Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America. Tonight, patriotic fire in Phoenix
turning point. USA's America Fest roars back, bigger and stronger
than ever, honoring the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk
while dismantling internal rifts that threaten to derail our movement.
Will have highlights plus tangling with Venezuela narco terrorist. American
forces seize Maduro's oil tanker, the second one, cutting off

(00:24):
the cash cow that funded that poison that's being transported
onto US soil. Thank you, mister Trump. And there's no
place like Home for the holidays for illegal aliens, millions
already have been booted, as the American government now sweetens
the pot for those willing to self deport. We'll fill
you in. I'm Dan Ball and Real America starts right now.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
So if you love America, if you want all of
us to be richer, stronger, safer, and prouder, you have
a home on this team.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
Yes you do. And I'm so glad we had some
unifying speeches towards the end of Amfest. I'll get to
that in a moment. We're right there. Vice President jd.
Vance wrapping up a highly successful sold out and I'm
pretty sure record breaking Amfest twenty twenty five, the first
annual TPUSA gathering since Charlie Kirk's death, was held in Phoenix,

(01:26):
had a whole cast of high profile America First and
MAGA speakers. Now, there were some divisive words on Thursday
and Friday, and I'm just going to say this and
get it out of the way. You spoiled millionaires, you podcasters,
you talk show hosts, your politicians. Okay, y'all know who
you were on Thursday and Friday that we're talking trash

(01:49):
on each other. Stop just stop it. This event was
supposed to be about faith, family, and country. That's Charlie's legacy,
and about Charlie, you know, our mutual friend in the
movement that just got haineously murdered like one hundred days ago,
and yet a few of you decided to argue and
name call and throw hissy fits on stage. I'm not

(02:11):
calling out by name because I'm done with it. Okay,
I'm done with it, and judging by the exit straw polls,
so were the thirty thousand folks in attendance. So let's
talk about what we should be talking about, not the
fractures from within our movement that the Democrats will capitalize on. No,
I want to talk about MAGA and America first uniting, Okay,

(02:35):
because that divide that happened in the first forty eight
hours was quickly nipped in the bud, allowing Charlie's message
to flourish at Amerafest, which is what was supposed to
the Vice President using his speech to solidify and unify
the conservative movement, and I'm so glad he did it.

(02:55):
Vance declaring the US is and by the grace of
God always will be, a Christian nation, describing faith as
the essential quote anchor to our country it is. He
also took the opportunity to tup the Trump administration's highly
successful border policies and the end to the radical DEI diversity,
equity and inclusion programs, which have I mean, come on,

(03:19):
from the military, to our schools to jobs. DEI has
been horrible. Let's get back to meritocracy.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
I didn't bring a list of conservatives to denounce.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
Or to d platform, and I don't really.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
Care if some people out there, I'm sure we'll have
the fake news media denounced me after this speech. But
let me just say the best way to honor Charlie
is that none of us here should be doing something
after Charlie's death that he himself refused to do in life.
He invited all of us here.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
All right, Now, let's stay with that, and let's talk
about one of the biggest surprises that took place. I
would say the biggest surprise to happen at a turning
point event since Charlie found a turning point. Nicki Minaj.
Now you might be saying, Dan, I don't care. She
sings nasty songs. She showed off her body. What kind
of Christian is she? Hey, people can change. And by

(04:15):
the way, she has millions and millions of followers and
a mainstream celebrity like a Nicki Minaj coming to a
TPUSA event is a profound significance for our movement. It
is huge. I'm telling you. She even said this was
bigger than a concert she's ever performed. Minaje joined Erica Kirk,

(04:36):
the new CEO, and the widow of Charlie, walking out
hand in hand to thunderous applause. She expressed quote utmost
respect and admiration for who President Trump and Vice President Vance,
crediting their leadership with restoring hope and integrity to our nation,
describing turning Point USA as quote a direct link between

(04:58):
young people and God. This is massive, my friends.

Speaker 4 (05:04):
So why now have you? Have you been involved with
speaking about politics? What was kind of the the.

Speaker 5 (05:11):
Turning point for you?

Speaker 6 (05:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (05:15):
What was the turning point?

Speaker 5 (05:17):
Well?

Speaker 7 (05:19):
I just got tired of being pushed around.

Speaker 8 (05:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (05:29):
Sometimes you just get tired of it and then you realize,
wait a minute, I have something inside of me that's
stronger than what's out there.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
I love it joining us now in studio. He was
there at Amfest all week long, and he'll actually be
joining the OA and crew over the next couple of months,
filling in for our good friends, you know, Rhon Attorney,
host of The David Pollock Show, conservative political commentary and
a peal of mine. David Pollock, How you doing, brother.

Speaker 9 (05:55):
I'm doing great.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
You're so far away, Hi, buddy, Okay, you were there.
I wasn't. I was jealous. I had some family commitments.
We couldn't drive over to Phoenix for the weekend. But
it looked like it was amazing. I heard number one
record breaking crowd, right, yeah, almost thirty thousand by Saturday
or Sunday.

Speaker 10 (06:11):
More than thirty thousand over thirty Yeah, and you should
have seen it. So the line to get in, and
usually you can get in pretty easily on Thursday, Thursday's
use a little bit slower. Friday Saurday picks up the
line to get in. Thursday looks like President Trump.

Speaker 9 (06:22):
Was speaking that day.

Speaker 10 (06:23):
It went down the block. Even though there was very
well staffed. Security was running perfectly. It was staffed very well.
So many people were so excited to get into the
event that they were just there early, wanted to be involved,
and nobody was in a bad mood being in line either.

Speaker 9 (06:37):
Everybody was happy.

Speaker 10 (06:38):
Everyone's just excited and inside it was the same sort
of vibe. Everybody was packing into the general session to
hear Erica Kirk speak.

Speaker 9 (06:46):
It was such a positive, inspirational vibe.

Speaker 10 (06:50):
And a lot of people are like, you know, it's
so sad that Charlie isn't here, and I said, Charlie's everywhere.

Speaker 9 (06:53):
Look around, this is Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
The fact that Shaw those T shirts saying I Am
Charlie last year, I think they hit about twenty twenty
two thous The year before it was fourteen or fifteen,
so this year, over thirty.

Speaker 10 (07:03):
Everything sold that you couldn't even get a press pass.
I mean, everybody wanted to be there and could. It
was the hottest taken in town. But I'll tell you
after Erica Kirk spoken, it is a beautiful speech she
made talking about the success, the success of Turning when
talking about the fact that people are calling her a grift,
but at the same time she's fulfilling Charlie's obligations. I mean,
and she made it very clear that she didn't care
what those people thought. Great speech, she looked amazing. And

(07:24):
then Ben Shapiro comes and all of us and I
had some other media hit set up and they were like, yeah,
we're gonna talk about Erica Kirk speach.

Speaker 9 (07:31):
I'm like cool.

Speaker 1 (07:33):
Ben Shapiro speaks, an he blew things up a little
bit and you.

Speaker 10 (07:36):
Started hearing everybody muttering, and suddenly all of media row
turned from Erica's speech to did you hear what Ben
Shapiro said? And immediately the whole vibe and the mood
shifted to one of oh, man, are we divided? It
was sad to see, but it wasn't anybody at Turning
Point that was divided.

Speaker 9 (07:53):
It was the people on stage, like you mentioned.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
So here's the deal. I'm gonna mention this one time,
and then I'm done mentioning their names because and I'm
going to show some straw poles, because I believe the
straw poles of these young people, these thirty some thousand,
are reflective of what the American voters feel, not what
a bunch of millionaire podcasters, talk show hosts, former politicians
whatever may believe or think. Right, and everybody knows who
I'm talking about. I don't have to mention their names

(08:17):
because I don't want to be one of those people
who's out there trash talking people that trash talk to
each other on a national stage in front of millions
of people, because I think that's asinine and what are
you doing? This was supposed to be Charlie's legacy in
the first year since we lost him. How about be positive?
So was it right or wrong for Ben to bring
it up on that stage, Well, that's up for debate.

(08:37):
Was it right or wrong for the three people then
after to attack him and name call and act like
petty children? Yeah, that was a bit much kids, Okay.
And I know all the players, I've been on their shows.
They've been on my show maybe except for Megan. Other
than that, I know them all. It was ridiculous. Let's
look at some straw poles. Because you were there, you
know what the energy was like in that room with
these young people. Right. So if you look at the

(09:00):
number one threat the graph on the left, those people
feel like the number one threat to America on the
homeland is Islam, not Israel, not the Jews, no Islam.
And then it goes down the list and there's many
other things that they feel is a threat to our nation.
Then if you look at the right chart, this is
again exit poll from the thirty thousand folks that were there.
It's a straw poll. You could say it's not science. Dan,
that's fine. So this one ask them about if they

(09:23):
thought like Israel's a friend, not a friend, bad or
good for us? Only thirteen percent of that crowd. We're like, yeah,
maybe we shouldn't be as friendly with Israel as we are. Again,
I'm so tired of this fight. You can disagree with
an administration, but you don't hate a people. And these
people out there that are bringing up their conspiracy theories,
whether it's about Erica and TPSA and Charlie's murder, or

(09:45):
about Bibbi and Israeli government and the Masad and all
this stuff. Stop taking your eye off the prize. And Tulsi,
jd Anna, Pauline A, Luna, Benny Johnson, they all got it.
They said, let's unify who's the real enemy, the radical,
not even radical, the left, Democrats, the left.

Speaker 10 (10:06):
Would you agree with that assessment completely? And it was
disrespectful to Erica Kirk. I mean, you know, they made
it about them. And the thing is, both Charlie Kirk
and Donald Trump's movements, none of the Turning Point movements
or the MAGA movement has ever been about the individuals,
never about Charlie. It was about the students in Charlie
Kirk's incidents or the people with Donald Trump. These people
made it about them, yes, and they did it in

(10:28):
Charlie Kirk's absence, and it was disrespectful to Erica. And
that was the big deal about this. And like you said,
and it was over a fringe issue. These very few
people on a fringe issue that nobody cares about is
dividing the entire movement and it's going to have repercussions
in twenty twenty six.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
That's what I'm now.

Speaker 10 (10:44):
Will create a much bigger issue for everybody that people
will care about a lot more than the thirteen percent
that care about Israel.

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Yeah, the mid terms, the midterms, the midterms which then
go into the general in twenty eight, start unifying, Stop
arguing over conspiracy theories and who takes money from human,
who gets more money from who, because we could point
fingers that way too. Exactly For the ones that are
pointing fingers, going he takes seven K, seven K, I
can say I don't take seven K, but I could
point fingers at you and go, you take money from Qatar.

(11:10):
Just knock it off. Stop the division. Let's go back
to something positive and end this way. What you saw
for those four days, what would you say is the
message moving forward with our movement and take Thursday out,
get rid of Thursday and all the negative stuff and
the positive your message after being there and witnessing this
record breaking monumental America Fest.

Speaker 10 (11:31):
In Phoenix, well I'll say this, And the funny thing
is everybody likes to go to these events to hear
the speakers.

Speaker 9 (11:37):
I spent a lot of time on media rokues.

Speaker 10 (11:38):
I'm a media guy, I hear as many of the
speeches as I can, but most of the time I'm
out there in front of a camera. When you're on
the floor amongst the people walking around, all you hear
is motivation. They're excited to see people they see on TV.
But they're not there to go, oh, look that so
and so. They're there to meet people. They're there to collaborate,
they're there to work together. They're to be effective. And

(11:59):
so forget what was happening on stage and the stuff
in the media. What you felt a turning point was
a lot of young people, more young people than is
ever attended turning point, by the way, motivated to change America.
So the rest of this stuff, it's a distraction, it's
a headline no one for talk about.

Speaker 9 (12:13):
It's noise.

Speaker 10 (12:14):
But what was happening actually in the halls and on
the ground, the camaraderie that I felt, the faith, the inspiration,
the motivation, that was the significance of it.

Speaker 1 (12:23):
That next movement is still strong, moving stronger than ever.
Love it. And those four or five names that were
being divisive, Look, guys, that's for clicks, that's for engagement.
They make money off of you. Guys, when you do that,
I don't monetize mine, as I've told you for years,
so I don't need you to interact with me. I
don't have to make up conspiracy theories. I don't have
to attack people in the movement because I don't make

(12:43):
money on that crap. I can't say that about those
spoiled millionaires who attacked each other. So let's keep it
focused on TPUSA, their mission, a widow Charlie's legacy, and
not so much about a handful of people arguing and
pissing and moaning about stuff. Thank you for that. Let's
end on one more positive thing. You're gonna be with
us for a couple of months. Throw the pick up.
We want to take congratulations real quick to our dear

(13:05):
friend Chanel Rion. Look at this beautiful family such Americana.
There's her hubs, their boy who I can't believe how
big he is, you know, Oh my goodness, and now
a sweet new baby girl. And because she just gave
birth over the weekend, you're gonna be filling in for
a few months out hear.

Speaker 10 (13:22):
Yeah, absolutely, it's an honor to do it, and it's
great that Chanelle could be home with the family, and
I could be here just trying to keep the wheels
on the thing. Yeah, I'm gonna do my best, you know,
I try to keep the wheels on when you're gone.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
And you're supposed to be filling in for me this
week because I'm taking a week off for Christmas. But
he's going to be here till March for Chanelle. So
unfortunately my show will be dark for about four or
five days. But that's okay, thank you.

Speaker 10 (13:42):
It's my owner to do it. And then thanks to
the network and thinks that Chanel's are trusting me. And
hopefully I bring you guys all of the news you
expect from Chanelle. And yeah, hopefully you're in good hands.

Speaker 9 (13:52):
I think so.

Speaker 1 (13:52):
Well. Welcome aboard for the next you, my friend Pollock,
thanks for that report on Amfest. God bless you man,

(16:34):
the war on drugs, the Trump Administration escalates its ongoing
drug trafficking war, seizing another ven It's went an oil
tanker linked to narco terror funding. How do you think
they pay for it all? In a bold pre dawn operation,
US forces, under the direction of our President, sees another
oil tanker. Early Saturday morning, US Special operators conducted another

(16:55):
helicopter boarding of a tanker in international waters, capture the
ship used by Venezuela's Cartel of the Suns to sell oil,
which then funds their narcotic shipments to our country. Again,
Thank you, mister President, Thank you Special Operators. DHS Secretary
Christynome stating quote, the United States will continue to pursue

(17:17):
the illicit movement of sanctioned oil that is used to
fund narco terrorism in that region. We will find you,
and we will stop you. End quote. The US Coast
Guard is also actively pursuing a third sanctioned oil tanker
in international waters that is said to be near Venezuela
as part of President Trump's blockade against these vessels that

(17:38):
are tied to the Maduro regime. The operation announced yesterday
targets an unidentified tanker from Venezuela's dark Fleet, allegedly flying
under a false flag and under a judicially seizure order
for sanctions evasion. Now they're trying to hide a tanker
out in the ocean from US. Look at these dirty
little Meantime, in a massive display of shock and awe,

(18:02):
the US military has unleashed a wave of retaliatory air
strikes in Syria targeting ISIS, the Operation Hawkeye Strike. More
than one hundred precision guided bombs and rockets were dropped
on over seventy ISIS targets on Friday, Trump told you,

(18:23):
when you killed a couple of our boys over there,
we were going to hit your butts. The massive bombardment,
supported by the Royal Jordanian Air Force, hit command centers,
weapon depots, logistic hubs, killing several members of ISIS. The
assault in direct response to last week's deadly insider attack,
where a gunman killed two Iowa National Guard troops twenty

(18:46):
five year old Sergeant Edgar Bryan Torres Tovar and twenty
nine year old Sergeant William Nathaniel Howard, along with an
American interpreter, HM Swift Justice. I hope they hit more
joining us now retired Navy seal and chief Talent officer
at Overwatch Mission Critical Urpell Mike Sirelli back on the show, Mike,

(19:08):
you want to start with the strikes against ISIS? Or
down there nail in the narco terrorist My friend Mary
Christmas so.

Speaker 3 (19:13):
Much to get to. Let's start with ISIS?

Speaker 1 (19:15):
Sure so they hit us? And let me recap for everybody.
This was a soldier who was working for the Syrian
army who turned his gun on our troops, wounded, some
Syrian forces, killed two of ours plus the interpreter. Did
we find out yet? Was this guy radicalized once he

(19:35):
was already in the Syrian army or was he always
a member of ISIS who was hiding in plain sight?
Do we know yet?

Speaker 3 (19:42):
We don't. And this is what we refer to as
an insider attack, and what I love is that President
Trump didn't find a wait to find out that information
ICE still exists.

Speaker 1 (19:52):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (19:52):
Again, I've said this, even though we withdrew from Afghanistan,
it doesn't mean the global war on terror is done.
It just looks very differ in these strikes that we
saw over the weekend is what it looks like going
into the future. It's going to be intel driven raids.
It's going to be hypervigilance alongside our partner forces. But
I mean, we have to send a message to this

(20:14):
region of the world that only understands power. If you
touch one American, we're going to kill one hundred, We're
going to destroy your infrastructure. You kill one hundred Americans,
we're gonna hit ten thousand. And that's not proportional. And
I've heard in the media people talking about a proportional
response to the loss of these three Americans. Guys, there
is no proportionality when it comes to an ideology.

Speaker 1 (20:33):
Yep, you won't hear that from me on this program.
You hit one of our boys, kill a million of
I don't care. Okay, you've heard me say before. Islam
on the ground in this nation I think is our
biggest threat, and earlier I talked about it in the
exit poll of America Fest this weekend. Even the young
people at AMFES said, the biggest threat to the homeland

(20:55):
is Islam, and so if they're hitting our boys over there,
and they're already here amongst us, theyre going to hit
us here. So we got to do it. By the way,
I got to ask you real quick because I noticed
in the video, I'm so glad we have a commander
in chief who doesn't check his watch when we're doing
the dignified transfer of remains of our heroes. Did you
appreciate that, Mike, because I remember Joe Biden after the

(21:18):
exit of Afghanistan check that watch about what three four
five times while we're bringing those thirteen boys and girls home.

Speaker 3 (21:25):
I'm sure that's going to be seared into the minds
of every president moving forward. It was the biggest faux pa.
It was disrespectful and no president, well you know what,
President's probably removing their watches at this point. But we've
always known that Trump has been a big supporter. I mean,
he says it constantly. I've got you back. As well
as Secretary of War Haigeseth. He showed the honor and
dignity that these young service members who gave their lives deserve,

(21:49):
as well as the families.

Speaker 1 (21:51):
Before we moved to Venezuela, the tanker and the drug boats.
I do want to play this from our d and
I had Tulci Gabbard because she brought up Islam at
America Fest roll it.

Speaker 11 (22:02):
The bottom line is this, when we talk about the
threat of Islamism, this political ideology, there is no such
thing as individual freedom or liberty. As Charlie said over
and over again, it is fundamentally incompatible with our nation's
foundation of freedom.

Speaker 1 (22:21):
Final thoughts on that before we moved to Venezuela A.

Speaker 3 (22:24):
Charlie Kirk was right, totally incompatible. And it's a difficult
situation to identify which Muslims are assimilating to cultural values,
to US values, and who are not. But there's got
to be a point to which those that will not assimilate,
that are preaching about Sharia law, we've got to get
them out. They are incompatible with American society and for

(22:46):
what we stand for. Send them back to their countries.
As rough and as harsh as that may sound.

Speaker 1 (22:51):
Doesn't sound rougher harsh to me. Mike it's a reality.
Their ideology. Forget the word religion. Their ideology does not
mesh with America period. All right, let's go down south
where the Liberals and some Republicans, one or two idiots
in DC are still claiming that we're hitting fishing boats
and we shouldn't be seizing these tankers. By the way,

(23:11):
big kudos of the Special operators. Once again, folks don't understand. Mike.
Tell them how hard it is with everything involved, hovering
a chopper, repelling down a rope, and taking a tanker
like this right here. Explain it for him for the
folks in the cheap seats.

Speaker 3 (23:24):
One of the most dangerous missions we run because whenever
you add water around you, it complicates the operations. So
even coming in via Hilo, you've got the mist of
the water, you're wet. What's even worse is if you
do a climb up a boat from a small vessel.
Trying to climb a caving ladder with fifty to eighty

(23:45):
pounds of equipment is the most difficult thing I've ever done,
and almost fallen fallen off some of those ladders. But
this is the precision of our special operations at night
under night vision to take down a taker of this
size and again hit the bottom line, the wallet of Maduro.
And I hope they continue to take these tankers, part
of the dark Fleet, as we're calling it, because this

(24:07):
will economically crush Maduro, it will further isolate them and
hopefully result in regime change.

Speaker 1 (24:13):
Yep, and people hate that phrase. Oh my god, America
and Balda. Listen, guys, we're not saying we're gonna take
the caia down there, kill this guy and then install somebody.
We're stopping the cash and the drugs. If he runs
out of money, money goes with power, he leaves power,
then their people will hopefully have a fair election and
put someone in new that they approve of. Because it's
be real. We know that election down there was rigged

(24:35):
and he's not even the legitimate president. So nobody's trying
to regime change. We're trying to get a guy out
who's bought and paid for and connected with the drug cartels.
Not to mention, let me bring Islam back in. I
understand there's Hamas training camps on the little islands just
off the coast of Venezuela, so he's helping out the
terrorists he's helping out the drug dealers while he's sitting
there and all of his people are living in poverty,

(24:58):
and Venezuela's gone to hell.

Speaker 3 (25:01):
China, you're also in getting China out of the Western hemisphere.
Here's a problem. Whatever Trump does in our Western hemisphere
to make our situation, our sovereignty stronger, to protect our
American people. The Democratic Party, which is now the party
that has a problem to every solution, is going to
speak up and try to be a hindrance to progress
for America. And it's got to stop. This president is

(25:23):
making decisive, strong decisions. Hey, and at some point you
just got to get behind the president, whether you're left
or right, when he's trying to make situations better for
American citizens.

Speaker 1 (25:35):
Mike, if I don't see you, Merry Christmas, brother, God
bless you service to this nation and thank you for
the insight and expertise this past year. Hope to see
it in the new year. A lot on this program.
Take care you will, straight ahead, Angel Mom. Cammy Nobles
is going to be here the weigh in on the
passage of the Kayla Hamilton Act, a bill just approved

(25:59):
by Congress last week in honor of her late daughter
stay with us. Hey, did you know that One America
News Network has launched a twenty four to seven Twitter
like social media replacement. We're calling it free Talk forty five.

free talk because you will not be censored for expressing
your opinion there, and forty five because forty five is
a really lucky number. So join us at free Talk
forty five and express yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey,

(26:44):
if your cable provider doesn't offer One America News Network,
you should get them a call and kindly demand that
they carry away in Now you're the customer, and without
your feedback, your cable provider will not know that there
is a strong demand across this country for one America
News Network. So please call your cable company today and

(27:08):
kindly ask or demand that they add OANN to their
channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a question for you. What
does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all have
in common? The answer is that all three platforms offer

(27:28):
you the ability to live stream One America News Network
from your Roku TV, Apple TV, or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store, search out forn then
enjoy all the great programming offered BYN, including my show
Real America. Viewers are always asking me how can they

(27:50):
watch OAN live? The solution is simple. It's a streaming
platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled klow tv. Simply
go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch twenty
four to seven live feeds of a wayn The live
package is only two dollars and fifty cents per month

(28:12):
for all you can watch. Again, simply go to cloudtv
dot com.

Speaker 12 (28:17):
And do it today.

Speaker 1 (28:49):
Okay, I don't know who's running social media accounts the
Trump administration, whether it's Border patrol or Homeland Security, but
their people are hilarious. That was a little intro about
the six hundred thousand folks who are bye by the illegals. Anyway,
there's no place like home for the holidays, and thanks

(29:10):
to the Trump administration, as you saw right there, over
six hundred thousand illegal aliens are back where they should
be at Christmas, with another nearly two million choosing to
leave on their own accord. You heard me, so two
point six million illegals out of here, either we deported
them or they self deported. Don't forget Joe and Kamada

(29:30):
let in somewhere between fifteen and twenty some million. So
two point six is a good start, but the effort
is far from over. Twenty twenty five was a historic
year for the Department of Homeland Security under Trump and
leadership of Christy Nome, with an emphasis on border security,
immigration enforcement, cyber defense, and disaster response. The numbers show

(29:51):
border crossings have plummeted ninety three percent in one year.
Daily apprehensions down to an average of just two hundred
and forty. For seven straight months, the Border Patrol reports
zero alien releases. That means they catch them, we send
them home, we don't let them loose. Since President Trump

(30:12):
took office, nationwide apprehensions have averaged under ten thousand a month.
Compared to the previous regime, apprehensions are down fifty three percent. Additionally,
the administration is moving fast on infrastructure, awarding more than
five billion dollars in new wall contracts, enforcement up, border
patrol hiring eighty four percent up year over year. Department

(30:34):
Home Land Security now get this offering a Christmas bonus
to illegals who self deport. Okay, before they were offering
a grand Now they're calling it the holiday incentive, tripling
it three thousand dollars to get out if you leave
before the end of the year. Get out. Now, I
know what you're going to say, three grand dan. Listen, folks,

(30:55):
If they sat here and sucked off our federal and
state and local dollars for just another month or two,
that goes past three thousand bucks. So this actually saves
us money. I hate to say it. DHS is selling
the program as a way to reduce detention and enforcement costs,
claiming it is way cheaper to have them leave instead
of having to arrest and then detain, house and feed,

(31:18):
and then ship home. It makes a lot more sense
this holiday season. Immigration custom enforcements working around the clock
to ensure that we all have a silent night and
safer streets. ICE working overtime trying to round up these
bad homebreds and ship them home. Those arrested, including criminals
with tons of prior convictions. We're talking about bank robbers, burglars, kidnappers,

(31:44):
assault rapists, violent criminals. These foreign invaders come from a
multitude of lands, not just black and brown people. So
don't start telling me this is racist, folks. I don't
want to hear it. They're kicking out illegal criminal aliens period.
Last Tuesday, get this, the House of Representatives passed South

(32:05):
Carolina Congressman Russell Fry's Kayla Hamilton Act, which aims to
prevent violent crimes by unaccompanied Alien children, or UACs as
they're referred. The bill is named after Kayla Hamilton, who
was brutally murdered by Walter Xavier Martinez, a UAC released

(32:27):
under the Biden regime to a sponsor by the Department
of Health and Human Services before any background checks could
be completed. They didn't vet and this scumbag, Yeah, I
don't care if they're fifteen or thirty five. This scumbag
had a prior criminal history. Oh and by the way,
he had connections to the notorious MS thirteen gang and

(32:52):
later admitted to multiple rapes and murders and other violent
crimes in other countries and obviously here on our homeland.
Joining me now to comment about the House passage of
this bill and more importantly, the deportation of these illegal
criminal alien thugs. Kayla's mom, Angel Mother Timmy Nobles back

(33:17):
on the program, Cammy, So nice to see you. Merry
Christmas and thank you for having the intestinal fortitude to
come on live television and talk about this, especially during
this time of year, knowing that your sweet daughter is
no longer with us. I want to start with the
passage of the bill, and I will say thank you

(33:40):
to the members of the House who passed this. I
wish more democrats. I wish the entire House and the
entire Senate would have agreed on this bill. In your
daughter's honor. It made sense to me.

Speaker 6 (33:53):
Yes, I was really happy that it passed because this
bill is is common sense. I know everything firsthand. Everything
in this bill was what could have prevented her murder.

(34:14):
Everything in that bill was the cause of her murder.
Everything about it is with her case. First, they did
not on any unaccompanied min you know, minor child. They
do not do background checks. They did not background checked him.
We found out from the Jim Jordan's people that they

(34:41):
were more worried asking him what his sexual orientation was
and worried about his background if he was bisexual, straight
or whatever, Like what.

Speaker 5 (34:51):
Does that matter? Like why are you asking him that?
Like you should have checked his background.

Speaker 1 (34:56):
Well, yeah, we know, cared more about somebody which you
can't change your gender some I'm not even going down
that stupid rabbit hole. But how old was this kid,
by the way, when he was let in? He was
supposedly sixteen sixteen, so again doesn't matter. We've seen thirteen
year olds commit murder, So sixteen, thirteen, forty six, eighty six,

(35:17):
I don't care. And then we find out that he
copped to a bunch of other crimes back in his
homeland and here because he was a member of Aunty right, Yeah,
he was a gang banger.

Speaker 5 (35:27):
Yeah, he had our criminal record.

Speaker 6 (35:30):
He they did not vet him. And with what some
of the Democrats are saying is that they're going to
do strip searches. Nobody said that in the bill. The
bill does not say anything about a strip charch at all.
All they're going to do they have to have a

(35:51):
physical done anyway. You can't come into a country and
not get checked, brainy rashes, any diseases.

Speaker 5 (35:58):
They have to check you basically make sure you're well.

Speaker 6 (36:02):
So all they're doing is just another box saying, hey,
there's a tattoo located right here.

Speaker 5 (36:08):
Let's take a closer look and see.

Speaker 1 (36:13):
Guys have the symbols on the knuckles right that stand
for MS thirty.

Speaker 5 (36:17):
Yeah, I mean, it's all we're doing.

Speaker 6 (36:20):
But the thing is, it's okay for American children that
are juveniles to get physical check when they.

Speaker 5 (36:28):
Go into jail.

Speaker 6 (36:29):
They do intrusive searches, cavities and all. But that's okay,
that's okay, But it happens to the UAC's coming over here,
it's not okay.

Speaker 1 (36:39):
Well standards.

Speaker 6 (36:42):
Yeah, they're not doing strip searches, they're not holding them
longer than needed. They're holding the ones that are possible
criminals because you don't want them in a home with
other UACs or sponsors that are going to be sponsoring
these children.

Speaker 1 (37:03):
But tell me, let's not forget what we learned about
the Biden Harris regime. They didn't even vet some of
these families because some of the scumbag families were taking
some of these UACs who weren't murderous thugs like the
one that took your sweet daughter, but some of the
kids that were coming here for a better life, and
they ship them out to be sex traffic or worked
labor traffic. Yeah. So, I mean the Biden regime didn't
vet the kids or the adults coming in, and they

(37:24):
didn't vet the damn families that were taking some of
these kids. That's how Joe lost three hundred and eighty
five thousand children.

Speaker 6 (37:30):
I mean, and this is what this bill does. It
protects everyone. And his sponsor was not checked. They don't
know was an his uncle or who it was, and
she let him go out from her care and the
government didn't get involved until months after he killed Kayla,
and then they filed the missing team report on him,

(37:52):
and the sponsor didn't file the missing team report.

Speaker 5 (37:55):
O R R filed the missing team report. You knew
where he was.

Speaker 1 (38:00):
And the family that housed him didn't even report him
missing for a while.

Speaker 5 (38:03):
They him missing until after he murdered.

Speaker 1 (38:05):
Well, then they were corrupt too because they weren't vetted.
I'm almost out of time, Tammy, but I just want
to get this out there.

Speaker 6 (38:09):
So yeah, I mean, yea, her case is just so
complicated and so much involved and.

Speaker 1 (38:14):
Well, but it's disgusting that you were saying seven Democrats
in the House voted with Republicans to advance it to
the Senate. It'll be interesting to see after the holidays
how many Senators vote. I think it's disgusting only seven
Democrats agreed with Republicans to put this Act in your
daughter's name into law so we can stop this from
ever happening again. And Senators you better pass it. We

(38:36):
know Trump will sign it. Tammy, with a few seconds left,
I'll give you the final word on all of this.

Speaker 6 (38:43):
I'm you know, I'm hoping that it will pass in
the Senate. You know, like I said, just read her bill.
It has nothing to do with straight search. It's not
holding in by longer protecting and it's protecting all children
that come across the border and American citizens that are

(39:04):
going to be amongst these children.

Speaker 1 (39:06):
Amen.

Speaker 5 (39:07):
It just makes common sense to have this.

Speaker 6 (39:11):
Kayla would have been alive, but this bill would have
been in effect. But I'm trying to do, you know,
honor Kayla's memory and to save other lives.

Speaker 5 (39:21):
I mean, that's it. I'm doing what I can.

Speaker 1 (39:25):
Of course, Sure, Timmy, God bless you. Thank you so much.
You're speaking out and speaking because Kayla can no longer speak.
I know it's going to be a rough Christmas for you,
but God bless you, dear you take care, Okay.

Speaker 5 (39:41):
Thank you?

Speaker 1 (39:41):
Yeah up next. Most economists agree next year will be
a banner year for the US economy, which means construction
of new homes and commercial properties are going to skyrocket.
But do builders have everything they need to feed the growth.
One CEO who supports the Trump tariffs says no, and
he has a re quest for the President. He'll tell

(40:01):
you next. Hey, if your cable provider doesn't offer one

Speaker 13 (42:14):
Ever Tonight, after eleven months, our border is secure, inflation
is stopped, wages are up, prices are down, our nation
is strong, America is respected, and our country is back

(42:37):
stronger than ever before. We're poised for an economic boom
the likes of which the world has never seen.

Speaker 1 (42:45):
Boom. That was last week when President Trump, probably proclaiming
his administration has reversed a lot of the damage left
behind by the Biden Harris regime, putting America back on
a winning path. And I would say, even before them,
let's be real, folks, with everything we've shipped overseas for decades, right,
the whole globalization, which started way back with Carter Reagan

(43:07):
in the first Bush. It wasn't like Bill Clinton and
Obama the only ones that did it. This started decades ago,
and in just eleven months, Trump and his America First
Economic team and policies are pulling us back from the brink.
He's cut inflation. We told you about the numbers last Friday.
They're way down, restoring stability for working families. The message
is clear. After years of decline, America safer, stronger and

(43:31):
moving forward under real leadership. The commander in chief highlight
of core. Inflation has reached nowt its lowest level in
five years. Wages are now once again rising faster than inflation.
Healthcare and prescription drug prices, how about what he did
last week with them? Drug prices are going to come
way down. Gas is down except in Comifronia where I live.

(43:54):
The border is way more secure. And that's the beginning.
We're only eleven months in. President Trump also touting his
team's economic hat trick accomplishment in the first year of
his administration despite the naysayers predictions and inflation was going
to be huge. Oh no, it's cooled off. The latest
number showing the consumer price index fell to an annual

(44:16):
rate of just two point seven. The administration also implemented
his sweeping tariffs, the highest in almost a century, and
using them to leverage to try and protect our domestic
industries and then negotiate new trade deals without triggering massive
price spikes. Yes, a few things went up, but not

(44:36):
like the naysayers said back in Fibruary March. Additionally, the
Fed Reserve has cut interest rates three times, providing a
significant boost to the housing and credit markets. And you
know when the new Fed chair goes in in May,
it's going to go down again. And I firmly believe
by next summer you're going to see our economy. You're
going to see construction. It's going to be booming. Our

(45:00):
next guest has been a Trump supporter and in favor
of the tariffs, but he also has a request of
the Trump administration. Let's ask him about it. Joining us now,
the CEO and owner of Lift High Crane and Rigging
Mike Appling on the program for the first time. Mike,
nice to meet you. So you own a crane company.

(45:20):
That's the ones that we see. Anytime you're building any
sort of small, medium, or large high rise, you've got
to have a crane, right whether it's commercial or residential building.
We have a shortage, is.

Speaker 8 (45:31):
That right, Yes, sir, there is a shortage right now,
and we're looking for some type of modification or relief.
The tariffs have impacted each crane in some cases up
to millions of dollars of increased cost, so it's really
shut down the import of cranes. Importantly, these jobs in
manufacturing hubs were never really in the United States. All

(45:52):
trend cranes and tower cranes were always made overseas, and
so we just need some kind of modification for a
period of time to figure out how we can potentially
manufacture them over here. But we definitely don't want a
shortage right now. Whether it's chip plants, data centers, LNG,
you need cranes to build those facilities, right And we
are one hundred percent aligned with President Trump that we

(46:13):
want to make American manufacturing great again. But you have
to have cranes for every bit of it.

Speaker 1 (46:17):
There you go. All right, Now, China doesn't make these cranes, right,
where do these cranes mainly get made.

Speaker 8 (46:22):
They're primarily made in Germany and Japan, and China.

Speaker 3 (46:25):
Does make and there are friends, which have always been.

Speaker 8 (46:27):
A safety issue, and people that were not buying Chinese
cranes previously are now starting to buy them because they
just can't ignore the economics. And that's a national security
and safety issue.

Speaker 1 (46:37):
Yeah, so no China cranes, but Germany and Japan have them.
There are friends. Maybe we can work out something in
the trade deals in tariffs to get some If we
had to build them on the homeland, though, that's going
to take a few years, right, And if we're going
to start building a lot of stuff next year as
Trump predicts, those cranes wouldn't even be built in time. Right,
there's no way.

Speaker 8 (46:56):
There's less than three percent of all terrain cranes or
manufactured in the United States, and it would take four
to five years to get a crane plant built and
up and running with the production.

Speaker 1 (47:05):
Okay, So if you can put an all call, and
I have it on good authority that folks and the
administration even the top guy watches this show. So if
you had an all call out to forty seven or
his team about all this construction that's going to go
on next year that they say is coming, we need cranes,
make that pitch to them, Mike.

Speaker 8 (47:25):
Brain owners in the United States want to support making
American manufacturing great again. But we need the cranes and
we need to be able to buy them cost efficiently,
and we will achieve those agendas.

Speaker 1 (47:35):
All right, Mike Gappling, the CEO and owner of Lyft
High Crane and rigging down in Texas right as where
you're based, good old lost inter State. Gotta love it,
mister President. There you go. We need cranes. Thank you, Mike.
Merry Christmas, Happy New Year to you. Merry Christmas, thank you, sir.
Yep stick around Up next, we started the show with
highlights from this year's Amazing America Fest from TPUSA and

(47:59):
Phoenix Eras, and we're going to finish up tonight with
something that Nicki Minaj said about Christians being persecuted in
Nigeria and around the world. Don't go away. Hey, everyone,

Speaker 4 (50:28):
I personally want to know what inspired you to speak
out for the Christians that are being slaughtered in Nigeria.

Speaker 7 (50:36):
We won't be silenced ever again. We will speak up
for Christians wherever they are in this world.

Speaker 1 (50:47):
Wow. As I said at the beginning of this program,
thank you Nicki minash words. I thought I would never say,
but you got to thank her. I mean, she has
millions and millions of followers, and for folks that didn't
know about Christians being persecuted and slaughtered across the globe,
especially in Nigeria, she just brought attention to it. So

(51:08):
God bless you. As Christmas draws near, a crisis of
epic proportion continues at this hour in Nigeria, a nation
of two hundred million people. Crippled by fear as the
season of peace, hope, and prosperity is being ripped apart
by the threat of yes a Christian genocide. President Trump

(51:29):
has redesignated Nigeria has caught a country of particular concern,
accusing the government of failing to protect Christians from what, folks,
what I've been talking about for the last year, radical Islam.
It's estimated that since two thousand and nine, the beginning
of the bolk Aram insurgency, that at least one hundred
and eighty five thousand people have been killed. Why simply

(51:54):
because of their faith. The death toll includes one hundred
and twenty five in Christians and sixty thousand non violent Muslims.
You see, that's how Islam works. If you're not on
board with they're crazy. They'll kill you even if you're
one of them. Now, show me people in the Jewish faith,
or the Christian faith, or the Hindu faith. Show me

(52:17):
another faith where it's join us or we kill you.
Only Islam now. President Trump has directed the Department Offense
pardon me, Department of War, guys, it's Department of War
to prepare for possible operations in Nigeria to eliminate these militants,
warning the US might have to enter the country quote

(52:39):
guns a blazon. Don't worry, We're not going to get
into a forever war in Nigeria. They have no military
that could even do a fingerprick to America. Okay, it
would be saving Christians, and I'm pretty sure that a
lot of our boys and girls in uniform would be
okay with it. He's also threatened to cut off all
US AID and SO to Nigeria if the country continues

(53:02):
to allow these attacks to take place. This as intelligence
reports warn that radical militias are mobilizing at this very hour,
preparing to turn Christmas Morning into a bloody rampage. Word
is they plan to invade villages of Christians on Christmas
to disrupt what Christmas church services Christmas Eve twenty twenty three,

(53:25):
So one hundred and forty people get slaughtered, multiple villages attacked.
Situations so bad Nigerian Christians are being issued quote survival
guides for the holiday season so they can find a
quick way to escape. Are you kidding me? This is
what they're dealing with. Folks. Think about that, if you

(53:46):
were persecuted for being a Christian, okay, think about it.
On Sunday, December fourteenth, the government invaded a church in
central Nigeria, kidnapping at least thirteen worshippers. Some outlets are
reporting that as many as victims were abducted, including kids
and the elderly. The assault triggered a gunfight between the
kidnappers and local hunters and armed residents employed by the

(54:10):
state government to act as a first line of defense
against these murderous Islamic thugs. At least one worshiper was killed,
along with four or five of the kidnappers. Several others
hurt in the hail of gunfire. Joining us now to
discuss what's happening to Christians down in Nigeria. He's the
founder of the nonprofit group Equipping the Persecuted and founder

(54:35):
of Truth Nigeria. Jud Saw on the program for the
first time. Jud thank you so much for coming on.
Explain to my thank you you're having you on, really appreciated. Oh,
of course, of course, I don't think enough people are
talking about what's happening to Christians down in Nigeria and elsewhere.
Let's be real, right, I don't know of any really
friendly Muslim nation where if you're a Christian or a

(54:58):
Jew and you live where it is predominantly run by
Muslims and Islam is the main faith. They're not inviting
you over for tea and crumpets and singing Kumbaya around
the fire, now, are they. Ah?

Speaker 14 (55:12):
No, In fact, it's the direct opposite. They are hell
bent on turning Nigeria to a Muslim caliphate and killing
any Christian or non radical Muslim in its way. And
that's what they've been doing for the last twenty years.

Speaker 1 (55:26):
Pretty disgusting. Tell folks what your nonprofit does.

Speaker 14 (55:30):
So we are a boots on the ground mission we
formed six years ago to respond to the attacks within
forty eight hours. We are there with aid, food, medicine,
doing everything we can do to help our persecuted brothers
and sisters. But then we also work with village security teams.
We are trying to teach them how to protect their villages,
how to save as many lives as possible, whether it's

(55:53):
medical training, whether it's emergency training, or even if it's
installing village alarm systems, which is what we've been doing
a lot lately, and being there to treat the wounded,
help those that have been killed. But also we have
taken it upon ourselves with Truth Nigeria that when we
get information about terrorist activity going on, terrorist movement going on.

Speaker 1 (56:16):
We've been issuing.

Speaker 14 (56:17):
Terror alerts for the last two years and we've issued
over one hundred and twenty five terror alerts with ninety
percent accuracy.

Speaker 1 (56:24):
Oh wonderful, you're saving lives. Jud you're saving lives. God
bless you brother. Where's your funding coming from? How's your staff?
How's your on the ground game? Like, just fill us
in on how it's going and what you need and
how my viewers can help you.

Speaker 14 (56:38):
So we only have a staff of four here in
the United States, but we have a staff of one
hundred and fifty Nigerians on the ground.

Speaker 1 (56:45):
Okay.

Speaker 14 (56:45):
We try to keep everything very very small here in
the US and put as much impact we can in Nigeria.
And we're spread throughout the Middle Belt, so we can
respond and be reactive within a short amount of time
to help save lives and help save people and then
they can. People can partner with us monthly at our
organ at Equipping the Persecuted dot Org. For a little

(57:07):
over a dollar a day, you can help defend and
save the life of a persecuted Christian.

Speaker 1 (57:11):
I love that. So it's Equipping the Persecuted dot org.
We've got their X handle up right there, Equipped Persecuted,
so you can go on X learn more, then log
onto the website. Help jud and the team out to
help our fellow Christians in Nigeria. And I would imagine
Jud too that your movement and your expertise in this

(57:32):
field will come in handy in other nations in the
near future, because it's not just Nigeria that's persecuting Christians
pre real We've seen Christians killed in Syria and other
nations as well. We've got to keep the pressure on
these nations, these Muslim nations that are trying to kill
Christians and Jews simply over their faith. Jud saw again
the founder of Equipping the Persecuted and founder of Truth Nigeria.

(57:55):
Let me just say God bless you and merry Christmas.
Face there and thank you sir, God blessed. Yeah, God
bless you and folks. That's going to wrap up another
edition of Real America here on OI and just quick
programming note, the team and I will be taken off
the rest of this week for Christmas. I hope you
do as well, and enjoy that time with your family
and loved ones. We'll be back next Monday. I believe

(58:16):
that's the twenty ninth. But let's remember something, okay, as
we head into this season of hopefully you like me,
our season of faith, our season of rebirth, our season
of our Christian faith, and think about what's happening around
the globe, but more importantly for US Americans, think about

(58:39):
what's happening here at home. Think about the divide you
just saw within our MAGA America First Movement last week
I talked about at the beginning of the program. Not
going to go anymore into depth, but let's remember that
unity is key. Unity is key to save this republic.
And so try and drown out all this noise on

(59:00):
social media from folks in our movement, those millionaires I
was talking about, those podcasters, influencers that are now infighting
and name calling. Forget all that. Drown the noise out
and remember what matters and what should matter to you,
your faith, your family, and this country. And that's what
I'll end with. Thank you so much. I'll see you

(59:22):
next Monday. Till then y'all know what to do. Be
proud Americans. We should be. We've got to be brave.
It's a crazy world and God bless you all. I
see you next week.

The Burden

The Burden

The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three). Maggie had come to believe that the entire investigation of David was botched by the tiny local police department, or worse, covered up the real killer. Was Maggie correct? Was David’s claim of innocence credible? In Death and Deceit in Alliance, Maggie recounts the case that launched her career, and ultimately, “broke” her.” The results will shock the listener and reduce Maggie to tears and self-doubt. This is not your typical wrongful conviction story. In fact, it turns the genre on its head. It asks the question: What if our champions are foolish? Season 4 - The Burden: Get the Money and Run “Trying to murder my father, this was the thing that put me on the path.” That’s Joe Loya and that path was bank robbery. Bank, bank, bank, bank, bank. In season 4 of The Burden: Get the Money and Run, we hear from Joe who was once the most prolific bank robber in Southern California, and beyond. He used disguises, body doubles, proxies. He leaped over counters, grabbed the money and ran. Even as the FBI was closing in. It was a showdown between a daring bank robber, and a patient FBI agent. Joe was no ordinary bank robber. He was bright, articulate, charismatic, and driven by a dark rage that he summoned up at will. In seven episodes, Joe tells all: the what, the how… and the why. Including why he tried to murder his father. Season 3 - The Burden: Avenger Miriam Lewin is one of Argentina’s leading journalists today. At 19 years old, she was kidnapped off the streets of Buenos Aires for her political activism and thrown into a concentration camp. Thousands of her fellow inmates were executed, tossed alive from a cargo plane into the ocean. Miriam, along with a handful of others, will survive the camp. Then as a journalist, she will wage a decades long campaign to bring her tormentors to justice. Avenger is about one woman’s triumphant battle against unbelievable odds to survive torture, claim justice for the crimes done against her and others like her, and change the future of her country. Season 2 - The Burden: Empire on Blood Empire on Blood is set in the Bronx, NY, in the early 90s, when two young drug dealers ruled an intersection known as “The Corner on Blood.” The boss, Calvin Buari, lived large. He and a protege swore they would build an empire on blood. Then the relationship frayed and the protege accused Calvin of a double homicide which he claimed he didn’t do. But did he? Award-winning journalist Steve Fishman spent seven years to answer that question. This is the story of one man’s last chance to overturn his life sentence. He may prevail, but someone’s gotta pay. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago. Season 1 - The Burden In the 1990s, Detective Louis N. Scarcella was legendary. In a city overrun by violent crime, he cracked the toughest cases and put away the worst criminals. “The Hulk” was his nickname. Then the story changed. Scarcella ran into a group of convicted murderers who all say they are innocent. They turned themselves into jailhouse-lawyers and in prison founded a lway firm. When they realized Scarcella helped put many of them away, they set their sights on taking him down. And with the help of a NY Times reporter they have a chance. For years, Scarcella insisted he did nothing wrong. But that’s all he’d say. Until we tracked Scarcella to a sauna in a Russian bathhouse, where he started to talk..and talk and talk. “The guilty have gone free,” he whispered. And then agreed to take us into the belly of the beast. Welcome to The Burden.
