couple of days, our Director of National Intelligence Tulsea Gabbard
referred former President Barack Obama and his top members of
his intelligence community. When he was in to the Department
of Justice this week for a criminal investigation.

Shortly after Gabbard's remarks, the DOJ announced a new task
force to investigate whether crimes were committed and if they
can prosecute.

the specific allegations it intends to investigate, only that the
actions come in response to Gabbard's accusations that Obama and
his cronies orchestrated a prolonged coup against we the people

that Russia interfered and worked with Trump in the twenty
sixteen election, all bogus, like we've been saying for ten
frickin years. Attorney General Pam Bondi expressed the DOJ's commitment
to thoroughly investigate these claims and to deliver accountability and justice.

Distance himself from the growing Russia Gate scandal, denying all
allegations that he orchestrated, or that he manipulated, or that

He can't even call it intelligence gathering and the assessment
of Russian interference because there was none. They looked into it,

as criminal referrals, as far as prosecutions, there are multiple

So a couple of these statues eighteen US Code Section
two forty two is criminal deprivation of light of rights?
Has I believe a five or of seven year statute
of limitations? There another one that I've seen tossed around
seditious conspiracy that's basically treason, that similarly has a very

similar statute limentations. Now, look, there are some ways to
get creative, Dan when it comes to where you begin
the tolling of the statute lilentations. That's basically what Alvin
brad did in New York City for the stupid storganuels prosecution.

do we have a statue of limitations on treason? If

is they're already, let's not forget there already has been
a special counsel who's looked into some of this. That
was the Durham probe. That was the John Durham Probe,
which concluded during the first year the Biden presidency in
twenty twenty one. And tragically, I would say, to not
make a single criminal referral. That's not to state that

there cannot be a second special counsel. There's nothing that
I'm aware of in the DOJ regulations that will prevent
a potential second Council from looking into this a new
and light of new evidence and so forth.

But to an extent, this has been tried, and unfortunately
he's found wanting.

All right, Well, as always happens in DC, the wrongdoers

They colluded, not Trump with Boutin, they colluded the DNC,
the Hillary Clinton camp, and Obama's intelligence community. They all
colluded to try and frame Trump and they're going to

and the intelligence community mischaracterized intelligence and relied on dubious,

roll where the Secret Service agents had to hold her
up and she fell and they quickly threw her in

I think it was John Brennan that he gave in

Matt Gates asked John Brennan straight up about whether or
not the Steele dossier was part of this infamous January

after the DOJ asked three different courts to unseal grand
jury transcripts related to Epstein. This is because our President

you teach the system to learn its own language. But
when you do that, you no longer know how it's
making its decisions. So when you talk about values and
the things you're concerned about, there's a real risk that
artificial intelligence models, if people shortcut them, could potentially no

longer be transparent. Well guess who's doing that, probably with
with their DEEC model, the Chinese. So when you listen
to what President Trump is saying, this is really like
the Manhattan Projects. Frankly, I think it's very very comparable
the defense implications alone. So do you want the Chinese
gaining dominance in this area or the United States? I

know you're not a fan of AI necessarily, but do
you trust our side?

Well? Yeah, more than yeah.

I'm a champion of America, not of China. If you

So do you want us pulling oil out of the
ground or do you want the Russians pulling it out
of the ground or others who pollute way, It's a
very similar analogy.

was Maga all the way, strong, tough, smart, but the
biggest heart. He gave an absolutely electric speech at the
Republican National Convention that was one of the highlights of

wife's sky and his family, we give our warmest best

I need to meet these lovely, lovely, heartwarming people.

he even said it to speech. You know, I don't
get involved in this stuff, but right now the country's
in trouble, and the Holkster's coming out.

Yeah, no question. Look, you look at a guy like
Michael Jordan. A lot of people are criticizing him for
being silent stuff. And then one day he said, hey, look,
Republicans buy tennis shoes too.

It's so silly that the whole the whole Democrat Party,
they're like little seventh grade mean girls. You know, it's
just the hypocrisy that they live in. But they just
they're like little gossip artists and they just you know,
they're a little bullies. And look, I'm the first canceled
culture victim before it became a term.

And I got an interview.

It just came out and all of a sudden, I'm
getting hit by all these people that wanted to interview.
Is when you got a hold of me. I thought
it was going to be for what they posted on
Fox News what I said. But and then they they
hit Holster right after he did this speech.

You and I are looking at for me to look
how oh yeah, big and people people that loved him
for decades turned on him because of their TDS.

Right, they loved Trump. They loved Trump before Trump announced
me that he was going to run back in twenty fifteen.
Please do a camera in my movie, Please do cam
on my TV show, Please come on the view, get
a hug from Oprah. The minute goes to the right,
which is always better to go right. Anyway, he got
a tax and I just.

Went kind of these guys are just well to look
at all these old picks, I mean, the Holster and
Trump were friendly for a long long time. Trump loved
wrestling and fire and entertainment. I mean some of these
picks date back there. That's the one with Andre the
Giant that was in WrestleMania three. I mean you're going
back thirty some years, so Trump's known him forever. I
love seeing these picks. I just love, love, love this.

And he did a lot of different stuff. He helped
different children's charities, He had his reality show with his family.

He did a couple of movies.

Speaker 2 (56:18):
They weren't that great, but they were fun and funny
to a degree. And I just think he's going to
be remembered as this American icon, a patriot. He was
always that flag draped in the flag and just a patriot.
And so we'll close out keV with how you're going
to remember Hull Cogan as we learned of his passing
earlier today.

Well, I just think that the guy was always there's
a humility to the guy. He knew where he stood
in the world in terms of, you know, the fame
that he had, but he was always a nice guy
to all his fans. He's always out there dealing talking
to everybody, making jokes hanging out. When I first met
at Mike todio with twenty years ago and I met
his daughter, I think brook was their name of the
first time. Back then, they were just genuine people and

nice people and it was just pretty cool to meet.
But I hate to leave it on this note, but
I got to get a quick plug, and I have
a movie that's kind of being re released opening August fifth.
It's called What If. It's the same right as that
God's Not Dead. So this timing is perfect me to

got hope, love, laughter, redemption, all the things that he
