Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight Ahead on Real America tonight, Charlie Kirk's assassin now
will face the death penalty as the investigation in the
last week's shooting intensifies, and conservatives worldwide are unifying to
support Charlie's legacy and I love seeing this. Plus, FBI
director Cash Pttel takes on the despicable Democrats on Capitol
(00:21):
Hill this week, engaging in a series of fiery exchanges
with the likes Ofugh Cory Booker and Pencilneck Adam Shifty
Shift over the handling of investigations at the Bureau. We'll
take you there, and fed Chair Jerome Palll finally, finally, finally,
finally cuts benchmark interest rates, But by how much? And
(00:43):
will it actually help our economy? I'm Dan Ball and
Real America starts right now.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
The defendant knowingly created a great risk of death to
another individual than Charlie Kirk, and the defendant notice conviction
of this offense may carry the death penalty.
Speaker 1 (01:06):
Death penalty is too good for that guy. In my book,
I could come up with a few other things, but anyway,
the man accused of assassinating our friend, the co founder
of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk, at a Utah University
has now been officially charged with aggravated murder. Your charge
announced yesterday Utah Fourth District Judge Tony Graft Junior, means
the twenty two year old suspect, by the way, we're
(01:28):
not saying his name anymore, could face the death penalty.
You heard from the DA there the day before. They're
going to seek the death penalty if convicted of killing
Kirk at Utah Valley University, Well, then hopefully justice will
be swift. And I think again, I said it last night.
Utah still allows the firing squad or lethal injection. I
(01:52):
think you know which way I would prefer Meantime, FBI
Director Cash Pattel says the buro's investigating members of a
Discord chat. If you don't know Discord, that's an app
where the accused shooter in the case admitted his involvement
before being arrested. The discord chat where he confessed reported
included about twenty different individuals, But the FBI director said, quote,
(02:14):
it's a lot more than just those twenty users that
are under investigation. Yeah, if you push this kid, if
you promoted it, if you encouraged him, you best be
checking your six because the FBI's on your tail. The
probe is extended to the suspects family and community members,
with the FBI seeking insights into his beliefs and ideology
from folks that knew him the best. This as that
(02:35):
Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray sheds light on how he
was radicalized, radicalized folks by the radical left, and oh,
don't forget his mentally ill roommate who thought he could
transition from a man to a woman. Watch.
Speaker 3 (02:53):
Robinson's mother explained that over the last year or so,
Robinson had become more political and had started to lean
more to the left, becoming more pro gay and trance
writes oriented. She stated that Robinson began to date his roommate,
a biological male who was transitioning genders. This resulted in
(03:18):
several discussions with family members, but especially between Robinson and
his father, who have very different political views. In one
conversation before the shooting, Robinson mentioned that Charlie Kirk would
be holding an event at UVU, which Robinson said was
(03:38):
a stupid venue. For the event, Robinson accused Kirk of
spreading hate.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
Yeah, well, Charlie didn't. He was He was one of
the sweetest of all of us in this America first
mega movement, folks. The assassination of Kirk, though, has ignited
a fire, a fire in America, I would say, around
the globe, people from coast to coast, young old, proclaiming
their allegiance to the movement that Charlie helped to start,
(04:09):
vowing to keep his message alive for generations to come.
Take a look at this.
Speaker 4 (04:15):
I am Charlie Kirk. I am Charlie Kirk.

I am Charlie Kirk.
Speaker 4 (04:38):
I am Charlie Kirk.
Speaker 8 (04:40):
I am Charlie Kirk.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
And we are just getting started.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
You guys, give me great hope. God bless you. I
am Charlie Kirk. I encourage everyone out there watching this program.
When you get done viewing this night, grab your phone,
I am Charlie Kirk posted all over your social media
hashtag I am Charlie Kirk, tag TPUSA and Charlie his wife,
everybody at TPSA. Let's spread this like a wildfire across
(05:05):
the globe through social media. Let's show the radical left
out there. There are millions more of us, common sense, patriotic,
god fearing Christians than them. Let's do it. And by
the way, it's not just America joining this movement, oh no.
Conservatives around the globe are now galvanized because of this
(05:26):
horrific assassination. And they took to the streets over the
weekend and it was glorious. In South Korea, masses turned
out because they were inspired. Look at the signs we
are Charlie Kirk. They're raising their flag and our flag.
Think about that. Even in liberal ass Canada, thousands gathered
(05:48):
sharing messages for hope of the future. Across the pond
in the UK, just steps from the British Prime Minister's residence.
You gotta take a look. There was a vigil, there
was a rally. There were not thousands, I think there
(06:09):
were millions that gathered for the Unite the Kingdom rally
in London. This is one of the largest events ever
to take place in the UK for the conservative movement,
and I mean ever so.
Speaker 7 (06:22):
And he's gonna be seen in our lifetime. To Charlie's family,
we will pray for you and we hope we honor
his life.
Speaker 1 (06:30):
And you know when the.
Speaker 7 (06:31):
Minute's up, because the bagpipes will.
Speaker 1 (06:33):
Play beautiful moment of silence, followed up by cheering his name. Charlee.
I'm gonna get choked up all right, joining me now,
(06:56):
the man who will put that massive rally together across
the pond. He loves speaking truth to power in his country,
United Kingdom. Independent journalist Tommy Robinson on the program. Tommy,
First and foremost, let me just say God bless you, brother,
thank you for doing that, not just for Charlie, but
for this movement. Because conservative Christians across this globe looked
(07:22):
up to Charlie and he was such a young, beautiful soul.
And so thank you, thank you, thank you Tommy for
putting that together. First and foremost, let's get some lies
out of the way. The mainstream media says you only
had one hundred thousand people show up. Go ahead, Tommy,
tell them the real news.
Speaker 7 (07:38):
They're just digging their own grave when they continue to
do this. They no longer have that monopoly ten years
ago that may have worked. Even a few years ago
when they had control of all social medias, that may
have worked. It doesn't work anymore. I now have platform
and x on back on YouTube. Due to the ripple
that's coming out for freedom that's coming out in the
United States, they can no longer have that monopoly. They
(08:00):
don't get to tell people lies like this without the
public seeing videos like you're showing out the.
Speaker 6 (08:06):
Videos of viral.
Speaker 7 (08:07):
This is the largest gathering and protest in our country's history.
This has never happened before. This is a cultural revolution
that you were witnessing in Great Britain. And just to
say to you, no one needs to thank me for
standing up and showing honor to Charlie Kirk. We want
to thank Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk stood up for me
when I was recently imprisoned on an eight month prison
(08:29):
sentence for making a documentary. I spent seven months of
soldier confoement. My son played me over the phone comments
Charlie Kirk made in America. It was a great moment
for me during that imprisonment. I looked up to Charlie Kirk.
I knew what freedom fighter he was. I knew what
a man he was, and he is a once in
a generation, once a lifetime gentleman for the world to
(08:52):
look up to.
Speaker 1 (08:53):
And so we hanged our honor for him.
Speaker 7 (08:55):
But he, as he said, I had lots of people
concerned after his murder up, I said, if you listen
to what he said, he said, you have to show courage,
even when you're fearful. Show courage. The reason millions took
to the streets in the UK, it's because we're fearful.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
We're fearful.
Speaker 7 (09:12):
What's happening to our culture or identity. Joe, you had millions,
millions chanting christ Is King. That's unthinkable. I know something
huge is happening right here. I'm witnessing it. I've been
part of it. We went from thirty thousand on the
first of June to one hundred twenty seventh of July
to one hundred and fifty two hundred thousand on the
(09:33):
twenty sixth of October. Two millions in our capital city
this week. Something massive is happening.
Speaker 1 (09:39):
Well, I think Charlie was this messenger for God number
one and faith in the word. That's what he always
when you talk to him and you asked him, that
was the first thing out of his mouth, right, and
then family and country, But it was always God, his faith,
his faith. And I think he was this lightning ride
and his assassin his assassination. Rather, this is the turning point,
(10:01):
which why I think is nonprofit was named that this
is a turning point not only in my country, Tommy,
but yours and the globe for people to one stand
up for their Christian faith, two stand up for their country. Right.
You just said your culture's been eroded over there. I
mean I've heard of neighborhoods in the UK where some
of your bobbies the cops won't even go into because
(10:23):
the Muslims that you've allowed in are enacting Sharia law
and the cops are scared to go in and police
those neighborhoods. What the hell I mean, that's just one instance.
Do you think that because of what's been happening with
the invasion from foreign invaders being allowed in by your
liberal leaders, the arresting of senior citizens for Facebook posts,
And I can go on and on, but you think
(10:45):
bigger picture, it was Charlie's assassination was the big tipping
point for your people there saying enough's enough. We've had
this crap happen to us. Now it's happening in America.
They killed this guy we all looked up to. Now
we're going to hit the damn streets in record numbers.
Speaker 7 (11:05):
It's most certainly down to America that what you saw
on the streets of London this Saturday, because without Elon
Musk's intervention of free speech, without X, none of that
would have happened. Now there's only three people, and three
people I can think of the fighting for not just
the British public, but Europeans free speech. It's Elon Musk,
It's Donald Trump, and it's j D. F.
Speaker 8 (11:27):
Marts and.
Speaker 7 (11:30):
The hope that has given us, and hope is contagious.
What you saw on Saturday was a British public full
of hope, full of hope and full of pride, and
we hoped that millions would turn up and we hope
that it would inspire millions more who are worried, who
are concerned, not just in Britain, because this problem affects
the whole of Europe. In fact, it affects the whole
(11:52):
of the West Western men. Now is the moment. Now
is the time. We need to regain our countries, regain
our identity. Stop being ashamed, stop being scared, stop being feared.
We need to rise up. And that's what you saw
on Saturday. You saw the spark of a cultural revolution
and lots of things. See, we formed this organization twenty
four months ago. Twenty four months ago, we sat down,
(12:14):
we got I got twenty influencers together, twenty sitis and
journalists and influencers. I said, right, let's look at what
we can agree on we can agree on, not what
we disagree on.
Speaker 1 (12:24):
What we can agree on, because you get.
Speaker 7 (12:26):
That many people together, they're going to disagree on certain things.
But let's talk about culture, identity, free speech, preventing sexual
exploitation of children, end of the LGBTQ plus mafia, indoctrination
of children. Let's agree on these core principles. Now, if
you if you change the culture, you will change politics.
Speaker 8 (12:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (12:45):
So that was the goal, and we believed we could
do that quicker than getting involved in politics from outside politics.
So I've said we don't I don't want to be
a politician, but I.
Speaker 1 (12:55):
Believe culture always influencers. That's a great yeah you're doing
Tommy oh Man. We gotta have you a more. More
Americans need to hear what you have to say. And
I don't say about that about Brits, but you're a
different breed, brother, and I'm loving what you're doing over there.
Please please, please come on the show again. Let's talk
more about what your organization is doing there. I think
(13:17):
more American groups need to be partnering with your group
on social media, to be messaging to the masses of
the globe because there's a lot of people out there
that want to reclaim their country, their culture, their Christianity,
their faith, their neighborhood, their safety, their security, and they
feel like you and I do so Tommy Robinson, thank
(13:37):
you brother.
Speaker 7 (13:38):
Our next event is United Kingdom, United the West. We're
already planning it. It's going to be big, it's gonna
be larger, and there's gonna be millions. It's gonna be
the biggest event in history.
Speaker 1 (13:47):
Let me know when it's happening. I'll help you preview
it and promote it. Tommy Robinson, everybody, United Kingdom Independent Journalists,
thank you brother, take care of yep. Gon up. Next,
a local TV news reporter from an ABC station in Springfield,
Illinois suspended Why because she paid tribute non political to
Charlie Kirk during her live newscast. But what the reporter
(14:11):
did after she got suspended is what's inspiring me. She'll
join us to tell her story next. Viewers are always
asking me how can they watch OWAYN live? The solution
is simple. It's a streaming platform called cloud tv. Now
it's spelled klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot com
(14:33):
and subscribe to watch twenty four to seven live feeds

cents per month for all you can watch. Again, simply
go to cloudtv dot com and do it today. Hey,

(14:57):

give them a call and kindly demand that they CARRYAN. Now,
you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable provider
will not know that there is a strong demand across
this country for one America News Network. So please call

your cable company today and kindly ask or demand that
they add ANN to their channel lineup. Hey everyone, here's
a question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV,

(16:05):

offered by OEN, including my show Real America Welcome Back.
(16:34):
While the assassination of our friend Charlie Kirk is revealing
the dangerous double standard in America's so called free speech culture.
While the radical left questions why people are being fired
over their crude, disgusting actually I would call them even worse, evil,
demonic comments, rational conservatives are posing a simple question. Imagine
(17:00):
being murdered over your words, over speaking your mind. See
that's the difference. Don't sit here and be like, oh,
I thought the right didn't like cancel culture. No, you
guys are so disgusting on the left that good, sweet
god fearing Americans are out there calling you out and
simply doxing you and showing the disgusting, demonic comments you're
(17:23):
making about Charlie Kirk's death. And then your employers are deciding, hey,
maybe we don't want some scumbag like that working for us,
and they fire your ass and now you're all like, oh,
the rights trying to stamp out free speech, folks. Charlie
got murdered over free speech by someone who got radicalized
(17:45):
by Democrats, the mainstream media, social media and people on
the left exercising their free speech to call him all
sorts of lies. They incited this violence against him. They
pushed that young I'm not going to say his name,
that young guy for Utah, who was obviously gay, living
with a transgender who hated Charlie because the left told
(18:06):
him Charlie was Satan. Charlie was a fascist, he was
a threat to democracy, He was a Nazi. He was
Hitler like so I don't want to hear any of this. Bs. Oh,
it's so unfair. I got fired because I was dancing
around on my official page as a teacher or a
city clerk or whatever. I mean. They're coming out of
the woodworks. These people have been fired good Now. Following
(18:29):
Kirk's murder, President Trump and toadministration officials swiftly promised severe
consequences for anyone daring to mock or celebrate or I
would say, push for more death Right now, that directive
is taking effect pretty much all across America, Trump saying,
don't do it, especially if you're like trying to come
(18:52):
into the country from outside the country. Don't do it.
You won't get a visa. High profile firings have included
so far, a military colonel, a bunch of university faculty.
I don't want to call them journalists, guys. Another prompter
says that so called journalists some airline workers again, all
(19:13):
terminated for just casually mocking a man's assassination in front
of the world. Soulless individuals celebrating cold blooded murder have
absolutely no place in our civil society. Now, our next guest,
she knows firsthand the knowledge of the disgusting mainstream media
(19:34):
messaging regarding Charlie Kirk's assassination. Let's be real, they don't
want to talk about the real reason. They don't want
to talk about there. And I know people don't like
saying this, but I will. They don't want to say
their side drove a very confused young man to kill
another man. Betty Ray Harmony recently resigned her position at WCIS,
(19:58):
that's the ABC affiliate in Springfield, Illinois, after she got
suspended first for airing a nonpartisan tribute to her friend
Charlie Kirk. She used to work several years ago at TPUSA.
So why wouldn't you, as a human being feeling the
emotions after someone gets murdered on live television and you're
(20:22):
a TV reporter anchor, simply pay tribute, But then to
get suspended for it. That's silencing someone's raw, real honest
emotions about a horrific tragedy. Now, why in the world
would an ABC affiliate want to do that? Anyway, here's
the tribute.
Speaker 4 (20:40):
So I want to talk about something for a minute,
and it is heavy, So please bear with me. I
want you to know that it's okay if you feel sadness.
Speaker 1 (20:50):
It's okay if you feel.
Speaker 4 (20:51):
If you're grieving. Two days ago, I lost a mentor,
my first boss, the first person who made me believe
in myself. Then incur me to chase this dream that
you're watching right now. Charlie Kirk. There's a lot going
on in our world right now, in our country. But
I want to say one thing. Lean on your neighbors,
(21:12):
speak up for what you believe in. I don't care
what it is I want to share with you. One
of my favorite saying is that Charlie would always tell
us at the office, he would yell it from the mountaintop.
So please listen. When conversations stop happening, when individuals become wordless,
that's when violence begins. So if you do one thing today,
(21:35):
make it be with passion, with conviction. Stand up for
your friends, Stand up for your beliefs, and speak loudly,
even if your voice shakes. Your words have meaning, your
values have purpose. Never forget that Thank you, c k
changed my life.
Speaker 1 (21:57):
What a powerful, powerful message. And I didn't hear pauls
or Sides or the word trump, maga or anything brought
up there joining us. Now tell her side of the
story former and I believe I got it wrong, so
I will correct myself. Former WICS ABC news anchor reporter
Benny ray Harmony on the program for the first time. Benny,
(22:20):
before we begin, let me just say to you, ma'am,
congratulations and I say that meaning you did something that
many people, no matter what their position is in this country.
But over the last few years, I would say about
ten years, but four or five for sure, conservative Christians
have been persecuted, have been I just and I can
(22:43):
tell you, as someone who's been in this industry thirty
three years, you are not alone. Other strong women and
men in this industry have stood up. We've got a
handful of work and right here, right away, and they
stood up to the mainstream media. They fought back. Whether
it was COVID or the fraud election, or the assassination
attempt on Trump and now the assassination of our friend
Charlie Kirk. People are standing up. So Benny, good on you.
(23:09):
Thank you. I'm proud of what you did. Welcome to
the program.
Speaker 4 (23:13):
Dan, thank you so much, really appreciate you having us
on today.
Speaker 1 (23:17):
So you used to work at TPSA a couple years back.
You worked in politics, I read for a couple of years,
and then you went after your dream. You wanted to
get on television and you took this job at your
hometown affiliate. And from what I gathered looking at your
videos last night today, you've loved your job. You love
being out there reporting and telling people's stories. And so
(23:40):
lead me up to what happened over the weekend. After
Charlie was shot last Wednesday, you decided to go on
the air and do what and then what happened?
Speaker 4 (23:49):
Well, Dan, this whole thing has been a whirlwind, and
I truly don't even know that I have the words,
because all I was doing was on honoring my friend
mentor somebody who do. He was a former boss. And
you know, I started my career with Turning Point USA
(24:09):
at ASU Arizona State University, and that was where Turning
Point was the first thing I saw. I saw Charlie
Kirk posters all over the university, and he truly changed
my life. He encouraged me to stand up for what
I believe in. And I mentioned to you earlier, Dan,
(24:33):
that I wasn't in politics before I moved to college.
I had no idea what a Republican or Democrat was,
and Charlie helped teach me those values and helped instill
those morals that I have now in me. And so
I started my career with Turning Point USA when I
(24:55):
was eighteen years old, and then fast forward to twenty
twenty one, also working for Jack. Jack was soobic with
Turning Point is the USA and human events daily, and
so I got to spend a great amount of time
around Turning Point, around Charlie and around Jack, and that
(25:15):
time taught me something that I don't think ever left.
Even though I was in the mainstream media. I always
had those values. I just now had the courage to
stand up for that.
Speaker 1 (25:28):
Yeah, good for you. What do you think I mean?
I think it's pretty evident for me anyway, being in
the industry and seeing people struggle with not being able
to speak the truth. And I saw a quote the
other day that I wanted to read to you because
it reminds me of Charlie and now you as well.
(25:49):
When you cut out a man's tongue, you're not proving
him a liar. You're only telling the world you fear
what he has to say. Yeah, that respect with me.
After last Wednesday, then I saw what you did was
that Sunday? You did that on the air?
Speaker 4 (26:03):
No, I did that on Friday and then resigned on Monday,
so it spanned you. When did they sustend me? On Monday?
I went in. I was on just I felt liberated.
I felt like I spoke my truth and I had
a great weekend for the first time and quite a while.
And I went in Monday and I was prepared. I
(26:25):
had a feeling, and I went into my boss's office
ten am on Monday morning and he then told me
I would not be having a live show.
Speaker 1 (26:35):
So they didn't fire you. They suspended you. Their reasoning
was what how did they verbalize it to you?
Speaker 4 (26:44):
Their reasoning was, I was not allowed to post company
content on personal social media pages, and Dan, I spoke
to you earlier. I post a lot of segments on
my person sufface.
Speaker 1 (26:59):
And it just happened, and I do. I post my
on stuff on my personal It goes up on the
OAN page first because they own the rights to it.
It's their material. But then I post it and the
owners at OAN have no problem with it. I see
journalists almost at every affiliate and major network out there
do the same as long as it goes where the
preparatory rights are, which is the ownership of the network.
(27:19):
If they get or affiliate they post, then you're allowed
to post. And hadn't you been doing that? How long
have you been at WICS and you've been posting your
content that you did for them for a year? Couple years?
How long?
Speaker 4 (27:31):
Every single day day, Dan, I would post my segments.
They actually encouraged it. And that is the funniest thing
about all of this.
Speaker 1 (27:40):
So you tape what we showed, or you do it
live rather on Friday, they call you in on the
carpet Monday morning, suspend you and then you immediately resign
that day, or you resigned yesterday on Tuesday.
Speaker 4 (27:54):
I resigned on Monday.
Speaker 1 (27:55):
So right after that they said you were suspended. What's happened?
Since I know that we spoke offline? Obviously, lots of
conservative media outlets have reached out to you want you
to tell your story on their air. What's happened in
between with ownership and phillis in who owns this ABC affiliate? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (28:14):
So, Dan, we got bought in July of twenty twenty four,
and we were previously Sinclair broad Casting Group. Sorry my audience,
Lovely Bard but so we were currently we were with
Sinclair and then in show July of twenty twenty four,
we were bought by Rincon Broadcasting Group, owned by a
(28:37):
man named Todd. He was actually a previous executive at
Sinclair and I hear Sinclair gave him a pretty sweet deal.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
That these were affiliates that Sinclair didn't want anymore. They
sold to an individual guy. He bought five or six
of their stations. He's based in the Bay Area or
somewhere that's where Rincon Broadcasting is from. Has Rincon reached
out to you, I know that middle management, like obviously
your news director, your general manager told you were suspended.
They've probably told you now to shut your mouth. They
probably threatened you with lawsuits like they always do. Has
(29:08):
corporate reached out to you at all?
Speaker 4 (29:11):
Not a word, Dan, haven't heard one think anything. Haven't
even had a statement from them. Why did you do this?
Just tell us we already know, but we want to
hear it from them. And yes, they have threatened. They
actually have now hired security at the station and they
still won't speak to me.
Speaker 1 (29:32):
They hired security, Why do they aid security? Conservatives don't
get violent. Nobody's going to attack them. It's the lefties
that are attacking conservative Do they not see what happened
last Wednesday to a conservative, outspoken Christian father and husband
and patriot. Nobody's attacking lefties. Nobody's shooting lefties. Benny. I'll
end with this because I'm sure this is a very,
(29:53):
very tough time for you. But again, you did say
it was liberating, and so I don't want you to
be upset. I don't want you to be worried. I'm
telling you you're going to have you stood by your faith,
your convictions, and by a friend, by Charlie, and by
the good word in the book. So let me tell
you what's going to happen. You're going to do better
in life tenfold than you were ever going to do
working a WICS or whatever it's called.
Speaker 4 (30:14):
We can't even get the name right.
Speaker 1 (30:16):
Yeah, who cares? Who cares? Affiliate news is dead anyway.
That affiliate will probably be closed up in five to
ten years, and the guy that owned it hope you
got a good deal, because those places will be closed.
The new generation is not watching local news. So I
commend you for your intestinal fortitude to stand up to
a mainstream media affiliate who wanted to censure you for
(30:38):
speaking out about your friend, about a patriot. What's next
for you? Or you just want to leave us kind
of with a parting message, because like I told you
at the beginning of this, I know a lot of
people like you, Ivory Hecker, there's one who spoke up
on Live TV, got in trouble by their affiliate bosses,
and then rose higher than ever before. So I'll just
(30:59):
give you the on a word, Benny, what would you
tell other folks out there, other journalist or reporters who
are being silenced by their mainstream media bosses.
Speaker 4 (31:09):
You know, Dan, I really want to take the attention
right now off the station because the whole point of
this was speaking truth and speaking faith, just as Charlie did,
and that was why I did what I did. I
did not do this to gain attention. I did this
because I stand in my faith and I stand in
(31:30):
the beliefs and morals and values that I hold inside
of me, and I will never stand down. And Charlie's assassination,
let me make that clear. This was not a death.
This was not you know, a passing. This was a murder.
And I want everyone to hear me right now. We
(31:51):
will not stop. As Erica Kirk said, Charlie's mission will
not die. We will make sure of it.
Speaker 1 (31:58):
Amen. Benny Ray Harmony, former TV host and reporter for
some ABC affiliate in Springfield, Missouri. We won't even mention
because who cares Illinois? Pardon me, Illinois. See. I can't
even get it right because again, nobody knows. And they'll
be closed down in less than a decade. I'm telling
you local news is dying on the volle.
Speaker 4 (32:17):
Hopefully management is gone in the next few weeks.
Speaker 1 (32:20):
Well, and we wanted to say, former TV host and
reporter Benny, I have a feeling you will be landing
on your feet very soon somewhere else where you get
to speak truth to power. God bless you. You take care, Benny,
Thank you.
Speaker 4 (32:30):
Dan.
Speaker 1 (32:30):
Yep, straight ahead, we're going to head to the swamp.
We're just yesterday our friend if the director, Cash Bettel,
was in the hot seat in front of a bunch
of Democrat senators who tried to make him look bad.
But let's just say Cash turned the tables on them.
We'll bring that to you and we come back. Hey,
did you know that one America news network has launched
a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
(32:54):
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
it branded free Talk forty five. Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there,
and forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your
(33:20):
cable provider doesn't offer one America News Network, you should
get them a call and kindly demand that they CARRYAN. Now,
you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable provider
will not know that there is a strong demand across
this country for one America News Network. So please call
(33:41):
your cable company today and kindly ask or demand that
they ADDANN to their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a
question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and
Amazon fireTV all have an common? The answer is that
(34:02):
all three platforms offer you the ability to live stream
one America News Network from your Roku TV AppleTV or
Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store, search
out for an, then enjoy all the great programming offered
by oe In, including my show Real America. Viewers are
(34:24):
always asking me how can they watch OAN live? The
solution is simple. It's a streaming platform called cloud tv.
Now it's spelled klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot
com and subscribe to watch twenty four to seven live
feeds of OAN. The live package is only two dollars
(34:45):
and fifty cents per month for all you can watch again.
Simply go to cloudtv dot com and do it today.
You try all the country time for you're committee, sir.
(35:11):
You don't tell me my time is over. You tell
me what my time is. You can't lecture me. You
can tell me, I am mister chairman. Here's my friend
cash Ptel, our FBI director, putting it right back at him.
(35:34):
Those senate democrats like good old Booker and Schiff and
the rest of him yesterday, try to get him in
a gotcha question, try to paint him as a bad guy,
as an incompetent director when they're so damn corrupt. It's disgusting.
And he wasn't going to sit there and take it
like other folks do in the hot seat. He threw
it right back at him, and I absolutely loved it.
Good on you, cash cash leveling the detestable Democrat senator
(35:58):
from Jersey you saw right there, labeling the grand standing
Charlatan as an embarrassment to our entire country. The fiery exchange,
just one of the fire exchanges, came yesterday during the
Senate Juciary Committee hearing looking into the bureau's handling of
investigations including the Epstein files and a bunch of other stuff,
obviously the Charlie Kirk murder case, and they wanted to
(36:21):
try and act like like Cash shouldn't have fired corrupt
FBI agents. Things also got really heated between Patel and
the good old pencil neck you remember him, Adam Schiff.
Watch this.
Speaker 6 (36:37):
You are the biggest brought to ever since Senate disgrace
and an utter talent.
Speaker 1 (36:44):
I'm not surprised.
Speaker 9 (36:46):
I'm not surprised that you continue to lie from your
perch and put on a show so you can go raise.
Speaker 1 (36:53):
Money for your charoe reason.
Speaker 6 (36:55):
You are political buffoon at best. Well, you can take
and take it to the bank that the FBI is
protecting the country, all the state and sit aside into
the California Historic Reform point of order.
Speaker 9 (37:10):
But all you care about is a child sex predator
that was prosecuted by a prior administration and the Obama
Justice Department and the Biden Justice Department did squad And
what did President Trump do?
Speaker 6 (37:22):
Bring new charges courageously and what have we done?
Speaker 1 (37:26):
Transparent?
Speaker 6 (37:28):
FBI director in history, thirty three thousand pages of.
Speaker 1 (37:31):
Information to you.
Speaker 6 (37:32):
I challenge you to say anything credibly to the truth.
Speaker 1 (37:36):
Go ahead and run to the cameras where you want
to go. Now over in the House, FBI Director Bertel
addressed the House Jesuary Committee today on the buro's efforts
to disrupt the flow of fetanyl you know, real serious
things like they're supposed to be doing instead of the
garbage Democrats want to just drag cash into Buttel highlighting
(37:56):
the FBI's efforts to disrupt the flow of the Lilly
drug into the US as part of a law enforcement
plan and achievement. He framed combating violent crime and drug trafficking,
including fetnal distribution, as a top priority for the FBI
while he's in charge.
Speaker 10 (38:10):
What is the FBI doing to stop China from delivering
death to America? So, for the first time in a decade,
I actually reached out to my counterpart at the Ministry
of Public Security. No one at the FBI had done
so to.
Speaker 2 (38:22):
Engage Ministry of Security.
Speaker 10 (38:24):
Where is that in mainland China? In mainland Chu, thank
you to engage in a conversation to say, hey, can
we have a certain number of these precursor chemicals listed
in China so that they become illegal and illegal to trade.
We're also working with our counterparts and places like India
and Guatemala.
Speaker 1 (38:42):
Here now a way in on all this fiery testimony
former FBI special agent. I thought that would be fitting
Navy seal and host of the Experts podcast, our pal,
Jonathan Gillian. We're gonna have to get you on payroll. Jonathan,
You're on like every day now, so you know. I'm
friends with and fan of cash Ptel's. Do I think
he has done the job one hundred and ten percent perfectly? No,
(39:06):
because no one does. Hell I don't. I screw up
reading the prompter sometimes, or I screw up a name.
You don't do your job perfectly. Nobody does. But compared
to the last couple of leaders we've had in that spot,
and you worked for a couple of them, Jonathan, I think,
knowing what we know about the corrupt swamp and how
there's so many people still in the FBI that are
(39:26):
those ridiculous radical leftist bureaucrats who don't want it cleaned up.
I think Cash is doing the best he can being that,
I don't think he's got both hands, you know, being
able to work stuff, because he's got one tie behind
his back trying to clean things up. So give me
your thoughts on that, and then we'll get into this testimony,
because there was a lot of stuff to unravel here.
Speaker 11 (39:49):
Well, I would agree. Look, if Cash was the FBI
director for the past sixteen years, for instance, he would
have done great because the main thing he's done is
allowed FBI agents to do their job again. So and
that aspect, I think he is doing spectacular. I don't know.
Recruitment is very important. I don't know what they've changed there.
(40:10):
I think that's very important for them to start recruiting
the best and the brightest, not people based on DEI
which still I'm still wondering about that. But I will
say this when it comes to his testimony. There's two
things that I have not liked over the past two days. One,
this shouting match should be between the Republicans and the Democrats,
(40:33):
all the predecessors that came before before Cash, when the
Republicans would press them, or when the Republicans are pressed them,
the Democrats would basically block for the direct step.
Speaker 1 (40:46):
Then where were talks yesterday, great Jonathan, where were they
at coming to the defense of Cash.
Speaker 11 (40:53):
Right, So that's the first thing. The second thing is
I am not hearing from Cash the less this criminal enterprise.
I'm not hearing that today. He talked about they when
asked what is he going to do to target these
people that are carrying out your shootings and things, and
he said that the FBI needs more power to go
on to all these chat rooms and video games and
(41:14):
do these things. I mean, that would help. But the
problem is the left, the growing influence of the leftists.
You go on right now on social media, there's leftist
boughts pretending to be conservatives or liberals. There's there's in
doctrination meetings all the time. The queer, the the armed
queers for Salt Lake City. This shooter may have been
(41:37):
connected to them. These clubs are all over the place,
and he is retargeting that group.
Speaker 1 (41:42):
You're talking about, the armed Queers of Salt Lake City.
I saw a video. One of their leaders actually offers
like firearm training. They've been teaching the Rainbow Mafia community
in Salt Lake to shoot guns. Now, why would you
do that? Oh, that's right, because they believe the lies
that the radical left tell them that gay people and
(42:03):
trans people are being killed in the streets of America.
That reminds me of five years ago during the Summer
of Love, when the black community was out taping videos
and posts them and saying, Maga and Trump people are
killing black so we're gonna riot. Nobody was killing blacks
in the streets. Nobody's killing gays in the streets of America.
They are in the Middle East, but nobody's doing that
here in America. But they believe it, Jonathan, because of
(42:26):
what you just said. This network of crazy lefties, whether
it's the whether it's the insane women on the View,
or it's the ridiculous host on MSNBC, or it's ilan
Omar in our very own Congress, or it's your professor
at Utah State University, all of them. It's like a
big cabal of left radical nutbags that are convincing young
(42:48):
people that they're being hunted, so they should go hunt
and kill conservatives.
Speaker 11 (42:52):
Ye, it's a pyramid scheme, Dan, And it's a pyramid
scheme where there's a few that are puppeteering all the
way down. But you know how Hollywood used to, you know,
whenever they do a movie about the seventies or eighties,
they would always have that one person that was going
to a meeting and they were going to protest. Well,
those are leftists and they've been organized for a long time.
So these people at the top that are pulling these strings,
(43:13):
they are serious ideologue. Some of them are part of
the weather underground, killing people and cops in the seventies
and eighties. What we have now is that those people,
just like everything else that are on steroids. So that's
what Cash needs to do. And then what the what
the right needs to do. My saying has always been
the left is the enemy. The right is the problem.
(43:34):
You look through the Bible, that's always the problem, right,
and the right needs to guard themselves against these stupid
conspiracy theories that they then and automatically just go question
everything Trump's doing, everything Cash is doing, and it just
becomes a somebody gets killed or something happens, and they
get so focused on the conspiracies that they forget the
(43:55):
reality of who's doing this.
Speaker 1 (43:57):
Thank you to the left. Thank you, Jonathan. I hear
one more person on the right say that the Masad
and Israel killed Charlie Kirk when Trump cash This administration
has given us, especially yesterday, so much evidence, not to
mention confessions from the guy that pulled the trigger and
(44:19):
his family members and his transgender boyfriend that he lived with.
He confessed to all of them. There's DNA evidence. I
don't know why people are out there pushing this. All
you're doing is dividing our movement, and you're taking the pressure,
like Jonathan just said, off of the radical left, which
those are the people that pushed this kid, I won't
say his name, to kill Charlie. And they're pushing others
(44:41):
to do crazy stuff like the girl who thought she
was a boy in Nashville, like the boy thought he
was a girl in Minneapolis at the church. Give me
a break, knock it off. Let me get this one
in quick, Jonathan, before I lose you. Sorry. I am
so pissed off at people in the movement the last
week trying to capitalize. I don't know if they're making
money or they just hate Jews, But I don't know
why for a week they just can't shut the hell up,
(45:03):
Honor and remember our friend Charlie and put the information
out there about the bad guy, which by all accounts,
there's so much evidence, a mountain of it. I don't
know why you looking anywhere else. Anyway, speaking of evidence,
one of the things yesterday, Senator Chuck Grassley brought up
Arctic Frost. Evidently under the Biden regime, we all knew
(45:23):
this was happening, but now it gets bigger. The FBI
was tracking conservative movements individuals. We of heard about the
Catholics and the parents that went to school board meetings
during COVID, but now they looked into and went after
d RNC, TPUSA. Probably anyway, here's Senator Grassley will get
your take on the backside.
Speaker 8 (45:43):
These new records show that Arctic Frost was much broader
than just a little electoral matter. The case was expanded
to Republican organizations. Some examples of the group that FBI
sought to place under political investigation included the Republican National Committee,
(46:10):
Republican Attorney General's Association, and various Trump political groups. In total,
ninety two Republican targets, including Republican groups and Republican linked individuals,
were placed under investigative scope of Arctic frost on. That
(46:32):
political list was one of Charlie Kirk's group's turning point.
USA Jonathan.
Speaker 11 (46:43):
Well, listen, I appreciate everything he's done at Chuck Grasse's on,
but we need action on this. We can collect information
until we have all the libraries filled with who's done what,
But where is the case? Where is this case it's
growing about the leftist idea, logical criminal enterprise. Where when
is this going to happen? Enough with these meetings, we
(47:05):
can collect the information. After we get the cases started.
There's enough probable cause to show that groups within the
government and around this country, really around the world, are
subverting this nation.
Speaker 1 (47:17):
They are grooming.
Speaker 11 (47:18):
And indoctrinating people of all ages for the purpose of
overthrowing the government. When is that going to be the
target for FBI and DOJ and all these other entities CIA.
Speaker 1 (47:31):
When are we going to do that?
Speaker 11 (47:32):
And that's what I say, That's what I have to say,
is all these things that they're doing, it's great, but
it's intel collection. We need action, and now is the
time because in twenty twenty six, we may lose Congress
and in twenty twenty eight. Who knows what's going to happen.
Right now is the time. If they keep doing this,
they will collect information until everybody's out office, and then
(47:53):
we're done.
Speaker 1 (47:54):
We need action, Yes, thank you. No more hearings and
strongly worded letters and press conferences. Let's see some subpoenas.
Let's see some indictments. Let's see some butts in jail
from FBI Special Agent Navy cal Jonathan Gilliam. Check out
his podcast The Experts Take Care Jonathan. Everybody yep up? Next,
FED Chair Jerome Powell finally cut interest rates today, But
(48:16):
by how much and will it actually help the economy? Details? Next? Hey,

(50:09):
it branded free talk forty five? Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there,
and forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation ever. Welcome back to
(50:35):
the Federal Reserve finally taking action, cutting its benchmark interest
rate today by a whole whopping quarter of a point.
The federal funds rate is now between four four and
a half percent, smaller than what President Trump wanted. He
was seeking a bigger cut, you know, maybe a point
two points come on. The Fed projecting two more quarter
(50:57):
point rate cuts, maybe by the end of the year.
We'll see. Now the cut comes on the heels of
the Bureau of Labor Statistics releasing a record setting downward revision.
Remember we told you about this the other day. Nine
hundred and eleven thousand fewer jobs were created from April
to twenty twenty four through March of this year, which
pretty much was all Jojo. I mean Trump didn't take
(51:18):
over till the end of January, so he had what
a month and a couple of weeks to try and
fix stuff. Yeah, those numbers are all thanks to Jojo.
They were lying about how many jobs they were creating. Now,
the overwhelming majority of that phantom growth confirms exactly what
President Trump said. All along, the labor market was a
lot softer than the headlines. While Joe was in and
the media was covering for him. Meantime, he had another
(51:42):
government shutdowns looming, driven by a standoff between House Republicans
and Senate Democrats over a stop gap funding bill. House
Republicans have introduced a temporary funding measure to keep the
government open through November twenty first. Senate Democrats oppose it
because it excludes their pet projects like extension of the
Affordable Care Act and subsidies that are set to expire
(52:03):
at the end of the year. Republicans, as you know,
hold a narrow majority in the House and need at
least seven Democrats to vote if it goes over to
the Senate, because you've got to be able to overcome
the filibuster. And we only got three seats in that house.
So there you go. Now, the current CR expires on
September thirtieth, So let's find out reaction on the Hill
(52:23):
from the guy who is literally out there every day
pounding the pavement. He's in the tunnels, he's in the halls,
he's grabbing the Senators and the House members, and he
knows what's going down. And that is our good friend
John Hines in Washington, d C. Where's John there he is. John,
Let's begin with the FED rate cut and then we'll
get to the rest of the stuff I mentioned. What's
(52:44):
been reaction, Like I said, you're always out there yacting
with these lawmakers. Is this a little bit too late
to the party for mister Powell. Shouldn't he cut these
rates about five six months ago? Yeah?
Speaker 5 (52:57):
Dan, I think that, you know, talking to some members
who were on the House Financial Services Committee the Senate
Banking Committee, I think the impression that I get is
that I think that there were some people, some lawmakers
who maybe had some questions thinking that maybe mister Powell
was seeing information that the president was seeing until that
(53:18):
revision in the labor numbers came out, and I think
that suddenly shifted everybody to thinking, well, maybe he should
cut even more than the quarter point that he did cut.
And I think that also indicates President Trump because now
people are saying that he actually knew what he was
talking about in job owning the Fed, job owning the
(53:39):
Federal Reserve Board and the chairman of the Fed, Jay Powell,
and saying, hey, you know you're too late. You were
too late to raise rates and now you're too late
to lower rates. Thinking that the president maybe was seeing
information that maybe other people weren't seeing, and that his
information was, at the end of the day, actually very accurate,
probably more accurate than and other publicly available information that
(54:03):
a lot of individuals were seeing in the mainstream media.
Speaker 1 (54:07):
Well, the media, of course ran cover for Joe for
four years. We know that, John, right, we reported on it.
And then secondarily, I think that with the like you said,
the job reports shows that they covered show the economy
wasn't as strong, and if you would have dropped those
rates sooner, it could have sparked more growth. People aren't
buying homes, people aren't buying new cars, people aren't paying
(54:28):
off their credit card debt. I remember reading a report
last year, John that said, under Joe, we had the
highest credit card debt in America's history. Well, if the
rates are high, people can probably barely afford the interest.
They can't even hit the principle. What do you think about.
Speaker 5 (54:45):
What's so important of what it does to our debt
and deficit?
Speaker 1 (54:47):
Yeah, exactly. What about what you're hearing about possible more cuts?
I introed you with saying that Powell's hinting that he
might do two more cuts by the end of the year,
but they'll be very small, probably a quarter percent each time.
Are you hearing well? I think so, Dan.
Speaker 5 (55:04):
I think the reason is that if the FED cuts
more now, it could spook the markets. It's pretty much
baked into the cake. I think that you get a
quarter point, a quarter point and a quarter point here
before the end of the year. If they cut more
than that, the problem is that they'll spook the markets.
The markets may think that the Fed is seeing something,
(55:28):
seeing things that are worse than what everybody else is seeing,
and so you could see a correction in either the
bond market or in the stock market, which could then
raise a whole new set of questions about a lot
of people thinking, well, maybe the economy is a lot
worse than we thought it was, so the Fed needs
to be careful. They projected a quarter point, a quarter point,
(55:50):
and quarter point, and it seems to me that's probably
what they'll stick with for the time being unless there
is some kind of an emergency. But I expect that
if there is, they if they had numbers, they'll probably
leak that before the decision in order to sort of
get that baked into the cake more so that the
markets don't freak out when they make the decision, but
(56:15):
worrying that a quarter point a quarter point at quarter
point is what seems to be expected. It's what a
lot of members I've spoken with on the various financial
services committees seem to be expecting as well. And I'm
thinking that, well, mister President, mister Trump knew what he
(56:35):
was doing.
Speaker 1 (56:36):
Yeah, time will tell, so folks more of the story
here as we say, thank you, John Hines, We'll see
you later. Don't take that loan out, I guess, or
buy that house or car for another couple of months,
because you might save a whole point by the end
of the year, maybe a point and a half. John
Hines is always thank you, sir, appreciate you, and folks,
stay with us. You're watching Real America right here away
and we'll go back. Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.
