Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America tonight and arrest. Five years
in the making, the FBI collars a prime suspect, they say,
connected to the suspicious pipe bombs that were planted in
our nation's capital on the eve of January sixth, in
front of the RNC and DNC headquarters. Is this the
right guy? We'll fill you in. Plus then in Swalen Vendetta,

(00:22):
President Trump once again threatens to launch ground strikes against
the drug card tells in Latin American countries will fill
you in and raising a glass for deportations. Free beer
for a month could be in your future if you
live in Idaho and you help Ice get rid of
the bad home brads. I'm dan Ball and Real America

(00:42):
starts right now. A good Thursday evening to you, folks,
Thanks so much for tuning in. Well, it's been five years,
and the FBI says as of today they finally have
their man, arresting a suspect in connection with the pipe

(01:04):
bombs that were placed in Washington, DC on the eve
of January sixth, twenty twenty one. Before the peaceful rally
on Capitol Hill turned violent, federal agents swarmed the Woodbridge,
Virginia home of thirty year old Brian Cole Junior this morning,
the first identification of a suspect and an investigation that

(01:25):
pretty much had stalled despite hundreds and hundreds and thousands
of tips and going through thousands of hours of video
and over one thousand interviews with witnesses. They say they
got their guy. Agents say that Cole matches surveillance footage
of the suspect, who they say is five to seven,
was wearing a gray hoodie, a mask, gloves and glasses. Also,

(01:49):
the shoes were very specific, they say in identifying the
person Nike air Max speed turf sneakers. I don't even
know what the heck those are. So now they believe
he's the one that put the pipe bombs. If you recall,
one was put in front of the Democrat National Committee
offices and the other Republican National Committee. They contained galvanized pipes, timers, wires,

(02:13):
and black powdered They tell us they were considered viable explosives,
even though they weren't put together properly and did not detonate.
The bombs were found about seventeen hours later on the
day of the Capital protest, temporarily halting the congressional certification
the twenty twenty presidential election results. FBI Director Cash Pattel

(02:35):
spoke about the operation earlier this morning, praising all local, state,
and federal law enforcement for their efforts.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
When you attack American citizens, when you attack our institutions
of legislation, when you attack our nation's capital, you attack
the very being of our way of life. In this
FBI and this Department of Justice stand here to tell
you that we will always refute it and combat at it.
We will provide the safest country the nation has ever

(03:03):
seen under President Trump's leadership here and that's what we
did here today with great resolve. We cannot do this
sort of takedown in haste because it endangers the lives
of law enforcement, and this FBI will never allow the
lives of law enforcement and our prosecutors to be put
in jeopardy. This execution was flawless in terms of teamwork, resilience,

(03:25):
and just a good old fashioned way of police getting
the job done. When you let good cops be cops,
this is what happens.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
Alrighty joining us now with more on this arrest. He's
a former FBI Special Agent, Navy seal and the host
of the Experts podcast Jonathan Gilliam back on Real America. Okay, Jonathan,
it was just how long ago, maybe two months or less.
I gotta go back and look where there were some
folks in the media who got some experts together and

(03:57):
did a whole analysis of the video of who this
person was, and they were connecting dots, and I think
you and I discussed this thinking that it was a
female Capitol Police officer who just weeks after January sixth
got transferred down to do ground security at the CIA,
and everybody went, wait a minute, maybe it's one of
our own. Now fast forward a few weeks and we've

(04:18):
busted a guy from Virginia, not a gal who everybody
thought it was a few weeks ago. What's going on here?
What are you hearing? Is this the guy?

Speaker 3 (04:29):
Well?

Speaker 4 (04:29):
I mean all I can go off was what cash,
Forttel and and the rest are saying. And I would
think if they are going to bring this before a
court and Judge Janine is going to prosecute this, that
they must have evidence that this is the individual.

Speaker 5 (04:44):
Now, I don't know who came up with that scenario before, but.

Speaker 4 (04:49):
I think it's another example of conspiracies and outweighing evidence
and people who probably weren't in a position of knowing
the evidence that they have BI has and the doj
IT has that they weren't in that position, so they
made assumptions off of other information that may or may
evidently was not correct.

Speaker 5 (05:11):
So that's a danger.

Speaker 4 (05:12):
And see, this is where good detective or good investigative
work occurs is that you don't let you don't pigeonhole
yourself into one avenue because this is what you think
or this is what you've heard. You look for the
totality of the evidence of the information, and that's where
you allow yourself to venture into that direction. But you

(05:33):
still keep all options open because the possibility that more
evidence will always come in. And I think in this
case what you had was a changing of the guard
and the FBI.

Speaker 5 (05:44):
You had a director who's.

Speaker 4 (05:45):
Allowing the agents to do their work, and you have
agents that are most likely motivated from a different perspective,
ideological perspective, and so you came they ended up coming
up with a positive outcome.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
Yeah. So you know, Jonathan, because you and I talk
about this all the time. When there's theories out there,
I like waiting until we get some facts. I don't
want to be the one that goes, hey, but I
was first to tell you, but I was wrong. I
want hardcore facts. I witness some sort of testimony, some
DNA something right, and so I covered that because people
put it out there. It seemed to make sense. But

(06:23):
you know what's going to happen now, folks, especially on
social media, are going to claim this guy, this Brian guy,
that he's a patsy and that it's a government cover
up and there was somebody else doing it. Now do
we know anything about his background? Because to me, he
didn't put a pipe bomb in front of the Republicans
only he didn't put a pipe bomb in front of
the Dems. He put in front of both, which to me,

(06:45):
if it is this guy, would say he hates the
government in general, and he was trying to send a
message that.

Speaker 4 (06:49):
Day, right, And that's what I think it could be
that it could be that it was a leftist ideologue
trying to make it look like it was a concert
servative who hates the Republican Party and who also hates
the Democrats. It could have been that, but it also
could have been one of these QAnon people who went

(07:12):
too far in what they believe and wanted to start
a conflict so that it could finally be worked out.
And so a good investigator is going to look at
all those things. You know, I'm a conservative, but if
I was in the FBI, I would still be looking at.

Speaker 5 (07:25):
That last possibility, right, That's how justice works.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
How about these bombs? You know you were a special agent,
you investigated this type of stuff. If this is the guy,
I don't know much about him, looked like a nice
neighborhood there in Virginia where they busted him. Don't know
his background yet on what he did. You may know,
is this something you could put together easily, learning off
the internet or figuring it out with the pipe bombs
and the stuff he put inside of it, you know
better than I.

Speaker 4 (07:48):
Yeah, well I built a lot of these when I
was in the seal teams. So pipe bombs are not
a difficult thing to put together. They're a dangerous thing
to learn how to put together and how to properly employed.
And as you see, he did not properly employ these,
and they did not go high order, they didn't explode,
so god, so that is a more difficult thing than

(08:10):
people think. A lot of people die or get gravely
injured because they're learning how to build explosives. And in
this guy's case, it appears to me just from the
you know, the far off perspective that I have is
that he probably read how to put one together, and
so he did that. He had all the steps in place,

(08:31):
but he had never maybe he did a few times,
but most likely he did not practice enough to get
it right.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
He didn't take one out the woods and execute one
and see it actually be made to know he had
it right because it was the first time, or possibly Okay.

Speaker 5 (08:45):
And dan one other things.

Speaker 4 (08:47):
We have to get past this whole thing of well,
he lives in a nice neighborhood. I mean, I think
we've seen now that people come from all walks of
life that commit political acts of terror. So it's not
like they're going to come from the backwoods, or they're
going to come from a yuppie neighbor or you know,
left this neighborhood.

Speaker 5 (09:04):
They come from all walks of life.

Speaker 4 (09:06):
Now the nation is so divided, so we really can't
tell where they're you know.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Find a question judging from what Cash and the other
law enforcement officials said today in that press conference, and
you heard what I said. They said that they had
over one thousand interviews, they had over ten thousand tips,
They went through hundreds of thousands hours of video, right
trying to recreate this guy's steps and stuff. What do
you think, because you've had to do this, what led
them then to this guy? What is a break where

(09:33):
you find and go that's the guy. Obviously had to
surveill him for a while too. They wouldn't just go busting.
They want to make sure that's the guy before they
go arrest. So what's that procedure to guarantee so you don't,
as the FBI, get egg on your face busting the
wrong guy.

Speaker 4 (09:48):
Well, first of all, that's what the FBI does. We
don't arrest people before we know it's them, and we're
very in this case.

Speaker 1 (09:56):
Well that's not always true. Hold on, Jonathan, we saw
what happened on Biden. But anyway, that's not always that's true.
They arrested a lot of people that shouldn't have been arrested. Anyway,
Go ahead, I know when you were in that's.

Speaker 4 (10:05):
What when I speak of the FBI, I'm speaking of
the FBI when in it's better days.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
Hey got those four years. Okay, go ahead.

Speaker 4 (10:11):
Yeah, So well, we tend to arrest people after we've
collected the evidence because this is not an eminent threat
at this point, so they're going to do their due diligence.
But from what I'm seeing is that there was evidence
was there. They either didn't look at it properly, or
maybe they just didn't have the pieces to put it together.
I think it's probably because the motivation to do it

(10:33):
was not there and they didn't find an importance. That's
what I'm thinking from my perspective. However, I have worked
on a case before where somebody walked right into Times
Square and put a pipe bomb and blew up the
recruitment center there in two thousand and eight. I was
worked on that case. We've never found the individually drove
right up on a bicycle. So sometimes these things I

(10:55):
remember them out. Yeah, sometimes these things don't come together
until you get one and then it brings it all together,
and that could be what happened. But I have a
feeling we'll probably find that out.

Speaker 5 (11:07):
Maybe. I think cash Bettel is probably going to do his.

Speaker 4 (11:11):
Best not to defame the FBI at this point, so
we may not find out completely what the process was
why they missed until now.

Speaker 5 (11:19):
But yeah, I will fiveing other things.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
January fifth would be five years since the guy or
gal did it again. I want to see the proof
of the evidence and make sure this is the guy,
because we know our government is corrupt as hell. A
special yep, final word, Go ahead, Jathan.

Speaker 4 (11:35):
One other thing I thought was very interesting is that
if you look at that neighbor and you look at
the houses, very similar to the Brian Kolberg neighborhood where
he lived in Pennsylvania.

Speaker 5 (11:45):
Again, we just don't.

Speaker 4 (11:46):
Know where people are going to come from now, and
a good investigator is not going to.

Speaker 5 (11:49):
Say, well, that doesn't fit, because in this case it fit.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
Okay, we'll wait and see for more details. Former FBI
special agent Navy seal host of The Experts podcast, Jonathan Gilliam.
As always, they for the inside. Brother, Take care, you
got it?

Speaker 6 (12:02):
Brother.

Speaker 1 (12:02):
Yep. Up. Next, North Carolina Congressman and former Greenberray veteran

offer One America News Network, you should give them a
call and kindly demand that they carryan. Now, you're the customer,
and without your feedback, your cable provider will not know
that there is a strong demand across this country for
One America News Network. So please call your cable company

(14:42):
today and kindly ask or demand that they ADDANN to
their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
have in common? The answer is that All three platforms

(15:03):
offer you the ability to live stream One America News
Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV, or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store search out for an
then enjoy all the great programming offered by Olien, including
my show Real America, Every Boat We Knock Out. We

(15:32):
saved twenty five thousand American lives.

Speaker 7 (15:35):
And if you look at our if you look at
our numbers, the drugs coming in through c are down
ninety one percent.

Speaker 1 (15:44):
I'm surprised as nine percent you want.

Speaker 7 (15:46):
I don't know who's doing the nine percent, but it's
down ninety one and we're going to start very soon
on land.

Speaker 1 (15:53):
Thank you and God bless you, is what I'll say
to our President. Trump's not backing down on his plan
to wipe out the drug cartels, ramping up the threats
to do whatever it takes to stop the flow of drugs.
This is an actual war on drugs. Sorry, mister Biden,
mister Obama, mister Bush, mister Clinton, mister Reagan and the
other bush y'all didn't really do anything in the last

(16:15):
forty years to stop it. It only got worse. This
commander in chief is actually doing it, and I know
y'all out there saying I thought he was the peace president.
Now we're going to get in a war with Venezuela.
Calm down, Okay, calm down. Nicholas Madua the fake president there. Okay,
that's connected to the Cartel de Soles de los Soles,
whatever the hell it's called. And Trende Ragua is a

(16:37):
bad dude. His military is jack squat. It doesn't even
compare to a sixteenth of what we've got. This is
going to be a full war. He's talking about strategic
strikes by drones on the drug dealers, not attacking the
Venezuela military, So everybody relax. He's trying to stop where
they manufacture and how they ship, so not crippling it,

(16:58):
but shutting it down. The crap won't come to America
anymore and kill one to two hundred thousand Americans. I
guarantee you watching this program, you got somebody in your family, right,
you've been affected. I have the president down there. Madua
confirmed that he spoke with President Trump about ten days ago,
in a conversation described from both as respectful and cordial.

(17:20):
Trump did confirm the call, didn't give too many details,
just said, you know I wouldn't say it went well.
I wouldn't say it went bad. It was a phone call, Madureau,
indicating that he would consider stepping down if he and
his family could receive full amnesty, including lifting all US
sanctions and resolving in international criminal court case. Uh huh, Yeah,

(17:40):
you want a free ticket, don't you. Meanwhile, Senate Democrats
and GOP Senator Ran paula Kentucky filed Kentucky rather filed
a war Powers resolution yesterday to try and block US
armed forces from engaging in hostility with Venezuela without congressional approval.
The resolution directs President Trump to cease using the military
unless specifically authorized by a declaration of war. He doesn't

(18:04):
want that. It's not about going to war with Venezuela.
Get your backstraight, especially you, Ran Paul. You're not a
way in on the boat strike controversy and a real
war on drugs. North Canada Congressman Pat Harrigan on the program.
I think is this the first time Pat, we've had
John Dan it is.

Speaker 9 (18:23):
I'm glad to be with you.

Speaker 1 (18:24):
Did I get it right too? Are you a Green
Beret veteran? Yes? Okay, so you know a little bit
about I make a joke. You know a lot about
military engagement, the rules of engagement, whether you need authorization
from Congress. You're a member of now for going to
war with drug cartels, not a government. So let's just

(18:45):
talk about that first and foremost. How do you feel
about Yeah, I'm a phone on of the bus Senator
ran Paul teaming up with the Dems to try and
stop Trump from stopping this poison from coming in. Yeah.

Speaker 9 (18:58):
I don't know why we have Democrats that are just
absolutely adamant about protecting narco terrorists. I fundamentally don't understand.
Paint this picture for you here, because we got all
this stuff going up on the hill today about Second
Strike and what Pete Higgseth has done, which is totally legal.

(19:19):
But when I was a special operator, I was shown
a video of cartel members cutting the leg off of
a man with a hacksaw above the knee. They then
proceeded to bludgeon the man to death with his own leg,
using his knee as the head of the hammer. These
are the type of people that Democrats are protecting, and

(19:41):
I fundamentally do not understand why all of this is
contrived political machinations to try to destabilize the Department of
War and Trump and President Trump's presidency, while all President
Trump is trying to do is actually save one hundred
thousand America a year from dying. This is ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (20:03):
Pat, you had mentioned just a minute ago that it's
been busy and buzzing up on the Hill because behind
closed doors today I understand that the Navy Admiral Frank
Bradley there we Go is talking with members of Congress
about that second strike on September second that Democrats in
the media are saying as a war crime, when I've
had so many military experts on this week tell me, no,

(20:24):
it's not. I've shown video from Iraq and Afghanistan when
Obama was in charge, showing double strikes. So I don't
even know what well, I do know what this is about.
And you were a Green Beret. This is not a
war crime. This is only because it's Donald Trump and
Pete Hegseth, Am I wrong.

Speaker 9 (20:39):
No, You're exactly right, Dan, And look, this is contrived
for political purposes and political purposes only. I've told people
throughout this whole last week that if they're serious about
charging Pete Hegseth for war crimes on this, they need
to do a deep dive into the over three thousand
people that President Obama ordered killed through drone stikes, thank you,

(21:00):
where hundreds of those were second strike strikes. Let's be real,
this is not anything other than Democrats playing politics. I
really don't understand why they're protecting narco terrorists.

Speaker 1 (21:16):
Well, and I showed some of those Obama strikes last
night from Iraq and Afghanistan, and a double tap after
rockets from drones or choppers, then fifty cows hitting wounded
guys crawling, and nobody complained for eight years of Obama.
And let's not forget what Joe Biden did after he
got thirteen of our troops killed. And I know you
know what I'm talking about, days after the botched withdrawal.

(21:38):
He wanted to act tough because his regime was getting
a lot of flak. So then they drone hit that
car they said was the guy that put the bomb
out in front of the airport. Turned out there was
what ten people we killed and seven of them were kids.
Did anybody get charged with a war crime for killing
all those innocent afghanis.

Speaker 9 (21:56):
No the double standard here, It's just you you can't
turn your back on it. I mean, I can't even
believe the Democrats are seriously having this conversation. And again,
the only reason they're having this conversation is to drive
a political wedge. And I just really encourage my Republican
colleagues who are actually in it, seemingly kind of going

(22:17):
along with this, to wake up and look at the
big picture here. This is a kill mission. These people
are supposed to die. They are running drugs into this
country to kill American citizens. They've killed one hundred thousand
Americans a year for the last five years, half a
million Americans. And just because President Trump is doing something

(22:38):
innovative and bold that's never been done in the war
on drugs before that, we now want to question what's going.

Speaker 1 (22:46):
On in a real war, in a real war, actually
stopping the bad guys and the drugs before they get here.
Not no offense to Nancy and Ronnie because I grew
up with them and loved them. But not like nailing
the little drug peddler on your corner street like we
were doing in the eighties. This has stopping the poison
before it fricking gets here. One last one to you

(23:06):
because you're a veteran. I want to talk about the
Seditious six and Senator Mark Kelly, but also Senator Mark Warner.
Play this clip and I'll get your take on the
back end.

Speaker 6 (23:16):
And I think in many ways the uniform military mate
helped save us from this president and his laying people
like Hag Sap because I think their commitment is to
the Constitution and obviously not the Trump and I expect
Bradley to adhere to that.

Speaker 1 (23:32):
Pat, what's the obsession with Democrats trying to get our
military to do mutiny against President Trump? Can we start?

Speaker 9 (23:38):
I think investigating is totally off base, right. I think
that you've just got these folks that are insinuating that
President Trump is giving illegal orders he is not, and
muddying the waters for our troops by telling them to
disobey these illegal orders that are in fact legal, is
just confusing them beyond belief. And look, as veteran members

(23:59):
of Congress, we have an obligation here to put country
above party. That is not what my Democratic colleagues have
done in this instance. And I'm incredibly disappointed in them.
They are not doing this country as service.

Speaker 1 (24:14):
No, they are not. To me, it's seditious and treason us.
But you know, one hundred years ago we would have
acted differently if you had active members of Congress standing
up there and telling troops to disobey their commander in
chief nineteen oh WoT one would have been way different
than twenty twenty five. Pat Harrigan, thank you for your
service as a green Bray. Thank you for your service
in Congress. Come back on anytime. God bless Dan. Thanks

(24:36):
for having me. Yep, straight ahead. Former advisor President Trump
Tim Murton is going to join us, but discuss the
looming battle in Congress over Obamacare. Wait to hear the
connection between Democrats and your health provider and why they
want Trump gone. Hey, did you know that one America

(24:57):

social media replacement. We're calling it free Talk forty five.

free talk because you will not be censored for expressing

your cable provider will not know that there is a

here's a question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV,

(27:12):
Welcome back, Congress is set to take up what many
consider the third rail of politics, healthcare in America. Democrats
pushing for a Senate vote next week to extend the
quote enhanced Obamacare subsidies that are about to expire, while
broader reforms to lower overall healthcare cost are being kicked
down the road once again. Both parties agree US healthcare

(27:35):
is too expensive. Duh, I don't need a degree in
medicine to tell you that. But they disagree on long
term cost reduction strategies and are currently focused on keeping coverage.
I'm really going to say the word affordable. Keeping coverage
affordable for about twenty four million people on the Obamacare exchanges.
It hasn't been affordable in years, folks. Senate Democrats say

(27:56):
they are fully united behind a proposal for next week's vote,
but have not publicly revealed their details. I'm sure it's
just more money, more money, right. Republicans' ideas under discussion
include directing cash to consumers for premiums or for care,
expanding health savings or flexible spending accounts, and making more
medical expenses tax deductible, and allowing people to buy association

(28:20):
health plans through larger retailers. I'm already liking the Republicans
idea way better than the Democrats, and they didn't put
theirs out yet, because I'm sure there's be bigger, more
overreaching government that you and I will pay for and
give us less options. In a recent post on Truth
Social President Trump recommended to Senate Republicans that Obamacare subsidies

(28:42):
be sent to the American people rather than the insurance companies.
That's an idea, Potus wrote this, The only healthcare I
will support or approve is sending the money directly back
to the people, with nothing going to the big, fat
rich insurance companies who have made trillions ripping off the
American people. Long enough, God bless you Trump. The people

(29:04):
who will be allowed to negotiate and buy their own
much better insurance. I love negotiating power to the people,
he writes, Congress, do not waste your time and energy
on anything else. This is the only way to have
great healthcare in America. Get it done now. President DJT
all right, join us now to discuss what's going to

(29:24):
happen with the big brew haha on to Obamacare by
the end of the year. I think probably not much
unless Republicans in the Senate have a backbone and do
what Donald Trump tells them to, which we've seen how
that's been going lately on some of the last couple
votes in the Senate. Anyway, here now to discuss all this.
He's a Trump twenty twenty four senior advisor, the founder

(29:47):
of Line Drive Public Affairs, and the author of the
book Swing Hard. In case you hit Tim Murtau back
on the program, Tim, nice to see again. It's been
too long, my friend. How you been. I'm gonna do
it all right, Dan, good to see.

Speaker 5 (30:00):
Thanks for having me on.

Speaker 1 (30:01):
All right, let's get after this first and foremost. I
like President Trump's idea anything that gives me my money
back and lets me control. Plus, I'm not saying I'm
the art of the deal maker like DJT, but I
love a good haggle.

Speaker 10 (30:16):
Hey, yeah, I mean, there is a healthcare crisis going
on in this country, and it's a crisis of cost.
There's no question about that. And if you look at
the healthcare spending overall in this country, and then I
would invite your viewers to look at their healthcare spending
in their own lives. The spending it's almost all insurance right,

(30:37):
it's your health care insurance costs. And so this isn't complicated.
Let's look at the shutdown that we just came through,
was because the Democrats were fighting to protect subsidies for Obamacare,
which we all acknowledge as.

Speaker 1 (30:49):
A completely broken law. It always was. But let's look
at the history of this, Dan.

Speaker 5 (30:53):
This is important.

Speaker 10 (30:54):
When Obamacare passed the healthcare insurance companies. Health insurance companies
got everything they wanted of Obamacare, and they passed it
with all Democrat votes. Not a single Republican vote vote
House or Senate voted to pass Obamacare. Everybody knows that
under Joe Biden's poorly named Inflation Reduction Act, health insurance
companies got everything they wanted again all Democrats, not a

(31:16):
single Republican vote in there. So what has been happening
since then? Let's talk about the political undercurrent here. The
insurance companies are returning the favor to Democrats.

Speaker 7 (31:25):
DAN.

Speaker 10 (31:25):
They're out in California, companies like Blue Shield of California.

Speaker 1 (31:29):
And United Health.

Speaker 10 (31:31):
They are funding and in large part bankrolling Prop fifty
out there, which is Gavin Newsom's redistricting plan to throw
Republicans out of Congress. So you have health insurance companies
getting trillions of dollars from the federal government with all
Democrat votes, and now those same health insurance companies are
going to be paying to sell the plan to voters

(31:52):
in California to toss Republicans out of Congress. That's exactly
what's happening here. Let's not anyone skip past this. Yes,
when you're talking about a healthcare crisis, it is a
crisis of cost. It's almost all insurance, and the insurance
companies are in bed with the Democrats trying to throw
Republicans out of United Health DAN, which is bankrolling UH

(32:15):
Governor Newsom's thing out there to throw Republicans out of Congress.
It is the largest health insurance company in the world.
It is the eighth largest company of any kind in
the world, and is paying to have Republicans thrown out
of Congress in California to return the favor for the
trillions of dollars that Democrats have sent to health insurance

(32:36):
companies over the course of the year since Obamacare.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
It is remarkable.

Speaker 10 (32:39):
Thank you for shining a spotlight on this.

Speaker 1 (32:41):
Well, I think that's who my healthcare is here at
this United how work. I think I got to look
at my health care. I don't have it with me
to my assess, but I think that's are.

Speaker 10 (32:49):
You a California resident? They're trying to make I live
in California. They Republicans in Congress thanks to United Health
and Gavin Newsom, yeah.

Speaker 1 (32:59):
And Blue Shield. Okay, so let's point this out what
Tim's saying, folks, and those two right, but let's be real.
We've said this now for years. The companies with the
most power Back in the day, you and I know, right,
they would say it was the oil companies, and it
was the big three in Detroit, the automakers and all that.
But that's gone right, it's healthcare and big Pharma. Those
folks rule the DC class with their donations. And what

(33:21):
Tim's telling you all, folks, is that massive healthcare companies
that probably provide your insurance are putting millions of dollars
into Democrat campaigns to make sure they win higher office
kick Republicans out so that they'll keep getting more money
and costing you more for your health care. Trump wants
to give you that money, and most likely of JD runs,
he's already signaled he will continue President Trump's agenda, so

(33:44):
they want to make sure a Gavin Newsom type gets in,
so they get the money and you won't get it back.
Why in the heck, one more reason, Tim, Why would
you ever want to vote for a Democrat? Yeah? I
don't know.

Speaker 10 (33:55):
And it's not just helping Democrats get elected, it's throwing
elected Republicans out of Congress.

Speaker 1 (34:01):
Republicans American voters millions.

Speaker 10 (34:05):
They're going to reassign a Democrat member of Congress to
Republican voters all over the place in California and no
one asked for that, but United Health and Blue Shield
of California they're helping Gavin Newsom do just that.

Speaker 1 (34:19):
And when you talk about the.

Speaker 10 (34:21):
Cost crisis again, it's almost all insurance. This is I'm
experiencing this and I was talking to a buddy of
mine the other day. His health insurance costs are going
to go up by forty percent next year.

Speaker 1 (34:33):
But you know what the drug price is.

Speaker 10 (34:35):
The medicine is not going to go up. It's all
his premiums, but his copay for medicines are not going
to change. So it's the insurance really, and think about
everyone's experience with insurance.

Speaker 1 (34:46):
It's inconvenient.

Speaker 10 (34:47):
You have to jump through all kinds of hoops just
to get the coverage that you've already paid for, And
so the cost keeps going up, the coverage keeps getting worse.
It is a it's a terrible deals. It's a terrible
You have to have it otherwise no one would want
to ever buy it. And what they're doing now is
they're paying their benefactors. Who are the Democrats in Congress

(35:09):
paying them back by helping to throw Republicans out. Everyone
needs to understand what's happening here. So when President Trump
is addressing the problem and he and he points out
it's the insurance companies, boy, by god, is he right?

Speaker 1 (35:22):
No wonder they hate him so much. Tim, Let me
thank you for highlighting it and coming on this show
and telling our viewers about it. Now I will do
a call to action to my viewers as I say
thank you and goodbye to you. Tim Murta, come back
on again very soon. Folks. You heard what he said.
Start firing up your members of Congress in the Senate,
in the House, send stuff to the White House. Let
them know you don't want this crap. But let Democrats

(35:43):
know that you don't want this crap. You want that
money given back to you, not the healthcare companies. All
they're doing is driving up the costs anyway, Thank you, Tim.
Straight ahead, more ice, please waiter more ice. Ice agents
cracking down on illegals across the country. And get this,
a friend of the program who owns a well known

(36:05):
saloon of an, Idaho is taking a stand now offering
you free spirits for a month if you help turn
in the bad own braids. I'll explain when we come back. Hey,
if your cable provider doesn't offer one America News Network,
you should give them a call and kindly demand that

(36:27):
they carry OAN. Now you're the customer, and without your feedback,
your cable provider will not know that there is a
strong demand across this country for one America News Network.
So please call your cable company today and kindly ask
or demand that they add ANN to their channel lineup. Hey, everyone,

(36:53):
here's a question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV,
and Amazon Fire TV all have in common? The answer
is that all three platforms offer you the ability to
live stream One America News Network from your Roku TV
AppleTV or Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store,

(37:13):
search out for an then enjoy all the great programming
offered BYN, including my show. Real America viewers are always
asking me how can they watch OAN live? The solution
is simple. It's a streaming platform called cloud tv. Now

(37:34):
it's spelled klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot com
and subscribe to watch twenty four to seven live feeds
of OAN. The live package is only two dollars and
fifty cents per month for all you can watch. Again,
simply go to cloudtv dot com and do it today. Hey,

(37:57):
did you know that one America news network has launched
a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
it branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there,
and forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.

(38:19):
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation ever. All right, So,
just when you thought Camifournia and the radical left wing

(38:40):
politics and politicians couldn't sink any lower, Golden State goons proclaim,
hold my beer. Get this California's Democrat ag Rob Banta,
backed by Gavin Newsom, just launched a new online portal
allowing anyone to report a leegment conduct by federal ICE

(39:02):
agents inside California. Citizens are now invited. This is disgusting.
Can we just arrest this ag already? Citizens are invited
to docs and report suspected abuses directly to the state
of federal officers. This is a move of defiance, of course,
against President Trump and federal authority, and to show of
California's willingness to do what caudle illegal aliens at tax

(39:27):
payer expense.

Speaker 3 (39:29):
Californians are scared and their right to question whether federal
agents are respecting the law as they carry out the
Trump Administration's aggressive, fear driven immigration agenda. Our job at
the California Department of Justice is simple to safeguard the
rights of everyone who calls this state home, no matter

(39:52):
their background, their status, or their zip code. Nobody should
be living in fear. That's why today's announcement matter off.

Speaker 1 (40:00):
Cut him off, Cut him off. You're more worried about
federal ICE agents invading California, mister Bonta, than you were
worried about a four year invasion when Joe Biden and
Gavin let the borders of California and America wide open.
So please spare me your crocodile tears about people being
harassed by ICE. Shut your mouth, sit down. Now, let's
go north to Idaho, where real patriot, well blood Americans

(40:25):
are standing behind an effort to get rid of these
illegal aliens as fast as possible. Matter of fact, there's
a guy up there doing something too well. Quench your
thirst while you help to take part in the deportations.
Let me explain in a social media post that's now
gone viral, the owners of the Old State Saloon in

(40:46):
Eagle are giving away free beer come on guys for
one month to anyone who officially helps ICE identify and
then deport illegals from Idaho. The post even drew the
attention a President Trump's Department of Homeland Security, which actually
shared it on their social media accounts. So I thought,

(41:07):
for fun, let's bring our friend back on the owner
of the Old State Saloon up in Eagle, Idaho, our
friend Mark Fitzpatrick, who the last time you were on Mark,
you were having a little something this past summer called
Hetero Fest woo. That got a lot of folks in
the Rainbow mafia mad at you. But I said they
were going to come in and destroy your bar and protest.

(41:28):
That never happened. So now that you're announcing, hey, turning
the bad owm bras and get free beer, what's the
radical crazy left up near your town threatening you with? Now?

Speaker 11 (41:37):
Oh my gosh, every time we try to do something
that's lawful and righteous, they get all crazy.

Speaker 1 (41:43):
You know.

Speaker 11 (41:44):
I didn't notice a huge difference between this crowd though,
and the last crowd. Is last crowd was very like,
almost like demonic the way they acted and reacted. This
crowd is much more violent. There's a lot more threatsol,
there's a lot more suggestions that they want to burn
down our building. And they're just outright saying that on
social media and chatforms and everywhere else. And I did

(42:05):
speak out about, you know, local politicians, I named them
by name, that aren't doing enough for this topic of
immigration in in in Idaho. And the very next day,
would you believe it, I got notified from the Idaho
Tax Commission that I'm being audited for sales and use
tax for my businesses.

Speaker 1 (42:23):
Of course you are are.

Speaker 9 (42:24):
You kidding me, not kidding.

Speaker 1 (42:27):
I thought you were read up there are your politicians
a bunch of rhinos or these are democrats who run
in that city.

Speaker 11 (42:32):
It's probably a little bit less read than most people think.
It is definitely conservative in Idaho. But there's a lot
of wolves in sheep's clothing, and so we need people
to like be constantly shining a light on deception and
exposing these lies, these liars and lies and and this
is it. We need to follow the money, you know.
So if these people that are representing us are not
down with our efforts to deport them all, get them

(42:55):
all out of our country, then there's got to be
a reason why. Usually involved of money.

Speaker 1 (43:00):
Yeah, and nngo's given to their campaign or something like that.
You got it, you know it. So that's that's hilarious.
You launch free Bear for a month to just help
Americans turn in illegal aliens to get them out of
our country and off of our taxpayer dime. And the
local politicians now want to audit you to make sure
you're following the law with your taxes? Folks, do you

(43:21):
see how disgusting this is? So I don't live up there,
but if I call my sister in law who lives
nearby your bar, and her and I help you out
get some people deported that live up there. Can she
have the free bear?

Speaker 11 (43:35):
Absolutely?

Speaker 1 (43:36):
Okay, don't We'll give her credit mark no damage so
far and all this stuff you've done, nothing has gone
awry yet, just threats so far.

Speaker 11 (43:47):
Yeah, so far, just threats. So we're trying to beef
up security a little bit. And you know, all these things,
they end up costing some money. So we've had some
people support, which is really cool, and we've had some
people donate their time. They're showing up. I got veterans
showing up at any given time. An Old State saloon,
there's probably about ten to fifteen armed guys there, so
it's probably one of the safest places in America.

Speaker 1 (44:09):
Actually, wait, you have constitutional carry right. You can just
carry the gun. You don't have to have a CCW
oh yeah.

Speaker 11 (44:14):
And then we even have a special special Saturday morning
open carry coffee hour where we actually invite people to
open carry.

Speaker 1 (44:22):
Maybe that's why these keyboard worries only threaten to burn
your place down but don't show up, because they know
armed patriots are there defending your right to free speech.
And to also legal deportations. Mark Fitzpatrick, owner of the
Old State Saloon, check them out on social media for
their next patriotic move. Stay safe, brother, God bless you,

(44:45):
thank you, Thanks Dan yep stick around Up next, a
disgusting move by the radical left to push their agenda
of murder in the womb to kids under eight years old.
They've literally written a book about it. Now it's disgusting.
We'll show it to you next. Hey everyone, here's a

(45:07):
question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and
Amazon fireTV all have in common? The answer is that
all three platforms offer you the ability to live stream

and fifty cents per month for all you can watch again.
Simply go to cloudtv dot com and do it today. Hey,
did you know that One America News Network has launched

a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
it branded free Talk forty five. Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there,
and forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
So join us at free Talk forty five and express

(46:35):
yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your

your cable provider will not know that there is a
strong demand across this for One America News Network. So
please call your cable company today and kindly ask or
demand that they add O an N to their channel lineup.

Speaker 12 (47:20):
So let me say very simply, I want more babies
in the United States of America.

Speaker 5 (47:28):
I think very important to have kids.

Speaker 9 (47:32):
Like it's it's you know, it's kids will make you
very happy, and.

Speaker 5 (47:37):
There's but there's also like we've got to keep humanity
going here.

Speaker 4 (47:40):
You know, uh, no humans, no humanity, And I.

Speaker 12 (47:44):
Want beautiful young men and women who are eager to
welcome them into the world and eager to raise them.

Speaker 1 (47:51):
Vice President JD. Vance and tech mogul Elon Musk, they're
having an important message for we, the American people. Have
more kids. The United States is failing, folks and falling
woefully behind in the population race. Both Vance and Musk,
who become prominent advocates of a pro nailist movement, warn
that declining birth rates are threatening the future of America

(48:13):
and heck, civilization as we know it. Musk repeatedly claims
that low fertility rates now are a huge danger, actually
a bigger danger to civilization than climate change that's coming
from elon folks, and has framed population decline as quote
an existential threat. Vance has said openly he wants more

(48:33):
babies in America and strongly criticizes what he sees from
the left and the media as an anti family culture.
The kind of anti family culture on full display by
another vile example here, folks, baby killing groups like our
Friends over It Planned Parenthood, and a lesser known outfit
called Shout Your abortion. What the the latter is responsible

(48:59):
for a disgusting new book that we're going to talk about.
It's called Is This Real? Guys? Abortion is Everything? That's
a book that these wackos printed. Are you kidding me?
Right now? This twisted tale which proudly proclaims that it's
geared quote, are you ready for this? Parents? Get ready
to be disgusted? This book is directed at five to

(49:24):
eight year olds. What in the sam heck are you
talking to kids that young about abortion? For you want
to know how they feel about it? They're five to eight.
They should be worried about if they got, you know,
pushed on the playground by somebody that was flirting with them.
And you got to teach sometimes that when a boy
or girl does that, they like you like stuff like that,

(49:45):
not like, hey, what's your gender? What do you like?
Boys or girls? Do you want to get rid of
your penis? What the hell's wrong with people? Seriously, in
a time when elites pushing fear about overpopulation and are
culture tells women to just don't even be a mom,
go be a boss lady, don't get married, don't have kids.

(50:07):
You're equal to men, so go be a man. In
the workforce. Yeah, nothing wrong with that, But you can
raise a family too while working. The left is insane.
The real crisis isn't having too many kids. It's a
world that's forgetting how precious children. And let's go one
step further, forgetting how precious life is. See, because they

(50:27):
think when you kill that baby, it's not life. There's
a molecule on mars that's life, but there's no baby
in there till it comes out. That's how sick they
are in the head. That's not a living thing. It's
some clump of cells and blood. You sickos. Children are
a blessing. There are future. That's the source of America's strength,

(50:48):
having more patriots that will go out and be entrepreneurs,
that will go out and be soldiers that will go
out and be cbp ice, local police, your account and
your lawyer. Our next guest, Sarah Gable Seifert's the co
founder and president of Every Life. Every Life stands proudly
for what family faith in the miracle of new life.

(51:12):
So let's call it a very pro life group. Cyfert
says that her business is more than just about diapers
and wipes. It's a movement trying to defend the values
that made our nation great, and she's gaining traction. Parents
across America are getting on board with Every Life, rejecting
the anti life narrative and proudly declaring, let's make more

(51:34):
babies and let's make America strong. How about that.

Speaker 10 (51:42):
Every child on the face of the earth is unique
and distinct and precious.

Speaker 13 (51:49):
Our potential is our children.

Speaker 1 (51:51):
Children are our future.

Speaker 7 (52:00):
Before the cities and governments, there were families, and the
family is the most important institution in the world.

Speaker 1 (52:18):
Of that joining us now, she's the CEO and co
founder of Every Life. Sarah Gable Safer back on the program, Sarah,
nice to see you so much. I feel like knowing
you and your husband and all the great work you
guys have been doing for the last several years since
the America First Movement really really took hold here in America,
that you guys went from entrepreneurs patriots and business owners

(52:44):
and growing a business and mom and dads to now
realizing you're almost like foot soldiers in a mission to
save lives, right amen.

Speaker 13 (52:54):
I feel honored every single day to be able to
do the work that we get to do it every life.
We are so much more than just a diapers and
wipes company. Yes, we provide high performing, clean products for
every miraculous life, but we are truly about shifting the
culture and this message today that children are an inconvenience
or a burden, and we're trying to tell parents and

(53:16):
young people really that being a parent is one of
the most rewarding, fulfilling roles you could ever embark upon,
and that life is so precious from the moment of conception.
And we're so thankful that the work that we're doing
at Every Life is supporting pregnancy resource centers. With millions
now eight million diapers we've donated to pregnancy resource centers

(53:37):
and urgent need of these supplies so we can help
more moms choose life for their babies. Because a box
of diapers can be the difference between life and death
for that unborn baby. So many moms need love, care
and practical support, and that's what we're trying to do
every single day at Every Life. It's a gift and
a blessing.

Speaker 1 (53:54):
Well TAYO. When you hear people on the left, these
radical lefties and let's be real, this did happen, wants
to act like it didn't. Just a few years ago.
There were people in the Democrat Party and on the left.
They've maybe quieted down a bit since we won last year,
but they were calling for abortion after nine months after
the baby came out. They said they could call that

(54:14):
an abortion a murder. I don't care if it's day
one or the day the baby. It's murder. And they
were trying to act like, well, third trimester or you know,
what comes out and the mom decides no, then we'll
have a doc put it down like it's a dog
or a cat. For God's sakes, this is disgusting. Talk
to me about this not so big company I was

(54:35):
talking about, not Planned Parenthood, but the other one that
put out this disgusting book and put that cover back up. Guys,
so they can see how sick and twisted liberals are.
They want to talk to five to eight year olds
and correct me if I'm wrong, Sarah, not fifth to
eighth grade, five to eight year olds for a book
called abortions. Everything, is that right?

Speaker 13 (54:54):
That's correct? This Scrow Abortion Act to this group called
Shout Your Abortion. Their main mission is to normalize abortion.
Can you imagine that being how you spend your time?
And energy is trying to normalize the death of every
precious life. That is so saddening to me and sickening.
And not only that, they are using their social media

(55:18):
accounts and their media campaigns and their storytelling to reach
young people, and now they are coming out with a
book to reach even younger kids at five to eight
years old, with a book titled Abortion Is Everything. Inside
of this book, they are spilling lies, telling children that
abortion is the very thing that shapes the world around

(55:40):
us and it's the thing that allows you to be
able to imagine the world that you want to see
for your life, and that it's our very hope. And
that is fundamentally incorrect.

Speaker 1 (55:52):
Oh, it's evil. It's Sarah, it is evil. And by
the way, that was the woman in that video, right
that gal Pluet again, the gall in the bluish green
dress whatever talking to the little kids right there. That's
the psycho that produced this book. My team's telling me.
So she's sitting there talking to kids. You know why
they're doing this, Sarah, because they realize all of a
sudden that high school kids and stuff now are getting
smarter about the lie of abortion. So they got to

(56:14):
go younger to try and brainwash them at five frickin
years old, because they know a fifteen to twenty year
old nowadays actually knows you have a choice. You don't
need to kill your baby. Can I throw up one
more headline? I want you to respond, because I am
so thankful to say that Trump's Department of Education is
now launched investigation into the Hillsboro School District up in Oregon.

(56:36):
Put the headline up because last week, these scumbags at
the Hillsboro School District sent home a survey about your
gender to kids in elementary school. For crying out loud, Sarah.

Speaker 13 (56:51):
It's disturbing. And the reality is that the left is
working so hard to cause confusion and conflict. But the
reality is that we know believers, Conservatives, people in the
pro life movement. We understand that God is the ordainer
and the author of life, and there is no confusion

(57:11):
around male and female and really what happens inside of
the womb. It actually says in God's word that from
the very beginning of time, he already knew every single
hair on our head, that we all have a future,
a hope, and a plan and a destiny. And so
I am so grateful that I'm on the right side
of history, because we know in Every Life, and you know, Dan,

(57:31):
that children are necessity. They are what build a strong
community and a nation. We need more families and we
need more people propping up the family unit because it's
how we see a future for our country.

Speaker 1 (57:43):
Yep, which is how the left destroys it. That's why
they're pushing the transagenda and not getting married and not
having babies. They just want to import a bunch of
folks that they can control, and that ain't going to
happen on our watch. Sarah. Sorryfer best to Michael and
the folks at Public Square. Check out Sarah's company, ever Life.
If you're buying products there, you're helping out right. Every

The Burden

The Burden

The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three). Maggie had come to believe that the entire investigation of David was botched by the tiny local police department, or worse, covered up the real killer. Was Maggie correct? Was David’s claim of innocence credible? In Death and Deceit in Alliance, Maggie recounts the case that launched her career, and ultimately, “broke” her.” The results will shock the listener and reduce Maggie to tears and self-doubt. This is not your typical wrongful conviction story. In fact, it turns the genre on its head. It asks the question: What if our champions are foolish? Season 4 - The Burden: Get the Money and Run “Trying to murder my father, this was the thing that put me on the path.” That’s Joe Loya and that path was bank robbery. Bank, bank, bank, bank, bank. In season 4 of The Burden: Get the Money and Run, we hear from Joe who was once the most prolific bank robber in Southern California, and beyond. He used disguises, body doubles, proxies. He leaped over counters, grabbed the money and ran. Even as the FBI was closing in. It was a showdown between a daring bank robber, and a patient FBI agent. Joe was no ordinary bank robber. He was bright, articulate, charismatic, and driven by a dark rage that he summoned up at will. In seven episodes, Joe tells all: the what, the how… and the why. Including why he tried to murder his father. Season 3 - The Burden: Avenger Miriam Lewin is one of Argentina’s leading journalists today. At 19 years old, she was kidnapped off the streets of Buenos Aires for her political activism and thrown into a concentration camp. Thousands of her fellow inmates were executed, tossed alive from a cargo plane into the ocean. Miriam, along with a handful of others, will survive the camp. Then as a journalist, she will wage a decades long campaign to bring her tormentors to justice. Avenger is about one woman’s triumphant battle against unbelievable odds to survive torture, claim justice for the crimes done against her and others like her, and change the future of her country. Season 2 - The Burden: Empire on Blood Empire on Blood is set in the Bronx, NY, in the early 90s, when two young drug dealers ruled an intersection known as “The Corner on Blood.” The boss, Calvin Buari, lived large. He and a protege swore they would build an empire on blood. Then the relationship frayed and the protege accused Calvin of a double homicide which he claimed he didn’t do. But did he? Award-winning journalist Steve Fishman spent seven years to answer that question. This is the story of one man’s last chance to overturn his life sentence. He may prevail, but someone’s gotta pay. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago. Season 1 - The Burden In the 1990s, Detective Louis N. Scarcella was legendary. In a city overrun by violent crime, he cracked the toughest cases and put away the worst criminals. “The Hulk” was his nickname. Then the story changed. Scarcella ran into a group of convicted murderers who all say they are innocent. They turned themselves into jailhouse-lawyers and in prison founded a lway firm. When they realized Scarcella helped put many of them away, they set their sights on taking him down. And with the help of a NY Times reporter they have a chance. For years, Scarcella insisted he did nothing wrong. But that’s all he’d say. Until we tracked Scarcella to a sauna in a Russian bathhouse, where he started to talk..and talk and talk. “The guilty have gone free,” he whispered. And then agreed to take us into the belly of the beast. Welcome to The Burden.
