Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America. Tonight, President Trump marks the
somber four year anniversary of the Abbey Gate tarr attack
in Afghanistan, the single deadliest day for US forces in
a decade. We'll take you there. And another day, another
scandal in our nation's capital. The DC Metropol Police Department
stands accused of orchestrating a wide scale cover up. They

(00:23):
hid their true crime stats. Yeah, Democrats lie to their constituents.
Big shocker. And as silence from the West deepens, a
brutal reality is unfolding in Nigeria and elsewhere religious cleansing.
Thousands upon thousands of Christians are being slaughtered around the globe,

(00:43):
and nobody's talking about it. I am I'm Dan Ball
and Real America starts right now.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
That was a terrible day. And then I think it
was the worst day and in many ways, the most
embarrassing day in the history of our country. And yet
at the same time, we learned so much that it's
you know, we call it a big lesson. It won't
happen again. A thing like that can never be allowed
to happen again.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
I love having a strong commander in chief. President Trump
marks the Somber four year anniversary of the Abbey Gate
attack created by Bumbling Joe's botched withdraw from Afghanistan by
hosting the gold Star Family members into the Oval Office yesterday,
a day before the anniversary. The official proclamation from the

(01:37):
White House recounts the horrors of August twenty sixth, twenty
twenty one, when a barbaric isis K terrorist, one of
the prisoners set free by the Taliban less than two
months earlier, detonated a suicide bomb at the civilian gate
at the airport in Kabble, which was the main entry
port point, rather for the evacuation. Evacuation that was not

(01:59):
done how President Trump had planned for. As a result,
thirteen brave American service members killed, dozens more injured. More
than one hundred and sixty civilians hurt as well.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
We remember these great thirteen souls, but we also remember
the people that were so badly injured, our soldiers, thirty
two of them approximately, and we're in contact with them
always also. But they lost arms and legs and their
faces were blown to pieces, and they're incredible and they

(02:32):
suffer with it, and so we understand that it should
have never happened. Should have never been allowed to have happened.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
Since the Taliban seized control of Afghanistan in August fifteenth,
twenty twenty one, Following that botched withdrawal, the country's experienced
a series of escalating crisises, the biggest one being the
horrific suicide bombing at the Kabo Airport, but also severe
restrictions now on all women bands, on girls' education beyond
grade six. They prohibit women in the workplace, universities, public presence,

(02:59):
how about the public punishments, the flogging, the executions. Teliban
terras have also imposed strict social rules while strengthening alliances
with let's see our adversaries like China and Russia. China
now has control of that beautiful Bogram air base thanks
to Jojo our second deft, Pete Heggsth vows to hold
the Biden regime accountable.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
America deserves answers as far as what happened in Afghanistan.
The military needs to answer for what happened in Afghanistan. So,
upon the President's direction, immediately we initiated an investigation which
showed that they're needed an even deeper dive. So Sean
Parnell or Pentagon spokesman, who himself is an Afghanistan veteran,
is leading this effort.

Speaker 4 (03:38):
It's a top priority for us.

Speaker 3 (03:41):
We're getting access to all the documents necessary, why decisions
were made, why they weren't made, why certain force protection
measures were ignored. Again, there's never been accountability for this.
It's something that Joe Biden allowed to happen that never
should have happened. Anybody who any objective observer knows that's
not how you leave a country, and certainly these families
know better than anyone else. These families deserve answers. We're

(04:02):
gonna be honest about it. We're gonna get to the
bottom of it. Sean Parnell and Afghanistan Vette is leading it,
and we're doing another behalf of the American people, So
I would anticipate middle of twenty twenty six, that's how
thorough of a review we're doing. Hopefully a little bit sooner,
but we're going into everything to get an understanding.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
Of what happened. American people demand it, and more importantly,
the families, as Pete said, deserve it. And speaking of them,
he was at the Oval Office yesterday. You saw him
in that video with the President and the other Abbygate
family members. Mark Schmidt's, the father of fallen Marine Lance
Corporal Jared Schmidz, joins me now with reaction. Mark, nice

(04:37):
to see you again. You look dapper there in the
Oval yesterday. I know it is a very very tough
day today, but you've always been a strong, outspoken voice
for not only Jared, but for the others killed and,
as President Trump pointed out, maimed that day. Thirty two
other brave service members you know, blown up that day

(04:58):
as well, and they have to live with it. Ark,
what do you make about what was said from the
President down to Pete Hegseth, the investigation that's ongoing, and
the memory of your son, tell him till him.

Speaker 5 (05:09):
In Well, you know, first off, the fact that we
were actually in the White House was the most amazing
thing of it all because we waited three plus years
and that never happened. So there we were listening to
the President talk about our children. He wasn't obviously involved
with what happened in August of twenty one, but here

(05:33):
he is taking the reins and taking responsibility and making
sure that our kids are remembered. We briefly spoke with him.
I'm very anxious to see what that report comes out
to look like. Is they've already been three other reports,
and those we all know we're pretty useless. So I

(05:56):
did get a great chance to talk with the Secretary
of the VA as well, great man. So a lot
of good things happening for the veterans that served during
that twenty year war and other veterans from other conflicts.
But a lot of great things moving in the right direction.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Yeah. Finally, Mark, are you telling me that since Jared
was killed, you never received a call from Joe Kamala,
the previous sect deaf. Anybody in the Biden regime didn't
reach out to the thirteen families invite you guys to
DC give you condolences. Nothing in four years.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
Not only that, they never mentioned their names publicly either.
So yeah, it was a spit in the face.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
Yeah, I was getting ready to say something that would
probably get me thrown off the year. I can't say
that one word, But that's nuts that they didn't contact
you at all. How about just a nice kind word
of condolences about Jared for crying out loud and they
couldn't take time to do that. How does that make
you feel?

Speaker 5 (06:56):
I think we got autopen letters from them, but of
course who didn't apparently. So No, it's it's it was
a disgrace. It's it was really the assault.

Speaker 4 (07:11):
In the wound.

Speaker 5 (07:12):
It was obviously hard enough to bury your own child,
which no parents should ever have to do. But then
on top of that, you've got an administration that literally
stiffed onarm thirteen families for three plus years and had
no problem doing it, you know. And then I see
the people that supported the Democratic Party that you know,

(07:32):
I say here, and I've had this conversation earlier today
when speaking with a Democrat, how could you possibly defend
the prior administration when they would never even once reach
out to the families of the fallen Regardless if Biden
wanted to take any blame for it or not, it
doesn't matter. There's thirteen dead US servicemen members that never

(07:55):
got spoken to, a correspondence, a visit from the President
the United States. It's it's, it's it's unacceptable. Nobody can
defend that.

Speaker 1 (08:05):
No, So what, No, I don't know if you did
you to speak with the president yesterday, Trump, I mean,
did you get a couple of private words with him
at all? Oh?

Speaker 5 (08:12):
Yeah, he he likes my wife. She wears her her
American flag shoes that he actually autographed the last time
we saw him. And uh so he saw those and
again put a smile on his face. But he calls
us Missouri, you know for sure, So I Bedminster when
we had dinner with him, he he just said, get up,

(08:33):
Missouri and dance. So you know, when the president tells
you to do do that, you just get up and
do it. So it was that was the best time.
He brought that up during the meeting yesterday, and it's true,
that was that was an incredible time we got to
spend with him.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
Isn't it nice having a true leader who also can
just b s with you like a regular dude, as
our commander in chief, as a veteran. I love it.
Ten seconds left, Mark, I'll give you the last word.

Speaker 5 (09:00):
Well, if at this point Jared's gone, but you guys
can help us support veterans and police that are still
with us by visiting the Freedom thirteen dot org. That's
our nonprofit for veterans and police. Please look into it.
It's near and dear to our heart. That's our therapy
and that's what gets us through to honor our son
and the other thirteen another twelve.

Speaker 1 (09:22):
Amen, God bless that website one more time. I want
folks to hear it.

Speaker 5 (09:26):
The freedom one three, the numbers one three dot.

Speaker 1 (09:29):

(12:09):
in our nation's capital. The Washington DC Metropolitan Police Department
is now accused of orchestrating a wide scale cover up
by cooking the books in order to make the public
think that the city was safer under Democrat rule than
it truly is. We've been talking about the crime numbers
for a few months now, folks, but now more and

(12:31):
more is being exposed, which makes me wonder, if it's
happening in DC, where else is it happening now. It
is a manipulation so brazen that it is now triggered
a two pronged federal investigation. The House Committee on Oversight
and Government Reform is now looking into these allegations that

(12:52):
MPD leadership deliberately manipulated their crime data to artificially lower
crime rates in our nation's capital. This follows whistleblower disclosures
and a recent settlement related to falsified crime stats. The
whistleblower states at MPD supervisors were manipulating the data, overwriting

(13:14):
patrol officers judgments who gathered the evidence and interviewed the witnesses.
So you know, if cops on the street, the guys
and gals doing the job say this was an armed
robbery by all accounts because the witnesses said it was,
But then a supervisor takes it maybe and says, well
it was, you know, just a burglary, because a burglary

(13:37):
isn't as bad as an armed robbery, right, that kind
of stuff. That's they were doing. They were manipulating what
crimes are being reported by the actual cops on the streets.
The DOJ is also investigating these allegations of crime manipulation
data rather launching a criminal inquiry into whether the MPD
falsified those stats to again understate violent crime. The President

(14:01):
was joined yesterday in the Oval by his Deputy Chief
of Staff, Stephen Miller, to discuss the allegations and these investigations.

Speaker 6 (14:08):
We've uncovered and the process of uncovering a massive scandal
in Washington, d C. With the doctoring of crime stats,
and the Department of Justice under the Attrian General is
leading the effort to uncover this.

Speaker 7 (14:19):
But when we ultimately share the results.

Speaker 4 (14:21):
It will it will stun you the extent to.

Speaker 6 (14:24):
Which even though DC had the worst crime in America
honestly measured, it dramatically understated how bad it was. There's
even accusations that murders and homicides were reported as accidents
instead of murders. I mean, this is how severe the
manipulation of the crime data has been in this city,
and it will all be uncovered and it will all

(14:44):
be brought to light.

Speaker 1 (14:46):
Amen, I hope. So. Meantime, President Trump signing a new
series of executive orders this week, already focusing on expanding
and intensifying federal law enforcement efforts in Washington, d C.
And beyond, the executive orders direct action ross multiple federal agencies.
The National Park Service will now be able to hire
additional US Park officers in DC. The US Attorney for

(15:08):
DC will add more prosecutors targeting violent crimes. The Department
of Defense will establish and equip a specialized unit within
the DC National Guard. The Department of Housing and Urban
Development will investigate violations of crime prevention and safety standards
by the DC Housing Authority and or local landlords. The
Department of Transportation will conduct inspections and audits for safety

(15:32):
issues affecting transit workers and then take action if necessary.
Listen to the President earlier today describing the penalties for
scumbag criminals, especially murderers that take to the streets in
DC now that he's in charge.

Speaker 8 (15:47):
Anybody murders something in the capital capital punishment, capital capital punishment.
If somebody kills somebody in the capital Washington, DC, we're
going to be seeking the death penalty.

Speaker 1 (16:03):
I'm ready for it, mister President. I mean, seriously, this
is common sense stuff. That's a capital crime, and it's
in our capital, and he's trying to clean it up,
and he's in charge. Why not give him death? Remember
think about what we used to do to horse thieves
just one hundred and some years ago in this country
in the town square, to make a point to deter

(16:25):
the bad guys. We strung them up. Joining me now
with reaction to all these executive orders, the amazing crime data,
the new data which shows crimes going down, and a
whole slew of other headlines coming out of the swamp.
Former White House Deputy Press Secretary now Senior Advisor for
Communications over at the America First Policy Institute, And I'm

(16:47):
happy to say a pall of mine, Hogan Giddley, it's
been a while back on the program, Hogue, how you been.

Speaker 7 (16:52):
I'm pretty good, But I feel like I'm going a
little Jim Jordan here, no jacket because I'm so fired
up about this issue. I was like, now I know
how he feel. He gets so riled up, you can't
wear his jacket.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
So you go to roll the sleeves. If you're going
to be Jim, you got to get fired up with me,
all right, hod Now, Uh, he did a bunch of
executive orders in the last my goodness, forty eight hours.
I don't even know where to begin. We got the flag,
the cash, let's bail, We got the crime in DC. Uh,
you're my friend, take it away. Where would you like
to begin.

Speaker 7 (17:19):
Let's start with crime in large part because as we
now know, the lies have been told that DC has
somehow some utopia, safe families all over the place, and
I'll use a leftist term, our lived experience for those
who actually live in DC way different than the stats
would indicate. And now we know why the disconnect was
because people on the endside of the of the government

(17:41):
were cooking the books, as you said, right off the top.
In addition, this is another instance where I think Trump
has played the Dems. Why they continue to get on
the wrong side of simple issues, common sense issues that
the American people want, regardless of race, religion, color, or creed.
You want your communities, your neighborhoods, your capital city to

(18:03):
be safe. And in these in these in these people
on the left are so focused on protecting not those
who suffer at the hands of criminals, but the criminals
who cause the suffering. I saw so many pictures this
weekend from reporters around town of of of uh you know,
National Guard walking around DC saying, how dare Donald Trump

(18:26):
do this to our great city? And I'm thinking to myself,
you didn't post anything of the any pictures of the
people dead on the streets because of the murders. You
didn't post pictures of broken windows because of burglaries, Hogan.

Speaker 1 (18:40):
They didn't post any pictures. They didn't post any pictures
of the teenagers who've been causing a lot of the
crime in the parks and elsewhere, shaking hands, hanging out
and bsing with the troops instead of committing crimes. They
didn't show. I've seen a bunch they didn't show the
I think he was probably in his fifties. I'm gonna guess.
I saw an image of a middle aged black man

(19:00):
high fiving the troops as he's walking down the street.
I see families in the park thanking and patting them
on the back. Where are those pictures of American citizens
saying thank you for being here? Our capital is the
gateway to our country. Wouldn't you want it to be clean,
nice and safe?

Speaker 4 (19:17):
Wasn't it the amazing thing?

Speaker 7 (19:18):
Donald Trump said he learned from his dad that if
you go to a restaurant in the front door is dirty,
don't go in the restaurant because chance the kitchen's dirty too.
If America has a front door, it is Washington, DC.
You want it to be clean. You want it to
be safe for families. I see him walking around all
the time, and what we have are people on the
street doing drugs right in front of them, going to
the bathroom in the middle.

Speaker 4 (19:37):
Of the street.

Speaker 7 (19:38):
This is unacceptable for our capital city. Thankfully, Donald Trump
understands that he wants to clean it up. And Democrats, again,
from just a political or pragmatic standpoint, you'd say, all right,
maybe we should move to where eighty percent of the
people really want us to be, which is supporting.

Speaker 4 (19:52):
Safety and security.

Speaker 7 (19:54):
Nope, doubling down on stupid and doubling down on ridiculous behavior,
that's what Democrats are doing here.

Speaker 1 (20:00):
Yeah. Hey, that behavior only belongs in Comy Fournio. Okay,
you guys can't have that in DC. We're the only
ones that get guys pooping, peeing, and shooting up drugs
in front of us in LA and San Francisco. That's
California's gig, all right, Hog, I got a bunch of
headlines I want to hit with you. Yesterday executive orders
boom boom boom potus was signing a bunch. Let's begin
with the cashless bail, because let's be real, there's a

(20:21):
reason crime is running so rampant that they have to
cook the books because they allow it to run rampant
in these blue cities and states. We've seen it here
in Commifornia where they allow you to steal stuff under
nine hundred and fifty bucks. And it's a slap on
the wrist, right, And here's the problem with cashless bail.
And Trump sees that you got weaken the knees judges

(20:42):
and prosecutors that won't throw the book at the bad guys.
And they know it, they know they're going to get out.
And Hogan, how many times do we see these guys
not only repeat offenders, two, three, four times they'll commit
another crime while they're out on the cashless bail. For
crying out loud, I.

Speaker 7 (20:58):
Think it's actually like seventy five percent of those out
on cash list bail commit another crime in a short
period of time.

Speaker 4 (21:04):
It's not good.

Speaker 7 (21:06):
But again, under the auspices of social justice, Democrats continue
to push policy that makes our lives worse, that makes
our communities less safe. And for the life of me,
I can't figure out why they're not gravitwarding, gravitating toward
a majority of the American people who want common sense
solutions to problems that quite frankly, Democrats are responsible for.

Speaker 1 (21:29):
Cause, thank you, thank you. They're always quick to come
up with a solution which is always a be a
solution to a problem they caused. Oh it drives me nuts,
but I think the majority of the American people are
seeing through the smoke screen. Hoge. Okay. The other big
one that ruffled a lot of feathers yesterday is the
President signed in executive order to make it now a
crime to burn an American flag. All right, now, I

(21:54):
want to show a couple things and then I'll get
your take, because I know people at home are going, now,
wait a minute. For years, that's been okay by the books.
Even though we hate it, especially US veterans, we think
it's disgusting, despicable, and I punch him in the mouth.
I saw do it. But you're allowed to write. Okay.
Western Journal drops an opinion piece yesterday, and I love
this question in their article. If burning the American flag

(22:16):
is free speech, why is a man in prison right
now for burning a pride flag? Great question? Hold on, Hoag,
one more thing on this flag burning. Here's Hillary Clinton
and Joe Biden in years past talking about legislation to
stop flag burning. Roll it.

Speaker 9 (22:35):
I hope, mister president, that we can pass a law
that criminalizes flag burning and desecration.

Speaker 10 (22:41):
The flag's unique place in our national life means that
we should preserve it against all manner of destruction. A
statute making an unlawful to burn, mutilate, or trample upon
any flag of the United States, period period.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
Right out of the jackass, I mean, right out of
the horse's mouth, Hogan.

Speaker 7 (23:02):
You know, it's always interesting to me because when someone
burns an American flag, laws that they do violate at
the time against burning, for example, trespass, whatever it may be.
These people tend to get a pass because they're burning
an American flag, and people hide behind the free speech.
There is still a whole host of laws. These people
often violate vandalism, amongst many others. When they're doing those

(23:25):
types of things, you can't do. So again, Donald Trump,
restoring national pride to this country. He's done it in
the military, He's done it throughout all of our city streets,
through our major cities.

Speaker 4 (23:34):
This is another example.

Speaker 7 (23:36):
We should stand in pride in support of the American flag,
the stars, the stripes.

Speaker 4 (23:42):
It is a beautiful flag. Our people obviously love it.

Speaker 7 (23:45):
People have fought and died to protect it, and I
think this is a good thing for this country.

Speaker 1 (23:50):
I agree. Again, I've never understood why you get charged
with a hate crime for burning the pride flag. Yeah,
but you can. Oh and let me fill one more
crime in you can steal someone's American flag and burn it,
because that's another one. Right. Most times they trespass, right
and they commit some sort of violent act, or they
protest illegally in the streets, they're also stealing that flag,

(24:13):
usually from a building. So I'll add that in all right.
Final ones on the economy, I'll run through a couple
headlines which are great. Canada removing their twenty five percent
retaliatory tariff on all US products. So it looks like
the last two big holdouts, which were Mexico and Canada,
Trump's finally getting it through to them. You better work
with us, you better work on these tariffs. And finally,

(24:37):
good old fed chair Jerome poll signals he may may
finally cut interest rates in the next coming weeks. The
economy is singing. We had a surplus the last two
months in a row thanks to Trump tariffs. I think
things are looking great a lot sooner than we thought.
Your final take on the Trump economy.

Speaker 4 (24:56):
Absolutely Trump did this once before.

Speaker 7 (24:58):
He's doing it again, this time resetting and reshifting the
world order to protect American workers, to protect American manufacturers,
to protect American businesses. This is what he ran on,
and this is what he won on. While I understand
they're people on the right and the left quite concerned
about his methods or his policies, they are working. The
American people are better off now than they were before,

(25:20):
definitely more than the last four years under Joe Biden.

Speaker 4 (25:23):
The prosperity is returned.

Speaker 7 (25:25):
Lower prices for gas and for groceries, and to be
on a level playing field with these other countries. Every
politician I've worked for or worked with. They always run
on free and fair trade. Well, the free trade is
always there, it's the fair trade that never follows. Trump says,
got to be fair for the American worker. You're seeing
it in real time and we're going to benefit because

(25:46):
of it.

Speaker 1 (25:47):
Amen, don't be a stranger. Come on more off in Hogan.

Speaker 4 (25:49):
Nice to see you, brother, gay time Dan, Thanks so much.

Speaker 1 (25:51):

journalist Laura Logan will join us in too, don't go away. Hey,

I'm about to say in this segment because I truly
believe it and I want every American to get their

(28:26):
damn head on a swivel and start remembering Post nine
to eleven. When we would see something, we would say something,
don't worry about if you offend somebody, don't worry about
if they label you a xenophob or racist. This is serious, Okay,
It's not just a foreign threat. It's here. It's in
our neighborhoods, it's in our schools and our institutions. What

(28:47):
am I talking about? Radical Islam? That's what I'm talking about,
and I have no shame in saying it. Label me
whatever you like. Radical Islamist networks have embedded themselves in
the United States of America. They're hiding right in front
of us, but they've got front groups that look like
they're legit, you know, nonprofits, political government affairs type things

(29:12):
like care But no, no, folks, what they want to
do and who they're connected to is pretty much destruction
of the West as we know it. American college campuses
have increasingly become arenas we're radical Islamic ideology just flourishes,
often fostered under the guise of what progressive needs. Say. Oh, yeah,

(29:34):
we're being progressive. No you're not, you're being anti American.
This growing trend represents a troubling alliance between radical Islamic
groups and the equally dangerous left wing Democrat lunatics. I
don't know if they don't see it or they just
ignore it because they want the numbers and the money

(29:55):
and the I don't know, these forces exploding narratives of
victim playing identity politics, you know how the left does.
They're dividing our nation and they're undermining, folks, the core
founding principles of what this nation was founded on, what
it means to be an American, how we operate. They
don't want any of that. This unholy alliance threatens our

(30:17):
national security and national unity, and folks, it goes against
all our values and morals. I'm sorry. Now. A promise
nearly a decade in the making. August of twenty sixteen,
then candidate Donald J. Trump stood before the American people
and vowed the support networks for radical Islam in our
country will be stripped and removed one by one. That

(30:40):
wasn't rhetoric. That was a direct quote, and Trump meant it.
It was a promise to you and me, the American people,
and he's trying to fulfill it in a major national
security move. The US government is preparing to redraw the
global map of counter terrorism by officially designating the Muslim
Brotherhood a radical Islamic group with a long history of

(31:03):
violence militant ideology. And they are now going to be
called a foreign terrorist organization as they should have decades ago.
But you know, good old Barack Hussein Obama wouldn't have that.
Secretary of State Marco Ruby expected to lead the charge
recognizing the Brotherhood's push for extremist Sharia law and its
efforts to try and infiltrate our government. We already know

(31:25):
a few ladies in there, our media, YEP, and other
institutions across the globe. It's already on college campuses. This
bold step marks a major shift in US policy, with
serious implications for America's allies, intelligence strategy, and balance of
power in the Middle East. Meantime, while the rest of

(31:46):
the West stays silent, Christians are being persecuted in prison, tortured,
and yes, killed, simply because they're practicing their faith. Everybody's
so focused on what Israel's doing to the poor folks
in Gaza. Are you paying attention to what's happening to
Christians around the globe who are being killed, persecuted, run

(32:07):
off their land for what, practicing their faith, for being
a Christian like me, like you. In Nigeria, more than
seven thousand Christians have been killed this year alone, with
at least seventy eight hundred falling victim to kidnapping. Don't
know if they're still alive. Nigeria portly hosts about twenty
two Islamic terror groups and guess what they want to

(32:28):
eliminate Christians and other ethnic groups since nine it has
to make it one hundred and eighty five thousand. Let
me repeat that, one hundred and eighty five thousand Nigerians
have been killed due to the violence there by these
extreme groups. One hundred and twenty five thousand Christians, sixty
thousand more liberal Muslims that don't listen and follow exact

(32:51):
Charia law or the nineteen thousand churches have been destroyed.
There eleven hundred Christian communities ransacked, six hundred Christian clerics
including Catholic priests and pastors, abducted or killed. This is
just Nigeria, folks. I got other countries we could talk about,
but the show ain't long enough. One of the latest
attacks in Nigeria occurred Sunday night, killing seven Christians, most

(33:14):
of them are women and children. Twelve others injured. Probably
don't hear about it. The attackers believed to be members
of what radical ethnic militia? They had rifles, machetes. They
went in, gathered up the villagers and started killing them.
Some of these people included an infant who remains in
critical condition. So while y'all out there pissing and moaning

(33:37):
about cracker Barrel, which I get that's a big deal
for many of you that love to eat at Cracker Barrel,
there's Christians getting killed by radical Muslims around the globe.
And oh, by the way, they might be living in
your fricking neighborhood in Houston, in Detroit, in Minneapolis, in Baltimore,
in Washington, DC. Do you care? Is your head on
a swivel? Are you looking for that next attack? It

(34:00):
could come any day. And I'm not trying to incite
people's worries and fears so I can get clicks and
likes and downloads on my crap. You know I don't
do that. This is serious. Joining us now could discuss
all of this. Good friend of the program and someone
I trust and you hear me say this every time
this woman comes on the program. I think she's one
of the best and brightest journalists ever. International award winning

(34:23):
investigative journalist, host of The Going Rogue with Laura Logan podcast,
Laura Logan back on the program, Laura, nice to see
you again. Did I exaggerate any of my concerns or
worries about radical Islam around the globe and especially now
being here on the homeland, because I think I'm right
on and people need to start paying attention.

Speaker 11 (34:43):
No, you didn't exaggerate, Dan, But there are a couple
of really critical things that I need to share with you.
First and foremost, I learned more than twenty five years
ago from radical Islamic extremists at the at a mosque
in the i Kingdom that Islam is not a religion,

(35:03):
It's a civilization. And this is a very significant difference
because people think that under the First Amendment of the
United States, that you know, the protection the freedom of
religion means that you have the freedom to use religion
to enforce and advance a political ideology, even where it
means the overthrow of the existing government. And that is

(35:27):
not the case, Islam defines itself as a civilization and
religion is really part of that, but it is not
the defining thing. And why does it matter so much, Well,
because the civilization of Islam is governed by Sharia, and
by that I mean Sharia lull and you cannot have
Sharia lul coexisting with the Constitution and American law. Those

(35:51):
two things are diametrically opposed in every single respect. They
don't They're not even vaguely tied.

Speaker 1 (35:58):
To each other.

Speaker 11 (35:58):
Right, And this is what we have allowed in the
United States is we have allowed First Amendment protection. We've
treated Islam as a religion where it itself regards is
regarded as a civilization. And that means that those and
I would urge you to consider this, it's not radical.

(36:20):
We talk about radical Islam, but it's actually not radical
at all. If you read the basic accepted mainstream tenants
of Islam is that every Muslim has a duty to
restore Islamic rule.

Speaker 1 (36:33):
To the world.

Speaker 11 (36:35):
In fact, if you look at what is in the Qoran,
the Muslim people believe that we all have Islamic DNA.
So how do you explain the fact that Mohammad came
along that the Qoran was only came into being hundreds
of years after Christianity and after Judaism, right, because if

(36:55):
you look at places like northern Iraq, which is ancient Mesopotamia,
the first Muslims didn't come there until six centuries after
the Assyrian people converted to Christianity as a nation, and
they were the first to do that in the first
century AD. So I've been there, I've been on the
ground and witnessed this and gone to see the oldest buildings.
The oldest was the synagogue, the next oldest was the

(37:18):
Christian Church, and only, you know, centuries later came the
first mosque. And we look at all of this territory
as belonging to Islam, it didn't always belong to Islam.
And so in a similar way, how do you explain,
for you know, if you're Mohammedan and you're Muslim and
you're writing the Koran and reading it, how do you
explain the fact that that Islam only came into being

(37:40):
centuries later. Well you explain it by saying, we all
have Islamic DNA. And so that's why Christians are really
given the option not to convert, but to revert to Islam,
and so these things are really important when you understand
that these are mainstream Islamic responsibilities and what you are
talking that's radical is a political organization that uses the

(38:05):
religion as a cover and as a front. So whereas
you have, you know, very you have good Muslim people
who are going to the mosque to worship and pray,
and they don't have any political agenda, but they're used
as a cover for a much more radical political ideology
that seeks to implement an Islamic civilization worldwide, which they

(38:28):
regard is the restoration of the Islamic civilization that has
always in their brains existed because our DNA is Islamic,
even though Islam really didn't come into being until much later.

Speaker 1 (38:40):
Wow. See, Laura, this is why I love having you
on the program. If anybody just took that five minutes
to shut up, listen, turn off any preconceived notions about
whether it's Christianity or the Muslim faith, and just listen
to what you said stating facts. I would hope that

(39:00):
opens their eyes to a whole new world of how
they view Muslims and their faith. Thank you, thank you,
thank you for that.

Speaker 11 (39:08):
And Dan, I want to pick up on something else
that you mentioned in your monologue. That's absolutely critical. Okay,
you touched on this Islamic leftist alliance and what I
describe for you using sort of ordinary people as a
cover for a political operation. That is a leftist tactic.
That's a Marxist tactic if you actually look at it,

(39:29):
and when you go right back to the origins of Marxism,
right where Kyl Manx was hired to create a system
of social control in many respects, the Islamic doctrine is
another system of social control. And this is not accidental
that these two are using the same type of tactics.
This is not an accidental alliance. This is an alliance

(39:52):
that has deep roots throughout history. And if you look
even going back to the National Socialist Party, which was
the Nazi we don't this has been rebranded as belonging
to the right, but it actually is a creation of
the left. And what did Hitler do right before Hitler
and the Nazi Party, what did they do right before
the Second World War? They invited the Grand Mufti of

(40:15):
Jerusalem to come to Berlin and be recognized as an
honorary Aryan. And then the Nazis sent their emissaries all
over the Islamic world. Because what do the leftists and
the Nazis and the Islamists all have in common. Well,
they have this deep rooted hatred of Jews, right, That's
why when you see these alliances on campus, all this

(40:38):
has done is expose an alliance that has been there
for decades. And I talked about this for the last
you know, more than fifteen years I've been reporting on it.
Isn't it strange that you have an Islamic terrorist who
goes into the home of who a Holocaust survivor in
the south of France and throws them out of the building,

(40:58):
and you know, and no cares. You literally have Jewish
people who survived the Holocaust still being attacked by the
same people who say that Hitler should have finished the job.
And yet those people are somehow in the leftist environment,
they're protected. They don't care if you're Muslim, in fact,
they're fighting for you. But if you're Christian, well, now

(41:19):
this is this is a crime, this is a war crime, right,
and they and they're silent about the attacks on Christianity,
but we hear a lot of protection for any other faith.
But particularly the Muslims.

Speaker 1 (41:32):
The minute you say anything where xenophobic or islamophobic, we're
being racist. But you can't do that Dan protections under yeah,
freedom or religion. That's what.

Speaker 11 (41:42):
Who are the architects, who are the architects of the
cover up operation that has allowed Islam political Islam to
spread across the United States and has prevented us from
addressing it. That's the George Soros and the Open Society
Foundation who created They were the architects of the term,
the concept Islamophobia. And this was exposed in documents that

(42:05):
were leaked by an organization called DC Leaks that have
since been scrubbed from the incident, but I recorded on
this at the time those leaks were made. They literally
created the doctrine, They created the term, and they had
step by step instructions for all of the affinity leftist
affinity groups in their orbit on how to brief this
content this concept to government officials, elected leaders, journalists, academic institutions, andngos.

(42:32):
So they created the cover worldwide for radical political Islam
to spread and grow. And what they're doing is the
doctrine of unrestricted warfare, where they're not coming and invading
you with tanks and with planes the world.

Speaker 1 (42:47):
They're invade in your mind, they're converting American citizens, especially
on the campuses you were on a couple months back
when we talked about the billions and billions of dollars
coming from Middle East nations like the Qataris to every
college campus, especially the Ivy League ones. They've taken billions.

Speaker 11 (43:04):
In US and right. Who doesn't even know that they're
funding this? Look what they founded the EPA at the
Environmental Protection Agency. They were funding groups that were pro
Hamas jeez well for tens of millions of dollars. Ask
Leezelden about that. He was one of the people that
put a stop to it.

Speaker 1 (43:26):
Laura, I love you. You're a treasure. People need to
listen to your reports, your podcast and your investigative reports
because everything that you're doing is so vital I think
to the future of our nation and people need to
pay attention more and again, I will be a voice.
I know you're a voice. I have no fear neither
to you of the repercussions from these radical lefties who

(43:50):
support this radical ideology and again we shouldn't even say radical,
this ideology, which is anti American there's no way Sharia
law and what Muslims really believe in is you just
said meshes with American Christian capitalism, free thinking. It doesn't work,
it doesn't blend. I'll get in trouble for this one.

(44:10):
It doesn't should be banned.

Speaker 11 (44:12):
Sharia law should be banned in the United States of America.
It has no place yet.

Speaker 1 (44:16):
Europe should ban it. Look how bad Europe's doing because
they allowed it. Anyway, I'm out of time.

Speaker 11 (44:21):
Then I just got to say I have many I
lived in the Middle East, I have many, many people
in my life who are Muslim. I'm not this. I
have nothing against Islam. I just don't I don't want
my daughter growing up wearing a burka or a should door.
I don't want to grow up that way. Now. I
want to have the rights and freedoms that we have
in this country, our inalienable rights bestowed on us by God.

Speaker 1 (44:41):
Amen, A men, Laura love it when you come on
the show. Please come on more often. Folks. By the way,
go look up. It was a few weeks maybe a
couple months back, we did an Anchorman podcast on a
Friday night. They always get posted to X and Truth,
Rumble and YouTube. We did an hour interview with Laura
and we talked about the Muslim Brotherhood and all this

(45:02):
stuff as well, more in depth, more in detail for
an hour and so I implore you go watch that
Anchorman podcast. You can find it online. Laura Logan. As always,
God bless you, Thank you, keep the fight.

Speaker 11 (45:12):
Thank you, God bless you too.

Speaker 1 (45:14):
Yep, straight ahead. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy sets new guidelines
for truckers that hopefully will keep illegal immigrants off the road,
especially behind the wheel of an eighteen wheeler. More on
that we come back. Hey, if your cable provider doesn't

(45:34):
offer one America News Network, you should get him a
call and kindly demand that they CARRYAN. Now, you're the customer,
and without your feedback, your cable provider will not know
that there is a strong demand across this country for
one America News Network. So please call your cable company

(45:55):
today and kindly ask or demand that they ADDANN to
their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
have in common? The answer is that all three platforms

(46:16):
offer you the ability to live stream one America News
Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store search out foran then
enjoy all the great programming offered by on, including my show.
Real America. Viewers are always asking me how can they

(46:39):
watch OAN live? The solution is simple. It's a streaming
platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled klowd TV. Simply
go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch twenty
four to seven live feeds of OAN. The live package
is only two dollars and fifty cents per month for

(47:00):
all you can watch. Again, simply go to cloudtv dot
com and do it today. Hey, did you know that
One America news network has launched a twenty four to
seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it free
Talk forty five. So why is it branded free Talk

(47:21):
forty five. Well, free talk because you will not be
censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five because
forty five is a really lucky number. So join us
at free Talk forty five and express yourself with no
fear of cancelation. Ever, let's head down to the Sunshine State, Florida,

(47:55):
cracking down on illegal aliens that try to get behind
the wheel of eighteen wheelers transforming truckway stations into now
ice checkpoints. This is in direct response to that deadly
crash we showed you with that illegal truck driver from
India right who was given CDL licenses in Washington State

(48:17):
and California and then kills three American citizens down in Florida.
Now these checkpoints will enforce immigration laws and ensure truck
drivers have the proper documentation. But here's key that they
speak frickin' English so they can read our road signs.
The new policies in response to a recent fatal crash

(48:37):
on the Florida Turnpike where that foreign invader, a twenty
eight year old named har Gender Sing made that illegal
U turn Sing, who had lived illegally in the US
for six years, was also found to have again a
falsified commercial driver's license as well. He failed his English

(48:59):
proficiency exam, yet he was still driving. Last Thursday, Secretary
of State Marco Ruby announced the US pausing all employment
visas for foreign commercial truck drivers, an escalation of Transportation
Secretary Shawn Duffy's efforts to strictly enforce English standards on
all truck drivers in the name of safety. Nothing racist

(49:20):
about it. It's called safety. Today, Duffy announced that California,
uh huh, Washington, YEP, and New Mexico face losing federal
funding unless they adopt and enforce English language proficiency requirements
for all commercial truck drivers common sense right.

Speaker 12 (49:39):
Phase one for us, which I'm announcing today is we
are going to give these states thirty days to come
into compliance with truck drivers speaking proficiently the English language,
or we're going to look at federal funding that they
receive under the motor Carrier Safety st Distance Program.

Speaker 1 (50:01):
Now, unfortunately, thanks in large part to the Biden regime,
there are tons of these unlicensed contractors. They shouldn't be here,
but they are. Our next guest, the host of Law
and Border On Real America's voice, ben Burgkwam, is highlighting
the dangers of buying food now from random illegal workers
with no insurance, no licensing, and no background checks. You're

(50:23):
not just rolling the dice. You're putting your health at risk.
You're undermining jobs. And how about your undermining American businesses
and that little thing called the rule of law.

Speaker 13 (50:37):
A blameless no no no okay okay, Don Salinas, ah
Salinas Okay, okay, all right. I met that guy before.
He's been here from Guatemala. There's a third guy running around.
He was a guy from Guatemala. Was not happy that
I was filming him. He followed me, filled my license plates.
Had to run and figure out why he's following me.

(50:58):
They're very sketchy about being on camera.

Speaker 1 (51:00):
The other guy wouldn't.

Speaker 13 (51:01):
Tell me where he's from when I told him I'm
a reporter, none of whom speak English.

Speaker 1 (51:05):
All illegal. More likely the fruit is stolen to and
these guys. I don't you know.

Speaker 13 (51:09):
I feel kind of bad for the guys that are
out here. They're basically just indentured servants, more likely as
some cartel involvement, if not, just illegal businesses working under
the table, not paying the taxes that you and everyone
else has to pay. That's what democrats want. They want
all these black market, gray market economies.

Speaker 1 (51:31):
This sounds like the old days of the mob. We
got illegals driving the trucks. They probably look the other
way when the other illegals are at the back stealing
the produce off of it. Joining us now, the host
of Law and border On rab And, the founder of
Frontline America, independent journalist Ben Burkwam back on the show. Ben.
I mean, we've been talking about the food and the
illegal food vendors that are popping up everywhere since Joe

(51:52):
left fifteen to twenty million illegals in. But now this
truck driver thing adds a whole new dimension because, yeah,
I'm not buying from the illegals on the street. I
like my stomach too much. I don't want to vomit
and get sick. But I also don't want to die
when forty tons of steel runs over my car because
some illegal can't read the damn sign that says no

(52:14):
U turns.

Speaker 9 (52:15):
Yeah, yeah, it's crazy. This is a story that really
has been a long time coming. I've got a lot
of friends in the trucking industry and they've been warning,
They've been flashing the sirens for years, saying illegals are
coming in, they're taking the jobs. And this is it's
such a no brainer. You have to be able to
read the English, you have to be able to read
the signs, you have to be able to communicate if
you're pulled over by DOT or any law enforcement officer.

(52:39):
But apparently not in these leftist, lunatic states. I'm the
same as in California. They don't want illegals deported. They
make it almost impossible for you to run your business right,
but they make it it's almost impossible to get rid of
the illegals who are undermining your business. And the thing
that gets me the most in is when we hear
this talk about illegals only do the jobs we don't
want to do everything. They do farming, they do ranching,

(53:02):
they do truck driving, they do restaurant work. Now they
even work in the government. In California. You can be
an illegal and be a cop.

Speaker 1 (53:10):
Up in San Francisco. I know they're going to give
them guns. I heard it's it's asinine what the left
is doing to this country. And yes, there are plenty
of Americans who will take those jobs. White, black, brown,
you name it. There's a lot of low income people
who need jobs, and they're taking their jobs. Can you
believe this? By the way, I love the fact that

(53:31):
Florida's Lieutenant governor flew out to California to bring this
sing guy that killed the three Americans that minivan back
to justice in Florida. I think we have video of that.
I was impressed. I mean that there it is right there.
That shows commitment on Florida's part from Desantas down that
they mean business. You commit a crime in Florida, even
though you fled back to Comifornia, we're gonna come get

(53:53):
your butt and you're gonna face justice. So good on
Florida Republican officials for making this sing guy face justice.
But here's what drives me crazy, Ben. Did you see
there's a petition online now. Almost three million lefty idiots
are signing a petition to grant clemency for mister Singh.
Look at that Chrysler minivan. You can barely tell it's

(54:16):
a minivan. Three Americans are dead because this guy couldn't
read English, and almost three million idiot liberal Americans think
he should go free. Ben, your reaction.

Speaker 9 (54:26):
That's the bigger threat Dan, the Americans, the people in
this country that have no allegiance to this country, both
American citizens and immigrants that came here and have not assimilated.
That is the big fear that I have the cancer
that's growing in our country. Yep, that would replace Americans
with illegals and would go and fight for illegals rights

(54:47):
over American citizens. Right, if that becomes if you hit
critical mass on that we're dead as a nation. And
that's really the battle win. Right now, We're really in
two different countries. We've got post constitutional America in these
leftist run states, and you've got constitutional America. And really
what's going to determine that is really these next ten years.
What happens in twenty twenty six And you think about

(55:09):
this next generation of college kids that are coming out.
Are we going to be the woke leftist, transgender lunatics
or are we going to be a nation that loves
God and family country? And you know this, it's up
to us, the parents teach our kids.

Speaker 1 (55:22):
Right I know, Ben, you're like me. You got girls.
I got a girl not on my watch, not on
Ben's watch. I hope the people watching not on your
watch get activated. Speak up, Ben Berkwam as always man,
your reporting is stellar. Thank you for being out there.

Speaker 9 (55:37):
Appreciate you always, My pleasure.

Speaker 1 (55:39):
Yeah, stick around up next, we're going to fill you
in on a few of the guests that'll be joining
us on tomorrow night's program. Don't go away, We'll be
right back. Hey everyone, here's a question for you. What

good night, let's you know about a couple of the
guests that have confirmed they'll appear on tomorrow night's program.

(58:09):
Indiana Congressman Marlon Stutsman will be here along with Seamus Bruner,
the director of research over at the Government Accountability Institute. Again,
a couple of the guests that have said yes to
Wednesday's show, I hope you'll join us tomorrow eight eastern,
five Pacific. In the meantime, stick around for the Matt
Gates Show, followed up by Fine Point with you knowl Rion.
In the meantime, y' all know exactly what to do.

(58:30):

New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose. I can’t wait for you to listen to your first or 500th episode!
