Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America. Tonight, in a bold historic move,
President Trump invokes the DC Home Rule Act, placing police
in our nation's capital under direct federal control. He's also
going to deploy the National Guard all in an effort
to restore peace in DC, and chaos continues in the
Lone Star State as derrelic Democrats skipped out on their

(00:23):
congressional duties for the fifth time, trying to block the
GOP from a redistricting plant in the Lone Star state
where they're in charge so they're allowed to, and damning
new information brought to light by a Democrat whistleblower that
ties a detestable senator from California, pencil Neck Adams Shiffe,
to the whole Russia Gate leaks. I'm dan ball that

(00:44):
Real America starts right now.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
I'm announcing a historic action to rescue our nation's capital
from crime, blood, jed, bedlam, and squalor and worse. This
is Liberation Day in DC, and we're gonna take our
capital back. We're taking it back.

Speaker 1 (01:13):
Another reason I love forty seven. Our commander in chief
taking it back, unleashing the full weight of his presidential
authority now onto the streets of our nation's capital, so
our families this summer can go there and feel safe.
Don't you want to take your kids and show off
all the cool buildings and our history. I'd like to.

(01:34):
He's invoking Section seven forty of the District of Columbia
Home Rule Act. The action places the DC Metro Police
Department under direct federal control in a move that is
unprecedent in that city. Yeah, because no president had them.
That's to do it. Ag BONDI will now oversee the
execution of federal control over that local police force. DC's

(01:57):
Chief of Police formerly remains in her role, but it's
now having to report through federal channels instead of to
the city's mayor, the Democrat Murial Bowser. The move also
includes deploying eight hundred Guard troops to the streets of DC.
In addition, about five hundred federal law enforcement officers, including

(02:18):
one hundred and twenty FBI agents, will be assigned to
overnight shifts. They'll be positioned throughout the capitol to keep
things safe. Violent crime Internation's capital is starting to fall
a bit since Trump took over, but still remains higher
than most all American cities. DC officials report violent crime
fell about thirty percent over the last year. That's a

(02:41):
sharp drop since the peak right before COVID nineteen. However,
the city still had the fourth highest murder rate in
the US for twenty twenty four, behind Saint Louis, New Orleans,
and Detroit. Gee. That was all run by Democrats. Oh yeah,
they are. Another scary statistic. Washington, DC's homicide rate in

(03:02):
twenty twenty three was more than five times higher than
Mexico City. For crying out loud.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
The murder rate in Washington today is higher than that
of Bogata, Columbia, Mexico City. Some of the places that
you hear about as being the worst place is on
earth much higher. This is much higher. The number of
car thefs has doubled over the past five years, and

(03:29):
the number of car jackins has more than tripled. Murders
in twenty twenty three reached the highest rate probably ever.
They say twenty five years, but they don't know what
that means because it just goes back twenty five years.
Can't be worse. Our capital city has been overtaken by
violent gangs and bloodthirsty criminals, Roving mobs of wild youth,

(03:51):
drugged out maniacs and homeless people, and we're not going
to let it happen anymore.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
We're not going to take it. No, we shouldn't have
to take it. The President is trying to restore law
and order to our nation's capital, and of course the
radical liberal Democrats they're screaming bloody murder like this is
the worst thing. Trump can't do this. Well, maybe if
you did your jobs, Muriel Bowser, the mayor, and your

(04:16):
police chief who doesn't have a freaking clue, maybe Trump
wouldn't have to take over. But of course, the minute
he says I'm taking over, play it.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
And while this action today is unsettlingly and unprecedented, I
can't say that given some of the rhetoric of the
past that were totally surprised, I can say to DC
residents that we will continue to operate our government in
a way that makes you proud. We will balance our budgets,

(04:49):
we will deploy our services.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
You haven't done any of that while you've been the mayor.
You don't balance budgets. You're down like hundreds and hundreds
of cops, crimes running rampant. You're a disgrace, ma'am, And
you want to try and rip on Trump because he
wants to do your job and clean up your town.
Ridiculous Senior counsel with Article three project, Josh Hammer joining
me now to talk about all this garbage in our

(05:15):
nation's capital. And I mean literal garbage and figurative garbage. Josh.
How are your man, brother Dan?

Speaker 4 (05:20):
It's great to see uz oas my friend.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
All right, you're an attorney. I'm not. I gotta ask
you the law. There's an act. It's on the books.
This is legit. Democrats can piss and moan all they want,
but Trump has full authorization, legal authorization to do this.

Speaker 4 (05:34):
Yes, yes, I believe he does.

Speaker 5 (05:36):
Yes, so section seven forty of a nineteen seventy three
statute called the DC Home Rule Act, which is the
legal basis for the executive order that Donald Trump signed
in the entire announcement at the White House on Monday
earlier this week, Bill, I've reviewed the language. The language
appears to me to be pretty straightforward. The President deems
that there is an emergency, and upon demonant there is emergency,

(05:58):
the Metropolitan Police Department aka the Washington Police has to
be turned over to federal control, essentially, upon his saying
that there is an emergency there. Now, I'm sure that
left wing n ngoe's left wing public interest law firms,
if they haven't already filed suit already, they will do
so asap. But Dan, the way that this works is

(06:18):
you have to think about what a federal court could
actually do. Could a federal court say that, no, this
is actually not an emergency that would necessitate invoking Section
seventy forty of this statute. There the actual proper legal
answer there, assuming the assuming for the sake of argument,
that there are good judges there, they would say that
this is a political question that is not the judge,

(06:38):
That not the judges role. Now having said that, Dan,
we've seen this play how many times as farm this administration,
there are a lot of these left wing groups will
sue in very favorable jurisdictions there where the case is
likely going to get to a lower court. Left wing
judicial insurrection is activist hack there. So I'm not going
to predict that there's not going to be a stupid
judge who's going to try to strike this thing.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
That's going to be lawfare. They've been doing it before
he was candidate Trump, and lawfair since he's President Trump.
It's all they got.

Speaker 5 (07:03):
It's all they got. But I do think that the
executive orders on firm ground. It's actually even more robust
than what I just said. Actually, if if you go
back and read the actual Constitution, DAN, the Constitution's very clear.
The framers of this country did not want Washington d C.
To be anything remotely resembling independent. It was a purely
federal district to be directly governed by the Congress and
to an extent, the executive branch as well. It was

(07:24):
carved out by tiny territorial cessations from both Maryland and Virginia.
And this was the federal district contemporary d C. Where
you have bars and restaurants and luxury conduct.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
What's supposed to be that way? None of this I know, not, No,
the founding fathers do not wanted to become the deep
state swamp that it has become. I want to run
this from the Washington d C. Police union head, who
is all for this, and you know unions usually lean left,
but not this guy.

Speaker 6 (07:52):
Watch this crime in the District of Columbia is out
of control and something needs to be done with it.

Speaker 4 (07:57):
We have to go back to how we got here though.

Speaker 6 (07:58):
In twenty twenty, the DC City Council passed an enormous
amount of legislation that handcuffed police officers exposes them to administrative, civil,
and even criminal liability even when they do their jobs properly.
And now five years later, our authorized worn strength is
four thousand sworn police officers. We currently have three thy
one and eighty, so we have more than eight hundred

(08:19):
vacancies for the position a police officer, and the way
the department makes up for that gap is through two
million hours of mandatory overtime every year. So the fact
that we need help from federal law enforcement and maybe
even the National Guard, it shouldn't come as a surprise,
and we agree with that. I think one of the
issues here, though, is that we all know that's going
to be temporary. So in order to fix this problem

(08:40):
and make sure that it doesn't ebb and flow and
that the Feds come in and we lower crime and
then they leave and we're left holding the bag, it's
very important that people know that there is underlying legislation
that needs to be corrected so that we can actually
properly staff this police department.

Speaker 1 (08:55):
So obviously, the cops want help. Did you hear the numbers?
They're down eight hundred, he said, So sending an eight
hunded guard troops kind of makes sense when you have
eight hundred less cops that you should have on the streets.
And you know what, I can't blame cops. You go
to most blue cities. I live in San Diego and
I know this department was down. I don't think they're
back to numbers a lot of blue cities since the

(09:17):
whole defund the police movement crap by Democrats and putting
a target on their backs, calling even black cops racist,
all the naysayers that come from the crazy left. Why
would cops want to do their job, especially in a
city like that. Josh, you've been around DC, like I said,
way more than me. What is it like when you're
walking around there? It doesn't feel safe anymore like it

(09:37):
used to? Does it?

Speaker 5 (09:38):
Well, it's actually even worse than that. Because the guy
that we just heard, they're the head of the police union.
You know, he actually does all. He deserves a lot
of credit because the police union in DC is the
reason that one of the district commanders of the Washington
Police Department is actually on suspension. So the commander of
District three of the Washington Metro PD has been on
suspension now for about a month because it turns out

(09:59):
that that thanks to a whistleblower in the union, the
guy that we just saw there, we know that the
head of District three was forging crime data. He was
basically saying that there is less crime in DC than
there actually is. And he's been he's been suspended now
for almost a month's pending further investigation from mural.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
Gun in the books.

Speaker 5 (10:15):
Yeah, trying to make it better than it actually is. Look, Dan,
I live in Florida, but I've lived in DC for
numerous years. I spend a dec amount of time there
on back and forth for conferences, meeting and so forth.
There anyone who's telling you that DC is as safe
as it was five ten years ago is totally lying.
It is one thousand percent not as safe there. Even
in the very nice quote unquote neighborhoods and neighborhoods like

(10:35):
Georgetown five years jackies.

Speaker 1 (10:37):
And robberies and stuff. All the time. I hear about
those nice areas, Yeah, all the time. Josh, thank you, brother,
We appreciate you. Come on anytime. Take care Thingkstan Yep.
Coming up, We're going to continue this conversation about President
Trump taking over the policing duties in our nation's capital

Speaker 2 (13:34):
Did you know my father always used to tell me
and a wonderful father, very smart, and he used to say, son,
when you walk into a restaurant and you see a
dirty front door, don't go in because if the front
door is dirty, the kitchens dirty. Also, same thing with
the capital.

Speaker 1 (13:54):
You are capitals dirty.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
Our whole country is dirty, and they don't respect us.

Speaker 1 (14:00):
Wow. Another reason I love our president President Trump, as
you heard him right there, invoking some advice from his
late father and defending his latest law and order push
to clean up our nation's capital. I mean, think about this, folks.
We look at DC with all those big, beautiful ivory

(14:22):
buildings and this is this is the basket of hope. Right.
We look at it and we go it's the shiny
city on the hill, and people around the world look
at it. And then you actually go look at it
and it's not so shiny. Yeah, there's pretty buildings, but
there's debris and crap and garbage everywhere. There's homeless people
taking a dump and a leak on the street, and

(14:43):
needles and crap and crime. Your car might get jacked, Hell,
you might get shot in the head. Oh yeah, that's
our nation's capital. And who's been running it for decades
demo crats in a true social post, Trump pledged to
relocate almost individuals immediately far away from the Capitol and

(15:04):
quickly jail criminals, declaring, there's going to be no more
mister nice guy in DC. That's a quote. He framed
the plans to make Washington safer and more beautiful than
it ever has before, invoking a parallel with his border
enforcement strategy. The announcement followed a violent incident involving a

(15:24):
nineteen year old Doze staffer, Edward Korstein. Now you probably
don't know that name, but remember when all that crap
came out, when the left was so upset with the
Doge folks Elon and some of his young people because
they were only twenty twenty one, twenty two years old,
and they were like, how could these young kids be
slashing government projects they know nothing about. Well, because some

(15:47):
of them are brilliant individuals. Some of them owned and
were CEOs of companies by the time they were sixteen,
and they were multimillionaires. So who is Edward Cornstein? He
was the one that has the handle pardon the language, folks,
This was his handle on social media, big Balls. And
if you recall the left wing media hated that his
name was called Big Balls, and they docked this kid

(16:10):
left and right. He's like twenty one, twenty two years old. Well,
I don't know if you heard what happened, but like
a week and a half ago or so, he got
assaulted by a barbaric group of punk kids, mostly juveniles,
because he was coming to the aid of another innocent victim.

Speaker 2 (16:29):
They were formerly declaring a public safety emergency. This is
an emergency. This is a tragic emergency. And it's embarrassing
for me.

Speaker 1 (16:39):
To be up here.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
You know, I'm gonna see Putin. I'm going to Russia
on Friday. I don't like being up here talking about
how unsafe and how dirty and disgusting this once beautiful
capital was with graffiti all over the walls. It's another
part of it, by the way, because we're talking about safety,
we're also talking about beautification of the most beautiful, potentially

(17:01):
capital in the world. We always had.

Speaker 1 (17:04):
John work is the founder of Make America Clean Again
and the founder of we Fund the Blue Foundation. John's
been a staple on our program for a couple of
years as he's been out there helping President Trump to
clean up down at the border. Florida, the Carolina's after storms,
just all kinds of stuff that John has done to
help beautify communities around this nation. He's doing it again,
I hear John in Philly. But you're also going to

(17:26):
team up with Trump to help out in our nation's
capital and try to fix d C. This is gonna
be a big one, John. You're ready for it.

Speaker 4 (17:34):
Yeah, I'm ready for it.

Speaker 8 (17:35):
I've been doing it, and he's he's right about that
statement about the front door of the restaurant, and basically
DC is the front door to the United States. I mean,
I've been all over this country cleaning up cities from
Baltimore to Los Angeles to the southern border to South
Florida and everywhere in between. And I can confirm that,
you know, most of the cities that are Democrat run

(17:57):
our look like DC or worse. I was just down
in Philadelphia doing scout mission down there to you know,
to locate where we're going to do this clean up
at which we'll be doing it off of Kensington. And
if you've if you know anything about social media, you
see the videos of Kensington with all the atticts bent
over at the hip, overdosing on the street. You know,
average people. You know people women having you know, babies

(18:19):
on the street while they're high and don't even realize
that baby's coming out of them right here in the
United States of America. And you know, I'm here to
report that. When I was in Philly, it was very disappointing.
You know, all the history that's in Philadelphia. We were
at the Rocky Statue and the in the Philadelphia Museum
of the stairs are falling apart, the fountains aren't working,
they're full of trash. I mean, you have you had

(18:42):
hundreds of people there taking pictures of the statue and
all of those pictures seeing a lot of the people
from not from this country. They're going to have those
pictures and post them all over those social media with
the stairs falling apart, trash all over the steps, you
know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
It's just a disgrace the way that.

Speaker 8 (18:56):
These major cities have have fallen to the homeless, popular
and John.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
Who's rand these Let's talk about that, who's been in charge?
Because I worked in the Philadelphia news market back in
ninety nine two thousand and we were going from then
mayor he turned to governor. After that, we had Mayor
ed Rendell and then we got Mayor Street and if
I recall, Street had all kinds of controversies. Both them
were Democrats though, and I believe that was when Philly
started going downhill. That was twenty five, twenty six years ago.

(19:24):
I lived there and it's been blue run ever since.

Speaker 8 (19:27):
Right, yeah, I mean that was my first time to
Philly too, and what a disappointment. I was really looking
forward to going there and seeing all the history that
that city provides to this country.

Speaker 4 (19:36):
And it was just really bad.

Speaker 1 (19:38):
Man.

Speaker 8 (19:38):
I've never seen so many attics and junkies on the
streets in my life. I mean, I brought one hundred
and sixty eight doses in Narkhan and I donated them
to the Kensington Police Department because they're blowing through narcan
you know, four or five, six, seven times a day?

Speaker 1 (19:53):
You know.

Speaker 8 (19:53):
I was talking to one of the police officers down
there and he said, I've saved the same person's life
five times. Oh, this is numerous people, right. These are
not cats with nine lives. These are human beings. They're
having you know, they're odeing over and over and over again,
and no one does anything about it. They're laying all
over the streets. They're defecating on the streets. And this
is the same as in LA.

Speaker 1 (20:13):
When I was out in LA, we did think San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, Baltimore, Atlanta.
Just hit every blue major and I would save in
medium city these days run by the blue and you
see how it looks. That's right, John, How are you
gonna attack DC when Trump gives you the green light
to get in there once they try to get the
crime done. I assume you're gonna wait a second, because

(20:33):
he's talking about eight hundred troops and additional enforcement, like
he's gonna step it up, Like he said, there's a
new sheriff in town, and there's gonna be no excuses.
He's gonna get crime and this crap under control. So
what do you think. What resources are you gonna need,
What are you gonna take there? What are you gonna
do when you hit DC?

Speaker 2 (20:51):
Well?

Speaker 8 (20:51):
President Trump famously pulled up in a garbage truck. So
I'd like to take a seat and drive that garbage
truck through DC and start loading this trash and then
that garbage trucks.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
President Trump, if.

Speaker 8 (21:00):
You're listening, you know here I am. I'm ready to
drive that truck and clean up the streets of DC.
I don't wait for anybody, Dan, you know, we're gonna
go into Philadelphia. Philadelphia is no walk in the park either,
but we don't need troops to be there. We're gonna
clean it up, just like we did La, just like
we did Baltimore, where two people in my group had
to apply narkan to two guys who overdosed right at
our feet while we were cleaning up the streets of

(21:21):
Baltimore and saved their lives. And then of course they
tried to fight us because we ruined their high. So
it's the same song dance in all these cities. So
we're not waiting for anybody. We'll be in DC in
September and we're gonna clean DC up, just like we're
gonna clean Philly up, and LA and Baltimore and on
and on and on. It's not gonna stop for me.
I love this country too much to see it go
to waste like it is.

Speaker 1 (21:40):
Founder of Make America Clean Again, John work As always
talk about a true patriot, Right, here's one. Thank you, John,
appreciate you, Thank you, Dan, appreciate us coming up after
the break we're Gonnad down to Texas to check in
on those Democrats. Speaking of Democrats who ruined things, who
won't show up for work, I mean, seriously, they are
calling out and not showing up because they don't want

(22:03):
to work with Republicans on redistricting the lone Star state.
I'm sorry, what would happen to us if we didn't
show up for our job for days and days? You'd
be fired? More on that when we return. Hey, did
you know that One America News Network has launched a
twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're

(22:25):
calling it Free Talk forty five. So why is it
branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because you
will not be censored for expressing your opinion there, and
forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your

(22:51):

get them a call and kindly demand that they carry

your cable provider will not note. There is a strong
demand across this country for one America News Network, So
please call your cable company today and kindly ask or

(23:15):
demand that they add OANN to their channel lineup. Hey everyone,
here's a question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV,

that all three platforms offer you the ability to live

(23:36):
stream One America News Network from your Roku TV, Apple

and subscribe to watch twenty four to seven live feeds
of AAYN. The live package is only two dollars and

(24:21):
simply go to cloudtv dot com and do it today.

Speaker 9 (24:33):
Members, the role has been called and again a quorum
is not present. What this means, First, we cannot take
up the critical flood response legislation scheduled for our floor today,
bills that would deliver and help families and communities who've
lost their homes, their businesses, their livelihoods, and in some cases,

(24:56):
their loved ones.

Speaker 1 (24:57):
While way to go Democrats in Tech. It's this dere
election of duty. The Texas House of Reps fails to
reach a quorum for the fifth time as Democrats stay
away from their state to try and block consideration of
new redistricting maps that would give Republicans five additional seats
in the next one hundred and twentieth Congress. Oh g,

(25:18):
you'd have less power, that's all you care about. Sorry,
Republicans are in control of that state because the majority
of voters vote Republican, so it would make sense they
can redistrict and get more control. Duh, you do it
in blue states all the time, Democrats. The ongoing standoff
involves at least fifty one House Democrats who left Texas

(25:40):
to try and stop the redistricting. Now. Governor Abbott characterizes
the Democrat walk out as quote, abandonment of duty. Yeah,
dere election of duty, and he is pressuring them to
get their butts back in their seats and do their
damn jobs. Several states are weighing redistricting ahead of the
twenty twenty six mid terms. With control of the House

(26:00):
of Representatives at state folks, some Democrat led states like California,
New York and others are looking for ways to get
around the normal drawing rules of maps, AHA trying to
use Texas as a catalyst. Even though Texas is following
the rules, some of the other states which are blue, red,

(26:22):
purple Indiana, Ohio, Maryland, Florida, and Wisconsin are either thinking
about it, being pushed to do so by the lead
parties there, whether they're blue or red, Okay, or through
new laws or there's even lawsuits in court cases now.
The detestable governor of California, good old Gruesome Newscomb, is

(26:43):
now threatening Trump with an ultimatum regarding what's happening in Texas.
Newsome warning President Trump, first of all, how dare you
and Republican governors that if they go forward with the
redistricting down in Texas, then He's gonna imp lament mid
decade redistricting in California. Newsom sent a letter to the

(27:06):
President saying stop Republican led redistricting efforts aimed at increasing
Geopeak congressional seats, or California will respond with its own
aggressive redistricting and that will add Democrat seats. Taking to
social media yesterday, this is what his press office wrote.
I love it when this clown tries to sound tough.
Donald Trump has twenty four hours left to respond to

(27:29):
Governor Newsom's letter. If he does not stand down, there
will be a very important press conference. Oh no, don't
you do a press conference with a major announcement sometime
this week. And then they had the audacity to put
thank you for your attention to this matter. Newsom says
California prefers independent citizen led redistricting, but he will act

(27:51):
if Republicans don't do what he says. Now, the Texas
Senate approved a new congressional redistricting map just our years ago,
but it's not law yet because of course now it
has to go to the House, and because they don't
have a quorum because Democrats walked out, they can't get
it put through. The GOP controlled Texas Senate voted to

(28:14):
pass that Senate bill, a congressional map that Republican leaders
say adds yes several GOP leaning districts, by a vote
of nineteen to two, while nine Senators rapsent I caught
up with Texas State Rep and now candidate for Texas
second Congressional District Steve Toath earlier today to talk about

(28:36):
this quagmire down in the Lone Star state. Nice to
see you, sir. Hypocrisy, hypocrisy, hypocrisy. That's all I can
think of. When I hear Democrats out there complaining, I'll
censor myself. I was on vacation, so, you know, complaining
that you all down there are trying to break the

(28:57):
rules and go around the rules and just so you
can stack up. Well, first of all, if you guys
are in charge, that means more people in your state
are Republicans that are voting for Republicans, so you should
have more representation in DC. Do Democrats not get this?
I guess only if they're jerrymandering then it's okay, right, Steve.

Speaker 10 (29:16):
Yeah, we use the same metrics that Gavin Newsom is
using in California. We would not be leaving Democrats with
eight congressional districts. We'd be leaving them with two or three.
And so, frankly, that's what I'm angry about.

Speaker 11 (29:29):
Dan.

Speaker 10 (29:29):
I'm not angry that they're not coming back. I do
want them to come back, and eventually they'll come back.
What I'm angry about is the fact that Republicans are
leading them with eight congressional districts when we should be
used in the same metrics that the Democrats are using,
which would mean that they would only get two or
three seats.

Speaker 1 (29:46):
Great point. Now correct me if I'm wrong. I want
to get the dates right. I've been at this job
five years this month here at Owayn, and I recall
covering this with you when these petant little children walked
out of their jobs. I believe it was during the
Heartbeat bill debate. Was that about two or three years
ago when they walked out.

Speaker 11 (30:07):
It was twenty twenty one.

Speaker 1 (30:09):
Oh okay, thank you for correcting me. Thank you.

Speaker 11 (30:11):
Yeah, it was twenty twenty one.

Speaker 10 (30:12):
And they didn't walk out because the heartbeat, because they
don't give a damn about women.

Speaker 1 (30:16):
Good point, or they.

Speaker 10 (30:18):
Walk that's just all show. They walked out over voter integrity.
They walked out over the fact that we were trying
to keep them from cheating.

Speaker 1 (30:25):
That's what it was. I remember them the bus.

Speaker 10 (30:27):
Care about They care about power, and once they get
into power, they wheeled power. That's what they care about,
and that's what Republicans have got to wake up and realize.

Speaker 1 (30:38):
By the way, when they took those buses out of
the state and ran away back in twenty one, I
remember them going to some other blue states. Was it
Pritzker and Illinois? Somebody was putting them up right when
they ran away. Who's footing the bill and putting them
up now? Because I know they got their blue leaders
and other states that are giving them safe haven while
they run away from their damn jobs in Texas.

Speaker 10 (30:56):
Sorrows or sorrows. And we've gotten to say, Ken Paxon,
it's just doing a masterful job and has brought a
lawsuit against Better Works Pack which is funded by Soros
A and we've cut off their ability to take and
receive any money from them.

Speaker 1 (31:15):
So Beto that wants to take your guns, Texans, he's
the one putting up the cash to get him out
of the state and hotels and all that, which then
he gets his money from Soros. Just want to connect
all those dots for everybody when you're at home angering
how in the world can elected leaders get away with
this crap? Because again, Steve, regular citizens like myself. You

(31:35):
know I was on vacation for ten days. Great, But
if I just didn't come to work and said I
don't like what you're doing here, so I'm going to leave.
But when I come back, I have my job back.
I guarantee you that my name wouldn't be here if
I just walked out on my job like these damn Democrats.
So what's the endgame here? What are you guys going
to do to push this through so you can redistrict?

Speaker 10 (31:55):
Final question, sir, they're going to declare victory that they
were able to screw us over for one special session,
but we have heard that they're running out of money
because we have not only debilitated their ability to receive
money from BETO, but we're also hitting them, hitting them
with five hundred dollars per day fines, which equates to

(32:18):
fifteen thousand dollars per special session. And they're at the
branking point financially, and they've been acknowledging to their friends
as they've.

Speaker 1 (32:26):
Got to come back. Raise it to one thousand. Then
I bet you get great butts back to work.

Speaker 10 (32:32):
I agree fire them.

Speaker 1 (32:34):
Steve. Yeah, well, I wish the voters could just get
rid of their asses. I did say final, but how's
the campaign going? Totally forgot that's.

Speaker 10 (32:41):
One great, it's going great. We we the outpouring from
across not just Texas but all over the United States.
I don't know how one congressman by the name of
Dan Crenshaw's managed to piss off so many people, but
he hasn't work cited. People keep coming to Steve Tot
for Congress dot Com and and uh sharing their love

(33:02):
with us at Steve Toth Forcongress dot Com.

Speaker 1 (33:06):
Have you thought now you just you threw one out?
So and I have one more question. You're to wrapping
both of us. Would you do a debate with Dan?

Speaker 10 (33:12):
I'd love to. Yeah, I just don't think he's going
to be up to it.

Speaker 1 (33:15):
Okay, if I can set that up, would you do
one on this program on this night, all in baby, Okay,
I'll ask him. Sounds good, Steve, pleasure, Thank you brother
for coming on.

Speaker 10 (33:24):
Did you see you Dan?

Speaker 1 (33:25):
Yep? And I seeing you up. Next word on the
street is I love coming back to good news. One
of Obama's intelligence henchmen who helped set up the whole
Russia hoax against Trump supposedly is on the lamb. If
you don't know that term, old Italian one. He's on
the run overseas. At least that's what Summer saying. We're

(33:47):
going to dive into who it is and why we
come back. Hey, if your cable provider doesn't offer one
America News Network, you should get him a call and
kindly demand that they CARRYAN. Now, you're the customer, and
without your feedback, your cable provider will not know that

(34:08):
there is a strong demand across this country for one
America News Network. So please call your cable company today
and kindly ask or demand that they add OANN to
their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all

(34:33):
have in common? The answer is that all three platforms
offer you the ability to live stream One America News
Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV, or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store, search out FORAAN, then
enjoy all the great programming offered by on including my
show Real America. Viewers are always asking me how how

(35:00):
can they watch Away in live? The solution is simple.
It's a streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled KLOWDTV.
Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch
twenty four to seven live feeds of Oan. The live
package is only two dollars and fifty cents per month

(35:21):
for all you can watch again, simply go to cloudtv
dot com and do it today. Hey, did you know
that one America news network has launched a twenty four
to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it
free Talk forty five. So why is it branded free

(35:41):
Talk forty five? Well, free talk because you will not
be censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five
because forty five is a really lucky number. So join
us at free Talk forty five and express yourself with
no fear of cancelation. Ever. Yet another bombshell being dropped

(36:12):
in regards to the whole Russiagate scandal. Rasha Rasha Rasha,
longtime Democrat intelligence staffer blowing the whistle to the FBI,
saying that this little pencil neck boy, remember good old
Adam Schiffeye, he's now a United States senator, personally greenlit
the leaking of the classified bogus Russia Gate information as

(36:34):
a weapon to try to indict and discredit Donald J. Trump,
a move the staffer called quote illegal and treason us.
So I'm pretty sure you can arrest the United States
senator for treason. You can try his ass for it.
So how about we do that? Guys? How about it
Trump administration? Can we see somebody pay for what they've done? Now?

(36:56):
The whistleblower, an intelligent staffer with more than a decade
on the House Intelligence Committee, tells the FBI, starting in
twenty seventeen, then Representative Shift Memory as a congressman, approved
the leaking of the documents in order to go after Trump.
The whistleblower claims to have attended meetings where Shift authorized

(37:18):
leaking derogatory information to Trump. Despite multiple FBI interviews over
six years, the DOJ never did anything, citing congressional immunity BS.
Now get this, Obama's communist former CIA director. I told
you it was going to be Brennan. Remember when the

(37:39):
whole thing came out a couple of weeks ago. Brennan
Clapper comy, they're all dirty with Obama. He'll get presidential immunity.
I told you Clapper and Komy would probably be free,
but Brennan would be the fall guy. Well guess what
some now we're saying he may have fled the country
and is hiding out in Austria. Uh huh that because

(38:00):
there's now an actual criminal investigation at the FBI and
the DOJ looking into the whole Trump Russia hoax. Again,
both Brennan and Comy are under investigation as well along
with this clown because of false statements to Congress and
the whole conspiracy that they made up about Trump. Vice

(38:21):
President j D. Vance now declaring that many people are
likely to face consequences related to the Obama regime's actions
when it comes to the whole Russia gate. Vance promising
that indictments will only be handed down if there is
a clear violation of the law, referring to recent information
from Director of Intelligence Tulca Gabbard as evidence of a

(38:41):
serious legal breach.

Speaker 12 (38:43):
I absolutely want to see indictments, Maria. Look, of course,
you've got to have the law follow the facts here.
You don't just indict people to indict people. You indict
people because they broke the law. But if you look
at what Tulsi and cash Betel have revealed in the
last couple of weeks, I don't know how anybody can
look at that and say that there wasn't aggressive violations
of the law. What they basically did is they defrauded

(39:06):
the American people in order to take Hillary Clinton's presidential
campaign talking points and turn them into intelligence by defrauding
the American people, defrauding the intelligence agencies lying about what
the intel said. They would take something that supported a
Hillary Clinton campaign talking point, and they would overemphasize it

(39:27):
and exaggerate it. They took anything that actually contradicted that narrative,
and they buried it deep and through that they actually
laundered Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign talking points through the American
intelligence services. That's a violation of the people's trust. That's
a violation of what our intelligence services should be doing.
And I absolutely think they broke the law and you're

(39:48):
going to see a lot of people get indicted for that.

Speaker 1 (39:51):
But will they serve anytime? Steve Friends and FBI whistleblower,
and I'm sure he has an opinion about all this, Steve,
I don't recall if it was you or former FBI
agent Jonathan Gilliam, but somebody on the show a couple
of weeks ago when this broke, right before I left
for vacation about Tulsi, the burn bag info that Cash
found and all this pointing the fingers at Clapper, Brennan,
Comy and the Obama regime for knowing about this and

(40:14):
helping Hillary and the DNC. I said, I think it's
going to be Brennan or Clapper, one of the two.
But I felt that it might be Clapper that would
go down, not Comy. Obviously, you can't get the president
political immunity. What do you think? Is he just vacationing
in Austria? Is this report accurate? Is he that worried
because there's an investigation now into all these clowns? You know.

Speaker 13 (40:35):
Unfortunately, I'm not as bullish as you when it comes
to this, because I think that, frankly, the challenge is
going to be finding an ongoing criminal conspiracy and underlying
crime to get us back into the Statute of limitations.
And unfortunately, what we're seeing now is a lot of messaging,
a lot of pr a lot of scratching the belly
the id of the MAGA right to give them that
red meat, to give them the names, the Comy's, the Brennan's,

(40:57):
the Clappers, the Obama's, the Clintons, and then the opportunists
that we will see over at the legislative branch are unfortunately.

Speaker 4 (41:05):
Going to be holding their hearings.

Speaker 13 (41:06):
They are going to give us our virable moments, but
ultimately I want to see what the Vice President articulated,
and that is a legitimate indictment of a crime, and
I'm fearful that we're going to be outside of that.

Speaker 4 (41:17):
And the other secondary fear that I have.

Speaker 13 (41:19):
Is that we're getting distracted with this when there are
actual chargeable crimes that are well within a statute of
limitation and we're just having an opportunity cost here. We're
not bringing those up because in all these names and
all these problems and all these issues, which are enormous
issues that the American people deserve the answers on the
transparency on I haven't heard the name Christopher Ray, who

(41:41):
was the FBI director not too long ago, and under
his leadership over at the FBI and members of the
Intelligence Committee, the involvement they had with the twenty twenty
election and spying on parents at school board meetings, and
all the malfeasans with January sixth, all of those matters
that FBI whistleblowers came forward with during the Biden administration,
those are all chargeable crimes. And I think that we

(42:01):
might be losing focus on somebody who is actually gettable,
and we can demonstrate that the two tier system of
justice has officially come to an end.

Speaker 4 (42:07):
Now in Trump Part two.

Speaker 1 (42:09):
You think that there could be, though a fall guy,
but it won't be maybe as big as a Brennan
or a Clapper. I kind of looked at it as if, Okay,
the FBI director is not going to go down. They're
not gonna be able to get because that's the FBI.
You're not going to get a president of Vice President
Joe or Barack. They're out. So okay, the CIA guy
or the intelligence guy, you know, they're into that dirty

(42:31):
spy stuff. So yeah, he helps set it up with
the DNC, but none of us had any to do
with it. We're above reproach. I ran the FBI. I
would never do that. That's why I kind of thought
he would be the fall guy. I don't know that
was me.

Speaker 4 (42:43):
It makes sense.

Speaker 13 (42:44):
I think they're the ultimate challenge though, also is where
do you in fact charge the crime. I mean, you're
going to take it into the district of the District
of Columbia where they will sit ninety six percent of
them communists voters are going to look at whoever is
sitting in that defendant chair and say we don't care
what he did.

Speaker 4 (42:58):
He were going to acquit him even we know what
he did.

Speaker 13 (43:01):
But that doesn't negate the responsibility for the Department of
Justice to bring forward a proper investigation and actually bring
forward an indictment if the facts support that.

Speaker 4 (43:10):
So if that's our guy, I'm good with it.

Speaker 13 (43:12):
And similarly, when it comes to the Adam Shift stuff,
I think that the mortgage stuff is probably a lot more
gettable than the other matters is, frankly because he got
a pardon from Joe Biden on his way out. And
if we want to fight it out over the auto pen,
I'm here for that as well. But to me, the
ultimate attachment to that story that whistleblower on Adam Shift
was that that individual brought that information to the FBI

(43:34):
in two thy seventeen. If you knew nothing else about
this agency as we now sit eight years later, the
fact that they carried the water for Adam Schiff and
the Democrat Party to go after a duly elected president,
I don't know how you can justify continuing to exist
in its current form.

Speaker 1 (43:51):
That's TRUEBI looked the other way for years eight frickin'
years on this thing. Wow, Steve, you know sometimes I
don't like your answer, but let me tell you, I
love your honesty and the insight is always much appreciated.
I was hoping for a better response, like, yeah, we're
gonna nail these asses finally, but no, most likely we

(44:11):
probably won't because that's how that big, deep, nasty deep
state works in Washington, DC. As always, bad whistlebl er,
Steve friend, much appreciate you, brother, thank you for coming on.
Thank you. Yep is what it is. We'll see if
Trump can get any of these bad doers anyways, stick around.
Coming up more California wildfires have hit and that now

(44:33):
has many people worried and they're not so Golden State
about another land grab because the government in this state
right now was trying to take people's lands in the
LA area that were hit by fires back in January.
We're gonna dive into that we return. Hey everyone, here's
a question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV,

(47:11):
State Senate is now doing I guess we'll call it
a one eight. But it's still discussing that they even
wanted to pass a bill, okay, that was going to
seize burned out lots in the LA area and then
transform this prime real estate, ruining famili's investments some families

(47:32):
decades because they wanted to put in low income housing zones. Yeah,
it's a land grab. In a move many described as
nothing more than a blatant land grab, the California State
Senate passed SB five forty nine last May. The bill
would allow Los Angeles County to establish a Resilient Rebuilding

(47:53):
Authority to coordinate, recover and rebuild after the wildfires as
I called them the super wildfires back in January of
this year. Remember Jojo ran right out his last couple
days in office to help old Gavin Newsom and Bass,
but never went down in North Carolina. Yeah, now, the
Resilient Rebuilding Authority would then buy fire damaged lots rebuild

(48:17):
with at least forty percent of the funds used for
multi unit low income housing, specifically in the Pacific Palisades,
Malibu and Alta Dina area. Now, if you don't know California, folks,
those are high end real estate neighborhoods. You've all heard
of Malibu. You don't go putting up three, four or
five six story buildings and having Section eight housing. You

(48:39):
will screw all the American citizens who've worked their butts
off bought homes or some they've owned them for three,
four or five generations. You just don't do it. LA's
got plenty, plenty of commercial zones in other areas you
could put low income housing in this underhanded move immediately

(49:00):
through public outrage over the last few months now forcing
lawmakers to shelve the idea. This year, critics decried the
move as a government overreach that tramples on private property
and local autonomy in a naked bid for social engineering
disguised as disaster recovery. That's what democrats do. They're doing

(49:20):
it out in freakin Hawaii. They're trying to do it
in La they're trying to do it now in North Carolina.
Grant Cardon, you know him, We've had him on the program,
prominent real estate investor. Malibu home was damaged but still stood,
one of the only homes in Malibu on the PCH
to actually make it through. He's now joining in and
really upset about this landgram Cardon argues the bill would

(49:44):
force loss of property value, of course, it would disrupt
traditional single family neighborhoods, of course, by mandating high density,
affordable housing. He blames years of government mismanagement and misplaced
priorities for the super wildfired disasters, calling for better accountability
and better fire prevention. I agree. We talked about this

(50:06):
for weeks after the fires. President Trump also weighing in
on this. Sneaky move by California Democrats.

Speaker 2 (50:13):
Watch this and now they're talking about putting this is
among the most beautiful areas was in the country. Now
they're talking about putting low income housing there.

Speaker 1 (50:23):
Can you believe this?

Speaker 2 (50:24):
I love low income housing. I made money with low
income housing. I built low income housing. I know more
about low income housing and luxury house. I know about
everything in real estate. They want to replace some of
those homes with low income housing. They haven't gotten their
permits yet.

Speaker 1 (50:40):
We've gotten all the.

Speaker 2 (50:42):
Federal permits, which are much tougher to get and was
done almost immediately through Lee's Elden and Federal environmental I
watched people on television. They want to go, they want
to leave. They've lost their spirit, they've lost their heart
because the mayor's incompetent, and Gavin Newscombe is incompetent. Got
a good line of both, but that's about it. He's incompetent.

Speaker 1 (51:02):
God, I love my president. Gavin Newsom is full of ah.
And as I bring my next guest on, let me
just say this. This is what Democrats do, folks. They're
doing it in Lehaina, Maui. They're doing it in Pacific Palisades,
in Malibu, California. They're doing it in the hills of
North Carolina. They will wait you out by not giving
you the permits, and when you're on your last leg

(51:24):
and out of money, they'll buy your empty, burned out
lot for pennies on the dollar and put some Section
eight bs up. Trump knows what's up, and I hope
you all out there know what's up. My next guest
does too. She's senior and legal advisor to Fix California.
Katie Zechariah back on the program, Katie, how are you
It's so great.

Speaker 11 (51:40):
Out here in beautiful California if we could just get
rid of our leadership.

Speaker 1 (51:44):
I know this state. You know, I get a lot
of grief from friends family that live in other states. Dan,
why do you stay in California? How could you live
there that long? I'm like, it's a beautiful fricking state.
We just have idiots running it. We're over taxed, and
you had a thirty nine million there's probably about ten
or fifteen million crazy liberals I could do without. But

(52:05):
other than that, it's an amazing state, right, and you get.

Speaker 11 (52:08):
Voter id and I think our say would be read
quite honestly.

Speaker 1 (52:13):
Yeah, I know you guys are trying to fix that
at Fix California. But first let's go to the issue
at hand. That sound but I just played President Trump
at the White House yesterday. A reporter asked him about
this land grab, and I find it ironic that the
Democrats are now backpeddling say they won't bring it up
till next year. But again, if they're not issuing permits,

(52:33):
Katie and they wait for a year to do this.
How many people in those cities I mentioned, you know
you live up in that area. How many people around
the LA area are going to lose everything they already
lost everything in the fire, but not have enough money
to maintain by the time they vote on this next
year because they can't get permits.

Speaker 11 (52:51):
It's quite literally the perfect storm, right. You have the
insurance companies have dropped many of these homeowners, dropped them
before the fires, and now they're starving them out in
order to not issue these permits. And then over the
course of the year, when the outrage has dissipated, then
they're going to start with the land grab again. Right now,

(53:12):
the Senate walk this back. Okay, this is wildly unpopular.
We'll leave it to La County. We'll leave it to
mayor bas to decide what to do with this low
income housing issue. Right But what they're really doing is
waiting for an additional year to then say, okay, we will,
as you mentioned, we will buy these loss for pennies
on the dollar. Because now you're so desperate to that

(53:34):
you cannot build a lot. You cannot you cannot build
on your lot. You cannot build a home, but will
give you a little bit of money so you can,
you know, meat to Texas or something.

Speaker 1 (53:42):
Yeah, that's exactly what they're doing. So they're acting like, Okay,
we proposed the bill, we heard from you the people.
There was outrage throughout the state, so we shelved it. Yeah,
but if you're not making Karen Bass and her cronies
in La County right and the City of Los Angeles
actually start giving permits, There's no way these poor folks

(54:03):
can wait until next year to get a damn permit.
It's been over seven months. The fires broke out on
what January seventh, it's August twelfth today, seven months, Like
you heard Trump, what the hell's taken so long for permits?
They're doing this intentionally. I'm hearing from Hawaii reps, the
handful of Republican reps that they're doing the same thing, Katie.

(54:24):
In Lehina, they don't have building permits yet in Lahina
to rebuild a home or a business there that was
oceanfrontrect Why is this taking so long?

Speaker 11 (54:32):
Well, not only that, but you have a in California
right now. We had a foreign investor who is unnamed,
who just purchased over sixty five million dollars worth of
beach front lots in Malibu. So you have these this
collision course of government and efficiency, government incompetence. I think
President Trump is really generous to call Gavin Newsom incompetent.

(54:53):
I think he's nine and narcissist.

Speaker 1 (54:55):
Sic. Oh, I know. Trump's way too nice.

Speaker 11 (54:58):
Yes, way too nice. Incompetent suggests he doesn't know better.
I think this is very planned against the people of California.

Speaker 1 (55:04):
Oh yes.

Speaker 11 (55:05):
And then to have a foreign investor come in and
pick up these lots, and then have the Senate sneaking
in a bill to pick up, you know, and do
low income housing. The collision course of these two is
going to completely decimate the Pacific Palisades no use and Malibu.

Speaker 1 (55:21):
So wonderful Malibu. You know, Wait a minute, thumb intervention,
has your team been looking in to try and find
out I saw this. That's one thing I did see
on vacation. I wasn't supposed to be doing the news.
I did see that. Though. The sixty five million dollars
and sixty five million or billion in property, well, so
far I.

Speaker 11 (55:36):
Think it's sixty five million.

Speaker 1 (55:37):
That I could be incorrect, which could be just a
couple of properties in Malibu. Let's be real, because they're
ten twenty thirty million, So a couple properties gets to
sixty five quick. But again, if one foreign investor is
buying let's say ten properties right at six million, eight
million apiece, that's going to get the sixty five million
pretty quick. Who is that guy? What's his intentions?

Speaker 11 (55:58):
And why is he unnamed? Why are we disclosing his name?
That that's to be very very suspect. You know, Gavin
Newsom is known to have deep China ties. He cleaned
up the city of San Francisco for shigenping. So this
kind of underhanded approach at selling off these lots is
is not going to work for the people of California.

Speaker 1 (56:18):
Katie, I appreciate you coming on a chat about this
land grab, this blatant land grab by Democrats, but before
you go, remind folks that live here in the Golden State.
By the way, you don't have to let her to donate.
You can help her team out, but remind them what
Fixed California is trying to do. We'll put the website
up so you can get some more help as well.

Speaker 11 (56:36):
Yeah, Fixcalifornia Dot com. We are registering unregistered Conservatives, of
whom we found one point four million in this great
state of California that are sitting on the sidelines saying
my vote doesn't matter. So we're picking all of those
people up. We're doing digital voter registration. It's working. Reregistered
over two hundred thousand new conservative voters, common sense voters

(56:58):
just last year, and we hope to do the same
to help the twenty six midterm elections.

Speaker 1 (57:03):
Yes, please God help us California, fix you help us,
we need help. If we could turn this place read
what an amazing state it would become again. Katie Zachariah
as always, thank you so much for coming on. Appreciate you,
Thank you, yep, and folks, that's going to do it
for another real America here on oyn. Thank you so
much for tuning in. Put the info up if you would. Chris,

(57:25):
let's remind them how to get a hold of me
now that I'm back in the chair. It's real America
at oaend dot com is the best way. That's our email,
but you can always sound off on the social media.
There's all the handles. I will be back tomorrow on Wednesday, eight,
Easter nine Pacific. Don't forget stick around Matt Gates for five.
What did I say, Gosh, I'll tell you you take

(57:47):
ten days off and you don't remember how to do
the job. But it was a nice, nice ten days
to disconnect anyway. It's eight eastern, five Pacific. Stick around
for the Matt Gates Show, followed up by Fine Point.
We shall know Rhon and remember this one I can
always remember. Be a proud American, be brave, and God
bless you all. Good Night,
