Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America tonight, let me just say, amen,
President Trump finally designating the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist
organization today, Thank you, forty seven. We must stop the
Islamic takeover in this nation now, period and stop no debate.
Also tonight, could there soon be peace in Ukraine? Secretary

(00:21):
of State Marco Ruvel hopeful after a new tentative deal
is now being considered by Ukrainian officials.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
But will Moscow sign off?

Speaker 1 (00:30):
And a Real America exclusive tonight, Angel father Joe Abraham
tells his daughter Katie's story of being killed by a
criminal who was behind the wheel, and it's an all
too familiar story in America these days. I'm Dan Balm
and Real America starts right now. Good month evening to you.

(00:56):
Fighting back against a rapidly growing cancer in America, the
radical attempt to destroy the US and the very foundation
this country was built upon from the inside out. They
learned twenty four years ago by attacking us only made
us unite.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
But now they're amongst us, and we got to stop this.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
It's yet another critical mission being tackled by our President
Donald J. Trump, the Commander in Chief. Earlier today officially
designating the Muslim Brotherhood the Transitional Islamic organization which aims
to install shure real law across all aspects of society.
Now officially a foreign terrorist organization, the designation, backed by

(01:41):
Republican lawmakers, cites the Brotherhood's links to terrorist groups like
Hamas and its ideology rather that inspires groups like al
Qaeda and ISIS. Supporters also point out that the Muslim
Brotherhood's motto, their motto rather is Jihad is our way,
is responsible for multiple deadly attacks and they try to

(02:03):
justify it because it's the religion.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Right.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
No, this is why they are a terrorist organization. Don't
believe the lies. And let me tell you why some
folks are starting to soften up to Islam and radical Islam.
It's because you have Muslim nations investing in our nation
and brainwashing an entire generation of people. Case in point,

(02:28):
Qatar has invested more than twenty billion with a B
twenty billion dollars in American universities and educational institutions as
part of a strategy. Folks, they're infiltrating the US. They
want to weaken our republic from within. That's why they're
out there promoting anti democratic.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Look what happened in New York City? They just elected anyway.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
The Muslim Student Association, with chapters on more than six
hundred American campuses, is known for spreading Muslim brotherhood goals
alongside other radical groups like Students for Justice in Palestine
and there's more. The Council on American Islamic Relations or CARE.
You ever may talk about this group CARE. This is

(03:15):
a Muslim advocacy group. They've been doling out one thousand
dollars checks to college students who were disciplined by universities
for leading pro Palestinian protests and promoting the Hamas attack
back on October seventh of twenty twenty three. Of course,
this financial support comes from CARE, California's Champions of Justice Fund,

(03:40):
which raised more than one hundred thousand dollars to aid
students who lost scholarships or housing on universities due to
their violent activism.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
In October twenty.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
Twenty four, a loan, the fund awarded twenty thousand dollars
to twenty students from prestigious colleges like Colombia and Harvard. Disgusting,
all of this comes as Guitar's quarter billion dollar effort
to influence American policy makers comes to light, especially when
it comes.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
To our media.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
There's folks out there taking money. Since twenty seventeen, Qatar
has spent two hundred and twenty five million dollars on lobbying,
public relations, and legal firms here in the US to
try and buy positive influence. Much of Qatar's early lobbying
aimed to lift the blockade imposed by Saudi led neighbors
and counter narratives accusing Katar of supporting terrorism. Lobbyists on

(04:34):
Guitar's payroll have actively engaged with congressional offices seeking to
shape US foreign policy in ways that will benefit Qatar
and other Muslim nations. And I, for one, am sick
and tired of it. No, it's not as Lamophobia. No
it's not racism. This is the core of America, and

(04:59):
what Islam means to do to it is tear it
down and rebuild it with Sharia law and Islam in charge.
Joining me now to discuss what I truly believe is
one of the biggest threats to the American way of life.
She's a lifelong New Yorker and the author of the
substack super Moms Activated Jacqueline Toberoff back on the program,

(05:20):
and he is the host of the War and Freedom
podcast and a former Trump foreign policy advisor and the
author of the book Future Jihad. Yeah, start paying attention,
doctor Walid Ferres. Welcome to the both of you. So
let's praise President Trump for literally hours ago signing this

(05:41):
in to law designating at least while he's in charge,
the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization. I usually go ladies first,
but I want to bring on our foreign affairs expert
first and go with doctor Walid Ferres.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
Doc, was this thing the right thing to do?

Speaker 3 (05:58):
Absolutely? This is a historic moment, a historic signature to
designate at least to start some chapters of the Muslim Brotherhood,
mostly overseas, but that will have an impact on the
designation here in the United States as a terror entity.
That's a major, major step. Many presidents fail to do so,
many cabinets fail to do so, and many Congresses fail

(06:21):
to do so. And that's very important because number one,
the Muslim Brotherhood is not just a organization. It's the
mothership of Islamist and jihadist organizations around the world, within
the West, within the United States. And second, very important
there have been and are still in charge of the
indoctrination process. Everything you see has to do with jihadism

(06:43):
behind it. You investigate a little bit, you see the
Muslim brotherhood, including errors attack overseas and these violent demonstrations
on the homeland. So this is really the first step
of an important, important move by the president. Hopefully Congress
will allow him to take this into law at one
point in time.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
Yeah, let's hope.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
So that's why I corrected myself and said it's only
while Trump's in because obviously somebody could turn this around
with a stroke of a pen. So I hope Congress
acts as well and makes this permanent. I want to
run a quick clip and then jack and have you
sound off on the next one. This is an Islamic
scholar warning you of what could happen folks if we

(07:23):
continue to let this take over our cities in this
great nation.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
Role this. We are the messengers of the Messenger.

Speaker 4 (07:32):
We are the representative of this Dean of Islam.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
We have to be the solution. The future is ours.

Speaker 5 (07:40):
Every ideal nightmare of a Muslim Europe will come true.

Speaker 2 (07:49):
They can be as mad as they want.

Speaker 4 (07:53):
I don't care America will be a Muslim country, Russia
will be a Muslim country. Islam will enter every house.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
We have to be a part of that.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
Change, Jacqueline, y'all just well you didn't, but New Yorkers
just voted in a radical Islamic guy to take over
as your mayor. Right.

Speaker 6 (08:15):
So the first thing is I would thank President Trump
for finally doing this.

Speaker 4 (08:18):
I think it's a great move.

Speaker 6 (08:19):
It's a great beginning. This Islamist scholar is telling us
the plan, and I think that we should listen. As
someone who has two children or two kids in the
New York City school system, I can tell you the
most interesting thing will be to see the application of
how Muslim Brotherhood's designation is really impactful. Regarding the Muslim

(08:44):
Students Association and SJP, as you said, they have over
six hundred chapters in North America and Canada, and we
have seen since October seven universities post secondary institutions used
as hamas headquarters, specifically Cooney, NYU and Columbia, which DSA
used to help get Zoram Mandani elected. New York City
is over forty percent quote immigrant, and it skews very young.

(09:08):
So the people here are mainly foreigners that elected Zoram
Mandani and he was given money from Care. Care is
of course linked to Hamas. For the FBI high ranking
members were labeled co conspirators unindicted co conspirators. So how
will designating the Muslim brotherhood really be impactful? Only if
it goes after things like Care and SJP and the MSA,

(09:33):
and also the candidates like Zoran Mandani that accepted over
one hundred thousand dollars from Care again linked to Hamas.

Speaker 1 (09:41):
And you got candidates down in Houston, you had them
in Minneapolis, this time you got in Chicago. They're everywhere,
and they're telling you what their plan is. They realized
twenty four years ago, hitting us, bringing the towers down,
killing every three thousand people United US. But ah, let's
move in, be the neighbor, run for city council, run
for mayor, run for school board, and take over that way.

(10:02):
You just brought up the FBI doc. I'll get your
take on this one. Here's a former FBI agent warning
us of what Islam wants to do in America.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
Roll it.

Speaker 7 (10:12):
Of this enemy that we're facing from the Jahadi and
Chattanooga to the nine to eleven hijackers and everybody before
and in between have all said we're Muslims waging jahad
and the cause of a law in order to impose
Islamic law and established caliphate period period.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
Doc, is that FBI agent lying to us, I don't
think so. I know him.

Speaker 3 (10:33):
I've heard him before. He was a special agent specialized
in the Jihadi movement for many many years. I've heard
him before, and I'm sure he is now continuing to
spread his perception of it. But let me say I
am a witness to the genesis of that movement for
over thirty two years. I used to be a professor

(10:53):
in South Florida and giving lectures across the nation, including Washington,
New York, and San Francisco and elsewhere. And I saw
how the Muslim Brotherhood and their fronts advanced candidates, put
them into the classrooms, and they were influencing the classrooms
over the years. So imagine how many generations of people

(11:13):
who were she had eyed by And it was funded
by Petro Dolom.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
This is scary because I look right now, Doc, and Jacqueline,
We've got millions of Americans believing hate Israel, hate the Jews.
They're bad for you, but let's embrace Muslims in Sharia
law and Islam. I don't know what the heck's wrong
with you folks in America doing that. Look, you can
disagree with bibbian An administration, but you're getting sidetracked. You're

(11:38):
watching a wag the dog as we speak. You're looking
over here hating on Jews while the Muslims are literally
taking over our nation and want to institute Sharia law.
One more point and I'll give you the final word, Jacklin.
So we started with the doc thanks to elon X
just launched a new transparency feature which you can look
on your account and maybe track your favorite influencer or

(12:00):
favorite talk show host and find out where their account
originated from. So you can find out if your favorite
mega person is paid for by a foreign government. And
I bring this up because another headline shows that conservative
mega media has been targeted the last couple of years
by foreign influence like Katar and other Muslim nations to
get mega influencers to say nice things about them.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
Jacqueline final word to you.

Speaker 6 (12:25):
It seems like really America has been infiltrated at all levels. Again,
bringing this back to zooranj just to bring home the
point that foreigners and foreign influence have dominated what is
happening with American policy and American education. Zoora Mandani received
a lot of illegal foreign cash. What about COVID? How

(12:46):
much of that was inspired by foreign influence. So we're
seeing foreign influence install our candidates and shape our policies,
including again with big education owned by Arab oil nations.

Speaker 4 (12:59):
And see, yeah.

Speaker 1 (13:01):
I can't say it enough, folks, wake the heck up
and smell the foreign influence. Doctor Willie Ferrez, Jaqulin Tobroff,
thank you guys for coming on.

Speaker 3 (13:12):
Appreciate you, Thank you so much for having up.

Speaker 1 (13:15):

Speaker 2 (15:06):
Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.

Speaker 1 (15:08):
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
have in common? The answer is that all three platforms
offer you the ability to live stream One America News
Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV, or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store, search out for an

(15:29):
then enjoy all the great programming offered by including my
show Real America. Thanks for staking with us, so we

(15:53):
have some breaking news and tell you about regarding the
war in Ukraine. Just hours ago, officials with our government
and Ukraine officials drafted a new nineteen point piece plan
after some very intense talks in Geneva. Key rollbacks from
President Trump's earlier twenty eight point plan we told you
about last Friday, no longer capping Ukraine's army size and

(16:15):
removing a blanket amnesty for war crimes. Some of the
sticky issues territorial concessions and Ukraine's future NATO relationships are
in brackets for now and reserved for Trump and Zelensky
to resolve, maybe even face to face.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
Who knows.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
Ukraine's first deputy foreign minister said that the revised plan
quote bears little relation to the original and that almost
everything we proposed was taken on board end quote. European
powers are also pushing back, though they want stronger security
guarantees and less restrictive military limit than the original plan,

(16:52):
but Let's be real. I don't think President Trump cares
about what the EU thinks. He's trying to find peace
and as he always says, stop the killing.

Speaker 2 (17:00):
On both sides.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
And the bottom line is, you've got to get Zelensky
and Putin to agree whatever the EU says, whatever joining
me now to way In on the potential new deal.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
He's the co host of the Global.

Speaker 1 (17:13):
View podcast and a former foreign policy advisor to President
Trump and the author of the book Deep State Target.
Our pal George Papadopolis back on the program. All right, George,
you got the inside track. I don't know what's going on.
We go from twenty eight to what nineteen points? The
EU doesn't like it, but it sounds like some of
Zelensky's guys are saying, okay, Will the Kremlin say okay?

Speaker 2 (17:35):
And where do we go next? Yeah?

Speaker 8 (17:38):
Dan, So we now know what Zelensky wants, we know
what the Europeans want, and we know what Putin wants.
But at the end of the day, the most important
question is what does America want? And when you elect
the presidents like President Trump, who campaigned on peace, he
won on piece, you expect the president to now enact
peace and to assure that piece and an Americamerican taxpayers,

(18:01):
and the American taxpayers actually get a return on their investments,
and the homeland is protected. The Trump plan does exactly
all three of those critical issues. Of course, the Europeans
and Zelensky and probably President Putin himself are not going
to agree with everything that President Trump in the administration
is proposing here. But at the end of the day,

(18:22):
in order for peace and stability to be assured and
American interests to be secured, this rollout and assuring that
the President's proposals enacted is the only way moving forward.

Speaker 2 (18:33):
I love to hear that.

Speaker 1 (18:34):
So are you telling me, George that because Biden allowed
two hundred billion dollars I think of our cash to
go over there, and we've heard forty percent of the
cash and the arms and everything else is missing. We
don't know where it went. Trump in this deal. I
know there's stuff about the precious mineral rights and allowing
American business to take a foothold there. So you're saying

(18:56):
we might be able to get some return on the
two hundred billion dollars of tax payer dollars that we
put in during the Biden regime.

Speaker 8 (19:03):
Yeah, just a short while ago, under the Biden regime,
we were on the verge of World War three with Russia.
We were discussing the potential for men, women, and military
members actually be sent on the front lines to fight
with the Ukrainians against the Russians. We had no chart
towards peace or stability or return on US investment. Fast

(19:25):
forward to the Trump administration. What's actually been happening here.
We have a mineral rights agreement that the Trump administration
has already signed with the Ukrainians, which is a de
facto security guarantee. There's basically discussions now to realize the
facts on the ground in Ukraine, which is some sort
of recognition of Russian territory, allowing the Russian language to

(19:45):
be spoken freely, and to hold those accountable who committed
potential war crimes. Allow investment to go into parts of
Ukraine led by the United States and the Europeans. This
is a win win for the United States and the
Ukrainians and the Russians. It's going to stop the bloodshed,
it's going to allow money to trickle into Ukraine. It's

(20:06):
going to bring Russia back into the international community. So
it's not a pariah state that is waging war against
its neighbors. This is the best path moving forward for
all parties involved.

Speaker 1 (20:17):
In All right, George, only a couple of seconds left.
You got the inside track. Where does it go next?
Who's going to meet? I'm sure you're hearing from folks
within the administration fill us in.

Speaker 8 (20:26):
Actually, what I've been hearing is that they're trying to
bring the Ukrainians and the Russians together because at this point,
the Ukrainians simply want the Europeans to back their proposals,
their maximalist demands. But it can't operate like that. At
the end of the day, this is a Ukrainian and
a Russian agreement. The only thing the United States can
do is push them towards the table. The United States

(20:47):
doesn't have a dog in this fight, but it can
coerce them and help them negotiate towards peace. That's what
the Trump administration is trying to do, and unfortunately, the
Europeans are trying to side with the Zelinsky regime.

Speaker 1 (20:58):
All Right, we'll see if that meeting happens. George always
knows George Papadopolt's check out the book Deep State target.

Speaker 2 (21:03):
Thanks for the insight, brother, take care, appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (21:06):
Then, yep, coming up after the break, tackling crime in
America Thanks to Democrats, the das the judges, it's getting
a lot harder right to actually punish the bad guide.

Speaker 2 (21:16):
We'll have more on that we returned.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
Hey, did you know that One America News Network has
launched a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
it branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because

three platforms offer you the ability to live stream One

(22:49):

Speaker 2 (23:23):
And do it today.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
Welcome back, grossly negligent, soft on crime district attorneys and
equally just crazy radical liberal.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
Judges across this country. Guess what.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
You all have blood on your hands. I mean that
sincerely you do. This isn't for effect or for this
TV show, or for ratings or something. You literally have
blood on your hands because you're slapping the risks of
career criminals. I'm sick and tired of reading these reports
of another tax paying, law abiding American citizen being raped, beaten, killed,

(24:15):
because you all keep letting career criminals, whether they're American
citizens or illegal alien criminals, either one roam the streets
freely so they can pray on innocent Americans, and there
are devastating results after result after result. Latest case in point,

(24:35):
twenty six year old Bethany McGee of Chicago. She was
minding her own business last Monday night on a CTA
Blue Line train. This sounds familiar, doesn't it. Remember the
Irena girl in Carolina's. Anyway, when fifty year old Lawrence read,
and this is going to make your stomach turn, My friends,

(24:57):
when fifty year old Lawrence read a repeat fender with
seventy two prior arrests, count them. We thought it was
forty nine.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
Last week. They did more digging.

Speaker 1 (25:08):
Seventy two prior arrests, doused her with gasoline and set
her on fire. Witnesses say that read reportedly repeatedly, rather
shouted burn alive, and I'll just say what you can
bleep it if you want burn alive. He said it
several times as he lit this young innocent girl on fire.

Speaker 2 (25:32):
I want you to think about that now.

Speaker 1 (25:34):
Somehow Bethany was able to get away from the attacker
and survive. Over sixty percent of her body was burned.
Here's a young woman. She's an animal lover, a churchgoer,
close to her parents, her brothers. She's now in critical condition,

(25:56):
fighting for her life, all due to a scumbag who
should have locked up behind bars for years. But again,
a DA and a judge thought they knew better than
the law. It should have never happened. Cook County Judge
Teresa Molina Gonzalez. Let me repeat that, the judge, Teresa

(26:16):
Molina Gonzalez, You're one to blame.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
There's many others, but you're one of them.

Speaker 1 (26:21):
Reid actually faced Molina Gonzalez on August twenty second of
this year on a felony aggravated battery charge, accused of
slapping a social worker so hard he knocked her unconscious. Yeah,
so that was number seventy two.

Speaker 2 (26:37):
I take it.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
Despite this violent act, the prosecutor's request to keep him
incarcerated right due to the danger, No, Molina Gonzalez didn't care.

Speaker 2 (26:49):
She cut him loose with an.

Speaker 1 (26:51):
Ankle monitor, allowing him to roam free until November seventeenth,
when he attacked Bethany McGhee. Then there's an equally detestable
Mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson, who had the audacity to
say this about this case.

Speaker 5 (27:08):
Listen, as awful and as horrific as this tragedy is,
this is as an isolated incident. As we continue to
invest more in our public transportation system, we want people
to feel safe.

Speaker 2 (27:22):
As they write it, so many workI people were live.
Chris cut him off.

Speaker 1 (27:25):
I'm not gonna hear any more of his lies in BS.
Did you hear what he said right at the beginning,
I don't care about We're gonna invest No, you said
it was an isolated incident. You're lying to the voters
of Chicago.

Speaker 2 (27:38):
People. Wake up.

Speaker 1 (27:41):
It wasn't isolated. The das and judges kept letting this
guy out seventy two times. Now, granted, I'm sure every
arrest wasn't ajailable offense, but regardless, seventy two times. Tragically,
Bethany McGee isn't the only victim of these vile liberal,
soft on crime das and the radicals in the black

(28:04):
robes just pretty much held bent on coddling criminals at
the expense of you, me and our family members and
loved ones, anyone who's witnessed the horrific attack. And here's
the gal I was talking about. Do y'all remember Irena.
A lot of people forgot because our good friend Charlie
Kirk got murdered, But don't forget Irena. She was the
Ukrainian refugee who was brutally stabbed to death back in

(28:28):
August aboard the Charlotte light rail system in North Carolina.
IRENA's killer, thirty four year old de Carlos Brown Junior,
had at least fourteen.

Speaker 2 (28:38):
Prior arrest that we know of.

Speaker 1 (28:40):
Brown charged a first degree murder scheduled for a courd
heering in April to determine whether or not they're going
to go after the death penalty for that scumbag. Really,
have you seen the video? Where's the question joining us
now to discuss all of this. He's an attorney and
he's a candidate for Attorney General in the Great State

(29:02):
of New York. Michael Henry back on the program to
weigh in. Michael, I'm so sick and tired of this.
I'm so sick and tired of having to sit here
and report on innocent and it seems to be a
trend lately, Innocent young women just sitting on a train,
walking home from class, driving in their car, whatever it

(29:23):
may be killed either by an illegal criminal alien with
a criminal past or an illegal American with a criminal
past that democrats and liberals keep releasing into our society.

Speaker 9 (29:36):
Michael, Yeah, first off, thank you for having me. And
I'm really quite honestly sick and tired of coming on
all these news shows story after story. I mean, last
year we had a similar situation in New York where
a woman was burned alive like a durfling log on
the subway by an illegal migrant. And the reality of
the situation here is these far left policies and the

(29:57):
big cities are not working. They're jeopardizing people. There's a
no fear, no consequence mentality where the bad guys feel
they could do what they want, whenever they want, wherever
they want. And on top of that, the thing nobody
else wants to talk about is we have a serious
mental health crisis. We mentally ill people out on the streets,
terrorizing ordinary citizens. This guy in Chicago's seventy two times

(30:19):
and By the way, Chicago's different than New York. In
New York, we are the only state out of fifty
that doesn't have a dangerousness standard when it comes in
to taking that when they're taking in battle into account.
In Chicago and Illinois they have that. So the fact
that this judge let this guy out just over the
crimes he's committing committed in the last couple of years.
We're felonies. He should have never been walking these streets.

(30:40):
And I don't know how these prosecutors and toward judges
sleep at night when they let people like this out
onto the streets knowing what they're going to do. There's
no doubt in anybody's mind this guy is going to
keep committing crimes until he's put in jail for the
rest of his life.

Speaker 2 (30:54):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (30:55):
I don't get where the whole social justice thing comes
into play, right, because several years ago, when all this
craft started, when Soros was putting the millions into the
local DA races and the local judges races right and
got all these liberals put on the bench and put
into these prosecutor positions. The whole thing was supposed to
be about social justice. And I get that for decades
in this nation, and I'll admit it because we need

(31:17):
to in this discussion that yes, for decades, the judicial
system was corrupt in that especially men of color, black
and brown, would receive longer sentences for smaller crimes like oh,
I got a little dimebag of pot, give the guy
ten years.

Speaker 2 (31:32):
That did happen.

Speaker 1 (31:33):
I get that, But that doesn't happen anymore. Now you're
reversing it so much to act like you're a social
justice warrior that you get to burn or stab a
woman to death in broad daylight cameras rolling, and you've
got to decide if you want to give somebody the
death penalty.

Speaker 2 (31:49):
These days, this is.

Speaker 9 (31:51):
You know who's you know who's hurt most by these
policies or minority communities. If you look in New York City,
you know the number one group of people are trying
to get gun permits. It's African American women. Why because
they're targeted And I hate to say it, in many
instances when it's a one women of color that's attacked,
many times it's not covered in the media like it
is when it's a crime with a white woman. And

(32:12):
I mean, we're saying that it's just a reality that
how people have to live in these minority communities. Hard
working people just trying to go to work every day
on the subway or taking the train. They are normally
tormented the most because the policies of politicians who fed
into too much of the BS and the nonsense that
their college professors taught them. This is not working, it

(32:32):
hasn't been working. We all want a fair justice system.
Many of us believe in treatment courts, which have worked
in a lot of the Red States where they put
in strict guidelines, especially to help people with drug addiction.
And we could have something that works and makes sense,
but we have to use common sense. What we don't
have right now is a system that has common sense,
and it's jeopardizing the average citizen on a daily basis.

(32:54):
And that's the scary part.

Speaker 1 (32:55):
Amen, Well, I could imagine you as Attorney General of
New York, with all the crimes in the City of
New York and other cities around the entire state.

Speaker 2 (33:04):
You would be a guy who would hold them accountable
as AG.

Speaker 1 (33:08):
And speaking of that, since the gal that's in that
seat right now is named Letitia James, and the big
break in news earlier today was that a Clinton appointed
judge has now dismissed the cases against James Comy and
your friend Latitia James.

Speaker 9 (33:23):
I thought I would give you a few seconds to
weigh in on that. Michael, don't insult me. She's not
my friend. But look, the reality here is this. This
is what happened. Our first office was dismissed without prejudice.
It could be appeal that could be brought again. On
her team, to their credit, got it dismissed on a technicality.
Quite frankly, it was good lawyering. If I was our lawyer,
I would always move to move, move to get it

(33:45):
defeated on procedure right away. It's the right thing to
do when you're defending somebody. And they did get a
bit of a win here. But this was garden variety
mortgage fraud. Even when you hear her talk about it,
she always says they have to prove intent. Neither her
nor any t it's backing her who claim its weaponization
have ever said she did not do it. It's all in
the public record, and I have a feeling this is

(34:07):
not going to be the end of it, especially considering,
like I said, the dismissal was without prejudice.

Speaker 1 (34:11):
All right, Michael Henry, candidate for Attorney General, Thank you,
appreciate you, Thank.

Speaker 9 (34:16):
You for having me Dan.

Speaker 2 (34:17):
It's good to talk to you as always. Yeah, thank you.
Straight ahead.

Speaker 1 (34:20):
In addition to kicking out millions of illegal aliens, one
of the priorities of the Trump administration is to make
sure that we get those illegal, non English speaking aliens
out of the driver's seats of big rigs around our country,
especially after several deadly collisions.

Speaker 2 (34:38):
Caused by them.

Speaker 1 (34:39):
A grieving angel father will join us next to break
his heartbreaking story of his daughter's death at the hands
of an illegal. Hey, if your cable provider doesn't offer
one America News Network, you should give them a call
and kindly demand that they carry away in Now you're
the custom and without your feedback, your cable provider will

(35:04):
not know that there is a strong demand across this
country for one America News network. So please call your
cable company today and kindly ask or demand that they
add ANN to their channel lineup.

Speaker 2 (35:22):
Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.

Speaker 1 (35:24):
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
have in common? The answer is that all three platforms
offer you the ability to live stream One America News
Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV, or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store search out FORN, then

(35:45):
enjoy all the great programming offered by including my show
Real America. Viewers are always asking me how can they
watch OA in live? The solution is simple. It's a
streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled klowd TV.

(36:07):
Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch
twenty four to seven live feeds of OAN. The live
package is only two dollars and fifty cents per month
for all you can watch. Again, simply go to cloudtv
dot com and do it today. Hey, did you know
that One America News Network has launched a twenty four

(36:29):
to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it
free Talk forty five. So why is it branded free
Talk forty five? Well, free talk because you will not
be censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five
because forty five is a really lucky number. So join
us at free Talk forty five and express yourself with

(36:52):
no fear of cancelation ever. Welcome back to the Epicenter
and the Fight to keep America's roadways safe is now
focused on the communist state where I live, California or Commifornia,

(37:14):
where officials with the Department of Transportation, along with the
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, are now set to revoke
thanks to Trump and Secretary Duffy, thanks to nobody else
because it's sure as heck, and California officials. They're set
to revoke seventeen thousand commercial driver's licenses issued to guess
who illegal aliens by the California DMV. The revocation follows

(37:39):
a federal audit that found widespread violations of federal standards
in California's issuings of their CDLs to the illegals. Get this,
about one in four of these licenses were still valid
beyond the legal authorized stay or work permit expiration of
the driver in the US, and no surprise here, the
California dm these verification process for lawful presence before issuing

(38:04):
licenses was found to be insufficient or flawed.

Speaker 2 (38:07):
No skidding.

Speaker 1 (38:09):
Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy accuses California issuing these licenses illegally,
while Camifornia's Governor good Old Newscombe argues the licenses were
issued according to federal guidelines.

Speaker 2 (38:22):
No, they weren't Alliance Sakka and you want to be president.

Speaker 1 (38:26):
Truck drivers with revoked licenses need to reapply with proper documentation,
and carriers are urged to verify drivers' credentials for compliance.
DHS Secretary Christy Ulman recently announced the arrest of more
than one hundred and forty illegal alien truck drivers during
Operation Midway Blitz, conducted in coordination with Indiana State Police

(38:49):
and ICE. The operation resulted in the arrest of two
hundred and twenty illegal aliens on Indiana highways near the
Illinois state line. One hundred and forty six truck drive
included here. More than forty of the arrested truck drivers
had been issued commercial driver's licenses by guess what Sanctuary
states like Illinois, Commifournia, and New York go figure. Democrats

(39:15):
are getting people killed, my friends, and you want to
vote for them because Trump said something mean.

Speaker 2 (39:22):
The final straw.

Speaker 1 (39:24):
Came when launching Operation Midway Blitz the tragic death of
Katie Abraham, a Chicago woman killed earlier this year by
an illegal alien truck driver. Katie's father recently penned not
Bet in the Chicago Tribune, saying, quote, we all share
my daughter Katie's legacy, and her death must still mean something.

Speaker 2 (39:46):
Joining us now and this guy is stronger than I.
Don't think I'd be able to handle it.

Speaker 1 (39:51):
Angel father and Katie's dad, Joe Abraham on the program
for the first time. Joe, let me first and foremost
just say to you God bless you brother for having
the intestinal fortitude to come on programs like this and others.
I saw some other interviews talk about your sweet daughter,

(40:12):
but also big picture talk about the tragedy that was
intentional that led to your daughter's death. And when I
say intentional, no, I don't mean the truck accident. But
it's not an accident when you've got lawmakers giving people
who can't read a damn sign a license to drive
forty ton down the freeway.

Speaker 2 (40:32):
So thank you Joe for.

Speaker 10 (40:33):
Coming on, No, thank you for having me as and
happy Thanksgiving. I know, as we're getting ready for Thanksgiving,
we have an empty empty chair at our table this year,
thanks thanks to Illinois policies.

Speaker 1 (40:47):
That's I mean, folks, think about what this dad just said,
thanks to Illinois policy.

Speaker 2 (40:52):
So the.

Speaker 1 (40:54):
Worthless individual who drove that tractor trail got his CDL.
Where Jill, have you learned from Illinois?

Speaker 10 (41:03):
So I just to clarify, he wasn't illegal immigrant. He
was Watermalan national using a Mexican national alias. He actually
was driving an SUV when he rammed into the back
of my vehicle that my daughter was in at eighty
miles an hour, just decimated the Honda Civic. He was

(41:23):
in an suv and Katie died on the scene. Another
woman died the next day. Three were injured. And to
show you sort of the backbone and character of the
people that Illinois is allowing in and standing behind. He
got out of his car. Of course he wasn't hurt,
and he fled. He ran from the scene, didn't offer

(41:44):
any aid, didn't wait for first responders to help him
understand what happened.

Speaker 2 (41:49):
He ran.

Speaker 10 (41:50):
He fled from Urbana to Chicago, Chicago down. He was
almost at the Mexican border. They got him in Milford,
Texas the US Marshalls. A couple of days Afterald Trump
took over, and I want to say I believe that
because of him closing that border, maybe it was a
little bit easier for them to sort of round up
this guy.

Speaker 1 (42:08):
Oh, it definitely was if Joe was still in charge.
Come on, that border was wide open. So wait a minute,
let me understand this. He was a Guatemalan national, but
somehow explain that again. How he got into Indiana or Chicago, Illinois,
wherever he was? This is all convoluted to me break
it down again.

Speaker 10 (42:27):
Yeah, so so he is a he has been previously deported.
I don't know how many times. I can't get a
whole lot of information because all your requests are being denied.
But he's a Guatemalan national using a Mexican national alias.
So in Illinois he was going as Wan sure as
his real name is Julio Kuco.

Speaker 1 (42:45):
Did they get him a regular driver's license in Illinois?

Speaker 10 (42:47):
So I can't get that information either, Like on the
police support, there was a driver's license. I just can't
get a lot of that information. Did they give him that?

Speaker 1 (42:55):
Well, of course they tell you to know because then
they be liable more right for your daughter's death for
a lot showing somebody like this on the roadway with
an issued license by a state.

Speaker 10 (43:05):
Yeah, I don't know if he had any I know
he was pulled over before in Urbana and was cited
for not having a driver's license or insurance. Was given
a ticket and a court summons. He never showed up,
never paid the fine, just kind of you know, state
never followed up on that either.

Speaker 2 (43:20):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (43:21):
I'm gonna throw some other headlines out real quick, Joe,
just so folks can understand this is a crisis. It's
not just a one off like your daughter got hit
by this guy at an suv. No, this is happening
again and again and again. Illinois, California, Florida. We've seen
these accidents now and whether it's an suv or a
big rig, I don't care. It shouldn't be happening at all.
So in Ontario, California, there was an illegal alien who

(43:44):
caused an eight car pile up.

Speaker 2 (43:46):
Look at this devastation.

Speaker 1 (43:48):
Okay, that killed three people, and I'm gonna call these
murders because they shouldn't have been happening. So it's not
an accident because you gave somebody a license who shouldn't
be driving on our roadways, so they were murdered. Then
you got another one here, illegal alien fugitive found driving
a big rig in Kansas because the Biden regime gave

(44:08):
him a work permit. He was here hanging out, So yay,
there's another one. And then they're in every state. Oklahoma
law enforcement and ICE say they've arrested seventy illegal aliens
in a highway sweep in that state, where they caught
thirty four of them unlawfully operating large commercial vehicles. So

(44:28):
there's another state I forgot Oklahoma, Illinois, New York, Florida, California.
It's happening everywhere, folks. If they're taking seventeen thousand illegal
CDLs away from just California drivers, think about how many,
possibly tens of thousand illegals are driving on our roadways

(44:49):
right now. That's a scary thought, Joe.

Speaker 10 (44:53):
Yeah, no, it definitely is. And here's the thing people
I think need understand. You know, I know ICE in
the Midway Blitz, when we talked with the hi US,
it was around getting the worst of the worst, which
we agreed with. I mean, you know, clearly Illinois had
no controls or or audit process. But uh, you know,
you got to remember this as well, It's not just

(45:13):
the worst of the worst. Because I'd say, Julia cooka
bowl while he was a man of low character and
did things illegally. He I wouldn't consider him worse of
the worst. He wasn't raping at a file, But yeah,
we have the but he was certainly seemed very comfortable
driving behind driving under the influence. I'm going to go

(45:34):
on a limb here and say this was not his
first foray into driving under the influence.

Speaker 2 (45:39):
So so again he was in the state.

Speaker 10 (45:42):
And all I was asking the state is what you
kicked the side door open in the middle of the night,
and you let everybody and anybody in? What controls? What
process did you have to understand? Who was coming in?
What's the roster? Why are they here? How are they
being supported? These simple basic questions. That is, they're so competent.

(46:04):
I figured there must have been a way, they must
know there was I got zero. The silence is so deafening,
So I'm gonna have to assume there's no process here.
It was just the wild West. It was incompetent, arrogant,
thoughtless leadership here on Well, that's all you got policies,
very extreme, extreme policies.

Speaker 1 (46:24):
There's no BALLI from Pritzker to Brandon, you have got
horrible leadership. The Maryora Chicago, the governor of Illinois, and
I feel like all this stuff is a wag the dog.
They want to look away, don't look at our horrible
policy that's ruining the state and ruin in the city.
Look away, look away, Joe Abraham, thank you so much
for sharing Katie's story with us.

Speaker 2 (46:42):
God bless you. I know it's going to be a
rough holiday season. You take care of you. That is yeah,
it is God blessed. Thank you. Take care. Yeah, stick around.

Speaker 1 (46:54):
Christians are under attack around the globe, and with that
in mind, now more than ever, as Christians, we need
to be firm in our faith. Two of my personal
pastors are going to join us with a message of
hope for all Christians.

Speaker 2 (47:06):
Next.

Speaker 1 (47:14):

Speaker 2 (49:19):
Lineup, thanks for sticking with us.

Speaker 1 (49:31):
We're going to turn our attention now to the ongoing
genocide of Christians in Nigeria. President Trump now threatening military
action against Nigeria, citing the targeting and killing of Christians
by who else Islamic extremists. Of course, folks, you heard
me at the beginning of this program talking about radical Islam,

(49:54):
the Muslim Brotherhood, and the takeover of cities in the
United States. This is a major problem here at home
and abroad, and we better nip in the bud asap
or it's going to be our downfall.

Speaker 2 (50:06):
Now.

Speaker 1 (50:06):
Trump is directed the Department of Defense to prepare for
possible operations in Nigeria to eliminate these militants, warning the
US might have to enter the country quote guns a blazon.

Speaker 2 (50:19):
He's not messing around.

Speaker 1 (50:21):
He's also threatened to cut off all US aid and
support to that nation if the country continues to allow
these attacks on Christians. Christian genocide in Nigeria is so
bad it's now alarming even secular Americans. It's estimated that
since twenty ten, at least one hundred and eighty five
thousand people have been killed simply because of their faith.

Speaker 2 (50:44):
Think about that.

Speaker 1 (50:45):
And oh, by the way, if you break it down,
they're saying one hundred and twenty five of those were
Christians and sixty thousand were nonviolent Muslims who wouldn't go
along with the violent ones. The US recently designated Nigeria
as a country of quote particular concern for severe violations
of religious freedom, with lawmakers proposing rather legislation to hold

(51:07):
the Nigerian officials accountable until they stopped the violence. Now,
despite all this, the atrocities continue around the clock. Just
last Friday, armed attackers invaded the Saint Mary's Catholic School
in Nigeria, abducting This is horrific. Three hundred and three
kids and twelve teachers. This happened in the early morning

(51:29):
hours one two three in the morning. Security guard was
shot during the attack. The Catholic Diocese in the region
condemned the attack as painful and disturbing and emphasized the
ongoing collaboration with security forces, community leaders, and government authorities
to try and ensure the safe return of these kids.
Just horrific, and folks, this is why you hear me

(51:50):
on this show and I wish more America first patriots
that have platforms, whether they're a social media influencer, a podcast,
a national talk show host. I wish you would use
your platform, guys, because if you're out there bragging that
you're a Catholic or a Methodist or a whatever, you're
a Christian and you're not talking about this, you're doing

(52:11):
a disservice to your fellow man, to this nation, to God,
to your belief in the Word.

Speaker 2 (52:18):
Why aren't you talking about this? Anyway? You know who
is my pastors?

Speaker 1 (52:22):
You hear me talk a lot about the church that
I attend here in southern California, because, believe it or not,
in Commifornia there are some gutsy bold pastors that actually
talk politics, that talk about the genocide of Christians, that
tell you you should be active in all of this.
So joining me now the sound off about all this.

(52:43):
I love this duo. They are a dynamic duo. John
and Becky Heinrix. These are regional pastors for my church,
Awakened Church here in southern California, of which, by the way,
we're expanding. Hi, John and Becky, We're in a three
or four states now. We're growing as a congregation, aren't we?

Speaker 2 (53:01):
Guys.

Speaker 11 (53:02):
Yeah, we're now ten locations in four states, soon to
be eleven locations, landing in Florida very shortly in West
Palm Beach close to where you got married, sir.

Speaker 2 (53:13):
Beautiful.

Speaker 1 (53:14):
Okay, So wait Florida, California, Idaho, and Utah. Is that
the four in Washington?

Speaker 2 (53:20):
Okay? So we just keep going. I love it.

Speaker 1 (53:22):
We're awakening people to the worst there. Let's get you
guys' take first and foremost on what's happening in Nigeria,
and then I want to talk bigger picture about how
the Christian faith is under attack globally and how we
need to fight back as Christians. But just your thoughts,
John and Becky about what's happening, how people have looked
the other way for it sounds like a decade or longer.

Speaker 2 (53:42):
What's happening.

Speaker 1 (53:43):
Finally the President's taken notice and others around the world.

Speaker 11 (53:47):
Yeah, thank god we have a president with some courage.
It's one to stand up for God and stand up
for Christians around the world. I mean, what's happening there
is absolutely horrific and we can't stand for it as Christians.
You know, in America, the Bible time talks about as Christians,
there will be persecutions, and in America, persecutions come by
like you know, losing followers on Instagram, and we get

(54:08):
all up in arms about that, where there in other
countries people are literally being beheaded and killed for their faith.

Speaker 4 (54:14):
It's just really a tragedy. And I'm so grateful for
President Trump getting involved.

Speaker 2 (54:18):
Yeah, it just just horrific.

Speaker 1 (54:20):
Becky to you, why do you feel now more than ever?
Because I'm sure there's been other inflection points and boiling
over points in our nation's history where this has, you know,
really come forefront. But for me, I'm about to turn
fifty one here in a couple of days, and I
can't remember a time when I have seen Christians under

(54:42):
attack globally but here at home more than ever, and
people putting down the Christian faith, their belief that God
even exists, the word, and then propping up Islam, which
in my book does not coincide and cannot exist in
Western civilization.

Speaker 2 (54:58):
But one of your thoughts on that.

Speaker 12 (55:01):
Well, I think sometimes, you know, the Bible says to
hate what is evil, and I think as Christians a
lot of times we're not comfortable with the word hate,
but we're actually called to hate what is evil.

Speaker 4 (55:11):
And I think for so long we.

Speaker 12 (55:13):
Have tolerated, as the Christian faith, as the global church,
tolerated the little things that were evil, and they have
desensitized us to now we're at this place where we
call evil good and good evil.

Speaker 4 (55:27):
And so the global church has not done.

Speaker 12 (55:30):
A great job, like you said before, speaking into these issues.
We've been silenced to say that's not the church's place
to be speaking about political matters. But what the people
don't realize is the political matters are actually biblical matters.

Speaker 4 (55:43):
They were biblical.

Speaker 12 (55:44):
Matters before they politicized the biblical matters. So churches are
too afraid, in my opinion, pastors are too afraid to
lose church members, so they don't address the things that
could be controversial. But at the end of the day,
this is how we got into this mess in the
first we have to teach people to be strong and
courageous both for their faith, unapologetic, stand up for what

(56:07):
is right, stand up against evil and hate it with
everything in us to come against it. We may not
be able to physically, John and I go over there
and stop what's happening. That's why we thank God for
President Trump. But what we can do here is to
talk about it, bring awareness to it, have prayer meetings
where we are pulling down evil, wicked strongholds on a

(56:29):
weekly basis, praying for the persecuted church, praying that people
would not back down in the face of adversities. So
we've got to strengthen the body of Christ, strengthen believers
to stand up and to speak out against the evil
that is happening, and then to pray and to warfare
the way we know how as believers, through the authority

(56:49):
Jesus Christ has given us to bind the works of
the devil, which is that this is the devil's work
all over it. And it breaks our hearts that this
is happening. But again, thank God for a president who
isn't going to sit back and allow these evil terrorists
to end the innocent lives of beautiful people around the world.

Speaker 2 (57:08):
So well, said Becky, thank you for that.

Speaker 1 (57:09):
And man, I felt like I was in church, and
don't tell anybody I wasn't there yesterday. Don't get out
at me. Sorry I didn't make it.

Speaker 2 (57:15):
Don't give out at me. I have my daughter out
on the ranch. Don't get mad at me. I feel
like where's the lightning bolt?

Speaker 1 (57:23):
Okay, I was still praying, Okay, I was still talking
to him, John, can you send a message, by the.

Speaker 2 (57:31):
Way, Becky, that was beautiful. I love that.

Speaker 1 (57:32):
But John, send a hardcore message much of the men
out there. I think Becky just represented Christian women very well.
But give a message for the men to stand up
and you know, grow some guts when it comes to
our faith, right, because that's one thing I remember our
mutual friend Charlie Kirk right in that one of those
last podcasts when they said what do you want to

(57:53):
be remembered for? He didn't say, and again these were
all amazing things. He didn't say a dad, a husbolder.
He said, I want to be remembered for what in
my faith? For simple words. Send that for us, John.

Speaker 11 (58:07):
Yeah, exactly what Charlie Kirk said. Having courage in our faith,
and I think for a lot of people, you know,
back in COVID was really a gut check for us,
and it kind of drew the line for the courageous
versus the week and at our church and you know,
the men in our church we have you know, a
really thriving men's ministry and we really teach men to
be men, to be bold, to be courageous, to lead

(58:29):
their families, to lead culture, to lead in business, and
to have a voice, because if the men are going
to back down, then our country's going to fall apart.
And what happens is in a lot of churches over
the years and even over the decades, is the men
have gone to work and they've allowed the women to
be spiritual.

Speaker 4 (58:45):
But it's really.

Speaker 11 (58:47):
The time for men to stand up and to lead
in our families and culture and to have a voice.

Speaker 4 (58:53):
I mean, we've found that people really want to know
what you think.

Speaker 11 (58:57):
And so many pastors, even around the United States washy
because like my wife said, they fear losing people more
than they fear God, and so they don't talk about
the issues that are at hand. And we need to
stand up and we need to talk about it, and
we need to be bold, and we need to be courageous.
And we have the creator of the universe on our side,
and we're backing down?

Speaker 4 (59:18):
Are you kidding me?

Speaker 11 (59:19):
I know I need more cold than ever right now,
especially in this time, and you know, just to kind of.

Speaker 4 (59:24):
Go back, you know, recently New York City, Alexa.

Speaker 11 (59:27):
A mayor, a Muslim mayor, and they're saying literally that
their strategy out loud. They're broadcasting it is to take
over using bullets and ballots, and to have Americans, especially
the men, backing down.

Speaker 4 (59:42):
Not getting out and voting, not getting out and using
their voice. It's an atrocity. We need the strength of
our men. There's nothing like a Mama bear.

Speaker 12 (59:49):
Don't get me wrong, but we love the roar of
the lion, the men in the household taking their stand
to lead and to lead in strength.

Speaker 4 (59:57):
We champion men, champion masculinity.

Speaker 2 (01:00:01):
God bless you guys.

Speaker 1 (01:00:02):
Hey, before we go, And I know this is a
far cry for folks watching around the country because this
is a national show. But if you just happen to
be in San Diego coming up on one, it is
December sixth, so this is in a couple of Saturdays
on December sixth. I've been to this now two three
years in a row. The night of Christmas that the
Awakened Church puts on folks. This is in this really amazing,

(01:00:24):
beautiful amphitheater called the Rady Shell in downtown San Diego,
right next to the water. You see the ocean right there.
I used to pull my boat up and park it
and watch. Then I started buying tickets. That's when it's
a cheap skate. That's when I was a cheap skate
before I was a member of the church. But it's amazing.
There's still a couple of tickets left. My family goes
every year now for the last three years. It's an amazing,
amazing display and it reminds us of the true meaning

(01:00:48):
of Christmas, not cards and presents and all that garbage.
So if you can make it, it's a Night of
Christmas December sixth. You can go to the Awaken Church
website and learn more. John Becky Heinrich's pastors at my
amazing church Awaken Folks. If you don't have pastors like this,
you're going to the wrong church. Guys, thank you, thanks

(01:01:09):
for having me.

Speaker 2 (01:01:10):
God bless God, bless you. And that's going to do it.
