In the aftermath of Charlie Kirk's assassination, he said there
will be announcements in the coming days. The administration looking
at names of Americans, of foreign nationals, of anybody that
may have been involved that helped to push this young,

confused man who shot Charlie, or folks also that are
out there celebrating his death and calling for the death
of more conservatives.

boasted about his perfect murder plans and that he vowed
to quote take out Kirk over his viewpoints. FBI director
Cash Pttel further said that this guy held a text
exchange with another individual claiming that he had the opportunity
to take Kirk out and he wasn't going to miss it.

Reports also have emerged that this disturbed young man and
his roommate were more than just roomies. Oh yeah, His
male roommate was his partner, and his partner was identifying
as a woman, which means his roommate believed in the

transgender agenda. That you can change your agenda and go
against God and science, which obviously Charlie preached out against.
The FBI says the partner is now fully cooperating you better.
Kirk is reported to have been asked about transgender violence,
having exchange about the issue with a student right before
the shooting, and it seems our dear friend's argument on

the matters are bearing out in reality now as the
investigation has expanded to the pro trans online groups to
see if they had prior knowledge of the coming assassination.

on an app called Discord and one called Steam. The
Washington Compost reporting that the shooter confessed to shooting Charlie
to friends on Discord right before his family members turned

Of course, now he's alleged to have been radicalized online.

can report today that the DNA hits from the towel

that was wrapped around the firearm and the DNA on
the screwdriver are positively processed for the suspect in custody.

the Trump administration is now asking Congress for fifty eight
million dollars in emergency funding to bolster security for the

security for members of Congress, though those specific actions may
be handled separately by the legislative branch. So let's find

underscores how serious Vance is about preserving Charlie's legacy.

or means spirited her. And look, I'm a husband. I'm
proud of being a husband. I think that on the

as mourners honored Charlie. The vigil featured friends, Turning Point

There was a huge, huge line outside to hear tributes
from all kinds of folks. Caroline Levitt, HHS Secretary, Bobby Kennedy,

Tulci Gabbard, Congressman ANNAPOLINEA Luna, Just a whole bunch of
folks showed up for Charlie. The tone was one of mourning,
but also one of resolve, one of unity, one of faith,

one of patriotism. They demonstrated the strength and solidarity of
this conservative movement in a moment of crisis, people coming
together not just to mourn, folks, but to recommit to
our principles, the ones that Charlie stood for. I keep
repeating them. Faith, family, country.

think they got the plan, here on the ground, the
old might he's got the playbook. Rapper Tom McDonald my friend,
released a new song entitled Charlie right after Charlie was killed.

it's honoring his impact. Tom's also going to give all
the proceeds to charity anyway, so that doesn't matter. But

our friend Charlie and.

I think he was a symbol for many of us,
and he represented what a lot of people in America
as aspire to be. Yeah, and just because of that connection,

and Hulk Hogan passed a couple of weeks ago, and
there was moments of sadness in that, and that sadness
seemed to dissipate over a few days. And it just
seems with the passing of Charlie Kirk, it seems to
feel heavier and heavier every day.

live streaming to millions of people around the world.

you had three thousand in that quad watching millions online.

your point, I was talking with the pastor and they said,
you know, if Charlie, God forbid, like let's say a
sunny Bono would have had a skiing accident last week
and passed, or a car accident, he wouldn't have had
the same reaction globally, a radical left wing assassin's bullet

taking him out for the world to see, shutting down.
What's the old phrase about when you cut out a
man's tongue.

that every man out there, and Tom, you and I
are big time sinners, should aspire to be.

crime rate. So we've been sticking with that from the

not it's simple. Put your foot on the throat of
crime and choke it out, get it off your streets.
If people are breaking the law, put them behind bars

see Soros way in on district and state attorney races

if the state attorney's not doing their job and the
judges are doing their jobs, then the criminals are right
back out on the street.

to throw them under the bus, and they get real
and look, all I'm asking the judge to do is
to be fair to the extent that the law allows,
and the law allows them to hold people accountable for
their actions and keep them in jail, locked up on bond,

of legislatively. The state Senate in California just voted last week,

and again with everything going on, we forgot to put
it in our broadcast. But here we are tonight telling
you about it. They're passing an Assembly bill you've heard
me talk about it before, four nine to five, which
seeks to radically expand the definition of who can be
considered a quote caregiver for a child facing parental absences. Now,

the bill proposes allowing any adult who has a quote
affinity for the child of up to five degrees of
kinship to take custody like total control over the kid
by signing a one page form that doesn't even need
a notary and pretty much that adult can make decisions
(45:23):
for your kid. Now, what's that mean? This can allow
distant relations like step siblings and cousins to take over
a child's medical and other vital decisions from the parents
if the state deems the parent temporarily unfit. You see
where I'm going with this? Oh, I got divorced parents.
Why because the kid wanted to trans at eight years
(45:43):
old and the dad said no way in hell, and
the mom said yes, And the state will be like,
let the kid trans. However, the state is making some
moves towards common sense with a new Assembly Bill eighty four,
not even making it to a vote though before the
end of the legislative session.

The bill proposed to install a state oversight board for
charter schools, which the California Charter School Association, saying that
would take money from the schools and instead hand it
to a brand new bureaucracy, threatening teaching and learning and
also a big win for education freedom. Senate Bill four
ninety five also stopped from going forward, which would have

banned non classroom based instruction and expanded requirements for new
charter schools to open. You see, at every turn Democrats
try to stop it. Neither bill was able to make
it out of the legislature before the session ended, so
until at least January of next year, charter schools are
(46:42):
being protected for now in the not so Golden State. Meantime,
California's failed Democrat leadership, including good old Newsom, has just
approved allocating twenty billion dollars to the state's chronically delayed
high speed rail you know, the bullet train we keep
hearing about for like a decade or two decades. I
think the twenty billion dollars keeps the failing high speed
(47:07):
rail project limping along for another twenty years.

That amount works out to about a billion per year.

And by the way, how much is built just one
segment I think, the one that's under construction from Merced,
California to Bakersfield. This thing was supposed to go to
like La Over to Vegas and up and down the
coast and everywhere whatever. There's one hundred and seventy one
mile stretch and merceaid to Bakersfield again going to nowhere.

This whole thing was supposed to be ll up to
San fran and then La Over to Vegas, and they've
got nothing done. The rail segment that's actually underway is
now projected to cost as much as thirty six billion.

More than triple of the original estimates the train to nowhere.
The federal government under President Trump, though, pulled four billion
in funding from the project just in July, citing cost

decade long waste of money. This is big government at
its worst, Sacramento is broken and hemorrhaging our cash. California
deserves real infrastructure, not political pet trut projects that never

put my kid in an institution, whatever they want. If
the parent is either deemed unfit, incapacitated, or unreachable.

the creepy uncle you know, I don't know, but you

walk in with an affidavit that you print off. It
doesn't have to be notarized, and you say, I'm here
to collect you know, Joseph here, I'm going to take
care of him. Now, nobody knows anything about your background.
There's certainly no background check done. Nobody can challenge you.
And that's it. And so while yes, we think of

the most extreme cases where they might do something really,
you know, outrageous with this minor, the fact is, even
if they're not doing anything outrageous, you can't just usurp
a parent's authority with a piece of paper that you
print off and walk in and hand it over and say,
now this child is under my care. That's not normal behavior.

And for the Democrats who are pushing this, I mean,
you know Dan that they have been steadily trying to
erode parental rights for years, certainly in my decade in
the legislature, they have been doing that. You got to
look at this for what it is. A movement such
as the Democrats have created a movement. It doesn't sustain

itself unless you get new members within that movement. And
those new members are the youth, our children. That's what
this is about. I know it so diabolical, right, but
it's not diabolical. It's exactly the playbook. That's why they
do so many.

And not to get off track with this, but that's
exactly why they killed our friend Charlie Kirk. He was

a district where the public school is not up to
part and they aren't getting a good education, God forbid,
they go to a school that actually educates them and
trains them for the future and gives them an opportunity
to succeed in their adult life. We can't have that happening.

for them to stay in a place where they're looking
to the government to help them sustain their lives. Because
that's the Democrat playbook. Well, not to depend on the government, Melyssa.

In the aftermath of Charlie Kirk's assassination, he said there
will be announcements in the coming days. The administration looking
at names of Americans, of foreign nationals, of anybody that
may have been involved that helped to push this young,

confused man who shot Charlie, or folks also that are
out there celebrating his death and calling for the death
of more conservatives.

Know anybody prominent on the right that's been out there

The twenty two year old accused of pulling the trigger
boasted about his perfect murder plans and that he vowed
to quote take out Kirk over his viewpoints. FBI director
Cash Pttel further said that this guy held a text
exchange with another individual claiming that he had the opportunity
to take Kirk out and he wasn't going to miss it.

Reports also have emerged that this disturbed young man and
his roommate were more than just roomies. Oh yeah, His
male roommate was his partner, and his partner was identifying
as a woman, which means his roommate believed in the

transgender agenda. That you can change your agenda and go
against God and science, which obviously Charlie preached out against.
The FBI says the partner is now fully cooperating you better.
Kirk is reported to have been asked about transgender violence,
having exchange about the issue with a student right before
the shooting, and it seems our dear friend's argument on

the matters are bearing out in reality now as the
investigation has expanded to the pro trans online groups to
see if they had prior knowledge of the coming assassination.

Among groups being looked at armed Queers Salt Lake City
Marksist group, which trains so called queers and transgenders to
take up arms against capitalism and fascism. Oh and right
after Charlie was killed, they took their Instagram page down.

Also being looked at the alleged shooter's conversations with people
on an app called Discord and one called Steam. The
Washington Compost reporting that the shooter confessed to shooting Charlie
to friends on Discord right before his family members turned
him in. Now, despite these breakthroughs, that man is not

cooperating with investigators.

Of course, now he's alleged to have been radicalized online.

I'm sure when he was going to college, I believe
at Utah State a few years before, it probably didn't
help matters. Let's be real, there's not a state school
out there that isn't radical and radical to the left.
Most I'd call it ninety percent of the professors out there,
and most of our state schools.

the shooter. Utah authorities preparing capital murder charges. They say,

There there was evidence DNA evidence that could be collected
and had been collected, including a screwdriver that was found
on the rooftop. Also, we went over to the scene
in the wooded area where the firearm was discarded and

can report today that the DNA hits from the towel

that was wrapped around the firearm and the DNA on
the screwdriver are positively processed for the suspect in custody.

or a three D printer. In the wake of Kirk's assassination,
the Trump administration is now asking Congress for fifty eight
million dollars in emergency funding to bolster security for the
executive and judicial branches of our government. The requested funds
targeted towards the US Marshall Service and enhanced protection for

Supreme Court justices. The administration also expressed support for increasing
security for members of Congress, though those specific actions may
be handled separately by the legislative branch. So let's find
out if we're going to get especially are more outspoken

as mourners honored Charlie. The vigil featured friends, Turning Point

There was a huge, huge line outside to hear tributes
from all kinds of folks. Caroline Levitt, HHS Secretary, Bobby Kennedy,

folks showed up for Charlie. The tone was one of mourning,
but also one of resolve, one of unity, one of faith,

one of patriotism. They demonstrated the strength and solidarity of
this conservative movement in a moment of crisis, people coming
together not just to mourn, folks, but to recommit to
our principles, the ones that Charlie stood for. I keep
repeating them. Faith, family, country.

saying we're Charlie. In London, that's the United Kingdom, one

think they got the plan, here on the ground, the
old might he's got the playbook. Rapper Tom McDonald my friend,
released a new song entitled Charlie right after Charlie was killed.

on the right and left are now doing after Charlie's death.

of Charlie and where this song came from and how
it's honoring his impact. Tom's also going to give all
the proceeds to charity anyway, so that doesn't matter. But

our friend Charlie and.

Great father, great husband, great leader in America. But beyond that,
I think he was a symbol for many of us,
and he represented what a lot of people in America
as aspire to be. Yeah, and just because of that connection,

and Hulk Hogan passed a couple of weeks ago, and
there was moments of sadness in that, and that sadness
seemed to dissipate over a few days. And it just
seems with the passing of Charlie Kirk, it seems to
feel heavier and heavier every day.

Well in the horrifical nature in which he was taken
live streaming to millions of people around the world.

That were watching him.

You know, they was watched these college chats and while
you had three thousand in that quad watching millions online.

your point, I was talking with the pastor and they said,
you know, if Charlie, God forbid, like let's say a
sunny Bono would have had a skiing accident last week
and passed, or a car accident, he wouldn't have had
the same reaction globally, a radical left wing assassin's bullet

taking him out for the world to see, shutting down.
What's the old phrase about when you cut out a
man's tongue.

I'm sure you saw the interview that he did back

and he said, courage in my faith. He always put faith,
then family, then country. That's what he always preached. He

started coming on my show five years ago. For several
years straight, we did a lot of interviews. I saw
him out at Seapac and Amfest events and whatnot, and
we had some private chats backstage. This was a man
that every man out there, and Tom, you and I
are big time sinners, should aspire to be.

not it's simple. Put your foot on the throat of
crime and choke it out, get it off your streets.
If people are breaking the law, put them behind bars

if the state attorney's not doing their job and the
judges are doing their jobs, then the criminals are right

and look, all I'm asking the judge to do is
to be fair to the extent that the law allows,
and the law allows them to hold people accountable for

of legislatively. The state Senate in California just voted last week,

and again with everything going on, we forgot to put
it in our broadcast. But here we are tonight telling
you about it. They're passing an Assembly bill you've heard
me talk about it before, four nine to five, which
seeks to radically expand the definition of who can be
considered a quote caregiver for a child facing parental absences. Now,

the bill proposes allowing any adult who has a quote
affinity for the child of up to five degrees of
kinship to take custody like total control over the kid
by signing a one page form that doesn't even need
a notary and pretty much that adult can make decisions
(45:23):
for your kid. Now, what's that mean? This can allow
distant relations like step siblings and cousins to take over
a child's medical and other vital decisions from the parents
if the state deems the parent temporarily unfit. You see
where I'm going with this? Oh, I got divorced parents.
Why because the kid wanted to trans at eight years
(45:43):
old and the dad said no way in hell, and
the mom said yes, And the state will be like,
let the kid trans. However, the state is making some
moves towards common sense with a new Assembly Bill eighty four,
not even making it to a vote though before the
end of the legislative session.

The bill proposed to install a state oversight board for
charter schools, which the California Charter School Association, saying that
would take money from the schools and instead hand it
to a brand new bureaucracy, threatening teaching and learning and
also a big win for education freedom. Senate Bill four
ninety five also stopped from going forward, which would have

banned non classroom based instruction and expanded requirements for new
charter schools to open. You see, at every turn Democrats
try to stop it. Neither bill was able to make
it out of the legislature before the session ended, so
until at least January of next year, charter schools are
(46:42):
being protected for now in the not so Golden State. Meantime,
California's failed Democrat leadership, including good old Newsom, has just
approved allocating twenty billion dollars to the state's chronically delayed
high speed rail you know, the bullet train we keep
hearing about for like a decade or two decades. I
think the twenty billion dollars keeps the failing high speed
(47:07):
rail project limping along for another twenty years.

That amount works out to about a billion per year.

And by the way, how much is built just one
segment I think, the one that's under construction from Merced,
California to Bakersfield. This thing was supposed to go to
like La Over to Vegas and up and down the
coast and everywhere whatever. There's one hundred and seventy one
mile stretch and merceaid to Bakersfield again going to nowhere.

This whole thing was supposed to be ll up to
San fran and then La Over to Vegas, and they've
got nothing done. The rail segment that's actually underway is
now projected to cost as much as thirty six billion.

More than triple of the original estimates the train to nowhere.
The federal government under President Trump, though, pulled four billion
in funding from the project just in July, citing cost

decade long waste of money. This is big government at
its worst, Sacramento is broken and hemorrhaging our cash. California
deserves real infrastructure, not political pet trut projects that never

can get this paper signed and then trans my kid,
put my kid in an institution, whatever they want. If
the parent is either deemed unfit, incapacitated, or unreachable.

the creepy uncle you know, I don't know, but you

walk in with an affidavit that you print off. It
doesn't have to be notarized, and you say, I'm here
to collect you know, Joseph here, I'm going to take
care of him. Now, nobody knows anything about your background.
There's certainly no background check done. Nobody can challenge you.
And that's it. And so while yes, we think of

the most extreme cases where they might do something really,
you know, outrageous with this minor, the fact is, even
if they're not doing anything outrageous, you can't just usurp
a parent's authority with a piece of paper that you
print off and walk in and hand it over and say,
now this child is under my care. That's not normal behavior.

And for the Democrats who are pushing this, I mean,
you know Dan that they have been steadily trying to
erode parental rights for years, certainly in my decade in
the legislature, they have been doing that. You got to
look at this for what it is. A movement such
as the Democrats have created a movement. It doesn't sustain

itself unless you get new members within that movement. And
those new members are the youth, our children. That's what
this is about. I know it so diabolical, right, but
it's not diabolical. It's exactly the playbook. That's why they
do so many.

a district where the public school is not up to
part and they aren't getting a good education, God forbid,
they go to a school that actually educates them and
trains them for the future and gives them an opportunity
to succeed in their adult life. We can't have that happening.

for them to stay in a place where they're looking
to the government to help them sustain their lives. Because
