the Chicago Police
Department cannot assist ICE, so they want to use ICE
as a counter force to say, look, Chicago, our police,
we are protecting you from Ice. But they don't understand
that the gag, friends, is that the Chicago Police Department.
Speaker 10 (24:52):
Is secretly helping ICE.
Speaker 5 (24:54):
They're telling them where to go.
Speaker 8 (24:56):
These are problem buildings where they were in South Shore
and they raided the building and landed the black Hawk
on top of the building. The police department had been
called there several times, that building had been condemned. The
presence of the illegals makes everybody tired, especially the Chicago
the Police department. So Larry Snelling has to tow the
line because he's an employee of the city. However, it
(25:18):
is very disrespectful for the mayor to get them a
stand down order when federal law enforcement are being attacked
and the local law enforcement can't go there and disperse
the crowd. That woman had a gun, sir, so they
could have killed her and said they shot her in
both arms and both legs. Sent her to the hospital
to get catched up, and now she's in federal custody.
(25:38):
That wouldn't have happened that the Chicago Police Department was
there to push them back. So thank you to Ice.
Thank you to President Trump. I love you so much.
President Trump. You are a hero in this town. Ignore
all of this lying liberal press that people are happier
than they've ever been. You're making it easier for me
to get signatures for the petitions because they're like, yes,
(25:59):
we want more of this in our city. The Blue
Wall is dead America and it's never coming back.
Speaker 1 (26:05):
Ah. Amen, love that. Check out p Ray's bid to
become the next congress Lady for the seventh Congressional district
over there in Illinois. You can follow her on Twitter
It's Chicago Red pea is or handle there p ray
Is always. Thank you so much for keeping it real.
Speaker 8 (26:21):
Thank you Dan for having me happy Monday.
Speaker 1 (26:24):
Coming out after break? Just how long will the federal
shutdown last? And what cuts could President Trump possibly make?
We'll discuss all that with Indiana Congressman Marlin's Dutsman next. Hey,
did you know that One America News network has launched

Thank you place right now, and because said the Democrats,
the Democrats are causing the loss of a lot of
jobs with their it's a shutdown. It's their shutdown, not
our shutdown.
Speaker 1 (29:09):
It's their shutdown. That's right. It is the Schumer shut
down as the Trump administration is calling it. And I
believe we're on day six today, President Trump, as you
heard him talking to reporters right there on the lawn
of the White House, blaming the Democrats for the government gridlock.
That's where it belongs, squarely on the shoulders of these
left wing radicals. And let's be real, Schumer and most
(29:32):
of these Democrats senators that are holding this up are
not radical Marxist lefties. They're just doing the bidding of
the radical socialist Marxist lefties that are in their party
because they're scared about those youngsters taking their jobs, or
maybe they won't get enough donations or win their next election.
So they're not worried about you and me. They're not
worried about getting people in the government, like our troops
(29:53):
and others paid. They're not worried about really keeping government open.
They're worried about their own hides. That's all they worry about.
Let's be real. A party that would rather pander to
illegal aliens than help the American people by Oh, I
don't know keeping our government running. Although I got admit,
have you noticed anything big with the shutdown where your
(30:13):
life is like abandon You're like, oh my gosh, we
can't go on the federal government shut down six days ago.
I haven't. I mean, think about it. We need to
obviously make sure we get our brave men and women
in uniform paid. Any government agencies that are providing direct
aid to citizens in need, they need to keep getting that.
(30:36):
But there are thousands upon thousands of federal jobs that
aren't even needed. Let's be real. Several discussions and votes
in the Senate over the course of the last week
have failed to reach any sort of bipartisan support. Meantime,
federal employees I could do. The military personnel are at
risk of missing their first paychecks during this shutdown cycle,
(30:58):
with federal workers m likely by October twenty fourth, I'm told,
and military personnel by October fifteenth. So yeah, that's only
like nine days. About seven hundred and fifty thousand federal
workers equivalent to approximately forty percent of the federal workforce,
now face unpaid furloughs. With essential personnel like air traffic
(31:21):
controllers of border protection, military medical staff, hospitals, law enforcement,
they will continue to work, though possibly without pay, through
the shutdown. Those emergency type positions they got to keep working.
So we've got to figure this out once again. This
is all because Democrats insist on providing healthcare to illegals
(31:46):
at your expense, folks, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson
pointing out how we got here and why it's such
a mess. Listen to this.
Speaker 12 (31:54):
Why did Chuck Schumer change his tune and why is
he now seeing exactly the opposite of what he said
six months ago. A picture's worth ten thousand words. Okay,
this is a copy of the Washington Examiner.
Speaker 7 (32:06):
Zoom in on that.
Speaker 5 (32:07):
All right, you can't see this at home.
Speaker 12 (32:09):
I just had this on my desk in a big
stack and I found it. This is March. This is
published March of twenty twenty five, March twenty six, exactly.
It's a picture Chuck Schumer looking very upset, very angry,
walking out with a box, and all the House Democrats
depicted their character seeing that he's an enemy of democracy.
Speaker 1 (32:29):
Why is he an enemy of democracy?
Speaker 12 (32:31):
Because the far left base in the Democrat Party has
turned on Chuck Schumer because he did the responsible thing
to get the lights on. Why because they want him
to show a fight against President Trump. So Schumer doesn't
want to be in this situation again. So he said,
my gosh, he got his staff together and he got
the far left wing of the party said what do
you want? What do you want me to fight on?
(32:52):
So they created a red herring.
Speaker 1 (32:54):
That's exactly what they did. And that's why we'll most
likely go into day seven, eight nine. Who knows how
long it could last. But joining us now to discuss
the latest on the shutdown. Indiana Congressman Marlon Stutsman back
on the program. Marlin I have to see you again.
How was your weekend, sir? While wondering what's gonna happen
in the swamp today or in the next hour or
ten minutes? Who knows? Right?
Speaker 2 (33:16):
Right?
Speaker 1 (33:16):
Dan?
Speaker 13 (33:17):
Great to be with you, but you know we're both
from the Midwest, and guess what harvest is coming in?
Speaker 2 (33:21):
The trucks are rolling, people are going to work.
Speaker 13 (33:24):
I've had some constituents say they didn't even realize the
government was closed, but of course, I mean, this is
again a big deal that needs to be resolved. But
House Republicans, we voted to pass a continuing resolution to
keep the government open. Chuck Schumer has decided he's not
going to give enough Democrats on a cloture vote in
(33:45):
the Senate to pass the CR.
Speaker 2 (33:49):
So this is a Schumer shutdown.
Speaker 1 (33:51):
Yeah, and I don't think people understand. And I heard
this now from several folks like me in the mainstream media,
though so unlike me, namely Jake Tapper on CNN, Chris
Cuomo now on News Nation formerly of CNN, and a
few others on Friday and others over the weekend, actually
(34:12):
holding a few Democrat reps feet to the fire, like
JAKEM Jefferies was on one of those programs and even said,
why are you guys lying? There's a provision right here,
and this is what Republicans are upset with. Why don't
you guys just remove it? Why do you keep lying?
And some of these folks, marn, they can't even answer
the question when they're being given softball questions by their
(34:35):
favorable media folks, I mean, this is disgusting. Just tell
the truth. That's why you're doing this. You want to
give money healthcare rather two illegals. Republicans say no, so
you force Chucky's hand and he shut it down. That's it.
Speaker 13 (34:48):
Yeah, Dan, I'm convinced that the reason the Democrats have
shut the government down is because they want these federal
government employees that live in northern Virginia to be at home.
The Virginia election is coming up in thirty days, you know,
four weeks from tomorrow, and so they want them to
be at home. Blame President Trump for shutting the government down,
(35:12):
telling the military, I'll guess what, you're not going to
get paid because of President Trump. Ever since Charlie Kirk's assassination,
we've seen the polling going the other direction because the
American people realize that they are the Democrat Party is
on the wrong side of the issues.
Speaker 2 (35:27):
But if they can shut the government.
Speaker 13 (35:28):
Down and tick these people off in northern Virginia and
give themselves a chance to win the Virginia election, then
they think this is somehow going to swing the momentum
back their direction. I'll tell you what, the Democrats are
good at politics. They're terrible on policy, but they're good
at politics.
Speaker 1 (35:42):
I would agree with you on that they do always
out maneuver the good old GOP when it comes to politicking.
But I said it the other I gave a speech
Saturday in a room full of veterans. You would appreciate
it in active duty guys and gals out here in
San Diego where I live, and I was, you know,
apply the shutdown, but then also saying, hey, we got
to make sure we take care of our troops. And
(36:03):
I said, look, I know this room, we're not suposed
to bring up politics. These are veterans in military and
it's say political, But I'm like, let's be real, right,
which party stands up more for law and order, our constitution,
our border, our Jueo Christian way of life, the way
we founded this nation two and fifty years ago. Today,
would you say it's the left or the right not
to get political? And let's be real, they have no
(36:25):
policy ever, Marlin, it's just whatever you and the Orange
Man say. It's bad, Marlin, it's bad. We don't have
to tell you what our policies are that are better.
We just have to say, y'all are bad. That's it.
Speaker 2 (36:37):
Yeah, that's right.
Speaker 13 (36:39):
I mean if you can stand out on the street
and hand out free ice cream all day, and then
of course then you turn around and say, oh, guess
what you know, Uncle Donald Trump, He's going to take
our fun away. That's how they operate over there. They
don't care if the city's burned down. They just want
to be in power, and they're ruining the country. We
just have we have to look at California, look at
(36:59):
the Illinois, look at New York. Those three states are
a train wreck. And President Trump is getting our economy
back on track, all while taking fewer dollars tax dollars
from the American people in the Working Family Tax Cut Act.
He's resetting the trade negotiations around the world. Finally, interest
rates are starting to drop after he's been telling.
Speaker 2 (37:21):
The fed to deuce.
Speaker 13 (37:22):
You know that this is what needs to happen, and
it still needs to go more. And he's also making
sure that the world is safe. Around the world, this
president is he's hitting on all cylinders. But of course
the Democrats see that that that's why they're playing politics
and trying to bring.
Speaker 2 (37:35):
It to a stop with a shutdown.
Speaker 1 (37:36):
Yeah, I want to hit a couple of headlines, so
folks know what's happening out there. So since the government
shutdown six days ago, you were talking about the economy,
and of course everybody's been freaking out ever since Trump
started the tariffs and everything else back in early March
and April, right, they were all freaking out. Well, did
I just see that the stock markets everything just hit
new record? Oh, there it is. This is during the
(37:59):
shit down. These are new numbers today. And then also
we were talking about our service members. President Trump vows,
no matter how long this shut down, this Schumer Democrat
shut down lasts, President Trump vows all service members will
get every last penny coming to them if any invests
come in back pair whatever. So troops, don't you worry.
(38:22):
Potus has got your back. Marlin, you want to weigh
on those two things.
Speaker 13 (38:25):
Yeah, you know what the president he is the he
fights for the American people, and he's going to fight
for America every chance he gets.
Speaker 2 (38:33):
He's got a record of it. It's just it's a fact.
Speaker 13 (38:35):
And I think that's why the Democrats they have no
policy to run on and to win an election. And
of course, you know this, this candidate in Virginia that
basically talked about assassinating his opponent's family has got them
on the on the ropes, and so anything they can
do to distract is what they do. And that's why
(38:56):
this shutdown does appeal to those Virginia voters who primarily
work for the federal government and are affected.
Speaker 2 (39:04):
By it more than anybody else.
Speaker 13 (39:06):
That's what they're willing to do and hurt the rest
of the American people.
Speaker 1 (39:09):
One last one. We played a clip there from Speaker
Johnson making fun of Chuck and his stance back in
March when he was fine with going ahead and keeping
the government running, but now not to do just just
seven months later, Hakem Jeffries challenged him to like a
prime time debate or something to discuss the budget and
these issues, and the Speaker turned it down. You think
(39:33):
good bad idea to turn it down. I have my opinions.
I don't give him oxygen, screw him, don't debate him.
Speaker 13 (39:39):
What do you think, Marlon, Yeah, there's no reason to
debate him. I mean again, this is just another distraction.
I mean, you know what. The Senate needs to go nuclear.
The Republicans need to go nuclear on the Democrats.
Speaker 2 (39:51):
Stop this cloture vote stuff. This is what has been
holding the Senate up for years and years.
Speaker 13 (39:56):
I don't think they should have a cloture vote on
budgetary issues because you've.
Speaker 2 (40:00):
Got to have the government run.
Speaker 13 (40:02):
And if the one party decides they're going to cut spending,
let them take that record to the voters. And if
the voters don't like the fact that Republicans want to
cut spending, they'll reward the Democrats and vote them back
here the Democrats.
Speaker 1 (40:15):
So thank you for reminding folks how government's supposed to work. Right,
you all won all three houses, and you won in
a big majority, not electoral but also the popular vote.
President Trump like, that's because we wanted these things to happen.
So Democrats that sid have no right to stop you
all from doing what we wanted you to do. And
if you don't like it, then you vote you guys
(40:37):
out and put them back in. And God forbid that happens,
because I don't want to see what happens to my
beloved Republic if they take back over. Marlin Stutsman, representing
the third district over there in the Hoosier State, Thank you, Marlin,
you bet.
Speaker 2 (40:49):
Thanks Dan.
Speaker 1 (40:49):
Great to be with you, nic, seeing you straight ahead.
Representatives for Israel and Hamas are in Egypt right now
as we speak, hammering out the new ceasefire deal and
agreement that was put forth by President Trump and the
newly formed Board of Peace early last week where we
told you about this, So now the big question will
they adhere to the terms? We come back? One of
(41:10):
the latest Hey, if your cable provider doesn't offer one
America News Network, you should give them a call and
kindly demand that they CARRYAN. Now you're the customer, and
without your feedback, your cable provider will not know that
there is a strong demand across this country for one
(41:33):
America News Network. So please call your cable company today
and kindly ask or demand that they add ANN to
their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
(41:55):
have in common? The answer is that all three platforms
offer you the ability to to live stream One America
News Network from your Roku TV AppleTV or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store, search out foran then
enjoy all the great programming offered by ON, including my
show Real America. Viewers are always asking me how can
(42:21):
they watch OAN live? The solution is simple. It's a
streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled klowd TV.
Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch
twenty four to seven live feeds of OAN. The live
package is only two dollars and fifty cents per month
(42:43):
for all you can watch. Again, simply go to cloudtv
dot com and do it today. Hey, did you know
that One America News Network has launched a twenty four
to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it
free Talk forty five. So why is it branded free
(43:03):
Talk forty five? Well, free talk because you will not
be censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five
because forty five is a really lucky number. So join
us at free Talk forty five and express yourself with
no fear of cancelation ever. Mine for Hamas to release
(43:32):
the hotpital. We're going to very quickly.
Speaker 11 (43:34):
We had some very good meetings the countries of the world,
A lot of the countries surrounding Israel, frankly Muslim, Arab
and many others have had great meetings with Hamas. And
it looks like it's working. So we'll wait for a
little while to see how it all turns out.
Speaker 1 (43:52):
President Trump announcing last night discussions with Hamas and international
mediators in Israel to end the war and release all
the hostages are going well, is expected. I mean, it
is a terror group. And by the way, they opened
up the channels of discussion moments moments before the proposed
(44:16):
deadline on Sunday, which if it would expired, President Trump
was pretty much ready to give the IDF the go
ahead to just level the rest of Hamas. The President
had set a six pm Sunday deadline for Amas to
accept his twenty point Gaza peace Plan and at aiming
the war and estab establishing rather a lasting peace in
(44:40):
the Middle East. The peace proposal calls for an immediate
ceasefire and an end to Israeli military operations in Gaza. Then,
of course, you must release all of the hostages, American
and Israeli and any bodies of hostages within seventy two hours.
Full disarmament of Hamas one of them, reconstruction of Gaza
(45:02):
under a new Palestinian governance supervised by a US led
international coalition. This Board of Peace then also a phased
Israeli troop withdrawal from Gaza. Trump expressing some optimism about
the progress the negotiations, but warned of massive bloodshed if
Hamas fails to accept the entire deal, urging all parties,
(45:27):
let's move fast. Hamas so far reportedly agreeing to most
of the plan, but not all. So far, they say
they're going to release the hostages. Okay, we'll see. They
say they will let a group of experts run Gaza,
but they are rejecting Hamas' disarm and there's a few
other sticky points, so we'll see how that goes. Now,
(45:49):
Israel has agreed to a initial withdrawal line in Gaza,
which has been shared with Hamas by the US. The
agreement paves the way for an immediate ceasefire on Tamas.
Confirms that the ceasefire would then trigger the start of
the hostage and prisoner exchange, and then that would begin
the withdrawal of the troops from Gaza. Israel's Prime Minister
(46:12):
Benjamin Yahoo describing the potential deal as a quote significant achievement,
and says that the idea of forces would remain in
key strategic areas in Gaza until all of the withdrawal
is over. Negotiations to finalize all this technicalities of the
hostage and everything else going underway pretty much as we
speak right now in Egypt. But they say this could
(46:33):
take the next couple of days to get everything concluded.
Net Yahoo emphasizing preventing any delays by Hamas and the
stated disarmament of Hamas would follow, either through diplomacy or
severe military force if necessary. Just give it up, Hamas,
or they're going to make you a parking lot. This
is President Trump warns Hamas. The terror group would face
(46:55):
and this is his quote, complete obliteration if you do
not give up control of Gaza as part of the
peace deal. So, as you all can imagine, the situation
is tense. Ongoing Israeli airstrikes in Gaza as mediators are
talking in Egypt right now. I mean They're gonna hammer
them until they bend. Hamas's complete cooperation remains uncertain, though,
(47:19):
but Trump aims to finalize this deal, he says, within days,
trying to end the bloodshed on both sides in a
blood exchange. President Trump told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin now
Who to stop being so blanking negative after Yawho question
whether Hamas would honor key elements of Trump's twenty point plan. Again,
(47:42):
Hamas has totally accepted parts of it, but has not
agreed to all of it. Trump sees this as a
turning point, fast implementation, get them to do it, and
if they don't, okay, Bibby, then'll let you finish the job.
But he thinks they're gonna bend. I think all parties
involved want them to bend. President Trump took the truth yesterday,
saying this, there have been positive discussions with Amas conscious
(48:05):
from all over the world, Arab Muslim and everybody else
this weekend to release the hostages and end the war
in Godza. But more importantly, finally have long sought peace
the Middle East. These talks have been very successful and
are proceeding rapidly. The technical teams will again meet on
Monday in Egypt to work through and clarify the final details.
I'm told the first phase will be completed by this week,
(48:27):
and I'm asking everybody to move fast. I will continue
to monitor this century's old conflict. Time is of the
essence or massive bloodshed will follow something that nobody wants.
So the big question Trump said he was going to
get it done. Can he find peace in the Middle East?
Joining me now to discuss these new peace talks. He's
(48:47):
the senior investigative reporter over Deepak Times and host of
the show Crossroads. Joshua Phillip back on the program. Joshua,
nice to see you. We'll start with an easy softball.
Do you think Trump can find peace in the Middle East?
It's the easiest one for you. After two years of
NonStop bloodshed, after a little ceasefire for a day or
(49:10):
hours and then back to fighting, or a couple of
days of a ceasefire and back to fighting, and then
a couple hostages and then no more hostages. I mean,
this has been nothing but a tater totter. But Trump
thinks it's going to get done. What do you think.
Speaker 10 (49:21):
Well, you know, if you had asked me maybe two
years ago, I would have had my doubts after seeing
what Trump did with Iran, I think he might be
able to I think what he did with Iran was incredible,
and I don't really think anybody watching these conflicts ever
thought that Iran would be able to stand down actually
(49:42):
just kind of leave the main stage, especially after being
bombed the way they were. Seeing that Hamas is a
much less powerful organization, a lot less influence, and frankly
now financially cut off, I think Trump might be able
to do it. I really think he might be.
Speaker 5 (49:58):
I might have it now.
Speaker 1 (50:00):
Obviously the alternative is and obviously you know Bibbi has
a itchy trigger finger, if you will, and I would
say again, rightfully so, and I'm sure I'll take heat
for that because some people have called what's been happening
there a genocide. I don't think it's a genocide. But
that's my opinion, and nobody's paying me for my opinion.
I think that you have a people that have been
(50:21):
attacked from all sides because they are surrounded by Muslim
nations who, literally, by reading their Koran, which I think
is of evil, calls for the death of all infidels.
I don't hear Jews calling for the death of all
you know, billion Muslims on the planet, but a majority
of radical Muslims are calling for the death of all Jews.
So I kind of see their point in that. Hey,
(50:43):
if you don't want to come to terms with what
President Trump and this new board of piece gave you,
and we're giving you the opportunity to lay down your
arms and go away in peace, we'll give you amnesty, okay.
And if you don't, we're going to obliterate you. I
kind of think it's time to make that call, because
every time a conflict over the last few decads, it
just broke out. It wasn't Israel trying to kill folks
(51:04):
on the other side of the wall. It's always one way,
and they're in defense.
Speaker 10 (51:09):
Your thoughts, well, I think it's political, I really do.
I think it's political. I think it's about politics and
it's about money. And here's a good point with that, Okay.
If Iran actually cared about Israel, you know, fighting against
you know, terrors whatever, and saying they're let's say we
agree with them, let's say, okay, they're killing Muslims, why
(51:30):
does Iran not criticize the Chinese Communist Party for enslaving
and killing Muslim leigers.
Speaker 5 (51:37):
Why does Pakistan not do anything about it?
Speaker 10 (51:40):
Why does Hamas and why does the Palestinian Authority work
with the Chinese Communist Party. Why did the leaders of
the Palestinian Authority meet with the CCP, including Shijing Ping,
right before the October seventh attacks. Why did they allow
the Chinese Communist Party to even negotiate their whole side,
including Hamas, including the authority when the CCP is, I think,
(52:03):
actually technically carrying out the largest current persecution of Muslims
in the world right now. Based on that alone, I
don't think they care about Muslim lives. I think this
is about power and about money.
Speaker 1 (52:16):
Thank you well. Hamas never has. I mean, how many
amans and clerics do you see, you know, posting videos
praising the blood of the women and children they hide
behind when the idea of soldiers killed them along with
Hama's troops because they hide behind them, or they do
have sympathizers that support what Hamas is doing, so everybody
thinks that the people getting killed they're all innocent. They
(52:36):
got to remember that polling showed before and after October
seventh that's something like eighty seven or eighty nine percent
of the residence of Gaza. The Palestinians approve of Hamas
going in and killing innocent Jews on October seventh. They
wanted it, They want more of it. Have folks not
seen the videos of when they came rolling back in
with the hostages in the back of their cars. These
(52:58):
were civilians, not Hamas, praising and cheering them for killing Jews.
So I'm sorry if I don't think that it's a genocide.
That if people that want you dead for your mere
existence get killed because the bad guys, you let run
your country, whatever you want to call your community, you
let Hamas do it. You vote Hamas in to run you,
(53:19):
and then Hamas uses you as human shields, and you
want to blame the Jews for that. I'm not buying it.
Speaker 10 (53:26):
Well, well, it's what American troops experienced in some of
these countries as well. You know, when you're dealing with
an insurgency. Let's put it this way, if we wanted
to go after every you know, American incident where you
had you know, civilian casualties, as you might frame.
Speaker 5 (53:40):
It, you'd go after a lot of people.
Speaker 10 (53:43):
It is the unfortunate difficulty of dealing with it with
an insurgency, especially in such a tightly packed area, right,
you know, with with the United States. The closest we
probably had that that was Fallujah. And I know guys
who were like machine gunners on the Humbies and Fallujah
laying down their guns, driving around lighting everything up because
that's what they were dealing with.
Speaker 5 (54:04):
It's a very difficult thing.
Speaker 10 (54:06):
To fight a war in a closely you know, compact
area like that.
Speaker 1 (54:12):
Joshua, Yeah, I don't think people.
Speaker 5 (54:14):
It's a difficult situation.
Speaker 1 (54:15):
Yeah, nobody wants innocent lives to be lost, but there
is a certain degree of responsibility on the part of
the attackers, the aggressors, right, and they're the ones using
their citizens as the shields, or their citizens are just
fine with being shields because they believe then there's some
(54:36):
sort of like martyr or whatever that helped the hamas
cause of killing the Infidel, the little devil next door
in Israel. I've heard enough. It just discussed the hell
out of me. All right, So, Joshua, you think today
is a better day, we may find peace. We'll see
how the week unfolds. Joshua Philip check out his show
Crossroads and all of his great reporting vertbic Times. Thank you, sir, pleasure,
(54:58):
thank you. Up next into Knights, Patriot Report, Potus and
Floatus honor the patriots of the United States Navy. This weekend.
We'll have highlights. We'll come back. Hey everyone, here's a
