Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America. Tonight, millions and millions of
Christians across the world are remembering our friend t PUSA
founder Charlie Kirk. This is the FBI releases more details
about his assassin.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
We're the latest on the investigation.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Tonight, Plus our friend, rapper Tom McDonald honors Charlie with
a new song.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Tom will be here and we'll remember our friend.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
Speaking of honoring people, also tonight honoring our brave men
and women who've served in the United States military. Will
tell what you can attend the party and a job
fair for vets. I'm Dan Ball and Real America starts
right now.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
They're already under investigators.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
Yeah, they're already under major investigators.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
A lot of the people that you would traditionally say
are on the left.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Already under investigator.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
God blessed, Thank you, mister President President Trump. They're saying
a lot of people on the left are already under investigation.
In the aftermath of Charlie Kirk's assassination, he said there
will be announcements in the coming days. The administration looking
at names of Americans, of foreign nationals, of anybody that
may have been involved that helped to push this young,

(01:19):
confused man who shot Charlie, or folks also that are
out there celebrating his death and calling for the death
of more conservatives.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
I'm sorry, folks, I don't.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
Know anybody prominent on the right that's been out there
calling for the death the killing of these wacko liberals
in the Democrat Party.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
We just don't want him in power.

Speaker 1 (01:41):
I don't care if it's a city council or your
kid's school board or the president United States. We just
don't want them in power. We don't want them dead.
The left can't say that. State and federal authorities in
Utah also investigating left wing hate groups to see if
they had knowledge or material support for the suspect.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
It signals the administration tends to.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
Go not only after the shooter and his close tight ecosystem,
but especially these groups that were pushing the hate, the ideology,
the political violence. I begged for it, I want it,
We deserve it. So does Charlie's family and followers. Go
after all of them. Cash and potus get them all anyway,

(02:26):
According the layers from the FBI investigation, I'm not going
to say the guy's name, folks, it's in my prompter.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
I'm not reading it. It's on the screen.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
You want to see that piece of name, It's right there.
The twenty two year old accused of pulling the trigger
boasted about his perfect murder plans and that he vowed
to quote take out Kirk over his viewpoints. FBI director
Cash Pttel further said that this guy held a text
exchange with another individual claiming that he had the opportunity
to take Kirk out and he wasn't going to miss it.

(02:55):
Reports also have emerged that this disturbed young man and
his roommate were more than just roomies. Oh yeah, His
male roommate was his partner, and his partner was identifying
as a woman, which means his roommate believed in the

(03:17):
transgender agenda. That you can change your agenda and go
against God and science, which obviously Charlie preached out against.
The FBI says the partner is now fully cooperating you better.
Kirk is reported to have been asked about transgender violence,
having exchange about the issue with a student right before
the shooting, and it seems our dear friend's argument on

(03:41):
the matters are bearing out in reality now as the
investigation has expanded to the pro trans online groups to
see if they had prior knowledge of the coming assassination.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
I bet they did.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
Among groups being looked at armed Queers Salt Lake City
Marksist group, which trains so called queers and transgenders to
take up arms against capitalism and fascism. Oh and right
after Charlie was killed, they took their Instagram page down.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
You better run and hide, you sons him.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
Also being looked at the alleged shooter's conversations with people
on an app called Discord and one called Steam. The
Washington Compost reporting that the shooter confessed to shooting Charlie
to friends on Discord right before his family members turned
him in. Now, despite these breakthroughs, that man is not

(04:37):
cooperating with investigators.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
Of course, now he's alleged to have been radicalized online.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
I'm sure when he was going to college, I believe
at Utah State a few years before, it probably didn't
help matters. Let's be real, there's not a state school
out there that isn't radical and radical to the left.
Most I'd call it ninety percent of the professors out there,
and most of our state schools.

Speaker 2 (04:59):
Are radical lies, lefties. Let's be real.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
Okay, and then they push it onto your kids. They
influence them with their extremism, with their anti fascist ideology.
Nobody wants fascist, but conservatives aren't fascist. Charlie wasn't a fascist.
Trump isn't a fascist, but they believe that we are.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
And then they get in these.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
Groups and they're in echo chamber where they're screaming murder
to the fascist, murder to the Nazis. FBI Director Cash
Purtel confirming that DNA evidence found at the scene matches
the shooter. Utah authorities preparing capital murder charges. They say,
as early as Tuesday, how about Utah, you bring back

(05:42):
the firing squad for this guy.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
You can do it. It's on the books.

Speaker 4 (05:46):
There there was evidence DNA evidence that could be collected
and had been collected, including a screwdriver that was found
on the rooftop. Also, we went over to the scene
in the wooded area where the firearm was discarded and
the firearm had a towel wrapped around it, and I
can report today that the DNA hits from the towel

(06:07):
that was wrapped around the firearm and the DNA on
the screwdriver are positively processed for the suspect in custody.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
There you go.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
You can't make up DNA, even AI can't do that
or a three D printer. In the wake of Kirk's assassination,
the Trump administration is now asking Congress for fifty eight
million dollars in emergency funding to bolster security for the
executive and judicial branches of our government. The requested funds
targeted towards the US Marshall Service and enhanced protection for

(06:39):
Supreme Court justices. The administration also expressed support for increasing
security for members of Congress, though those specific actions may
be handled separately by the legislative branch. So let's find
out if we're going to get especially are more outspoken
Christian conservative members of the legislature protect because they're at

(07:00):
the most risk.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
Let's be real.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
People are literally online in these groups targeting Christian conservative
maga folks, and why because they're being lied to by
their demon rat or Democrat leadership and the mainstream legacy
media who tells them that transgenders and gay people and
blacks are being targeted by Christian whites. That is a

(07:26):
boldfaced lie. Show me the headlines, show me the stats.
It's not happening in this country. But you see, when
you take somebody already mentally ill and you program them
and then you tell them that their kind are being
killed by our kind, they pick up a rifle, they
go to a rooftop and they hunt you like you're
a damn dear. That's not the right, that's not conservatives,

(07:48):
that's not Christianity. That's the radical left doing that in
America today.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
And it must end.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
And they want Trump and conservatives to bring the rhetoric
down because they blame us for Charlie's death. Now, I
want you to make sense of that, because that is
one of the most acidine things ever heard in my life.
Joining me now, way in all this, I just brought
up Indiana Congressman Marlon Stutsman back on the program. Martin,
I'm sorry for that long winded intro and me getting

(08:14):
a little upset, but as you can, I'm sure understand
I'm a little hot under the collar and the emotions
between furious and such sadness. This is me, Okay, it's
life TV. It's me anyway, Marlin, thanks for coming on.

Speaker 2 (08:30):
How you been.

Speaker 5 (08:31):
Well, Dan, Thank you, thank you for exactly what you
just said, because I hear it from my constituents back home.
I hear from my friends, my family. My son was
a chapter president for TPUSA down at Liberty University and
he's been on the phone ever since Charlie was shot,
with his friends all across the country. It's hard to

(08:54):
even put this all into words. It's a nightmare, but sadly,
you know, we're waking up, but Charlie Kirk is not.
And the fact that a shooter like this got away
with assassinating an innocent guy. That's one of the things
about Charlie that I think everybody really liked is there
was just this innocence about him. I mean he would

(09:14):
sit there, you know, on a college campus and having
a discussion with college students, and you know, they were
the ones I would come to the microphone because they
wanted to engage, and he did it.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
He always womposing view speak first.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
Somebody reminded me in our morning meeting today that he
would tell the team, Okay, we got three thousand students,
three hundred of them want to talk on the mic. Okay,
two hundred more supporters, one hundred of them are against you.
He would say, you put the hundred first. The supporters
just want to say hi, they go to the back.
I want the people that disagree with me up first
so we can have a civil debate. Speaking of a

(09:48):
civil debate, that's something y'all in DC can't do anymore. Marlon,
I'm sorry, but I want to roll something and I
want to get your reaction, because this happened last week
on the House floor when you and other Republicans like
our friend Lauren Bobert from Colorado was simply asking for
a prayer. I think you had a moment of silence
for Charlie now she was asking for a prayer, and
Democrats reacted like this so disgusting that your own speaker

(10:11):
had to gabble them to shut them up.

Speaker 2 (10:13):
Watch. Wait a minute, Wait a minute. The house will
be an order. The house will be in order. The
house will be in order. Now contrast that. Where's that picture? Guys?
Do you have the pickers their video of it?

Speaker 1 (10:31):
Roll that crap from the Summer of Love when people
destroyed cities and communities over George Floyd, a drug addict,
A guy who held a knife at a woman's pregnant
belly while him and his buddy robbed her home, acting
like they were gas workers.

Speaker 2 (10:46):
For the gas company.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
Okay, guy's been arrested, got a rap sheet longer than
my arm. And there's Nancy Pelosi and Democrats not only praying,
taking a knee, having a moment of silence, wearing some
bs to support a scumbag like George Floyd. But Lauren
Bobert and y'all Marlin had the Okay, that's enough of
that crap, come back to us. I don't want to
see that anymore. Lauren had the audacity to ask for

(11:10):
a prayer for Charlie Kirk, a god fear and Christian father, husband,
a leader of millions of youth, who never said a
bad word. He debates you with facts, and your colleagues
couldn't pray for him, but they did for George and
took a knee. I just wanted Americans to see the
contrast between who Republicans are and who Democrats are.

Speaker 5 (11:30):
Your reaction, yeah, well, I mean, Dan, we have a chaplain.
The chaplain opens the prayer every day that we start sessions,
so it would have been very natural for the chaplain
to say a prayer. But Democrats, you know, started, you know, hollering.
I was standing right there to the left of speaker
Johnson off of the rostrum, and uh, you know, all
of a sudden, you know, Lauren stands up and and

(11:52):
and and the speaker recognizes her and gives her, you
know what is what?

Speaker 2 (11:57):
You know, what are you asking for? Emotion?

Speaker 5 (11:58):
She asked it properly, and she just asked for someone
to pray out out. Well, we have a chaplain that
could have happened, and again the way that Democrats acted.
But I'll tell you you know, this is this assassin's all.
There's a trail here, Dan, and it goes all the
way back to this evil that is online. And then
it's then it's promoted by the rhetoric from the left.

(12:20):
I'll tell you what. You know, the right we struggle
even with corporal punishment in our debates on the right
because we're so pro life that there's some people on
the right like us that say, hey, you know what,
we shouldn't even have the death penalty. Well, I disagree
with them because of.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
Cases like this.

Speaker 5 (12:36):
Oh yeah, and it shouldn't take us very long to
get the evidence and to prove that this assassin needs
to face the death penalty very quickly, because what our
young people saw on that day. So seeing Charlie Kirk
publicly executed is going to be with them the rest
of their lives.

Speaker 1 (12:51):
Yes, I think we should show the public execution of
his assassin. You know, we used to do that back
in the day, and not that long ago.

Speaker 2 (12:58):
I get.

Speaker 1 (12:59):
I guarant to you if I went back one hundred
years in nineteen twenty five and I went to some
out west small town and there was a horse thief
or somebody that raped somebody's wife, we probably were still
erecting the gear and hanging him in front of the
town square so everybody can see, don't rape somebody's wife,
don't steal a horse, don't do this, or we kill you.
It's an eye for an eye, and I looked it

(13:19):
up on the books.

Speaker 2 (13:21):
Utah.

Speaker 1 (13:21):
I think only as a moratorium, but they still are
allowed to use the firing squad. And wouldn't it be
ironic if we take this guy out the way he
took Charlie out to send a message to these radical
left wing lunatics, you don't shoot people over politics. Marvel's
Front of Time, but real quick. Last one to you,
and it's a simple one. Will you authorize more cash

(13:43):
to add more security for conservative leaders like the President,
like the Justice like yourself, that are most likely targeted
by these radical lunatics.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (13:53):
No, absolutely, it's a no brainer. I mean at this
point because our president was almost shot, just like Charlie
Kirk was, and now one of the best friends to
the President was assassinated publicly, and we got to make
sure that people are safe out there.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
All right, Marlin, the discussion is far from over.

Speaker 1 (14:09):
I'm sure we'll have you back on soon unfortunately, to
discuss this divide.

Speaker 2 (14:13):
Thank you sir, Thanks Dan. Yeah, coming up after.

Speaker 1 (14:16):
The break wrapper, Tom McDonald wrote and put out a
new song for our friend Charlie Kirk almost immediately following
the assassination. Tom's going to join me to honor our friend.

Speaker 7 (16:43):
If you thought that my husband's mission was powerful before,
you have no idea. You have no idea what you
just have unleashed across this entire country, in this world.

Speaker 5 (17:00):
You have no idea.

Speaker 7 (17:04):
You have no idea. The fire that you have ignited
within this wife, The cries of this widow will echo
around the world like a battle.

Speaker 1 (17:16):
Cry, and it already has. That's Erica Church, the widow
of my friend Charlie Kirk. I don't even know what
I'm saying anymore. That's how distraught I am. I can't
even get words out of my mouth right the last
few days, can you? And if you're not upset about

(17:36):
the assassination of Charlie Kirk, there's something really wrong with you,
Like seriously, deep down in your soul, not just your brain,
in your heart of hearts, There's something wrong with you.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
Erica Kirk.

Speaker 1 (17:53):
Honoring her husband Charlie for his faith, his love of country,
his deep commitment to his family and his followers, she
promised in a speech that she will never let his
mission die. That Turning Point USA will only grow stronger, louder,
and bolder. In that twenty eight minute speech. He urged

(18:14):
young people to get more involved, to stay firm in
their faith just like Charlie. He always had courage in
his faith, didn't he, and to work harder to make
America a better place. After Erica Kirk's powerful speech, Turning Point,
USA saw a massive surge in support. Within twenty four hours,
there were eighteen thousand new chapter requests from high schools

(18:37):
and colleges across our country to start brand new TPSA clubs.

Speaker 2 (18:42):
That was after his speech last week.

Speaker 1 (18:44):
This morning I heard that numbers more like thirty seven
almost forty thousand requests.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
How about that? Insane? Vice President JD.

Speaker 1 (18:53):
Vance helped to host the Charlie Kirk Show earlier today
to pay tribute to his close friend. You see, Kirk
wasn't just an media figure. He was deeply embedded in
our conservative America First movement. I would say he's like
one of the four fathers of the MAGA movement with
the younger generation.

Speaker 2 (19:11):
Okay, he is.

Speaker 1 (19:13):
America Christian family patriotism all wrapped into one. To me,
imagine a JFK mlk RFK all wrapped into a young
man who was convincing millions and millions of Americans to
find Christ, to find a family, and to have faith
in their nation. Now, Vance and his wife were personally

(19:37):
involved in helping to bring Charlie's body home on Air
Force two last week. The gesture, along with this broadcast,
underscores how serious Vance is about preserving Charlie's legacy.

Speaker 8 (19:51):
And she said to me that Charlie never raised his voice,
that he never custed her, that he was never cross
or means spirited her. And look, I'm a husband. I'm
proud of being a husband. I think that on the
great balance of things, that I'm a pretty good husband.
But I can never say that I was never unpleasant
with my wife. I can never say that I've never

(20:12):
raised my voice to my wife. Like most husbands, even
the good ones, were sometimes imperfect. And I took for
that moment that I needed to be a better husband
and I needed to be a better father because of
all these moments that I share just in the last
few days, the books that I've read, to my kids,
going up to their bedroom and kissing them and hugging

(20:34):
them before bed, I just realized that all of these
moments that I get to have, Charlie is not able
to have them anymore, and Charlie's kids and his beautiful
wife are not able to have them anymore. And maybe
the best way that I can contribute, and the best
way that I could honor my dear friend, is to
be the best husband that I can be, to be
the kind of husband to my wife that he was

(20:56):
to his.

Speaker 2 (20:58):
Amen, Mister Vice President.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
The Kennedy Center in DC overflowing with emotion last evening
as mourners honored Charlie. The vigil featured friends, Turning Point
USA associates, and other dignitaries.

Speaker 2 (21:10):
Thousands and thousands showed up.

Speaker 1 (21:12):
There was a huge, huge line outside to hear tributes
from all kinds of folks. Caroline Levitt, HHS Secretary, Bobby Kennedy,
Junior Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, d and I
Tulci Gabbard, Congressman ANNAPOLINEA Luna, Just a whole bunch of
folks showed up for Charlie. The tone was one of mourning,
but also one of resolve, one of unity, one of faith,

(21:34):
one of patriotism. They demonstrated the strength and solidarity of
this conservative movement in a moment of crisis, people coming
together not just to mourn, folks, but to recommit to
our principles, the ones that Charlie stood for. I keep
repeating them. Faith, family, country.

Speaker 2 (21:52):
It's a reminder the impact one person can have, folks.
Think about it.

Speaker 1 (21:57):
Charlie's legacy is now our rallying point. No forget that,
it's a turning point. Think about it, think about his mission,
think about his company turning point USA. Charlie'ssassination sparked massive outpouring.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
Around the globe.

Speaker 1 (22:16):
I want you look some of these headlines in some
of this video and then really think about it. You
haven't seen this kind of outpouring again since folks like
MLKRFKJFK like that were.

Speaker 2 (22:25):
Assassinated in South Korea.

Speaker 1 (22:28):
Thousands were marching through the streets holding up US flags
saying we're Charlie. In London, that's the United Kingdom, one
hundred thousand people showed up to honor Charlie, supporters carrying
images of him, saying we're all Charlie again. Think about this,
the impact you see. While the devil and these Democrats

(22:49):
think they got the plan, here on the ground, the
old might he's got the playbook. Rapper Tom McDonald my friend,
released a new song entitled Charlie right after Charlie was killed.

Speaker 2 (23:07):
Now the song went to number one.

Speaker 1 (23:09):
We're not going to discuss any of that because Tom
and I could care less about grifting like so many
on the right and left are now doing after Charlie's death.
I wanted to bring him on because millions and millions
of people viewed it and downloaded it within the first
twenty four hours. And that again, it's not because Tom's
a great rapper and people love his music. It's because

(23:29):
of Charlie and where this song came from and how
it's honoring his impact. Tom's also going to give all
the proceeds to charity anyway, so that doesn't matter. But
I want to bring Tom on now to talk about
our friend Charlie and.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
His song Charlie, about Charlie Kirk. So Tom is he
out there there?

Speaker 1 (23:49):
He is?

Speaker 2 (23:50):
Hey Tom, Hey man, how you doing well? As you
and I.

Speaker 1 (23:54):
Said in private, I've got two speeds since last Wednesday?
Really pissed off and really sad.

Speaker 2 (24:01):
And that's it. My emotions jumped back and forth, mad sad,
mad sad. It's about it.

Speaker 9 (24:07):
I think I think the entire country is feeling that way.
Right now, or a lot, at least half of us.
It's just been a really uh I honestly, man, have
reached this point where I'm not even really sure what
to say anymore. It's been such a such a brutal
few days. And you know, I only had a handful

(24:28):
of conversations with Charlie, and like so many other people,
I think that, you know, he was a stranger to us.
We never you know, had the chance to sit at
a table with him, or many of us never got
the chance to shake his hand.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
But I think he's.

Speaker 9 (24:49):
Great father, great husband, great leader in America. But beyond that,
I think he was a symbol for many of us,
and he represented what a lot of people in America
as aspire to be. Yeah, and just because of that connection,
you know, I think this hit a lot closer to
home than you know. Ozzy passed a couple of weeks ago,

(25:12):
and Hulk Hogan passed a couple of weeks ago, and
there was moments of sadness in that, and that sadness
seemed to dissipate over a few days. And it just
seems with the passing of Charlie Kirk, it seems to
feel heavier and heavier every day.

Speaker 1 (25:28):
Well in the horrifical nature in which he was taken
live streaming to millions of people around the world.

Speaker 2 (25:33):
That were watching him.

Speaker 1 (25:34):
You know, they was watched these college chats and while
you had three thousand in that quad watching millions online.
You know, they stream and they watch and and to
your point, I was talking with the pastor and they said,
you know, if Charlie, God forbid, like let's say a
sunny Bono would have had a skiing accident last week
and passed, or a car accident, he wouldn't have had
the same reaction globally, a radical left wing assassin's bullet

(25:57):
taking him out for the world to see, shutting down.
What's the old phrase about when you cut out a
man's tongue.

Speaker 2 (26:04):
You're not trying to prove him a liar.

Speaker 1 (26:05):
You're showing the world that you know what he's saying
is the truth and you can't take it, you can't
stand it.

Speaker 2 (26:11):
And that's what happened.

Speaker 1 (26:12):
An assassin's bullet took out Charlie's tongue, but it didn't
stop the mission. Charlie's mission was to promote his faith.
I'm sure you saw the interview that he did back
in June when the podcaster said, what do you being
able to be remembered for if you were dead tomorrow,
and he said, courage in my faith. He always put faith,
then family, then country. That's what he always preached. He

(26:35):
started coming on my show five years ago. For several
years straight, we did a lot of interviews. I saw
him out at Seapac and Amfest events and whatnot, and
we had some private chats backstage. This was a man
that every man out there, and Tom, you and I
are big time sinners, should aspire to be.

Speaker 2 (26:52):
Absolutely he was a good man.

Speaker 1 (26:54):
And so Tom, before I lose my stuff here, I'll
just give you the final word with a few seconds
left about our.

Speaker 2 (27:00):
Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 9 (27:02):
I think there's a lot of half truths and information
coming out every day, a lot of conspiracy theories and misinformation,
and I think that it's important for everybody to focus
on Charlie's family and his kids right now and amplifying
Charlie's voice and his message and moving forward with the love,

(27:22):
grace and logic that Charlie demonstrated for.

Speaker 2 (27:25):
All of us.

Speaker 1 (27:26):
Amen, Nothing I can add to that. Rapper Tom McDonald,
thank you. For paying tribute to our friend, Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 2 (27:34):
God bless you, tom My pleasure, God blessed brother. Yeah,
you take care.

Speaker 1 (27:38):
And as we had the commercial break, why don't we
play some of Tom's song.

Speaker 2 (27:41):
Charlie, I'll see in a few minutes.

Speaker 3 (27:54):
Shot down and he was barely thirty one, another woke
coward took a life with a gun, behind a wife
and a daughter and a son. All he did was
try to speak for all of us. And I'm so
tired of the hatred and the narratives. The patriots ain't dangerous.
Wote people are the terar wrists. They shot and killed
the father sent the message to Americans. They ain't gonna
stop until they bury us. Dear Charlie, I don't know

(28:17):
if you can see us now, but if Heaven has
a window, I sure hope you're looking down, because we
ain't going quiet. We go scream your name loud and
you're gone. But I swear to God that we gonna
make you proud. We ain't backing off for giving up.
I'll preach what you taught me. They may have killed
a soldier, but that man had an army. This is
far more deep than some political parties, and you can't
kill freedom.

Speaker 2 (28:35):
So this one is for Charlie, the Saint.

Speaker 10 (28:38):
The America that all our parents love. But good Man tries.
You can make any great pray that God will take
care of us. The system is failing those good Man
God for the things that they say. And I can't
just be quiet, so I gotta be brave because this
is America.

Speaker 2 (28:55):
Layly.

Speaker 6 (28:55):
It scaring us, but one good man can change it.

Speaker 2 (28:57):
All of the day.

Speaker 3 (29:00):
Killed in cold blood for heaven a discussion, and liberals
are celebrating murder like it's justice. You didn't kill a
villain or the evil that it comes with. You kill
the father and a husband. And I'm so tired of
the left and all the wokery. We can't get along
if you just kill us when we don't agree. Sniper
rifle fire from a liberal that no one sees scared,
I might be next to die when I'm just buying grocerries.

Speaker 2 (29:21):
Charlie.

Speaker 3 (29:22):
We'll make sure your children know that defending all our
freedom is why you aren't coming home. I hope Heaven
has a window you can watch your children grow and
hear your message echo from below. And we ain't backing
off for giving up. I'll preach what you taught me.
They may have killed a soldier, but that man had
an army. This is far more deep than some political parties.
And you can't kill freedom. So this one is for Charlie.

Speaker 2 (29:42):
This ain't the.

Speaker 10 (29:43):
America that all our parents love, But good Man tried.
You can make any great ray that God will take
care of us. The system is failing those good Man,
God for the things that they say. And I can't
just be quiet, So I gotta be brave, because this
is America.

Speaker 6 (30:00):
Lately, scaring nuts. One good nag and change it out
in a day.

Speaker 1 (30:13):

What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
have in common? The answer is that all three platforms
offer you the ability to live stream One America News
Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store, search out FORN, then

(31:41):
enjoy all the great programming offered by including my show
Real America. Viewers are always asking me how can they
watch OA in live. The solution is simple. It's a
streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled klowd TV.

(32:03):
Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch
twenty four to seven live feeds of OAN. The live
package is only two dollars and fifty cents per month
for all you can watch. Again, simply go to cloudtv
dot com and do it today.

Speaker 2 (32:29):
Thanks for staying with it.

Speaker 1 (32:30):
So the Washington DC Miracle, as it's been dubbed by
President Trump, where federalized National Guard members collaborating with local
and federal police went in and ramped up arrests and
guess what violent crime went down?

Speaker 2 (32:45):
Go figure.

Speaker 1 (32:46):
DC's Democrat Mayor Muriel Bowser announced the local police would
no longer be cooperating with ICE agents to arrest illegal
criminal aliens following the end of the federal takeover last week. However,
President Trump has said that such a move would undo
all the progress he made it reducing crime in our capitol.

Speaker 2 (33:05):
Now, why would you want to do that? Bowser on truth.

Speaker 1 (33:08):
Social Earlier today, the President promised the people of DC
that he is with them and will not allow crime
to come back, saying he will declare another national emergency
and re federalized poliefs if he has to take note,
Madam Mayer, and the DC miracle is hopefully going to
be coming to other dangerous cities near you.

Speaker 2 (33:31):
That's right.

Speaker 1 (33:32):
He's talking about Memphis being the next city to get
some help. He's talked about Chicago, He's talked about New Orleans.
Starting today, I'm told federal resources will be on the
ground in the City of Blues to help with crime
fighting there. The President says that the city's murder rate
is four times that of Mexico City, thirty seven times
out of London and increasing.

Speaker 2 (33:53):
He slammed the Soros.

Speaker 1 (33:55):
Backed DA's of course, and judges because what happened, they
overhe hold their bail system pretty much eliminating cash bail.
So they've let the lunatics back on the streets, Which
brings us to the demon Rats or Democrats and their
overall supportive crime.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
What is their fascination?

Speaker 1 (34:14):
This party isn't just soft on crime, they're actively pro crime.

Speaker 2 (34:18):
It's like they're freaking pro criminal.

Speaker 1 (34:21):
Take this free Beacon report about the McCarthy foundation and
the Arnold Ventures and those far left group actions that
allowed violent criminal di Carlos Brown Junior back onto the
streets of Charlotte where he murdered. And I know a
lot of people forgot this sweet, young, innocent girl after
what happened to our friend Charlie Kirk. But let's not

(34:41):
forget Ukrainian refugee Irena Zaratzka. These organizations have given millions
and millions of dollars to far left advocacy groups which
then push for cashless bail like in places like Charlotte,
Oh yeah, which then allow animals like that piece of
scum in that red hoodie right there, back out on

(35:03):
the streets after being arrested.

Speaker 2 (35:04):
Like fourteen times.

Speaker 1 (35:07):
The Democrats support known criminals, whether it's down at the
border or in major cities, they're fine with it. They
have like this affection, this love of them. And I'm sorry,
but it's directly leading to the beheading of an Indian
immigrant and hotel manager in Texas.

Speaker 2 (35:24):
Here's another one.

Speaker 1 (35:26):
Chandra Nagalim, who President Trump said was a well respected
person in the Dallas area, was brutally beheaded in front
of his wife and son, allegedly by an illegal criminal
alien from Cuba after the illegal and employee at his
hotel apparently got into a dispute with the manager and

(35:48):
then it escalated to him beheading him.

Speaker 2 (35:52):
And here we go.

Speaker 1 (35:53):
The illegal criminal alien had previous arrests for other heinous crimes.
You're ready for him, child sexual abuse, false imprisonment, and
the list goes on.

Speaker 2 (36:05):
But Democrats allowed.

Speaker 1 (36:07):
Him to be released into the United States. Yeah, during
Joe Biden's watch, another American killed. Don't get me wrong,
I know there's scumbag Americans killing Americans. So I don't
know why the Left always goes, why are you always
attacking immigrants? You're racist, Dan, You're going to have to
black and brown people. Americans kill, no kidding, Americans kill Americans.

Speaker 2 (36:29):
But they're here.

Speaker 1 (36:30):
If you didn't let fifteen to twenty million illegals in,
many of them already criminals, then these senseless crimes and
murders wouldn't be happening. That's the point we're trying to make.
The President promising this Cuban illegal will be prosecuted to
the fullest extent.

Speaker 2 (36:47):
Of the law. Yeah, can I say this?

Speaker 1 (36:49):
And I'm starting to get I was gonna get softer
after they assassinated Charlie, but I think I'm gonna not
turn the other cheek fry his ass.

Speaker 2 (36:59):
Please joining me now to discuss all of this.

Speaker 1 (37:02):
Reverend County, Florida Sheriff Wayne Ivy back on the program, Sheriff,
the gloves are.

Speaker 2 (37:08):
Off with me.

Speaker 1 (37:09):
I prayed about it for about twenty four hours last week,
and I thought I was gonna stick out the olive
branch and try more unity with these demon.

Speaker 2 (37:16):
Rats on the left.

Speaker 1 (37:17):
But they killed Charlie, they tried to kill Trump. They're
killing innocent Americans. They're pushing ideology that makes no sense.
It's anti American, it's anti Christian, it's anti family, it's
anti border, it's anti lawn order.

Speaker 2 (37:32):
Sir. I'm done with them. I'm done anyway.

Speaker 1 (37:36):
Your thoughts on crime in America and how the two parties.
I mean, it's a complete opposite end of the spectrum, sheriff,
when it's about law and order, isn't it it is.

Speaker 11 (37:47):
I'll tell you one place, President Trump's not going to
have to send anybody to and aspervarc County because we
got this crap on lockdown here. So you know you're right,
it's two different in the spectrum. Our crime rates dropped
two percent in all categories in the past twelve years
since I've been shared, and there's a reason for it. Dan,
It's because we have zero tolerance for crime. Crime will

(38:10):
rise to the level of community will tolerate. And if
you have zero tolerance for crime, you have a lower
crime rate. So we've been sticking with that from the
very get go other sheriffs across the state of Florida.
That's why Florida's crime rates at an all time low.
I think the lowest has been in the past forty
five forty six years. Wow, it's not rocket science, it's

(38:33):
not it's simple. Put your foot on the throat of
crime and choke it out, get it off your streets.
If people are breaking the law, put them behind bars
where the problem comes in. And this is why you
see Soros way in on district and state attorney races
and judicial races, because you can have the strongest share

(38:54):
for the strongest chief of police in the state. And
if the state attorney's not doing their job and the
judges are doing their jobs, then the criminals are right
back out on the street.

Speaker 2 (39:03):
And here's the.

Speaker 11 (39:03):
Reality we see where we arrest people, whether it's for
peddling the poison of fentanyl or violent crime, whatever it is,
and they get a bond. We see people that are
out on bond commit another crime and get out on
another bond. And that's the ridiculous nature of this, this
no cash bail and all this other.

Speaker 1 (39:22):
Crimesra If don't you get just started up, don't you
get so pissed off? These guys are these judges and
DA's are putting your deputies and I know you go
out on some stuff too, They're putting you guys's life
at risk and civilian's life at risk because they'll put
a scumbag like this Di Carlos guy back out on
the street where he killed that sweet innocent Ukrainian girl

(39:43):
and he had fourteen prior arrests. Right, I mean, I
don't know how you don't go over the DA's office
and try to shake some sense into him or these
judges and go stop releasing the bad guys that my
deputies just risk their lives to arrest you more.

Speaker 11 (40:00):
Yeah, so we're blessed. We have a great state attorney
here in Brevard and our judges. You know, I've had
a couple judges that have let them out on weak
bonds and they get a call and I let them know, look,
you're putting my deputies at risk, You're putting our citizens'
lives at risk. And that bull crap stops. And you
only have to make that call one time and threaten

(40:20):
to throw them under the bus, and they get real
and look, all I'm asking the judge to do is
to be fair to the extent that the law allows,
and the law allows them to hold people accountable for
their actions and keep them in jail, locked up on bond,
especially those that can't behave and continually demonstrate they can't believe.

Speaker 2 (40:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (40:37):
Yeah, Oh, Sheriff Ivy has always man, it's a pleasure
having you on. Can we just repeat that phrase one
more time? You opened up with I think that's great.
Crime will rise to the level that it's community that
it's happening will allow it to Is that what you said.

Speaker 11 (40:51):
That crime will rise to the level of community will tolerate,
and we have zero tolerance for crime and even less
for criminals.

Speaker 2 (40:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (40:58):
So, folks, if you're living in a city where crime
is running a rampant, I'm talking to you, Baltimore, Detroit, Atlanta, Chicago, Seattle,
all the big dem run cities, We're talking to you.

Speaker 2 (41:10):
Rise up, Rise up.

Speaker 1 (41:12):
Sheriff Wayne Ivy, Brevard County has always Thank you, sir
for your service to your community.

Speaker 2 (41:16):
God bless you. Always great to see then take care
seeing you win.

Speaker 1 (41:19):
Up next, the demon rats in Sacramento, California, one step
closer to taking away more parental rights. What is the
Democrat's obsession? We're trying to raise our.

Speaker 2 (41:30):
Kids more on that week combat.

Speaker 1 (41:34):
Hey, if your cable provider doesn't offer one America News network,

Well, free talk because you will not be censored for
expressing your opinion there, and forty five because forty five
is a really lucky number. So join us at free
Talk forty five and express yourself with no fear of
cancelation ever. Welcome back California's Democrats, or as I'm officially

(43:53):
I think gonna call them from here on out. Please
remind me if I forget folks and team in the
back demon rats, because this party is full of demons period,
from their policy to their rhetoric. I don't know how
you can look at this party any other way after
the events of last week and what happened to our
friend Charlie, And I'm not going to change until you

(44:16):
change anyway. These demon rats continue to target our kids again,
shows that they're possessed. Why would you care about how
we're raising our kids anyway? If you thought you had
a bond between your kids, well, Democrats want to sever
it pretty much completely, and they're doing it by way
of legislatively. The state Senate in California just voted last week,

(44:41):
and again with everything going on, we forgot to put
it in our broadcast. But here we are tonight telling
you about it. They're passing an Assembly bill you've heard
me talk about it before, four nine to five, which
seeks to radically expand the definition of who can be
considered a quote caregiver for a child facing parental absences. Now,

(45:03):
the bill proposes allowing any adult who has a quote
affinity for the child of up to five degrees of
kinship to take custody like total control over the kid
by signing a one page form that doesn't even need
a notary and pretty much that adult can make decisions

(45:23):
for your kid. Now, what's that mean? This can allow
distant relations like step siblings and cousins to take over
a child's medical and other vital decisions from the parents
if the state deems the parent temporarily unfit. You see
where I'm going with this? Oh, I got divorced parents.
Why because the kid wanted to trans at eight years

(45:43):
old and the dad said no way in hell, and
the mom said yes, And the state will be like,
let the kid trans. However, the state is making some
moves towards common sense with a new Assembly Bill eighty four,
not even making it to a vote though before the
end of the legislative session.

Speaker 2 (46:00):
Of course.

Speaker 1 (46:00):
The bill proposed to install a state oversight board for
charter schools, which the California Charter School Association, saying that
would take money from the schools and instead hand it
to a brand new bureaucracy, threatening teaching and learning and
also a big win for education freedom. Senate Bill four
ninety five also stopped from going forward, which would have

(46:21):
banned non classroom based instruction and expanded requirements for new
charter schools to open. You see, at every turn Democrats
try to stop it. Neither bill was able to make
it out of the legislature before the session ended, so
until at least January of next year, charter schools are

(46:42):
being protected for now in the not so Golden State. Meantime,
California's failed Democrat leadership, including good old Newsom, has just
approved allocating twenty billion dollars to the state's chronically delayed
high speed rail you know, the bullet train we keep
hearing about for like a decade or two decades. I
think the twenty billion dollars keeps the failing high speed

(47:07):
rail project limping along for another twenty years.

Speaker 2 (47:11):
That amount works out to about a billion per year.

Speaker 1 (47:16):
And by the way, how much is built just one
segment I think, the one that's under construction from Merced,
California to Bakersfield. This thing was supposed to go to
like La Over to Vegas and up and down the
coast and everywhere whatever. There's one hundred and seventy one
mile stretch and merceaid to Bakersfield again going to nowhere.

(47:37):
This whole thing was supposed to be ll up to
San fran and then La Over to Vegas, and they've
got nothing done. The rail segment that's actually underway is
now projected to cost as much as thirty six billion.

Speaker 2 (47:51):
By the way, folks, that's.

Speaker 1 (47:52):
More than triple of the original estimates the train to nowhere.
The federal government under President Trump, though, pulled four billion
in funding from the project just in July, citing cost
overruns and concerns about waste. Thank you, mister president. There
has been no real progress and zero track laid in
seventeen years. Like I said, this is like a two

(48:14):
decade long waste of money. This is big government at
its worst, Sacramento is broken and hemorrhaging our cash. California
deserves real infrastructure, not political pet trut projects that never
ever deliver. And oh, by the way, keep your damn
hands off our kids. Joining me now, I'm sure to

(48:37):
go off about all of these ridiculous moves going down
in the nutso golden State. She's a Navy vet and
a former California State Senator. Melissa Melendez back on the program. Melissa,
where would you like to begin? Because I have colorful
metaphors for all of these subjects, but I really, really,
unless you feel differently, want to begin with four ninety
five because this AB four nine five.

Speaker 2 (48:59):
I mean, pastors, parents.

Speaker 1 (49:02):
Students, even old enough students that get this are all
concerned about this. On the right, this is like, hey,
here's one piece of paper and if you get this signed,
you can take over. So I'm in a car crash tomorrow,
I can't say what I want to have happen with
my kid, and so a fourth cousin can come in
and be like, yeah, I'll take care of it and

(49:23):
can get this paper signed and then trans my kid,
put my kid in an institution, whatever they want. If
the parent is either deemed unfit, incapacitated, or unreachable.

Speaker 2 (49:35):
This is insanity to me, Melissa.

Speaker 12 (49:40):
Yeah, there's a lot to unpack there, Dan, I guess.
But yeah, we'll start with AB four ninety five. And
you know, I okay. First of all, people need to
understand that while they did make some changes to the
bill of late, it's still not a good bill. And
you walk in, you're the fourth cousin, fifth cousin, whatever,
the creepy uncle you know, I don't know, but you

(50:02):
walk in with an affidavit that you print off. It
doesn't have to be notarized, and you say, I'm here
to collect you know, Joseph here, I'm going to take
care of him. Now, nobody knows anything about your background.
There's certainly no background check done. Nobody can challenge you.
And that's it. And so while yes, we think of

(50:23):
the most extreme cases where they might do something really,
you know, outrageous with this minor, the fact is, even
if they're not doing anything outrageous, you can't just usurp
a parent's authority with a piece of paper that you
print off and walk in and hand it over and say,
now this child is under my care. That's not normal behavior.

(50:45):
And for the Democrats who are pushing this, I mean,
you know Dan that they have been steadily trying to
erode parental rights for years, certainly in my decade in
the legislature, they have been doing that. You got to
look at this for what it is. A movement such
as the Democrats have created a movement. It doesn't sustain

(51:07):
itself unless you get new members within that movement. And
those new members are the youth, our children. That's what
this is about. I know it so diabolical, right, but
it's not diabolical. It's exactly the playbook. That's why they
do so many.

Speaker 1 (51:27):
It's intentional because they want to indoctrinate our children, That's exactly.
And not to get off track with this, but that's
exactly why they killed our friend Charlie Kirk. He was
the dating voice converting young people, not just kids, converting
young people eighteen to thirty five, even this old fifty
one year old guy. He was getting people to pay

(51:49):
attention to the word, to their family and to patriotism.
And that's the worst thing Democrats hate, because if you're
putting the bad and your family in this country, you're
not doing what put in faith in them government, And
that's what the hell these sick demon rats. That's why
I'm going to call them that from now on one.
All right, more bills. This is an easy, stupid question.

(52:11):
So why do they keep going after charter schools? Melissa Well,
Dan Well.

Speaker 12 (52:17):
Yeah, they You know, this is the teachers' union who
are always the ones backing these bills. They go and
they find, Okay, which legislator this year are we going
to get to carry our water for us? When they
do this every single year. They don't want charter schools.
They wish that they didn't exist. They're doing their best
to put them into extinction. This is always always the playbook,

(52:39):
and God forbid, we allow children who may be in
a district where the public school is not up to
part and they aren't getting a good education, God forbid,
they go to a school that actually educates them and
trains them for the future and gives them an opportunity
to succeed in their adult life. We can't have that happening.

(53:00):
What we need, and this is Democrats talking obviously, is
for them to stay in a place where they're looking
to the government to help them sustain their lives. Because
that's the Democrat playbook. Well, not to depend on the government, Melyssa.

Speaker 1 (53:17):
It's exactly what the civil rights movement was about. And
I know I'll take heat from this, and I really
don't care, but it's exactly what Johnson and all of
them wanted to do with the black community. Keep them
on a voting plantation, keep them acting like they're the victim,
which is why Democrats have kept this whole race war
going forever, and keeping minorities in communities where they don't
get good educations so they can rely on government.

Speaker 2 (53:40):
Anyway, I'm out of time.

Speaker 1 (53:42):
I would go off on the train to nowhere, but
I'm so exhausted about this damn train. I remember when
I was working in Las Vegas back in two thousand
and eight through twenty thirteen, and we talked about the
train to nowhere. It needs to stop. I don't know
why they keep throwing money at it, but they're giving
me the hard wrap. So I'm sure we'll have you
on again soon to talk about more insanity in the

(54:02):
not so Golden State, and we'll talk about that train
to nowhere.

Speaker 2 (54:05):
Melissa Melndez Fromer State Senator, thank you, as always, thanks
for having me, Dan, I appreciate you stick around. Coming
up in our Patriot Report tonight.

Speaker 1 (54:13):
After the break, we're going to stay in southern California
where friends of mine are gearing up for an event
