Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America Tonight, nearly a quarter of
a million documents related to the assassination of civil rights
activists doctor Martin Luther King Junior now available for the
world to see. We'll dive into the trove of newly
released information. Plus, the Justice Department confirms receipts of a
criminal referral related to Russia Gate hoax, implicating Barack Obama
(00:21):
and his co conspirators in their effort to subvert President
Trump's victory back in twenty sixteen, told you and Hunter.
Biden comes out of what I don't know, some drug
fueled den with hookers to go on a tirade filled
with profanity and racism, making absurd claims about his daddy,
the Big Guy, in a three hour podcast that one
(00:43):
can only describe as bizarre. I'm dan Ball. Real America
starts right now.
Speaker 2 (00:56):
Barack cusein Obama is the ringleader. Hillary Clinton was right
there with him, and so was Sleepy Joe Biden, and
so with the rest of them. Call me Clapper, the
whole group, and they tried to rig an election, and
they got caught.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
President Trump slamming Barack whussang Obama feckless Jojo Biden, crooked
Hillary Clinton and Obama's entire national security henchmen team for
orchestrating one of the biggest political scandals in American history.
We knew it. Now we're getting the receipts the DOJ
(01:32):
confirming receipt of D and I Director of National Intelligence
Tausey Gabbard's criminal referral related to the whole Russia Gate hoax,
implicating Obama and his co conspirators in their effort to
mess with President Trump's victory back in twenty sixteen. Like
many on the right had claimed, I apologize, folks, dealing
with a little throat issue tonight. We'll see if we
(01:54):
can make it through the show, Gabbard proclaiming that the
DOJ has the evidence to indict and prossecute those responsible
for the year's long coup against President Trump, who was
duly elected by you and me, folks, the American people.
Newly declassified documents show the corrupt Obama ministration was repeatedly
informed by the intelligence community that Russia you ready for
(02:14):
this in the cheap seats. Russia did not collude with
Trump nor manipulate the outcome of the twenty sixteen election.
Through cyber attacks either before or after the election. Yet
despite this info, then President Obama and his top officials,
including scumbags like James Comey, John Brennan, and James Clapper,
(02:36):
conspired to create a public narrative alleging Russian interference with Trump.
Speaker of the House Mike Johnson now expressing a willingness
to subpoena former President Obama to testify before Congress about
the twenty sixteen Russian investigation that they tried to tie
to the Trump camp. Johnson calls the newly classified documents
(02:58):
released by Gabbard deeply troubling, while emphasizing the need for
accountability for all involved in the scandal, including FORMACYI director
John Brennan, an ex Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.
Trump now calling for swift justice.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
What they did to this country in twenty sixteen, starting
in twenty sixteen, but going up all the way going
up to twenty twenty of the election. They tried to
rig the election, and they got caught, and they should
be very severe consequences for that.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
After what they did to.
Speaker 2 (03:31):
Me, and whether it's right or wrong, it's time to
go after people. Obama's been caught directly. So people say, oh,
you know a group, It's not a group, it's Obama.
His orders are on the paper, the papers are signed.
The papers came right out of their office. They sent
everything to be highly classified. Well, the highly classified has
(03:52):
been released, and what they did in twenty sixteen and
in twenty twenty is very criminal at the highest level.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
Wolf joining us now to weigh in on this criminal actions.
That pretty much Tulsia has shown the world. This is
what Obama and his cronies did. He sits on the
House Oversight Committee. He's a member of the Doge Subcommittee.
Tennessee Congressman and my friend Tim Burchett on the program, Tim,
I know you want to weigh in on this one.
Holy God, we've been waiting for the smoking gun on
(04:22):
Obama and Clapper and call me and all these guys.
Do we have it?
Speaker 3 (04:26):
I think so. Telsey's you know, Telsea's a friend of mine,
she's a friend of yours. She's stand up lady. She's
served our country like yourself. She's a veteran. But also
she's as the young people say, she brings the receipts.
You know, they have the memos from this meeting, apparently,
and one side, it's going to be one side or
the other. They're gonna they're gonna turn on Obama or
(04:47):
he's going to turn on them. But they can't all
just walk away from the table. They risk perjuring themselves
because it's just going to take one person in that
multi level mating of people thinking are right, They're going
to go to the federal pen tencher and that's not
some weekend tennis camp. That's the real deal, and that
I think that's where you're going to get it. You're
(05:07):
going to pick off the wake link and they're all
going to cave in on each other. And I hope,
I hope we get to the bottom of it, Dan,
But with all this stuff going on, I think it's
a it's America needs to stick with Trump on this
issue and keep pursuing it.
Speaker 1 (05:21):
Uh, yes, we do. You know, you and I have
talked about this, and many members have talked about this
for the last several years, and we were all inder
the assumption at the time that the DNC and that
Hillary's camp had colluded with got the steel dossier, spread
it to the press and then did that and that
maybe the Obama administration and his cronies that we just mentioned,
(05:44):
with his intelligence henchman, maybe just look the other way,
but now it appears they were at the top of
it and helped. This is aiding and a betting in
a crime. I mean, as a sitting president, Tim, he
should have been the one coming out and going, hey,
we uncovered what's happening. This dossier is fake and the
American people shouldn't buy it. He didn't. They helped to
create this whole bs lie about Trump and Russia.
Speaker 3 (06:07):
And you remember with Nixon, it wasn't the crime, it
was the cover up. And that's what you're seeing right now.
And it's at the highest level. This could throw a
lot of things into the end of the blender, Dan,
and I'm here for it. I think it needs to
come forward. It's just so much going on in this
town right now. Right nothing gets lost in the translation,
so to speak.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
So Tim, you are four. Let me get you on
the record, and I got one more question about miss Hillary,
and then I know you got to run. You are four,
the speaker calling former President Barack Obama and Komy and
Clapper and all these idiots to testify in front of
you guys under oath on Russia Gate. You're ready for that?
You want it? Okay? Next one, I got to throw
(06:48):
this one. We got newly declassified DOJ Inspector General report
that shows the FBI failed to investigate Hillary Clinton's use
of her private server and the mishandling of assifight information
along with those missing what thirty three thousand emails that
we were told wasn't a big deal back when she
was running against Trump in sixteen. What are you all
(07:10):
going to do about that one? Tim?
Speaker 3 (07:12):
This isn't particularly sexy, Dan, but it she goes to
the core of what the Clinton administration and Clinton and
the Obama administration. I guess Morris should say we're all
about I think it goes to a level of corruption.
And I tell you all that to let you know
I am not suicidal. So you find me with thirteen
bullet holes in the back of my head. I did
not kill myself. I actually loved my job and the
(07:34):
people I represent and my family. So yeah, I'm worried
about this stuff. This goes deep. This is the Washington
Sewer that I've talked to you and I've talked multiple
times about, and thank protected her.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
She broke the law. She mishandled classified information as Secretary
of State, and because she was running against Trump, they
brushed it under the rug. Somebody needs to pay for
that one too.
Speaker 3 (08:00):
Again, you got a crime, but you also got to
cover up. And this cover up goes much deeper. That's
where we got to get to it, Dan and make sure.
Now those people are still around, well you know they
third you and I've talked about this. Trump peeled back
the onion a couple of layers at three four and
five layers deep, and we got to get to it,
and I got to get to boats.
Speaker 1 (08:18):
They've got to go cons always thank you, brother, appreciate it,
and keep.
Speaker 3 (08:22):
Putting the truth out there. Brother, you're the man.
Speaker 1 (08:24):
That's what we do. That's what we do here. God
bless you. Straight ahead, President Trump orders the release of
over two hundred and thirty thousand pages of documents related
to this man the investigation of the murder of MLK Junior.

always asking me how can they watch away in life.

Real America. The Trump administration releases nearly a quarter of
(11:07):
a million pages of assassination files related to the death
of civil rights leader doctor Martin Luther King Junior. More
than two hundred and thirty thousand pages of FBI, CIA
and other federal documents detailing the investigation into assassination are
now publicly accessible for you on the National Archives Website.
Among the documents information about James Earl Ray's former cellmate,
(11:28):
who claimed that Ray discussed an assassination plot prior to
King's murder, previously unseen CIA records outlining overseas intelligence about
the hunt for Ray, and materials deemed relevant by the
State Department regarding Ray's extradition. James Olray arrested Heathrow Airport
in London, England, June eighth, nineteen sixty eight, over two
(11:48):
months after MLK was killed. Ray was caught as he
was attempting to leave the UK for Brussels using a
forged Canadian passport. Now, the Director of National Intelligence Tulsea Gabbard,
posting this message today. After nearly sixty years of questions
surround the assassination of doctor Martin Luther King Junior, We're
releasing two hundred and thirty thousand assassination files. The documents
(12:09):
include details about the FBI's investigation into the assassination of MLK,
discussion of potential leads, internal FBI memos detailing the progress
of the case, and information about Ray's former cellmate who
stated he discussed with Ray that assassination plot. So are
we getting all the details? Joining me now to discuss
(12:31):
these newly released files. He's the director of research at
the Government Accountability Institute and the author of the great
book Controlla Garks mapal Seamus Brunner back on the program.
Oh Seamus, what do you say, sir? You love digging
into these files. Tulsey's trying to keep up Trump's word
(12:52):
of transparency with a lot of these files, from UFOs
to RFK to JFK. Hopefully we're going to see more
Epstein files, he says, we will. Now what do you
make of this one two hundred and thirty thousand pages.
Are we learning anything new? I know you've only had
a few hours to go through all of them, so
I'm sure you got through two hundred and twenty nine thousand, right.
Speaker 4 (13:09):
Yeah, we're almost done going through all the files. Dan,
It's been a fascinating, fascinating exercise, just like the JFK files,
relearning and learning new things that journalists have been talking
about for decades.
Speaker 5 (13:22):
Now.
Speaker 4 (13:23):
What's clear is that MLK was a magnificent disruptor. He
was a threat to the establishment, or at least the
establishment viewed him as such.
Speaker 1 (13:32):
He's very trumpion in that way.
Speaker 4 (13:35):
And so the Hoover, FBI, the CIA, they were clearly
targeting him. He was part of this co Intel pro
program where they wire tapped all his phones, bugged his
hotel rooms. We're tailing him at all times. And it
shows really that the Deep States manual hasn't changed. What
was Hoover's standard operating procedure became James Comey's operator great,
(14:01):
and so it's unsettling to see here how long the
FBI has been up to these antics. Now a lot
of people will be talking about the old memos that
came out that said, you know MLK was you know,
a profligate, philanderer and adulterer and all these things.
Speaker 1 (14:20):
But they okay, so hold on, were they planting those
or were they a fact? And then the FBI, as
I've read, we're going to use those against him because
they had evidently brought him recordings of him being loud, vocal,
mean to the wife, the kids, the whatever, and then
his his philandering, his adultery, and they were supposedly using
that to try and shut him up, saying We're going
(14:42):
to expose to the world that you've cheated on your wife,
you yell at your kids, smack around whatever they allegedly had.
So are you finding that that was the case they
actually had those, or they were threatening and it was
made up. That's what I've always wondered, because we know
the fbis creptos.
Speaker 4 (14:55):
Hell, Yeah, exactly. So, I mean, I would say, prior
to the Trump most Americans would trust the boys in Blue,
they would believe things like these memos. But now we've
seen that these things can be totally fabricated. So there
is none no evidence that I have seen in these
new files that corroborates these Hoover era memos. That does
(15:16):
bring up the fact that some of the any evidence
that there would be is still sealed until January of
twenty twenty seven. So there's approximately seventeen thousand pages of
transcripts and the raw audio of these phone calls in
these hotel rooms that were bugged. And so we I
guess we'll find out in twenty twenty seven if any
(15:39):
of the memos can be substantiated with hard evidence like recordings,
But for now we don't have any of that. And
so you know, it's time for the FBI to come clean.
I mean those, if true, those will be explosive. I
mean there will be very shaming problematic.
Speaker 1 (15:54):
We're waiting at twenty seven because I remember that Congress
had said these could be released so many years after
and then and that vote came up a decade or
a couple of decades back, because it was supposed to
be thirty some years. They went no, no, no, let's
push him out further. And then Congress back in the
day bipartisan voted and pushed it all the way to
twenty seven. So that's something that Trump can't do anything about.
We have to sit and wait final question is an
(16:14):
easy one to you in what we've seen in this
new two hundred and thirty thousand page release, do you
believe that Ray acted totally alone, since, according to the
FBI's investigation, his cellmate said, Yo, no, he was planning this.
He wanted to kill MLK, but then he got a
forged passport, a Canadian one, and his overseas ready to
go to another country again and luckily we caught him.
(16:36):
But that's pretty good for back in the day unless
you had some help from some powerful people. So what
do you think and did we learn anything about that
in this new release.
Speaker 4 (16:46):
It's a great question, and it's the number one question.
I know that doctor King's family says that he did
not act alone, that Ray did not act alone.
Speaker 1 (16:55):
I also see in.
Speaker 4 (16:56):
These documents a memo from the FBI stating that his
attorney as a former CIA guy, and then, like you said,
to pull off something like this and to get passports
and to that would require some.
Speaker 1 (17:09):
Powerful hut back in the day.
Speaker 4 (17:10):
Come on, yeah, back in the day, I mean this
would require some spooky help. And so nothing confirmed. But
the same thing with the JFK files. Anything conclusive may
have been disappeared long ago.
Speaker 1 (17:24):
Ah, some spooky help. I like the way you put that.
Another alphabet agency that most likely played a role, Seamus
Brunner as always man, Thank you for the insight. Check
out the book Control of Arcs. Keep up the great
work over there at the Government Accountability Institute. We know
you're trying to hold him accountable. Take care, brother, Thanks Dan, yep, yep.
(17:45):
Coming out after the break, Hunter Biden puts down the
crack pipe, pushes the hookers off his lap, and comes
out of the woodwork for one of the most bizarre
interviews with some random podcaster, and between his foul language
and his absolute meltdown over celebrities and Democrats and how
they treated the big guy, his daddy. Oh you got
(18:05):
to see this. We're back in just a few minutes.
Speaker 5 (18:08):
On the way.
Speaker 1 (18:14):
Hey, did you know that One America News network has

Speaker 6 (20:32):
I say you, how are we getting those people back
from in El Salvador? Because I'll tell you what, if
I became president in two years from now, or four
years from now or three years from now, I would
pick up the phone and call the president of El
Salvador and say you either send them back or I'm
gonna in vain. It's a fucking crime what they're doing.
(20:53):
He's a fucking dictator, thug Kelly or Trump both?
Speaker 1 (20:58):
What the did I just watch? Hunter Biden comes out
of hiding, put down the crack pipe, He pushed the
underage hookers off the lap, and he got in front
of a camera with some podcast curly headed ball cap
wear an interviewer dude that I don't know who that was,
and then drops eighty seven f bombs attacks everybody that
(21:19):
used to help his dad. This had to be some
sort of drug fueled tirade. I mean, seriously, he was racist.
He was profane, like nasty and just comes across like
an idiot in this interview. Have you seen it? Excuse me? Uh?
Andrew Callaghan. That's who. This is the creator and host
(21:43):
of the YouTube series Channel five. As far as I'm concerned,
this is a national embarrassment. The former president's son outraged
over mass deportations. Oh, I'm sorry that President Trump wants
to follow our immigration laws. Hunter claimed that white men
in America are more likely to commit violent crimes and
(22:06):
illegal aliens, and suggests that his daddy Jojo is the
only one that was capable of reaching angry white voters
by not agreeing with them but challenging their views. Plus,
he went into tirades, ripping all democrats, ripping celebrities like
it was just one of the most bizarre interviews I've
(22:28):
ever seen.
Speaker 6 (22:29):
Watch all these democrats say, you have to talk about
and realize that people are really upset about illegal immigration. You,
how do you think your hotel room gets cleaned? How
do you think you got food on your fing table?
Who do you think washes your dishes? Who do you
think does your garden? Who do you think is here
by the sheer, just grit and will that they've figured
(22:54):
out a way to get here because they thought that
they could give theirselves in their family a better chance. Please,
somehow convinced all of us that these people are in
the criminals.
Speaker 1 (23:06):
Racist much so, let me get this straight. Illegal criminal
aliens are only good for really crappy jobs in this country,
according to another white elite liberal, got it, make that
a note another Biden. That's a racist piece of shit. Okay,
but wait, the absurdity doesn't end there. Hunter Biden is
(23:30):
the cracked out gift that just keeps given and given.
He claims his daddy performed poorly at the infamous debate
against Trump last year because Jojoe was loaded to the
gills with ambient a prescription sleep medication to help him
(23:51):
rest because of his grueling travel schedule, which we know
is a lie because we never saw Jojo barely. However,
official public medical records because it's all public right when
it comes to our president, so we know is it's
supposed to be public. Never had am be enlisted as
(24:12):
one of Joejoe's prescribed medications. Who's lying Joe Biden's physician,
doctor Kevin O'Connor, who insisted that Joe had great mental
and physical fitness, matter of fact, excellent. Don't forget about
two weeks ago he invoked the Fifth Amendment when he
refused to answer questions with the House Committee of Republicans saying, Hey,
(24:35):
we just want to know the truth about Joe's health.
I took the fifth, I plead the fifth. Joining me
now on a way in on this very bizarre interview.
Turning Point contributor m Peal Joe Bob back on the program,
Joe Bob, I mean, look, we can't expect too much
(24:56):
from the little guy, right, big Guy's son, because we've
all seen the pictures and videos from the Laptop from
Hell that we broadcast on this network back in the
summer of twenty twenty, so we know what a piece
of you know what he is. But I mean from
the language to the racism to the like he threw
(25:18):
everybody under the bus in Daddy's party and George Clooney
and these precious celebrities that help democrats. I mean, who, okaye,
this did Hunter just like lock up Daddy and Jill
and went and did this interview.
Speaker 7 (25:33):
That's I think the biggest point here is there's so
many things. There's so many rabbit holes you can go down.
You can go down, the fact that he tried to
teach America effectively how to make crack cocaine, which is crazy.
Obviously threw everybody.
Speaker 1 (25:47):
Under the bus.
Speaker 7 (25:48):
He told the illegal immigrants that they can only do
these jobs that are cleaning his house. But the main
and I think thirty thousand foot view here is the question, who.
Speaker 1 (25:58):
Thought that this was a good eyea ida.
Speaker 7 (26:00):
On the Biden team. It's not like Hunter Biden is
like just kind of some random person off the street. Like, No,
they set this interview up. The Channel five team on YouTube,
which is a hilarious YouTube by the way, came to
his house and set up cameras, and nobody in the
Biden scope thought to think, oh, this is probably not
(26:21):
the best idea in the world, and it's just the
whole thing is hilarious. I would encourage people to actually
watch it in full only for the fact of you can't,
you know, using some abrasive ternality, you can't hate these
people enough in terms of just the ridiculous nature of
(26:42):
this entire three hour podcast with the former presidents.
Speaker 1 (26:48):
First, did you or were you able to do I'd
like to do this. Excuse me, I'm losing my voice here.
I'd like to have an F bomb counter next to Hunter.
During that three hour fiasco, I lost track. Did you
have an opportunity to count how many f bombs were dropped?
I literally lost track after like thirty seven or something.
Speaker 7 (27:10):
I was trying, but I ran out of fingers to
count on because that's the only way us mouth breathing
conservatives can count, according to the Libs, which I think
is ridiculous, because the Libs are actually doing this thing
on purpose where they say, hey, you gotta swear more
because that really ingratiates you to the voters, which it
isn't working. And I think what they're trying to do
(27:31):
is tap into that authenticity that conservatives have because we
actually believe what we're saying, and they think, okay, well,
because we don't believe in what we're saying, if we
curse a lot, it'll give the illusion that we believe
what we're saying.
Speaker 1 (27:44):
The same thing, right. I think my viewers, which some
give me a little grief about my fellow language here
or there by, the majority of my viewers understand that
thirty some years in a newsroom behind the scenes, let
me tell you, most people in newsrooms are a little
bit foul mouthed. Act of duty years in the military,
we're we're not choir boys. We're using a little bit
(28:05):
of foul language. And then five boys with a single
dad from the South. Yeah, we used foul language my
whole life. So when I say it because I'm passionate
about a story I'm discussing here on my program, I'm
not throwing it in for cause and effect or to
get likes or downloads or to excite you. I'm saying
it because I'm pissed off, and so I'm adding a
(28:27):
little colorful metaphor right to show my concern, my passion.
He does not come across authentic whatsoever. However, I can say,
and we'll do one more clip just for good measure
and get your take that I think he despises George Clooney.
Speaker 6 (28:44):
Now watch this one, Kim Kim Kim, and everybody around him.
I don't have to be fucking nice. Number one. I
agree with Quentin Tarantino and George Clooney is not an actor.
He is a like I don't know what he is.
He's a brand and by the way, and God bless him,
you know what he suzsly treats his friends really well,
(29:07):
you know what I mean, buys them things, and he's
got a really great place in Lake Como, and he's
great friends with Barack Obama. Hugh, what do you have
to do with anything? Why do I have to listen
to you?
Speaker 1 (29:17):
Okay? That was ten just in that tirade about George,
that was ten. Go ahead.
Speaker 7 (29:24):
I know I love the fact that you counted, but
I also just I would love to have been in
the room when Jill Biden. And I'm saying Jill because
I don't think Joe knows what's going on, but I
would love to see her face when she got the
text message or email alerting her to what was happening
in this interview, probably just reading that Hunter decided to
(29:46):
pick a fight with George Clooney, he wants to invade
l Salvador to go retrieve a citizen of that country
and bring him to the United States. He's teaching people
how to make crack cocaine and just watch like the
watch her face go what in the world is happening
right now? And again, more broadly on the Libs side
of the aisle, who on earth thought, well, what we
(30:08):
need to hear from is Hunter Biden. That's who we
should That's what who we should avert our attention to
and and make sure that his voice is heard. It's
just it's so delicious in a way.
Speaker 1 (30:19):
That keeps giving, and Democrats and liberals keep exposing themselves
for being completely out of touch idiots. Joe Bob, thank
you brother as always for coming in weighing in on
this most important interview of the day of the centers. Thanks.
I appreciate it. I take care brother. Straight ahead, we're
(30:39):
gonna head to New York City check in with our
good friend, artist Scott Lebato, who just unveiled his latest masterpiece,
going After Speaking the Devil. Crazy Democrats like the ones
trying to become the next mayor of the Big app
don't go away. Hey, if you're a cable for doesn't
(31:00):
offer one America News Network, you should give them a
call and kindly demand that they carryan. Now, you're the customer,
and without your feedback, your cable provider will not know
that there is a strong demand across this country for
one America News network. So please call your cable company
(31:21):
today and kindly ask or demand that they add OANN
to their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
have in common. The answer is that all three platforms
(31:42):
offer you the ability to live stream One America News
Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV, or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store, search out forn, then
enjoy all the great programming offered BYN, including my show
Real America. Viewers are always asking me how can they
(32:05):
watch away in live? The solution is simple. It's a
streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled klowd TV.
Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch
twenty four to seven live feeds of Oayn. The live
package is only two dollars and fifty cents per month
(32:26):
for all you can watch again, simply go to cloudtv
dot com and do it today. Hey, did you know
that One America News Network has launched a twenty four
to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it
free Talk forty five. So why is it branded free
(32:46):
Talk forty five? Well, free talk because you will not
be censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five
because forty five is a really lucky number. So join
us at free Talk forty five and its express yourself
with no fear of cancelation. Ever, welcome back, folks, America's
(33:15):
largest city is getting closer and closer to possibly electing
this clown. A Marxist, radical Islamic, I'm sorry, shouldn't even
be in our country to be their mayor. Zorn Mehmdani
recently won the Democrat primary, InChI him closer becoming the
Big Apple's chief executive. He still has to, of course,
(33:36):
get through the general election. And you've got Eric Adams,
who's the incumbent, who was a Democrat, now running as
an independent. Now meantime, the New York Young Republicans Club
is calling on Congress to disqualify Mendanni from holding office
under the insurrection clause of the fourteenth Amendment. The group
claims that Mindonni is and has provided aid or support
(33:57):
to the enemies of the United States through his state
satements and other actions, including and we've seen the video
participation in protests with pro Hamas groups. Also, he has
openly talked about refusing to cooperate with ICE. Could you
imagine if he's mayor also allegedly calling for the murder
(34:19):
of all Jews. He's one of those while refusing to
condemn calls by hamas for a global intofada. But think
about what he is saying, folks. This is a guy
who wants free grocery stores. He says that white people
own too much property in New York and he wants
to change that. He wants to take control of big,
huge buildings and turn them into free social housing. He
(34:42):
wants to take money, as he puts it, from the
rich white folk in the Big Apple and spread it around.
That sounds like the American dream, in American way in capitalism,
doesn't it. Not to mention, yes, he has been out
on the protest lines. He was the one that if
recall a few months back when Tom Holman was walking
(35:03):
through the house, he was screaming and yelling and got
into a scuffle with I believe it was Capitol police
and they had to grab a hold of him and
detain him. There's video of that. This is the guy.
He sounds like one of those guys out there screaming
death to the little devil and death to the big devil.
Yet he's running to become the mayor of New York City.
(35:25):
Why people would even how he even got past the
primary is beyond me. And by the way, did you
see all the Democrats in the last week flying up
to New York City to meet with him, a bunch
of House Democrats to kiss his ring. And then they
came out and they were like, Oh, he's great. Wow,
he's really done a great job with young voters. He's
(35:46):
got some really great ideas. Even legacy old school Democrats
who don't believe in his socialist marxistbs are there sucking
up to him because why he had success in running
a campaign, and that's all they care about is winning
and power. Big Apple business leaders are torn over which
(36:07):
candidate now to back for mayor. Some executives are, I
would hope, viently opposed to Mandami's agenda, especially the proposed
higher taxes on corporations and the wealthy, and then of
course the public ownership of certain services. I'm sure folks
that are own grocery stores in that town are pretty
peo that he wants to just turn him into socialist
(36:28):
grocery stores. Others are hoping to persuade Mam Damia dial
it back and then find common ground if he wins.
Are you serious you think a radical like this is
going to dial it back if you give him the
keys to the city. Are you all that stupid? There's
also deep concern over Mandamie's repeated questioning about the purpose
(36:51):
of prisons and jails. You've heard me. I saw one
podcast where somebody said, isn't it about time to do away
with the prison in jail system? It doesn't work? And
he's like, well, yeah, something we should look into. He agrees, Really,
then where do we put the murders in the rapists?
You want him hanging out in your neighborhood in New York?
I mean, i'd put him six feet under. But hey, hey,
(37:12):
that's you know, not legal. This radical wants to eliminate
cash bail, restrict solitary confinement, enact elder parole, and end
mandatory minimum sentences. Think about that. So here's some forty
year old molester guy that molested three girls, and the
(37:35):
minimum in New York, let's just say, is ten years
each or five years each from molestation. And you want
to get rid of that. So somebody that should be
going away for twenty thirty years for touching little kids
might only get a slap on the wrist. That's the
type of guy that New York Democrats voted for in
(37:56):
their primary he's the one that could be your next mayor. Oh,
by the way, he's also been a huge supporter of
defunding the cops entirely, so you know, if he wins,
call him. When you're being mugged, robbed, raped, or almost killed,
call the mayor. Our next guest artist, activist, lifelong New
(38:16):
Yorker my pal Scott Lebato using his talents to send
a message to all of his fellow New Yorkers, creating
a new piece of artwork, another mobile billboard. I love
it when he does this. There's a very powerful political
message though behind Scott's latest work.
Speaker 8 (38:32):
Watch I'm happy because I'm doing what I love doing,
which is undealing a work of art, but in public.
And this one is on a twenty two foot billboard
that's going to be driving around all of Manhattan today
and in the next few weeks, so I hope you
enjoy them.
Speaker 5 (38:51):
It's a beautiful just taking some clean British hair with
(39:13):
fine cue. Got the sun, Got chance to win a plan?
Another bandway away, beautiful morning.
Speaker 1 (39:27):
Here now my pal, artist, activist patriot Scott Lobato back
on the program. Scotty, Nice to see you. Nice message.
You're sending I know you are backing your good friend Curtis,
who's been out there on the streets of New York
since Man, when did he create the Angels seventies or eighties?
Fifty years ago? Fifty think about it. Yeah, he's been
(39:50):
trying to keep the streets cleaned up and safe from
the bad guys for a long long time.
Speaker 8 (39:55):
Now.
Speaker 1 (39:55):
I know, Scotty that you're all in on him as
the really only Republican one out there, But there are
folks in the movement that are like, he's not getting
enough donations, enough press, so we don't know if he
can pull it off with these damn liberal New Yorkers,
and so a lot of them have decided to throw
their support behind Adams, saying, well, Adams is better than
(40:16):
getting a Marxist, radical Islamic, anti American piece of you
know what. Like this Mamdami guy. I like your fight,
I like your spirit, and I'd rather have a Republican
running the Big Apple again. Dan.
Speaker 8 (40:30):
I want to thank you because although for the last
forty years I've been in the streets of this city
fighting for this city day in and day out, and
I remember all the big barren balanced news networks.
Speaker 1 (40:43):
All that the media in this.
Speaker 8 (40:44):
City had me on every day, every week, once a
month in the last couple of years.
Speaker 1 (40:50):
Nothing.
Speaker 8 (40:50):
I don't exist to them because they feel me. They
were afraid because I speak the truth, although raw a
little unorthodox. I am not some talking head that is
taught what to tell its people. And when I'm saying
this is I use my own platform. I use your
platform because you are a little more open minded than
these other stations. I speak of thank you when they
(41:12):
have the same people saying the same stuff over and
over again that Curtis can't win, and I find that
repulsible because they don't want Curtis to win. And you
know why you're in the media business, Dan, because the
majority of the other media outlets they don't want it
to be nice, and Curtis is gonna make it nice again.
They need blood, guts and ugliness in order to keep
(41:33):
their jobs, so they'll put Curtis down. Now here's what's
going to happen. This is a fact. Curtis Lever is
going to be the mayor of this city. Okay, because
all those people you spoke of, these Democrats that are
backing this man, kissing this nobody, this ghost, this thirty
three year old little dweb, this little terrorist communist. They
(41:55):
just they don't know what they do. They don't know
what's going on right now, but it's gonna hit them
because every you know it and I know it, something
bad comes out about this guy, man Daddy, Yeah, something
very bad every day online.
Speaker 1 (42:08):
And google it. The podcasts and interviews he's given over
the last couple of years and the radical stuff he
has said. It goes against everything American. It goes against
a lot of our Christian values. It goes against law
and order. This guy is a psycho. Now again, does
he believe in all this or is he just saying
it to try and stir up the vote. No, I
(42:29):
think he's a true believer.
Speaker 8 (42:31):
That's the beauty of it. This is the beauty of
the whole situation. Everybody can run over. But listen when
union heads vote for Adams because they, oh, well we're
gonna go with Adam. They always go with the Democrat
because of this. If you know what I mean, they
got sticky stuff on my fingers. The rank and file.
Speaker 5 (42:46):
I know.
Speaker 8 (42:46):
I drink with them, I eat with them, I live
with them. I'm a regular guy. I come from that
element of civil servants, teaches cops fine and sanitation. The
rank and file are gonna back Curtis Sliwa because they
saw what Adams did to them. The reason that that
cop got shot in the face the other day, thank
god he's alive.
Speaker 1 (43:03):
I'm getting.
Speaker 8 (43:04):
I'm getting Eric Adams policy with the sanctuary city. The
reason that cops get bricks thrown at them, fireworks shot
in their face is because Eric Alldams allows these purple
head little jew hating America hating terrorists to run the city.
It's all on Adams.
Speaker 1 (43:20):
So what's gonna happen here? Listen to me.
Speaker 8 (43:22):
It's gonna wind up being Curtis lye With versus Man Dandy.
This is exactly what's gonna happen. And everybody keeps saying
he's talking heads in the local media, Well you can't.
Curtis can't win because the Democrats and the Liberals a
out number the Republicans. Listen to Uncle Scotty Man Dandy
versus Curtis. What's gonna happen is the Liberals and the
Democrats and the independence in this city are gonna take
(43:44):
a good look at Man Dandy and they're gonna see
that this little communist terrorist is gonna want to take
their their lives, their money, their property away. And I
guarantee you the Democrats, liberals, and independence with common sense
are gonna say, hell no, we're back in artists. That's
a fact. That's exactly what's gonna happen. So everybody needs
to put the energy, flip the script, because that's what
(44:06):
New Yorkers do best. We flip the narrative and hits
your wagons to Curtisly what that's gonna save the city
and this country?
Speaker 1 (44:13):
Mock my words. I mean, I'm thinking about what you're saying,
and I'm remembering a little election back in ninety two
where a guy named Ross Perrot screwed the incumbent, George
hw and Clinton won. And I think you might be
onto something here, Scotty. That enough common sense Democrats, the
Independence and even if they don't go for Curtis, they
(44:36):
don't go for Mindami, they go for Adams, and then
younger generation radical liberals will go for Mindami. That's gonna
split the vote big time. Independence always win a race.
And if your boy Curtis has all the Republicans and
gets enough independence. He could squeak in because the Independent
and Democrat vote that skews more left will divide between
(44:58):
Eric and Mindami. I think you might be onto something here. Yes.
Speaker 8 (45:01):
And the thing about Adams is that it's kicking the
can down the road and every investor, business owner. This
is a capitalist city, the capitalist city of the world,
and everybody's leaving.
Speaker 1 (45:11):
Adams is just kicking.
Speaker 5 (45:12):
The can down the road.
Speaker 1 (45:13):
He created this great.
Speaker 8 (45:14):
Exodus for families, businesses, investment. He is nothing. I'm telling you,
you're kicking the can down the road. And the other thing,
you think you're gonna get rid of these little purple
head violet excuse me, violent protesters. If Adams wins, no,
because they're great guru man dandy.
Speaker 1 (45:29):
Will lose to this guy.
Speaker 8 (45:31):
They will be louder and more violent, and we will
get more destruction in the city.
Speaker 1 (45:35):
With Curtis. Curtis will cut snip the leash of the.
Speaker 8 (45:38):
NYPD to do it they have to do, to squash
these violent, little purple head protesters and put them in
their place. That's how it breaks down. Listen to Uncle Scottie,
not these journalists and our local city here who just
got there. The plumber two weeks ago. They're not like you, Dan,
they're not a real journalist.
Speaker 1 (45:58):
Well, I just like looking at the and I can't
imagine enough Americans in our biggest and once greatest city
in this nation going for a anti American psycho like
Zoorron Mendani. So I hope to God not And then
I agree with you. They've watched what's happened to New
York during the COVID pandemic, with the economy, with the
(46:18):
crime under Adams, and go, we can't go for either
one of these idiots, and they pick your boy, Curtis.
So I'm with you, Scottie. I know that's not the
narrative that some in the conservative Republican world are spewing today,
But last time I checked, oh yeah, this show still
has my name on it. So I'll say whatever the
hell I want, Scott, Thank you, brother, Appreciate you, Love you, yep,
love you. Take care up next. President Trump recently signed
(46:42):
the Genius Act into law, which ads regulation to crypto currency.
So is that a bad or a good thing, because, honestly, folks,
I don't know. I don't pay attention to crypto enough
at my age to be the expert so I found one.
She'll join us next and we'll dive into it. I'll
go away. Hey everyone, here's a question for you. What
does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all have
(47:07):

(47:54):

that One America News Network has launched a twenty four
to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it
free Talk forty five. So why is it branded free
(48:15):
Talk forty five? Well, free talk because you will not
be censored for expressing your opinion there and forty five,
because forty five is a really lucky number. So join
us at free Talk forty five and express yourself with
no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your cable provider
(48:37):
doesn't offer one America News Network, you should give them
a call and kindly demand that they carry away in.
Now you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable
provider will not know that there is a strong demand
across this country for one America News network. So please
call your cable company today and finally ask or demand
(49:01):
that they add o ANN to their channel lineup.
Speaker 2 (49:13):
Yeah, we worked hard. It's a very important act, the
Genius Act. They named it after me, and I want
to thank you.
Speaker 1 (49:21):
I want to thank you. This is a hell of
an act. Of course, you could say that your favorite
president making a little joke, the Genius Act. It's named
after me, of course, With the stroke of his famous
sharpie pen, President Trump signing the Genius Act in the
law last Friday, making it the first major federal crypto
(49:44):
legislation in the US. The Genius Act positions America now,
as the President says, the global leader in digital assets
and the digital currency revolution. And they say it strengthens
consumer protection in digital financial markets. Now we will also
bolster the dollar's role as the world's primary reserve, concertancy,
and currency. Rather, and they claim it will enhance national
(50:04):
security through regulation of digital assets. I take his word
for it because I have not paid attention to crypto
like I should folks, and I don't know, but I
do know we probably needed something on this because it's
been exploding the last few years. Now. This new bill
signed into law also establishes the first ever federal regulatory
system for stable coins, a type of cryptocurrency designed to
(50:28):
maintain a stable value by tying the price to an external,
generally stable asset like the US dollar or like commodities
like gold and silver. Additionally, the bill establishes regulatory framework
for stable coins, requiring issuers to comply with anti money
laundering and sanction regulations. Again, conservatives never like that dirty
(50:52):
word regulation, but I would think we're putting our money.
It would help if the government protect us so we
don't get screwed by the bad guys out there. Now,
not everyone has been on board with the Genius Act.
Matter of fact, our friend Georgia Congressman Margie Taylor Green
voted against it. She says she believes this act is
possibly a backdoor for establishing a central bank digital currency,
(51:16):
which she claims could be used by the government to
control individual's ability to buy and sell. Green warns that
the Genius Act promotes a cashless society and enables digital
currency systems to be weaponized by a future authoritarian government
against we the people some legitimate concerns. So joining us
(51:38):
now for more insight into the world of cryptocurrency something
as I've admitted to you before, folks, and you know,
I give it to you real I don't know a
lot about That's why my friend, who I've known four years,
we used to work in local news together. She knows
a lot about it. That's why I invited her on.
She's the host of the Coin Stories podcast. This is
like the number one podcast when it comes to crypto.
(52:01):
She also has a new book upcoming later this fall
called Bitcoin Is for Everyone. Natalie Burnell on the program
for the first time, and Natalie, I'm so sorry it
took me this long to get an old friend on
the show. But I need you to explain this like
I'm a third grader, because I am when it comes
to crypto, I don't invest in it. You and I've
had this discussion offline. I don't get it, and so
(52:24):
I want to understand more. But first and foremost welcome
and what do you think about the Genius Act? Good
or bad idea on Crump's part, Well.
Speaker 9 (52:32):
Thank you so much for having me. It's never too
late to learn about bitcoin. Honored to be here, and sure,
let's start with the Genius Act. There are some legitimate
concerns out there, but let's just start with the basic.
When you hear the Genius Act, it's really about stable coins.
And when you think of stable coins, just think of
the dollars. So to your earlier points, it really establishes
the first federal regulatory framework for stable coins in the US.
(52:53):
It sets requirements from issuers like backing them one to
one with cash reserves and short term US Treasury bills,
which is good if we want to issue more debt,
and it establishes oversight by federal regulators. And the Genius
Actor is really landmark because it's the first ever piece
of federal legislation in the US to embrace digital assets.
And Congress came together largely in a bipartisan way, which
(53:17):
when is the last time you saw that happen in DC, right,
But if you want to dig into stable coins more,
just so people can distinguish them from the electronic dollars
they use in bank accounts, they're a little bit different
because they're actually faster. They settle instantly, they move twenty
four to seven and across borders, and they've become very
popular internationally, especially in emerging markets and countries with currency crises.
(53:38):
I've talked to a lot of these people. They can't
open US dollar bank accounts, but they can download crypto
wallets and exchange their fiat currencies for stable coins, So
it does extend the dollar globally. It's been a lifeline
for people in so many countries because yes, we have
inflation here in the US, but nowhere near as bad
as other nations experience, and so stay coins have been
(54:01):
used internationally a lot more than even here in the US.
But people have to remember they're issued by centralized entities.
The biggest ones are Tether and Circle, so you still
have to trust that the issuer is you know back
in can honor the redemptions.
Speaker 1 (54:16):
Exactly if I log on today and I want to buy,
and there's different coins out there. Bitcoin, of course, is
the one that we hear a lot about ever since
this whole thing started. I don't there the original, but
it's one of the original big ones, right, Natalie, Because
I hear bitcoin, Bitcoin, Trump's got it coin, everybody's getting
a coin. So somebody needs to back up the fact
that if I, as an investor tomorrow, want to buy
ten thousand bucks worth of bitcoin or whatever one of
(54:38):
these stable coins, the issuer has to back that, right.
What if something falls apart within their company and then
I call up one day and go, hey, I want
to move my coin over here, and they go, yes, gone, sorry,
we reinvested it and we lost our asses and you
lost all your money. So does the Genius Act then
guarantee that folks that are going to be trading these
coins digitally have to prove they can back it up? Now?
Speaker 9 (54:59):
Is that part of this Well, yep, that's one of
the requirements that these issuers are going to be subject
to audit to make sure that they do maintain that
peg and they have the backing. But you actually made
a very interesting point, which is a great place to
sort of distinguish why Bitcoin is so different from crypto,
including stable coins. Stable coins and other cryptotokens have issuers,
(55:20):
which means you have to trust the people that are
behind any one of these companies or protocols, whereas Bitcoin
is an asset with no issuer. It is a decentralized
network and protocol, open source for any of us to verify,
and it's decentralized in the same way that the Internet
is decentralized. There's no point of failure, no CEO, no
board of directors, no one in control. So in that way,
(55:42):
it's actually something that I think you can trust more
than any of these issued tokens.
Speaker 1 (55:47):
I know you've been telling me for years. Right last one,
my friend MPG, and I'm sure you saw her concerns
are like, hey, makes sense that we need some regulation
on something that's never been regulated, especially when we're talking
about the American consumer's dollars in investing. However, she's worried
that down the road, with the wrong people in charge
in DC, you could have the government try to take
(56:07):
over and centralize all this and then start spewing out
rules so that you and I just couldn't trade this
bitcoin or stable coins freely and they could add all
kinds of cramp to it, kind of like the Fed
chair does right now with our interest rates and the dollar.
So are you in the same camp as MTG. Are
you a little concerned though, that this could open that
backdoor if she calls it to the government taking too
(56:30):
much control of these digital coins in the future.
Speaker 9 (56:33):
I think it's a very legitimate concern. It's one of
the reasons why I think bitcoin offers the solution because
you can self custody it and you can actually take
sovereignty over your financial future because you have to remember
stable coins and a lot of these other tokens. With
these issuers, that means they are programmable, they are surveilled,
everyone knows exactly what you're doing, and they can cut
(56:55):
you off like so many we've seen. Even with President Trump,
he said, I like bitcoin because I've been cut off
the US banking system. So if you have issuers, if
you have something that's highly regulated, and you have an
authoritarian regime takeover, absolutely there's a risk of that.
Speaker 7 (57:10):
Now.
Speaker 9 (57:10):
We're lucky that right now we have an administration that
says they are pro financial freedom, anti CBDC, but we
need to make sure we have those guardrails in place
so that we do have enshrined in our laws and
in our policies the right to self custody, especially with
things like bitcoin, which is essentially digital property.
Speaker 5 (57:28):
This is so new.
Speaker 9 (57:29):
Most people never thought that they would own digital property
before they think of their house or they think of it.
Speaker 1 (57:33):
I'm still scared of it, but I'm going to start
looking into it now with this act in place and
my friend telling me it's good and safe, and so
I will end the interview with this to all our
viewers here, do your homework, folks before you invest in
any of the digital coins, because there's tons out there.
Just do your homework. Check in with my friend Natalie
Burneill and her podcast Coin Stories, and she's got a
(57:54):
book coming out later this year called Bitcoin Is for Everyone.
I trust her. If she's telling me it's a wise
and best and it's safe certain ones, then I would
look into it. Natalie, thank you so much. Keep your
phone on. I have a filling money need advice from you. Jaer.
Speaker 9 (58:08):
Thank you so much for having me appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (58:10):
Thank you, and folks, that's gonna do it. Thanks for
tuning in to this Tuesday edition of Real America here
on OI and you want to get a hold of it,
put the info on the screen if you would, please, Chris,
you know how to do it. It's real America, owait
and n dot com. There's all the social media handles
stick around. Matt Gates is up next, then Chanel Rhon,
I'm back tomorrow on Home today, eight eastern, five Pacific.
Until then, you know exactly what to do. Be proud
(58:31):
Americans out there, be brave, and God bless you all.
