his horrific public assassination, we were honoring someone else, and
I want to go back to her story to honor
this young woman who came to America for a better life.
Twenty three year old Irena Zuritzka. She fled the war
torn Ukraine to start over in the Land of the Free.

She was so young, she had her whole life in
front of her, and it was cut short. You might
recall Irena brutally senselessly stabbed to death by a career
criminal well on a train in Charlotte, North Carolina. The
savage who stole her life had a history mental illness,
different crimes, robberies, abuse, all kinds of stuff that spanned,

by the way, over a decade. And he was out
roaming the streets, riding the train. Because why because Democrats
run Charlotte. That's why. The North Carolina Senate GOP just
passed something called IRENA's Law on Monday. The House passed
the following day. The bill aims to eliminate cashless bail
for violent offenders, making them ineligible for release without secured

bonds or restrictions. Thank you, somebody with common sense. It
also requires suspects charged with vital offenses to undergo GPS monitoring.
Great House arrest sure and again a secure bond during
a pre trial release. Furthermore, this legislation mandates mental health
evaluations and potential involuntary commitment for defendants exhibiting mental health issues.

It also adds an aggravated sentencing factor for crimes committed
on public transportation. Somebody Gets It. Public outrage over soft
on crime judges and das leading to widespread demand now
for accountability and justice reform to try and prevent habitual
offenders from being turned loose on us, the law abiding citizens.

A petition demanding the removal of the judge who released
IRENA's killer without bail prior to the stabbing. North Carolina's magistrate,
Judge Teresa Stokes, has now gathered more than eleven thousand signatures.
Let me repeat that, it's Judge Stokes. Judge Stokes, go
sign it. If you live in Charlotte, North Carolina, go
sign it. This sick repeat offender you see back there

with a smirk on his face. Look at that he's
literally getting ready to pull the knife and stab this
sweet young girl. Had fourteen prior convictions. This piece of trash.
Judge let him walk free on a written promise he
would come back to court even though he had an
extensive criminal history. I am so sick and tired of
repeating these stories. The petition accuses Judge Stokes of putting

now for investigation into her past rulings. Kick her off

a Democrat soft on crime policy and this revolving door,
free trial release garbage that led directly to this young growth,
young lady's murder. This guy's who pointed out I had

a full the North Carolina system Republican General Assembly this
week has taken a positive step in the right direction
to basically crack down on some of these loopholes in
the criminal procedure system that was allowing this. And so,
as you pointed out, the notion of cash lists, bail
for a violent offender with a violent history is going

to be gone. If you've had three priors, you're not
going to get a cash This fail now under this
new arena's law, and even if you're less than three priors,
the General Assembly is giving judges the authority to use
GPS tracking and other things as well to ensure that
we can keep track of these folks. I mean, part

of the problem here is that the Democrats. You may
not know this, damn, but in twenty twelve closed North
Carolina psychiatric facility. It was called Dorothy A. Dickt's Hospital.
This law is a step in the right direction. We
got to get criminal psychiatric facilities back into place, too.

have clear mental issues, we put them back on the street.

the criminal justice system is going to be. A psychiatric

hospital that designed to hold criminals is just as important
as a prison, and the Democrats kill that, and that
is underlying a lot of this. But I'm proud of
the General Assembly this week for stepping forward and at
least taking ash and to cut down, hopefully the majority
of these you know, revolving door in and out, the
situations where you have these murderers and nutcases back on

the street where they can commit violent feloties without repercussion.
So this is a step in the right direction.

Senate or Assembly, whatever we all call it, there all approved,
just waiting on the governor to sign it.

Yeah, and you got a democratic governor here, unfortunately, you know,
and the north kind of General Simbley is overridden eight
of his twelve vetos from the last session. We don't
know what this nutcase governor is going to do. Hopefully
it's not so stupid that he's going to veto this one.
It's certainly going to kill his chances or really reelection
if he does. But we're gonna have to wait and see.

the vote to override the veto if he is stupid
enough to veto. It was like an eighty twenty vote,
so I think I think that that could happen. We'll
see what Stein does, who is a Democrat Governor Josh

the viewers at home that when this horrific stabbing occurred,
the mayor of Charlotte, a Democrat, I think it's vy
Lyles is her name. Their office put out a stupid
statement about the guy being mentally ill, didn't mention all

a racially motivated killing. Now you've seen the video, you've

heard the audio. The guy literally said to the other
black folks on the train, I got that white girl.

or white girl two or three times. To me, that's
a racial killing when after you've stabbed someone three times,
you're bragging about it in front of folks that are

the mayor's office and other Democrats can't call this what

firmly believe, because I do, this was a racially motivated
killing by a career criminal with some obviously serious mental
issues and should have been in jail.

but this is a tactic. It's been revealed that Qatar
secretly targeted two hundred and fifty Trump influencers in a
massive campaign offering junkets, cash and access, all to try
and steer US policy in favor of Katar and other
Middle Eastern countries, by the way, which are all Muslim.

Qatar funds, media outlets, think tanks, cultural institutions using what
they call soft power to try and shape a favorable narrative.
This highlights the danger of foreign influence inside of our media.
How about academia. We already told you a few months ago.
They've pumped billions, The Saudis, the Kataris, all them pumped

billions into our college universities in campus. How about our
politics and politicians, Okay, actors. I mean they are shaping
not only policy but public opinion. And they're changing American
culture to think that Islam can work in Western civilization.
It cannot, folks. This is a striking example of our

foreign governments try to infiltrate American politics and American media,
even within the Trump orbit. And I for one am
not letting this happen on my watch, folks. After President
Trump's twenty twenty four victory, Qatar's foreign agents dramatically shifted
their media outrich outreach, rather going from ten percent of

their communications targeting directly conservative right wing outlets before the
election to now, I'm told in a new survey fifty
percent they've employed firms and cants in our own country
to pitch story ideas, to secure interviews. Pretty much, they're
trying to shape a narrative. Be friendly to Qatar, be

friendly to Middle Eastern countries, be friendly to Islam. No no, no, no,
no no no no. A big example. And I like Tucker,
but Tucker Carlson had on Qatar's prime minister. I'm sorry,
is that public relations? Is this influence at work? I
don't know a foreign power with ties to terror groups

trying to shape what American conservatives think. I have a
problem with this, Okay, I have a serious problem with this.
In twenty twenty one, the Lawfair Project poll revealed that
Americans are deeply worried about foreign influence in our United
States education system, especially coming from Qatar. Eighty four percent

believe parents have the right to know if Katar is
funding their kids schooling. Eighty one percent in this pole
support tougher laws forcing colleges and universities to disclose every
foreign dollars they receive, and seventy percent of Americans in
this survey express huge concern that foreign funds are shaping
what's taught in our classrooms too much. Just behind China

and Saudi Arabia, Qatar is the country who's funding causes
the most concern against US adults. Nearly two thirds of
all adult residents aren't aware about Qatar being the largest
foreign donor at American universities. Look at the chart. Two
thirds say they've become more concerned about Katari funding our

universities when they learn about the Gulf States ties to
Iran and terrorist organizations like Hamas. The majority of Americans
want transparency, accountability, and a firewall between foreign propaganda from
Muslim countries to keep it out of the minds of
our children and young adults. So they've infested the campuses.

Now they're infesting the media here now to fill us
in even further on this study and polling concerning Qatar's
influence in our nation, whether it's on the campus, whether
it's with politicians, or whether it's with conservative media. She's

a culture, a civilization. It's convert or die, and they're

because if you were to say that two years ago,

power influence, whether it's financially with the sale of their
liquid natural gas or they have over one hundred billion
dollars worth of assets they're invested here in the United States.
They're funding our universities, both funding our university campuses in
the United States and also funding American university campuses in Katar.

Are contributing to this influenced campaign.

We see that universities who receive money from Kantar, especially
undocumented funds that the universities have not reported for some reason.

from the Saudis Kataris and the rest it was in
the billions with a B that they have given to

a B. Now why would they be doing that? By
the way, Brooke, how many people did you poll and
what type of folks did you pull? Because I don't

How many? Over how period of time? Here?

So we did a hack Harris X poll and I

the pole and see the statistics themselves and who was
pulled and sow for that to have that on hand
with me. But I also want to influence that it's
not just universities, it's think tanks and institutions. We had
Brookings Institute that was taking money from Qatar up until

just a short while ago. We have lobbies that are
being paid members of the media, and when when you
don't toe the line, what happens is Katari's media like
Al Jazeera, which is what happened to me, come after
you and try to slander you just for telling the truth.
I was recently in Gaza and they're putting out the

slanderous campaign that I'm you know, an agent of israel
I was somehow paid and invited by the Israeli government
or insinuating that to try and discredit the spread of
the truth. And you know, unfortunately this country not only
funds tar it hosts terror.

Hesbalah and the hootis they all hang out there. They

roaming the streets, riding the train. Because why because Democrats
run Charlotte. That's why. The North Carolina Senate GOP just
passed something called IRENA's Law on Monday. The House passed
the following day. The bill aims to eliminate cashless bail
for violent offenders, making them ineligible for release without secured

bonds or restrictions. Thank you, somebody with common sense. It
also requires suspects charged with vital offenses to undergo GPS monitoring.
Great House arrest sure and again a secure bond during
a pre trial release. Furthermore, this legislation mandates mental health
evaluations and potential involuntary commitment for defendants exhibiting mental health issues.

It also adds an aggravated sentencing factor for crimes committed
on public transportation. Somebody Gets It. Public outrage over soft
on crime judges and das leading to widespread demand now
for accountability and justice reform to try and prevent habitual
offenders from being turned loose on us, the law abiding citizens.

A petition demanding the removal of the judge who released
IRENA's killer without bail prior to the stabbing. North Carolina's magistrate,
Judge Teresa Stokes, has now gathered more than eleven thousand signatures.
Let me repeat that, it's Judge Stokes. Judge Stokes, go
sign it. If you live in Charlotte, North Carolina, go
sign it. This sick repeat offender you see back there

literally getting ready to pull the knife and stab this

would come back to court even though he had an

a full the North Carolina system Republican General Assembly this
week has taken a positive step in the right direction
to basically crack down on some of these loopholes in
the criminal procedure system that was allowing this. And so,
as you pointed out, the notion of cash lists, bail
for a violent offender with a violent history is going

to be gone. If you've had three priors, you're not
going to get a cash This fail now under this
new arena's law, and even if you're less than three priors,
the General Assembly is giving judges the authority to use
GPS tracking and other things as well to ensure that
we can keep track of these folks. I mean, part

of the problem here is that the Democrats. You may
not know this, damn, but in twenty twelve closed North
Carolina psychiatric facility. It was called Dorothy A. Dickt's Hospital.
This law is a step in the right direction. We
got to get criminal psychiatric facilities back into place, too.

Why would they do that. They want to just release.
It's kind of like what Trump was saying about all

yelled to him, you can't say mental institutional, but it

send people when they come into the system and they
have clear mental issues, we put them back on the street.

with a tremendous critical shortage of psychiatric beds. If you

the criminal justice system is going to be. A psychiatric

hospital that designed to hold criminals is just as important

the General Assembly this week for stepping forward and at
least taking ash and to cut down, hopefully the majority
of these you know, revolving door in and out, the
situations where you have these murderers and nutcases back on

the street where they can commit violent feloties without repercussion.
So this is a step in the right direction.

Now, let me let me clarify all this. So House,
Senate or Assembly, whatever we all call it, there all approved,
just waiting on the governor to sign it.

Yeah, and you got a democratic governor here, unfortunately, you know,
and the north kind of General Simbley is overridden eight
of his twelve vetos from the last session. We don't
know what this nutcase governor is going to do. Hopefully
it's not so stupid that he's going to veto this one.

if he does. But we're gonna have to wait and see.

But I do think that the General Assembly would have
the vote to override the veto if he is stupid
enough to veto. It was like an eighty twenty vote,

heard the audio. The guy literally said to the other

the mayor's office and other Democrats can't call this what

but this is a tactic. It's been revealed that Qatar

and steer US policy in favor of Katar and other

Qatar funds, media outlets, think tanks, cultural institutions using what
they call soft power to try and shape a favorable narrative.
This highlights the danger of foreign influence inside of our media.

billions into our college universities in campus. How about our
politics and politicians, Okay, actors. I mean they are shaping
not only policy but public opinion. And they're changing American
culture to think that Islam can work in Western civilization.

foreign governments try to infiltrate American politics and American media,
even within the Trump orbit. And I for one am
not letting this happen on my watch, folks. After President
Trump's twenty twenty four victory, Qatar's foreign agents dramatically shifted

their communications targeting directly conservative right wing outlets before the
election to now, I'm told in a new survey fifty
percent they've employed firms and cants in our own country
to pitch story ideas, to secure interviews. Pretty much, they're
trying to shape a narrative. Be friendly to Qatar, be

friendly to Middle Eastern countries, be friendly to Islam. No no, no, no,
no no no no. A big example. And I like Tucker,
but Tucker Carlson had on Qatar's prime minister. I'm sorry,
is that public relations? Is this influence at work? I
don't know a foreign power with ties to terror groups

trying to shape what American conservatives think. I have a
problem with this, Okay, I have a serious problem with this.
In twenty twenty one, the Lawfair Project poll revealed that
Americans are deeply worried about foreign influence in our United
States education system, especially coming from Qatar. Eighty four percent

believe parents have the right to know if Katar is
funding their kids schooling. Eighty one percent in this pole
support tougher laws forcing colleges and universities to disclose every
foreign dollars they receive, and seventy percent of Americans in
this survey express huge concern that foreign funds are shaping
what's taught in our classrooms too much. Just behind China

and Saudi Arabia, Qatar is the country who's funding causes
the most concern against US adults. Nearly two thirds of
all adult residents aren't aware about Qatar being the largest
foreign donor at American universities. Look at the chart. Two
thirds say they've become more concerned about Katari funding our

universities when they learn about the Gulf States ties to
Iran and terrorist organizations like Hamas. The majority of Americans
want transparency, accountability, and a firewall between foreign propaganda from
Muslim countries to keep it out of the minds of
our children and young adults. So they've infested the campuses.

Now they're infesting the media here now to fill us
in even further on this study and polling concerning Qatar's
influence in our nation, whether it's on the campus, whether
it's with politicians, or whether it's with conservative media. She's

a culture, a civilization. It's convert or die, and they're
amongst us. They're living here, hell, they're running cities. They're

Now, yes, no, thank you for pointing all of that out,
because if you were to say that two years ago,
before October the seventh, you would be a racist, islamophobe.
And media would do everything to try and shut you

They're funding our universities, both funding our university campuses in
the United States and also funding American university campuses in Katar.

Are contributing to this influenced campaign.

We see that universities who receive money from Kantar, especially
undocumented funds that the universities have not reported for some reason.

from the Saudis Kataris and the rest it was in
the billions with a B that they have given to

calling them higher learning institutions. But you know the Harvards

a B. Now why would they be doing that? By
the way, Brooke, how many people did you poll and
what type of folks did you pull? Because I don't
want somebody trying to pull poles and they're saying, well,
you only you only polled some Jewish folks who obviously
they don't like Muslim folks. Know who did you poll on?
How many? Over how period of time? Here?

So we did a hack Harris X poll and I
encourage everyone to go onto our website and look at
the pole and see the statistics themselves and who was
pulled and sow for that to have that on hand
with me. But I also want to influence that it's
not just universities, it's think tanks and institutions. We had
Brookings Institute that was taking money from Qatar up until

just a short while ago. We have lobbies that are
being paid members of the media, and when when you
don't toe the line, what happens is Katari's media like
Al Jazeera, which is what happened to me, come after
you and try to slander you just for telling the truth.
I was recently in Gaza and they're putting out the

slanderous campaign that I'm you know, an agent of israel
I was somehow paid and invited by the Israeli government
or insinuating that to try and discredit the spread of
the truth. And you know, unfortunately this country not only
funds tar it hosts terror.

It is the home base the Hamas hierarchy is in
Hesbalah and the hootis they all hang out there. They
got apartments there. Let me do my due diligence, Brook.
Are you paid by the Israeli government to say and
do these studies?

it was, certainly be registered under the Foreign Agents Registration Act,
which is not what members of Al Jazeera are. And

contracts and agreements between it and the Qatar Foundation International.

and those atheists. A recent Pew Religious Landscape survey, which
is more in depth in a quickie poll with a
few hundred people right, finds that in person attendance at
a Christian house of worship correlates with higher happiness even
than online worship, though even online worship has more positive
effect on your life if you're an believer, religious attendance

provides a sense of community purpose and it's unmatched by
any other group PTA or soccer moms or whatever club
you can get into. Let me tell you this is
the way to go. Conversely, secularism correlates with higher rates
of guess what, suicide, depression, mental illness, and addiction. Our
