Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America tonight. Republicans successfully advance a
new healthcare plan on a razor thin vote today, while
Democrats screaming foul over a forced showdown on Obamacare subsidies
with fill y in plus investigators announce now a second
person of interest in connection with the Brown University mass shooting.
As the search for the prime suspect continues, and our
(00:22):
fallen heroes returned to American soil today at Dover Air
Force Base, coming home in a dignified transfer after being
gunned down in cold blood by a member of ISIS
in Syria. I'm Dan Ball, and Real America starts right now.
Speaker 2 (00:44):
There's nothing about what we know was perhaps said that
indy case, any kind of motive that is related.
Speaker 1 (00:53):
At all to ethnicity or.
Speaker 3 (00:57):
Political outlook or culture.
Speaker 2 (00:59):
Edition nothing at all that we know right now about that,
And I think that that is a dangerous.
Speaker 1 (01:05):
Road to go down. Really, why would you say that? Hmm.
That's Rhode Island's Attorney General there saying there's no known
motive yet in the Brown University shooting at all, despite
conflicting reports on social media from folks that go to
the school that were in the study group. That day.
This is now a second person of interest comes to
(01:27):
light today. Newly released police and Survellans footage suggests the
primary suspect in the mass shooting was in that area
for hours before the attack, casing The joint authority say
he didn't call attention to himself and may not have
yelled anything before shooting. Now why would you say that,
because there was reports that he screamed something before he
(01:48):
opened fire. Okay, hold on. The manhunt continues. The FBI
now offering a fifty thousand dollars reward for information leading
to the rest of this piece of human trash who
walked in and killed two innocent students on Saturday. I'm
going to remind you of who they are. Nineteen year
old Ella Cook, a sophomore from Mountain Brook, Alabama, and
(02:09):
eighteen year old Makhmud Aziz. Cook described as a passionate,
intellectually curious student and oh, by the way, a member
of the Republican Club, a devout Christian, and a debater.
She was a conservative. She was vocal on that liberal campus.
Nine people were also shot as of today's six and
(02:29):
stable condition, one still in critical, and two released from
the hospital. That's great. News. Just hours ago, Providence Police
Department released these images of that new second person of interest.
They called this person a hymn. I'm looking at the
video and see a purse, but that does look like
a guy, So I have no idea what that is.
But anyway, look at the image. Investigators asking for the
(02:50):
public's help and identifying this individual, who they say is
not the suspect, but a person of interest that maybe
ran into the suspect the primary person of interest. Here
you go different, look right, the green, the black, the mask,
the hoodie, the man purse fled the scene on foot
right after the shooting. Authorities say they're very confident the
person in this image is the shooter this time. Don't forget.
(03:14):
They arrested somebody right away after the shooting, detained them,
and then admitted it was the wrong person. New video
released yesterday shows a suspect in the neighborhood as early
as ten thirty in the morning on December thirteenth, and
police are canvassing the area now for more footage. So
let's see what our first guest thinks about this investigation
and it's handling by the Providence Police Department. Because earlier
(03:37):
today at that press conference, the Attorney General stepped forward
because a reporter said, we understand that the AG's office
the state level is taking over this investigation or running
it rather, is that true? Why isn't Providence Police running it?
And they backtracked and back pedaled and blah blah blah.
So anyway, our first guest knows a thing or two
about tracking down bad guys. He's a retired detective and
(03:58):
former president of the Connecticut State Fraternal Order of Police.
I want to welcome for the first time to real America,
Sergeant John Krapinsky. John, nice to see you. Let me
get right to it on this first question, because I
asked a few of your colleagues in law enforcement last
night on the air and off the air what they
thought of the handling, and a couple cops told me
(04:20):
they thought it was a shi t show. What do
you think of the handling from Providence Police? And this
police chief, who keeps fumbling most of these press conferences
backpedals on information that's already been put out, Like earlier
today they said we're not releasing what the gun was.
I thought they confirmed it was a nine millimeter on
Saturday or Sunday, what do you think, John, Well, I'll.
Speaker 3 (04:42):
Be honest with you, watching those press conferences, Dan, I
really can't make heag and retails of anything that's being done.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
Thank you.
Speaker 3 (04:50):
What we don't know Again, you're also talking about there's
all admins up there, you're working good street cops and
detectives that are out there. I mean, they could be
doing a bang up job. We just really don't know.
Nothing is being really passed on by the bosses. But
there are a number of things that can be done
now to track this individual down. We also got to
(05:13):
remember we do have the FBI assisting them. It is
a state case, so it's being handled by the state
and the City of Providence. However, the FBI being there,
if it should pan out to be terrorism, they would
take it over, but at this time they're handling it.
And look, the FBI that we have now under Cash
(05:34):
and Dan is an entirely new FBI. We now have
a functioning FBI, so we're not really sure what's going
on behind the scenes. There's a lot of things that
I'm sure they are doing that we can use to
track this individual down.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
I got a question about some of the backpedaling, so
one on the gun. Everybody was told it was a handgun.
Now today the AG stepped in front of the police
chief and said, we're not confirming if it's a handgun
or a long gun. We can't tell you. But I
thought that was out. That's some one. Number two, that
first mix up with detaining a guy when the police
chief was like, yeah, we got somebody in custody, and
the age had to lean forward and go, no, detained
is the word detained? Oh? Sorry, we had somebody detained.
(06:10):
That's two. Three. Today they address well, there's reports online
about maybe somebody's ethnicity and what the person may have yelled.
They're like, we're not confirming he healed anything. We're not
saying anything about a motive. Again, is that normal? And
why wouldn't you want to put some of this stuff
out there if you're trying to get the community's help
to identify who this guy is. Because in all your
(06:31):
years of experience, you've seen the video, John, and I've
studied it at lengths from different angles. He wasn't looking around.
He was casing that specific building. Correct in what you've seen, Yeah.
Speaker 3 (06:43):
I mean it did appear that he was in the
planning phase of what he was doing there. I really
don't understand why these videos aren't being put out. I
would assume by now there's many other videos.
Speaker 1 (06:55):
You know.
Speaker 3 (06:56):
One of the things that we do in the investigative
area of this is we would be hitting all the
ring doorbells in the area, and there's some other things.
I'm not going to give away some of our investigative secrets,
but we can also determine every person that was in
that area and what the number their telephone is. I'd
(07:17):
be looking at out of area code numbers and things
of that nature. But if you remember any United Healthcare,
our suspect was arrested while in McDonald's because somebody recognized
them from the videos that they were forthcoming and putting
them out as quick as they got them, and.
Speaker 1 (07:33):
That's why we got ANGIONI.
Speaker 3 (07:36):
But I don't understand in this case why we're not
seeing way more things put out.
Speaker 1 (07:40):
To the problem. That's why people are getting so frustrated. John,
And I'm going to ask one final question, but I
want to show this first earlier today and I won't
run the whole clipping the show video. A reporter asked
the Attorney General, who we led the show off with
about this guy named Mustafa something or other Kurback. Yeah,
Mustafa Kirbach. And he said, watch it now, you're playing
(08:01):
a dangerous game asking about this. Well, here's why people
yesterday brought this guy up who ran their Free Palestine
movement on the campus, who obviously would be at odds
with a Christian, conservative Republican gal like Ella, who, by
the way, was shot more than once. We forget that
she was, to me, the targeted one. The other ones
were collateral damage. This is me, all right, I'm not
(08:23):
saying that's the facts, but yesterday multiple people confirmed that
they scrubbed. Look at says page not found that the
university scrubbed the information about this Mustafa Kerback guy. And
when the AG gets asked on the carpet today about it,
all he says is you're playing a dangerous game again.
Why the lack of transparency, the lack of information if
(08:45):
you want this murderer caught. And by the way, they
said today they don't think there's any more danger to
the community, So there's no more danger. Thisy isn't a
random one off psycho. He targeted somebody in that building.
Why aren't they telling us? Final word?
Speaker 3 (08:57):
To you, John, Well, I've heard that also, so that
there's no danger to the community. Well, there's a danger
until somebody's in custody, Egil, what have anybody in custody
this time? So we do have somebody who committed multiple
murders out there running around, and there could be a
danger to any state in this country depending on where
that individual is from.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
Right.
Speaker 3 (09:18):
So I really can't decipher some of the things being
said at these press conferences.
Speaker 1 (09:24):
This is why everybody on the internet, the old internet sleuths,
and I don't give them a lot of credit either,
but sometimes, by God, if they get it right. That's
why they're asking questions, what are you covering up? What
aren't you telling us you want our help? You're saying
that you think he's still around, but he's not a threat.
But this wasn't targeted. You don't think it was ideology,
you don't think it was religion. Well what do you think?
What do you know? Anyway? John, I got to run.
(09:46):
Hopefully they catch this. SOB Sergeant John Krapinsk retired detective
from a president Connectut State fternal Order Police, thank you,
brother for coming on. Appreciate you. Thank you. Dan. Yeah,
take care. The debate over the future of Obamacare subsidies
heating up on Cap Hill this week as the deadline
looms for them to expire at the end of the year.
Missouri Congressman Bob Ander is gonna way in next. Viewers
(10:09):
are always asking me how can they watch away in live.
The solution is simple. It's a streaming platform called cloud tv.
Now it's spelled klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot
com and subscribe to watch twenty four to seven live
feeds of OWAYN. The live package is only two dollars
(10:30):
and fifty cents per month for all you can watch Again,
simply go to cloudtv dot com and do it today. Hey,
did you know that one America news network has launched
a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
(10:52):
it branded free Talk forty five. Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there,
and forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your
(11:15):
cable provider doesn't offer One America News Network. You should
give them a call and kindly demand that they CARRYAN.
Now you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable
provider will not know that there is a strong demand
across this country for One America News Network. So please
(11:35):
call your cable company today and kindly ask or demand
that they ADDANN to their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's
a question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV,
and Amazon fireTV all have in common? The answer is
(11:56):
that all three platforms offer you the ability to live
stream One America News Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV,
or Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store,
search out for AN, then enjoy all the great programming
offered by OEN, including my show Real America. Our views
(12:25):
on healthcare and the Democrat views on healthcare are very different,
and I think that's a difficult challenge that we have
to figure out how to overcome. Senate Majority Leader John
Thune declaring that he hopes and believes there is a
path forward when it comes to healthcare in America, but
the big thing is going to be will Democrats play ball?
(12:46):
House Republicans today advance a GOP healthcare package called the
lower Healthcare premiums for All Americans Act. The bill aimed
at making health insurance cheaper for everyday Americans. Yeah, that'd
be nice, guys. It would let small businesses and self
employed folks team up to buy their own coverage, just
like big companies do. That would then allow us, the
(13:09):
regular folk, right, allow us to negotiate lower rates as
one big buyer, just like the corporations do. Wow. What
a novel idea. It would also require drug pricing companies
to be more open about their fees, their rebates, their
deals to try and help cut waste and help local
pharmacies stay operational instead of just you know, a Walgreens
(13:33):
and a CVS on every corner. I remember going to
the Rexol drug store in my hometown when I was
a kid. There was no corporate drug stores. House Republicans
also blocked a vote on extending enhanced Obamacare subsidies set
to expire at the end of the year. That's the
big one for moderate Republicans. Oh go figure joined Democrats,
(13:54):
reaching two hundred and eighteen signatures on haking Jeffrey's discharge
petition to force a floor vote on a clean three
year subsidy extension, potentially as early as January. The move
defied Speaker Johnson and GOP leadership who rejected those modern
Republicans amendments and prioritized their lower healthcare premiums for all
(14:15):
Americans Act without subsidies. We'll see if our next guest
can name those four because I'd like to know who
they are, or guys in the back, get me those
names and we can bring them up with our first
or our next guest rather because I think the American
voters should know, especially if they're a Republican voter who
decided to side with Democrats over Obamacare subsidies. Wouldn't you
(14:38):
like to know? Of course, everyone knows that Obamacare is
absolutely riddled with fraud and that this thing ever since
Obama brought it up and both sides passed it years ago,
it has been bleeding taxpayers, dry people use fake identities,
dead people are getting money wink wink, Rampant social Security abuse,
(15:01):
further exposing the Democrat engineered disaster to the American people.
That's what it's been. Remember remember what Obama said, if
you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. And
it's not gonna go up. Things are gonna get cheaper?
Have you seen it get any cheaper? Obamacare subsidies were
granted without documentation to ninety percent of fake accounts set
(15:21):
up by the Government Accountability Office. Holy cow. In twenty
twenty five, twenty applicants with the watchdog group applied with
nineteen initially approved. Eighteen were still active as of September
twenty twenty five, despite zero documentation. I want you to
think about that, adding insult to injury. The centers for
Medicare and Medicaid services allow multiple enrollments on the same
(15:45):
Social Security number. We hear helping identity theft victims. Oh great.
The GAO uncovered one extreme case where one soci Security
number was tied to get this. You ready, more than
one hundred and twenty five plans in the year twenty
twenty three. Holy cow. All right, So let's find out
(16:06):
what's happening on the hill when it comes to these
subsidies and healthcare in America. Joining us now to discuss
he's a member of the House Oversight Committee and he
represents Missouri's third Congressional district. I want to welcome for
the first time to the program, Congressman Bob Honder on
real America, Bob, thanks for coming on. Do you know
I'm asking my team because I didn't see those four names?
(16:28):
Why are Republicans joining Democrats when it comes to subsidies?
I thought Republicans learned their lesson when they joined Democrats
back in the day during the Obama regime. And to
prove this crap we now known no rather as Obamacare.
It was supposed to be the Affordable Care Act, right,
So who are they? And if you don't want to
(16:49):
call him out, that's fine, I will at the end
of your interview. And why did they jump ship on
this one? Well?
Speaker 4 (16:55):
Dan, great to be on with you. One thing I
would correct is that not a single Republican has ever
voted for Obamacare. Not in twenty ten when Obamacare was
first passed, and not in twenty twenty one when Joe
Biden and the Democrats used ARPA to expand and do
these ridiculous COVID subsidies in the name of fighting a virus,
(17:19):
and not in twenty twenty two when those subsidies were renewed.
Not a single Republican voted with the Democrats. So this
disaster that is Obamacare is the holly owned property of
the Democrats. The good news, though, Dan, is that tonight
we are going to bring to the floor We're going
to vote tonight on the Lower Health Insurance Premiums for
(17:42):
All Americans Act, which will do just that. Will not
just address the seven million who are getting these enhanced
subsidies two years after the COVID pandemic's over, but will
lower health insurance premiums for all Americans by things like
association health plans, like pharmacy benefit manager reform that you mentioned,
(18:04):
like protecting private health insurance, and then by fixing a
problem in Obamacare called the cost youier reduction problem, we
will lower premiums by eleven percent in Obamacare itself in
these Obamacare exchange plans, whereas the subsidies that are expiring
that's only four percent. So we're going to make health
(18:26):
insurance better. Some of the provisions that are going to
pass that are part of the bill we're considering tonight,
some have already passed on a bipartisan basis. Unfortunately, I
don't think many of our Democrat colleagues will help us tonight.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
Yeah. Sounds like it, and I'm glad that you corrected that.
My team also said I had bad information. You're on
House Judiciary, not oversight, So I want to get correct
what you do for a living there for your constituents
in Missouri, Bob, So I apologize for that. So here's
the deal. I'm looking at these districts of Brian Fitzpatrick,
Mike Lawler, Rob Resdahan, and Ryan Mackenzie. That's the four
(19:00):
and I'm thinking, hmm, maybe their district isn't locked up
Republican and so maybe that's why they're jumping on this,
or they've got seniors or people that think they should
go for these subsidies. Why would you want to be
in favor of these subsidies, because let me back up
one second. Wasn't it some of the healthcare subsidies that
were going to illegals that led to the government shutdown
(19:21):
in the Senate just a few weeks ago, we were
fighting over subsidies for illegals. Why in the heck would
four Republicans want a jump ship on subsidies in Obamacare?
I make sense of it, Bob. Yeah, that's right. Democrats.
Speaker 4 (19:34):
Democrats shut our government down and our workers didn't get
paid for forty three days because they wanted illegal aliens
to have Medicaid and everything you said about these enhanced
COVID subsidies, and I always call them COVID subsidies because
Americans say, wait a second, wasn't COVID over like two
and a half years ago? But as Ronald Reagan said,
(19:57):
there's nothing closer to eternal life on this earth than
a temporary government program. Right, everything you said about fraud
in this program is there. So on the one hand,
you have people making like six hundred thousand dollars getting subsidized.
I don't think a waitress who makes thirty thousand dollars
should be forced to subsidize someone making six hundred thousand dollars.
(20:18):
And on the other hand, you have all these zero
premium enrollees, many of whom don't exist, right one Social
Security of number being used one hundred and twenty six times.
At least one hundred and twenty five of those are fraudulent.
Speaker 1 (20:33):
How are we going to cut that fraud out? Boy?
I'm started to interrupt, but a bit later I'm going
to have on John Hart. You know who he is,
the CEO of openbooks dot Com. Course you do. He
was on the hill last week testifying to the Senate
about the fraud, waste, and abuse, and he was breaking
down numbers, and he said, one of the biggest parts
of this wasteful government spending. And this chart shows how
(20:55):
much we now spend per American and like one hundred
some years ago, compared to we're spending ninety eight times more.
But he said, one of the biggest problems is healthcare fraud.
We lose billions every year. So how are Republicans moving forward,
Bob in twenty twenty six going to make sure the
system isn't taken advantage of and that my tax dollars,
my viewers aren't paying for dead people.
Speaker 4 (21:19):
Well, first of all, we started with the one Big
beautiful bill. We we are requiring states to check eligibility
twice a year, and we are going to crack down
on the states that do things like in role illegal
aliens or don't check eligibility, or tolerate waste and fraud
and abuse. Boy, I mean, look at what's going on
(21:41):
in Minnesota right now, over a billion dollars of waste
question perpetrated by Somali immigrants. But I think one way
we're going to get rid of waste, fraud, and abuse
is letting these subsidies expire because that forty two percent
zero premium category. And by the way, those who actually
(22:01):
are real that aren't that aren't completely phantom fraudulent enrollees.
They will pay under fifty dollars a month for their
health insurance. And I don't think we know you or
I know many people who pay less than fifty bucks
a month. So if they value their health insurance at all,
they'll pay the modest premiums. But then we have to
(22:21):
root out fraud and buse elsewhere in the system, and
I think PBM transparency is part of that. Right now,
there are a lot of shenanigans going on, and the
small community health pharmacies you mentioned are hurting. But honestly,
even the big pharmacies like Walgreens are hurting. CBS isn't
(22:42):
hurting because they're owned by a health insurance company. Yeah,
that Obamacare was written by the health insurers, and that's
why they are making money. Handover fist. United Healthcare stock
is approximately one thousand percent since the passage of Obamacare.
Speaker 1 (22:59):
That's where America Democrats, that's why they just spent all
that money to help Gavin Newsom get our ridiculous prop
fifty through so they could screw you guys over with
the redistrict. You can try and steal seats from Californians.
Healthcare companies helped pay for that. I read anyway, I
got a run, Bob. We could go all and on
about the wasteful spending in DC of our money. We'll
have you back on for more discussion on sure. Thank you, Bob.
(23:23):
Coming up after the break. Biden's former Independent Council Jack Smith,
was on Capitol Hill today getting drilled by lawmakers behind
closed doors over his role in the bogus witch hunt
against President Trump. This, as we learned earlier this week,
the FBI warned the Biden regime they didn't have enough
evidence to raid Mara a Lago, but they did it anyway.
(23:43):
I think some folks got some explaining to do more
on that when we come back. Hey, did you know
that One America News Network has launched a twenty four
to seven Twitter like social media replacement recall, calling it
free Talk forty five. So why is it branded free
(24:04):
talk forty five? Well, free talk because you will not
be censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five
because forty five is a really lucky number. So join
us at free Talk forty five and express yourself with
no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your cable provider
(24:26):
doesn't offer one America News Network, you should give them
a call and kindly demand that they CARRYAN. Now, you're
the customer, and without your feedback, your cable provider will
not know that there is a strong demand across this
country for one America News Network. So please call your
(24:47):

ADDANN to their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a question
for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon

taking with us. And yet another bombshell example of deep
state overreach tied to the corrupt Biden regime. Guess what.
(26:16):
Newly unearthed FBI emails reveal that the Biden doj pushed
ahead with that ridiculous, uncalled for I would say illegal
raid to mar A Lago, President Trump's Pamby chum, despite
the FBI telling the Biden regime you have zero probable cause,
(26:37):
you probably shouldn't do it. Don't do it. I wouldn't
do it, and they still did it. The FBI's Washington
Field office here's some of the emails. Thank you, Cash
explicitly stated, Hey, don't do that. I don't even know
if should get a search warrant because you don't have
probable cause for these so called classified records that you
say are down there, So maybe don't do it, And
(26:57):
yet they still did. In the summer of twenty twenty two,
agents pushed for voluntary talks with Trump's lawyers instead of
the raid, noting that Trump said he had already returned
all documents to the National Archives, okay, and that he
declassified some so you don't need a warrant. You shouldn't
(27:17):
do this, And they still did the August eighth, twenty
twenty two raid, personally approved by Biden's radical Attorney General
member him, good old Merrick Garland. When they took those
boxes out and they staged those pictures and tried to
make you believe that Trump took something in legal bs. Yesterday,
Senator Chuck Rasley released the internal documents, highlighting the FBI's
(27:40):
frustration with Biden's DOJ's insistence on going in. We're gonna
raid amid no evidence period. Now, let's fast forward to today,
just hours ago behind closed doors. Unfortunately, I'd like to
see how this went down. Maybe a fly on the
wall situation. Jack's Smith, remember him, The former Special Council
(28:02):
had to testify the House just Shrey Committee, desperately trying
to defend his investigations into President Trump. Good luck, I
hope you end up behind bars. The testimony focused on
his probes into election interference and classified documents, which were
dropped after Trump's twenty twenty four reelection. Of course, good
old mister Smith had the audacity to say that his
(28:24):
decisions were based solely on evidence of Trump's actions and
not politics, rejecting claims that he and Jojo were weaponizing
our judicial system. Okay, Republicans led by Chairman Jim Jordan
a Q Smith of evidence tampering, surveillance of members of Congress,
and prosecutorial misconduct. So can someone ever go to jail here?
(28:49):
Not away? In on all this? He's a former foreign
policy advisor to President Trump, co host of the Global
View podcast, and author of the book Deep State. Target
Are Fred George Papadopolis back on program to weigh in? George,
where or where should we begin? I know you were
on this program. We should have pulled the old clip
from three years ago when they rated our great President's
(29:10):
home and we knew it was bogus. Now there's black
and white emails. The FBI literally told Biden's DJ you
don't have enough, don't do this, and they still did.
Who do we hold accountable? Who should be? What head
should roll? George?
Speaker 5 (29:29):
Yeah, Dan, thanks for a lot for having me. Look,
there's nothing more dangerous or corrosive to our republic or
way of life than a two tier justice system, and
what the last two Democrat administrations, meaning Obama and Biden,
basically did is is usurp the rights of everyday Americans,
shredded the Constitution and violated the process that goes into
(29:50):
probable cause using the rule of law to go after
criminals or to make criminal cases. The trust in the
DOJ and the FBI wasasically shattered when the revelations came
out that there was a legal spine under the Obama
administration against the Trump campaign. And now with these new revelations,
millions of Americans are basically looking at themselves in the
(30:11):
mirror and asking the question, has a Department of Justice
and the FBI and the federal government as a whole
been deputized to basically go after conservatives and try to
overthrow presidential administrations or prevent them from taking power the
way that Jack Smith and the FBI and meryor Garland
DOJ apparently did here with the raid of mar A
(30:32):
Lago and Jack Smith's entire case against Trump. This is
incredibly disturbing, and the people I think who should be
held accountable are certainly Jack Smith, but we can't forget
ag Garland, who actually authorizes.
Speaker 1 (30:43):
This yeah, And I'm going to go back and say
this as a personal note, and then we'll move on
to mister Smith and what's going on with him in
his testimony today. My wife and I and film crew
were at mar A Lago and I'll check the date
to be exact, so don't quote me. This is a
Pinata talk show. But we were at mar A Lago
in the President's office around those ballrooms. We just showed
pictures of that the FBI staged and those boxes were
(31:06):
not there, and we were there like a week or
two before, So I highly doubt that Trump and his
team got these boxes out and put them there. They
were so staged those photos. Now let's move to Jim
Jordan and the behind closed doors testimony today. What are
we looking at for Jack Smith? I mean, if they
find that he was tampering with evidence and he was
just doing Biden's bidding but breaking the law, this is
(31:29):
a guy that should be behind bars. Then no.
Speaker 5 (31:32):
Yeah, I mean, we can't actually forget that Federal Judge
Cannon actually stated that he was unconstitutionally appointed. So what
we have to look at is the genesis of this
entire situation. This person was unconstitutionally appointed evidence was being
tampered with. The Department of Justice knew that there was
absolutely no probable cause whatsoever to actually take the unprecedented
(31:57):
step to raid a former president's now president's home to
retrieve so called classific classified information or documents of the
president legally had an authority to do so. The while
Jack Smith continued to pummel and to continue down this
witch hunt against the president, all knowing that there was
(32:18):
no probable cause and know they're there to actually even
initiate this. So this is really why this is such
a massive scandal. And I don't think he could actually
get out of this as long as people like Congressman
Jordan and others in Congress actually asked the pointed questions
about what he was really up to, whether he was
tampering with the evidence, and what ag Garland really wanted
(32:40):
him to do.
Speaker 1 (32:40):
Right any Maybe he didn't, I don't know, But how
would he not know that the FBI was telling the
DOJ you shouldn't do this. Merrick Garland knew it. Jack
had to know it. All right, let's switch gears real quick.
Since you're a foreign policy expert, I need to throw
you out there and see what you think of this.
So President Trump threw up a big, big truth social
(33:02):
post about what's happening in Venezuela. People are freaking out, saying,
I thought he was the peace president. We're going to
go to full war in Venezuela. Calm down, folks, We're
not going to war. He's sending a message. But I'm
gonna read a little bit of this and I want
to get your take. Venezuela's completely surrounded by the largest
armada ever assembled in the history of South America. It
will only get bigger, and the shock to them will
be like nothing they've ever seen until such time as
(33:23):
they return to the United States all of the oil,
the land, and other assets they previously stole from us.
The illegitimate Maduro regime is using oil from these stolen
oil fields to finance themselves drugs, terrorism, human trafficking, murder,
and kidnapping. It goes on and on. So my question
to you is I've been saying this for weeks since
he started that build up down there, George. This wasn't
(33:43):
just about the drugs. This is about this Maduro regime
allowing terrorists to train there, funding them. Latin China and
Russia and ran get oil from them, our biggest adversaries.
He's sending a message to them by doing this down there.
At your take on what's happening down near Venezuela.
Speaker 5 (34:03):
Yeah, this is what the Trump doctrine really is all about.
It's taking a chapter out of the playbook of the
Reagan piece through Strength. The only difference is that President
Trump has actually prioritized the western hemisphere, in which the
United States is geographically situated. And we can't forget the
Secretary of State Marco Rubio's first foreign policy trip wasn't
to Asia or the Middle East, it was actually to
(34:23):
Latin America. President Trump has actually been emphasizing the importance
of securing the United States in its own backyard. And
by doing so, you have to stop the drugs pouring
through both the North and southern borders, and you have
to actually strike at the cartels, the terrorist organizations which
are freely operating in states like Mexico and Venezuela and
(34:44):
cut off the financing, make sure that they can't export
to the global market, and allow their regimes to implode
from within. And once that happens, the United States will
be much safer in its own backyard. That's really what
the logic is here, and I wholeheartedly support the President
and his efforts to secure the American homeland.
Speaker 1 (35:01):
The final question is more of a somber note, and
I just wanted to put it out there with you because,
as you and I know, freedom is not free. We
wouldn't be sending this message to our enemies if you
didn't have brave men and women that down the uniform
and stand a post, hoop on a submarine, hop in
a jet and do the job. And today, if you
want to roll the video, guys, please we aired this
(35:22):
in its entirety, and I want to thank Owen for
always doing that. You don't cut away, you don't talk,
You just show the dignified transfer of the bodies of
these two amazing Army Iowa National Guardsmen that were gunned
down by a human piece of ISIS Muslim trash in
Syria while they thought they were just there doing what
(35:43):
an exercise with Syrian forces, and he had worked his
way into the Syrian forces as a member of ISIS
and turned the gun on our guys, killing these two
brave troops. I just wanted to show this video the
President was out there. Wanted to get your take, George,
and also remind folks that he didn't check his watch
five times when we were bringing the boys home like
(36:04):
Joe did when we brought the troops home from Afghanistan.
Final thought to.
Speaker 5 (36:08):
You, George, There's never been a president, at least in
my lifetime, and it certainly I think in modern American
history who has cared for American troops more than President Trump.
The video that we just saw on the screen here
for all your viewers showcased a somber president who understood
the magnitude and the gravity of the situation that the President,
(36:29):
as commander in chief has bestowed upon himself to secure
the American homeland. And patriotic Americans put their life on
the line every single day, domestically and around the world
to sure that American citizens are safe. This was a
very terrible moment. Radical Islam is one of the most
dangerous threats to the American homeland. Yes, and President Trump
is dealing with this issue at a very serious level.
Speaker 1 (36:50):
Thank you, George, And I'm thank you for saying that,
because man, I've been sounding the alarm bells about Islam
not belonging in the West for years, and I really
ramped it up the last few months because all you
got to do is look around Australia, the UK, Canada.
It's already here. We've got to stop it before. It's
not just body bags from overseas coming home, but we're
(37:12):
putting Americans in the ground because of these radical Muslims.
George Papadopolos as always, thank you, brother for coming on.
God bless you, take care. Thanks so much. Then yep
up next, the CEO from openingbooks dot Com is going
to join us to discuss a fiscal report card, if
you will, his foundation just completed that paints a disgusting
picture of how our tax dollars are being wasted by
(37:33):
the federal government. To stay with us. Hey, if your
cable provider doesn't offer one America News network, you should
give them a call and kindly demand that they carry
away in Now you're the customer, and without your feedback,
(37:54):
your cable provider will not know that there is a
strong demand across this country for one America News network.
So please call your cable company today and kindly ask
or demand that they add o ANN to their channel Lineup. Hey, everyone,
(38:14):
here's a question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV,
and Amazon fireTV all have in common? The answer is
that all three platforms offer you the ability to live
stream One America News Network from your Roku TV, Apple
TV or Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store,
(38:34):
search out forn, then enjoy all the great programming offered
by including my show. Real America. Viewers are always asking
me how can they watch OA in live? The solution
is simple. It's a streaming platform called cloud tv. Now
(38:54):
it's spelled KLOWDTV. Simply go to cloud tv and subscribe
to watch twenty four to seven live feeds of OAYN.
The live package is only two dollars and fifty cents
per month for all you can watch again, simply go
to cloudtv dot com and do it today. Hey, did
(39:18):
you know that One America News Network has launched a
twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're
calling it free Talk forty five. So why is it
branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because you
will not be censored for expressing your opinion there, and
forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
(39:40):
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation ever. Welcome back. So
we all know there's no secret here that supercharged government
(40:02):
spending at the expense of the American taxpayer is simply outrageous,
and it has been for decades. But it's not always
been this way, and a new report proves that point.
Our good friends at openthebooks dot com are now shining
a spotlight on Washington's gross, out of control federal spending
(40:24):
that is burdening you and me the taxpayer, also massively
increasing our federal debt and feeding the insatiable appetite of
a fiscally irresponsible bureaucracy. Take a look at the numbers.
According to the Congressional Budget Office their estimates, the federal
government spent a record seven trillion dollars in fiscal twenty
(40:47):
twenty five, equal to about twenty thousand, four hundred and
seventy four dollars per every US resident For a typical
family of four, that comes out to nearly eighty two
thousand dollars in federal spending, nearly matching the median household
pre tax income, which was eighty four thousand dollars in
twenty twenty four. Think about that. The numbers, and this
(41:11):
is where it'll really tick you off. The numbers have
been steadily climbing ever since World War Two. That's the
spike on that chart right there. But look how low
it used to be. Look how small our federal government
used to be. And I don't even mean between or
before that World War II spike in between. Look how
it just goes up the eight mortgage crisis right there.
(41:33):
Obviously we spent a heck of a lot more when
we veiled everybody out, But just think about this. In
nineteen sixteen, federal spending was twoh eight per person in
today's dollars compared with the twenty thousand and four seventy four.
That's a whopping ninety eight percent increase in federal spending. Sick.
(41:57):
That's all I got to say about it. Sick. The
CEO of openbooks dot Com, John Hart, testified last week
before the Senate about the waste, the fraud, the abuse,
and the government accountability, which obviously there's not much.
Speaker 6 (42:11):
Over the past one hundred years, the federal government has
grown massively. In nineteen twenty five, it's been about four
hundred and eighty four dollars per person adjusted for inflation.
Today that number is more than twenty thousand dollars per
person in our economy.
Speaker 1 (42:24):
We see this law at work.
Speaker 6 (42:26):
The best way to make something expensive is for government
to make it affordable.
Speaker 1 (42:31):
Earlier. I caught up with John to discuss the Open
the Books report there and our tax dollars being wasted. Watch.
Welcome back, John, Thanks once again for doing what you
guys do best at Open the books, and that's showing
all of us, to our chagrin, where they waste our money.
(42:51):
So you r on Capitol Hill last week talking about
this latest report you guys put out, and we've got
some of the charts. I talked about it in your
intro here, But let's just review this. We're spending a
whole lot more money per person in this nation, number one,
than we need do. Here's one of your charts from
nineteen thirteen to twenty twenty five. Explain what I'm looking at.
(43:14):
And by the way, there's a spike way back there
in the day too. But yeah, give me this chart
and tell me what's going on.
Speaker 6 (43:19):
Yeah, Dan, Well, look, thanks for having me on. So
I had an opportunity to testify the Senate Small Business
Committee chaired by Senator Ernst who's done effect phenomenal job
on a highlighting government waste in an efficiency And what
that chart shows Dan is the incredible massive growth of
the federal government over the past one hundred years. And
it's important to think about a one hundred year increment
(43:41):
here because the progressive movement has been on a very
intentional crusade to expand the size of the scope of
the federal government, and they've been remarkably successful. And what
you see is is this big slope going up. So
in nineteen twenty five, about one hundred years ago, we
were spending four hundred and eighty four dollars per person.
Today that's over twenty thousand, and so you can see
(44:02):
these different marks where you know, of course they're World
War two, there was a spike, you know, the mortgage crisis, COVID.
But but if you take even those spikes out, it's
been an upward slope. And again that's a very intentional
effort to consolidate and focus power in the central government.
And you know, that is why the founders wrote the
(44:22):
Constitution like they did. They knew that when you create
a government entity, the natural order of things as Thomas
Jefferson said, is for liberty diminish to diminish and government
to gain ground. And that's what we've seen again, and
that's a very deliberate, intentional strategy to do that. So
what we're trying to do is highlight the waste in
an efficiency in government and really point people back to
(44:46):
the founder's vision and their wisdom. You know, the Constitution
is a document that is not about permission and giving
government power. It's about how do we protect the power
of the individual.
Speaker 1 (44:57):
How do we make sure that that power to governes exactly?
Speaker 5 (45:01):
How do you call it?
Speaker 1 (45:01):
This much driving the bus? Yeah, Okay, a couple more notes.
This is interesting stuff in your report. By the way,
so millions, if not billions over the years in health
care fraud. Go figure another of your findings. This was
the shocking one. Not shocking, I'm being sarcastic. From twenty
twenty one to twenty twenty four, government raises rows thirty
(45:26):
three percent faster than anything in the private sector, and
federal employees making two hundred k plus, which I'm sure
tons of Americans would like to make two hundred k
plus rose eighty two percent.
Speaker 6 (45:39):
Right, Yeah, and we're talking thirty. We're talking, you know,
tens of thousands of government employees, not just a few hundred. No,
it's an astonishing Yeah, it's astonishing growth in government and
government employees. Again, you have to and the rationales while
they need all these people to handle these incredibly complex
things that that government assume. But of course we don't
need to have the federal government doing that. You know,
(46:01):
just as you know Secretary McMahon wants to return education
to the states, why don't we return small business to
small business and not have this middleman in Washington supposedly
making things fair. If local governments of state governments want
to do something to quote, stand in the gap if
the private sector isn't working, do it at that level.
But there's no reason to have a large, inefficient, grossly
(46:23):
wasteful federal agency.
Speaker 1 (46:25):
Yeah, didn't that government shutdown just prove that only in
a couple areas did we actually need the Feds. Let's
be real, that shutdown was how many days? Thirty? Some day?
I mean, come on, let's be real. Another one you
had in this report, we now have grown speaking of
those useless agencies, because remember, folks didn't have the Department
Education until the late seventies and our scores were better.
(46:46):
You said over four hundred federal agencies and sub agencies
are now on the books. What the heck do we
need over four hundred agencies? I mean? And then another one,
one more, one more at you. In your report, you
also said you found over twenty million being paid out
to nonprofit lawyers, so that when nonprofits sue the government,
(47:08):
they settle behind closed doors, which then give the nonprofits money.
So it's like a way to siphon and funnel our
tax dollars over to NGOs. And we know how corrupt
a bunch of the NGOs are after we watch the
four year invasion thanks to Biden and Kamala Harris and
the last one you had also millions being spent on
bogus climate lawsuits. I'll let you have the final word
on this waste of our money, No I did.
Speaker 6 (47:31):
I think that's really important is what happens when you
give government that power, then you have other entities take
advantage of it and monetize it for their own benefit.
Speaker 5 (47:38):
I think energy policy is a perfect are you know.
Speaker 6 (47:41):
The point I always make is where is the environmental
justice and increasing energy prices for poor people? But that's
what happens when left wing NGOs sue sue to stop
energy projects because it makes the cost of energy go up.
And we know from quote, if you really want to
follow the science, the reality is free economies are twice
as clean as less free if you want to have
(48:03):
a cleaner environment, I don't know a single conservative who
isn't a conservationist. By the way, if you want to
be a good environmental steward, promote the free enterprise system,
promote capitalism, promote innovation, and you'll get a much better
environment because guess what, when you empower a private property owners,
no one is better equipped to take care of their
own lands.
Speaker 1 (48:22):
And a private property owner, yeah, let me tell you,
I finally owned some property once again. End up. I
don't want the government step and foot on it. I'll
take care of it just fine as always. John Hart
CEO opened the books dot com. Thank you so much
for tracking our cash. Take care, happy to do it. Yeah,
stick around, folks. Coming up after the break. Nick Reiner,
(48:43):
the son of the late actor, director, and producer Rob Reiner,
had his first court appearance today. The once drug addict,
homeless child of the movie star accused of killing his
father and mother inside their La home over the weekend.
We'll have more details, We'll we come back. Hey everyone,
(49:03):
here's a question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV,

So please call your cable company today and kindly ask
or demand that they add an N to their channel lineup.
(51:19):
Welcome back. Nick Reiner, the son of actor, director, and
producer Rob Reiner and his wife Michelle, made his first
court appearance today shackled up and wearing a suicide prevention vest.
As you may know by now, the thirty two year
old appeared in the LA court. Why well, because they
believe he brutally murdered his mother and father. Now I'm
told Ryner did not enter a plea. His attorney requested
(51:40):
a postponement of the arraiement until January seventh. The defendant
himself uttered just three words today in the courtroom. Yes,
your honor, when confirming that he understood his right to
a speedy trial. Reiner charged with two counts of first
degree murder with special circumstances in the horrific death of
his parents. He's facing life without the possibility of parole.
(52:02):
I don't know about the death penalty because, as you know,
Gavin Newsom stayed the death penalty in the state of California.
Robin Michelle Reiner were stabbed to death. Were told sometime
around Sunday while sleeping in their Bentwood home. Their bodies
discovered by their daughter Romie the next day. Rob Reiner
had expressed fears about Nick's deterreting mental health for years
(52:22):
and years. Among his son's long history of substance abuse,
including meth. Prior attempts at sobriety didn't work, Nick was
thought to be using drugs again, and his parents feared
for his mental state over the past few months. Family
friends say the tensions between Nick and his parents escalated
dramatically twenty four hours before Rob and Michelle were discovered
(52:46):
with their throats slashed. Robin Nick Roppoley argued at a
holiday party hosted by Conan O'Brien on Saturday Night. There's
even a connection possibly in this argument with the SNL
star Bill Hayter. It's a convoluted thing. I don't want
to talk so much about the murder, what led up
(53:07):
to it, but more about their son's mental state, his
drug use, his years of homelessness, how he interacted with
his family, and so joining us now to discuss more
about that. He's a mental health expert and a psychiatrist,
Doctor Daniel Bober on the program for the first time. Doc,
thanks for coming on. This is a big problem in
(53:27):
this country, and we always talk about it every time
there's a shooting. This wasn't a shooting. This wasn't something
where someone is going into a school or a movie
theater and just taking out rage and problems. This was
it sounds like building for years. This young man had
a lot of addiction problems. He was homeless for several
years on and off. There was a bouts of violence
(53:51):
were told in the home and out in public over
years and years. All the while I saw half a
dozen interviews of Rob and Nick sitting together talking about
the problems and acting like they were working through them
for a good two decades almost. I mean some of
his first problems spiked around fifteen sixteen. What got missed here, Doc?
(54:11):
What got missed?
Speaker 7 (54:14):
Well, listen, it's really the perfect storm, right. You have
someone who has a history of addiction, who has poor
coping skills, poor impulse control, can't regulate their emotions, living
in a home with parents who've probably spent millions of
dollars on his treatment. He's been very open about the
fact that he struggled with mental health problems and addiction.
(54:36):
Who knows what that argument was about. Maybe they were
asking him to move out. Maybe he was intoxicated at
the time, he used stimulants, Maybe he was paranoid, maybe
he was psychotic and delusional. It's very difficult to know.
But I see this every day. I see parents who
spend so much money on their kids to try to
get them treatment from very successful celebrity families. And the
(55:00):
problem is is that these kids growing up have so
many outlets to instant gratification. They never hear the word know,
and they never experienced the natural consequences of their actions.
Speaker 1 (55:11):
But he was there in the streets hold on Doc
a couple times throughout his life. And again, if you're
a rich family, you could make sure, he's not on
the streets. He was homeless several times, and so was
it a thing of maybe they were raising their hands
here or there and getting tired of it, and maybe
that pushed him again. I'm not going to try and
get in the mind of someone who had this addiction
problem obviously mental health issues, but get your point in
(55:35):
that if you're given everything, how are you going to learn?
But he was homeless, and these were longer bouts of homelessness.
So I got to think, when you're a Rob Reiner
type with that kind of money power and influence, even
if he wouldn't respond to react to his parents, you
could have paid for somebody to get him off the streets.
Speaker 7 (55:53):
Sure, and some therapists or some psychiatrists probably told them
what I just said, which is this is what you
have to do, because only when he's at the bottom
is he going to realize that his behavior has created
these consequences. And he probably was cleaned for a while,
and then he probably came back in the home and
he relapsed again. This is a cycle that's unfortunately, something
(56:15):
that's day in and day out until something like this
happens is stop.
Speaker 1 (56:20):
What's the warning signs? Doc, this is your profession, how
do we I mean, obviously they dealt with it behind
closed doors, and being a public family, they probably didn't
want all their dirty laundry aired. But for the folks
that aren't millionaires, that aren't famous, that are having a
son or a daughter dealing with mental issues, and then
add the drugs on top of it, and then they
probably prescribed some drugs, which I hate prescription drugs too.
It's drugs, drugs, drugs for everything. How about find God? Sorry,
(56:43):
I'm a Christian. What are the warning signs? And how
do we as parents do something to intervene and stop
this from happening? God forbid, he would have done it
to somebody innocent on the street. He did it to
his parents.
Speaker 7 (56:57):
Well, listen, there's a genetic component to this. Certainly, sometimes
it's in your blueprint, it's in your DNA. But then
there's how you're raised, right, exactly what we're talking about,
experiencing the natural consequences, unconditional love, support, being present, being
a good parent, all these things are important. And then
of course there is exposure to trauma which sets the
(57:17):
stage for this. And then once the stage is set,
there's some intervening event, whether the person got high or
whether they went into withdrawal, or whether there was an
argument or some form of public humiliation that the person
perceived that they were slighted, and that's that's what it
leads to.
Speaker 1 (57:32):
Good point. So now, okay, now I'm connecting the dots
because sources are saying at the Conan O'Brien party, actor
Bill Hayter and Nick and Dad were arguing about something.
So there you go. Maybe there was public humiliation that
was I think a Friday or Saturday party, and then
sometime between Saturday night Sunday morning is when he killed them. Doc,
(57:53):
thanks for weighing in. Is definitely a tragedy. I didn't
align with mister Reiner and his political view As a
matter of fact, we were polar opposite because of the
heinous things he would say about President Trump and mag
of folks like myself. But nobody ever wants to wish
death upon someone, especially this type of heinous and absolutely,
Doctor Daniel Bober, thank you for coming on. Appreciate you
(58:13):
so much, as take care. Happy holidays, Merry Christmas, folks,
remember stick around. President Trump actually about to give a
speech any minute right here on om. We'll be taking
that speech in full, and I'll see it tomorrow night,
eight eastern, five Pacific. Until then, you all know what
to do. Be proud Americans, be brave out there, and
God bless you today
