Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America. Tonight, Ukrainian President Zelensky heaps
praise upon President Trump for his ongoing efforts to achieve
peace in Eastern Europe. Well Trump draws a line on
maintaining stability in that region. Plus House Oversight Committee Chair
James Comer announcing a major step in revealing the infamous
Epstein files. We could see some new documents by the
(00:23):
end of this week. Details on that, and also tonight,
Health and Human Service as Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Junior
and our second Death Pete Hegseth square off at the Pentagon,
doubling down on their efforts to make America healthy again.
I'm Dan Ball and Real America starts right now.
Speaker 2 (00:48):
I think that we had a very good conversation with
President Trump, very good, and it really was the best one,
or sorry, maybe the best one will be in the future,
but it was really good.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
What a difference few months make. Just days after meeting
with Russian President Vladimir Putin, President Trump welcomed Ukrainian President
Zelensky and key European leaders to the White House yesterday,
putting America back in the driver's seat of global diplomacy. Yeah,
because We have a president who can actually string together
sentences and knows how to defend our nation through strong
(01:26):
diplomatic means before using military means, unlike Joe who was
absent for four years. Yesterday's meeting made one thing clear.
Under Trump's leadership, the US is taking real steps to
put this war to an end in Ukraine, steps that
put peace and stability first, not endless spending on foreign
(01:49):
conflicts like so many presidents on both sides of the
Isle folks have done for decades in this nation. Think
about it, go back talks now, point towards a historic
summit between Trump, Putin, and Zelensky. It's a bold move
no one else has had the courage or influence to pursue. Again,
I posed this question last night, Why didn't Biden do it?
(02:13):
We all know why. President Trump emphasizing that America will
help lead the way to peace, but only in a
deal that ensures security and puts American interests in that region. First.
Following the meetings, President Trump announced he'd already called Putin
to push forward one on one discussions between him and
Ukrainian leaders, with the goal of bringing all free to
(02:36):
the table for a serious negotiation. That will end in peace.
Trump also did and sugarcoat the reality, acknowledging this is
going to be an uphill battle. Of course, pastase fire
attempts have went nowhere. However, unlike the globalists who created
this whole mess, Trump's actually doing something about it. Folks.
(02:57):
The liberal lamestream media had an absolute meltdown though, over
the fact that while Trump was meeting with Zelensky, he
halted the meeting, stepped out, and took a call from
the Russian president putin, why wouldn't you It's called negotiations,
you morons. Okay, Efforts are fluid. Things are happening like this.
(03:22):
Zanti might have said something and Trump, well, I don't
know if would be hold on. Maybe it would be
and you take the call. Hey, would you be okay
with this? This is what you do. It's important to
keep all parties in the loop. This is delicate, okay.
I mean Russia was still lobbing rockets as Trump was
meeting with them yesterday, so you can't just it makes
(03:46):
no sense to me. But you see the problem is
the media and Democrats. They have this echo chamber. If
you will and anything Trump does, you have to find
fault with it. Okay, it doesn't matter. He says it
all the time. The guy could cure cancer. He's gonna
end this war, and they will find fault with the
way he ended it. Well, it took him longer than
(04:08):
he said. Well, he was a bully to Zolensky that
one time, Remember him and JD being mean to them
in the Oval office. Who gives a rat about that?
Find peace, stop the killing. President Trump himself says it
would have been disrespectful to keep Putin waiting on the phone,
or just you know, ignore the phone call. Again. He
(04:31):
emphasized the importance of maintaining an open direct communication line
with Russian out This is key and crucial for global
peace and stability. He gets that. Did we ever hear
that the Biden Harris regime was picking up the phone
and talking to Putin about trying to stop this war? No.
(04:53):
President Trump also declaring there will be no American boots
on the ground in Ukraine of any kind for any
type of peace agreement. Security concerns. We're not doing it.
He does not want to get us into another endless war.
Trump says, while the US will assist Ukraine, the support
will likely be in the form of aerial support and
(05:14):
other resources. No ground troops. Let me reiterate, So for
all you so called maga folks, America First, folks who've
been trashing Trump over him bombing Iran, over him saying
he's going to help Ukraine, saying, oh, he's becoming a
neo Khon like the rest of them. He's a warmongerer. Yeah,
(05:34):
you were never a true America first Mega, You're a grifter.
Shut the hell up and sit down. President goes on
to say European countries are expected to take a leading
role in providing that security, including potentially sending their troops.
It's their backyard. He's going to get the EU to
do stuff so we don't have to like we always
(05:55):
do in every fricking conflict. Since I've been around you two,
I'm sure. The President also ruled out Ukraine joining NATO
as part of a possible deal. Trump says the US
will continue to facilitate talks between Putin and zelenskiy Zinsky
rather possibly leading to this trilateral meeting. It's going to
be him, Zelenski and Putin. He's going to get it done, folks.
(06:20):
Press Secretary Caroline Levitt told reporters that following that phone
conversation between the two presidents, the Russian leader has agreed
now to begin the next phase of finding a peace deal.
There you go.
Speaker 3 (06:34):
Following the encouraging conversations yesterday, President Trump spoke with President
Putin by phone, and he agreed to begin the next
phase of the peace process, a meeting between President Putin
and President Zelensky, which would be followed, if necessary, by
a trilateral meeting between President Putin, President Zelensky, and President Trump.
As the President said, Vice President Vance Secretary Rubio and
(06:57):
Special Envoy Witkoff will continue to coordinate with Russia and
Ukraine to make this happen as soon as possible.
Speaker 1 (07:04):
Joining us now to discuss all of this. He's a
former instructor at the US Army War College and the
author of the book Preparing for World War Three. Retired
Lieutenant Colonel Robert McGinnis. And let me just say, Colonel,
if the President is successful here in Ukraine, I'm pretty
sure this would be lucky number seven as far as
(07:25):
peace deals. And if so, I think we should start
calling him the peacemaker in chief because he's literally doing
what no other president has ever done before. I mean,
just start going down the line of the peace deals
that he's gotten involved in. Past presidents have either turned
their back to those issues or said, oh, let's send
(07:45):
troops or whatever. But I've never seen a president get
more involved from small to major conflicts and find peace.
He should have got the Nobel Peace Price tenfold your thoughts.
Speaker 4 (07:57):
Colonel, No doubt the Nobles winning president don Donald Trump
ought to be recognized for these major accomplishments in the
first six months of a four year administration is second. Obviously,
these are incredible times. These are very tough negotiations. I agree.
(08:21):
I think only the president could do this. Uh, you
know he obviously on Friday he did very well with Putin,
and then of course he follows up with the phone
call yesterday with Putin, and now he's stringing all these
Europeans in line and you know, going to force them
(08:43):
to do their obligation, and that is a coalition of
the willing peacekeepers as it might be part of the agenda,
you know, a sky shield, as might be part of
this peace making agenda. And then of course other obligations
such as pain for the arms that we are going
to manufacture and ship through NATO hands into Ukraine. So
(09:08):
there are a host of things that are just good news.
Now I have to acknowledge that Zelenski has some reservations.
And the reservations of course, if you go back to
nineteen ninety four and you recall the Buddhapest Agreement, the
Momentum memorandum that said very clearly that the UK and
(09:28):
the US would rush to Ukrainian defense if in fact
something were to happen to them, because they gave away
their nuclear arsenal to Russia. So there's some hesitancy on
all their parts. But this is coming together and it
looks very good.
Speaker 1 (09:47):
Yeah, it sure does. What do you make of Well,
I know what we make of it. It's the press.
What am I supposed to think? But just your take
on how democrats and the media from Friday when he
met with Putin in Alaska Historic Summit to yesterday's meetings
with those EU leaders and Zelensky, and how they have
(10:08):
to like poke a hole in anything the man does,
Like he smiled too much, he shook his hand, he
rolled out a red carpet. Well, when's the last time
we saw the previous regime reach out and put the
olive branch and say, hey, hey, mister Putin, would you
like to have a talk so we could try and
end this war. I don't remember Jojo or Kamala ever
(10:30):
saying we were reaching out to Russia and trying to
end this war. Trump did it in Trump fashion. He
knows Putin's got a massive ego. You're not gonna spit
in the guy's face and treat him like crap when
he comes to town. And in es since he came
to our backyard. He went to Alaska. So I watched
what happened on Friday, what happened yesterday, and to me,
(10:50):
everything looked very presidential, very much on the up and up.
But because it's Donald J. Trump, colonel, they have to
try and find fault. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (10:59):
I heard the presidents speak today much in the same vein.
He said, Look, you know, I've been impeached twice, Russia Gate,
you name it. They've thrown everything but the book at me,
and yet he succeeds. He looks more presidential than anybody
in recent history, and he's dealing with incredibly complex issues,
(11:22):
and at the same time he's cleaning up after some
messes that were you know, most of us didn't think
could be fixed this fast, and yet the world is
lining up at his door recognizing that he is a
true leader. So we should feel encouraged. We should feel
very good that our president is doing the miraculous and
(11:43):
in doing it in fine style.
Speaker 1 (11:46):
Yeah. I agree, and I'm going to end this interview
on a positive note, colonel, because I feel like a
lot of times, especially when you're discussing war, things are negative.
But when you look at what Trump has done in
the Congo and Rwanda and Meenian War and six different
wars that he's gotten involved in and pretty much settled
or found a piece or a cease fire deal, let's
(12:08):
be real in only seven months. Put the headline up.
He made kind of a funny comment the other day,
but I thought it was very sweet and endearing, especially
after the man was almost shot and killed last summer,
and he says that he hopes ending all these wars
will help get him into heaven a little quicker your
(12:29):
final thoughts, Colonel.
Speaker 4 (12:31):
Yeah, I'm not sure I agree with his theology, but
certainly the world respects leadership, and he has demonstrated unparalleled
leadership over the last six months at least, and then
beyond that and I think we as Americans have reason
to be proud of our president, proud of our country,
(12:53):
and I think he's going to lead us into great
prosperity in the future.
Speaker 1 (12:57):
Amen, couldn't agree with you more. Retitle tenant, Colonel Robert
mcg and this is always thank you, sir for your insight.
Appreciate you.
Speaker 4 (13:03):
Thanks Jan yep up.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
Next, former AG Bill Barr not a fan of Trump. Trump,
not a fan of his right. Guess what he just
did yesterday? He came out in defense of President Trump,
reiterating to the nation what I know, what you know?
Donald Trump is no way, never has been, and not
involved with being a client of Jeffrey Epstein. Duh, Now
(13:28):
why is that important? Well, there was a huge announcement
yesterday at the Oversight Committee chair James Comer. He says
he's going to start releasing Epstein information as early as
this Friday. More on that. Wee come back.

Speaker 6 (16:24):
I think we'll receive the documents very soon.
Speaker 1 (16:27):
They're compiling everything together.
Speaker 6 (16:29):
I think we're working together in a good faith effort
and everything's coming along. I expect to receive the documents
very very soon.
Speaker 1 (16:39):
That was yesterday House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer announcing
a huge step forward in revealing the infamous Epstein files,
declaring that the Justice Department will be handing over the
documents later this week and that means we could see
some more. The DOJ starting to hand over those documents
related to Epstein to the House Oversight Committee beginning this Friday.
The subpoened. Files that were requested include material about Epstein
(17:01):
and Kalaine Maxwell's discussions related to human trafficking, and records
about Epstein's non prosecution agreement remember that one down in Florida,
and of course, details about his death. Subpoena has also
been issued for depositions to Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, several
former AGS, and other figures connected to the Epstein investigation.
(17:23):
The release follows yesterday's committee hearing and closed door deposition
of the former Attorney General Bill Barr, who restated, okay,
his conclusion that Epstein died by suicide. He also restated
that any implication that Donald Trump was involved is bogus.
There's no evidence. Bar set it again, and let's be real,
(17:44):
it's not like Barr and Trump are fans of each other.
Speaker 6 (17:48):
Barr said he's never seen any information that showed that
he was in the files, and that he would he
would be shocked if there was anything pertaining to President
Trump that was negative that the Biden administration wouldn't have
leaked out prior to the to the presidential election.
Speaker 1 (18:08):
Exactly joining me now and why we're even still saying
that to discuss the soll He's at twenty sixteen Trump
campaign surrogant, criminal defense attorney, my friend David Wall. David,
I mean, there's no love lost between the two of them.
We've heard Trump trash talk Bar and Bar do the
same a few years back on to Trump, and right
there you got Jamie Comer saying, look, we talked with
(18:29):
him behind closed doors and he reaffirmed Trump is in
no way in these files. And again, if he would
have been, you don't think the Democrats would have used
it in sixteen, twenty twenty, twenty twenty four. Give me
a frickin' break, right, David.
Speaker 7 (18:44):
Uh, Especially the last election where they were desperate to
take down Trump and they had all this information within
their grasps. This would have been leaked like a sieve.
It would have been everywhere. So there is nothing regarding Trump.
And by the way, the media ignored this whole issue
for five straight years and suddenly they're talking about nothing else. Yesterday,
(19:08):
during the historic meeting between Zelenski and every other European
leader on the planet in the White House, they spent
about five minutes about the mainstream media CNN, MSNBC and
the rest of that garbage. Five minutes and they jumped
immediately to the Epstein case because they're hoping, beyond all hope,
that there's something that will incriminate Trump regarding a theoretical
(19:31):
relationship he had with Jeffrey Epstein, which by the way,
didn't ever exist. And here we are, and now they're
going to find out the hard way. And by the way,
be careful what you wish for.
Speaker 1 (19:42):
Yeah, they never asked for these files until that one day.
Trump said at that big meeting with his cabinet, you're
still talking about that craph let it go. And then
they went, oh, Trump must be saying that because he's connected,
just like the whole Russia collusion lie. And remember David,
back when that broke in sixty seventeen, they told us
there was an infamous videotape with some Russian prostitute and Trump, yeah, right,
(20:05):
where's that video. I mean, every time they come up
with a lie about him, they never have nothing to
back it up, but they'll milk it for years.
Speaker 7 (20:14):
The entire thing was a hoax, Dan, and this the
way they are treating it, is going to turn out
to be another hoax as well. They're going to try
to fabricate anything they possibly can to justify their fake
reporting on this whole issue, and then when it finally
flames out, they're going to be left to cover nothing
but Trump establishing a world peace like we have never
had before between America and Russia, Ukraine and every other
(20:37):
country involved in the global stratosphere. So, I mean, the
media is really flaming out, Dan, And I'll be honest
with you, it's hard to trust any network for raw,
unadulterated real news anymore. O O N is where I go.
Speaker 8 (20:56):
But I don't think they put here for over five
years now this month because this is I trust ownership,
I trust management because they let me speak truth to power.
Speaker 1 (21:10):
Final one's an easy one for you. What do you
think we're gonna see Friday? As the DJ starts giving
this over to comber and oversight. We know there will
be information redacted of the victims' names and details, but
we're supposedly supposed to get some new info. But then again,
we've been told, hey, a lot of this information has
been suppressed by the State of New York when they
were doing the case against Glean. A lot of the
(21:31):
stuff when Jeffrey did the deal way back in what
seven o eight down in Florida stuff got hidden then,
and who knows what the FBI and DJ did to
these details under the Obama and Biden regimes. So will
we get some huge smoking guns do you think Friday?
Or not so much?
Speaker 7 (21:47):
Well, Number one, Dan, you're right about protecting the identities
of the children victims. That's got to be done in
Anybody who violates that obvious law is going to be
in huge trouble. But my guess is the media is
very wary of the potential for Bill and Hillary Clinton
being involved. Bill Clinton, how many trips do you make
to Epstein Island? I mean, when they see something like that,
they're going to absolutely set it aside and do their
(22:10):
best to squash it some one season. So I suspect
that when that starts happening, they'll be further subpoenas. There'll
be more digging into this information, and this could go
on a long long time because the media, in my view,
is not going to like.
Speaker 9 (22:26):
What they see.
Speaker 7 (22:27):
When they really start digging.
Speaker 1 (22:29):
Well, I'll have to pivot, David. You and I have
been part of the media for many, many decades, and
the minute they get some dirty details on Democrats, they
will pivot. They'll leave the Epstein files and they'll run
to a new made up crisis about Trump. That's what
the mainstream does.
Speaker 7 (22:45):
Well, yeah, that's one of the reasons Dan, you left
mainstream media because you weren't allowed damn right to speak
the truth. You speak now, and thank goodness, Fian brother.
Speaker 1 (22:54):
Yes, yes, David and I go way back, folks in
full disclosure. That's how we know each other. Is this
job medium, David, Thank you brother for coming on. Appreciate
the insight. Take it.
Speaker 7 (23:03):
Thank you Dan anytime, brother, yep.
Speaker 1 (23:04):
Coming up after the break, California GOP leaders now suing
the Deminan rats up in Sacramento, who are so upset
about new redistricting lines being drawn down in Texas that
they're breaking the rules and laws here in California. We'll
explain it. Well, come back, Hey, did you know that
One America News network has launched a twenty four to
(23:25):
seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it free
Talk forty five. So why is it branded free Talk
forty five? Well, free talk because you will not be
censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five because
forty five is a really lucky number. So join us
at free talk forty five and express yourself with no
(23:48):
fear of cancelation. Ever, hey, if your cable provider doesn't
offer one America News Network, you should give them a
call and kindly demand that they CARRYAN. Now, you're the customer,
and without your feedback, your cable provider will not know
(24:09):
that there is a strong demand across this country for
one America News network. So please call your cable company
today and kindly ask or demand that they ADDANN to
their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
(24:34):
have in common? The answer is that all three platforms
offer you the ability to live stream one America News
Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store, search out FORAAN, then

After failing to establish a quorum six times, Texas Democrats
(25:42):
finally ended their political stunt today, ending a two week
walkout like petant little kids, by returning to Austin, restoring
quorum and allowing the legislative session to continue. The walkout,
of course, was an effort to block a lead goal
Republican redistricting map aimed at potentially adding up to five
(26:05):
new GOP congressional seats before the midterms. Oh God forbid,
Then Republicans will have more control in the US Congress.
Oh no, yeah, because the country's leaning that way, so
conservatives should be in charge. That's how it works, you
idiots on the left. The Republican led Texas legislator Poister
quickly passed this new map, a move supported by President
(26:27):
Trump and Texas Governor Greg Abbott. The returning Democrats are
now under a close watch of the Texas Apartment of
Public Safety, and they must agree to be escorted to
ensure their presence. Just throw him in jail if they
don't show up it's dere election of duty. Texas House
Republicans now set to vote on that new map starting tomorrow.
(26:49):
The House Resisting Committee approved a revised version of the
plan earlier this week on a twelve to eight vote.
The proposal now moves to the Calendar's committee before the
full House debate and vote by the Texas Senate is
expected to be pretty much a formality, and then of
course the GOV will sign it. Now that brings us
to the not so Golden State where I live, unfortunately,
(27:10):
and our detestable California demon Rats or Democrats, whatever you
want to call them, because now they're pushing a redistricting
scam and they're facing a tight legislative deadline. The radical
left wing of the California legislator has now launched a
highly partisan effort to redraw their congressional districts to favor
(27:32):
the left, aiming to gain five additional seats before the midterms.
What a kerwinkie dink. While the Texas mid decade registric
effort is on the up and up and level with
legal procedures, the California move is considered an underhanded stunt
and I would say, is it illegal? Even because this
(27:52):
isn't their year to do so. California is skipping the
usual process by exploiting its Democrat supermajority and conditions that
normally justify any sort of mid decade mapping. It also
seeks to replace an independently drawn map adopted by a commission,
which would undermine voter approved independent redistricting rules that were
(28:17):
established in Camifornia back in twenty ten. Unlike Texas, which
is following its legislative redistricting rules amid partisan disputes, California's
attempt is seen purely as political retaliation and a potential
violation of the redistricting standards. The legislative deadline for California
(28:37):
Democrats to approve this scheme while they're trying to get
it on a special election on the ballot come November. Meantime,
California Republicans are stepping up. They filed a lawsuit and
a state Supreme Court petition to block Gavin Newsom and
this whole ridiculous, in my opinion, illegal plan to redistrict
this year. Republicans argue Democrats are violent California's constitutional rules,
(29:02):
including thirty day disclosure requirements before advancing legislation. Additionally, GOP
lawmakers can tend the legislature has no authority to bypass
or undo voter approved limits on redistricting. Joining us now
to discuss the California GOP's lawsuit against these crooked demon rats,
(29:23):
and that's what I want to start calling them. He
represents California's thirty six district. State Senator Tony Strickland. Back
on the program, Tony, that's the best I can come
up with, because everything that the left seems to do
these days, in my opinion, is evil. So demon and
people that go behind your back and try to do dirty,
crooked little things are like rats. So unfortunately, I'm sorry
(29:46):
you work with a bunch of demon rats up there
in Sacramento. But thank you for and the others for
filing this lawsuit and going after them. Explain to my
viewers how this is. I don't know if it's illegal,
but it goes against the rules, and it goes against
the will of the California voters who sept the rules
on when you can read district. This is purely political.
Speaker 9 (30:08):
Well, thank you for having me on.
Speaker 10 (30:10):
When we get sworn in, we saw our allegiance to
the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of
the State of California, our current constitution. They've broken many
different rules. One in our constitution is a thirty day
disclosure rule. We have a thirty day disclosure rule in California.
It's so important because we want full transparency on things
that we're dealing with in the state government that it
(30:31):
takes a four to fifths vote in order to move forward.
Speaker 9 (30:33):
And ignore that.
Speaker 10 (30:35):
Well, they didn't get a four to fifth vote last
night when we stay up late last night in the
state Senate. They got beer the two thirds majority, which
is not enough. And so currently they're violating in the
state constitution. And then this morning we filed writ and
we filed for a stay in the California Supreme Court
and put a stay on this thing from moving forward.
(30:57):
They violate that. But not only that ant because we
passed a non partisan citizens Registioning Commission that's done in
full transparency, and they draw lines in front of the
public current under current constitutional law, legislator is not allowed
to look at a map or adjust a map under
our current constitution. So if they wanted to do it
right by our rules our constitution, they should have gone
(31:20):
to the November election, get the authority, and have the
authority then draw the maps. But these members is reported
in the news, they weren't going to support it unless
they drew a congressional map for themselves.
Speaker 9 (31:33):
And that's why we had.
Speaker 10 (31:35):
A non partisans Assistens Commission, because we didn't want politicians
picking their constituents. We wanted our constituents picking our representatives.
Speaker 1 (31:44):
Yeah you think, I thought that's the way it's supposed
to go down. But let's be real. When Democrats when
demon rats, it's like a rat. You back a rat
into a corner, what to do, tries to bite you.
When these demon rats get backed into a corner. And
I'll use Texas as egu it's their year, they're legally
redrawing the maps and potentially ugpeers in DC could gain
(32:08):
five more seats, which would give us about a nine
to ten seat advantage, possibly in twenty twenty six. They're
so freaked out that they convince their demon rats in
another state, California, to do something illegal. It's rules for
thee not for me, and change the game. I've been
saying this for years. This is like it's halftime. We
go in the back right, Tony, how can we win this.
(32:28):
We're down fifty to nothing. We're getting our asses kicked.
Let's change the rules and pay off to referees and
we'll win. That's what Democrats do every time. They're trying
to do it right in front of the public's eye,
and nobody in the mainstream media wants to hold them
accountable for breaking the damn rules, Tony, except me.
Speaker 10 (32:45):
Well again, our current system in full transparency. They do
hundreds of public hearings throughout the state of California. They
draw the lines in public with a non partisan sistence
commission and full transparency. We also have a rule that
you have to try to keep cities and counties as
whole as much as possible.
Speaker 9 (33:03):
That's also in our constitution. They threw it out.
Speaker 10 (33:06):
They drew maps behind closed doors, no public input. In fact,
yesterday they violate our state constitution by rushing this through
without the proper vote. And so here's another example of
Gaven new So. I call him the modern Dame Rie Antoinette.
He always tries to pass laws for other people, but
he doesn't hear.
Speaker 1 (33:24):
The rules exactly that you know you have to do.
Speaker 9 (33:28):
Go back to COVID.
Speaker 10 (33:29):
He made sure our kids couldn't have n person education
or in person.
Speaker 1 (33:36):
Kids are going to a private school out of state.
He shut down restaurants and businesses while they kept his
winery open Plump Jack up in Neapa.
Speaker 11 (33:42):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (33:43):
I know, I reported on that piece of y.
Speaker 10 (33:45):
So this is just another example of him not following
our own rules that we have here in the state California.
Speaker 1 (33:51):
It's again, I'll repeat myself as I wrap up, Tony,
it's rules for thee and not for me. He's a
prime example as one of the top felons of that rule. Right,
that's what Democrats do, and Gavin is their poster child. Tony,
keep your phone Handy. I have a feeling I'll be
calling you a lot until this gets settled.
Speaker 9 (34:09):
Well, and thanks for having me on.
Speaker 10 (34:10):
If I can encourage your listeners to go look up
me on the website Tony Strickland State Center. I need
your voices because this is bafford democracy. Gave is seeing
he's saving democracy, and he's saving democracy by having no
fair elections in California at all. And so that's not
good for Democrats, independse or Republicans Californians. So if any
of your listeners want to get involved to please look
(34:32):
me up and thanks again for having me on today.
Speaker 1 (34:34):
Of course, Tony, we're gonna keep fighting here in California. Yes,
Tony Strickland, he's representing District thirty six, state senator in
the once Golden State. We're trying to bring it back.
Thank you, Tony, take.
Speaker 9 (34:44):
Care, thanks for having me.
Speaker 1 (34:45):
Yep, straight ahead, Trump administration make it some major changes
to some of the Green new Scam deal that was
put in place by the Biden Harris regime. Details maybe return. Hey,
if your cable provider doesn't offer One America News netw work,
you should give them a call and kindly demand that
they carry an Now you're the customer, and without your feedback,
(35:10):
your cable provider will not know that there is a
strong demand across this country for one America News Network.
So please call your cable company today and kindly ask
or demand that they add OANN to their channel lineup. Hey, everyone,
(35:30):
here's a question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV,
and Amazon fireTV all have in common? The answer is
that all three platforms offer you the ability to live
stream one America News Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV,
or Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store
(35:50):
search out FORAAN, then enjoy all the great programming offered
by ON, including my show. Real America. Viewers are always
asking me how can they watch OAN live? The solution
is simple. It's a streaming platform called cloud tv now
(36:10):
it's spelled KLOWDTV. Simply go to cloudtv dot com and
subscribe to watch twenty four to seven live feeds of OAN.
The live package is only two dollars and fifty cents
per month for all you can watch. Again, simply go
to cloudtv dot com and do it today. Hey, did
(36:33):
you know that One America news network has launched a
twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're
calling it free Talk forty five. So why is it
branded free Talk forty five. Well, free talk because you
will not be censored for expressing your opinion there, and
forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
(36:55):
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation ever. Welcome back. In
(37:17):
the latest move to try and curtaale, the radical Green
New Deal, I should call it the Green Scam Deal, right,
The US Department of Agriculture is now blocking taxpayer dollars
for solar panels on prime American farmland. USDA Secretary Brook
Rowlins announcing today the agency will no longer fund solar
(37:38):
panel projects on productive farmland and will block the use
of solar panels. Solar panels rather manufactured by foreign adversaries.
That's a great idea. Why wouldn't other administrations think of that.
Subsidized solar farms have made farmland more expensive and less
(37:58):
accessible for actual farmers who want to farm and you know,
grow things we can eat. This, of course, all contributes
to the loss of the amount of farmland we have
in this nation, because you know, we need those big
thousands of acre fields full of these glass looking solar
(38:18):
panels that, oh, by the way, we have no way
of getting rid of when they go bad. That's right,
they just sit around and pollute the earth that they're
supposed to be helping. Also, we mind the minerals and
hurt the earth to get the minerals to make the panels,
and most of them we get from China, which is
our biggest adversary. Yeah, yeah, yeah, let's go grain and
put solar everywhere. Do you see how idiotic. The left
(38:43):
is in their thinking. By the way, everything I said's fact.
Go look it up. Majority solar panels and the rare
precious minerals. Mind to make them come from China. Since
twenty twelve, solar panels on farmland nationwide have increased by
almost fifty percent. This is why the Trump administration is
taking action. See it's almost like, well, it's not almost
(39:05):
like it is. The Dems want to put the hardworking
American farmer and rancher out of business. Right, get us
all in that global supply chain. Get us buying crap
from other countries we don't even know how it's made
or God forbid. Oh eat eat some meat that's made
from a three D printer built in a lab. Yeah,
(39:26):
I want to eat that meat. Eat some chocolate covered bugs.
You know, all the crap we heard the left say
over the four years of Joe, This green new scam
deal is exactly what it is, a frickin' scam. President
Trump is also going on the offensive when it comes
to windmills, calling them, quote a con job, urging a
complete stop in windmill construction here in the US. The
(39:50):
administration issued an executive order that indefinitely pauses all new
offshore and onshore win energy leasing, and a ruval pending
a federal government review. Good on you, President Trump. Trump
says windmills are ugly and they're ineffective for meeting our
electricity needs, overly expensive, and oh, by the way, one
(40:14):
more little tidbit, guess what The majority of parts for
the windmills we're using are manufactured in You guessed it, China.
Taking a truth social, the President wrote this, stupid and
ugly windmills are killing New Jersey. Energy prices are up
twenty eight percent this year and not enough electricity to
(40:34):
take care of the whole state. Stop the windmills. This
as our friends over at the Climate Depot point out
that America is producing record amounts now of oil and
gas thanks to the Trump administration. In fact, in just
six months, Trump has brought US oil and gas production
to the highest levels ever. Under the Biden regime, crude
(40:58):
oil prices reached about a hundhundred bucks little over one
hundred bucks a barrel at one point. Now that Trump's
in charge, prices are pretty close to sixty bucks a barrel.
Let's hope we can get it back down into the
forties like it was when Trump was in charge the
first time. Now, the result of all this, the Energy
Information Administration forecasts that gas prices will continue to fall
(41:20):
and be under three bucks nationwide by next year. Probably
not here in Comifornia where I live, because we have
asinine gas taxes and all kinds of taxes, which makes
our gas like a dollar and ten cents higher than
everywhere else in the whole nation. Anyway, I digress here
now with reaction to these moves related to the production
(41:42):
of American energy. He's the founder of the climatedepot dot
com and the author of the book The Politically Incorrect
Guide to Climate Change. Our friend Mark Morano back on
the program, Mark, nice to see you. Thank you bold moves.
But we knew they were coming, I mean Trump on
the campaign trail, there was many things right close the border,
(42:03):
fix the economy goes on and so and so. One
of them was I will dismantle the green new scam
deal and I will bring back American energy. And we're
only seven months in, almost to the day, and he's
doing it. Mark. Yeah, I don't even know where to begin. Dan.
Speaker 12 (42:22):
I have to tell you, I've been following these issues
since the nineteen ninety two Rio Earth Summit, and that's
the year I started working for Rush them by the
television show. And I've done a lot of environmental reporting.
I've been to the Amazon Rainforest, I've done stories and overpopulation.
I've been on the climate beat for over twenty years now,
twenty five years, twenty six years, and I've never seen
anything like we've just witnessed here in barely seven months.
(42:46):
I don't even know where to begin, but let me
just say by starting with this, Donald Trump and Lee
Zelden in particular, have done been the most consequential dismantlers
of the entire climate agenda broad even internationally, that I
believe could have even hoped for. Lee Deldon as EPA
chief is the most consequential EPA chief in the agency's history.
(43:09):
And it's not just because of the actions he's taken.
It's for two other reasons. His narrative crafting and his
goal of permanence and not allowing stuff to be reversed.
That's what was lacking in Trump.
Speaker 9 (43:20):
One point.
Speaker 12 (43:21):
Oh, I mean, I'll say I love Trump one point.
Speaker 9 (43:23):
Oh.
Speaker 12 (43:23):
I was very happy with what they did, but within
five months, Biden it undone everything Trump that had done
in the energy world. So I don't want to sell
I don't want to filibuster hair, but just to say
this quickly that Lee's elden has come in and changed
the narrative. No longer is he talking about well, the
IPCC and climates. He calls it a scam, a religion,
a cult, says it's that they're going to just snuff
(43:46):
it out. He gleefully closed the EPA museum. He's going
after the permanent So the narrative is very important because
the media can't touch him when he does interviews. They
try to, Oh, don't you think he just comes back
and just rethrows the whole framing their face. When you
are strong, and when you have a framing that doesn't
accept their premise, you become untouchable by the media. And
(44:07):
notice there's been no attacks on him that have stuck.
The first term, there was some leaf pruit as their
EPA chief. He got run out of Washington because he
challenged lightly the science and he wasn't prepared and wasn't
strong enough. The second thing he's done is permanence. They're
going after the Endangerment finding, which his COTWO is a pollutant.
This is unelected bureaucrats controlling our life and they're going
after the UN treaty process. This is amazing. So sorry
(44:30):
I didn't get to get into it, but two hundred
actions by Trump.
Speaker 1 (44:32):
No, no, it's great.
Speaker 12 (44:33):
That record highs. This is the most unprecedent. As great
as you think Trump is on immigration or economy, whatever
else issue. Nobel prizes efforts and foreign policy, I would
submit to you that his greatest achievement thus far is
on the domestic climate and energy agenda and reversing it.
Speaker 1 (44:52):
WHOA. I mean you've been coming on this program for years, Mark,
and we've been talking about this on how what the
left has been pushed, especially the last several years under
the Biden Harris regime. Right, I mean, they went radical
on this Green New Deal crap. You know, you and
I are old enough to remember the Al Gore days,
right in Greenpeace and everything else, from twenty five years
ago in the year two thousand and that election against W. Bush,
(45:15):
and they were all fear mongering us that you know,
parts of America were gonna be underwater in twenty years.
That was five years ago. I didn't buy Al Gore's
BS back then. I still don't buy Al Gore's BS today.
But if you look at the actual implementation of legislation
that was put in place during JoJo's reign over our country,
I would say they really kicked it into high gear.
(45:37):
And we were wasting billions of dollars. We were putting
clean fossil fuels and kicking them to the curb, acting
like they were the devil. We couldn't use them. And
so you're right, what Biden did not only undid what
Trump was doing on the first term, but it took
us to a whole new level of stupidity and fear mongering.
(45:57):
And Mark just touch on what he did now with
Lee with saying no more solar, no more wind. For now,
we're investigating, we're going to stop buying from China where
all this crap's made. And oh, by the way, you
can't do what Joe and Kamala wanted to do and
go all green because the infrastructure's not there. You've got
(46:17):
to use clean coal, natural gas, and oil. Still as
you implement the green stuff slowly, how about that? Is that?
Speaker 12 (46:26):
Okay, yes, absolutely, but it's not even about implementing the
green stuff. It's the idea is that when the technology
is available, and let's stop calling it green because as
we already know, you know, it takes half a million
pounds of materials dug up from from the earth from China,
shipped across the country to make one testla sized average.
Speaker 1 (46:45):
Night slave labor. I might add with lower.
Speaker 12 (46:48):
Human rights and lower environmental staate. Right, So what he's
done going after the EVS and and again this is permanent.
Speaker 9 (46:55):
Republican Congress stepped up.
Speaker 12 (46:56):
They got the California mandate, the Congression Review Act they revert,
so California is no longer dictating our national transportation policy
with gas powered car bands and having forty percent of
the states of the population in the state that go
along with COVID.
Speaker 1 (47:10):
That's gone.
Speaker 12 (47:11):
What you just played it that talked about at the
top with Brooke Rollins, the Agricultural Secretary, millions of acres
of prime farmland in the US being set aside for
solar and wind producing no energy.
Speaker 9 (47:21):
That's the thing.
Speaker 12 (47:22):
It's not like this is a nuclear plant, right that
would produce you know, twenty percent of our energy with
the tiniest footprint. This is massive amounts of land required
to produce less than four percent of our total energy,
less than fourteen percent of our electrical grid solar and
wind combined. There's just no energy there. It's pouring it
all into a virtue signal. And I think that was
(47:43):
what we've shown, is it's easier to transition your gender
than it is your energy and shown that.
Speaker 9 (47:49):
And that's what we've shown.
Speaker 12 (47:50):
That's what Donald Trump is showing.
Speaker 1 (47:51):
WHOA, WHOA. I like that. I like that analogy. Mark
Morano check out the new book, The Politically Incorrect Guide
to Climate Change. Mark. As always, thank you brother for
coming on.
Speaker 12 (48:04):
Thank you Dan, appreciating Up next.
Speaker 1 (48:06):
Our Secretary of Defense Pete Eggsath and our HHS Secretary
Bobby Kennedy Junior team it up to help make America

latest battle in the Quest to make America Healthy Again
(50:42):
features Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Junior
and our second def Pete Hegseth and a showdown at
the Pentagon. RFK challenged Pete hegg Seth to a pull
up and push up competition at the DD headquarters earlier
this week. It was called, fittingly, the Pete and Bobby Challenge.
(51:03):
The mission complete fifty pull ups and one hundred push
ups in or ten minutes, with a gold standard of
finishing in under five minutes. Forty five year old Hegxeth
narrowly beat out his seventy one year old contender, finishing
in five minutes and twenty five seconds. RFK finished five
minutes forty eight seconds. That is a fit Bobby, Good
(51:24):
for you. The event part of the Trump administrations Make
America Healthy Again campaign aimed at promoting fitness, healthy eating,
and reducing obesity across our country. Amen, how about the
Pete and Bobby Challenge? One hundred pushups? Fifty pull ups?
But we hope Americans will.
Speaker 13 (51:41):
Take this challenge and you'll pass it along so.
Speaker 1 (51:44):
That we're ready to be fit the way we need
to to be healthy and to have a healthy fighting force.
Go get it. Let's make America healthy.
Speaker 9 (51:52):
Amen one more.
Speaker 1 (51:58):
Now. In addition to the boys challenge there with a
stroke of his famous sharpie pen. The President recently took
a major step towards a campaign in making us healthy
and fit again. The Commander in Chief signing executive order
to revitalize do you remember this program? The President's Council
on Sport, Fitness and Nutrition. He re established the Presidential
(52:19):
Fitness Test for public school kids. I don't know why
past presidents got rid of this. The test reinstates invokes
at tudition dating back to President Eisenhower, and it's intended
for this whole make America Fit Again initiative, thanks to
Trump and Kennedy.
Speaker 11 (52:36):
Directs the Council to develop strategies to approve America's physical
fitness and renew the American spirit excellence, competitiveness, and sportsmanship.
To that end, I'm pleased to announce that we're officially
restoring the Presidential Fitness Test and the Presidential Fitness Award,
and it's going to be a very big thing. From
(52:56):
the late nineteen fifties until the twenty thirteen, graduate scholars
all across our country competed against each other in the
presidential fitness tests and it was a big deal.
Speaker 1 (53:08):
This was a.
Speaker 11 (53:09):
Wonderful tradition and we're bringing it back Amen again.
Speaker 1 (53:14):
I think it was Obama, maybe Biden one of those
who got rid of it. Now this new initiative, folks,
it's needed in our country. Our kid's health is continuing
to decline, mental health, physical health. A recent study for
pen Medicine and the Children's Hospital of Philly found some
serious problems with our kids health. In fact, infant and
child death rates in America are nearly two times higher
(53:36):
than any other high income countries. Common reasons premature birth,
sudden expected infant death, obesity, early puberty, that's the food,
sleep disturbances, physical limitations, depressive symptoms, and a feelingness of loneliness.
Joining us now to discuss all of this very important
issue of America and our children's health. She's the CEO
(54:01):
of Children's Health Defense, Mary Holland, and he's a medical researcher,
author and doctor. Our friend, Eric Neputi want to welcome
both back on the program. Let's begin where my grandma
taught me. Ladies. First, Mary, Doc, nice to see you,
but Mary, we go with you. First, we got a
crisis here. And you've known Bobby and worked with Bobby
for decades. He is all in. I mean he almost
(54:23):
beat Pete. That is a fit seventy one year old.
And when I hear that our American kids are the
fattest on the planet, we've got the biggest obesity problems.
And then you look at Bobby, what a great image
and icon for our kids to look up to. We
got to take charge of this, don't we marry?
Speaker 9 (54:41):
Yeah, we do.
Speaker 13 (54:42):
And it's super that you know his uncle JFK was
all into this, and Bobby's always been fit. He's always
been a sportsman, and you know it's fun, right, Sports
are fun, And so I think Bobby and Pete are
showing like come out and have fun, which is just great.
Speaker 1 (55:00):
Doc talk numbers you probably see patients and you know
what I'm talking about. I mean, we have got this
is dire straits. This is do or die. Literally, if
we don't reverse things. I'll go back to marrying a second.
About the crap that's in our food that Bobby's trying
to get rid of. But let's just talk about the
fitness of America and our kids. Doc, throw some numbers
(55:21):
out there. Things aren't looking good. We have got to
turn this around for the future of our nation and
our children's sake.
Speaker 14 (55:28):
Dan, you're one hundred percent right. I mean, we know
that that one in three children has some type of
chronic illness. Obesity is higher than it's ever been before.
Speaker 9 (55:36):
Listen.
Speaker 14 (55:36):
In my twenty years of practice as a functional medicine doctor,
we're seeing more diabetes, heart disease, and what was known
as adult onset diabetes happening in seven, eight and nine
year olds.
Speaker 9 (55:48):
Listen.
Speaker 14 (55:49):
I think it's amazing what we're doing. What the Peat
and Bobby challenge showed us. It showed us what leadership does.
Leadership leads by example, and that's what this country has
been lacking for a long long time. And the Trump
administration is stepping up in a big way.
Speaker 9 (56:03):
Listen.
Speaker 14 (56:03):
We know that a healthy nation is a strong nation.
Speaker 9 (56:06):
We know that the.
Speaker 14 (56:07):
Discipline that you create by physical fitness, physical education, by
inspiring and motivating a generation of people to really get
back into the discipline of health. If you can be
disciplined in your health, you can be disciplined in every
aspect of your life. And I'll tell you it's great
to see. It's great to see a seventy one year
old seventy young year old man. I'm gonna tell you,
(56:30):
I'm glad that he didn't challenge me on that.
Speaker 1 (56:32):
As I might say. I mean, I think I could
pull him off in ten minutes, but I don't know
about five minutes and forty whatever seconds Bobby did it in. Mary,
let's talk about Bobby's push though, because Doc, I'll come
back to you in a second about the workout and
the food we should be eating. But it's what's in
that food that we're eating when we work out, and
that's what Bobby is going after first and foremost, right, Mary,
(56:54):
Get the crap out of the food.
Speaker 13 (56:56):
Yeah, I get the crap out. Get the super amounts
of sugar that are really destructive, Get the dyes out
that can cause hyperactivity and allergies and sensitivities, Get the
seed oils out that are very toxic. Get back to
whole foods, Get back to things that aren't in packages,
Get back to things that come from the cows and
come from the chickens, and come from the vegetables, and
(57:18):
come from the fruits.
Speaker 9 (57:19):
Get rid of all this ultra.
Speaker 13 (57:21):
Processed food and it will make a big difference down
There's no doubt about it.
Speaker 1 (57:25):
Amen. So we get the as I like to keep
it lazered terms. We get the crap out of the food, water,
and vaccines. Thank you, Bobby, and then we get to
working out. I'm so glad the President brought this award
and Fitness Council back again. I don't know why past
presidents got rid of it. That's just stupid. Doc. What
are the things we need to be doing as adults
and as kids when it comes to what we should
(57:46):
be eating every day and what we should be doing
when it comes to exercise.
Speaker 14 (57:50):
Well, you know, one of the things that most people
don't realize is that most children and adults, by the way,
are deficient in protein. And protein is needed to build muscles,
to build a strong immune system, to build strong bones.
We need protein to keep us healthy. So we should
be starting the day off with a good, strong dose
of protein. We need to be getting a lot of
(58:10):
good quality foods, real foods. If you can't pronounce it,
if you turn around the package and you can't read
what it says, then it's not really food. And we
got to get back to like we were talking about
the exercise component. We know now that muscle is metabolism.
So if we can get our kids focused on getting
that protein first thing in the morning, consuming the water
that they need to have, eating real fruits and real vegetables,
(58:34):
staying away from stuff that's got GMOs and glycophates and
process things on it, and prioritizing our sleep and staying
off of our phone screens. That's going to make us
a happy, healthy, and ultimately a wealthy nation.
Speaker 1 (58:46):
Amen. I want to give you guys both a plug.
It's Ericnaputi dot com if you want to look up
all the healthy lifestyle choices that the dot can recommend
for you. But some amazing work for a few decades
