Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on real America tonight. Utah investigators and prosecutors
earlier today laid out all their evidence against the radicalized
young man who gunned down TPSA founder Charlie Kirk. Will
bring you the ladies. Plus President Trump orders another Narco
drug boat coming from Venezuela, blown out of the water.
The real war on drugs, and it worked in DC.
(00:23):
Now Potus sets his sights on cleaning up Memphis, Tennessee,
next his war on crime. All that and more straight
ahead right here on real America.
Speaker 2 (00:39):
I am filing a notice of intent to seek the
death penalty. I do not take this decision lightly, and
it is a decision I have made independently as county attorney,
based solely on the available evidence and circumstances and nature
of the crime.
Speaker 1 (01:00):
Amen. Actually, the death penalty might even be too good
for this guy. That was Utah Attorney Jeff Gray, Utah
County DA, the one who'll be prosecuting again. I'm going
to try and not say the name of the very
disturbed man who shot our friend Charlie Kirk. So I'm
(01:22):
glad that the DA today said what I think millions
of Americans want to hear about this investigation into the
assassination of Charlie Kirk, Gray said, as you just heard,
they will be seeking the death penalty. By the way
I looked it up in Utah, it's lethal injection or
the firing squad. The suspect gets to choose after they're
(01:45):
found guilty. I think in this case, the governor, how
about you decide for him once he's found guilty, which
I'm sure he will be. How about we use the
firing squad on him. I think it would only be
fitting anyway, the death penalty. Well attached the aggravated murder charge,
but Gray also announced six other charges against the accused assassin,
(02:07):
which again will carry long prison sentences. What it won't matter.
I can't imagine a jury in Utah and not finding
this guy guilty and not wanting to put him down
like the dirty dog he is. Some of their charges
include instruction of justice for directing others to delete evidence.
Then there's two counts of witness tampering for threatening his
roommate and others not to tell police what he told them. However,
(02:30):
the roommate has been cooperating fully with investigators.
Speaker 2 (02:35):
Police interviewed Robinson's roommate, a biological male who was involved
in a romantic relationship with Robinson. The roommate told police
that the roommate received messages from Robinson about the shooting,
and he did provide those messages to police. On September tenth,
(02:57):
twenty twenty five, the roommate received eved a text message
from Robinson which said, drop what you're doing, look under
my keyboard. The roommate looked under the keyboard and found
a note that stated quote I had the opportunity to
take out Charlie Kirk, and I'm going to take it.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
FBI Director Cash Pttel under intense scrutiny now from the
Senate Judiciary Committee following the shocking assassination of Charlie Kirk
at utah La University. Kirk, as you all know, gun
down last Wednesday by a twenty two year old left
wing extremist. And I'm leaving the name out. And if
I hear one more mainstream media idiot or social media
(03:42):
influencer or host on MSNBC say this was a maga guy,
This was a conservative who killed one of their owns.
How about that gun violence? You should be stripped of
your platform. Look at the evidence. The family said the
kid in the last year year and a half was
radicalized and started adhering to left wing propaganda and ideology.
(04:07):
He was hiding the fact that he was gay dating
a transgender you heard the da the prosecutor said, a
biological male who was masquerading as a woman. This guy
lived with that was his boyfriend girlfriend, whatever it is
in their fantasy land that you can change genders. And
over the last year he became radicalized enough so much
(04:29):
to grab his grandfather's hunting rifle and shoot Charlie Kirk
and anybody out there on the left or the right
trying to claim otherwise, like there was some foreign government
or big secret cover up conspiracy to kill Charlie. Stop it.
You know why you're clouding things. You're clouding the investigation,
(04:51):
You're clouding the real people that drove this young man
to kill Charlie, which is the radical left and Democrats,
not some foreign entity who y'all hate or despise for
your own personal damn reasons out there. And also, I
think you're clouding the legacy and the memory of Charlie
(05:12):
by trying to grift some conspiracy theory that this is
some big huge cover up. Government agencies killed him. No,
you know who killed him? Democrats, social media, left wing influencers,
those horrific women on the view yep, I said it.
Democrat leadership in the House and Senate state offices, professors, teachers,
(05:37):
school board presidents. That's who convinced this young man to
kill this young man. And if you keep putting another
BS out there again, you're muddying the waters of the truth.
And people out there who don't know who Charlie was
need to know the truth on why he was killed.
So please, I beg of you. Stop your lies, your bs,
(06:01):
stop your conspiracies, try to report the facts out there.
Do some justice for this young man who lost his
life fighting for what he believed in this nation, his
faith in God, his family, and the America First Movement.
Sorry to go off on a rant, but this is
really starting to piss me off. Now the killer. As
(06:23):
I just said, Now, I'll go back to tell a prompter. Obviously, folks,
you can tell when I'm a good boy and follow
the prompter and when I don't. Again. Living with a
transgender captured thirty three hours after it all went down.
It was a big man hunt for a day and
a half, reports suggest again radical pro trans online community,
(06:43):
he was chatting with them online, all of them celebrated
the murder afterwards.
Speaker 3 (06:49):
Unfortunately, it has been leaked that there was a discord chat,
and for those unfamiliar with it, it's a gaming chat
room online that the participated in. So what we're doing,
we've already done, is sort of legal process, not just
on discord, so that the information we gathered is sustained
and held in a evidentiary posture that we could use
(07:12):
in prosecution should it be decided to do so. And
we're also going to be investigating anyone and everyone involved
in that discord chat.
Speaker 1 (07:20):
Okay, very good.
Speaker 4 (07:21):
I see the public reports that the discord thread had
as many as twenty additional users. It sounds like you're
trying to run down all of that to see if
that's accurate. Who else may have been on that thread,
what they may have known.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
Is that fair to say?
Speaker 3 (07:33):
It's a lot more than that. We're running them all down.
Speaker 4 (07:35):
It's a lot more than twenty, yes, sir, And you're
running all of that together, every single one.
Speaker 1 (07:39):
Yeah, fantastic, and they are. I won't get into personal
discussions I've had with anyone the administration. But I can
tell you anybody that had anything to do with this
young Utah man, and I'm trying my hardest not to
say his name ever again. Y'all better start packing your
bags ready for some time behind bars, because every one
(08:03):
of you that pushed on him and pushed on him
to radicalize him, to take a rifle and hunt another
human down on American soil, your ass is in trouble. Yesterday,
thousands gathered in Tempe, Arizona, at the Desert Financial Arena
for a vigil for Charlie. Attendees lit up the arena
(08:25):
with their cell phones that cheered USA and Charlie and
paid tribute to his influence that he's had on this nation.
The turnout shows Charlie Kirk was a huge, huge, central
figure in the conservative movement. His death has now created
a rallying point or a watershed moment. I like to
use a turning point. This isn't just mourning. This is
(08:48):
a time for the country to see what's happening. This
isn't just left versus right, Republican versus Democrat at all.
This is good versus evil, right versus wrong. My friends,
memorials for Charlie are spreading across the US and internationally.
I mean hundreds of thousands of supporters have come out.
(09:09):
When you start adding up all the countries, it's probably millions.
Supporters are now using the hashtag like we Are Charlie
and sharing photos of them standing in solidarity. These memorials
show Charlie Kirk wasn't just a pundit out there grifting
trying to make a buck. No, he was one of
our main symbols of freedom, patriotism, faith, family. His death
(09:36):
is unifying patriots around the globe and I love it.
You see God turns evil and tragedy into triumph. My friends.
The scope of the response, big turnouts, even in small cities.
It shows America First just isn't about us, right, People
around the globe want to be put first by their governments.
(09:59):
That's why they're so many folks standing up around the world.
You saw the numbers in London. They were standing up
for him in New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Japan over
the weekend. That's why this America First movement is so important, folks.
It's not just us, you know, as we go, so
goes the world. Trent Staggs is the mayor of Riverton, Utah.
(10:23):
He joins me now with more on honoring and remembering
our friend Charlie and the latest on the investigation. We
heard a lot earlier today, Trent from the DA there
in I think it's Utah County. Is that the county
that he's from. That's okay, So we heard a lot.
Some of this was new, A lot of the information
with stuff that already had come out or leaked out. Right.
(10:44):
We knew about the engravings on the bullets. We knew
or pardon me, the casings of the bullets. I like
to get things proper. We knew about the rifle being
Grandpa's or a family members. And we knew about video
we saw of him running across the rooftop, limping through
the community with the gun there, the turning himself in,
the confessing to the transgender lover all that stuff. I'm
(11:06):
trying to figure out what we learned today from the
DA we didn't know that just really solidifies this case
that this is the guy. I don't know how anybody
would doubt it. I mean, he admitted it. How many people?
Speaker 5 (11:20):
Yeah, Well, and he's admitted it online. You know, they
found evidence of that. You know, Director Patel has mentioned
that we had. Even our Governor Cox mentioned the same.
You know, I got to tell you, I am just
my family is so deeply saddened and angry at the
events that have happened here just about twenty miles south
of my city. You know, Charlie's dear friend. He's somebody
(11:43):
that was my very first endorsement when I ran for
US Senate. He believed in me when nobody else would,
and he came out to Utah. You know, we participated
in several events together, my wife and I, whether it
was it mar A Lago or other Turning Point events,
came out to Utah. My son absolutely adores him and
(12:03):
is devastated. We're trying to channel that energy and he's
actually now going to create a Turning Point chapter at
his high school where there's a twe today, but just
overwhelming sense of grief with our family and many others
that new Charlie that were impacted. You know, my heart
goes out to his family and the whole Turning Point
(12:25):
family as well, many of which, by the way, helped
in my senate campaign. We had many young Turning Point
alum that were part of that. So this is very
very close and personal. We're shocked, we're saddened, and we're angry.
And I think you gave an excellent monologue there, Dan,
I mean so many people here that radicalized. It definitely
(12:50):
was this individual. And yes, I think the death penalty
is perhaps even too good for him. The death the
firing squad option in the state of Utah.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
Did I get that right? By the way, I looked
that up last night. I first trusted Google. It said
you guys still have it on the books. A previous
governor had put it in a moratorium, but you could
still bring it back. Now the actual killer gets to
choose after they're found guilty. Can a governor override that
choice and say, well, the judge found you guilty. We
decided we're going to use this manner, and I just
(13:20):
think it's fitting. I'm sorry, I'm old school, I'm old testing.
I'm eye for an eye. You shot my friend. I
don't think you going to sleep nice and peaceful is
the way we should put you down. I think we
should put you down with a five person This is
what I read, A five person firing squad directly to
your chest.
Speaker 5 (13:38):
Well, it wasn't just the fact that he murdered him.
It was in the way in which it was done
in today's environment with social media, in front of a
live audience. Thousands of students there at Utah Valley University,
many of which live in my community, have been deeply affected.
We're holding vigils, we're talking to people, We're trying to
(13:58):
get them through this. And because of all that, I'm
with you one hundred percent, I think, yes, that that
method of execution ought to be the one pursued. Frankly,
and there's more than just this individual. I'm grateful that
Director Patel and authorities are pursuing every single person that
was involved, because I am with you that it's there
(14:22):
are others that are one hundred percent complicit in this
as well, those that were around him, that knew that
helped radicalize this person that went from a seemingly traditional
family with conservative values that was radicalized. And to see
in the media them try to portray this as somebody
(14:43):
who wasn't part of a left wing radical radicalization effort
is sickening. To see people that even you know, let's
let's of course, those that want to try to cheer
in this public assass nations, political assassination. They're they're absolutely disgusting.
(15:04):
And even those people on the left that want to
qualify this and say, well, we don't think he should
have been killed, but what he may have said.
Speaker 1 (15:12):
I've heard it.
Speaker 5 (15:14):
It's absolutely disgusting. I've had to call out several people
thank you on social media. They should be, as you indicated,
have those platforms taken away from them. I'm glad to
see that that's happening and that the Department of Justice
is going to be looking into several several individuals because
this kind of incendiary rhetoric, and I've been the recipient
(15:36):
of it as well. It is absolutely giving a license.
They're wanting to give license to violence.
Speaker 1 (15:46):
They do. And I said, Trent, they hide behind Trump.
Somebody went up and asked Elizabeth pocahonas Warren the other
day on the steps of the Capitol what she thought
about Charlie's death and if the rhetoric needs to calm
down on the left, and the first thing out of
her lying mouth was, I don't know, why don't you
go ask President Trump? That's what they're doing. I mean, anyway,
a trend amount of time. I just thank you for
(16:10):
being a bold voice, for sticking up for Charlie, for
honoring his memory the proper way, not trying to grift
off of it or conspiracy theories or whatever. We need
to laser focus on what his mission was. Help tp
USA and ERICA continue that mission, and we need to
make sure this scumbag pays. But also all the people
on the radical left that pushed this young man to
(16:31):
do it. That's what needs to be done. Trent, a
few seconds left, I give you the final word.
Speaker 5 (16:37):
Oh, absolutely, you're right. Everybody that was complicit in this,
that that foisted this type of incendiary rhetoric, they are responsible.
They are absolutely responsible. They want to try to have
some kind of equivalency. There's a reason they're using terms
like Hitler and fascist over and over and over again
because they want to try to justify a particular outcome
(16:58):
with violence. And when I see pulling data that suggests
Democrats over fifty percent are okay with violence against conservatives. Look,
this is not a proportionate issue. It is primarily one
on the left, far radicalized left. They are intolerant, they
are hateful, and they are murderous, and we need to
put this to an end, we have to stamp it
(17:20):
out and stand up for truth. Charlie Kirk was not
a controversial figure. He didn't say inflammatory things. He was
one that spoke truth and boldly did it. Would go
into the lions Den every single day because he knew
that college campuses had been taken over by the left
and radicalized. And we have to be able to save
(17:40):
our kids that we're sending there all the time and
are being indoctrinated like this very very deranged young man
that committed this atrocity.
Speaker 1 (17:49):
It's probably what happened to him, right, you said he
had a conservative family and home, went off to college,
moves in with his transgender partner, and all of a
sudden hates everything about the right and shoots an innocent man.
Trent Stags Mayor Riverton, Utah as always thank you, Trent,
God bless you, Thank you well. It worked in our
(18:11):
nation's capital. Now President Trump sent his sites on Memphis,
Tennessee for his next crime cleanup. We'll take you there

Amazon fireTV all have in common? The answer is that
(20:07):
all three platforms offer you the ability to live stream
One America News Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV,
or Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store,
search out for an then enjoy all the great programming
offered by OEN, including my show Real America. Welcome back
(20:36):
to President Trump, promising that communism and terrorism here in
our country not gonna stand for it. Nope. The President
looking to declare Ready and Tifa as a terrorist organization
following the assassination of his friend Charlie Kirk. However, Ha,
the issue of far left violence long precedes Wednesday's crime.
We know that. With the President saying they are not
(20:59):
engaging in peaceful protests, we know they're not. The President
also not leaving any stones unturned, establishing now a new
Memphis Safe Task Force to fight crime in the City
of Blues. He told you he was going to do this.
He's talking about New Orleans, Chicago, Detroit, all those big
(21:20):
blue cities that are just allowing crime to run rampant.
And when Antifa comes to town or blm allows them
to just hold riots like it's a party. He's done. Memphis.
Get this, folks, I didn't know this has the highest
violent crime rate of all major American cities. But the
President is hoping that the DC miracle of last month
(21:42):
where he cleaned up DC, will end the scourge in Memphis.
Just yesterday, the President said he established this new task
force again that he modeled after the Policing Task Force
in Washington, d C. He's coordinating local, state and FEDS,
the Tennessee National Guard. It's all going to fall under
the guidance of our new Secretary of War, Pete Hegseeth.
(22:04):
They will deploy and then coordinate with Memphis Police and
Tennessee Highway Patrol, FBI and others. They will mobilize and
they will get Memphis back on track. The President said.
So far, one hundred and fifty murders have occurred in
Memphis just this year, higher murder rates folks than Mexico
City and Chicago. And Chicago averages like six hundred to
(22:25):
seven hundred a year. One year, I think they hit
eight hundred. His efforts to save American lives from violent
crime are bearing fruit. FBI Director Cash Purtel, touting the
drop in murder rates not only our nation's capital, but
across the country. In a hearing earlier today, watch this.
Speaker 3 (22:44):
One of the stats that the American people should thank
the FBI the most for is we are on track
to have the lowest murder rate in modern American history,
the lowest murder rate by double digit percentages. A major
factor in the drop of this violent crime is the
FBI's flagship Operation Summer Heat. We use this initiative, at
(23:09):
the direction of the President of the Attorney General, surging
resources to our major and mid major cities across America,
conducting intelligence based operations to target the worst of the worst.
Speaker 1 (23:20):
Joining me now to weigh in on this Tennessee State
representative for the sixty ninth district and now a current
candidate for Tennessee's seventh congressional district. That's the seat left
vacant by Mark Green. Rep. Jody Barrett on the program
for the first time. Jody, nice to meet you. Finally,
let's get right into it. I had no idea Memphis
(23:41):
was this bad. I did look up because go figure.
Lots of red states in the South have blue cities
run by Democrat city council members and mayors and das
and judges who are soft on crime? Is that what's
been happening in Memphis the last few.
Speaker 6 (23:56):
Years, Oh in more than just the last few years.
Speaker 7 (24:00):
This has been an issue that's been going on for
decades in Memphis is Shelby County and the City of Memphis.
The leadership there has just been very poor for many,
many years, and now that's led over into the law
enforcement and the judicial system as we have really a
Soros funded DA there that is not pump, you know,
(24:20):
going after these people. He's not keeping them in jail,
He's allowing people out with a slap on the wrist.
And it's really demoralized the law enforcement there. They're not
funding their law enforcement, they're not giving them the resources
or the manpower that they need. So this is exactly
what Memphis and Shelby Counted needed. They needed the President
to come in and give them the shot in the
(24:41):
arm that to make sure that these folks knew that
they were going to have the backup they needed to
get this done.
Speaker 1 (24:47):
Beautiful love to hear that. So this sounds almost like
a repeat, right. I bring on city leaders, concerned residents,
state reps about a blue city that has tons of crime,
like let's say, pray from Chicago, and everybody says the
same thing. These das and judges that their campaigns were
backed by Soros and other crazy left wingers are out
(25:08):
there letting the bad guys run rampant in the streets.
I mean, look at Charlotte and the guy that had
fourteen prior arrests who was on that train and brutally
stabbed that Ukrainian immigrant. Why wasn't that guy's butt in prison?
Soft on crime liberals, right.
Speaker 7 (25:28):
Oh, absolutely, We've had the same thing here in Nashville,
in Middle Tennessee as well, when we've had a young lady,
a student at Belmont that was shot and killed by
a gentleman that'd been in and out of the court
system determined to be incapable of standing trial for mental incapacity,
but nothing was done to get him off the street.
And of course what happens, He goes and kills someone
(25:51):
in innocent who had no idea what was going on.
This same thing's taking place, and as you said, in
these blue cities all across America, and it's time for
the in the room to step up and do something
about it. And as President Trumps likes to say, he
is thanking everyone for their attention to this matter, and
he's doing what is necessary to get the job done
(26:13):
to take care of the people.
Speaker 1 (26:15):
Final question in a few seconds left. How fast is
this going to happen? I would imagine that the federal
government's been in communication with state leaders and obviously the
local leaders. They probably don't like it at the local
level since they're Democrats. But what are you hearing, like,
how fast is this going to happen like we saw
in DC? Is it going to be quick? Yes, sir,
as I understand it.
Speaker 7 (26:33):
The governor's been in communication with the President's office making
sure that all the tea's were crossed and the eyes
were dotted. So I suspect we'll see something happen and
mobilization happen within the next forty eight hours.
Speaker 1 (26:44):
WHOA, Okay, keep your phone on. We may need to
call you and have you back on as this rages
on in the city of Memphis, because I bet you
we're gonna have some Democrats speaking out against cleaning up crime.
God forbid, who wants to stop crime anyway? Jody Barrett,
representing the sixty ninth district down there in the Great
State of Tennessee. If you want to learn more about
(27:05):
his bid to fill Mark Green's old seat. Jody, what's
the website for your bid for Congress?
Speaker 7 (27:11):
It's Jody Barrett for Tennessee dot Com.
Speaker 1 (27:13):
There we go, Jody with a why Jody Barrett two
rs two t's for Tennessee. Check him out. See if
he's the next guy that should be going to DC
to Rep y'all down there in Tennessee. Thank you, Jody,
Thank you, sir. Yep, straight ahead. President Trump's war on
drugs wages on. This is the US strikes another boat
full of drugs on its way to our shores from Venezuela.
(27:37):
Details when we come back. Hey, did you know that
One America News Network has launched a twenty four to
seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it free
Talk forty five. So why is it branded free Talk
forty five? Well, free talk because you will not be
censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five because
(27:59):
forty five is a really lucky number. So join us
at free Talk forty five and express yourself with no
fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your cable provider doesn't
offer One America News network. You should give them a
call and kindly demand that they CARRYAN. Now, you're the customer,
(28:23):
and without your feedback, your cable provider will not know
that there is a strong demand across this country for
One America News Network. So please call your cable company
today and kindly ask or demand that they add ANN
to their channel lineup. Hey everyone, here's a question for you.
(28:47):
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
have in common? The answer is that all three platforms
offer you the ability to live stream One America News
Network your Roku TV, Apple TV or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store search out for AN,
(29:07):
then enjoy all the great programming offered by O in,
including my show Real America. Viewers are always asking me
how can they watch OAN live? The solution is simple.
It's a streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled
klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe
(29:33):
to watch twenty four to seven live feeds of OAN.
The live package is only two dollars and fifty cents
per month for all you can watch. Again, simply go
to cloudtv dot com and do it today.
Speaker 8 (29:54):
So open your eyes to life to see it in
the vivid colors that God gave us as a precious
gift to his children. To enjoy life to the fullest
and to make it count. Say yes to your life.
And when it comes to drugs and alcohol, just say no.
Speaker 1 (30:14):
Wow, blast from the past. I remember that to you.
That was First Lady Nancy Reagan telling all of us
back in the eighties, don't use drugs, just say no. However,
despite that preaching from the former First Lady, for decades now,
the US has been flooded with deadly drugs. Hundreds of
thousands of Americans overdose every single year. And folks, I
(30:36):
don't need to tell you, but I think it does
bear repeating the last four years of the Biden regime
allowing the amount of fentanyl to come into this country
that they did. Let me tell you, we're going to
see numbers unless we get a handle on this like
we've never seen before. And that's why President Trump is
now treating the war declared by Richard Nixon over half
(30:59):
a century ago, the War on Drugs, as an actual war,
and he's taking the war to them. We're not just
gonna be saying just say no. But now we're going
to go after these deadly cartels that are bringing the
drugs here to the homeland. We're going to treat them
like enemy combatants like we should, because that's what they are.
They're killing Americans just because they're not picking up a
(31:22):
gun and we're not on a battlefield in some foreign land.
They're bringing a weapon to our shores, and they're killing
hundreds of thousands of Americans. That's an enemy. Shoot them,
kill them. And yesterday morning President took a truth social
to announce that he now ordered a second kinetic strike
against a positively identified drug boat coming from Venezuela. Did
(31:46):
you hear me, liberals in the cheap seats and the
mainstream media, because I know you had a conniption fit
when we blew that first Narco boat out of the
water a couple of weeks ago. Well we did it again.
These are bad guys. Try to report the facts MSNBC, CNN.
The President said, the Narco terrorists are extremely violent and
they pose a direct national security threat. Oh can I
(32:08):
see that one more time? Love that, Bye bye, bad guys.
Three male terrorists were in that boat along with a
lot of drugs. Now they're swimming with the fishes. President
Trump promised the terrorists the US will hunt them down
for killing Americans and the mass destruction they have brought.
It's not gonna happen anymore. Not on his watch. Nighty night,
(32:30):
he had this message for the Narco terrorists leader of Venezuela.
We're talking about the illegitimate leader of the country, Maduro.
Speaker 9 (32:37):
Watch this, hey, President Madulu in Venezuela pays that dude
getting ready to invade his contree. What are the message
to him?
Speaker 1 (32:44):
Well, I would say this right away.
Speaker 9 (32:46):
Stop sending trend Air Ragway into the United States. Stop
sending drugs into the United States. We knocked off actually
three votes, not two. But you saw it too. And
the problem is there are very few votes out in
the water. There's not a lot of boats out in
the water. I can't imagine why, not even fishing Councy Noboddy.
Nobody wants to go take a fish. So it's one
(33:08):
of those things. But I would say to it very strongly.
Stopped sending feet phone from your prisons into a country.
Speaker 1 (33:17):
Well, there's some breaking news. So it's been three boats.
We just saw a video of two. Thank you, mister President,
for filling us in last week, our Secretary of War.
I like that. That sounds a lot better than defense. Right.
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth made an announcement an unannounced
rather trip to Puerto Rico. He went with our Joint
chiefs of Staff, Chairman Dan Raisin Kan the Allen's governor,
(33:39):
Republican Jennifer Gonzalez. Praise President Trump for recognizing the strategic
value of Puerto Rico for our national security and of
course the fight against these drug cartels. Now again, this
all comes on the heels of the War Department launching
that first drone strike against narco terrorists at International Waters
two weeks ago. Again, these are all all coming from Venezuela.
(34:02):
We track them, folks, we know where they're coming from.
I don't know why the media and the Democrats are
acting like we killed somebody innocent, and how do we
guarantee this is Look at it. You see the big
packages of drugs in the damn boat. Eleven terrorists were
killed in that one, the drugs all destroyed. Joining me
now to discuss this war on drugs, a true war,
(34:24):
not just some words. Because let's be real, there's been
a lot of past leaders who've used words. He's a
member of the House Homeland Security and Financial Services committees.
Tennessee Rep. Repp in the fifth Congressional district down there.
Congressman Andy ogles back on the program. Andy, nice to
see you. Absolutely can. I say, it's about damn time.
(34:45):
I mean, you and I are about the same age, right,
born in the seventies, So we grew up with Nancy
telling us just say no, just say no. And for
a minute, there was a decent crackdown in the eighties,
I guess, especially down in Miami and South Florida, stopping
the drugs coming in from Cuba, all the cocaine and stuff.
But I mean, I don't know where we got off
track on the war on drugs. But let's just say
(35:07):
we didn't uphold the end of our bargain. And now
Trump's left holding the bag of four years of Biden
allowing fentanyl and god knows what else into the country.
This is going to be a huge task to stop
these drugs, isn't it, Andy?
Speaker 8 (35:21):
Oh?
Speaker 10 (35:22):
Yeah, And which you see is a multi pronged approach
from the president.
Speaker 1 (35:25):
You know, we secured the border.
Speaker 10 (35:27):
You look at cities like.
Speaker 1 (35:28):
Washington, d C.
Speaker 10 (35:30):
Memphis, Tennessee, where the president's cracking down on crime. You
look at the deportations where we're deporting violent criminals from Chindawagua,
NS thirteen and the like back to their home countries,
quite frankly, and some of them are going straight to
Seacott Prison in El Salvador. And then of course, now
we're going to the source where you're looking at Venezuela
sending the drug boats, and we're targeting those as soon
(35:51):
as they hit international waters. Look, they've been designated enemies
of the state terrorist organizations, and so we can use
those kinetic strikes or quite frankly, our artillery or missiles
to blow them up. And so again, this is a
multi pronged approach by the president. This is long overdue,
quite frankly, every administration should have taken this type of approach.
But you know, finally, and look, when you stop the
(36:13):
flow of funnel that is killing Americans, you're also cracking
down in human trafficking and guns and all the other
things that are coming across that border. So it's incredibly important.
Speaker 1 (36:22):
Yeah, Andy, thanks for bringing that up, because I think
people forget that this is one of their main income providers,
right so if you stop the drug flow and the
millions or billions, depending on which cartel, if you stop
their money coming in from the drugs, that will stop
them financing other bad deeds. This was one of their
main providers, was the drugs. Is the drugs right? That's right.
Speaker 10 (36:45):
You know, someone who's on the Homeland Security Committee, you know,
I've seen, you know, classified maps that showed the distribution
at works that the cartels out of Mexico, out of
Central America have into the United States. And it's really
quite astonishing. If you were to just if I were
just a show you the map, you would assume that
it's some sort of you know, postal service ups of
FedEx routes that they have all over the country. I mean,
(37:07):
that's how vast the network is coming into this country.
And while the President is taking such an aggressive approach
of closing the border, deporting these illegals, and quite.
Speaker 1 (37:16):
Frankly blowing up their drug ships. Yeah, why do democrats,
I mean, they've been sticking up for the illegal immigrants
that are here for the last four years. We've seen that, Andy,
But why do your colleagues on the other side of
the aisle want to try and make Trump look like
the bad guy for taking out real bad guys that
deal drugs. I mean, after he hit that first boat
two weeks ago, and even then yesterday, after this one
(37:36):
got shot, there's still liberal pundits, talk show hosts and
so called journalists and Democrats in the house like saying,
he's going to get us into a war with Venezuela,
and he's attacking people for no just cause. And how
do we know this was the rich one? How do
we know that those are the bad guys and there's
drugs in there? What gives with these Democrats supporting drug dealers?
Speaker 8 (37:57):
Now?
Speaker 10 (37:58):
Yeah, I mean, you can't this stuff up right, But
at the end of the day, the Democrats don't have
policies to run on, so all they can do is
accuse us, call us names. But quite frankly, the left
has become the party of hate speech and violence. We've
seen this over and over again. And when you have
someone like President Trump, like you, like myself, that stands
up on principle, stands up for the American people, stands
(38:20):
up for the Constitution, the left loses their freaking minds
because they know they're wrong, and all the only thing
they can do is cast dispersions that you and.
Speaker 1 (38:28):
I yeah, or they push already crazy people to do
crazy x like that disturb young guy in Utah killing
our friend Charlie Kirk last week. Let's be real. If
I'm gonna lie blame anywhere besides the actual guy who
pulled the trigger, it's going to be liberals, democrats in
the mainstream media who have done nothing but talk trash
on Charlie Trump, you me, anybody Mega, I know you
(38:49):
got to run. Andy. They're wpping me up. Throw the
headline up about Memphis though I already had on probably
a friend of yours, a State Rep. Jody Barrett a
little bit ago, talking about the crime crackdown, because Trump
now is setting his sight on Memphis the next city
to clean up. You represent in Tennessee. I know you
want to weigh in on this one. Andy, final question
to you, are you in support of Trump doing more
of this Memphis? I've heard New Orleans, I've heard Chicago.
(39:12):
He's going to do this across the country.
Speaker 10 (39:14):
Yeah, I mean when you look at Memphis, you know Bogata,
Mexico City. Mexico City has a Level two travel Advisory
Bogadot Columbia has a Level three travel advisory. Yet you're
safer in those two cities than you are in Memphis.
Enough is enough. If the city mayor isn't willing to
do their job, then it then constitutionally, mind you, we
need to send in the National Guard to make America
(39:35):
safe again.
Speaker 1 (39:35):
All right, Congressman Andy Ogles is always thank you, brother
for coming on. Take care, Thank you. Yep. Up. Next,
Israel launching new ground operations in Gaza City, and you've
got to hear the threat that Hamas made to them.
This concerns the remaining hostages that are still alive. We
believe details on this war in the Middle East when
(39:58):
we come back. Hey, if your cable provider doesn't offer
one America News network, you should give them a call
and kindly demand that they carryan. Now you're the customer,
and without your feedback, your cable provider will not know
that there is a strong demand across this country for
(40:18):
one America News network. So please call your cable company
today and kindly ask or demand that they add OANN
to their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
(40:40):
have in Common. The answer is that all three platforms
offer you the ability to live stream One America News
Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV, or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store, search out FORAAN, then
enjoy all the great programming offered BYN, including my show
Real America. Viewers are always asking me how can they
(41:07):
watch OA in live. The solution is simple. It's a
streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled klowd TV.
Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch
twenty four to seven live feeds of OAYN. The live
package is only two dollars and fifty cents per month
(41:28):
for all you can watch. Again, simply go to cloudtv
dot com and do it today. Hey, did you know
that One America News Network has launched a twenty four
to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it
free Talk forty five. So why is it branded free
(41:48):
talk forty five? Well, free talk because you will not
be censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five
because forty five is a really lucky number. Join us
at free Talk forty five and express yourself with no
fear of cancelation ever. Welcome back, Israel's war against Hamas
(42:19):
terrorists continues as Israel looks to expand their ground operations
in Gaza to try and root out Hamas once and
for all. But of course they're also trying to save
the lives of the remaining hostages, which Hamas a terror group,
uses as human shields. The lay that out there again
for the wackos in the cheap seat seats who are
(42:42):
acting like Hamas is in a terror group and condemning
Israel for their actions. So I just wanted to make
sure you'll understand how it's working, okay in war. Earlier today,
Israel announced that they were launching a ground operation in
Gaza City, striking with an iron fist, seeking to destroy
the terror group and bring they think about twenty maybe
twenty living hostages and the remains of others back home
(43:04):
to their families. And by the way, folks, don't forget,
some of these people are Americans. It's not just Israelis
that got taken that day on the seventh. The nation's
defense minister is are cats. So the Gaza is burning,
and that they will not relent in their mission until
it's complete. Satary state Marco Rubio continuing his last minute
trip to Qatar after spending two days in Israel following
(43:25):
their strikes against Hamas leadership that was living in guitar.
Rubio would not say if he would warn against future
strikes by Israel and is hoping his visit can serve
as some sort of constructive role to an end in Gaza,
but also bringing those hostages home. If President Trump say that,
(43:45):
that is the number one priority right now for him
is to one stop the killing and bring the hostages home.
President Trump himself now promising Hamas that guess what, folks,
all bets are off, release the hostages or He's probably
gonna let Israel have their way with you, Hamas, President
said yesterday. News reports are suggesting Hamas is moving the
(44:09):
remaining living hostages above ground. They've been hiding them in
the tunnels, and as I just said at the beginning
of this, they're gonna now use them as human shields
if Israel comes back in yeah, declaring that it's a
human atrocity. Few people have ever seen Trump warning Hamas,
don't let it happen. Release the hostages.
Speaker 9 (44:31):
Now hear Hamas is trying to use the old human
shield deal, and if they.
Speaker 1 (44:37):
Do that they're gonna be in big trouble.
Speaker 9 (44:39):
They're gonna be in big trouble. They put it out
two days ago that they're gonna use the hostages as
human shields, and that's something that hasn't done for.
Speaker 1 (44:47):
A long time. You know. Let me tell you, If
they do that, they're in big trouble. That warning from
the President of the United States. You do that hamas,
and you're in big trouble. I think we know what
that is, code for, you're dead. Brittany Hopper is a
(45:07):
TV journalist, former CBSLA news reporter until she not got woke,
but was awake like me several years ago, and she's
a good friend of ours. She joins me now to
discuss the latest that's going down in Gaza. Nice to
see again, britt. Okay, the President putting out a stern warning,
Bibby saying they're going back end with the ground attacks
(45:29):
and hamas. You heard them. The President said it two
days ago, they're going to use the remaining hostages as
human shields. That then brings out all the wackos in
this country on the radical left and the radical right,
saying that idf Israel, they're committing a genocide. They're killing
everybody in Gaza, women and children. Everybody's dying. They're killing everybody. Well,
(45:51):
they're dealing with a terror group who puts women in
children and even hostages in front of the rockets and
the bullets. So who's the bad guy here again? Right?
Speaker 11 (46:04):
I mean, I think we know who are the bad guys.
Speaker 1 (46:09):
They are a.
Speaker 11 (46:10):
Self proclaimed terrorist organization.
Speaker 12 (46:13):
For many, many years they have said and declared themselves
as a terrorist organization. They have been connected to many
many terrorist attacks around the world. Once Hamas is eliminated,
it is going to be so much better, not only
for Israelis, but for everyone around this world, including Palestinians
(46:36):
and Gossins. This is the message that people need to
understand now. Hamas has always used their own people as
human shields, so why wouldn't they use the hostages as
human shields.
Speaker 11 (46:51):
They don't care anymore.
Speaker 12 (46:52):
They are at their last resort and speaking of genocide.
If this truly was a genocide, IDF with the press
of a button could have destroyed and eliminated Gaza a
year ago. They are trying to do everything humanly possible
that they can do to get Amas out and not
(47:13):
kill innocent people. Unfortunately, like we know for generations, every war,
no one wants war.
Speaker 11 (47:21):
People die. And this is a horrible war. This is
not a genocide.
Speaker 12 (47:26):
I thank God for President Trump because without him, I
have no idea where we would be at right now.
And I say we meaning Israel, the American people, because
what the IDF is doing, what the Israeli government is doing,
whether you agree or disagree, is making the world a
safer place.
Speaker 11 (47:46):
Ultimately that's the goal.
Speaker 12 (47:48):
And can you tell me, Dan, what are the country
in the world at war when they're at war, provides
leafits and lets people know their enemy know get out
of harm's way before.
Speaker 1 (48:00):
No, it'shard. Even President Trump has pointed that out and
military leaders, you know, I'm a veteran, even our own
country hasn't done We have done that before, we have
dropped belieflets, we've been on bullhorns, we've said stuff, but
not in every single war before we've attacked. And I
know that Israel has gone above and beyond to warn
people get out of the way, we're about to hit
(48:20):
over here. And yes, even our nation hasn't done that
in every war we've been involved in. So I do
give the idea of credit for that. Has there been mistakes?
Have innocent people died? Have a hospital or a church
or something been hit. Yes, it's called war for a reason,
and there's a phrase war is hell for a reason.
People die on both sides, which is why Trump keeps
(48:41):
saying I just want no more killing. Whether it's the Ukraine,
Russia or this war. He just wants no more killing
and he wants to bring the innocent people home. Brittany,
I only got a few seconds left. You know how
this news biz works. I'll give you the final word.
Where do you see this ending? That's what I'm looking for.
I'm looking for the light at the end of the tunnel.
How can Bibby stop Hamas from ever doing this again
(49:05):
while trying to protect innocent lives while trying to keep
his millions of Jews safe in his country.
Speaker 11 (49:10):
It's a tough job, Listen, That's a million dollar question,
right Dan.
Speaker 12 (49:15):
I think I think so many of us, including myself,
who's a proud Jewish Zionist meaning Israel's every right to exist,
We want to see this war end, right.
Speaker 11 (49:24):
Enough is enough, We're over it.
Speaker 12 (49:25):
But at the same time, the mission needs to be completed,
and that's eliminating Hamas. I think we're going to see
a lot of movement in the upcoming days, if not weeks,
and god willingness, war comes to an end soon, because
I don't foresee Hamas bearing its weapons and signing the
type of thing.
Speaker 1 (49:43):
Every time they go away for a few years, they
come right back. Look, everybody knows this. The radical islam
faithful out there want all Jews wipe from the face
of the earth. You're the little devil. And then they
want America wiped because we're the big devil. They say
it all the time, they preach it in their mosques.
I don't get we have two whatevers about what you
call me. Look, nobody's paying me, folks from Israel, Okay,
(50:05):
Bibby doesn't call me and tell me what to say.
Nobody's prompting me to say these things. I'm just a
regular human and American seeing what terror groups do to
innocent people, and then a nation has to respond. That's
what happened on October seventh. That's what Israel's doing. Now
you see what President Trump says about all this. You know,
I follow our commander in chief, and so for all
(50:26):
the hate mail that I'm going to get about this segment,
go ahead and bring it. You all sound like idiots.
Britney Hopper as always, thank you.
Speaker 11 (50:32):
For coming on, Thank you Dan for having me.
Speaker 1 (50:34):
Yep, of course, all right, stick around, Coming up next, Veterans,
listen up. Great report. You can come to Southern Californian
about a month. Going to be a big gala honoring vets,
but also a job fair details me come back. Hey everyone,
here's a question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV,
(50:56):
and Amazon Fire TV all have in common? The answer
is that all three platforms offer you the ability to
live stream One America News network from your Roku TV

did you know that One America News Network has launched

it branded free Talk forty five. Well, free talk because

Now you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable
provider will not know that there is a strong demand
across this country for One America News Network. So please
(52:48):
call your cable company today and kindly ask or demand
that they ADDANN to their channel lineup. And now we
leave you with a Patriot Report. Founder and CEO of
(53:09):
Blue Lapis Media, Brett Davis is going to be hosting
a Veterans celebration gala and a big job fair and
you can attend no matter where you live in the country.
The Veterans Appreciation Gal. It's going to be held in Elkahoone, California,
at the Sequan Casino. Now, if you don't know where
that is, because you're watching me from Ohio or Florida,
that's by San Diego pretty much. It's in about a month. Saturday,
(53:30):
October fourth, at six pm, that's the gala. That's where
we're going to honor and celebrate America's military heroes. I'll
be there as well. I think they're having me be
the keynote speaker. The job Fair is the next day,
on Sunday, October fifth, beginning at eleven am. You've got
to be twenty one to at ten and anybody is invited.
They've got folks flying in from across the country. I
(53:51):
spoke with Brett earlier about the gala and the job Fair.
For all you vets watch Brett. Nice to see how
you been.
Speaker 6 (53:59):
Sir, fantastic. First, I'd like to say that I send
my prayers to Erica and her family. We all loved
Charlie very much and it's affected us all on God
bless them everybody in our country and their family.
Speaker 1 (54:13):
Thank you for that, Brett. You know, since Wednesday when
the horrific Act occurred. I haven't had one guest come
on this program and not begin no matter what the
subject matter was, it could be the economy or crime fighting.
Not one guest has not addressed our friend Charlie Kirk,
and that just goes to prove that his legacy is
(54:36):
going to live on bigger and brighter than even it
was when he was here on this earth. So thank
you for that, Brett. Speaking of other heroes, Charlie Kirk
obviously one of our biggest heroes in the Mega America
First Movement, but any man and woman who's put that
uniform on and serve their nation to me is a
hero as well. And Brett, you're going to honor them
(54:56):
coming up on October fourth, this is the second annual
Awards gala. And tell folks, this isn't just like a
local thing where you got to be from San Diego
to come. You're having veterans come from around the country right.
Speaker 6 (55:10):
Right, because we are one of the biggest military cities
in the country. We have a lot of love for
our military here. I mean a lot of people love
our military. They really are the real heroes, as you know.
And thank you for your service in the air force
for the time. You also be the veteran. We appreciate
that and we look forward to hearing you be the
(55:31):
keynote that night.
Speaker 1 (55:32):
Oh that's what I'm doing.
Speaker 6 (55:35):
Well, hopefully you're gonna have a nice meal to eat
also as well, and you're gonna bring your beautiful bride
with you. But yes, and I think some of these
stories both will really inspire. And of course we're going
to have a visual for Charlie that night as well.
Speaker 1 (55:49):
Wonderful.
Speaker 6 (55:50):
It's part of what It's just the right thing to do,
and I think a lot of the veterans feel the
same way we do. I'm excited at this event. I
think it's a lot of times veterans I don't think
that they really I mean, you would think that they
would know that a lot of people care, but a
lot of them seem like they don't beause they're so humble.
Speaker 1 (56:09):
Yeah, well tell you talking to vets over my thirty
some year career on television, which started in the military,
Thank you United States Air Force. Thank you DENTFOS, which
if folks don't know DENTFOS, it's Defense Information School of Journalism.
Anybody that's a journalist in the military gets taught at
DENTFOS and so if I wouldn't have done that in
the Air Force, I don't know if i'd be sitting
here right now. So I love what the military did
for me and most of the guys I've talked over
(56:30):
the years. It's just a simple thank you, simple pat
on the back. It's all. You ain't got a you know,
no big fancy fanfare, no big gala or party, which
is an amazing Brett, but thank you. Good enough. Talk
to me real quick before we loseiah about the job fair.
Then on Sunday the next day.
Speaker 6 (56:46):
So we're excited at expanding this eventually. We want to
do a three to four day event and make this
the biggest gala for military in the nation.
Speaker 1 (56:55):
Good fan.
Speaker 6 (56:56):
So the job Fair this year is going to be great.
We have twenty differ corporations will be interviewing veterans. So
Kwan Casino was racilessly giving some buses to pick up
veterans around San Diego and bring that day where And
I would.
Speaker 1 (57:10):
Assume these are some national corporations right, These jobs are
just based in San Diego. These are national corporations offering
jobs to veterans.
Speaker 6 (57:18):
Absolutely one of the sponsors will be there talking about
financial literacy, which is a big thing for a lot
of people in the military. They need to level about
how to save your money and put money away for
rainy day. So US Bank will be one of those
people that day that'll be interviewing veterans.
Speaker 1 (57:35):
Nice. Great, love to hear it. Okay, So now the
big question is it your website? Is that it right there,
Blue epicsmedia dot com? Is how do they get tickets
to the gala and or the job fair? That's it? Okay,
write it down right now, folks, whether you're a veteran
or a family member of a veteran and you could
is there any let me ask this one real quick.
Do you have anybody out there offering some financial assistance
(57:57):
to maybe a vet this down on his luck that
wants to come out to the job fair that maybe
there's a bus or a flight or something like that.
Speaker 6 (58:04):
You know, we actually had some people's step up that
privately didn't want anybody to know that they're flying them out.
Speaker 1 (58:09):
Okay, all right.
Speaker 6 (58:10):
So there is those situations, and I think, you know,
