Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America tonight, waging peace across the
Middle East and Eastern Europe. President Trump making great strides
and trying to restore order, but there's a lot of
work ahead. Plus promises made, promises kept. Impressive trade deals
just keep coming under Trump, forcing all the naysayers out
there to eat a whole bunch of crow. And I
am celebrating tonight. Remember these guys, media Matters, the highly
(00:25):
detestable radical left wing echo chamber for Democrat propaganda and lies.
Guess what, They're on life support, laying people off, most
likely gonna have to shut down. And I'm loving it,
and I'm dan Bald, and real America starts right now.
(00:49):
President Donald Trump scored major victories on trade over the
last few days, and he's also trying to advance peace
over the weekend while he was overseas. Again, more promises
made and more promises kept. This on his commitment of
the mega agenda for us, the American people, and yes
for you Democrats and liberals who hate him. If the
(01:09):
country does well, your family will do well too. So tonight,
let's begin with the trade deals, because over the weekend
he nailed it again. A new agreement between the US
and the EU includes a fifteen percent tariff that will
be applied to nearly all EU goods exported to the US,
which is lower than the thirty percent tariff President Trump
(01:31):
had threatened, but higher than the previous two and a
half percent rate. The EU, though, has agreed to buy
seven hundred and fifty billion dollars worth of American energy
products by the year twenty twenty eight. They've committed to
investing six hundred billion dollars in the United States over
the same timeframe, supporting economic ties and job creation on
(01:54):
both sides of the pond. Good for them, good for US.
Trump also struck a major trade deal right before he
flew over to Scotland with Japan. Do you hear about
this one? Japan agreeing to a five hundred and fifty
billion dollar investment in the US, described as the largest
foreign investment commitment ever secured by any country. Just lad
(02:18):
that headlineup. The US will impose a fifteen percent reciprocal
tariff on Japanese exports, reduced from a threatened twenty five
percent tariff right and Japan will open its market to
US products now including cars, trucks, rice, and other agricultural goods.
(02:39):
What was that y'all on the left were saying a
few months ago about these trade wars. It was going
to do what to the economy, and we were going
to be what in a recession? Anyway? Commerce Secretary Howard
Lutnik declaring that President Trump's Liberation Day tariffs set the
kick in Friday, are set in stone and will not
be delayed. Customs will begin collecting the tariffs on August first,
(03:02):
if these countries don't get in line. Meantime, the US
and China began fresh tariff negotiations in Stockholm today, led
by Treasury Secretary Scott Bissett and the Chinese Vice Premiere.
This is the third round of talks in less than
three months, and extending the current tariff truce beyond the
August twelfth deadline. There both sides are trying to avoid
(03:24):
the reinstatement of huge increased tariffs. Some it could be
like one hundred percent. This would obviously cause a huge
problem globally. We could even see supply chain issues again.
So let's hope they get this one hammered out. I
think they will. All signs point to they will. Now.
Discussions include not just the tariffs, but also US concern
(03:45):
over China purchases of sanctioned Russian and Iranian oil and
technology export restrictions, including those on AI intelligence chip exports,
and let's not forget all the fetanyl that's been coming
from China going through Mexico and ending up in America.
Beijing focused on removing the twenty percent tariff the US
(04:07):
imposed citing the feednal trafficking, while the US has indicated
a little flexibility as suspending certain technology export restrictions to
try and encourage the process of negotiation. Again, folks, it's
called the art of the deal.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
You know, we have a good relationship with China, but
China is tough and like you're tough. You know, we're
all tough, guess, but we're going to see what happens.
We made We just concluded our deal with Japan. It
was very good, good for everybody. We're making integreat deals.
Speaker 3 (04:42):
We're making deals that are good for us, but we
want them to be good for everybody.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
For more on how the economy is doing today thanks
to President Trump. He's the CEO of the company Exeger.
Brandon Daniels on the program for the first time Brandon,
nice to see you, Thanks for coming on. Let me
just ask you, you know a bit on the show. Don't
your politics. My team just booked you. Compared to six
months ago, hell, compared to four months ago, when a
(05:08):
lot of folks out there were claiming all this tariff
and trade negotiation was going to crush our economy would
be in a recession by summer. It's July twenty eighth.
None of that's happened. The market's doing well. Most of all,
the trade deals benefit us more than any other country.
You're a CEO. How are things looking to you? Sir?
Speaker 4 (05:29):
That absolutely and thank you for having me on. It's
good to be on for the first time. Well, just
if you rewind six months ago, I was working with
the administration of what these tariffs might look like, and
there were a lot of numbers that were floating around
that were in the single digits, right, A lot of
people didn't think that some of these double digit tariffs
(05:50):
were going to be possible without some sort of reciprocal
activity or potentially you.
Speaker 5 (05:55):
Know, some backlash.
Speaker 3 (05:57):
Right.
Speaker 4 (05:57):
Sure, we flash forward and you see really the impossible happening.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
One.
Speaker 4 (06:05):
You're seeing us create tariffs that start to bring manufacturing
back to the United States, especially in areas where we
can be competitive, or where there's automation, or where national
security is critical. You're seeing that manufacturing coming back to
the US. The other thing that you're seeing, which is
really the impressive part about these, is that you're also
(06:26):
seeing those markets open up, Like the European car market
has been closed for decades and this now gives us
a real opportunity to be competitive against European car and automakers.
And the thing that's also impressive about this the third thing.
So the first is that we're able to get to
(06:46):
these numbers too, there isn't the backlash in terms of
reciprocal tariffs. But then three, they've actually made these surgically
future proof by making sure that the things that we
need from those countries were getting on a zero to zero.
Speaker 5 (07:01):
Tariff basis, so not hurting the American people.
Speaker 1 (07:05):
That's amazing, Yeah, because that was a lot of the
fear mongering from a lot of folks on the left
and the mainstream media and Democrats in DC. They were saying, Oh,
Trump's gonna have you paying one hundred percent more for
this item or this vodka, this computer, whatever it may
be they were freaking people out. And I know we
had a couple literally a couple rough days of the
(07:26):
market several months ago, and they were acting like it
was you know, Black Monday, and things were gonna crash
and people were gonna sart jumping out of windows again
like it was the twenties or thirties whenever that was.
I mean, come on, like seriously, people were losing their
ever loving minds. And now I'm reading a headline with you, Brandon,
and I'm saying that his Japan bill was like the
(07:47):
best one and biggest one ever. Nobody's done this. And
by the way, didn't I hear your first thing was
Manufacturing's gonna come back? I thought, I owed, Uh, who
was that? Oh yeah, that Obama president guy. Didn't he
say manufacturer was never coming back to America when he
was in.
Speaker 4 (08:03):
I think the world has changed, and I think you
have to look at this strategy as a network, so
you know, you think about what Trump is doing in
terms of leaning forward.
Speaker 5 (08:14):
When it comes to the AI Action Plan.
Speaker 4 (08:17):
The fact is that AI Action Plan allows us to
become more competitive in manufacturing because we can bring in
and we can create more robotics we can lean forward
and reduce regulation in terms of how AI is being developed.
Speaker 5 (08:31):
And can start to make it so that we could be.
Speaker 4 (08:33):
Cost competitive even against merging nations that have much lower
labor and wages costs. It's leaning in and making sure
that we are the owners of our intellectual property instead
of it being stolen from job.
Speaker 1 (08:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (08:49):
Yeah, that's right, and so and so that AI action
plan plus deregulation plus these terroris do give us a
real solid fighting chances to bring American manufacturing back in.
Speaker 5 (09:03):
A real way.
Speaker 1 (09:04):
I love hearing this, especially from somebody who's out there
running a company, dealing with the hiring, the firing, the regulation,
the tax code, everything you deal with as a CEO,
and you hear well. I haven't heard too many CEOs
lately rip Trump. So final question too is an easy one,
right they whether they like him, love him, or hate
(09:24):
him personally, I haven't heard too many CEOs complain about
his economic policy. So I'm just going to do a
simple question to you at the end here, Ben, if
you had to give the Trump administration a grade on
the first six months and his strategy and his attack
plan to get our economy humming again, I would say,
(09:44):
after let's be real, it was in the tank thanks
to Joe and Kamala. What grade would you give him?
And why so?
Speaker 4 (09:52):
I would give him an A because I think he's
prioritizing the areas where the United States could be competitive,
like the A and automation and auto manufacturing areas where
there have just been incredible sort of changes in this
new industrial revolution. I would also say that the trade
(10:13):
negotiations where they're landing is better than anyone else could
have thought.
Speaker 5 (10:18):
And then lastly, I think that the.
Speaker 4 (10:23):
Areas that we are bolstering, like in defense spending, they
are going to lead to a stronger, more a stronger
America that can continue to project power. And I think
that that's a really important thing for us to be
economically sound. And Exeger we're a supply chain AI company,
so we're helping all of the biggest companies in the
(10:45):
world one hundred and fifty of the Fortune five hundred
manage their supply chains. And so I'm getting the feedback
from customers, and I've had customers that have been able
to navigate this with zero cost impacts to them right
by changing their manufacturing partners, by changing their resourcing to
the United States or to you know, critical allies. And
(11:09):
the thing that I think that this the set of
trade deals will also do is they open up markets
that were just closed off to.
Speaker 1 (11:15):
US forever, never opened at all, never thought of being open.
And now Trump's Wow, Brandon, let's get you on more.
I love what you have to say. Brandon Daniel's CEO
of the company Exeger. Thank you for coming on. Really
appreciate it.
Speaker 5 (11:28):
Thank you, appreciate your time.
Speaker 1 (11:30):
Yep, have a good evening. I gotta play this clip.
Do you have time? Guys? Can I do it? Please?
Let me do it. Okay, we're gonna do it. Yeah,
I run this show. We're doing it. Okay. So I
love bragging that the economy is doing so well because
of all the naysayers for six months. You know things
are doing well when a Trump hating talk show host
(11:52):
like Bill Maher says this about the tariffs and the economy,
roll it.
Speaker 6 (11:57):
Look, the stock market is at record highs. I know
not everybody dos by this stock market, but I also
drive around. I don't see a country in a depression
at all. I see people out there just living their lives.
And I would have thought, and I got to own
it that the cut that these tariffs were going to
(12:17):
fo sing this economy by this time, and they didn't.
Speaker 1 (12:24):
I love this anyway, hope you enjoyed that? Did you
have to have that crow taste bill? Was it yummy?
Straight ahead? President Trump sets a new deadline for a
piece deal between Russia and Ukraine, with the big question
will both sides agree more on that? We return. Viewers
are always asking me how can they watch away in live?
(12:44):
The solution is simple. It's a streaming platform called cloud
tv now it's spelled klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv
dot com and subscribe to watch twenty four to seven
live feeds of a way in. The live package is
only two dollars and fifty cents per month for all
(13:04):
you can watch again. Simply go to cloudtv dot com
and do it today. Hey, did you know that One
America news network has launched a twenty four to seven
Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it free Talk
forty five. So why is it branded free talk forty five? Well,
(13:26):
free talk because you will not be censored for expressing
your opinion there, and forty five because forty five is
a really lucky number. So join us at free Talk
forty five and express yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey,
(13:46):
if your cable provider doesn't offer One America News Network,
you should give them a call and kindly demand that
they carry away in Now you're the customer, and without
your feedback, your cable provider will not know that there
is a strong demand across this country for one America
News Network. So please call your cable company today and
(14:09):
kindly ask or demand that they add O A N
N to their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a question
for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon
Fire TV all have in common. The answer is that
all three platforms offer you the ability to live stream
(14:31):
One America News Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV,
or Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store
search out for O A N then enjoy all the
great programming offered by O N, including my show Real
America Welcome Back. Turning now to President Trump's recent victories
(14:59):
in try to wage peace in the Middle East end
in Eastern Europe, Israel announcing a daily halt in military
operations for ten hours each day in specific areas of
Gaza so that they can create humanitarian corridors to deliver
food and aid. Jordan and the United Arab Emirates conducted
their first aid air drops into Gaza in several months
(15:23):
just yesterday, delivering twenty five tons of supplies by parachute.
The operation marks the resumption of air drops aimed at
trying to deepen the humanitarian aid in Gaza. Aid groups
and the United Nations have stressed the urgent need for
quick Israeli approvals for trucks entering Gaza to try and
capitalize on this aid. President Trump has pledged increase aid
(15:47):
to Gaza, but noted that Israel must decide its next step.
Following the collapse of the ceasefire and the hostage negotiations
that Hamas is still holding, Trump accuses Hamas of stealing
humanitarian aid that's supposed to go to the Gazan civilians,
describing the situation as a complete mess. The President pledging
(16:09):
increased US humanitarian aid to Gaza while criticizing the EU
for not contributing more aid to the region. Yeah, help out.
It's in your backyard, not ours. We want to get
the children fed.
Speaker 3 (16:21):
We made a contribution a we could goo of sixty
million dollars all going into food. We only hope the
food goes to the people that need it, because so
so much as you know, when you do something there,
it gets taken by Hamas or somebody. We can save
a lot of people. I mean, some of those kids
are that's real starvation stuff. I see it, and you
(16:45):
can't fake that. So we're going to be even more involved.
We did some airlifts before, some air drops, and the
people are running for it.
Speaker 1 (16:57):
Now let's turn to Eastern Europe. Trump announcing just hours
ago that he is now shortening the original fifty day
deadline he had set on Russia to try and make
a peace deal with Ukraine. His decision reflects his growing
frustration with the ongoing full scale war and Russia's continued
missile attacks on major Ukrainian cities despite ongoing negotiations. The
(17:21):
president also expressing disappointment in Putin for targeting civilian locations
he says like nursing homes and even the Kiev subway station.
Trump warns that of Russia does not meet this new deadline,
the US will impose quote very severe tariffs on Russian
exports of up to one hundred percent and could include
(17:42):
even secondary tariffs targeting countries that do trade deals with Russia.
Speaker 3 (17:47):
I'm gonna make a new deadline of about ten, ten
or twelve days from today. There's no reason in waiting.
There is no reason in waiting. It's fifty days. That
want to be generous, but we just don't see any
progress being.
Speaker 1 (18:05):
Made here now to discuss both wars. He's a former
instructor at the US Army War College and the author
of the book Preparing for World War Three. Retitle tenant
Colonel Robert McGinnis. So, Colonel, let's start with Putin and
then we'll move over to the Middle East. So Trump
goes from fifty to ten to twelve days. He's saying
(18:25):
he has used the word frustrated, frustrating frustration. He's pissed
at Putin. He thought he had a good relationship. He
thought he'd be able to get this handled in the
first few weeks. Now we're six months into his presidency.
We can all tell he does not want this to
be his war because he firmly believes and I believe
it wouldn't have happened if he were president instead of
Joe Biden. What do you make of this? Now, hard
(18:47):
deadline of ten to twelve days, along with I'm gonna
hit you hard with tariffs, but I'll start going after
the countries that are buying your stuff.
Speaker 7 (18:56):
Yeah, that's gould have been there, really, you know, I
think Gonna caused Putin to sit up and take notice.
In the last couple of days, Dan we've seen is
Kantar cruise missiles and ballistic missiles and hundreds of drones
heading for Kiev and you know, some strategic locations within
the Ukraine. We're not the least surprised that Putin's not budging.
(19:20):
You know, he thinks he has the upper hand in
spite of the fact that, of course we're going to
now sell weapons to NATO countries and they're going to
ship those into Ukraine. However, yeah, you've got to hurt
him in the pocketbook. And that's precisely what the terrorists
and the sanctions are going to do if in fact
(19:41):
the president in ten to twelve days and it does
start to ratchet those up. And interestingly, the primary consumers
of that energy are China and India, so that's really
going to be a tenuous circumstance. Now, of course, Putin
has had a shadow fleet for some time. That, Yeah,
(20:02):
the Europeans have really ignored. They are now going to
go after those. And of course if we do follow
through with you know, this energy sanctions, that I think
that Putin might begin to change. But thus far he's
not stalling here, or he is stalling, and he's not
doing anything. In fact, you know, they've met the other
(20:25):
day in Istanbul for the third time and nothing came
of that. And so you know, they like to talk,
but they also like to launch missiles and drones, and
unfortunately the carnage continues.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
Yeah, the only I'm trying to find some silver lighting here,
I guess the good news is that EU is finally
stepping up and paying for weapons from US to give
to Ukraine instead of US footing the damn bill like
we did under Biden. So I'll try and find some
silver lighting. Let's move to the Middle East. US get
the headline there, pulls out of the Israeli Hamas peace talks.
(21:03):
So they had a ceasefire, thought we were going to
find peace. No hostages came home on this second round
now and Trump said hostages or else looks like him
and Netanya, who are arguing over how much force they
should be using the aid, who's getting it, who's stealing it.
There's a lot of back and forth here, and like
Trump always says, I just want the killing to stop
(21:25):
on both sides. What do you think is going to happen?
Can they find peace anytime soon?
Speaker 7 (21:30):
Well, I haven't had peace certainly in a couple thousand years.
Speaker 4 (21:34):
That's true.
Speaker 7 (21:35):
Not optimistic it's going to happen overnight. Yeah. I heard
the President today in Scotland talking about this. He was
genuinely frustrated and he was very concerned about the dire
situation that you're finding in Goza now. But of course
it goes back to the hostages. That's the only thing
that Hamas has left. What are their twenty ish hostages
(21:58):
that are you know?
Speaker 1 (22:00):
Yeah, they said fifty. They think twenty twenty five are
alive and the other twenty to thirty your bodies, yeah.
Speaker 7 (22:04):
Yeah, And so you know they're going to continue to
use that as best as they can. They don't want
to give up. And at the same time, nan Yahu says,
no permanent cease fire negotiations at this point. They're going
to continue to squeeze. And so you know, if I
were in Steve Whitkoff's situation, I'd be incredibly frustrated because
(22:29):
Hamas and Qatar and others are just not honest brokers,
and they're going to continue to strain as much as
they can out of the few situations that they have left.
It's pretty dire, quite frankly.
Speaker 1 (22:44):
Yeah, No, I totally understand it, and I look at
it from both sides, and I say, Okay, you've got
innocent people on one side, and again, a big portion
of some of those innocent guys and residents, Palestinians, whatever
folks want to call them, also support Hamah Center fine
with the terrorists trying to kill every Jew on the planet.
So do I have a big heart for them, No,
(23:05):
I don't. The children, yes, But then I see videos
of them teaching seven eight nine year olds to hate
Jews and hate Americans and holding aks and wanting to
kill people at nine ten years old, So I'm going okay,
And then I get Israel's point too, because, as you said,
thousands of years fighting, fighting, fighting, the last forty fifty
years fighting fighting, fighting, and let's be real, if both
(23:25):
sides laid their arms down, who would be the first
one to attack Israel's trying to survive and let's be real,
Hamas and the terrorists want them dead. So again, it's
as Trump, it's a mess. That's what Trump always says.
It's a frickin' mess over there, and he's just trying
to find some peace. Colonel as always, thank you, Man,
appreciate you.
Speaker 7 (23:45):
Thanks Dan, have good day you too.
Speaker 1 (23:47):
Coming up after the break, Indiana Congressman Marlin Stutsman's going
to join us discuss how RFK Junior is accomplishing his
MAHA goal trying to make us healthy folks stay with us. Hey,
did you know that One America News network has launched
a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
(24:08):
it branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there,
and forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your
(24:31):

Now you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable
provider will not know that there is a strong demand
across this country for One America News Network. So please
(24:52):
call your cable company today and kindly ask or demand
that they addaann to their channel lineup. Hey everyone, here's
a question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV,
and Amazon fireTV all have in common? The answer is
(25:13):
that all three platforms offer you the ability to live
stream One America News Network from your Roku TV, Apple
TV or Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store,
search out foran then enjoy all the great programming offered
by including my show Real America. Viewers are always asking
(25:36):
me how can they watch OAN live? The solution is simple.
It's a streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled KLOWDTV.
Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch
twenty four to seven live feeds of OAN. The live
package is only two dollars and fifty cents per month
(25:58):
for all you can watch. Again, simply go to cloudtv
dot com and do it today. Making America healthy again.
(26:20):
It's the top priority for lawmakers, I would say on
both sides of the aisle, But I hope so anyway,
Thanks in large part to Health and Human Service As
Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Junior. Both Democrat and Republican lawmakers
have introduced legislation that targets advertising by drug manufacturers. Finally,
something we can all agree on. The end Prescription Drug
(26:42):
Ads Now Act proposes a permanent nationwide band on all
direct to consumer advertising of prescription drugs, Oh, that's awesome
and biologics across all platforms like TV, radio, print, digital,
and even social media. Another bill, the respe Responsibility in
Drug Advertising Act of twenty twenty five, prohibits direct to
(27:04):
consumer advertising of new drugs during the first three years
after FDA approval with certain FDA waiver provisions. These federal
legislative efforts reflect bipartisan concern over pharmaceutical advertising's impact on
healthcare costs and the overall public health. This as our
friends Downanda, Australia decides to relax biosecurity rules and reduce
(27:28):
restrictions on US beef imports for the first time in
twenty years, allowing fresh and frozen US beef to enter
the Australian market. The decision being held as a historic
win for the American rancher and farmer, reversing long standing
trade barriers that it limited US beef down under great news. Additionally,
(27:50):
GOP Congressman from Indiana Marlin Stutsman introducing the Appeal Reveal Act,
a bill mandating a new food label for fruits and
veggies treated with a product developed by Appeal Sciences using
a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. If
you haven't heard about this crap, I looked it up.
It ain't good, folks. The product codings called it appeal
(28:14):
for conventional produce and organ peel like organic organic peel.
So it's supposed to be organic. Here's what happens. They
spray it with this crap. It's supposed to extend the
life of it. But here's the deal. It's got chemicals
in it that actually are not safe. Even though the
FDA has said they're safe. Studies show that this crap
(28:37):
can cause nerve damage and some even say cancer. Just
grow it, wash it and give it to me. Why
do you have to spray a chemical on it? Join
us now the way in on the attempt to make
us healthy again. Indiana Congressman Marlon Stutsman back on the program.
Hey Marlin, nice to see you, Thank you for this act.
(28:59):
It was a couple of weeks ago. My producer and
my wife were in the office going have you heard
of this appeal stuff or peel? And I go, no,
what is it? And they showed me a study. Then
I started reading. I saw Gates was behind it, so
I perked up, and then I see cancer, nerve damage,
all this crap just so the orange will last longer
on the shelf so they can make more money at
(29:21):
Ralph's or Vaughan's or Albertson's or Kroger's. No, no, thank you,
Are we going to stop this crap?
Speaker 8 (29:27):
Dan, great to be with you, and yeah, you know
that's the effort here.
Speaker 1 (29:31):
You know.
Speaker 8 (29:31):
To me, it seems like it'd be easier just to
tell us as Americans and as consumers what's actually in
the appeal product, rather than telling us the symptoms and
the the what could happen to us, whether it's cancer
or nerve damage. Why do they have to tell us that,
Just tell us what's also in the product that may
cause that particular problem. You know again, I think you know,
(29:53):
as you said, my my red flags went up for
me when I saw that the Bill and Melinda Gate
Foundation was behind the development of this product. And you know,
it all sounds good that, you know, we want to
spray our tomatoes, we want to spray our apples to
get a longer shelf life. And you know, I come
from the food industry, so I know it pretty well,
(30:14):
and I know how important labeling is. I mean, we're
in the meat industry and we have to label our
meat products according to us DA standards.
Speaker 5 (30:24):
And it's not just very simple.
Speaker 8 (30:26):
It's pretty rigorous in the fact that we were you know,
have to label all the products that are inside of
our beefstick, for example. So the fact that they are
not wanting to tell us and put a label on
what's in an appeal is really bothersome to me. And
so as I was talking to some moms who are
very concerned about this product, I said, Hey, let's file
(30:48):
a bill and let's make sure that we know that
the consumer has all the information and if they have
a problem with it, they're going to push back, so
we'll see. I haven't got a phone call from Bill
Gates yet, but I'd take it if it did.
Speaker 1 (31:00):
Yeah, I think I read that he had a company
create this and funded it or something so they could
have fresh fruits and veggies last longer. In his efforts
with his foundation to feed folks down on the African continent,
all those countries down there that are dealing with famine stuff.
And I guess I get that. But if you're gonna
give people diseases, I mean, yeah, they got to eat
(31:20):
to live, but then you're gonna hurt them because you
want to spread it makes no damn sense. All right,
let's talk about these bills that y'all finally got along
on something. I actually said the word bipartisan twice in
that script. I almost lost it. Bipartisan. No more. If
I have to watch, Marlon, one more segment of the
(31:41):
major fake news every other this portion of Good Morning America,
this portion of Today Show, it's all Pfizer, it's all
Johnson and Johnson, it's all big drug companies. And then
every other commercial is take this for your restless leg syndrome.
It might kill you and cause twelve other problems, but
your leg won't shake. Like, get this crap off TV.
Just stop with the commercials, please, Marlin.
Speaker 8 (32:02):
Yeah, no, one hundred percent. I agree. I mean, you know,
Christy and I we were watching TV the other night,
and again it was just every other commercial was a
pharmaceutical drug advertisement. And you know, obviously they know their market,
they know who they're trying to message to. And I
hope you know that we actually see bipartisan support because
(32:24):
this is something that we should all be concerned about.
We're concerned about health insurance cost, our healthcare cost, which
is driving up the health insurance cost. And you know,
we're seeing some opportunity for bipartisanship. I serve on the
Financial Services Committee and we were working on some cryptocurrency
bills just recently.
Speaker 1 (32:42):
But I'll tell.
Speaker 8 (32:43):
You, you know, Dan, it's incredible to me how Maxine Waters
can find a way to turn a bill that could
be just bipartisan that we would all agree, she can
be opposed to it simply because Trump is for it.
And so when they say that, you know, Trump derangement
syndrome is not real. Oh to Washington and sit through
some committee hearings and you'll see the other side just
(33:03):
go ballistic on some of these well bills that Trump supports.
Speaker 1 (33:06):
And guess what I'll end with this. I don't know,
if they have it, we'll throw it up. People are
noticing because even CNN and the Wall Street Journal did
two polls on Democrats. Right, you saw this thirty percent
approval rating Wall Street Journal. CNN's was twenty six. Either way,
the thirty percent they said was the lowest in recorded history,
(33:27):
and CNN's got it twenty six. The American people are
waking up to the Democrat Party and hopefully they're going
to be done with it unless they start working with
you guys, which means working for us, the American people.
Marlin is always appreciate you taking the time. Take care.
Speaker 8 (33:41):
Thanks Dan, great to be with you us.
Speaker 1 (33:43):
Up next, we're going to head to Cincinnati, Ohio, where
a late night brawl lands three people in the hospital
and police searching for four suspects in what appears to
be a heinous hate crime. But where's the mainstream media. Oh,
that's right, it's black on white. We don't talk about it. Hey,
if your cable provider doesn't offer One America News network,
(34:04):
you should give them a call and kindly demand that
they carryan Now you're the customer, and without your feedback,
your cable provider will not know that there is a
strong demand across this country for One America News Network,
So please call your cable company today and kindly ask
(34:24):
or demand that they add OANN to their channel lineup.
Hey everyone, here's a question for you. What does Roku TV,
Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all have in common? The
answer is that all three platforms offer you the ability
(34:45):
to live stream One America News Network from your Roku TV,
Apple TV or Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the
app store search out FORAAN, then enjoy all the great
programming offered BYN, including my show Real America. Viewers are
(35:05):
always asking me how can they watch away in live?
The solution is simple. It's a streaming platform called cloud tv.
Now it's spelled klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot
com and subscribe to watch twenty four to seven live
feeds of OWAYN. The live package is only two dollars
(35:26):
and fifty cents per month for all you can watch. Again,
simply go to cloudtv dot com and do it today. Hey,
did you know that One America News Network has launched
a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
(35:47):
it branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there
and forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation ever, Welcome back. Did
(36:16):
you see the video online? Brutal, barbaric, just ridiculous behavior
caught on tape the streets of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio as
an apparent war of words fueled by gotta be racial
hatred when you look at it escalated into a bloody
beat down, sending people to the hospital and cops on
the search of the bad guys in what appears to
(36:38):
be a hate crime. I'm gonna call it like it
is because the mainstream media won't. A group of black
men and a black woman savagely attacked two white men
and a white woman following Friday nights performance of a
music festival. It's a jazz festival had there for years.
In typical fashion, bystanders didn't do anything except record the
(37:01):
many of them. You can hear cheering on these folks
beating these people. Matter of fact, some of the folks
jumped in. They weren't even involved in the verbal altercation.
They just jumped in to start kicking and hitting white people. Now,
multiple attackers slamming folks on the ground. You can see it.
Look at the video. Many people are saying this should
(37:22):
be considered a tempted murder. I mean when you're stomping
on somebody's head on the concrete and they're already down
or they're passed out, Yeah, you're trying to I mean,
look at that. They're body slamming people. This is ridiculous.
Where's the media now, folks, I want you to watch.
Look at that now you're ready. That's a black man
on the ground. That's a white man doing that. That's
(37:43):
a white woman doing that. That's a black man in
that white shirt. Land on the ground. In a minute,
you'll see a woman get punched in the face. That's
a black woman. Now, imagine what people would be saying
if the roles were reversed. But they weren't, and nobody's
talking about it. I better see some arrests, I better
see hate crime. How about federal charges, civil rights violations? All?
(38:04):
Look at that what they did. That woman, she's out
with her eyes open. She wasn't attacking anybody. Again, imagine
if that was a black woman and a white man
hit or a black man hit a white woman. That's
what happened. But if the roles are reversed, could you
imagine people would be going insane? Look at this video?
(38:25):
Joining me now talk more about this insane attack in
a town he grew up in. Now he's working in
DC with our friend Laura Lumer on Lumur Unleashed. But
he's an Ohio native. Charles downs on the program for
the first time. Charles, you're a Buckeye like me. I
grew up up north near Toledo. You grew up right
down there where jd Vance grew up right in Middletown, Ohio.
(38:48):
What did you think when you saw this video? Because
I woke up to it today and I get it
happened Friday night. I was offline on the weekend. I
try to decompress and turn this dumb thing off. But
this morning at six am, I saw this video and
my jaw hit the ground because then I was looking
on the meat. I didn't find it anywhere. I didn't
see it on mainstream media, And then I thought, what
(39:09):
if the attackers were white and these three poor folks
were black and they got stomped on and kicked and
punched in the face by the opposite gender. What do
you think CNN, MSNBC, what would they be saying today
if the roles were reversed. Well, Dan, you hit it
right on the head.
Speaker 9 (39:25):
Sadly, the victims of this horrific hay crime they had
a wrong color for the mainstream media to care about.
And being a Cincinnati, Ohio native, sadly we're used to being,
I guess put to the back of the bus because
obviously Vice President Vance has talented this so much that
the people in Ohio, most notably the white people of Ohio,
(39:48):
have been just left behind in America for the last
few decades. So when I watched that video this morning,
one I was saddened, Two I was angry, but three
I wasn't in shock.
Speaker 1 (39:59):
You said, I'm sitting down there. You grew up Middletown
of folks don't know because we're from Ohio, they probably don't.
It's only a few minutes from downtown Cincinnati. It's a
suburb cut like twenty miles away. This has been going
on in your hometown and area since Democrats took over
the mayor's seat the city council. Whatever have you seen
and you're family, your folks. A steady decline of Cincinnati
(40:20):
and the surrounding areas since the Demos took over down there.
Speaker 9 (40:25):
Well, it's really sad. So Cincinnati has this new mayor.
I call him the Great Mayor aft Have. You got
to give these people like third world power nicknames because
they're trying to enforce third world policies. So I call
them the Great Mayor aft Have. And what the Great
Mayor aft Have has done. When President Trump first took
got reelected, came back into the White House January twenty
(40:47):
twenty five, Mayor aft Have announced that ICE would not
be allowed to work with Cincinnati Police. So the Cincinnati
Police aren't allowed to work with ICE. So Mayor Aftab
set the tone right away that hey, we're gonna put
criminals first in the city of Cincinnati. And ever since
he's kind of done that is kind of given the
green light the criminals just do whatever they want. I
(41:09):
have so many friends in my hometown who have reached
out to me, so many friends who actually work in
restaurants and small owned businesses working there. You know what's
off trying to make it in like a rustbelt community,
and hey, a lot of their like business is down
because people are scared to come into the city, because
the violence is out of control, because the great mayor
aft have just lets criminals do whatever they want.
Speaker 1 (41:30):
Yeah, you're just heartbreaking by that video. I mean, my god,
where were the cops and where were just some good bystanders?
I mean literally the people just egging it on or
getting in and most of the folks that were bagging
it on and shooting the video, you can hear them
cheering them we're black. They're literally egging. I mean, look,
that woman wasn't even involved, and she jumps in to
(41:51):
help a man hit that white woman and knock her
out cold. I mean, this is just disgusting behavior. One
final question for you. This jazz festival, which has been
going on you told me before you came on the
air for years in the Cincinnati area. I noticed that
the city this past year or a couple of years,
has built it more as a Black History type celebration
(42:12):
of black artists. Isn't this supposed to be a jazz
festival for all? This wasn't just for like black folks
or just for white folks, just for Mexican folks. This
is a jazz festival for everybody. Right.
Speaker 9 (42:23):
Oh yes, And what's funny is I used to actually
work at this same jazz festival. I used to make
finel cakes, homemade French fries.
Speaker 1 (42:31):
I like the greatest cook.
Speaker 9 (42:32):
By the way, if you like my videos, I can
also cook.
Speaker 1 (42:34):
Who knew?
Speaker 9 (42:35):
But no, it used to just be a jazz festival
full of white people, black people, Hispanic people. Whatever you
mus you got to come. And if you colored making food,
you got to be a vendor and come sell food.
But I guess it's not like that anymore because woke
mayor aft Have, who by the way, is a big
fan of DEI and has consistently attacked President Trump for
(42:56):
wanting to cancel THEI. I guess he changed the rules recently. Well,
now it's just a black center jazz festival. Just another
example of woke mayor avtas failed policies. What you're having
a disastrous effect on a people of Ohio.
Speaker 1 (43:11):
Yeah, it's Cincinnati. All these towns I'll tell you around
this country that are being run by Democrats are being
run in the ground, and they created this race war.
I blame liberals and democrats and the media all day long. Charles.
I'm out of time, but thank you. Great work you
and miss Lumour over at lumer Unleash. We love what
(43:32):
you guys do. Thank you brother, appreciate you. Take care.
Speaker 9 (43:35):
Oh thanks for having me and we love you guys too.
Speaker 1 (43:37):
Have a good one yep stick around. Guess what another
one bites the dust. The liberal online watchdog rag known
as Media Matters is on financial life support and I
love it. Go be right back. Hey everyone, here's a
question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and
(44:00):
Amazon fireTV all have in common? The answer is that
all three platforms offer you the ability to live stream
One America News network from your Roku TV AppleTV or

you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable provider
will not know that there is a strong demand across
this country for One America News Network. So please call
(45:53):
your cable company today and kindly ask or demand that
they addaann to their channel lineup. Alrighty, I've been waiting
for this segment since I heard the news the radical
(46:16):
left wing echo chamber for Democrat propaganda known as Media Matters.
If you've watched the show for any amount of time,
you've heard me talk about these scumbags at work at
a little place called Media Matter. It's an online rag. Anyway,
turns out they're facing dire and I mean dire financial
(46:40):
straits and it sounds like their imminent demise is going
to happen. And hate me, don't care. I think it's
absolutely fabulous that they're going by by And I'll explain
why this rag has written somewhere between, and my numbers
might be off, so don't quote somewhere between four hundred
(47:01):
and thirty and about four hundred and eighty articles just
on this network ripping us since the day we came on.
Who focuses on one network that much? We don't cover
stories ripping Media Matters and their bias and their lies
and their fake news bs they've put out for years,
but literally almost five hundred articles in the last what
(47:25):
eleven twelve years? Anyway, the self proclaimed progressive research organization
is now hemorrhaging. Read Ink hit hard by the fallout
of a defamation lawsuit filed by Elon Musk's ex court
back in November of twenty twenty three, Musk sued Media
Matters published research indicating major advertiser content was appearing next
(47:47):
to posts praising neo Nazis and white nationalists. So musk
suit alleged that Media Matters manufactured images to damage xtation
and of course hurt ad revenue. Of course they did.
That's that's the game plan of the radical left in
this country and Democrats. You know that, right. It's lawfair,
(48:11):
and if we can't get you through lawfair, then we
try to make you go broke. They did it. They
tried to do it to us. Didn't happen at a
way end. Now, Media Matter is also under scrutiny from
Republican attorneys general in Texas and Missouri, and is facing
an investigation by the FEDS. Oh yeah, the FTC Federal
Trade Commission into whether it improperly colluded with advertisers to
(48:35):
influence media narratives. Of course they did. To date, legal
costs have swelled to about fifteen million bucks, with an
additional two million dollars spent defending state investigations alone. The
financial burden has led to mass layoffs, which includes half
their workforce and dozens of middle and upper management key staffers.
(49:00):
Kick to the curb by I understand this is what
I hear? Ooh, what I should call the guy that
always writes the nasty articles about me. I think I
have him in here. We should call him on the
air sometime. That'd be fun. I understand, morale over at
Media Matters is in the toilet. Donors are backing away.
(49:20):
Oh yeah, and now the infighting is happening and it's
getting crazy. Now there's a guy named Mark Elias. If
that name sounds familiar, it's because Elias is the despicable
Democrat attorney who's worked with the likes of Hillary Clinton,
John Kerry, Joe Biden. Yeah, he was retained for Fusion
(49:41):
GPS on behalf of the Clinton campaign. Yeah, DNC's conduct
opposition research. He helped out with that. He helped out
with the Steel DOSSI am being told, I mean, this
guy is a piece of work. And I'm told Elias
demanded four million dollar payment from Media Matters for the
work he did with them in February twenty twenty five,
(50:03):
and of course they don't have that kind of money.
The Democrat propagandas reportedly bulked at his demand over at
Media Matters, causing negotiations to collapse and of course adding
to their financial instability. So writing on the wall, Media
Matters is going down equally delicious is the demise of
(50:24):
the absolutely atrocious left leaning and unfunny. That's the key. Okay,
if you're gonna make jokes, just be funny. Rip both sides,
not one side. You heard what happened last week to
late show host that liberal hack who used to be
kind of funny on Comedy Central when he the Daily
Show years before Trump came on the scene. Talking about
Stephen Colbert. Colbert's show had been reportedly losing forty to
(50:47):
fifty million dollars annually for the last couple of years,
and that has to be why, because all he does
is talk about conservatives, Trump and rip half the country.
According to a recent study by our friends at NewsBusters,
Colbert hosted one hundred and seventy six liberal guests compared
(51:09):
to one conservative guest. Whoa now that, of course, resulting
in what a decline in viewership. It's hard to get
advertisers if all you're gonna do is open your monologue
up every night, rip Trump, Rip the crazy maga people
cost your network millions of dollars, then get canceled, then
(51:32):
complain and say it's Trump's fault. The last Garbage episode
scheduled for May of twenty twenty sixth, the end of
twenty twenty five broadcast season, he will be done. He's
already been talking about it. I don't watch the show,
but good riddance to bad rubbish. Thought i'd bring a
friend on to help me enjoy all this wonderful news.
(51:55):
It's only been six months since President Trump took over,
and look at what's been happening to the Democrats. Their
approval rating is in the tank. To liberal media, to
liberal talk show hosts and celebrities, people are getting canceled,
and not in the way they tried to cancel us anyway,
joining me now, he's the president of Accuracy and Media.
(52:16):
Our good friend, Adam Delay back on the program. Adam,
nice to see you again. It's been a while. Where
should we begin, clothing. Let's begin with Media Matters, shall we?
Because you and I have talked about this company for
years now. Hopefully they will soon to not exist. That's
my hope. They will be bye bye. But I called
(52:37):
my boss today upstairs, the Herrings, and I said, do
you have an idea of since we went on the air,
how many negative articles they have written about us at
Media Matters? And he said, I'm pretty sure, it's over
four fifty. Who does that? I mean, was their mission?
Did they just come online years ago just to try
and destroy oan? Like? What was Media Matters even all about?
(53:00):
At them?
Speaker 10 (53:01):
Well, I mean, I'll tell you that's a heck of
a compliment, because when they're shooting at you, you know
you're flying over the target. And it's really sad these
folks at Media Matters who now are in need of
a job, Well, they can't go to Greenpeace because Green
Piece is in pretty much the exact same legal jeopardy
that's going to be shutting down their organization. And it's
great to see our side fighting back when appropriate with
(53:25):
lawsuits because they've inappropriately used lawfair.
Speaker 5 (53:29):
Against us for years.
Speaker 10 (53:30):
Yep, we're dealing with defamation suits from rich Columbia kids
even though we didn't defame them, simply because a rich
mom and daddy want to go after us for holding
mom and dad's little anti Semite accountable. So if you
actually go out there and actually do defame someone like
Elon Musk and like X and cause actual financial damage
to them, heck yeah, you're gonna be held accountable for it,
(53:53):
as you should be.
Speaker 5 (53:54):
I hope these guys are gone sooner rather than later.
Speaker 1 (53:56):
Yeah, you know what, they also can't go to a
PBS or np are because they're gonna have budget cuts too. Again,
I shouldn't walk on their trample stomp on their grave,
but yeah I will. I mean, let's be real, NPR
and PBS will still be fine, right, Adam. Everybody's freaking out,
(54:17):
like Trump's getting rid of public information. See he's a Nazi. No,
we're just getting rid of the slush fund from the Feds.
Since all of the garbage on PBS and NPR, especially
over the last decade or so, has been left leaning,
an anti mega movement, that's all. But they still have
tons of money, right, I mean, these guys get endowments
(54:37):
and grants and donations. They still got millions. They just
might have to lay a couple of people off.
Speaker 10 (54:43):
Yeah, a lot of people will still be buying their
stupid tote bags and bragging about the fact that they
listen to government funded radio. You know, if you want
to have a left wing news source, knock yourself out,
but don't use the power of.
Speaker 5 (54:56):
Government to make me pay for it.
Speaker 1 (54:57):
Amen.
Speaker 10 (54:58):
But I've been smeared by some of these NPR stations
and imagined, just the feeling that I'm paying my taxes
for quote unquote journalists to lie about me, and then
when they get their funding cut, they claim it's a
free speech issue. It's not a free speech issue. It's
a paid speech issue. As I said, you want to
push whatever left wing ideas you've got and call them journalism,
(55:19):
you're certainly allowed to do it, but you have no
right to make me fund it. See you later, NPR
and PBS.
Speaker 1 (55:25):
Amen, you know whatever happened to the days, and you
can throw the Leno headline up. I was watching that
clip of Leno and I forget the reporter. It was
a couple of years back, and it's resurfaced now that
Colbert got the X. But Leno said it to a
reporter a while back. Johnny Carson said it years ago
to what's his name from sixty minutes. I saw that
clip the other day. They're all resurfacing. These are the
(55:46):
guys that understood it, right, Michael Jordan, Sinatra, Elvis, Leno, Carson,
these big entertainers of yesteryear, all their interviews. Why don't
you get involved in politics, Why don't you talk about
serious issues? Because that's not my job or Jordan just
say everybody by sneakers, Conservatives by sneakers. Right, Frank was like,
everybody listens to my music. They don't understand that. And
(56:08):
so I want you to just for briefly touch on
the Colbert issue, because everybody on the left, and by
the way, you can show the headline about the protest
when only like two dozen people showed up to support
Colbert in New York City. There it is. I'm with Colbert.
The liberal media. I saw the girls on the view.
Everybody's trying to say this was Trump's fault and this
(56:30):
deal between Paramount and somebody else merging, and because they
want to kiss up to the FCC, they got to
be nice to Trump to get the fc No, no, no, no,
he was losing forty million dollars for like two or
three years. This was purely fiscal.
Speaker 10 (56:44):
And I'll tell you I have to slightly disagree with
Lenno on this one. Because of the nature of the
media lendscape in twenty twenty five. MSNBC is hard left
and they get half decent ratings. It's okay for a
comedian to have a specific political opinion because the audience
is so fragmented that you do generally just want to
go after one specific demographic. It's not like back when
(57:07):
Carson was on there and you can go after a
broad demographic. But the problem is you also have to
be funny, and so many of these comics have completely
abandoned humor. They don't want laughter, they want applause. It's
predictable and it's boring. Laughter is involuntary. You can't help it,
but to laugh. That's what comedy is about. Applause is performative.
(57:28):
And when you've got a boring, predictable stales show that
isn't funny, I don't know who's going to tune in
night in and night out for that. No wonder they
were losing so much cash.
Speaker 1 (57:39):
You nailed it. That's exactly it. That's what I always say. Look,
we went to a comedy show their day and the
guy was making fun of froks and folks in front
of us and started making fun of our group, and
he was funny and we were loving it. We're like,
if you're funny, it doesn't matter. And that's such a
great point that all they care about cater to that left.
That's your audience. You say, I hate Trump and they're
(58:00):
gonna clap, but it's a hell of a lot harder
to get a laugh because you got to be a
good writer. You gotta go timing. You have to be funny,
and Colbert is not funny anymore. Adam, thank you man
for weighing in. Appreciate you, God bless you. Take care,
thank you for having me. Yep, and folks, that's gonna
do it. R out of time for this Monday edition.
Put the info on the screen if you would, Chris,
let him know how to get ahold of US Real
(58:20):
America away and end dot com. Matt Gates is up next,
follow up by Shanelle Rhea and I'm back tomorrow on Tuesday,
eight eastern, five Pacific. Till then you all know exactly
what to do. Be proud Americans out there, Be brave,
God bless
