Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America tonight, the cannabis Commander in Chief,
President Trump, keeping another campaign promise bluntly pardon the pun,
reclassifying reefer aka marijuana, opening the door now for medical
use and research, as well as helping our men and
women in uniform recover from the atrocities of war. Plus

(00:22):
presidential power play. Trump addressing the nation last night, making
bold promises here on the homeland, but also issuing strong
words for America's adversaries overseas. And the heart of freedom
is beating strong in Phoenix this weekend, a sold out
crowd converging for America Fest, a powerhouse celebration of faith, country,

(00:42):
and conviction, and commemorating the life and legacy of our
great friend Charlie Kirk. I'm dan Ball and Real America starts.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Right now.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
Tonight after eleven months. So our border is secure, Inflation
is stopped, wages are up, prices are down, Our nation
is strong, America is respected, and our country is back,
stronger than ever before. We're poised for an economic boom
the likes of which the world has never seen.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
We will never see another president like this in our lifetime.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Mark my words, my friends, President Donald J.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Trump addressing the nation last night in a prime time
pre Christmas speech, laying out how his administration has in
just eleven months reversed and I got there's tons of
work still to do, but reversed so much damage left
behind by the Biden Harris regime. Finally putting America back

(01:48):
on a winning path, as I said, and as you know,
it's only been eleven months, so again, hold your horses.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Okay, we got three more years.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
Trump proclaiming his America First economic policies are working and
they're pulling our country back from the brink inflation. Guess what,
it's down. He's restoring jobs, American jobs. He highlighted securing
the southern border. That was a big one. Cracking down
and all the chaos and the lawlessness, that's another huge one.

(02:16):
People want a border, they want safe communities. Reasserting American
strength and respect on the world stage. He's definitely doing that.
How many conflicts has he put out?

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Eight or nine?

Speaker 1 (02:27):
The message was clear after four years of decline, and
I'd say longer than that. Let's not forget about Obama's
eight years. And let's be real, the Uniparty was screwing
this country for decades, but with Trump now just totally unleashed,
not worried about a reelection.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
I'm loving this guy.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
America is safer, it's stronger, and it's moving forward because
we have a leader at the helm.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
You already I've secured a record breaking eighteen trillion dollars
of investment into the United States, which means jobs, wage increases, growth,
factory openings, and far greater national security. Much of this
success has been accomplished by tariffs, my favorite word, tariffs,

(03:13):
which for many decades have been used successfully by other
countries against us.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
But not anymore. Not anymore, by the way, folks, don't forget.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
We all weren't old enough, but before federal income tax,
this country used to run on tariffs.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
That's what we did. Don't act like it's something new.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
The American economy is finally humming along once again, thanks
largely in part to our commander in chief period. Core
inflation reached its lowest level in nearly five years, and
it's far below what a bunch of economists and naysayers
on the left we're expecting, down about seventy percent from
the peak of nine percent during good.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
Old Biden and cackling Kamala.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Prices have adjusted nicely over the last couple of months.
I've seen declines in groceries, prescription drugs for sure, some clothing.
Airfare well, not quite yet, but they're working on it.
Don't forget huh. We had the Schumer shut down. Now
it's the holidays. You wait till the new year. Natural
gas down, car and truck rentals and hotels down again, folks.
It's going to take a second for all of this

(04:18):
stuff to take hold and for prices to go down.
So stop freaking out going Trump said. Trump said, He's
one guy. He's working on it. It takes a while
for it to trickle down. Since Trump took office, wages
have shown steady growth, out pacing inflation, boosting real purchasing
power for the American worker. And I'm telling you wait

(04:39):
till next year and watch, especially come about May or June,
when the new Fed chair goes in, rates go down more.
We start building more homes, people are paying off their debt,
buying cars, buying homes. It's going to pop next summer.
On the healthcare front, House reps this week, after a
series of votes just yesterday passed the Republican led healthcare
bill titled the Lower Healthcare Meames for All Americans Act.

(05:02):
The comprehensive legislation passed two sixteen to two eleven. It
was a tight one one Republican Kentucky Congressman Thomas Massey
voted against it, while all Democrats opposed it as well.
The bill aimed at making health insurance cheaper for everyday Americans.
It would let small businesses and self employed folks team
up and buy coverage, which would allow them to negotiate

(05:23):
lower rates as one big buyer. That's what big corporations do.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
See.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
It would also require drug pricing companies to be more
open about their fees, any rebates, any deals, try and
cut waste, and help local pharmacies also stay in business
instead of just the big boys. Legislation notably excludes an
extension of Obamacare subsidies great which are going to expire
at the end of the year. Big health companies get
them anyway. Trump wants to give that money to us. However,

(05:53):
four more moderate Republicans, Brian Fitzpatrick, Robert Brushanahan, Ryan McKenzie,
and Michael Lawler, joined the Democrats signing a discharge petition
forcing a future vote on a three year extension of
those ridiculous subsidies who bought and paid for you four boys.
I'd like to know no matter, I bet it was

(06:13):
big healthcare. President Trump continues to push even further ahead
to try and level the playing field for you and me.

Speaker 3 (06:21):
I'm also taking on the gigantic health insurance companies that
have gotten rich on billions of dollars of money that.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
Should go directly to the people.

Speaker 3 (06:30):
The money should go to the people, that's you, so
they can buy their own health insurance, which will give
far better benefits at much lower cost. It will be
far better health insurance.

Speaker 1 (06:44):
Joining us now to discuss the President's address last night
and the bigger picture of the current state of our economy.
He's a former Trump economic advisor and the founder of
the Club for Growth, plus the author of the book,
and I would say, how fitting for this segment, a
Trump Economic miracle. Steve Moore back on the program, Steve,

(07:04):
nice to see you. I'm just gonna sit back, kick
my feet up, and let you go to town. On
the President's speech last night, because we got job numbers
better than expected by the naysayers. We got the inflation
number better than expected by the naysayers.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
Take it from there, Steve.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
Well, First of all, Dan, you get an A plus
in economics because I couldn't say it better than you
did today.

Speaker 5 (07:25):
Really well done, and you covered all the bases.

Speaker 4 (07:29):
I'm going to start with the last point first, if
I may, uh that speech from President Trump where he
really called out the insurance health insurance companies.

Speaker 5 (07:39):
They are the villains.

Speaker 4 (07:40):
Uh, they are the villains as well as the government
in this outrageous expansion of costs that have just run
out of control. Since we passed Obamacare, Dan, the cost
of healthcare from the marriage family American families has doubled
and even in some cases tripled. It has not made
it more affordable. And Donald Trump was exactly right. And

(08:02):
by the way, we were the group that provided them
with this information. Every time they expand by a dollar
of the Obamacare subsidies, more than half of that money
goes right into the profits of the insurance company. They
want to load up on all of this stuff. They're
the principal lobbyist. There's a much better way to do healthcare.
We should get rid of Obamacare.

Speaker 5 (08:22):
We should. Trump is right.

Speaker 4 (08:23):
Put the money into the hands of the people, let
them buy whatever insurance they want. They most people just
need catastrophic coverage because the premiums are so high right now,
you would be better off just paying out a pocket.

Speaker 5 (08:35):
So Trump is right about that.

Speaker 4 (08:36):
I want to make one other quick point, if I may,
Dad Sure, this was a blockbuster inflation report we got
this morning. At eight thirty this morning, my jaw dropped
when I saw that number.

Speaker 5 (08:47):
It was unbelievable.

Speaker 4 (08:48):
Everybody was saying, we're at a three point one to
three point two percent two point six. It shows we're
making big progress and bringing prices down, which is at
the core of the affordability the issue. And even the
jobs report with the job Look, we're not creating as
many jobs i'd like. I'd like to see that number higher.
But what I do like is the jobs that are

(09:09):
being created now are in the private sector, the private sector,
the private company. Remember how many months, probably thirty months
in a row, on your program, we would talk about
where the jobs are, and.

Speaker 5 (09:22):
They were all in the you know, a huge person.

Speaker 2 (09:24):
Government got healthcare. That was it. I remember it. Government
and health sell.

Speaker 4 (09:28):
Anyway, I think I think I'm with you, and I'm
with Donald Trump. Twenty twenty six is set up to
be a blockbuster year with a lot of jobs, a
lot of income growth, a lot of opportunities for people,
and it's going to be very much like I'm a
little older with you, Dan, I lived through the Reagan years.
I was.

Speaker 5 (09:47):
That's when I first came to Washington.

Speaker 4 (09:49):
Once the economy got kicking with Reagan's agenda, it was
a seven year boom.

Speaker 2 (09:55):
Yep, yep.

Speaker 1 (09:56):
So you read my mind, because my next question was
going to be, what do you think think of my
prediction that once the tariff wars get settled down, once
the new FED chair is put in place in May,
and we'll do what he or she should, which has drop.

Speaker 2 (10:12):
Rates even more.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
I firmly believe I got buddies in the wood and
steel industry and they're telling me, if we get those
prices down there and the home builders start building and
the rates are down, so the American consumer can pay off.
Because remember I remember you on the show. A year
or so ago, we had the highest credit card debt
in our nation's history under Jojo Right, the mortgages people
are starting to default. I firmly believe by mid next

(10:34):
summer the boom will start and all this stuff Trump's
been doing in twenty five is gonna just it's gonna hit.
We're gonna be We're gonna be just pinging by next summer.
That's my So what third beginning of third now, middle
of the second quarter?

Speaker 5 (10:48):
What do you think I gonna disrick you a little bit? Dad?

Speaker 6 (10:52):
Later?

Speaker 5 (10:52):
Sooner, sooner, sooner.

Speaker 4 (10:56):
I think by March and April, we're going to see
the economy cook it. And and by the way, it's
good now. I think it's we're going to move from
good to great. I look, Trump said these I think
he said sixteen trillion of foreign capital.

Speaker 5 (11:12):
Come in the United States.

Speaker 4 (11:13):
Now I think he's exaggerating a little bit there.

Speaker 5 (11:16):
I don't believe that number. But let's let's say that
he's been wrong by ninety percent.

Speaker 4 (11:21):
That's still one point six trillions that's coming into the country.
That's an enormous stimulus to the paychecks. Think of all
the jobs that are associated with one point six trillion.
He says sixteen trillion, I'm going to say one point
six But that is still an incredible flow of jobs
and capital and entrepreneurship into this country.

Speaker 5 (11:44):
So look, I can't stop smiling.

Speaker 4 (11:46):
I mean, this is a merry Christmas present that the
Trump has given to our country in terms of all
of this. And by the way, I love the fact
that he's going to give our servicemen a little bit
of a.

Speaker 2 (11:56):
Rage that one.

Speaker 1 (11:58):
Yeah, the seventeen seventy I got that saved for one
of our veterans in a later segment, But I wanted
your take on that one. That's tariff money that's going
to our troops, right, so they wouldn't have gotten this
bonus if he didn't do the tariffs.

Speaker 5 (12:10):
I love it.

Speaker 4 (12:10):
And look, you know, even the marijuana decision today, it's
it's a very humane way for people are suffering with
terrible diseases and cancer and so on, and you know,
we've waited a long time for this. And look, I
don't want young people with using marijuana. I think it's
a bad thing, but for medical purposes now, I think
that's what Dan he's talking about.

Speaker 5 (12:30):
I think that's a very sensible policy.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
True.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
Okay, what else did I miss? You're the economist. I
know you were buttering me up at the beginning, but
I am not. So what else did I miss in this.

Speaker 2 (12:39):
Speech last night?

Speaker 5 (12:41):
Energy?

Speaker 2 (12:41):
Energy, Thank you.

Speaker 5 (12:42):
Oil prices and gas prices.

Speaker 4 (12:45):
My god, when Trump came in, oil was eighty dollars
a barrel and now it's fifty five dollars a barrel.

Speaker 5 (12:52):
I can't quite do that math in my head. But
that's when to get back to.

Speaker 1 (12:55):
I remember when he was in the first time, sixteen
to twenty, we were at like forty. He got to
sound to forty in the first term.

Speaker 5 (13:00):
Yeah, so we could do that.

Speaker 4 (13:02):
I mean, and if I think a lot of your
viewers know this, the United States today, as we stand
here and sit here, we are producing more oil and
gas than any other time in American history, at a
time when Biden tried to dismantle our energy supply.

Speaker 2 (13:19):
Yeah, and was buying from murderers like Venezuela.

Speaker 4 (13:22):
Hello, well, I got another one for you, Dan. I
know we're running out of time. You know, there's so
much good news. The budget deficit is out.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
That's a big one.

Speaker 4 (13:31):
Yeah, we've already reduced the budget deficit by about almost
twenty percent, and he's you know that.

Speaker 5 (13:37):
Now, Look, we're still powering way too much money, folks.

Speaker 2 (13:40):
So yeah, still get me wrong, we.

Speaker 4 (13:41):
Got a lot, but you know, he's already cut the
budget deficit from the highs of Biden.

Speaker 5 (13:46):
So I love the direction of this country.

Speaker 4 (13:48):
When we get the when we get the AI Revolution,
the productivity boost from that, I mean America and innocently
every other country of the world is pretty fat, flatlined.
We're We're the alpha male, We're the Arnold Schwarzenegger. We're
the country that is really booming.

Speaker 2 (14:04):
Yeah, I love it.

Speaker 1 (14:05):
Okay, So the report card for twenty twenty five goes
down with President Trump at an A. I don't give
any A pluses yet because, as you said, and I agreed,
it could be better, and it's going to get better
next year. So we got an A and twenty twenty five.
Next year, the A plus will kick in, and then
there's no reason that shouldn't trail into whoever we run
in twenty eight, which obviously all signs our jdvans because

(14:27):
he would keep the America First Trump agenda. So I
got to just hope and pray that things continue on
an upward scale, and you don't see any reason that
it shouldn't right as long as and again.

Speaker 4 (14:39):
The only thing that makes me nervous mid terms, I
make one thing's making me nervous.

Speaker 5 (14:44):
I am worried about.

Speaker 4 (14:45):
Those Republicans jumping ship on the healthcare They will not
get rid of Obamacare.

Speaker 5 (14:49):
It is a disaster. We got to hold those people accountable.

Speaker 4 (14:53):
That the fact that four people betrayed their own party
and voted for that discharge petition, I think that's an
unforgivable Thank you.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
I'm calling them out. What are they doing exactly?

Speaker 4 (15:03):
Thank you for remind us you've never put on your
screen the name of those four guys, because no, seriously,
I mean it's unforgivable. They are voting with hakem Jeffries,
not our great speaker Mike Johnson.

Speaker 1 (15:16):
That's a great point, Steve Moore. As always, we love
having you on the program. Thank you so much for that.
Wass Hey, Merry Christmas, but I don't talk to you. Happy
New Year, Steve Moore, everybody, thank you. Brother Up next,
who that one?

Speaker 2 (15:30):
Got me ready? You're ready to go? Now we got
more show.

Speaker 1 (15:33):
President Trump keeping yet another campaign promise. Steve and I
were just alluding to it earlier today. There it is
in the Oval office, flanked by veterans, doctors and researchers,
and cancer survivors. Forty seven signs in executive order reclassifying marijuana.
The Navy seal veteran who killed Osama bin Laden, Robert O'Neill,

(15:54):
who has been a strong advocate for medical marijuana for
our veterans.

Speaker 2 (15:58):
He's going to join us next away.

(19:02):
then enjoy all the great programming offered by Olien, including

Speaker 8 (19:18):
For decades, this action has been requested by American patients
suffering from extreme pain, incurable diseases, aggressive cancers, seizure disorders,
neurological problems, and more, including numerous veterans with service related injuries,
and older Americans who live with chronic medical problems that
severely degrade their quality of life.

Speaker 1 (19:40):
Can I just say amen to the and my writer
thought this was cute, so we'll do it. The cannabis
Commander in Chief, President Trump putting it bluntly reclassifying reefert
ak marijuana from a scheduled one drug to drugs and
not currently accepted medical use the United States and a
high potential for abuse to a schedule free drug now,

(20:03):
which is drugs that have a moderate to low potential
for physical and physological dependence. Yes, it's not a gateway
drug that's going to get you on fentanyl and coke tomorrow. Okay,
Using it medicinal works. I can tell you. I've researched,
I've studied. I've had family members die of cancer.

Speaker 2 (20:22):
I've talked with countless.

Speaker 1 (20:23):
Veterans who say it's improved their quality of life, It's
gotten rid of their suicidal thoughts. All we're doing is
pumping people full of poison with chemoone, radiation for cancer
and opioids for PTSD.

Speaker 2 (20:34):
Then they die.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
Try something else. Thank you, mister President. It's another campaign promise.
He made it, he kept it. The Executive Order under
the Controlled Substance Act directs federal agencies to now implement
the change recognizing marijuanas accepted medical usage and moderate abuse
potential while easing research. Can I repeat that, easing research

(20:57):
and tax restrictions for businesses. Today's read classification will also
have great benefits. In my opinion, and it's not just mine,
doctor Oz Bobby Kennedy. A lot of those researchers stand
are right there behind President Trump today for our men
and women in uniform recovering from the atrocities of war.

Speaker 9 (21:16):
The VA has worked with us on our be the
One mission, which is a mission to fight the epidemic
of veterans suicide. Veterans are disproportionately affected by conditions such
as PTSD, TBI, depression, and chronic pain, and with this reclassification,

(21:40):
it will allow research to be conducted with regard to cannabis.
There is antecdotal evidence that cannabis benefits these conditions, and
now we'll have an opportunity to see if research does
prove that it is effective, and if it is so,
then it'll open up a whole new method of treatment

(22:01):
for are veterans with regard to this particular issue.

Speaker 1 (22:06):
Now, federally funded research shows that military veterans with PTSD
report lower symptom severity on days they use marijuana versus
that crap big pharma wants to ram down their throats,
the opioids. I'm telling you, folks, I know a lot
of my viewers out there going Dan stop, but you're
pushing pot.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
I'm not pushing pot.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
I'm not saying kids should be smoking it or eating edibles,
or I'm talking about medical because you know, and I
hope you're on board the same way I am. The
big pharma doesn't care about you. They've been poisonous for decades.
All they care about is the almighty dollar. This is
something natural God gave you. It grows on this green earth.

(22:47):
Think about it. You take alo from the alovera.

Speaker 2 (22:50):
Plant and put it on your skin and you got
a sunbird. God gave us that.

Speaker 1 (22:54):
This stuff stops people from suicidal thoughts because the opioids
make it worse. They're depressed and have PTSD from war,
and it helps with cancer. There's so many applications anyway.
Researchers found that same day cannabis use was linked to
milder PTSD symptoms and lower negative effect compared to days

(23:15):
they didn't have it. Honoring America's veterans been supporting them
long after service folks, especially those that fight the unseen.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
Battles, the ones that are on the inside.

Speaker 1 (23:25):
Advocates have been promoting nationwide twenty four to seven to
prevent veterans suicide, a campaign led by the ad Council
and the VA called Don't Wait.

Speaker 2 (23:33):
Reach Out.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
This new initiative encourages veterans to seek help and connect
with resources before a crisis occurs. In the most recent
figures compiled by the Department of Veteran Affairs, an average
of nearly eighteen to twenty veterans die of suicide every day.

Speaker 2 (23:47):
And let me tell you, folks, it's way higher. It's
more like forty five a day.

Speaker 1 (23:54):
And I'm telling you, if we do a year's worth
of research on this and the American people can see
how it's helping our brave men and women that have
downed the uniform and helping cancer patients, there's no reason
we shouldn't be using this down the road instead of
oipiods and chemo and radiation poison. Folks, joining me now

(24:16):
to weigh in on forty seven's executive order. He's a
retired Navy seal from Seal Team six, host of the
Operator podcast, and the owner operator of Canna Company.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
And oh, by the.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
Way, he's the guy who did the world a favor
and killed Osama bin Laden.

Speaker 2 (24:31):
My pel Robert O'Neil back on the program. Robert, nice
to see you.

Speaker 6 (24:34):
Know, great to see you too. Thanks for having me.

Speaker 1 (24:38):
You've got a big smile on your face, my friend,
and so do I because many of our brothers and
sisters that have worn the uniform have been asking for
this for years. I want your just gut reaction. First thing,
when you heard what Trump did today.

Speaker 10 (24:53):
Well, this is great.

Speaker 6 (24:54):
Thanks for having me.

Speaker 10 (24:55):
First of all, this is great because this is just
an alternative way to deal with PTSD Step one for us,
and with PTSD comes sleepless nights. That was one of
my issues too, and I tried cannabis that helps me sleep.
This is it's an alternative. It might work for some people,
like you're saying earlier. Also, it's natural. It's not from
big farmer. We're not trying to hook people to be

(25:17):
lifelong customers like what happens with big pharma.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
This helps you sleep. We know what it does for me.

Speaker 10 (25:21):
The way I describe it, danis can be just beach
is coming back from a lot of these wars. A
lot of stuff comes back with me. This gets rid
of the noise and it's fine. I don't buy and
I don't know. Last time one of my buddies had
cannabis and then went and started a bar fight.

Speaker 6 (25:33):
Doesn't happen. It's peaceful.

Speaker 1 (25:34):
No, the only fight you might have is, like you know,
with your buddy or your wife over a bag of
Doritos or some oreos.

Speaker 2 (25:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (25:42):
I was just saying at Operator Canna, we run that
in New York. I was talking to my business partner.
I said, the only side effect is I eat all
of Jessica's cereal.

Speaker 1 (25:51):
Can I buy some stock in your company? By the way,
Operator Canna, is it going.

Speaker 2 (25:55):
Operator cana dot com? Check it out?

Speaker 10 (25:56):
Yeah, we're growing right now. Operator Canna is big where
it's a great line of work, get a whole new industry,
and it's a I mean, it's a good way to
start with the left and right getting along.

Speaker 6 (26:05):
Not a lot of fighting going on.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
I think Trump just helped to solidify the mid terms
for Republicans from a lot of voters, veterans, cancer patients,
people dealing with any type of trauma that go see
a shrink and then they just want to give them
the script, give them the script, give them the drugs.
Gives the drugs. These people are going to start again.
Wait till this one year clinical trial comes out. Robert

(26:28):
that doctor Oz and Bobby were talking about, right, they're
gonna use veterans, cancer patients. They're going to do a
year long clinical trial next year, so in twenty seven
or into twenty six, when the American people see the
results of this, I think it's going to change hearts
and minds.

Speaker 2 (26:40):
What do you think?

Speaker 10 (26:41):
I do too? And I like that they're doing that.
There needs to be a case study. Just show it
to people instead of all the political talking points. I mean,
if you know, why is that okay that there's store
selling alcohol on every military base in the country and
overseas US military base, right, but you cannot use cannabis
at all? I mean it's you know, if you can
if you find but if you can't sleep at night

(27:01):
and cannabis helps, why isn't that an option. It's safe
as natural, and they're doing a test instead of just
talking about it in the halls of Congress. Do a
test and we all know where it's going to end up. Sure,
some of the lobbyists from big Pharma aren't gonna like it,
but this is very good, it's very healthy and it works.

Speaker 1 (27:15):
Yeah, I mean, folks, And I know I've got some
older viewers that probably remember seeing the Reefer Madness video
when they were in school way back in the day right,
thirty forty fifty years ago. They weren't showing it to
us in the seventies, but prior to that they still
were and they're gonna freak out about this. So, folks,
I want to remind you this guy's a special operator.
He was on Sealed Team six. Listen to him. He
sounds like a clear headed guy. He owns a cannabis company.

(27:38):
He's promoting cannabis for medical use. Only does he look
like a dope heed sitting on the couch playing video games,
vegging out, because that's the mindsetter. But he has When
you say pot and I'm glad that potis, put the
pot back in potis now just kidding.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
I had to throw that in, Robert, that's funny. Well,
my writer said, throwing out. But that's good. There's so
many applications and it's.

Speaker 10 (28:03):
And there's there's more to it. There's there's so many
different different strains, different types.

Speaker 6 (28:06):
What you can do for you.

Speaker 10 (28:07):
It helps you focus, it helps you sleep, it helps
you relax. It seriously just gets rid of the noise.
It's it's uh, it's it's it's natural. It's non violent,
and there's there's no reason not to have it again.
If you follow the money. The only reason it's not
legal is because someone from some other other part well
might lose a little bit of the money.

Speaker 6 (28:25):
That's in that politics's pocket.

Speaker 10 (28:26):
It's all all of the money saying this is healthy,
it's natural, and it works.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
Yeah, it's big farmer, Robert. That's it.

Speaker 1 (28:30):
It's big farmer. That's the only reason it's never been
declassified or reclassified. And now some research is coming. Final
thing nothing to do with the cannabis. But I wanted
to get your take on this. Last night, during President
Trump's spech on the economy, he said this about these
new things called warrior dividends.

Speaker 3 (28:48):
Roll it because of Tariff's along with the just past
one big beautiful bill. Tonight, I am also proud to
announce that more than one thousand, four hundred fifty thousand,
think of this, one million, four hundred and fifty thousand
military service members will receive a special we call Warrior

(29:10):
dividend before Christmas, so Warriot Dividend. In honor of our
nations founding in seventeen seventy six, we are sending every
soldier one thousand, seven hundred and seventy six dollars.

Speaker 1 (29:25):
Whoa seventeen seventy six a few seconds left, Robert, you
get the final word.

Speaker 10 (29:30):
That's more than a paycheck for a lot of these soldiers, sailors, airman, marines.
God blessed President Trump for doing this huge on the
Christmas season.

Speaker 6 (29:38):
This is a monster. That's amazing, Robert.

Speaker 1 (29:41):
If I don't see you before, Merry Christmas to you
and yours New year. Let's get you back on and
get your take on what's happening down in Venezuela, the
war in Ukraine. I love hearing from you seal guys on.

Speaker 2 (29:51):
That, so hope any anytime, I'm right here, brother, Okay,
take care, God bless you.

Speaker 1 (29:55):
Straight ahead, the latest on the manhunt for the gunman
who killed two students at university last weekend.

Speaker 2 (30:01):
There's breaking news in this case. Stay with us.

Speaker 1 (30:06):
Hey, did you know that one America news network has
launched a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
it branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there
and forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.

(30:28):
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your
cable provider doesn't offer one America News Network, you should
get them a call and kindly demand that they carry
away in. Now you're the customer, and without your feedback,

(30:52):
your cable provider will not know that there is a
strong demand across this country for one America News network.
So please call your cable company today and kindly ask
or demand that they add o ANN to their channel lineup. Hey, everyone,

(31:12):
here's a question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV,
and Amazon fireTV all have in common? The answer is
that all three platforms offer you the ability to live
stream one America News Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
Or Amazon Fire device.

Speaker 1 (31:31):
Simply go to the app store, search out for an
then enjoy all the great programming offered by on including
my show Real America. Viewers are always asking me how
can they watch OAN live. The solution is simple. It's
a streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled klowd TV.

(31:56):
Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch
twenty four to seven live feeds of WAYN. The live
package is only two dollars and fifty cents per month
for all you can watch again. Simply go to cloudtv
dot com.

Speaker 2 (32:12):
And do it today. Welcome back.

Speaker 1 (32:23):
So law enforcement making a significant breakthrough, they tell us
earlier today in the investigation of that deadly mass shooting
at Brown University. Multiple sources familiar with the investigation confirmed
on Thursday that local law enforcement has now identified a
specific person in connection with the shooting. I know this
has been so convoluted. It was he had a handgun.

(32:45):
Then we haven't told you what kind of gun. Oh
we think it was this.

Speaker 2 (32:48):
No, it wasn't that guy.

Speaker 1 (32:48):
Oh we got somebody in custody. No, we detained somebody.
Oh that was the wrong person. Now there's two people.
Oh wait, no, he's a I'm sorry. I've lost all
confidence in the Providence Police Department putting that out there.
And not for the beat cops and the detectives and
investigators on the streets. I'm talking about the admin, the
top brass, the ones doing the press conference every day.

(33:09):
That's who I'm like, whoo, a search for this individual.
And so it's the first person of interest they now
say is the suspect. This follows days of investigators reviewing
enhanced surveillance footage and digital evidence. Investigators have been analyzing footage,
they say from residential and commercial cameras. Videos they say

(33:31):
capture the individual casing the joint several hours before the shooting.
The individual is described as a five to eight man,
we think man with a stocky build. In surveillance images,
he was seen wearing black clothing and a face mask.
Police are also seeking to identify the second person again

(33:54):
that they told us about a couple days ago. This
is the one they believe is the shooter. Now the
other pick and video will show you in a minute,
different outfit, different looking guy is the other person of
interest they believe may.

Speaker 2 (34:08):
Have assisted this guy. Don't know yet.

Speaker 1 (34:10):
The FBI offering fifty thousand dollars for any information leading
to the arrest and conviction of the gunman and possibly
an accomplice. Joining us now with reaction to how this
investigation has been handled and the latest details on the
now suspect and person of interest. He's retired Las Vegas

(34:31):
Police lieutenant and the founder of Wounded Blue, Randy Sutton
back on the program. All Right, Randy, look, I'm sure
you investigated a lot of shootings of your time in Vegas.
I used to live there. Sin City has its fair
share of crime. I remember watching the police chief the
local sheriffs give press conferences when there was shootings in Vegas.

(34:52):
And I've been in this biz thirty some years. I
have never seen a police chief like this one in Providence.
I mean every other day he's mumbling in fumbling and
backtracking and saying words he shouldn't and saying that, and
then the ag has to step up, or the mayor
steps up, somebody has to correct him again. I'm not
bagging on the cops in the street doing the footwork.
What do you make of this overall investigation and how

(35:14):
it's been handled the last what six days?

Speaker 6 (35:18):
Well, I couldn't agree more with the press conferences and
what we have seen as far as the information that's
been handed out by the Chief of police and the
other people involved in the pressers, which seem to have
a very deep political connotation. It's unfortunate to say the

(35:38):
mayor has been inserting himself into every one of these
in a major way. Then the president of the Brown
University came up with some absolutely bizarre statements as well.
There have been times when the Chief of Police res
has been making statements and then he's been pushed aside.
It's really been it's been very confusing. It's not a

(36:00):
confidence builder in the Providence Police Department. It's not actually
a conference builder in law enforcement. And so I kind
of shake my head when I see incidents like this.
It reminds me of the of the chief of Police
in New Orleans last January that when when the terrorist
attack took place there. It's unfortunate because you know, people

(36:22):
want to have a confidence in their law enforcement and
and and the only way to get that is to
have a performance at at conferences, press conferences like this
that give that confidence, and that certainly has been lacking here.
Now when it comes down to the investigative process here,
there's been much information it's been revealed in the last day,

(36:44):
including that there were live rounds that were found at
the scene. And that's that's very that's very strong forensic
information because and it's also my understanding that they have
identified d n A coming from either the shell casings
or the live rounds that were found at the scene.

(37:04):
That is a major piece of information.

Speaker 1 (37:07):
Well, yeah, less you're a professional starting rupert. Unless you're
a professional. Most psycho gunmen don't pick their brass up.
So if this was a pistol, which originally we were
told it was a nine millimeter pistol. Now the other
day somebody jumped in on top of the police chief,
I think it was the age year Soon.

Speaker 2 (37:24):
Said no, no, we haven't confirmed if it was a
long gun or a pistol. Well, we were told pistols
on Saturday.

Speaker 1 (37:29):
Anyway, if you got let's say a ten or a
twenty round mag in your nine millimeter semi auto pistol, right,
and you use all twenty because he hit what killed two,
wounded eight or nine, He hit eleven people and multiple
times into Ella Cook, which why I still think she
was targeted.

Speaker 2 (37:43):
That's my opinion.

Speaker 1 (37:45):
So if he shot all twenty rounds but then had
some live brass or live rounds as well, plus the
empty brass, there should be a lot of physical evidence
at the set.

Speaker 6 (37:54):
It's my understanding for my sources that he fired approximately
forty rounds, so he reloaded. That would mean either had
multiple weapons or he reloaded his magazine reloaded the weapons.
So I'm going to say that with all of those
rounds that were expanded. Clearly they were able to. It

(38:16):
couldn't be a revolver, so it has to be a
semi auto right, and they definitely did not pick up
the brass yep.

Speaker 1 (38:21):
Well again, I'm thinking, if it's a nine to mili glock,
you got twenty round mags these days you empty those
twenty drop mag new mag twenty more and then he
ran like hell, which also could explain then maybe too
why there was some live rounds left, right if he
was trying to reload.

Speaker 2 (38:37):
Even more and then left.

Speaker 1 (38:38):
So we've got DNA, we've got live and spent brass.
We've got now a definitive that showed the picker roll
the video again, the fatter guy in the green and
black outfit with the beanie in the mask doing the
humhold with his hands behind his back around the.

Speaker 2 (38:52):
Gate there is that's the suspect they believe.

Speaker 1 (38:55):
Then the other image, if we have the other image
of the second guy, I think they announced yesterday or
day before they're saying that's a person of interest they
believe maybe assisted this guy. Now here's one where they
threw us for a loop. There was a MIT professor
murdered around the same time. A couple of days before,

(39:15):
I forget the exact day, and now the day after
the day after thank you, on Sunday. Now they're saying
this MIT professor and the people shot at Brown might
maybe be connected.

Speaker 2 (39:29):
What are you hearing about that one.

Speaker 6 (39:30):
Randy, Yeah, they're investigating. Then you remember that first thing
they did was come out and say there's no connection. Right.
That's why I'm saying, I don't trust this guy given
out information before they have a definitive answer. It's it
is not a confidence builder. But here's the thing. If
they were able to recover spent rounds at that scene

(39:52):
as well as well as you know, any rounds that
might have been recovered from the body, they would be
able to you know, lonsickally examined those cartridges that were found,
if any, and also the bullet that was recovered from
the body of the professor and do a comparison to
determine if it was the same weapon. That would be

(40:14):
of course, definitive evidence.

Speaker 2 (40:15):
Great point, Great point.

Speaker 1 (40:16):
Okay, So I'm just getting details now that the second suspect,
the one with the gray hoodie and the blue and
black jacket, carrying what looked like to be a purse
under his arm. Okay, the other one the person of interest.
I'm reading now that local police have identified, found, and

(40:37):
interviewed the second person of interest that was wearing the
blue breaker and that's all and say if they've detained, arrested, whatever,
But they have identified and questioned the second person of interest,
not that first suspect, the larger one. So that's the
latest on that. Anything else. We're missing Randy in this thing,

(40:57):
because again, like you and I have just broke down,
we were told one thing, then they backpedaled, like on
the gun it was a pistol. Days later, we didn't
tell you what it was, a long rifle or a pistol.
The first person they held over the weekend was in custody. No, no,
it was detained. There's only one. Now there's two. I mean,
what have we missed or what have you heard that

(41:18):
I'm brought up?

Speaker 6 (41:20):
Well, no, you've captured it more succinctly than we were given.
But I'm also hearing that the individual has been identified
and that warrant has been issued for his arrest. So
I assume that we will be getting that information about
who that individual is, perhaps at the next press conference

(41:41):
in order to ask the public for help and apprehending
this individual.

Speaker 1 (41:45):
So this would make sense then, so they interviewed the
person of interest, the one they announced I think yesterday
or day before in the blue outfit, blue and black outfit.
Maybe he gave him some details. Then they found out
who the main suspect was. They've issued the arrest warrant,
but no word yet if he's been arrested. Okay, that's
where we stand right now. I think we got all
the bases covered and there could be a connection to

(42:07):
the Sunday Mit Professor murder as well. Holy cow, this
keeps getting deeper and deeper and more convoluted. Randy Sutton
retired Las Vegas Police lieutenant.

Speaker 2 (42:16):
She founded the one he Blue. I'll give you the
final word if youthing else to say otherwise, have a
great Christmas, brother.

Speaker 6 (42:21):
Well, I appreciate it, and you have great I have
a feeling we'll be talking again before Christmas.

Speaker 1 (42:25):
I was going to say, yeah, if they make a
bust or something else crazy happens with this, or they
backpedal again or do double talk, I'll need your expertise.

Speaker 2 (42:31):
Thank you, Randy, appreciate you. Thank yep.

Speaker 1 (42:35):
The first TPUSA America Fest without its leader, Great Charlie Kirk,

a record crowd.

Speaker 2 (42:46):

Ever, America Fest is the starting point for us to
take America to greater fights in twenty twenty five. We
have a team that is ready to change the world

(45:16):
and bring America back to greatness.

Speaker 1 (45:21):
Love seeing Him, the biggest conservative movement in America kicks
off today in the Grand Canyon State turning point. USA's
annual America Fest conference running today through Sunday the Phoenix
Convention Center, and it promises to be unlike any other,
a powerful celebration of faith, freedom, and of course, the
legacy of Turning Points founder and my friend, great American patriot,

(45:45):
Charlie Kirk. The organization probably proclaiming that Charlie's life was
a testament to faith, courage, and conviction. From his earliest days,
he believed America was worth fighting for.

Speaker 2 (45:56):
So do I, Charlie.

Speaker 1 (45:58):
He dedicated every month of his only what thirty one
years to this cause. Grounded in God's truth, driven by
a calling bigger than himself, Charlie pourt his life into
trying to help others raise up this nation, tell them
to be bold in their faith, steadfast in their love

(46:20):
of freedom, and unafraid to defend her keynote speakers, Oh,
there's a bunch of them. Vice President jad Vance is
going to be there. Charlie himself will speak. I wonder
how they're going to do that. I am excited to
see it. Will be Aaron Speeches, his wife and now
the CEO of Turning Point USA, Erica Kirk, Tucker, Carlson,

(46:40):
Steve Bannon, Donald Trump, Junior Tulci Gabriel be there, Megan Kelly,
Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, and a.

Speaker 2 (46:47):
Whole whole bunch more.

Speaker 1 (46:48):
Look at that scroll through of course, this year's event
is especially poignant. GPSA posting on social media quote, our
first Americaffess without Charlie begins today, though we feel his
apps in every way. What he built will continue here
louder and stronger than ever. Let's make this one count

(47:09):
for Charlie. Another post reads Charlie's absence felt deeply as
Mfest gets underway this morning. The Unity Strategic Planning Celebration
and Revival unfolding this weekend is dedicated to him.

Speaker 2 (47:25):
I love that. I wish I could be there with y'all.

Speaker 1 (47:28):
Got some family commitments this weekend, so I'm staying in Comifornia, unfortunately.

Speaker 2 (47:33):
But there is.

Speaker 1 (47:35):
An all studded star cast of MAGA and America First
folks out there, not just from TPUSA, but from across
this great nation.

Speaker 2 (47:46):
And the guy joining us next. You've seen him.

Speaker 1 (47:48):
He's been on this program quite a bit, not recently,
and I don't know why we got to getting back
on more often. But I love him, and you can't
miss him in a crowd. If you do, you're blind.
He's a Turning Point contributor. His name is Stephen Davis,
but I could call him Maga Holt.

Speaker 2 (48:04):
What's up, Stephen? How did you get bigger?

Speaker 9 (48:07):
What the.

Speaker 2 (48:09):
Just a smidch it, just dismitch it, just a little bit.

Speaker 1 (48:13):
I love it, my brother, I love it. Okay, you're
like on media row. You're on the floor at the
convention center. I can hear the noise there. I got
to imagine that.

Speaker 2 (48:23):
This is just palpable people. Probably the energy in the air.

Speaker 1 (48:26):
I'm sure there's sadness because we loved love Charlie, but
so many people came to find God, came to be
a stronger patriot, stronger convictions in their faith. I just
gotta feel like this is gonna be one for the
record books. How's it looking right there, Stephen.

Speaker 12 (48:45):
It's looking absolutely phenomenally phenomenal. As you said, this is
one for the record books. To see so many people,
so many patriots, so many lovers of Charlie and Turning
Point USA and of America coal lesson as one particular
spot here in Phoenix, Arizona. This is aply amazing. I
can't wait to see what transpires. As you said, faith,
family and freedom, this is what.

Speaker 6 (49:05):
We're all about.

Speaker 12 (49:05):
This is the coalitions that we're building within the conservative movement,
and it's going to be phenomenal.

Speaker 1 (49:10):
Steve, and I know that you're a contributor, so you're
not you know, the hierarchy that's running the show. But
have any of those folks told you what they're expecting?
I heard it was sold out, and I remember a
couple of years ago when I went, it was like,
I think thirteen or fourteen thousand. They thought that was huge.
Then last year was bigger than that, and they thought
that was huge. What are they expecting this year?

Speaker 12 (49:29):
You know, the numbers are still coming in. They're saying
upwards of twenty five, maybe thirty or thirty thousand people
coming together.

Speaker 2 (49:38):
Love.

Speaker 12 (49:38):
Its unpeceited, So it's going to be amazing.

Speaker 2 (49:43):
I love this. I just love, love, love hearing this.

Speaker 1 (49:46):
It's so great for God, family and country, which is
what Charlie lived by. You know that was his creed.
Who are you looking forward to hearing from? I mean
there's some big, big names. We have that flyer that
shows all the people put that up. Who are you
most or couple folks that you're most interested in hearing from?

Speaker 12 (50:05):
I can't wait to hear from Erica herself. Erica, she
has become such a powerhouse and her thoughts, resilient, and
her poise and her dedication to Charlie's dream is something
that's just absolutely phenomenal. I can't wait to hear what
our leader now has to say when it comes to
main stage.

Speaker 1 (50:24):
Yeah, Stephen, I don't want to go negative more than
a few seconds, but I've been so disgusted by the
negativity that's been put at TPUSA and at Erica herself.
And I won't even give oxygen or air to the
names of the people that have been talking the trash.

Speaker 2 (50:39):
I don't do that. I did one time because I
was really pissed off.

Speaker 1 (50:43):
That was last week when Erica was doing the book
tour and she was asked and brought up the names.
I'm not gonna do that because I've done it once.
But I wanted my friend Magahulk's opinion of how they've
been treating our friend Erica, Charlie's widow, and Tyler and
Andrew and the people that run to pus A. Just
wanted your thoughts on that, Megan.

Speaker 12 (51:05):
It's absolutely disgusting. It's abhorrent that this is taking place
in the grieving process, during the creeping process of someone
that was so magnificent and that loved all of us,
including them, yes, and hand selected and hand ticked them.
The very fact that these people are doing this is
absolutely disgusting.

Speaker 2 (51:22):
Yeah. Amen, that's all there. I'll give it.

Congratulations, I did not. Yeah, I will see it on
the news. And as promised, let's read some viewer mail.

Speaker 1 (56:35):
First up tonight. What do we have, Chris, It's from
our friend Joe. Joe says, Hey, Dan, I don't get
to see all of your shows. I was, however, happy
to see you on Tuesday when you mentioned the radical Muslims.

Speaker 2 (56:46):
Congrats.

Speaker 1 (56:47):
More people with microphones need to address this problem in
plain English as you did. Thank you for your Dan.
You can read what he wrote there. I don't want
to upset anybody tonight. I'm feeling nice and centuring myself. Joe,
thank you, and yes, I agree with you. More people
with microphones need to speak up about what Islam is
trying to do to America. Mike writes, Hey Dan, the

(57:09):
mass shooting that occurred at Brown University in Providence, Rhde
Island's heartbreaking. The girl who was killed, Ella Cook, I'm
hearing that she was the head of the Republican Party there,
and that it is a very liberal school. He goes
on to say, it sounds to me like this is
a cover up. The law enforcement there doesn't seem to
have any answers. This could be another type of Charlie
Kirk assassination done by a mentally ill liberal. Mike, I'm

(57:30):
with you on this one. It's starting to look that way,
but we'll see. Tracy writes, Dear Dan. Perhaps the demon rats.

Speaker 2 (57:36):
There we go. Let's call democrats what they are.

Speaker 1 (57:38):
The demon rats are having such a fit with the
narco boat strikes because the cost of cocaine has gone
up exponentially. Makes sense to me. Yeah, there's a few
koke heads in Congress, ain't they. Trace Thank you for
that one, and thanks everybody for sending those in. Those
are some great ones this week, really appreciated. All Right,
it's a Thursday. Before we say good night, let's tell
you who's going to be on Friday's show. Got some

(57:59):

running to be the next California governor on the GOP ticket,
will join us along with the.
