Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America Tonight and exclusive. First, we
learned that Democrats at the local and state level in Minneapolis, Minnesota,
had ripped off billions in that COVID Feed the Children
funds that were paid for by taxpayers, but the cash
ended up being given to Somali's. Well, guess what now
We've discovered yet another Democrat scandal, this one in the
(00:22):
state of Maine. It involves millions, not billions. But these
were donations, donations given by good people, meant for grieving
families and victims of a shooting. But guess what, most
of the cash didn't go to them, No, it went
to We'll tell you tonight. Plus, is the US getting
closer to brokering a piece deal between Ukraine and Russia.
(00:44):
One of the latest on that, and earlier today, the
FED dropped interest rates once again. But will it be
enough by the end of the year to help kickstart
the economy? Our economist Dan Giltrude ways in, I'm Dan
Ball and Real America starts right now. All righty, good Winnesday,
(01:06):
eating to you. So the fraud from Somalis coming over
to the US continues to explode. We're learning more and
more with Minnesota's Governor Tim Wallsey promising to double down
on bringing more foreigners into his state. Okay, in Seattle,
(01:27):
the radical governor of Washington, the twenty twenty four vice
presidential loser, spoke at a luncheon promising to bring more
Somalies into the Land of ten Thousand Lakes. Yeah, because
he knows. That's how him and Democrats get elected, because
real Americans, real patriots, see through their lives, their bs,
their scandals, and don't want them running their state or cities. Now,
(01:50):
this clown referred to the Somalies as neighbors, claiming that
they're just being demonized and terrorized by President Trump and
the Trump administration, and that the raids that ice is
are now conducting in Minneapolis and Minnesota it's all. It's
all fake. It's all because Trump's racist. No, no, no, Tim,
(02:13):
It wouldn't be involving a huge, wide ranging fraud scheme,
would it that We don't even know how many billions
you ripped off? You and your other Democrats House Majority
whip Tom Emmer said that President Trump is pursuing justice
against the fraud and that's why they're there cleaning house.
Mister Walls fraud, fraud, and more fraud.
Speaker 2 (02:38):
It seems like every day there is a new discovery
of stolen taxpayer dollars in my home state of Minnesota.
And who is smack dab in the middle of it,
the self acknowledged liar, incompetent, failed governor and failed vice
presidential candidate, Tim Walls. But with the world now watching,
(03:01):
Walls can no longer hide from accountability.
Speaker 1 (03:09):
And I bring up that scandal involving Democrats, involving taxpayers,
and involving Somali's in Minnesota to now bring us to
this real America exclusive. We've uncovered another scandal is brewing
out there, folks, this time in the state of Maine.
Pay close attention if you live there. The players involved,
(03:29):
you know, Democrats, of course, and oh a new group
in this one, actually not new, because they helped out
with the four year invasion and they helped out with
the scandal in Minnesota. Two NGOs nonprofit groups. Of course.
It's like the fundraising arm of the Democrat Party. Whatever
they need to do, whatever corrupt scandal they got going, right,
(03:53):
whether they need to traffic some people, whether they need
to launder some money, whether they need to get somebody
elected where they need to ship people in from another country,
NGO's Democrat Party. So they all came together in Maine
a couple of years ago, twenty twenty three to raise
some cash again, all in the name of charity for
(04:15):
grieving family members and victims. But guess what, the victims,
the grieving family members barely got any of the millions. Instead,
the nonprofit groups got the cash, and then somehow a
bunch of Somalis got the cash. Now you're like, Dan,
what in the sam are you talking about. Well, let's
(04:37):
take you back twenty twenty three in Maine, Lewiston a bar,
there was a shooting. Do you remember. Eighteen people got killed,
more than a dozen were injured, over one hundred ran
for their lives out of this club. Now, after the shooting,
here we go the governor, a Demo crap, Janet Mills, who, oh,
(05:02):
by the way, folks right now is running for United
States Senate. To unsee, Susan Collins brought in a third
party group called the Main Community Foundation. Their job helped
organize donations and then give them out to the victims
and their family members. Six point six million dollars were raised,
(05:29):
but only about four point seven million dollars actually went
to the families and the victims, and I don't even
know if it was that much according to what I've
been looking at. So my question is where'd the millions
of other dollars go? According to financial records, and the
aunt of one of the victims killed in that shooting,
(05:51):
that money, And if you're watching this program and you donated, well,
it went to twenty nine different nonprofit groups, nine of
which are exclusively for immigrant benefits. And some of those
immigrant benefits benefactors were who Somali's millions of dollars went
(06:15):
directly to flood Maine with more foreigners, including numerous groups
focused on Somalis, even though those donating to the funds
were told this money is going all of it to
the shooting victims, to the ones that got injured, to
the ones that had PTSD, to the family members left
(06:35):
behind who lost the eighteen. By the way, by our check,
I don't think any of the eighteen were illegal immigrants.
I think they were American citizens, so were their family members.
This is causing a lot of folks now to raise
the warning flags and sound the alarm bells, including former
Republican governor and current congressional candidate Paul Lapage, who raised
(06:57):
nearly half a million dollars for the fund. He said
the victims and their families believed every dollar was going
to go help the victims heal, but instead there was
no transparency in how the funds were being doled out,
with victims saying that their needs were never prioritized in
their time of hardship. And do you ever get over it?
I mean, come on, we're only talking about what like
(07:21):
two years ago. These people were killed. I'm sure they're
not over it. And now I've got to be the
bearer of bad news and say, oh, by the way,
this cash you were supposed to get, No, it went
to some defense fund for illegal criminal aliens. What the
And on top of all this, according to our next guest,
the ten member steering committee okay, chosen by this foundation,
(07:45):
which was brought in by the Democrat governor Mills, You're
ready self dealt a bunch of the funds for organizations
they were tied to connected with ran part of whatever.
She says that six of the ten directed funds to
their own nonprofits and seven directed funds to spouse his nonprofits.
(08:09):
You see how this whole thing works. This is what
democrats do. How y'all keep voting for him in any capacity,
I don't care if it's dog catcher or school board
or President United States is beyond me. It boggles the
mind of common sense. Joining me now to share what
she's uncovered when it comes to this scandal in Maine.
(08:30):
She's the ann of Max Hathaway. He was one of
the eighteen killed in the Lewiston, Maine shooting. Amy Sussman
on the program to tell her story of her thirty
five year old nephew who that night in the club.
Amy was celebrating a college degree, had two babies, you
(08:51):
tell me, and one baby on the way, and his
life cut short. I won't go into the details of
the sick person who committed the crime, because today we're
talking about where did the money go?
Speaker 3 (09:03):
Amy, welcome, Thank you, thank you, and thank you for
doing a piece on this telling the story. Really appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (09:11):
Of course, the minute I heard it, and I literally
just got told about it this morning, I had no clue.
I didn't know that the Republican running for office that
I just mentioned is bringing it up as well. I
missed this headline, and I apologize for that. It's tough
to stay on top of every scandal being committed by
elected leaders around this nation where they're wasting either our
(09:34):
tax money or in this case, charitable donations. So take
me back, and I don't want you to have to
relive that night. Take me back to after the shooting,
when all this started coming out. Where did you see
was the governor on television? Did you see interviews? Was
there things in the press about this committee and this
big fund that was going to be set up and
raised millions of dollars for the victims? I would imagine
(09:56):
they publicized this.
Speaker 3 (09:58):
Yes, So the main community Foundation was brought in by
the governor to raise funds following the shooting. They did
on their website have two options to give, one two
victims and family members only, and one to nonprofits. The
list of nonprofits was not provided. They hadn't chosen them yet,
so to be clear, when people gave, if they chose nonprofits,
(10:20):
their intent was honored because it indeed went to nonprofits.
I can only assume they felt that the nonprofits would
be aiding and helping the victims.
Speaker 1 (10:30):
And svity doing something for the people entitled in this
program help the victims of Lewiston. Oh, by the way,
no give to these twenty thirty charities over here. But
also was there any transparency in how they were doling
it out? I hear none. Right, they just picked wherever
they wanted to pick.
Speaker 3 (10:48):
They had criteria. I wasn't a part of that steering committee.
As you said, six steered money fit to their own
nonprofits and a seventh steered money to a spouse's nonprofit.
The survivors and family members were told in a meeting
that one hundred percent of the Lewiston Auburn Area Response
Fund would go to them. That was their expectation. That's
(11:09):
what they were told. And when I discovered it in
August of twenty twenty four that this list of twenty
nine nonprofits also received funds, that was news to them.
I haven't met a survivor or a family member that
knew about that part of the fund.
Speaker 1 (11:23):
Let's talk about what they got and see if my
team's got this correct. So folks that ran or maybe
had PTSD or injured or had an issue that were there,
they got a few thousand bucks. Grieving family members or
the dozen or so that got shot, got about thirty
thousand bucks. Okay.
Speaker 3 (11:39):
So those who were there and escaped without being shot
received seven thousand dollars.
Speaker 1 (11:44):
Okay, So for there there's a lifetime of PTSD millions
were raised. They got seven grand, got it? What about
the ones that were shot and injured? Those?
Speaker 3 (11:52):
I know the amounts. I don't know the amounts for everyone.
It's not really something you have marked.
Speaker 1 (11:57):
No, no, that's okay, just a rough.
Speaker 3 (11:59):
A couple thirty thousand, thirty two thousand, okay.
Speaker 1 (12:02):
So around thirty and then the family members who lost
the direct family, like your nephew's wife with three kids,
for crying out loud, what did they get? The eighteen
that died their direct family members?
Speaker 3 (12:13):
The eighteen split a total of three point two million, basically,
so each family received one hundred and eighty three thousand.
Speaker 1 (12:21):
Okay. So it was a loved one, you get one
hundred and eighty, you get shot, you got thirty, a
PTSD get seven. And then nonprofits that had nothing to
do with this got millions and gave it to illegals.
Yeah that makes a lot of sense.
Speaker 3 (12:36):
Yeah, yeah, Each nonprofit received sixty five, five hundred and
twenty two dollars.
Speaker 1 (12:43):
They find a way, don't they. They find a way
to take advantage of our good nature, to take advantage
of us trusting that government's going to work for us.
How are you feeling when you discovered this last year?
Speaker 3 (12:56):
It was very difficult to discover this, and I didn't
know exactly what to do with it because I didn't
want to call up people I had just met who
were shot and survived and say, oh, by the way,
did you realize? So I tried to share the news
in the media and you didn't hear about it because
it was very hard to get that information into the media.
Speaker 1 (13:13):
Well, it's still ninety eight percent controlled by lefties, Amy,
and you live in, I'm sorry, a lefty state controlled
by Democrats. I mean, the whole New England side doesn't
even have a Republican rep They've canceled us all out.
It's all left left left over there. I'll end with this,
if you could come face to face with your good
old Gov. Who's trying to become a United States senator
now and have a little chit chat with her, woman
(13:35):
to woman about how all this money got diverted. What
would you say to her? You get the final word.
Speaker 3 (13:39):
Amy, I asked many times who brought in the MCF,
and I never got a response. From the fourteen times
I reached out to the Governor's office, I never got
an answer to those questions. I would simply ask her
to compel the Main Community Foundation to honor the promise
they made to the survivors and family members of this shooting,
and that one point nine million dollars that went to
the nonprofit should now be given to the survivors and
(14:01):
family members, because in the end, this is the broad
recovery effort, not what nonprofits are doing or not doing
with the funds.
Speaker 1 (14:09):
Well, we've seen what nonprofits did for four years under
the Biden Harris regime, taking our tax funds, funneling them
to bring illegals in through the Darien Gap and up
through Mexico. That's how millions of them came in. Nonprofits
are like a fundraising arm of the Democrat Party. They
do so much illegal waste, fraud. It's disgusting, whether it's
tax dollars or donations. Amy Sussman and of Max Hathaway,
(14:32):
one of the eighteen lost in Lewiston, Maine, back in
August of twenty three, Thank you for sharing this story.
I hope more media outlets will pick it up, and
I hope someone will answer for this. God bless you, Amy,
Merry Christmas, Thank you, thank you, you take care up. Next,
Department of War and Secretary of State. Well, guess what
they're claiming that Ukrainian officials are now hopefully about to
(14:53):
sign off on a new peace deal between their country
and Russia. But the big question is will President Trump
be able to get President poot and Zelensky to sign
off on the deal. We're going to dive into that one. Next.

(18:22):
So Earlier today, the House advanced the National Defense Authorization Act,
or many of you, known as NDAA, teeing it up
for a full final vote for Speaker Johnson managed to
win over several holdouts. The House released the text of
the NDAA. Get this at last check, and it may
have gone up or down. We'll ask our next guest.
Three thousand, eighty six pages. Yeah, I'm sure everybody read
(18:46):
that anyway, Over three thousand pages of the Defense and
Security Package that codifies at least fifteen of President Trump's
prior executive orders related to defense, border security, and national
security priority. So at least that's a win because Trump's
eos have been good when it comes to securing the nation.
(19:07):
So this is going to codify fifteen of them. All
on board. Can we get it down to maybe three
hundred pages so members will actually read it and know
what the hill they're signing anyway? Common sense? Right Among
the orders codified are those restoring military strength and eliminating
woke programs in our military. No more DEI, no more CRT,
as Pete says, no more of that stuff. Boosting border security, yes, please,
(19:33):
Modernizing military acquisitions, yes, we waste a lot of money there,
and technological development also building out new defense, industrial and
weapons capabilities. We do need to stay ahead of China.
The bill also includes concrete benefits for service members, a
pay raise, thank you, troops deserve it, and expanded support
(19:55):
from the VA for our troops, veterans and their family members.
I like all of that the bill provides four hundred billion.
Is that right, guys? With a B? What in the
sam for Ukraine as part of the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative,
which pays US companies for weapons for Ukraine's military. It
also authorizes the Baltic Security Initiative and provides one hundred
(20:16):
and seventy five million to support Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia's defense.
The bill also limits the Defense Department's ability to drop
the number of US forces in Europe to less than
seventy six thousand, and bars the US European Commander from
giving up the title NATO Supreme Commander. Now, this comes
(20:38):
as the horrible war in Europe seems hopefully closer to
coming to an end. European officials are saying that President
Trump's twenty point piece plan is we hope a decisive
moment for the war in Ukraine. With Zelinski himself this
week saying he's discussed Ukraine's post war reconsc struction with
(21:01):
American officials. It just happened this week, so this is
some positive stuff. He said they're working to finalize the
points in the new peace agreement, saying that he hopes
to hand over the proposal with his revisions to the
US in the very near future. The current proposal would
provide Ukraine American backed security guarantees, but would force Ukraine
to give up some of its territory on the east
(21:23):
to Russia, with President Trump pushing hard for Ukraine to
hold elections as soon as peace is achieved. Don't forget
Zelenski got rid of them. I think that's happened last year, right.
President Trump has said that as the war drags on,
it only gives Russia the upper hand, dear to the
sheer size of them. So are we going to find
(21:44):
peace in Ukraine? Can we stop sending money to Ukraine?
I thought we were doing that. Joining me now to
discuss all this. He's a member of the House Armed
Services and Foreign Affairs committees. Florida Congressman Corey Mills back
on the program, Corey, nice to see it. Let me
get right to it, because there are a lot of
America first folks like myself. When we heard the two
hundred and some billion dollars that Jojo spent while he
(22:07):
was in on Ukraine and would never talk peace, I
thought President Trump trying to get peace this entire year,
we would stop the spending. So when I see that
big number with a four and a couple zeros and
b after it, I'm going, what in the sam heck
is going on? Corey? So can you break that money
down for us and explain to me how much more
(22:27):
of that is new? How much and more of that
was existing cash? And why are we sending more? In general?
Speaker 6 (22:33):
Well, to be quite frank, a lot of this is
actually still fluid, So a lot of that's being discussed.
That's why the rules folks held up the way it was.
Certain things are still being looked at to be stripped away,
certain potential amendments to be introduced onto the floor. So
it's a very fluid thing. But I will point out
a couple of really key wins in here that I've
fought for for quite a while. You know, I hear
(22:54):
people all the time talk about how President Trump and
the Secretary of War is in some type of a
violation of their EXECUS thory for going after these narco
terrorists who are literally killing and poisoning Americans here at home.
But what they don't understand is that in nineteen fifty seven,
nineteen ninety one, two thousand and one, and in two
thousand and two, Congress abdicated their roles and responsibilities under
(23:16):
their Article I, Section A, Clause eleven through thirteen congressional
authorities for war power. Under these authorized use of military
force essentially cartflaunch warfare. I have fought to repeal this
time and time again, myself, Congressman Gates, as well as
for a bunch of others and on. In this NBAA,
it would strip away the two thousand and two and
nineteen ninety one Gulf War aumfs, returning the war power
(23:38):
authorities back to Congress, so that again if fulfills President
Trump's agenda, which is to stop these foolish, endless wars
from continuing. But furthermore, this NDAA guarantees that there will
be no more funding let me quote this, no more
funding for diversity, equity inclusion in our United States military,
back to meritocracy and getting the war fires eat. Though
(24:00):
there is a one point six billion dollar cut to
also guarantee there's no more funding for climate change research.
Speaker 1 (24:08):
Good there is, I.
Speaker 6 (24:09):
Mean, when you look, there is an ability that also
stops and prohibits the banning of certain key strategic military
aircraft like our A ten warhogs that are constantly being
threatened to be essentially eliminated from our stockpile. Those remain
in there as the greatest things for tank busters that
you're ever going to find. So those remain on the
actual docket. Our military gets a salary increase. And I'm
(24:31):
going to go through because, as your opening monologue talked about,
three thousand and eighty six pages, I'm on the Armed
Services Committee. I sit on the Subcommittee of Military Personnel,
the Subcommittee of Military Readiness, and the Subcommittee of Intelligence
Special Operations. I had to go through this piece by
piece to try and get it through, and I'll give
you some of the key points that I looked at
here and my apologies. It's three thousand and eighty six pages,
(24:52):
so yes, I have notes. So codifies all parts of
fifteen executive orders, as you talked about, with thirty legislative proposals,
eliminates DEI wokeness and left wing ideology from our United
States military and Armed forces, fundamentally reforms defense acquisition, none
of this more nepotism inside baseball, neo con neolib warfighter
industrial based build out handouts that continue to plague our
(25:16):
taxpayers time, and time again to go after more war,
it requires a permanent repeal of the existing Department of
War DEI offices. Those will no longer be a part
of our military secures our borders. One of the biggest
things that we ran on when it was in the
twenty four is that we're going to stop yep, these
cartels from the human child and trafficking of women, and
drugs that are killing to include fentanyl, more people than
(25:39):
we had in the entire war over the last ten years.
So those are some of the key points. Forty point
five million eliminated from DEI, one point six million eliminated
from climate change, one point two billion eliminated from retiring
obsolete aircrafts, six point eight billion in reductions to Pentagon.
Speaker 7 (25:56):
Bureaucracy that we love, the factocracy, and these departments that
have no real roles in the redundancies are no longer
going to be there.
Speaker 6 (26:06):
So that's great.
Speaker 1 (26:07):
We all remember the twelve hundred dollars toilet seats from
years ago. Let me butt in real quick, because you
wrote up the boats. Hold on, you brought up the boats.
I got to bring this headline up. So Democrats are
screaming from the rooftops that they want more transparency over
that double tap strike on the boat back on September second.
Blah blah blah. I don't know why they're defending drug dealers.
And now I'm hearing that Congress may withhold some travel
(26:30):
funds from the Pentagon until y'all see the boat strike videos.
Is there something in the NBA that Democrats trike to
sneak in that you're negotiating now about the videos and
the boat strikes? Because I keep hearing that one coming up.
Speaker 6 (26:42):
I got to say, I haven't seen anything in the
NDAA that would prohibit us from being able to release
the appropriation bills and funding when that's exactly what the
NDAA does, is it actually authorizes all the individual funding
that was offered in posture hearings across the individual branches
that come before us.
Speaker 1 (26:57):
So are you for those videos being released, Cory, for
any all the videos you've done twenty some strikes? You're
good with me, more.
Speaker 6 (27:02):
Than happy to see those videos released. Because there's two
things that people have to understand. One, we are going
after narco terrorists. One of the first things President Trump
did in the first one hundred days was he designated
as a terrorist organization key cartels to ensure that we
can protect Americans. Two, it's in maritime international warders, which
have a completely different law and authority.
Speaker 2 (27:22):
Three.
Speaker 6 (27:22):
These authorized use some military force and executive orders does
give the President and the Secretary of War every single
legal authority to eliminate terrorists. Why does Democrats always want
to defend illegals in our country? You are criminal mind
creating angel families, drug runners, terrorists, and trying to go
ahead and prevent America from becoming safe. That's the question
(27:42):
that everyone needs to be thinking about on the ballot
in twenty twenty six.
Speaker 1 (27:45):
Listen, Corey, you know Feanahl took my nephew, so this
is personal to me. Blow those damn boats out of
the water, all right. I got to switch gears and
ask them for I'll just tell you, yep.
Speaker 6 (27:57):
It's impact in my family as well. My father spent
thirty two years in prison because of drug addiction. My
mom spent seven. I was raised by my grandparents and
came from a broken home. I've seen drugs completely destroy
the families in Florida and across this country. Nothing would
mean more to me than to stop this and allow
Americans to be safe.
Speaker 1 (28:13):
It's a real war on drugs. Finally, we've been talking
about one since the eighties. All right, Finally I got
to switch gears Corey before I let you go, because
there's a big stink on the hill about some of
your past, and I wouldn't be doing my job. I've
had you on this program now for four or five
years if I didn't ask you about some of the
scandals that have been coming up. And another person who's
on the program a lot, Congressman Nancy Mace, has brought
this up about you. She moved to censure you. You
(28:35):
got a couple scandals brewing on possible stolen balor over
your bronze star, and some of the fights you were
weren't in. You got some stuff, according to some of
your business dealings with foreign nations, and you got some
stuff involving some women. So I'm gonna put it out
there for you. I'm gonna let you comment on what
you want. But these scandals are out there the ethics panel.
I believe it's been launched on you, and so I'm
(28:56):
giving you a chance to weigh in. Brother. Here you go,
you fill me in on what's going on.
Speaker 8 (29:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (29:00):
First, let me just go ahead and the state that
the ethics investigation, I am the one who created and
referred that. I got tired of the accusation, so I'm
actually the one who referred it to the Ethics Committee
so that the Ethics Committee can go ahead and show
that there is no wrongdoing. So no one referred that
to ethics. I actually referred it on myself because I'm
confident in the fact that I've done nothing wrong. So
that's the first thing. Second, the Department of the Army
(29:20):
has provided documentation and verified to include Secretary of the
Army that every single wartime verification and medal that I've
ever claimed is actually on there.
Speaker 1 (29:29):
So in regards to there, you go right there.
Speaker 6 (29:31):
And if you go ahead and notice on that second
page for my Combat Medic badge from when I was
fighting in Iraq, if you look at the reasons for
that award, it says very clearly engaged in active ground combat.
That's on the documents itself. That's the actual Department of
the Army letter. That should clear up very quickly that
Nancy Mace, who is in the fourth and polling, is
upset over the ill hand Omar vote doesn't understand my
(29:52):
reasoning behind it, and is utilizing this for political theatrics
and propaganda. The Department of Army is already dispelled that
and that's been put to bed. The February incident where
people were claiming there was a domestic violent incident, the
actual person who they claim is a victim has already
come out and stated she had been drinking for the
last fourteen hours we were on vacation, she had taken
sleeping pills, she was a little under it, she had
(30:13):
poor judgment, made a call immediately said that she'd never
claimed any type of assault.
Speaker 1 (30:18):
In fact, she just.
Speaker 6 (30:19):
Wanted to be escorted because I had to ask her
to leave.
Speaker 1 (30:21):
And that's been cleared up.
Speaker 6 (30:22):
The case was closed long ago, and in fact MPD
or investigating themselves now for a misconduct because they had
four officers with four different police reports.
Speaker 1 (30:32):
And finally, your companies, your companies and business dealings, do
you think that there is anything there?
Speaker 6 (30:38):
With absolutely nothing there? They talk about, why is it
that I was having overseas dealings. What they don't understand
is a Department of Defense and Department of State, as
well as for others who I can't talk about because
classified reasons. Obviously, we were hired to actually go and
liberate Mosil and Fallujah after three years of ices control,
where we went in and actually got rid of Isis
who were trafficking, selling, and abusing women to inc flue,
(31:00):
decapitating people who are Christians. And we were able to
go in there in our company, through our defense company,
and actually liberate them after three years. As far as
my dealings, it's in a blind trust and I've divested
since twenty twenty one. Anything going in the company. I
have no visibility or fiduciary roles and responsibilities of. So
I'm lily sitting in Congress is the only member who
donates his salary to women, children better in charity, the
(31:21):
only member who doesn't sell by trade a single stock
while I've been in Congress and signed the discharge petition.
So if I wanted to make money, I wouldn't have
ran for Congress.
Speaker 1 (31:29):
All right, Corey, you answered my questions. I can't ask anymore.
Thank you, sir, have a good thank you, Get back
to the floor, get to work, got it, take care
straight ahead. The fed lord interest rates today by how much?
And will this help our economy? We'll talk with America's accountant,
Dan Geltrude. He'll weigh in next. Hey, did you know
(31:56):
that One America News Network has launched a twenty four
to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it
free Talk forty five. So why is it branded free
Talk forty five? Well, free talk because you will not
be censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five
because forty five is a really lucky number. So join
(32:18):
us at free Talk forty five and express yourself with
no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your cable provider
doesn't offer One America News Network, you should give them
a call and kindly demand that they carryan. Now, you're
the customer, and without your feedback, your cable provider will
(32:43):
not know that there is a strong demand across this
country for One America News Network. So please call your
cable company today and kindly ask or demand that they
ADDANN to their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a question
for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon
(33:07):
fireTV all have in common? The answer is that all
three platforms offer you the ability to live stream One
America News Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV, or
Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store, search
out for an then enjoy all the great programming offered
by ON, including my show Real America. Viewers are always
(33:34):
asking me, how can they watch OAN live? The solution
is simple. It's a streaming platform called cloud tv. Now
it's spelled klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot com
and subscribe to watch twenty four to seven live feeds
of OAN. The live package is only two dollars and
(33:54):
fifty cents per month for all you can watch. Again,
simply go to cl cloudtv dot com and do it today.
Speaker 9 (34:11):
Prices are coming down very substantially.
Speaker 1 (34:14):
But they have a new word. You know, thoways have
a hoax.
Speaker 9 (34:17):
The new word is affordability. So they look at the
camera and they say, this erection is all about affordability.
Speaker 1 (34:27):
President Trump kicking off his nationwide tour touting the economic
gains brought by his administration. The President was in eastern
Pennsylvania last night, saying that his highest priority is trying
to make America affordable again for y'all. The President declared
that tariffs were bringing in record amounts of revenue. They
are declaring tariff to be his favorite word in the dictionary,
(34:50):
especially in a rust belt state like Pennsylvania, where steel
manufacturing used to be and should be the cornerstone of
their economy. But don't forget. We've been shipped jobs and
factories overseas for decades thanks to Democrats and Republicans. Don't forget, folks.
Trump's trying to fix decades, not just four years of Joe,
(35:12):
decades of bad trade deals, of shipping everything to frickin China.
This doesn't happen overnight. So when everybody's out there going
why hasn't this gone down? Why has that gone down?
And Trump says everything's great, and no it's not. I'm
paying this for this and that for that. Yeah, give
it a second, folks. It's been eleven friggin months. You
can't undo thirty years of screwed up economic deals in
(35:37):
eleven months. It takes a second. Now. The President said
that without tariffs, there would be no steal at all
being made in the USA, harming America's national security as well.
The President also said that energy prices are coming down,
and they are in most I think forty eight states.
I'm not quite sure about Hawaii, and I know where
(36:00):
I live in California, they're not, but other states, I
see them below three bucks, and I'm outraged because it's
Democrats that keep the prices high. Here in Conifornia, President
praised initiatives like the One Big, Beautiful Bill, which keeps
his tax cuts in. According to the President, after years
of Democrats in power harming the American family, the nation
(36:21):
will be finding prosperity again very soon.
Speaker 9 (36:25):
Together, we're repairing four years of disaster by the radical
left Democrats in Congress and by the worst president in
the history of our country.
Speaker 1 (36:33):
He is, I mean, it's not.
Speaker 9 (36:34):
A question about that, is just the worst president in
the history.
Speaker 1 (36:38):
Of our country.
Speaker 9 (36:40):
The damage he, thank you very much, said, damage he's
done to our country is something we can never forget.
After just ten months, our border is secure, our spirit
is restored, Inflation is stopped, wages or up, prices are down,
Our nation is strong, America is respected again, and the
(37:01):
United States is back.
Speaker 1 (37:05):
Now. The Senate Republicans are doing what they said they
would do, uniting behind a proposal to get rid of
Obamacare subsidies in favor of one of President Trump's proposed
fixes to our failed healthcare system. And let's be real,
we all know it's a mess. I forget politics, right.
If you've had to get any type of medical care
(37:27):
in the last ten years, you know it's a mess.
Senate Majority Leader John Thune has said his caucus is
uniting behind a plan brought by Bill Cassidy and Mike
Crappo to let the Obamacare extensions expire at the end
of the year and then replace them with health savings
(37:48):
account something President Trump's been talking about a lot. Democrats'
own proposal would simply extend those subsidies for three more years,
with both proposals expected to go for a vote tell
us tomorrow, although either proposal getting sixty votes needed to
overcome the filibuster, and that's highly unlikely.
Speaker 9 (38:09):
Under Obamacare, trillions of dollars were given directly to health
insurance companies. This socks are up one seven hundred percent
in a very short period of time.
Speaker 1 (38:20):
Would you say that's good?
Speaker 9 (38:22):
Obamacare's primary purpose was to pay off insurance companies. You know,
the insurance companies back the Democrats very heavily. I want
to give billions of dollars directly to the people.
Speaker 1 (38:34):
I like that idea. Let's find out what our next
guest has to say is he weighs in on the
economy and everything else going on in DC when it
comes to our taxpayer dollars. He's a CPA, he's an economist.
He's the founder of Geltrude and Company, America's accountant. Dan
Geltrude back on the program, Dano, nice to see you,
so FED cut the rate today. Let's start there, right,
(38:57):
and you and I said this. I think this was
played out months ago, right. The Fed told us we
were going to get three more quarter cuts. I think
that was back in August, right, And we literally could
set our clocks and watches to this. They said, one
in the fall, one in the late winter, and one
before the end of the year. Okay, we got our
three cuts. I still don't think it's enough. The President
(39:19):
wanted more. We know this guy's out in what four
or five months. Trump's already talking about who's going to
replace him. What do you make of this little cut
right at the end of the year, going to make
a difference for folks or not?
Speaker 10 (39:30):
Well, I don't think it's going to make a substantial difference, Dan,
but at least it is directionally a good sign. Jerme
Powell will be the FED chair until may so, as
you were saying, we got five or so months still
with the policies that are in place, hopefully he will
(39:51):
continue the cuts, although there is some chatter out there
that that's not going to be the case, that they're
going to take a break.
Speaker 1 (39:58):
I think that's what I heard. He's going to do,
so no more until he's done. Is that what you're
hearing to.
Speaker 10 (40:03):
Yes, and that would not be good in my opinion,
and I'm sure the President is not exactly thrilled to
hear that. However, I do believe whoever the next FED
chair is going to be, I think that President Trump
is going to ensure that we're going to be more
aggressive related to these interest cuts because the people needed.
(40:24):
Businesses need to be able to borrow money. Dan, that's
the key to the economy.
Speaker 1 (40:29):
Thank you. If you want to expand and grow your business,
and that's what the American spirit, entrepreneurial spirit, and capitalism's
all about. Right. If I start a small business, maybe
I want to become a medium business. How do I
do that? I got to expand, I gotta build another building.
I gotta hire people. I want good people. I gotta
give raises. I can't do any of that if I
can't borrow the money to do it, unless I'm just
(40:51):
sitting on a pile of cash. And let's be real,
after four years of Jojo and Kamala, a lot of
companies aren't just setting around on pounds and pounds of
cash out back. Do you think's let's ask a question
for the consumer, because I can relate to the regular consumer,
I'm one of them. If I'm thinking of refinancing a
(41:11):
car or a home, or getting a new credit card
to put something on I need because we're feeling that
Powell won't do anything in the next five months, do
you think the next one come May June time frame,
with whoever Trump appoints, As you said, that person will
know the mission drop the rates immediately? Will we see
(41:32):
do you think a significant one? So should the consumer
wait or is now maybe a good time to refin
stuff since we have had, you know, almost a point
drop in the last four or five months. What do
you think?
Speaker 10 (41:44):
Well, well, I think Dan, look, there's people out there
that need capital and if they can't wait, they got
to borrow, and certainly the rates are better than they
had been. However, if you're going to really try to
play this out and you don't need the money today,
then yeah, I think a much better time to borrow
is going to be towards the end of twenty twenty six.
(42:05):
And again, can you hold off that long and the economy,
I would argue, can't wait that long. Remember, Dan, we
have mid term elections coming up in less than a year,
and those elections are critical because if the Republicans lose
control of Congress, it is going to be difficult at
(42:26):
best for President Trump to implement his policies. So it's
really really important that the economy makes some substantial moves
in the right direction. We're going that way, but we
need more because if that doesn't happen, we really risk
what happens in twenty twenty seven and twenty twenty eight
(42:48):
and beyond.
Speaker 1 (42:48):
I know people don't understand elections have consequences, and if
you want prices to continue going down, don't elect Democrats
next November. I don't care if you're voting for him
in the House of Representatives or the Senate or in
your local office. Don't vote from Their policy is to
tax you, to create bigger government, which costs you and
me more money. I don't understand why it's so hard
(43:12):
for people to understand. So we got the quarter interest
rate cut. Today I want to throw up one more headline,
just some good news. Again. I'm not seeing this here
in COMMI Furignia, Dan, maybe in your state you've seen it.
But new headline out gas lowest in four years. The
average now is two ninety two. By the way, we're
(43:34):
still paying five bucks in California almost everywhere, but again
we pay a dollar nine more than almost every state
because of our BS. But that's some good news. Lowest
gas in four years, Dan, Oh, final, where to you?
Speaker 10 (43:47):
Well, yes, that is great news. And President Trump has
talked about one of the keys to this economy is
us being able to get our energy costs down, specifically
fuel for our cars and and so on. And on
top of that, the other thing President Trump has been
talking about is energy independence.
Speaker 1 (44:06):
Which is so critical.
Speaker 10 (44:08):
Now listen, I'm a New Jersey so we're not that
much better off than California generally speaking when it comes
to taxes, although I have to say our gas prices
are not terrible, although everything else is. And you know,
one of the things going on in New Jersey right now,
we just elected a new Democrat governor and increase in
(44:31):
sales tax first thing on the agenda. It doesn't happen,
but I think there's a good chance it will.
Speaker 1 (44:37):
Thank you for pointing that out. See new governor taxes
like first order of business. Oh, let's make your sales
tax on stuff higher? Why is that always their solution
to fixing an economic problem. Let's take more money of
the people paying the damn bills. How about you, people
(44:57):
who we elect, budget and spend our money more wisely,
and then you wouldn't have to tax us more. Dan
geltrude as always, I know that's too stupid to think of, right,
that's too common sense. Thank you Dan for coming on
Merry Christmas. If I don't see you, thank you Dan.
Up next, speaking of crazy Democrats ruining cities and states
(45:19):
in this country for four years, we're going to head
to New York City and see what their new radical,
crazy Marxist mayor is up to as he's about to
take office on January first. Get ready, New Yorkers. Hey,
(45:42):
if your cable provider doesn't offer one America News network,
you should give him a call and kindly demand that
they carry away in Now you're the customer, and without
your feedback, your cable provider will not know that there
is a strong demand across this country for one of

(47:57):
Welcome back. Let's head to the Big Apple, New York
and its socialist mayor, good old Zorn Mandanny has now
appointed someone named is that Misson Lennon, a former rapper
turned activist who served seven years in prison for armed robberies,
(48:17):
and he's going to be in charge of the Criminal
Legal System Advisory Committee. Okay Lenin was convicted back in
nineteen ninety nine of two felony armed robberies targeting New
York City taxi cab drivers. Prosecutors say that he participated
in the robberies from ninety seven ninety eight. One victim
even attacked with a beer bottle, others held at gunpoint,
(48:41):
and he was positively identified as the bad guy. Now,
the committee is among those that will be advising the
mayor on major policy and structural changes to the criminal
justice and public safety system as mndamie's administration comes in
and takes power. So this guy, this criminal, this Felon.
(49:01):
Lenin is associated with a social justice organization he co founded,
which claims experience in gun violence prevention. Well, I guess
if you use the gun for violence, you probably know
how to prevent it, right, mister Lennon Jeez also legislative
advocacy and criminal justice reform. Well, I'm sure you'll want
(49:24):
to reform prisons. You spend a lot of years in them,
and they suck. Mandani believes that city leadership should draw
on experience and analysis from real New Yorkers, including those
who've been put through a tough system. Regarding Lennin specifically
the clown right there, emphasized that he wants to build
a city for quote, each and every person by involving
(49:47):
someone who's lived through incarceration and now advocates for criminal
justice reform and community activism. Gotcha. Mandanni recently released a
video urging illegal immigrant residents to quote know your rights.
He even gave the illegals advice on how to handle
working with ICE. He framed the message as a protection
(50:11):
for the city's immigrant population.
Speaker 8 (50:14):
Last weekend, ICE attempted to raid Canal Street and detain
our immigrants. As Mayor, I'll protect the rights of every
single New Yorker, and that includes the more than three
million immigrants who call the city their home. But we
can all stand up to ICE if you.
Speaker 1 (50:28):
Know your rights.
Speaker 8 (50:29):
If you encounter ICE. These are the things that every
New Yorker should go first. ICE cannot enter into private
spaces like your home, school, or private area of your
workplace without a judicial warrant signed by a judge that
looks like this. If ICE does not have a judicial
warrant signed by a judge, you have the right to
(50:50):
say I do not consent to enter it, and the
right to keep your door closed. Sometimes ICE will show
you paperwork that looks like this and tell you that
they have the right to arrest here.
Speaker 1 (51:03):
That is false.
Speaker 8 (51:04):
ICE is legally allowed to lie to you, but you
have the right to remain silent. If you're being detained,
you may always ask am I free to go repeatedly
until I answer you.
Speaker 1 (51:12):
You are legally.
Speaker 8 (51:13):
Allowed to film ICE as long as you do not
interfere with an arrest. It is important to remain calm
during any interaction, and ICE for law enforcement do not
impede their investigation, resist arrest or one last thing. New
York has had a constitutional right to vote est. When
I'm there, we will protect that way. New York will
always welcome him, and I will fight each and every
day to protect and support and celebrate our.
Speaker 1 (51:36):
Neighbor brothers and sisters. That's it. New York's fallen. That's
who you voted in, folks joining me out of SoundOff.
He's the founder of the Louder Majority and a member
of the New York Young Republicans Club board of advisors.
Our friend Kevin Smith back on the program, Kevin, elections
(51:56):
have consequences. You and I and many America first folks
warn New York voters about this clown. Now he's out
there just like Miss Bass, the clown that runs La,
the clown that runs Portland, all these oh, the idiot
that runs Chicago, all these Democrats, socialist Marxist mayors fighting
the federal government and going against the constitution on trying
(52:20):
to kick illegal criminal aliens out of our country because
they've broken our immigration laws. This is insane to me
that in twenty twenty five biggest city used to be
the shiny city on the hill for legal immigrants around
the world to come to is now going to be
at the hands of this clown in about two and
a half weeks. keV my heart goes out to all
(52:40):
you New Yorkers. Bro.
Speaker 11 (52:42):
You know it's wild because he's not even in office yet.
Let's make that clear. Yeah, so he has no ability
to actually do anything, and this is what he's choosing
to start with. So how much worse is it going
to get down the road? Will like literally showing the
appendixes like, look, you're.
Speaker 1 (53:00):
Right, know, you're right. I think every person should know
what rights they have.
Speaker 11 (53:04):
However, he also goes on to say, don't impede investigations
or arrests. That's what you're doing, bro, Like, that's what
you're doing with this video.
Speaker 1 (53:15):
It sounds let me show you how ways to avoid
your arrest for being here illegally, but do it legally.
What are you doing?
Speaker 11 (53:24):
It's almost like the guy who is convicted of a
gun crime is now going to fix things on gun crime.
Speaker 1 (53:30):
Right. Look at some of the people he's already put
in his transition team in cabinet. These people are sick
of He's got a bunch of radical Islamists that chant
death to America and hate this country. I mean, you
guys are in trouble, man, seriously. I mean January first
is when he takes charge, right.
Speaker 11 (53:47):
Yeah, yeah, And you know it's I think that we
are going to have to be the example for the
rest of the country on what can happen when you
allow these sorts of people to get into office. You know,
the people of Minnesota made a I guess you could
say a slightly worse choice with Jacob Fry rather than
(54:08):
Muhammad Fota.
Speaker 1 (54:10):
They're both trash. Yeah, slightly, I guess you know.
Speaker 11 (54:14):
I guess that if you pick your least your two
least favorite vegetables, you picked the second last one.
Speaker 1 (54:19):
But you know you said Friday day, by the way,
trying to eat Somali food.
Speaker 11 (54:23):
Oh he he was like he wanted somebody hand that
man assault shaker, like he was he was dying a
slow death, and like, look, look, I love all ethnic foods.
It's the best part about living in New York. But
whenever he was eating, get him something else on that menu.
Speaker 1 (54:39):
Well, listen, these democrats are so fake and phony. It's
all for a vote, man, It's it's it's we've gone
from kissing babies and shaking hands to wanting to promote
illegal immigration to win a race. That's what Democrats are
all about. Speaking of races. You're in New York, You're
on the Republican club, so I know you're following it.
What's going on with your gubernatorial run?
Speaker 10 (55:00):
Uh?
Speaker 1 (55:00):
Somebody else jumped in on the GOP side. Now I
thought this was gonna be hocal Stephonic, Like, what's what's
happening Phillis in keV yes?
Speaker 8 (55:09):
Uh.
Speaker 11 (55:09):
Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman uh jumped into the race
over the last couple of days against Elie Stephonic.
Speaker 8 (55:18):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (55:18):
You know, polling suggests right.
Speaker 11 (55:20):
Now the congress women Stephonic has has an incredible lead
in uh in some of the primary polling.
Speaker 1 (55:26):
And that makes sense.
Speaker 11 (55:27):
She's been an incredible leader for the Republican Party in Congress.
She represents one of the largest by by land mass
congressional districts in America. You know, so it's not shocking
that she is.
Speaker 6 (55:39):
Uh, she's really running.
Speaker 1 (55:41):
Away with this thing.
Speaker 10 (55:42):
Uh.
Speaker 11 (55:42):
You look, sometimes primaries can be useful. In this case,
I don't think that they are, just because we have
such a great candidate in congresswomen Stevonic that, uh, you know,
I've been involved in some bloody primaries and I really
hope this doesn't just doesn't turn in to that.
Speaker 1 (55:56):
All right, we'll see how it all shakes out. Kevin
Smith check his show out and commentary Loud majority as
always appreciate you, brother, You take care. Thanks Dan, yep,
and we'll be right back. You're watching Real America right
here on away in. Hey everyone, here's a question for you.
