Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America tonight, the Seditious Six and
their ringleader, Senator Mark Kelly, a retired Navy captain who
should know better, but is now doubling down on his defiance,
defending that ridiculous video urging service members to refuse what
they call illegal orders from President Trump and Pete Hegseth.
We know what they were doing. We're trying to put
(00:21):
doubt in the ranks. Shame on you. Plus, America's economic
engines had to kick into overdrive thanks to President Trump
leveling the global trading field with tariffs. How's it all working?
America's account Dan geltrad away in tonight, and we have
breaking news. Two Guard members shot in our nation's capital
doing what following orders. I'm Dan Ball and Real America
(00:45):
starts right now, folks who want to get to our
other headlines. But we begin tonight's show with the developing
breaking story out of our nation's capital. I can't believe,
on the day before Thanksgiving, we have to report this
to you. At least two National Guard members were shot
(01:10):
at close range just blocks from the White House in Washington,
d C. Around two o'clock earlier today. Now, at last
check their conditions were critical. At least one of them
was shot in the head. I've seen the pictures. The suspect,
at least one of them, we believe there's only one
involved so far, is in custody. He was shot as well,
(01:34):
we believe by other Guard troops. And I'm gonna make
this statement, and you're going to hear me loud and clear.
You liberal Democrats once again have blood on your hands. Period.
I don't think that there's no coincidence that this happened
right after the seditious six released that vile video calling
(01:56):
on service members to defy what they call illegal orders
from Hegseth and Trump. Okay, not to mention democrats and
their expert analysts and their pundits going on every liberal
mainstream media outlet for the last six seven months. As president,
Trump sent Guard troops to DC, to LA to Memphis,
(02:17):
you name it, and called them what Nazis looks like Gestopoh,
this looks like the nineteen forties Germany. You called Trump
a Nazi, You called Charlie Kirka Nazi. You're calling our
troops Nazis. And then some psycho goes and shoots two
of them in the head. In our nation's capital. And
you think words don't have consequences. Look, I'm all for
(02:39):
free speech, but you don't get to go around putting
targets on our brave service members heads. This is on
our home soil. This is some wacko over in Araqra,
Afghanistan walking up and shooting a troop. President Trump had
this to say, the animal that shot the two National guardsmen,
both being critically wounded now hospitals, but also wounded. Regardless,
(03:03):
this guy will pay a very steep price. God bless
our great National Guard and all of our military law enforcement.
These are truly great people. I as President of the
United States, and everyone associated with the Office of the Presidency,
and with you, Thank you, mister President. And I'm gonna
tell you my thoughts in prayers to walk to these families.
These were Guard members from West Virginia, just doing what
(03:26):
they were ordered to do. Joining us now with the
very latest our Chief White House correspondent Daniel Baldwin, who
understands about a block away from where this horrific scene
went down earlier today, Daniel fill us in give us
the timeline on what you know.
Speaker 2 (03:43):
Dan, Obviously incredibly tragic, just the day before Thanksgiving. But
according to local officials, that happened around two point fifteen
pm Eastern time, right outside the Farragut West metro station.
That's the closest metro stop to the White House. Here,
it's always very heavily trafficked. According to DC Metro Statistics,
about eleven five hundred commuters tap into this metro stop
(04:05):
every single day, so it's eleven five hundred people enter
Farragut West on a day on a daily basis on
average in the year of twenty twenty five. According to
local officials, this was a targeted shooting and the suspect
was ultimately subdued. He was shot. It's unclear who shot him,
and according to officials, these three members, the two National
(04:26):
guardsmen and the suspect were transported to local hospitals nearby
the area and are in critical condition as it stands
right now. According to these local officials, Cash Hotel, Muriel Bowser,
Jeff Carroll, who's the chief of the Metropolitan Police Department,
the investigation is still in its plenary stage, which means
that it's still basically in its infancy. They didn't reveal
an official motive. As it stands, right now, and they
(04:47):
say they're focused on trying to figure out who this
specific suspect actually is right now, what his name is,
and what his or her name is, where they're from,
what the motive was. That's the next stage of the
investigation and when it comes to this specific thing. But again,
absolutely horrible. They are in critical condition. And Thanksgiving is
a time of gratitude. It's a time to be with
(05:08):
your family and be grateful for the amount of blessings
that you have. And now two families are going to
be on their knees praying that members of their family
pull through after this senseless, tragic act of evil here
in Washington, DC. And as Americans stand, I know you'll
be joining them in prayer, praying that they ultimately pull through.
I certainly will be as well.
Speaker 1 (05:29):
I will. But let me tell you what, right now,
my rage is taken over, Okay, before my sorrow, because
if I got to hear one more clown go on
CNN or ms now whatever it's called, MSNBC like Jasmine
Crockett or like some Democrat analysts and say this crap,
because this is what got these boys shot today. Just
like I said, the rhetoric from the left, got Charlie killed,
(05:51):
got President Trump shot. Last summer play a couple of
these idiots on the mainstream media calling these troops following
orders Nazis.
Speaker 3 (06:00):
Resident is doing, through the Secretary of Defense, is creating units,
official military units, to quite frankly, guard or not guard,
watch the American people.
Speaker 4 (06:10):
And that's the thing that is absolutely abhorrent.
Speaker 3 (06:14):
It reminds me so much of what happened in Germany
in the nineteen thirties.
Speaker 5 (06:19):
I'll say it again.
Speaker 6 (06:20):
Donald Trump's mass deportation system makes me think of what
a modern day slave patrol would look like. Slave patrols
were armed groups empowered by the government to control, intimidate,
and terrorize people solely based on color. That's what's happening now.
Donald Trump is sending mass agents without warrants into communities
(06:40):
of color to terrorize the people who live there. And
the reason that I want to make sure that I
draw out this link because we heard Maxine say that
black and brown is coming together.
Speaker 1 (06:51):
So you're putting a target on guardsmen and ice agents.
You're calling them Nazis, and you're calling them KKK members.
And a psycho comes out of the subway today shoots
him in the head. Oh and let me not forget
the seditious six and Senator Mark Kelly and their video
telling troops to disobey illegal orders. We know what that meant.
They're trying to make them decide what's legal what's illegal,
(07:14):
and try and get the scent in the ranks to
not listen to Pete and the President, the commander in chief.
I'm gonna say it again, Daniel, the left and Democrats
have blood on their hands tonight when we find out
who this guy is in his motive, I guarantee you,
I'll put my reputation on it that this guy was
radicalized by left wing ideology. Freedom of speech, yes, but
(07:37):
words have consequences, Daniel, and this rhetoric is getting people
shot in the head in our nation's capital. I'll give
you the final word, sir.
Speaker 2 (07:47):
And Dan, just to your point, to claim that these
people are Nazis is not only idiotic, it's just simply
not true. Especially the members of the National Guard here
in Washington, DC. They've been working hours constantly over time
trying to make sure that the community is safer, and
they've produced significant results since the federal surge started here
in Washington, DC. Back earlier in August through September. When
(08:10):
you look at the statistics the same period, when you
compare it to twenty twenty four, the results speak for themselves.
Speaker 1 (08:16):
Think about this.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
Homicides down fifty three percent, sex abuse down ten percent,
robbery fifty seven percent down. So they all produced results
and this is what they get.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
Yeah, it's disgusting the guard we're following orders and keeping
Americans safe, and the Left drove some psycho to literally
shoot them in the head. I don't know how anybody
supports the Democrat Party these days. Chief White House Correspondent
Daniel Baldwin, I know you commute on that train. You
please take care of yourself, watch your back. God bless
you and the family. Have a good Thanksgiving, all things considered,
(08:49):
take care of me.
Speaker 7 (08:50):
Thanks Sam, Thank you Dan.
Speaker 1 (08:51):
And coming up, we're going to have more on this
edition six and that vile viral video. You should know better,
Senator Kelly, more on that return. Viewers are always asking
me how can they watch away in live. The solution
is simple. It's a streaming platform called cloud tv. Now
it's spelled klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot com
(09:16):
and subscribe to watch twenty four to seven live feeds
of OAYN. The live package is only two dollars and
fifty cents per month for all you can watch again,
simply go to cloudtv dot com and do it today. Hey,
did you know that One America News Network has launched
a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
(09:40):
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
it branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there,
and forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your
(10:06):
cable provider doesn't offer One American News Network, you should
give them a call and kindly demand that they carryan. Now,
you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable provider
will not know that there is a strong demand across
this country for one America News network. So please call
(10:27):
your cable company today and kindly ask or demand that
they add ANN to their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's
a question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV,
and Amazon fireTV all have in common? The answer is
(10:48):
that all three platforms offer you the ability to live
stream One America News Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV,
or Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store,
search out for an then enjoy all the great programming
offered by OEN, including my show Real America.
Speaker 8 (11:16):
You can't keep track of this guy and what he says.
And I'll tell you this though I'm not backing down.
Speaker 1 (11:22):
I mean.
Speaker 8 (11:26):
He said something in various temple. Members of the military
need to follow the law. We wanted to say that
we have their backs.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
I think you spent too much time in space. It
routed your brain. You know who that is. And he
was on my favorite late night hack TV host Jimmy
Kimmel's show last night and good old Arizona Senator Mark
Kelly mocking the Pentagon's investigation into him. Well, why are
we investigating you, mister Kelly. Well, let's see, you're a
(11:56):
retired Navy captain and you should know better. You're under
scrutiny and under fire now because you and five other
former military and intelligence officials released that ridiculous video about
a week ago urging service members to refuse what you
call illegal orders. Now, of course, saying that's not illegal.
(12:17):
But we know exactly what you were doing. You are
sowing doubt in the minds of young service members because
you hate Trump, and that is horrific. And oh, by
the way, there's a section of the UCMJ that says
you can't do that. We'll get to that in a moment, though,
mister Kelly. Now, both Kimmel and Kelly brushed off the
(12:38):
seriousness of this probe and took aim at Secretary of
War Pete Hegseth, dismissing his qualifications and portraying the investigation
as something that is just fraudulent. It's all political. Well,
what was your video? Wasn't your video political? It's not
like you care about the troops, Mark, because you're putting
the troops in harm's way. You're putting him in harm's
(12:59):
way of getting killed in battle. If others don't follow
orders or you're putting in harm's way, they're gonna get
thrown in prison. They're gonna get court martialed for disobeying orders.
But you don't care about that, do you. You just
care about hitting punching at Trump. The joke's on you, Kelly.
And as for the Pentagon, this is no laughing matter.
Heg Seth has ordered the US Navy to review Kelly's
(13:21):
comments in this video. Heg Seth warns as such, reckless
rhetoric could undermine military chain of command, emphasizing the military
already has procedures for handling of unlawful orders and you
don't need politicians to interfere. Kelly remains subject to the
Uniform Code of Military Justice, which could lead to a
(13:42):
recall to active duty, and then they can court martial him. Yeah,
that's how it goes if you're on inactive reserve. Despite
the threat of a court martial, Kelly doubling down though
clearly I don't know what he's doing, trying to defend himself,
saying I'm not going to be silenced or intimidated. We're
just protecting the constitution. This is Democrat and Senator Litsislatkin,
(14:06):
a former intelligence analyst also a member of the Seditious Six,
in that video. Okay, same thing, but I want you
to watch this. She went on a talk show a
couple of days ago and one of the hosts, I
think this is CNN. Oh, it's ABC, Thank you guys, ABC.
It's Martha Raddits that's right. Martha had the guts to
(14:27):
do what Jimmy Kimmel, Rachel Maddow and these other left
wing parrots wouldn't do. Simply asked, Hey, uh, what is
Trump ordered that's illegal? Watch your response? So let's talk
right now.
Speaker 9 (14:40):
Do you believe President Trump has issued any illegal orders?
Speaker 10 (14:45):
To my knowledge, I am not aware of things that
are illegal.
Speaker 1 (14:49):
Okay, I'm not aware of anything. Then why make the
video and put doubt in troops heads? Ma'am you should
know better. Join us. It's now US Navy JAG officer,
federal US prosecutor, and candidate for US Senate in the
great state of North Carolina. Don brown Back on the program. Don.
If folks don't know what JAG stands for Judge Advocate general,
(15:13):
fill them in what JAGG does in the Navy. Since
you were a Navy officer and Mark was a Navy officer.
Speaker 11 (15:21):
Thank you, Dan, Thanks for having me. JAG officers in
the Navy or the legal arm of the Navy, and
we're involved in prosecution and courts martial and sometimes defending
as well, and various other matters. This is clearly a
situation that Secretary of head sets is right because Mark
Kelly is a retired Navy captain and the Uniform Code
(15:44):
of Military Justice, which is the legal code for the
United States Military, passed by of Congress and signed by
President Eisenhower nineteen fifty, allows retirees who are being paid.
Not every veteran, but a retiree who is being paid
or eligible for pay, to be recalled if there's a
violation of the Uniform Could of Military Justice, And as
(16:04):
a JAG officer, I would hope that I'll be involved
in that prosecution. I think Secretary head Seth is giving
the correct order to the Navy and it'll be interesting
to see how it follows out. But you just can't
have this sort of thing going on. It's very dangerous.
This is undermining good order and discipline. His contempt toward
the Commander in chief, it is it is seditionary conduct
(16:24):
if you ask me, and I think there are a
number of charges that could be brought into the UNS
you see, Mjay And I'm looking forward to following how
this how this plays out in the next few days.
Speaker 1 (16:34):
So don let me ask him. You're telling me if
you were on active duty right now and you heard
a guy that was former military still being paid so
they can be court martialed, like you said, by the
u CMJ laws. Would you be an officer of the
court saying yes, we need to charge him because of
that video, Because a lot of people are saying, hey, hey,
listen to the language he said, don't obey unlawful orders. Well,
(16:55):
we all know that we shouldn't obey an unlawful order.
And I make this EGGECT question that if I'm standing
there as an E four when I got out and
my colonel in the Air Force would say, hey, Paul,
see that woman standing on the street corner of their shooter,
I would go no and disobey. But what these guys
are doing is like somebody running into a theater and
screaming fire, fire, fire when there is none. Why would
(17:18):
they do this? And I'm going to quote because I
brought it up and I know you know it by heart.
Primary crime this is eighteen USC. Twenty three eighty seven advising, counseling, urging,
or in any manner causing or attempting to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny,
or refusal of duty by a member of the military
(17:41):
or any force of the United States or distributing any
material like a video with intent to cause mutiny or disloyalty.
There it is, mister Kelly, you just did that. You
violated the UCMJ, didn't he he did.
Speaker 11 (17:57):
In my opinion, Article ninety four prohibits sedition prohibits members
of the military or retirees from undermining civilian controller of
the military, which is given to the President of the
United States and an Article two of our Constitution. But look,
this is not a situation where Mark Kelly is giving
some lecture on general principles of law that you don't
have to evade this, you know, to follow a lawful order. Now,
(18:20):
this is within a specific context. It is aimed at
United States forces, within the context of the President's attempt
to stop smuggling on the high seas of dangerous weapons
of mass destruction in the forms.
Speaker 4 (18:34):
Of fentanyl and other drugs.
Speaker 11 (18:37):
It is part of the administration's war against the war
on America.
Speaker 4 (18:40):
You know, we lost more Americans.
Speaker 11 (18:42):
To fendantyl coming across the border in one year than
in ten years of the Vietnam War. And by the way,
if you want to put this into more historical context,
Presidents in affinitem from Thomas Jefferson, who ordered the Navy
and Marine Corpt Tach action in the Barbary Wars in
the Mediterranean. To Abraham Lincoln, who ordered seizure of the
art MS Trent, a British male ship that had a
(19:03):
Confederate sympathizer. To Franklin Roosevelt, who gave shoot and shoot
to kill orders to the United States Navy in early
nineteen forty one while we were escorting convoys across the
Atlantic before.
Speaker 4 (19:14):
Pearl Harbor was bombed.
Speaker 11 (19:16):
To Ronald Reagan who sent Americans into Grenada to save students.
To George hw Bush, who sent troops into Panama because
of drug trafficking and other matters. To Bill Clinton who
blockaded Grenada. This is within the constitutional authority of the
commander in chief. These comments made or not made in
(19:38):
some sort of antiseptic classroom to discuss.
Speaker 1 (19:41):
What these are our leaders. They're sitting members of the
United States Senate. And besides the other ones that are
intelligence officers, this is a former decorated military officer who
should know better. I got about a member two left.
I want two things from you. Don One, what can
this lead to? Right? And you and I discussed it
before you came on, but talk to them about what
(20:03):
we were saying. What happens when you've got some young
troop who already had liberal ideology and then they see
this video and they decide to disobey. What are the
two things that could happen to him? And they're surrounding
fellow service members.
Speaker 11 (20:15):
Well, certainly any member of the armed forces who takes
Kelly's advice in this context refuses to act in the
war against these these definitely votes could be prosecuted also
for insubordination, for failure to obey a lawful order on
Article eighty two, for a violation of Article ninety four,
for a sedition. I mean, he goes on and on
and on. So any young members of the United States military,
(20:37):
I will say, disregard what these idiot democrats are doing.
They're trying to put division within the troops. As far
as Kelly, he needs to be.
Speaker 4 (20:45):
Called back up.
Speaker 11 (20:45):
There needs to be an Article thirty two investigation. He
needs to face the General Court martial under various violations
of the u CMJAY, including sedition, including contempt against the
Commander in Chief, including the General Article for undermining good
order and discipline. He knew exactly what he was doing
and he should be punished for it. I hope Pete
Headshift will stick with this and we will see a
(21:06):
general court martial and not two distance future, probably in
San Diego.
Speaker 1 (21:10):
I'm going to add to your warning to those young troops,
besides being court martialed and getting a dishonorable discharge and
ruining your lives, if you disobey a direct order that
is lawful, but you deem it unlawful and you're in
the middle of combat, you could get yourself and others
around you killed. And that's the issue I have too. Besides,
every rue in their lives that make a stupid call
disobey their commanding officers, you could get your fellow troops killed.
(21:34):
So follow the orders. Don't try to self evaluate and go, oh,
I think this one's not lawful because Mark Kelly told
you to. Finally, almost out of time down, But I
know you want to weigh in on this. Two National
guardsmen shot today in our nation's capital. I'm not going
to point the finger and say that left wing liberal
Democrat rhetoric led to these two brave men serving our
(21:55):
country shot on our homeland in our nation's capital. Are
all connected, but left wing radical drove a guy to
shoot President Trump. Left wing rhetoric led to getting my
friend Charlie Kirk murdered. So yeah, maybe we'll find out
this psycho was pushed by left wing rhetoric. Those two
guys were just standing there doing what their commander in
chief told them to do, protect our nation's capital. And
(22:17):
up until this point, crime had been way down. Homicides
have been way down all summer in DC. And then
some sicko walks up and shoots him in the head.
Don final word to.
Speaker 11 (22:26):
You, well, it's we're in an environment where the left
is using and flamed rhetoric that is leading to violence, killing,
and murdered. My heart goes out to the service members'
families here at Thanksgiving. They've given their loss for their country.
I hope the perpetrators will be arrested and the death
penalty will be administered. But we've got to understand that
(22:47):
this left wing rhetoric must come to a stop. That's
not coming from the rights, come.
Speaker 4 (22:50):
From the left.
Speaker 1 (22:51):
Thank you.
Speaker 11 (22:51):
We're seeing deadly consequences of it, and it's got to stop.
Speaker 1 (22:54):
Thank you. Thank you. If you want to learn more
about Don's bid, to become an next senator over there
in the great center of North Carolina. The website is
brown for NC dot com. And Don thank you for
your service all those years as a Navy jag officer
and your insight the story.
Speaker 11 (23:07):
Thank you and happy Thanksgiving and but blessed Thanksgiving to
you and your family.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
Dan, Yeah, Pappi, Thanksgiving, God bless you. Don't take care

(25:57):
I would say that this year, especially over the last
four years we went through that this year, we have
a lot more to be thankful for this Thanksgiving, including
one thing I voted for and you probably did too,
the mass deportation of millions of illegal aliens that came
into our country sucked off our tax dollars. Yeah, I'm
thankful for that. Immigration and Customers for Itan is currently
holding more than sixty five thousand illegals as of last week,
(26:21):
are record high compared to fewer than forty thousand in
January when Feckless Joe finally left our White House. Since
October Ice has averaged nearly twelve hundred arrests a day
and deporting nearly as many every twenty four hours, a
historic pace that could lead to more than four hundred
and fifty thousand deportations in the first year alone, and
(26:45):
President Trump wants more. The Drum administration has ordered a
comprehensive review and re review of all refugees admitted to
our country during the Biden regime. That review will also
include all green card holders. The US Citizenship Immigration Services
may actually revoke some refugee status for individuals who do
not meet the legal criteria, with no right to appeal
(27:10):
except through removal proceedings in the immigration courts. And I
got to say, I'm loving this. And if you're out
there hating on the Trump administration for doing this, I
don't understand why he's trying to one make the country
safer and two get people off of the government, you
know what, to save your tax dollars. Plus in general,
(27:35):
they broke the law. They're criminals. Joining me now a
way in on these new numbers. Retired Pinella County, Arizona
sheriff and now candidate for Arizona's fifth congressional district. My
good friend, Sheriff Mark Lamb, back on the show. Mark,
Nice to see you. How's the campaign going, brother, All.
Speaker 4 (27:51):
The campaign's going great. We had long ways to go,
still got a year before the election. It's going great.
Speaker 1 (27:57):
All right, all right, let's get to these numbers. We're
only ten ten months in. I know President Trump wanted
about three thousand a day. We're not quite there yet, right,
He's getting up there. But when you let in about
and we don't even know the numbers. You and I've
talked about this now for four years under Joe somewhere
between twelve and twenty million, and we already had somewhere
between twenty and thirty million illegals already here. So when
(28:20):
you pile that all together, Trump's got a big job
to do.
Speaker 10 (28:25):
He does, He's got a very big job. And the
American people said, we want this done. Let's not forget that.
And here's what I love. Despite the thousand percent increase,
which is unacceptable, of assaults on our federal law enforcement agents,
despite all the protesting, the people with masks, the paid
protesters from groups that are anti President Trump and anti America, frankly,
(28:47):
they have still managed to increase the amount of removals
every month.
Speaker 4 (28:51):
And I love seeing it.
Speaker 10 (28:52):
And let me tell you, you mentioned it real quick, Dan,
as far as the removing the people that temporary protective
status and all this listening about the Somalians in Minneapolis, Oh.
Speaker 1 (29:02):
Yeah, we covered last night.
Speaker 10 (29:03):
It's crazy billions, like hundreds of millions, if not billions
of dollars that went back to terrorist organizations Somalia, right,
And these were folks that were taking money that was
destined for Americans. So we've got to do this work,
and I'm thankful like you that President Trump is doing
the work.
Speaker 1 (29:20):
Yeah, I'm so so glad you brought that up about
the Somalias in Minneapolis, because there are tens of thousands
of them that came in during all the refugee stuff
since the Clinton administration, if I recall right way back
in the nineties, so you've got now generations of families
that came over. And again this is a melting pot.
(29:41):
If you came legally and your status can be verified
that you are a refugee, because going home would have
got you killed because you had refugee status because you've
been persecuted. Great, But if you snuck in with the
rest of them, like we know some of them did,
or you cheated the system ilan Omar, you know, to
get your brother in you married him. I mean, this
is ridiculous. We got a start getting people out that
aren't true American patriots. And you don't have to be
(30:04):
natural born to be a patriot of this nation, but
you got to want to support and lift her up.
You don't get into elected office and then want to
send our tax dollars overseas to a terrorist group. Because
now you're working for some American company, or you're a
council person, or you're a mayor or whatever. This is
just insane to me. Mark this whole story right.
Speaker 10 (30:25):
And not only do we have the TPS status for
the Somalians, We've got it for Haitians and Venezuelans. Frankly,
those are three countries that I would not want a huge,
large group of people coming up. I know there's good people,
and people are going to say, oh, look, he sounds
terrible saying that.
Speaker 4 (30:40):
I know there's good people from each one of those countries,
but I think.
Speaker 10 (30:43):
Overall it has not benefited our country at all, and
we continue to see that they are one of the
largest portions people that are here in this country illegally.
Fifty nine percent of those people, according to statistics, of
those people that are here illegally, are taking snap benefits
and other benefits that we the taxpayers pay for our
fellow Americans, thank you, not for folks who made false
(31:05):
asylum claims or who come from countries that some politician
decided we're going to give them temporary protective status.
Speaker 4 (31:12):
So I love that President Trump is doing this. We
need to go through an extrict.
Speaker 10 (31:15):
Vetting process and We're gonna have to remove a lot
of those folks too to get this right.
Speaker 1 (31:20):
Yeah, no, kidd when you hear numbers that thousands and
thousands of illegals are are taking these benefits, and I
sit out here and I know that there's tens of
thousands of my brothers and sisters that served in uniform
on the streets. I'm talking about homeless veterans, and we
can't take care of them, but millions of illegals and
(31:42):
potentially thousands of visa holders that shouldn't be here are
taking those benefits. That's the biggest slap in the face
to this nation and to the people who donned the uniform.
And Mark, I got to get your take on this,
because this is the story of the day, the week,
the month, and I'm gonna say it's gonna be one
of the biggest stories of the year because I can't
believe I'm saying this again, but because we started the
show off with this, two service members, two members of
(32:05):
our National Guard, get shot in the head in our
nation's capital, and we don't have all the details, but
I'm telling you it's going to come down to some
radical lefty pushed by radical left ideology. You can't keep
calling America First and Mega people Nazis and not expect
people to get shot. Charlie Kirk, Donald Trump Guard members.
Speaker 4 (32:26):
Absolutely.
Speaker 10 (32:26):
The narrative from the left has been so reckless and
dangerous that is putting the lives of our federal law
enforcement officers on the streets.
Speaker 4 (32:35):
And now are National guardsmen who.
Speaker 10 (32:37):
Were regular folks like the rest of us, who live
and work in our communities, who are now being deployed
to Washington, d C.
Speaker 4 (32:44):
To protect our nation's capital.
Speaker 10 (32:46):
And many of them do not have guns for somebody
to walk up and shoot them like that.
Speaker 4 (32:50):
These are that we need to have the strictest and.
Speaker 10 (32:53):
Most harshest penalty applied to this person or people that
were involved in this, and I hope they scourl this
country and the earth for them and hold them accountable.
Let's get back to holding criminals accountable, and we've got
to start holding our left. These people, their actions and
their rhetoric is very dangerous and there should be some
(33:15):
type of action taken against them. I'm a free speech guy.
Speaker 1 (33:19):
But words have consequences, Mark, And when you're going on
national television like tons of elected Democrats have been doing
and left wing activists and Democrat strategists, and they keep saying,
I see these guard troops and it reminds me of
Nazis in Germany when you see the old videos. You're
calling our men and women in uniform Nazis, and you
(33:40):
don't think somebody with a screw Newers out there is
going to go shoot them. One last headline and I
got to run because this proves our point. A DOJ staffer,
somebody that works for our Department of Justice, Mark just
got arrested. They're charging them with terrorism because they were
docsing federal agents. Who does that.
Speaker 10 (34:01):
They should hold her accountable. It's not good that she
was docks and that's terrible. It's good that they're actually
arrested her and are charging her with terrorism because she's
a terrorist. These are good men and women out doing
a job that Congress set forth and that the President
is now enforcing, which I love and look I hope
to go support him.
Speaker 4 (34:21):
In Washington, d C.
Speaker 10 (34:22):
And continue with the removal of people that are in
this country illegally, especially those criminals who are hurting Americans
every day. We have got to get the ship back
in the right direction. President Trump is doing it. I
look forward to helping. I hope anybody that wants to
support me will go to Mark lamb dot us. Dan,
thank you as always for bringing light, shining a light
on these things.
Speaker 4 (34:42):
You know I'm passionate about him as well.
Speaker 1 (34:44):
Well. I know, brother, I know I get a little
too chatty and loud and sometimes talk over peeps and stuff,
and I apologize, but man, I'll tell you what this
stuff's firing me up and what happened today our nation's capital.
I am so poed. Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving to you the
whole family. How bless you Mark, you take care brother.
Speaker 4 (35:01):
God bless you too. Happy thanksgiving him up.
Speaker 1 (35:03):
Next, new job numbers just out shows me heading to
the holiday weekend that the economy is not doing too bad,
even though the pundits are like, oh my god, the
Trump economy is horrible. Yeah, compare it to last year
at this time. No, it's not America's accountant Dan gelcher
Way's in next. Hey, if your cable provider doesn't offer
one America News network, you should give them a call
(35:25):
and kindly demand that they carry OAYN. Now you're the customer,
and without your feedback, your cable provider will not know
that there is a strong demand across this country for
One America News Network. So please call your cable company
today and kindly ask or demand that they add ANN
(35:46):
to their channel lineup. Hey everyone, here's a question for you.
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire TV
all having the answer is that all three platforms offer
you the ability to live stream One America News Network
(36:07):
from your Roku TV AppleTV or Amazon Fire device. Simply
go to the app store, search out for an, then
enjoy all the great programming offered by ON, including my
show Real America. Viewers are always asking me how can
they watch OAN live? The solution is simple. It's a
(36:30):
streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled klowd TV.
Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch
twenty four to seven live feeds of OAN. The live
package is only two dollars and fifty cents per month
for all you can watch. Again, simply go to cloudtv
(36:51):
dot com and do it today. Hey, did you know
that One America News Network has launched a twenty four
to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it
Free Talk forty five. So why is it branded? Free
Talk forty five. Well, free talk because you will not
be censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five
(37:14):
because forty five is a really lucky number. So join
us at free Talk forty five and express yourself with
no fear of cancelation ever. Welcome back. So America's economic
(37:37):
engine is set to kick into overdrive thanks to President
Trump trying to level the global trading field with tariffs.
And you all do know that we used to use
tariffs instead of income tax, you know, like one hundred
years ago. So Trump's not doing anything new. He's actually
bringing back an old way of doing business. Not to
mention Republican and Democrat House Senate president over the last
(38:01):
four decades have pretty much screwed the American people. Let's
be real, right, you know, the trade deals and shipping
everything over to China overseas is why Trump's having to
do this now. So when you're upset about the tariffs
and some of your stuff went up, he's trying to
fix forty fifty years Okay, Trump touting that tariff revenues
in the US are expected to skyrocket. We're talking billions
(38:24):
and billions of dollars. This is global buyers run out
of stockpiles of goods bought before tariffs were implemented to
avoid paying those duties. The stockpiling did create a temporary
lag in tariff revenue, but now as those inventories run out,
the tariffs will apply to the new inventory, leading to
record setting tariff income for the US Treasury. Taking to
(38:47):
social media, the President wrote this despite the massive amount
of money being made by the United States hundreds of
billions of dollars as a direct result of tariff's being
charged to other countries, the full benefit of the tariffs
has not yet been calculated, in that many of the
buyers of goods and products, in order to avoid paying
the tariffs in the short term, stocked up by purchasing
far more inventory they can use. That heavy inventory purchase
(39:09):
is now, however, wearing thin, and soon tariffs will be
paid on everything they apply to without avoidance, and the
amounts payable to the US will skyrocket over and above
the already historic levels of dollars received. These payments will
be record setting, and they will put our nation on
a new and unprecedented course. We're already the hottest country
(39:31):
are in the world, but this tariff will bring American
national security and wealth the likes of which we have
never seen before. And there's some more good news when
it comes to our economy. US jobless claims fell to
two hundred and sixteen thousand last week. That's down six
thousand from the prior week and marking the lowest level
(39:51):
since April. However, the number of unemployed individuals currently receiving
benefits ticked up just a hair to just underto two million.
Federal worker jobless claims fell by nearly four thousand from
the previous week. Of course, that's reflecting the US government
shutdown that finally ended, thanks Democrats. The Thanksgiving holiday is
(40:14):
also pumping cash into America's coffers, as millions and millions
of people are, of course going over the river and
through the woods to get to Grandma's house or coast
to coast. According to Triple A Get This, nearly eighty
two million Americans are projected to travel at least fifty
miles or more for the Thanksgiving holiday period. And actually
they think this year is going to set a record.
(40:36):
But wait, I thought the economy under Trump was horrible
and nobody had any money. How could people be traveling
if everybody so broke. According to the pundits and the
analysts and the Democrats, about seventy three million of them
will travel by car. I'm staying off the road, an
increase of nearly one and a half million from last year.
And the remaining, of course, are going to take back
(40:56):
to the friendly skies, which we hope are up and
running smoothly after the shutdown. Those hitting the road can
be thankful. There are lower fuel prices this Thanksgiving compared
to last under Jojoe. Except in California, where I live,
gas prices are near their lowest levels in four years.
Get this Oklahoma, lowest state in our Union two bucks
(41:19):
and fifty cents. I wish we were paying that. The
national average about three oh four. Joining me now with
more insight into how the economy is doing this Thanksgiving.
He is the founder of Geltrude and Company, a CPA
and economist and America's accountant and our friend, Dan Geltrude.
Happy Thanksgiving, mister Geltrude. How are you same to you?
Speaker 9 (41:40):
Dan?
Speaker 7 (41:40):
Lot to be grateful for?
Speaker 1 (41:41):
Yes, yes, a lot to be grateful for. Let's talk
about these numbers from the Jobs Report of the jobless
claims and unemployment to gas prices to turkey prices. Now
I can't compare because I live in Comifornia, all right, Dan,
and our prices are ridiculous. We're still paying over five
bucks at the pump. Our turkeys are running fifty bucks
(42:03):
in up like it's expensive out here. But then I
see all these people in Midwest and Rust Belt states
and down South bragging it stuff went down, So fill
them in.
Speaker 7 (42:14):
Well, Look, I think that President Trump would be the
first to say that the job is not complete yet.
Of course, right, so this is a work in process.
He hasn't even been in office for a year yet,
so there it takes time for policies to take hold. Now,
one of the key components here that President Trump talked
(42:34):
about during the campaign endlessly was we need to get
fuel costs down. That is key to addressing inflation. Why
because everything goods and services travel from point A to
point B. Now, what do you need for traveling? You
(42:55):
need fuel. If you bring those costs down, and they
are coming down significantly, that is going to help with
inflation in getting costs down across the board. Now, again,
I know there's a lot of Americans out there that
are still feeling the pain, and the President acknowledges that.
But we have to look at this that the glass
(43:15):
is half full. Why because it's getting better Directionally, it's
getting better. So he's got three more years to work
this out, and I believe we'll get where we need
to be. Look, we're in a big hole, Dan, so
it takes a while to.
Speaker 1 (43:31):
Get out of it. Thank you for reminding those because
I know there's a lot of people that were, you know,
probably jumped on the MAGA or Trump bandwagon towards the
end and of this last election cycle, that is, and
haven't been with the president since twenty fifteen, like myself
and others who also understand how the economy works like
you do, and how government works and all the bureaucracy
(43:54):
and red tape and Trump literally changing the landscape, going
to hardcore tariffs, you know, doing deals with foreign lands,
trying to make us energy independent again. It's been January
twenty to November twenty six. Give the guy a break
when he's only been doing this for ten months. It
(44:14):
takes us second. According to the American Farm Bureau, the
cost of the traditional Thanksgiving meal is actually down. It's
the lowest price since the first year Jojo took Ever,
so the last four years you were paying for your turkey,
you were paying more than you're paying for the entire
meal this year. Again, it's not according to the President,
(44:36):
this is according to the American Farm Bureau DAN.
Speaker 7 (44:40):
So what we have to look at here, DAN, is
with inflation, it's cumulative, you know, So we have to
remember how much prices went up during the last administration.
So again, are we where we want to be?
Speaker 1 (44:57):
Not yet, but you.
Speaker 7 (44:58):
Have to look at the direct of the country and
where we're going. So look, it's the lowest for a
Thanksgiving meal that it's been in four years.
Speaker 1 (45:09):
Let's see where we are next year.
Speaker 7 (45:10):
I'm gonna bet on it'll be even lower despite what's
happening with tariffs and everything else. Other than an event
we don't foresee. I think we get there, so patience,
and I understand why people don't want to be patient,
but patience is really the word here.
Speaker 1 (45:27):
All right, last one to you. We heard that mister
Powell or fedchair might drop rates one more time before
the end of the year next month in December another
quarter point. But we all know that President Trump wants
him gone. Scotts sent the other day just said there
is a great chance that President Trump is gonna name
who he wants as the new FED chair before Christmas?
(45:49):
Do you know who's on that short list? And by
the way, when does this change happen? Is poll done
in April or maya next year? Were?
Speaker 7 (45:56):
Well, here's the thing, right, So the president can't remove
Jerome power in spite of how much he'd want to
and how much he deserves to be removed. So you
know one thing about President and Trump, He's unpredictable, and
that's with intent. So do I know who's gonna be
the bed chair? I'm not sure and I don't want
to guess because I'm trying to figure out what the
(46:17):
President is gonna do with You.
Speaker 1 (46:18):
Don't go to Vegas, Atlantic City, do you? You're not
a gambler? Dan?
Speaker 9 (46:22):
There?
Speaker 7 (46:25):
And look, Dan, I'm also knocking to bet against President Trump,
especially when it comes to business and the economy.
Speaker 1 (46:31):
How's that all right, Dan Geltrude, America's accountant. You have
an amazing Thanksgiving holiday with your family. God bless your brother.
Thanks for coming on you two, Dane. Stick around up
next right ahead to the Big Apple where residents are
now bracing for the worst. As mayor elect. There he
is Zo ran Man. Danny begins to put together his administration,
(46:52):
filling it with what else a bunch of anti American radicals.
Of course, don't go away. Hey everyone, here's a question
for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon
fireTV all have in common? The answer is that all

Welcome back. So, folks, I hate to say this, but
I truly believe Mayhem is about to set in and
descend on America's biggest city as a self proclaimed democrat, socialist,
(49:28):
radical Muslim named zorn Man Danny prepares to impose his
radical agenda on the good residence of the Big Apple.
But you know what, the majority of you voted for him,
and Danny's election as New York City's mayor is viewed
as a red green takeover, combining his Democrat socialist agenda
with support from his silent Islamist allies who financially backed
(49:51):
his rise to power. His administration expected to pursue radical,
radical Marxist policies, including a ten billion dollar tax in
priest what universal rent control? He says, A government run
grocery store. Okay, we'll see how that works. These things
will cripple the economy there, How are you going to
pay for it? Pal? Additionally, Mandanny's public safety plan calls
(50:14):
for eliminating cash bail, Oh, that works real well in
other cities, decriminalizing certain crimes yep, and never building any
new jails or prisons. Pretty much, he wants to defund
the police without saying the phrase. On that note, Mandani
has appointed Alex Battale to his transition team for community safety.
(50:35):
Batali is a sociology professor at Brooklyn College and the
author of the book You Ready for This The End
of Policing? Oh, this sounds familiar. We've got to reimagine policing. Reimagine.
Remember that when Obama cackling Kamala, they're all saying, let's
reimagine policing. This clown's book argues for the eventual abolishing
(50:55):
or a drastic reduction of anything we know of traditional
police forces, criticizes the expansion and intensity of policing for
the last forty years, and it targets so called marginized
marginalized communities. So pretty much, the guy he's putting in
charge of public safety doesn't want cops on your streets, folks.
(51:16):
You know, when somebody's got a gun, they're going to
kill somebody. Get a social worker out there, talk them down,
have some words with them. See how that works. Mandamie's
also appointed somebody named Lamba what is this name? La
Muba Bandela to his transition team. Oh I can't wait
to see who this is. Bandela is a community organizer
(51:38):
and educator from Brooklyn with the same radical outlook on policing.
Speaker 12 (51:43):
Of course, fundamentally there is a problem with the overall
framing of what policing has been and continues to be,
and that it must be abolished.
Speaker 1 (51:55):
Adding insult to injury. One of socialists Zoran's first decisions
as mayor could be whether to give himself and the
city council a big, fat raise. The New York City
Council has proposed a sixteen percent raise for all elected officials. Wow.
That includes the mayor, the city Council, the city comptroller,
(52:17):
the public advocate, and all the borough presidents. Yay, just
in a time when your city's in the red. If approved,
the rays would increase the mayor's salary from about two
hundred and fifty eight grand to three hundred grand a year.
City council folks to go from one forty eight to
one seventy two sounds like a recipe for six I
(52:37):
mean disaster. Joining us now the way in on the
Mundani administration and what's coming for New Yorkers. She's a
fellow at the Manhattan Institute and a New Yorker and
the author of the book When Race Trump's Merit, How
the pursuit of equity sacrifices excellence, destroys beauty, and threatens lives.
Our friend Heathern MacDonald back on the program, Hither it's
(53:00):
been too long, Nice to see you. Have you packed up?
And are you getting ready to move to Florida or
Tennessee or Texas or somewhere read or are you're going
to tough it out in New York under good old Zoran.
Speaker 9 (53:11):
Well Inertia's the only thing that's going to keep people here,
because as if we were all rational, you would absolutely
be seeing a massive caravan of people leaving in their
U haul trucks.
Speaker 5 (53:22):
There's no way that this is going to turn out well.
Speaker 9 (53:25):
Dan, As you well articulate, we've already had a government
that has completely abdicated its responsibility, and believe me, does
not deserve.
Speaker 5 (53:33):
A single raise.
Speaker 9 (53:35):
As New Yorkers, in many cities, we have been so
bludgeoned into hating public order and bourgeois values that we
simply accept that every week somebody's going to be pushed
into the subway or assaulted by it mentally ill, vagrant
drug abuser, And every day that the government allows that
(53:55):
to go on, it is a statistical certainty that we
will get assaulted by these crazies, by these homicidal maniacs.
Every day that the government allows that to happen without
saying this is our most urgent priority is to keep
our law abiding citizens safe. Is a day that those
officials have completely violated their constitutional duty. And now with
(54:19):
Mondami coming in, we are about to be governed by
the Columbia Undergraduate student Body.
Speaker 5 (54:26):
Mondami's philosophy is.
Speaker 9 (54:27):
Perfectly encapsulated by the ignorance that we saw in the
Columbia encampments, the pro Hamas hysteria, the ignorance of the
beauties of commerce, of private enterprise, of the miracle of
affluence and prosperity.
Speaker 5 (54:44):
He knows none of that. He's going to govern.
Speaker 9 (54:46):
By slogans people, you know, the optimists, among the sort
of moderates in New York, said seized on his choice
of the police commissioner recently, Jessica Tish, who has been
serving for the less years and has done a good
job of lowering crime because she believes in the very
things that Mondami totally opposes, most importantly the importance of
(55:09):
what's known as broken windows policing. That's paying attention to
public order, to public disorder, and Mondami believes that that
is what the police should not be doing. So people said, well,
you know he's appointed Tish, maybe he's going to be moderate.
I was not fooled. I thought this is window dressing.
He wants to tamp down the justified worries. And of
(55:31):
course with this appointment of Alex Vitali on the commission,
he's not running the department, but he's an advisory board.
He embodies again the entire criminological left wing deception about
the police that blames the police.
Speaker 5 (55:49):
They're shooting the.
Speaker 9 (55:49):
Messenger for the fact that crime is very high in
the inner city. The police cannot go after criminals, cannot
save victims without having a disparate impact on criminals.
Speaker 5 (56:00):
But according to Vitale, according to Montdami.
Speaker 9 (56:03):
That's racist and therefore we have to dismantle policing entirely.
Speaker 1 (56:07):
Yeah, this makes no sense. It's kind of like that
idiot mayor over in Chicago just said earlier this week,
Brandon Johnson. Right, I'm sure you heard the clip. Incarceration
isn't working. We got to think of something else. They
moved away from that stupid phrase I was talking about
at the beginning, reimagine policing. Remember when they tried that
crap four or five years ago, because we gave them
so much heck for defund the police, they moved to reimagining.
(56:28):
Now they've got a new phrase. It doesn't matter. You're
trying to say that someone that commits a crime, but
because the color they skin, we shouldn't make them pay
bail money. We shouldn't incarcerate them. No, it's kind of
like your book about merit versus other things. Right, Look
what happened in the job sector. Look what happen in
our military. Look what the college campuses. Because everybody started
(56:50):
making everything about race and equity instead of equality and merit.
Then you got this. Now when it comes to criminals, well,
it's not fair if you put somebody away that happens
to be non white when they rape, murder somebody, or
charge them bail, they make no sense. Final question to
you is a real easy one, Heather one, how do
(57:13):
you think New York will survive? And ken Bndami even
institute some of these plans, because I heard your governor
Kathy Hope will say last week that a bunch of
his plans for free this, free that won't happen because
they have no money in the coffers of the state
or the city. Y'all are in the red.
Speaker 5 (57:31):
Well she's been saying that, but I think she's gonna cave.
Speaker 9 (57:34):
I think she's worried about the growing left wing student
body mentality flank in the Democratic Party, so she I
don't think she's going to hold the line. And what
