Speaker 1 (00:08):
Good evening and welcome to tonight's edition of Real America.
I'm David Pollock filling in this week for Dan Ball.
It's the deep state scandal of the century. Rocking Washington, DC,
A federal grand jury is investigating whether Obama era officials
orchestrated a conspiracy to fabricate links between Donald Trump and Russia,

(00:31):
igniting explosive partisan warfare and raising the stakes in the
race for the White House. President Trump is calling Obama's
actions treason and demanding accountability, while Obama and his cronies
dismissed the accusations as ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction.

(00:52):
Attorney General Pam Bondi is ordering a federal grand jury
probe into the allegations that the Obama jem official straight
up lied, promoting phony intelligence in a desperate attempt to
the Trump twenty sixteen campaign to Russia. This development comes
in the wake of claims by Director of National Intelligence

(01:12):
Toulci Gabbert, who declassified documents she says reveal a treasonous
conspiracy by top Democrats to falsely link Trump to Russian
election interference. Previous US intelligence community findings in twenty seventeen
confirmed Russian attempts to influence the twenty sixteen election, but
found no evidence that Trump's campaign colluded with Russia. Director

(01:35):
of National Intelligence Toulci Gabbard met with Department of Justice
prosecutors yesterday as the DOJ launches a grand jury investigation
into Russia Gate. Gabert alleges that Obama and his top
national security officials, including former CIA director John Brennan and
xd and I James Clapper, politicized intelligence and created a

(01:59):
false narrative of Russian interference to undermine President Trump after
his election.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Over at the FBI, Director Cash Ptel.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Discovered multiple burn bags containers used for the destruction of
classified material, in a hidden room at the FBI headquarters.
The bags contained thousands of documents tied to the twenty
sixteen Trump Russia probe, including the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Among

(02:27):
the most significant finds was a classified twenty nine page
annex to former Special Council John Durham's twenty twenty three
report detailing underlying intelligence and allegations that the FBI knowingly
promoted false Trump Russia collusion narratives. This is before officially
opening the probe. Patel is accusing former FBI officials and

(02:52):
political actors of weaponizing these now uncovered documents to justify
surveillance and undermine Trump's cansempaign, claiming that the FBI had
files hidden from previous investigations and congressional oversight on Capitol Hill,
the House Oversight Committee has issued subpoenas to former President

(03:14):
Bill Clinton, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, several former
attorneys general, and former FBI directors demanding their testimony related
to the Jeffrey Epstein saga. The subpoenas are part of
a broader congressional investigation seeking transparency and information about Epstein's
illicit activities and networks. Testimonies and depositions from these high

(03:39):
profile individuals are scheduled between August and October. The committee
also subpoenaed the Justice Department for all Epstein related files,
with a deadline to turnover documents by August nineteenth. Meanwhile,
Epstein's partner in crime, convicted sex trafficker Gislaine Maxwell, reportedly
told the Department of Justice that she did not witness

(04:01):
any concerning behavior by President Trump while in office. Did
you hear that no bad behavior by President Trump?

Speaker 2 (04:09):
While in her presence.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
The statement came during a nine hour interview with Deputy
Attorney General Todd Blanche, who previously served as Trump's defense attorney.
The Trump administration is now reportedly considering releasing transcripts and
potentially audio of the interview, possibly as soon as this week.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
This is a big deal, guys.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
We've got a lot of people claiming Trump had something new,
but he didn't have anything to do with this, and
we're going to find out truth very soon. Joining us
now to discuss all of this. Republican strategist, host of
The Stone Zone as well as author of the book
The Clintons War on Women, The Best Dressed Man in Politics,
mister Roger.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Stone, Welcome to the show.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
Great to be back with you.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
It is an honor having you here. We're going to
cover a few different things tonight. Obviously we're going to
talk about Obama Gate, but I want to talk about
the biggest thing to drop, And yesterday we were talking
about this on the show. You know, people that on
the left were demanding everything we talked about. It's a
distraction from Epstein. We want more Epstein. So what does
the House do? Fine, We're going to issue some subpoenas
for Bill Clinton, and this is Maxwell reportedly reports that

(05:16):
she never saw Trump do anything wrong. So Wow, looks
like it's backfiring on the Dems. Roger, what's your take
on all of this?

Speaker 3 (05:24):
Well, as you know, I covered this very extensively my
twenty fifteen book, The Clintons War on Women. Longest chapter
in the book, chapter seven, sentitled Orgy Island. I grabbed
that title from my friend Sean Andity. I've read all
of the testimony in the cases by the Epstein victims
who did not settle and continue to sue Jeffrey Epstein.

(05:46):
I had the Little Black Book, his telephone book, and
the FAA passenger manifests for his playing the Leitia Express.
All of that is in my book. That Donald Trump
and Epstein had a relationship is commonly known, but the
truth is Donald Trump cut him off in two thousand
and five. That was prior to his being exposed as

(06:10):
a pedophile, prior to his being charged in Florida with
sex crimes, Whereas Bill and Hillary Clinton excepted twenty five
thousand dollars from him after he'd been charged, but before
he had pled to a slap on the wrist and
went on to take millions of dollars for him for
the Clinton Global Initiative. So I think the Democrats are

(06:31):
going to be sorry that they opened this can of worms.
What they're going to learn at the end of the
day is that those political figures who went to Epstein's
Island and partied with underage girls are virtually all Democrats.
US Senate Majority leader George Mitchell, former New Mexico Governor
Bill Richardson, Bill Gates, a major donor to the Democrat Party.

(06:57):
But Donald Trump has nothing whatsoever to hide, anything to fear.
This is a massive smear and really, I think an
attempt to distract from any discussion for the fact that
in the month of June, for the first time in
fifteen years, the United States government actually ran a surplus
thanks to the economic policies of Donald J.

Speaker 4 (07:18):
Trump.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
Nice exactly right. All the pannikins, as Trump called them,
we're saying, these terms are gonna crash the economy.

Speaker 1 (07:24):
Yeah, over one hundred and fifty billion dollars in revenue
from tariffs. They're talking possibly two trillion over the next
ten years, which eats up all that scary spending that
they were.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
Talking about in the big, beautiful Bill. I love to
see it. Roger.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
Look, you're a strategist, one of the smartest people I know,
and I mean that. Do you think maybe Trump was playing.

Speaker 2 (07:43):
Chess here with this Epstein stuff?

Speaker 1 (07:44):
So that's all the stuff we have, knowing that the
left would demand we release stuff, and next thing, you know,
everything that they're demanding gets released only backfires on them.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
Are we thinking, are we being that strategic here? Is
it just dumb luck for us? Well?

Speaker 3 (07:57):
I think he was thinking strategically. But now I understand
what he meant when he said this is a hoax.
He wasn't saying that Jeffrey Epstein is not a was
not a child sex trafficker. What he's saying is some
of the most vital evidence has been in the hands
of the prosecutors in the Southern District of New York,
the most partisan left wing jurisdictions in the country, and

(08:20):
the New York office of the FBI, And therefore there's
a reasonable probability that this evidence has been salted with
fraudulent claims against the president. For example, the birthday card
that the Wall Street Journal produced. Now, who types out
a birthday card and signs it the answer is no.

(08:41):
One doesn't even sound like Donald Trump an obvious FAGHASI
but a perfect example of the way this evidence could
have been weaponized against the president. I think he sees
this as a settled issue, settled by the fact that
Epstein fortunately is dead and therefore no longer a harm
young women, no longer exploiting others. I favor full, full

(09:06):
disclosure of all the information. I think the stuff that's
already in the public record where we have reactions, those reactions,
with the exception of the names of victims, should be removed.
I'd like to see it all. I think the president
has now called for seeing it all. I may point
out it was the Trump administration that prosecuted Jeffrey Epstein
in twenty nineteen for child sex trafficking and conspiracy to

(09:28):
engage in child sex trafficking, and is the Trump administration
that has moved in federal court in both Florida and
New York to unseal all of the grand jury testimony
in those cases. So who's for full disclosure? The Democrats
are going to be very sorry when all this information
ultimately becomes public.

Speaker 1 (09:47):
Now, speaking of hoaxes, in the minute that I have
Leftlis's talk about Obamagate, I mean shocking evidence coming out.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
We all knew.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
Shocking evidence actually being admitted now that Obama colluded with
the intelligence community need to put out this fake steal
dossier to spy on the president, only that good people
were swept up into people like yourself. What do you
think now about all this stuff coming to light? I
mean this has to be monumental, right.

Speaker 3 (10:12):
Well, certainly, I certainly feel of vindicated. But look, great
journalists like Lee Smith and John Solomon and Paul Sperry
and others had really uncovered most of this, So to
many of us this is not surprising. But now thanks
to the value and courageous efforts at Telsey Gabbert, there
is no question. This is not speculation, this is not conjecture.

(10:34):
We have hard stone, cold proof that Barack Obama and
the people around him engaged in a seditious conspiracy, a
treasonous conspiracy to unsee a duly elected president. And I
think people need to be prosecuted, people need to be
challenged in court. And it looks to me like the

(10:56):
Attorney General Pam Bondi is moving now to do exactly that.
So I'm for justice not retribution, not revenge, but I'd
like to see a recalibration of the scales of justice
show that those responsible for the greatest single dirty trick
in American history, the largest single abusive power in the
history of our country in which the full authority of

(11:18):
the US government was illicitly used to try to undo
the duly elected president of the United States, those people
need to be held responsible.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
And I think the majority of America agrees with you.
Roger Stone, thank you so much for coming on this show.
It's always a pleasure to.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
Talk to you.

Speaker 3 (11:34):
Thank you, and God bless you you too, my friend.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
Up next on Real America, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton
steps in concerning congressional redistricting in the Lone Star State,
threatening to dismiss the delinquent Democrats who continue to ditch
their sworn duties stay with US.

Speaker 5 (11:55):

TV or Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store,

(13:58):

Speaker 1 (14:11):
The situation concerning congressional redistricting in the Lone Star state
leads to legal wrangling. Texas Governor Greg Abbott filed an
emergency lawsuit with the Texas Supreme Court seeking to remove
Democrat House Caucus Chair Jean Wu and other radical Democrat
lawmakers who fled the state to block a quorum preventing

(14:34):
a vote on a GOP congressional redistricting plan. Abbot claims
the Democrats' absence constitutes abandonment of office and a dereliction
of their constitutional duties, arguing they deliberately left during a
con constitutionally mandated session.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
To obstruct legislation.

Speaker 1 (14:52):
The governor has ordered the Democrats to return under the
threat of removal an investigation for alleged bribery related to
their absence. He also directed law enforcement to apprehend them
if necessary. Texas GOP Senator John Corn fired off a
letter yesterday to the FBI asking Cash Battel to urge

(15:13):
the bureau to assist Texas law enforcement in locating, arresting,
and investigating the Democrat lawmakers who fled Texas to block
the redistricting plan. Cornyan described the absent Democrats as potential
lawbreakers and accused some of possibly accepting funds to avoid
their legislative duties. Huh, that amounts to bribery or other

(15:35):
public corruption offenses. More than fifty Democrats are believed to
be in states like Illinois, New York, and Massachusetts. Maybe
they should stay there. That complicates state law enforcement efforts
and has prompted calls for federal support. The President is
now weighing in on the idea should the FBI get involved.

Speaker 6 (15:54):
Well, they may have to. They may have to. No,
I know they want them back, not only the attorney general. Well,
the governor wants them back. If you look, I mean,
the governor of Texas is demanding they come back. So
a lot of people are demanding they come back. You
can't just sit it out. You have to go back.
You have to find it out. That's what elections are
all about.

Speaker 1 (16:14):
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is also taking action against
these delinquent Democrats. He's announcing plans to seek judicial orders
declaring the seats of Texas House Democrats as vacant and
charging them with abandonment of office and dereliction of duty.
Paxton cites Texas law and previously court previous court rulings

(16:36):
allowing removal for abandonment, declaring that no lawmaker is above
the law.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
No one is above the law, while vowing to use.

Speaker 1 (16:43):
Every tool to hold Democrats accountable, including arrests and punishment
if necessary. The Texas Attorney General, issuing this news release yesterday,
declaring that he will seek judicial orders, declaring that Democrats
who failed to appear by the speaker's deadline have their
office vacated. Paxton adding the people of Texas elected lawmakers,

(17:06):
not jet setting runaways looking for headlines. If you don't
show up to work, you get fired. Here now to
discuss all of this. State representative for Texas House District
two and one of the best names I think in
Texas politics, Brent Money.

Speaker 7 (17:23):
Welcome, Thank you, appreciate you.

Speaker 2 (17:25):
Having me on, Thank you for being here.

Speaker 1 (17:27):
Look, we're watching around the country very closely what's happening
in Texas, because look, the House is very important to
Republicans and is important to Trump's agenda. The left has
already threatened to impeach Trump if they get power. So
we're watching very closely what's happening in Texas. Can you
give if people are just tuning in and learning for
the first time, an overview of what exactly is going
on in Texas.

Speaker 8 (17:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (17:46):
So, in Texas we have a special session going on
right now. A regular session ended at the beginning of June,
and we are One of the things that we are
dealing with, among a lot of other things, is redistricting
our congressional districts in Texas. Is because of population changes
and some things that have happened in the law. Texas
Republicans are underrepresented in the Washington d C. Congress, and

(18:10):
so we are redrawing our maps according to the law,
and Democrats have left the.

Speaker 8 (18:16):
State to avoid giving us a quorum.

Speaker 7 (18:19):
We're required to have two thirds of the House present
in order to do business. Democrats make up a little
bit over one third in our state House, and so
enough of them have left so that we cannot conduct
business not only on redistricting, but on disaster relief of
the flooding that happened in Central Texas, property tax relief

(18:40):
and reform, and other things that the people in Texas
care about.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
You know, you talk about redistricting and why it's necessary
and it's allowed under the Constitution. This is a state's
responsibility to decide. You know, who their reps are in Washington.
And so you guys are doing this the right way,
the legal way, through the legislature. Thems don't like playing
by the rules, and so they're leaving. But now here's
what Illino. Governor of Illinois JB.

Speaker 2 (19:05):
Pritzker, he claims the redistricting is cheating. Check it out.

Speaker 9 (19:09):
They've decided that the only way to save themselves is
to cheat, to change the rules in the middle of
the game. And what do maga Republicans in Texas do
when Donald Trump ignores well, his oath of office and theirs,
and when they're taking it upon themselves to thwart the

(19:30):
will of the American people, Well, they say, when Donald
Trump calls, they say, yes, sir, right away, sir, happy
to lick your boot, sir. When Donald Trump says jump,
Greg Abbott and Ken Paxon say how high. They don't
care that they're violating the Voting Rights Act and racially
jerrymandering their state.

Speaker 2 (19:50):
I think the only one cheating is him. On his diet.
But what do you make of his claims that Texas
is cheating.

Speaker 7 (19:57):
Yeah, it's really rich because Texas is only responding to
what states like Illinois, California, New England, Democrat states have
already done.

Speaker 8 (20:08):
This was shocking to me.

Speaker 7 (20:10):
There were more a bigger percentage of people in Illinois
voted for Donald Trump than a percentage of people in
Texas that voted for Kamala Harris.

Speaker 8 (20:19):
And yet in Illinois, of.

Speaker 7 (20:21):
Their seventeen congressional districts, fourteen of them are Democrat, only
three of them are Republican fourteen to three. Texas is
changing its map to be thirty to eight. It's still
a higher percentage of Democrat representation for him to claim
that we're doing anything improper. Also, look at that map.

Speaker 8 (20:42):
It is a big, beautiful map.

Speaker 7 (20:45):
Compare that to the insane Illinois map with these long
salamander looking districts, where it's clear that they're going to
find every single vote to create as much Democrat power
as they possibly can. Where Texas, you know, the districts
look like normal, you know, as much as you can districts.

(21:08):
You've got to find a million people in there, and
and we did a great job of that. And so
Texas map is a big, beautiful map. It is something
that is in response to the other states. Massachusetts has
not had a Republican in Congress in thirty one years.

Speaker 8 (21:27):
Wow, and yet and.

Speaker 7 (21:29):
But Massachusetts people vote vote Republicans. So for these Democrat
states to complain at what Texas is doing is very disingenuous.
It's dishonest, and if for it to be coming from
Illinois of all places, is laughable.

Speaker 1 (21:43):
Yeah, it seems like when when the redistricting goes their way,
there's nothing wrong with it, and then all the Republicans'
efforts to avoid their redistricting is always jerrymandering. Everything's always
racist or jerryman anytime people get representation, like actual reputations,
representation like you showed, like look at the map. They
deserve to be represented by the people who represent their

(22:05):
interest in belief. But Democrats are like, no, no, no, no,
we deserve to be in power and nothing you can
do is going to stop that. But then when Republicans
have the ability to actually represent people.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
It's cheating.

Speaker 1 (22:15):
It's general man, it's ridiculous. So what do you think
is going to happen? I mean, look they try. You
guys tried to hold a vote yesterday, not you didn't
have a quorum. They're going to go and take their seats.
They're going to go and round them up. FBI's investigating.
How do you see this playing out?

Speaker 7 (22:28):
Well, So the Democrats have done this before, I think
five times in Texas passed. Several of them were a
long time ago, once in two thousand and three and
then again.

Speaker 8 (22:37):
In twenty twenty one.

Speaker 7 (22:39):
This has been the most aggressive response that Texas has
ever taken toward these cheating tactics.

Speaker 8 (22:45):
We need to quit acting.

Speaker 7 (22:47):
Like quorum breaking is in some way noble or a
legitimate form of dissent. No, you've been elected, you're required
to show up, and when you show up, you can
vote how you want. You can make speeches, you can
make amendments, but you can't just leave the state. And
so Texas is responding very strongly. Warrants have been put

(23:07):
out for their civil arrest for anybody that we can
find in Texas. Many of them have been trying to
collect money, not campaign donations, but private money directly to
them in order to, you know, prevent them from voting.
Governor Abbott says that's bribery. It's legislative bribery. It's someone

(23:30):
paying you to vote or act or do a certain
thing a certain way, and he is he's called on
the Texas Rangers to to investigate that. We have both
Governor Abbott and Ken Paxton taking cases to the Texas
Supreme Court to vacate certain people's seats, which has never

(23:52):
been done in Texas. It's it's clear from the constitution
it can be done, but it's just never never happened.
So tech Nex's leadership is taking this seriously. They're acting aggressively.
We are going to pass this map. We're going to
pass it soon, and it's they're just delaying the inevitable.
It's a publicity stunt, it's a fundraising scheme. But ultimately

(24:15):
we're going to get that done and then we're going
to get the rest of the work done that we
need to get done in Texas well.

Speaker 2 (24:19):
Representative money.

Speaker 1 (24:20):
We're going to be watching this very c I love
saying that we're going to be watching that very fun,
very closely. And you know, good luck in the fight,
and good luck with the redistricting, and thank you so
much for joining.

Speaker 7 (24:29):
Thank you for having me on appreciate it.

Speaker 5 (24:32):
Up.

Speaker 1 (24:32):
Next, Hell has officially frozen over not one, but two
ultraliberal news outlets are actually admitting out loud that President
Trump is a phenomenal leader.

Speaker 2 (24:47):
We'll be right back.

Speaker 5 (24:49):
Hey, did you know that one America News network has
launched a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So how is
it branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there,

(25:12):
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your

you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable provider
will not know that there is a strong demand across
this country for one America News network. So please call
your cable company today and kindly ask or demand that
they ADDANN to their channel Lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a

(25:55):
question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and
Amazon fireTV all have in common? The answer is that
all three platforms offer you the ability to live stream
One America News Network from your Roku TV AppleTV or
Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store, search

(26:16):
out FORAN then enjoy all the great programming offered by ON,

Speaker 10 (27:04):
The Donald Trump administration is arguably the most influential this century,
and probably as well, dating back a good portion of
the last century as well. Love it like it lumpet
Trump is remaking in the United States of America.

Speaker 1 (27:17):
Hell has officially frozen over the Liberal Democrat echo chamber,
the bastion of fake news. CNN Communist News Network admits
the Trump administration is arguably the most influential this century
and probably dating back a good portion of the last

(27:38):
century as well. That was CNN Chief data analyst Harry Entin,
who based his highly accurate and equally unexpected statement on
sweeping changes in tariffs, illegal immigration, and executive action, and
another example that things have grown frosty in hades. The
left wing stenographers at the New New York Times are

(28:01):
acknowledging that President Trump's extensive tariffs have generated significant revenue
for the federal government, collecting one hundred and fifty two
billion dollars one hundred and fifty two billion through July twentieth,
twenty twenty five, roughly double the seventy eight billion dollars
during the same.

Speaker 2 (28:20):
Period last year.

Speaker 1 (28:21):
The tariffs are expected to continue being a substantial revenue source,
potentially bringing in more than two trillion dollars over the
next decade, if less than place. Think about this, two
trillion dollars. They talked about the deficit, they talked about
spending in the big beautiful bill. Now we're going to
get an extra two trillion dollars in and it's not
coming from you, the taxpayer.

Speaker 2 (28:41):
How is this bad?

Speaker 1 (28:43):
This as President Trump issues in executive order just hours
ago raising tariffs on imports from India to fifty percent,
doubling the previous twenty five percent tariff announced earlier as
punishment for India's continues purchase of Russian oil amid the
conflict with Ukraine. The additional twenty five percent tariff on
Indian goods will take effect in twenty one days, allowing

(29:06):
India and Russia a window to.

Speaker 2 (29:08):
Negotiate with the US.

Speaker 1 (29:10):
Meanwhile, Trump is touting that the tariffs are so successful
he may share a piece of the pie with the
American people.

Speaker 6 (29:18):
You know, one of the questions asked me this morning
is you're going to make a dividend to the people.
And the purpose of what I'm doing is primarily to
pay down debt, which will happen in very large quantity.
But I think there's also a possibility that we're taking
in so much money that we may very well make
a dividend to the people of America.

Speaker 1 (29:36):
And speaking of victories, House Republicans are hitting the road
highlighting historic winds for Americans in the One Big Beautiful Bill.
House Republicans launched the One Big Beautiful Tour across America
last week, touting the successes and benefits of the One
Big Beautiful Bill, a major legislative achievement of the GOP Ledhouse.

(30:00):
The tour aims to connect with voters directly showcasing the
tangible impact of the bill on families, workers, and businesses nationwide.
Key themes of the bill include economic growth through historic
tax cuts, job creation, infrastructure improvements, national security enhancements, and
promoting American energy independence. Here now is House Republican Conference

(30:24):
Chairwoman Lisa McClain, and she is joined by Congressman Rob
Resnihan representing Pennsylvania's eighth district.

Speaker 2 (30:32):
Welcome to the show. You guys are having a blast.

Speaker 1 (30:35):
You're touring America, hanging out with real Americans. You're getting
out of the DC's swamp, and you're talking about Trump's
Big Beautiful Bill, the benefits to manufacturing on your Big
Beautiful tour.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
Congresswoman, can you tell me about what you're doing out there.

Speaker 11 (30:49):
Yeah, we're actually bringing the policies of the bill to life.

Speaker 12 (30:53):
Right.

Speaker 11 (30:54):
The one Big Beautiful Bill is a pro growth, pro family,
pro manufacturing, pro business, pro America bill that helps working
class families put keep more of their money. It helps
manufacturers invest in their business here in America in districts
like Rob Bresnahan's. And we're out there talking to people

(31:17):
instead of just staying in the Washington bubble and talking
amongst ourselves. We're actually going and connecting with the people
that actually have to live within the policies of which
we create. And I'll share with you from we've been
to a diner, we've been to a manufacturing we've been
to two manufacturing sites. From law enforcements to the waiters,

(31:39):
the waitresses, it has been positive, optimistic and just overall happy.

Speaker 2 (31:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (31:47):
We have actually have a video of a restaurant owner
crediting all of its success to trust beautiful Bill.

Speaker 2 (31:53):
Let's take that real quick.

Speaker 13 (31:55):
The bar is stocked, supplies delivered, the team is hired,
and for that, Ray Flores gives President Trump some credit,
specifically the new law lowering taxes on tips.

Speaker 14 (32:05):
In overtime, we had a really robust hiring fair, Lots
of applicants, way more than we've had in previous hiring fairs,
a lot of quality applicants, a little higher quality. I
do believe that those messages of some kind of tax
relief created some of.

Speaker 1 (32:19):
This cong has been President, and I mean this is
your state. Things are going well.

Speaker 2 (32:23):
You guys fought hard for the big beautiful Bill. It
wasn't easy.

Speaker 15 (32:26):
What's your take, Well, first and foremost, I am very
happy to be home, and I'm really happy that the
chairwoman chose northeastern Pennsylvania to come and visit.

Speaker 8 (32:35):
And that's ultimately what we're doing here.

Speaker 15 (32:38):
We just visited an incredible manufacturing facility, innovations to manufacturing
im in the Mountaintop area where there are over two
hundred and twenty jobs that are created. And now with
the certainty of this bill in effect, that owner can
now reinvest, expand his service lines all why capturing the
research and development credit and just like the where you

(33:00):
just said, no tax on tips, no tax on overtime,
six thousand dollars credit for our senior citizens. I mean,
these are real American wins for the working class. And
obviously getting it across the finish line, we fought tooth
and nail on the Rural Transformation Fund to make sure
that our hospitals in northeastern Pennsylvania were included in the
Transformation Fund.

Speaker 8 (33:19):
But you know, when you.

Speaker 15 (33:20):
Have a chance to actually talk to real Americans and
talk about what's actually inside of this bill.

Speaker 8 (33:25):
We were just on the radio and it's a big bill.

Speaker 15 (33:27):
We know that, but when you're talking about twelve and
a half billion dollars for air traffic control modernization.

Speaker 8 (33:33):
That's not a Republican or Democrat issue. That's the fact
that we move.

Speaker 15 (33:36):
Three million people every single day on forty five thousand flights.

Speaker 8 (33:40):
I mean, these are real, tangible take.

Speaker 15 (33:42):
Home wins and obviously putting more money back in the
average Americans pocket.

Speaker 1 (33:46):
Yeah, I recognize somebody standing right next to President Trump
with's two thumbs up.

Speaker 2 (33:50):
Over there, right, Representative MacLean.

Speaker 1 (33:53):
You guys worked so hard to get this bill passed.
I mean, look, we're I was covering it probably for
weeks and weeks on it. I didn't talk about it
anything but the Big Beautiful Bill. As a matter of fact,
one of my best videos ever on social media was
explaining the myths about the one Big Beautiful Bill because
it is a real win for average American families. The
left tried to say it was gutting services, which you
knew what could do because of the reconciliation process, the

(34:14):
lies were out there. Now it's passed, middle class families
are feeling the benefits of this bill.

Speaker 2 (34:19):
Can you talk a little bit about that.

Speaker 11 (34:21):
Yeah, I mean, take a look at no tax on tip,
no tax on overtime. Those are all great, but take
a look at what would happen if we didn't pass
this bill. Every single Democrat voted to raise every American's
taxes like maybe double. And the statistic I use just

(34:43):
to debunk the myths of oh, this is a bill
for the rich. Right, if you make about fifty thousand
dollars in America, and last I checked, that wasn't rich.

Speaker 8 (34:52):
The Democrats wanted.

Speaker 11 (34:53):
To increase your taxes from twelve percent to twenty five percent.
That's what the Democrats voted for.

Speaker 8 (35:00):
It's bizarre, it's crazy. But what do the Democrats do.

Speaker 11 (35:03):
They get together, they go online, they go on social media,
they go on their left wing liberal media, and they
lie and they talk about things that just blatantly are
not true. And what we're doing on the One Big
Beautiful Bill tour is we're taking it to the streets.
We're actually asking people, not the thirty eight people that
we bust into the town hall, but we're actually asking

(35:26):
the people that are working on the line, that are
working at the donut shop, that are balleting your car.
And you know what, those working class people, those everyday
average Americans They like the bill and they love what
President Trump and the Republicans have done it.

Speaker 1 (35:44):
Yeah, and they're going to like it even more as
more more manufacturing comes on shore. One hundred billion dollars
Apples investing down manufacturing all thanks to the work you
guys did in Washington to deliver wins to the American people,
and they better remember it going into the midterms.

Speaker 2 (35:58):
Thank you guys so much for joining today.

Speaker 1 (35:59):
Good luck touring this beautiful country on your one big,
beautiful tour.

Speaker 2 (36:03):
And I look forward to seeing you but all the
different stops.

Speaker 8 (36:06):
You got it.

Speaker 2 (36:06):
See you soon never Good night, Take care of guys.
Up next.

Speaker 1 (36:11):
More and more Big Apple Democrats are falling in line
with the radical socialist Marxist mayoral candidate Zorin mom Danni,
raising serious concerns for Secretary of Homeland Security Christy Nome.

Speaker 2 (36:24):
Will delve into the Mandami conundrum.

Speaker 1 (36:27):
They're just giving me words to say they are hard
when Real America continues r after this.

Speaker 5 (36:33):
Hey, if your cable provider doesn't offer one America News network,
you should get them a call and kindly demand that
they carry oan. Now you're the customer, and without your feedback,
your cable provider will not know that there is a
strong demand across this country for One America News Network.
So please call your cable company today and kindly ask

(36:57):
or demand that they add ANN to their channel lineup.
Hey everyone, here's a question for you. What does Roku TV,

(37:17):

are always asking me how can they watch OAN live?

Now it's spelled klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot
com and subscribe to watch twenty four to seven live
feeds of on. The live package is only two dollars
and fifty cents per month for all you can watch. Again,

(38:03):
simply go to cloudtv dot com and do it today. Hey,
did you know that One America News Network has launched
a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it Free Talk forty five. So why is
it branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because

(38:23):
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there,
and forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation.

Speaker 1 (38:38):
Ever, I'll tell you it's a sad state of affairs
in the Empire State as the Big Apple Democrats continue
to jump on the bandwagon in support of radical socialist

(39:00):
marks as candidate Mayor Zorhan Mundani in the latest development
Staten Island Democrats are now embracing this dangerous individual, signaling
a shift away from support for Governor Andrew Cuomo. Could
you imagine them finding a way to go left of
Andrew Cuomo.

Speaker 2 (39:16):
Mamdani is putting forward some radical proposals.

Speaker 1 (39:19):
Like support for fair free city buses, just hop on
the bus and ride for free to make public transit
more affordable and accessible for all residents.

Speaker 2 (39:28):
Who do you think is going to be riding those buses?

Speaker 1 (39:30):
Universally publicly funded childcare to support working families, city owned
grocery stores aka sounds like a food bank to me,
Rent freezes on rent, stabilized housing units, who is going
to pay for those and last, but certainly not least.
And this is the best one in New York City, guys,
where people are getting pushed in front of trains, You

(39:52):
ready defunding the police.

Speaker 2 (39:55):
You remember last week there was a shooting in midtown.

Speaker 1 (39:58):
Who came to the rescue the police, and they want
to defund them. And you know you're a horrible candidate
when the likes of Elizabeth Pocahontas Warren stand in solidarity
with your absurdity. Warren is publicly endorsing Mamdani's mayoral campaign
in New York City, praising his steally focus on affordability

(40:20):
as the central issue for Democrats. For the more, Pocahontas
is ridiculously claiming that Mamdami is leading with real plans
on housing, childcare, and even city run.

Speaker 2 (40:32):
Grocery stores, which she framed as embodying the true Democrat message.

Speaker 4 (40:40):
When someone stands up and says, I will lead this
city by making it more affordable. And here are my plans,
real plans. Plans to deliver on childcare, plans to deliver unhousing, plans.

Speaker 8 (40:54):
To deliver, gonna experiment.

Speaker 4 (40:56):
We're going to try things on groceries, that is the
democratic message.

Speaker 1 (41:03):
The Secretary of Homeland Security, Christy Nome. She's warning that
New York City would be a train wreck if socialist
Marxist mayoral candidate Zorim Mandami is elected. Nooam is criticizing
Mumdani's past rhetoric, especially get This his accusations against Ice,
calling Mumdani's position dangerous and suggesting it would lead to

(41:26):
increased crime and instability in the city.

Speaker 2 (41:28):
She's right.

Speaker 1 (41:29):
She emphasized that hundreds of dangerous criminal legal aliens have
been removed from New York City under Trump's leadership, and
Mumdani's policies would hinder such enforcement efforts. Nooam is also
concerned that under Mumdani's leadership, families would be left with
nowhere to go for help, implying a breakdown in public
safety and services in New York City. Here now is

(41:52):
the host of Last Call with Mike Crispy, the man himself,
Mike Crispy.

Speaker 2 (41:59):
Vid, good to see you, Thank you.

Speaker 1 (42:02):
I was on your show like a week ago, having
a ton of fun. Now you're on my show.

Speaker 2 (42:06):
This is fun. You see how we do this.

Speaker 1 (42:07):
Smart people talking to smart people about dumb people. And
speaking of that, tell me about the pride of New
York City, the hopeful leftist socialist of the Democrats.

Speaker 2 (42:20):
Mam Dammi, what's your take on this?

Speaker 12 (42:22):
Well, you know, when he's not attempting to pander to
the masses by eating rice with his hands, he's putting
forth really bad policies.

Speaker 8 (42:31):
You know.

Speaker 12 (42:31):
Zoron Mundambi wants to create government controlled grocery stores. He
wants to freeze rent, which will have all real estate
developers say we're done, We're getting out of here. It'll
destroy small landlords because what happens to these small landlords
who can't afford to hire lawyers and stuff like that.
If a tenant doesn't want to pay their rent anymore,

(42:52):
there's nothing that can be done. There's no recourse if
they damage the property. And then on top of that,
Zoron wants to defund the police. We just had a
horrible shooting that occurred last week in New York City.
And my question to Zoran is if you sent in
a social worker, okay, into that situation, what would have
happened with the situation have been resolved? The answer is

(43:14):
absolutely not. So when I see people like Elizabeth Warren
campaigning with him. I just say, you know what, let
them campaign together. These people make fools out of themselves.
Elizabeth Warren made tens of millions of dollars as an
elite liberal college professor, and Zoran comes from a family
where he went to a sixty thousand dollars a year

(43:35):
high school on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and
then an even more expensive college. So these are limousine liberals,
privileged whack job socialists. If they want a campaign together,
they're going to go down in flames together.

Speaker 8 (43:49):
Look forward to seeing what happens.

Speaker 1 (43:51):
David, you know what an excellent point about limousine liberals.

Speaker 2 (43:54):
It's like they want everybody else.

Speaker 1 (43:57):
This is perfect for socialism, right, because who is they're
wealthy in the socialism it's government, right, Well, everybody else suffers.
They sit there in their mansions talk about how they
deserve all the wealth and how everybody deserves to be
equal at the bottom, and it seems like that's in
line with their policies. Here's what I don't understand, and
maybe this is what they figured out for the longest time.

(44:17):
People like pocahon Is, people like Bernie Sanders, they have
these leftist politicians that pretend to hate America, or maybe
they actually do hate America while still kind of being American.
I think the left has just thrown that all away
and they go, wait a second, I'm onto something here.
Why don't we just find non Americans to hate America
and elect them to public office?

Speaker 2 (44:37):
That we see a pattern of this, right.

Speaker 12 (44:39):
I mean, if you've been in the United States of
America for less than ten years, when Zoron has, He's
only been in the country for eight years. If you
fit that bill, how do you and any world feel
that you can go run the biggest city in the country.

Speaker 8 (44:56):
It is unbelievable. This is a dangerous president.

Speaker 12 (44:59):
We're electing people like elan Omar to the US Congress. Okay,
We're electing this new Somalian pirate. Okay, is the mayor
of Minneapolis. You have Zooran. This is a hostile takeover
of the Democrat Party by foreign, non American anti Americans,
who bring with them their foreign sentiment to the country

(45:20):
and then on everybody they push on to us, this
third world hellscape reality that they fled from in the
first place.

Speaker 8 (45:28):
It's unbelievable, David, I don't get it.

Speaker 2 (45:29):
It is the craziest thing. You know, people watch it.

Speaker 1 (45:31):
It's gonna be like this really doesn't make any sense,
But I have to tell you it encourages me.

Speaker 2 (45:36):
And I'm gonna tell you why.

Speaker 1 (45:38):
If these are the people that they're putting on the ballot, right,
if this is the direction of the Democrat Party, if
this is the future of the Democrat Party, I'm feeling
pretty good as a Republican right because, I mean, I
think most Americans, even Democrats, Democrats in New York City,
they're fleeing.

Speaker 2 (45:54):
New York Democrats now.

Speaker 1 (45:55):
They want to go to places like Florida, where I live,
the red state of Florida.

Speaker 2 (45:59):
I hope they vote to differently.

Speaker 1 (46:00):
But the thing is, look, I think if they keep
putting up candidates like this, they're never gonna win another
election again.

Speaker 2 (46:06):
They might win in New York City, but at the
national level, I'm not sure.

Speaker 12 (46:09):
What do you think, Chrispy, Well, you know, I don't
think we should have abandoned our big cities. I mean,
call me a little bit biased, but listen to me,
David Berreothy, For a second, we got New York City.
It's the biggest city in the country, A lot of
things permeate out of New York City. Then these people
when they want to leave, they go to places like
New Jersey, where I live. President Trump made this a

(46:32):
swing state. Hill had lost it by five points or less.
Governor election was two and a half three points.

Speaker 8 (46:37):
We got a.

Speaker 16 (46:38):
Governor election this year.

Speaker 12 (46:39):
If these people keep fleeing out, they're so mentally ill.
When they get to the new place, they're not gonna
vote Republican. They're gonna vote the same way in which
they voted for all these years before they decided to leave,
but couldn't put together the correlation that they left because
of the policies in which they always voted for. So
these people are just mentally ill. Well, I do feel

(47:01):
confident that obviously our message will carry into the future.
Democrats ton him a very good person. For twenty twenty eight,
there's no leader of the party. Is Kamala gonna run again?
I get all that, But there is a profound ripple
effect that negatively affects the entire country. When a populous
city spirals into third world socialism, propping up foreign whack jobs.

(47:23):
It really is unbelievable unforeseen times. Our founding fathers would
be rolling in their grace if they saw this.

Speaker 2 (47:28):
Hey, look, a lot of politicians have spoke to them.
Several this week, I'll speak to some more.

Speaker 1 (47:32):
Have talked about making MAGA policies their policies. We talked
to a mission gubernatoil candidate, talked about making Michigan great again.

Speaker 2 (47:40):
You talk to Nancy May. She's running.

Speaker 1 (47:41):
She wants to put in Trump's policies. Here's my recommendation
to New Jersey in their gubernatoial race. Build a wall, keep
them in New York City. So if they vote this
guy in, it's like, it's like, what's that movie A
Bronx Tale?

Speaker 2 (47:54):
Now you can't leave? Right? Does lock the door? You
vote a for him?

Speaker 1 (47:57):
Now you can't leave. Mike, Chris, thank you so much
for joining the show. I look forward to talking to
you again real soon.

Speaker 12 (48:03):
I like that. And we got to annex statn Island. Okay,
we got anxland. The real ones will know that. Thank you, David.

Speaker 1 (48:09):
Everybody check out my Chrispy Show. Check out his stuff
on XT. He's awesome. Great dude, thanks again for joining
you bet stick around up next, HHS Secretary Robert F.
Kennedy Junior makes a five hundred million dollar decision regarding
the future of m an art m RNA vaccine development
details when we come right back.

Speaker 5 (48:33):

Speaker 17 (50:52):
After reviewing the science and consulting top experts at NIH
and FDA, AHH has determined that mRNA technology poses more
risks and benefits for these respiratory viruses. That's why I,
after e extensive review, BARTA has begun the process of
terminating these twenty two contracts totaling just under five hundred

(51:15):
million dollars.

Speaker 2 (51:16):
DHS Secretary Robert F.

Speaker 1 (51:18):
Kennedy Junior yanks twenty two mRNA vaccine development contracts worth
nearly a half of a billion dollars, claiming these vaccines
failed to protect effectively against upper respiratory infections like COVID
and the flu. The funds pulled from mRNA vaccine development
contracts will be redirected towards safer, broader vaccine platforms that

(51:43):
remain effective even as viruses mutate.

Speaker 2 (51:46):
Kennedy says the HIHS.

Speaker 1 (51:48):
Is now focusing on alternative approaches such as vaccine using
whole viruses and undisclosed novel platforms, including plans to support
a universal vaccine designed to mimic natural immunity. Kennedy is
also banning a mercury based preservatives from all flu vaccines
distributed in the United States, effectively ending federal recommendations for

(52:10):
flu vaccines containing the ingredient. The ban aims to respond
to concerns raised by anti vaccine activists, including Kennedy himself,
who have linked the mercury based preservatives through neurological harm
and developmental disorders, notably autism.

Speaker 17 (52:25):
Wow Imrisol's own label advises against its use during pregnancy,
pointing out that thimerasol has never been shown to be
safe and that it causes mutations and mammals. Imerisol's material
Safety Data sheet acknowledges that thymerisol is toxic, that it
has nervous system and reproductive effects, that it's mutagenic and

(52:48):
mammalian cells. That exposure to mercury thimerisol in uter oz
and children could cause mild to severe mental retardation and
mild to severe motor coordination impairment.

Speaker 1 (53:03):
Joining us now is physician doctor Kirk Moore, a good friend.
We talked before on various platforms, and I'm really excited
to talk to you again tonight because the last time.

Speaker 2 (53:13):
We spoke, we talked about the mRNA vaccine.

Speaker 1 (53:16):
We talked about your case, and you were advocating against
mRNA vaccines. And now we're making America healthy again. And
you see what RFK Junior is doing. But let's start
right at the top. If people don't get to know
you in the past, how did you become famous?

Speaker 2 (53:30):
Doctor Moore?

Speaker 18 (53:32):
Famous or infamous depending on who you talk to. Foul
Thanks for having me, David. You know I was, you know,
I'm I kind of just decided to push back against
the vaccines, and I decided to not inject my patients,
and I gave the kids sailing and I didn't inject
the family members that didn't want to have a sailing
shot or didn't.

Speaker 16 (53:51):
Yeah, I didn't want to have a vaccine or a shot.

Speaker 2 (53:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (53:54):
And so what we learned was the federal government wasn't
too excited about the fact that you were giving people
choices in the way they were treated, and they wanted
everybody to get the job, regardless if it was safe
or not. You, being a physician, realized it wasn't safe,
and you were trying to do what you pledged to
do when you became a doctor, and that's do no
harm to your patience. And in doing that, they tried

(54:16):
to put you in jail.

Speaker 2 (54:17):
Right.

Speaker 18 (54:18):
Yeah, So it's two federal governments, right, it's the Biden
federal government versus the Trump federal government. So yeah, under
Biden it wasn't very well received. And then under Trump
and BONDI, they decided that hey, this physician, you know,
didn't necessarily do anything wrong, and so they dismissed the
case in midstream.

Speaker 1 (54:37):
So case dismissed and it's with prejudice meeting. They cannot
charge you again. So you're off the hook. You're back
to being a doctor. And let's talk about all of
that work you did in that advocacy. Now you're turning
it to a new focus, and that's making sure people
do not get sick and these mr Anda vaccines go away.

Speaker 2 (54:54):
Right, Can you tell me a little bit about that?

Speaker 16 (54:55):
Well, yeah, I mean you and I talked the last time.

Speaker 18 (54:57):
You know that my focus now is going to be
to get these mr and A shots off the market,
you know, And you saw in that clip that RFK
Junior right at the beginning said that the mr and
A technology doesn't work for respiratory viruses, and so he's
taking it off for these twenty two projects. But you know,
covid is a respiratory virus, so we should be taking
it off for these as well.

Speaker 16 (55:16):
I think he'll eventually get there.

Speaker 18 (55:19):
I just you know, I you know, just like everybody else,
I just kind of wish the government would move a
little bit faster. You know, we're still murdering and maiming
our kids and population right now by injecting these kids
get three of these shots before they're nine months of age,
if the families agree to it. So I just think
everybody ought to push back against it, not use them.

(55:39):
I don't think they're safe, I don't think they're effective,
and they've been shown to be that way.

Speaker 1 (55:44):
You know, I think a lot of people in the
country who heard warnings from doctors like you that these
these vaccines are dangerous, whether it be COVID or some
of these other childhood recommended vaccines. I think they were
really hoping that you guys were just crazy and vaccine deniers.
But now evidence is coming out that wow, you were right,

(56:05):
these things are harming kids, and.

Speaker 2 (56:08):
The government knew.

Speaker 1 (56:09):
Maybe they didn't know, but now the federal government, guys,
this is this is helping human services.

Speaker 2 (56:13):
Right.

Speaker 1 (56:13):
This isn't just some fringe person on social media saying, yeah, what,
don't get those vaccines. We have vaccines that now we
know are injuring people neurological harm, including autism, which is
at record levels. Now we know this is true. It's
a parent's worst nightmare. What do you say now that
almost unfortunately you're being vindicated.

Speaker 16 (56:33):
Yeah, you know, look, the government knew this.

Speaker 18 (56:35):
There are seven hundred reported deaths in the month of
January of twenty one alone through vehes, not necessarily kids.
I'm just talking about because they weren't getting injecting kids
at that time. But there are seven hundred reported deaths
in the month of January alone, and nineteen thousand vaccine
severe adverse events that were also reporting, and you know
that's only escalated. There's more deaths in twenty twenty one

(56:58):
than there were in twenty twenty So when you know,
COVID should have been treated and if the vaccine was effective,
we should have fewer deaths. But there was like a
twelve percent increase in the number of deaths reported due
to quote unquote COVID or the shot or whatever in
twenty twenty one. So the government knew, they knew all along.
The be Safe data proves that they knew as well.

(57:20):
So it's just a I don't know, it's just a
game to them for some reason. And we are the
pawns in this and we're suffering the consequences.

Speaker 1 (57:27):
Well, speaking of suffering the consequences of being the pawn. Look,
you had to defend yourself legally. It's very expensive. How
has this advocacy that you're doing to save lives taken
a personal toll on you?

Speaker 18 (57:39):
Well, you know it certainly affected my family. You know,
it's taken a lot away from my business. I just
haven't been able to concentrate. All my discretionary income went
to you know, spending nearly a million dollars in my
legal defense. And you know, but again I'm not whining
or crying or complaining.

Speaker 16 (57:56):
You know, I did this for the right reasons. I
think it's proving out.

Speaker 18 (57:59):
There's more than four thousand studies now that have shown
that how bad these COVID vaccines are. There was just
another one that just came out, you know, just a
few days ago, talking about a German study that shows
exactly what the mechanism of mycarditis is. So you know,
it's it's coming, and you know the I just hope
that the accountability is going to be there too.

Speaker 1 (58:18):
If people want to follow your work and see what
you're doing and where can they go to find you.

Speaker 18 (58:23):
So Freedom Surgical Utah dot com. We decided to kind
of rebrand ourselves to the you know, freedom theme because
now we're free and we're out and able to do things.
Plastic Surgery Institute Utah dot com is my original website
and if you know you want to follow me there,
I to really appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (58:40):
