Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America tonight, count down to midnight,
the nation staring down. Yet another government shut down, and
it's Democrats. Let me repeat that for the folks in
the cheap seat in the mainstream media. It's Democrats that
are pumping the brakes on this deal, not Republicans. We're
going to explore what's behind the left wing stall tactics tonight.

(00:24):
Also America's fighting force under the microscope. Now finally, thank
you Pete Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, flanked by our
Commander in Chief DJT laying down the law today for
what for our military leaders, telling them get back in shape.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
We are going to be a global elite force. Period.
And speaking of that global stakes on.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
The line, the walls closing in on Hamas to cooperate
not just with Israel in the US, but now the Board.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Of Peace or face the consequences leaving the terror group
running scared and running out of time. I'm Dan Baalt
and Real.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
America starts right now. Good Tuesday, and three folks, thanks
for tuning in. Get another government shut down, showdown. I
can't believe I have to keep saying this like every
couple of years or sometimes a couple times a year.

(01:25):
The sand in the old hour glass. He's about to
run out pretty soon. We got another current continuing resolution
which expires the stroke of midnight. With time expiring, Senate
Democrats are caught between two bad choices. Either pass a
clean funding extension with Republicans. Yeah, reach across the island,

(01:46):
work with us Republicans are in charge. That means the
majority of Americans wanted it, so do it, or you
risk being blamed for the government shutdown. Now, you know
what I always say, let it shut down, Let America
and see shut it down. But we'll see what happens
here in the next hour or so. Anyway, many Senators

(02:06):
out there pretty silent or just clamming up and hedging
their positions, while the party's progressives are pushing hard against
any compromise. The risk either a Democrat collapse if they cave,
or huge political fallout if they let it shut down.
Democrats desperately want an extension of Obamacare subsidies and a

(02:28):
rollback of the Medicaid reform in the one big beautiful
bill in exchange for keeping the government open.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Don't forget, folks, that.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Means healthcare for illegal aliens your tax money paying for
someone else's health care.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
I don't know about you, but my healthcare is expensive.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
When I go to the doc, I got to meet
that quota, and it's thousands of dollars right for my copay,
like five grand or something before it even comes out
of pocket of the insurance. So I'm sorry, but I
don't want me or you paying for illegals. Send a
majority leader Chuck Schumer facing backlash from within why because
his party, well, they want to maybe temporarily keep it open,

(03:11):
maybe from like seven to ten days if the shutdown occurs.
Progressive groups of lawmakers argue that such a short term
measure would undermine Democrat leverage. Now make a deal, Chucky,
make a deal. Don't be scared of the radicals in
your party. What they're pushing is anti American.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
Democrat.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Congressman Greg Says are A, Texas and several others have
expressed strong opposition, with some warning of open mutiny among
House Dems if Schumer pursues any type of reaching across
the aisle. You see what the Democrats do to even
one another. The proposal reflects the growing internal tensions within
the Democrat party as they try to navigate this impasse.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
This as President Trump prepares to.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Lay off federal workers if the current see are expires
tonight let down.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
How many federal workers do you plan to lay off?

Speaker 4 (04:07):
Well, we made you a lot, and that's only because
of the Democrats. And as you know, they wanted to
be able to take care of people that have come
into our country illegally, and no system can handle that.
And so we're totally opposed on that. But we can't
take care. We just can't do it. I'd love to
do everybody. I'd love to do the whole world, but our.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Country can't handle people that come into our country illegally.

Speaker 4 (04:27):
And they want to give them full health care benefits.
They want to open the wall again.

Speaker 2 (04:31):
Did you believe it?

Speaker 5 (04:32):
I can't even believe it.

Speaker 4 (04:33):
They want to open the wall. They haven't taken away
boys playing in women's sports. They haven't done that, men
playing in women's sports.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
It's like they don't change.

Speaker 4 (04:43):
They lost an election in a landslide and they don't change.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
And they don't change.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
Joining us now to discuss the possibility of a federal
government shut down. Who's responsible the ridiculous demands they're making?

Speaker 2 (04:57):
We know which side of the aisle.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
Florida Congressman Republican Mike Herrodopplis back on the program.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
Mike, nice to see him. Okay, lay it out for us.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
I don't care if it's the Democrats in the Senate
or the House or their idiot minions around the country
chiming in on what they want. What are the main
keys that you, as a member of the House have
seen their demands that you all are not willing to
bend on. And that's causing this impasse because it sounds
like it's transgenders in locker rooms and sports. It sounds

(05:28):
like free money in healthcare for illegals and allowing more
illegals in at least listening to potus.

Speaker 6 (05:33):
What is it, Mike, Well, it just gets the Republicans
doing their job and Democrats what andes shut the government down.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
It's that simple.

Speaker 6 (05:43):
We voted last week in the House to keep the
government open, and we did exactly that. And it's funny
they show up today like it's Tuesday night football and saying, hey,
we're here to play. The game was last week we
voted to keep the government open, and we're trying to
do the same. Because Dan we're actual you on an
economic role right now. We got a three point eight
percent growth record stock market, trillions of dollars coming into

(06:06):
the country, lower interest rates, and the Democrats now want
to say, no, no, no, we don't want success.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
We want to go back.

Speaker 6 (06:13):
To the old policies that lost us the twenty twenty
four election. High prices and by the way, Obamacare has
not reduced the costs of health care. It's only increased
the cost of health care. And now we're even subsidizing
some of these programs, like it's still COVID in America.
It's the wrong thing to do. The President is right
to stin by his policies. The Democrats should follow their

(06:35):
own videotape. For thirteen times in the last four years
they wanted to use a CR to keep the government open.
Let's keep the government open and keep the economic momentum
moving in the right direction.

Speaker 2 (06:46):
Ah, but they're not in charge right now, Mike. That's
the difference.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
Right when they're in charge of it's kicking the can
down the road with a CR. Which, again I don't
like some of the spending that was in the Big
Beautiful Bill.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
I've been vocal about that since it's passage.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
But I get why the president wanted it and needed
immediately for the crime crackdown, for the border crackdown, for
the deportations. I get everything that he was doing. We
got to restock shelves our military. I mean, Joe left
him a big steamy pile of you know what I
get it. Here's what I heard yesterday from your friend
and colleague who I admire, and that would be Congressman

(07:18):
Burchett from Tennessee. He said, Democrats are not only clamoring
about the issues I just brought up with you that's
holding it up, but they're also complaining about is it
fifty billion that's in the cr for rural healthcare and
rural issues? Why is it Democrats hate rural Americans so much?
Is it because the majority of them are good old
boys like this guy, because we're conservative patriots?

Speaker 2 (07:40):
Oh, because we vote for Donald Trump?

Speaker 1 (07:42):
Is that why they don't want that money going to
a rural communities?

Speaker 2 (07:45):
What's the hold up there? Again, it's nonsensical.

Speaker 6 (07:50):
If they were so committed to all these things when
they were in power, why didn't they do that? Why
didn't they cut taxes for people who earned tips or
earned over time, let alone soid security. You know why,
because they wanted more money in Washington, DC, and their
ransom note is the idea, we got to spend one
point five, not billion trillion dollars in order to keep

(08:11):
the government open for seven weeks. That's their form of negotiation.
And as my colleagues said from Tennessee, these guys don't
get it when they want to get rid of the
big bill we just passed. It's taking away from rural
health care. And they talk at not one or two,
maybe three sides of their mouth. I can't keep up
with all their stories lately. I wish they would just

(08:32):
recognize that their policies don't work and that they should
start talking about ideas that empower individuals instead of always
talking about new ways to grow the size and scope
of government, or to help people not only come here illegally,
but subsidize them once they're here at the expense of
people who work hard every single day.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
Yeah, we're sick and tired of that. We've seen it.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
We know how Jojoe and the Democrats gave all the
money to the NGOs. We know the NGOs brought up illegals.
We know how the illegals then came in, and then state, local,
and federal governments gave them houses and clothes and money
and credit cards and cell phones, but no tracking monitor
and no courtinate they ever appear for. We know it
is disgusting what Democrats have done. Final question is an
easy one. I think that Schumer obviously is being bullied

(09:17):
by the radical left within his own party. I think
he probably would have caved and done a deal with
Senate Republicans. I truly do, because he's an old school Democrat,
but he's being pressured. Do you think, now that we're
only a few hours away from the shutdown, any deal
possibly or are you just going to be like, hey,
we're gonna let the Dems hold the bag on this one.
If we shut down, it's all on them.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
Well, it's going to be all on them. Unfortunately.

Speaker 6 (09:42):
I don't think we're going to strike a deal tonight.
I think the government will shut down, unfortunately, And it's
a shame because again we're on a roll, and all
the Democrats realize is that the lowest point in there
ever a bad support and they were like, we better
change the game somehow, some way, And this is their
usual rhetoric. More government, more taxes, less freedom.

Speaker 1 (10:01):
All right, well, we got the messaging out. We know
why it's going to shut down. I won't complain. I'm
sure some folks out there that are maybe waiting on
some benefits or a check or whatever might be upset,
or you might not be able to go to your
favorite federal national park over the next few days or whatever.
But you know who to blame. Don't start pointing the
finger at DJT and the Republicans. Mike Herrodoppolis representing the
eighth Congressional District down in the great state of Florida.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
Thank you, Mike up.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
Next, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth calls out all of
the top brass in our armed forces in one meeting today,
laying down the law on how things are going to
be done at the Pentagon and beyond for our service members.
And let's just say those furry trans bearded, out of
shape fatties wearing the uniform, they didn't.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
Like what Pete had to say. I did. You'll hear it.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
My message to you is very simple.

Speaker 9 (14:04):
I am with you, I support you, and as president,
I have your backs one hundred percent.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
You'll never see me even waiver a little bit.

Speaker 9 (14:11):
That's the way it is.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
President Donald Trump and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth call
to gathering of all US generals and admirals and senior
enlisted troops to Marine Corps.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
Based Quantico today.

Speaker 1 (14:25):
Why because they are reshaping our military and reforming the policies.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
No more woke, no more DEI.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
We're in the business of peace through war if necessary,
but peace strength through peace.

Speaker 2 (14:40):
Right, But you have to look strong.

Speaker 1 (14:42):
You can't have your generals wearing dog masks and walking
around with a leash and two three hundred pounds overweight.

Speaker 2 (14:48):
That don't cut it.

Speaker 1 (14:50):
Hag Seth organized the gathering to emphasize the promotion of
a warrior ethos within the military, pushing now for increase lethality,
better physical f you think so, and combat readiness standards.
Also meritocracy right, if you're good, you're right to the top.
You don't get it because colear skin, gender, because you're woke.

(15:11):
You get it because you earned it. President Trump spoke
about the military successful recruiting and retention, increased defense spending,
and new weapons systems under deployment, all thanks to Trump.
Both leaders also criticized so called diversity initiatives with excess
slamming what he called fat generals and emphasizing a return

(15:33):
to high physical standards, ordering the dismissal of some top
military brass How about that.

Speaker 2 (15:41):
Watch this.

Speaker 9 (15:42):
But as leaders are commitment to every patriot who put
on the uniform is to ensure that American military remains
the most lethal and dominant on the planet, not merely
for a few years, but for the decads and generations
succumb for centuries. We must be so strong that no
nation will dare challenge us, so powerful that no enemy

(16:04):
will dare threaten us, and so capable that no adversary
can even think about beating us. We're bringing back a
focus on fitness, ability, character, and strength. And it's because
the purposes of American military is not to protect anyone's feelings.
It's to protect our republic.

Speaker 1 (16:24):
Yeah, facts over your feelings. Feelings have no place in
the military. Sorry I was in.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
They don't.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
Your emotions don't drive what the military is all about.
The President gets it. Our Secretary of War, Pete Hegseeth,
gets it. So he announced ten new directives aimed at
strengthening our military culture, and this is key our readiness.
They include implementing the highest male standards for physical fitness
across all services, requiring twice yearly physical fitness tests for

(16:57):
all ranks. We did that when I was in thirty
years ago. What's the problem.

Speaker 2 (17:00):
Why do we ever get rid of that?

Speaker 1 (17:02):
Conducting combat field tests in any environment with full combat
gear on, you.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
Gotta be ready.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
You can't put on eighty pounds of gear and trek
off to a desert and then pass out because you're
out of shape. Enforcing grooming standards, Yeah, sorry, nobody could
have beards and long hippie ass hair when I was in.

Speaker 2 (17:20):
I don't know how they got through that.

Speaker 1 (17:21):
Over the last thirty years, reducing mandatory online training courses
in favor of more practical in person training field exercises.
Reforming equal opportunity and equal employment opportunity to empower the
leaders to enforce standards without fear of reprisal. Reforming inspectral
general processes to prevent weaponization against commanders. Retaining adverse personal

(17:43):
information only for serious infractions, not a social media post.
Merit based promotions. Merit based promotions. Let me repeat that
for you all in the cheap seats focused on your
performance with faster advancement for top performers and quicker removal
of poor performers makes sense. How about establishing a culture

(18:03):
of warriors emphasizing toughness, leadership, and combat readiness sounds like
common sense to me.

Speaker 2 (18:10):
Things we used to do in the military. Thank you, Pete.

Speaker 10 (18:13):
I don't want my son serving alongside troops who are
out of shape, or in combat unit with females who
can't meet the same combat arms physical standards as men,
or troops who are not fully proficient on their assigned weapons,
platform or task, or under a leader who was the
first but not the best. Standards must be uniform, gender neutral.

Speaker 2 (18:38):
And high.

Speaker 10 (18:40):
If not, they're not standards, they're just suggestions, suggestions that
get our sons and daughters killed when it comes to
combat arms units, and there are many different.

Speaker 2 (18:55):
Stripes across our joint force. The era of politically correct overly.

Speaker 10 (19:02):
Sensitive don't hurt anyone's feelings. Leadership ends right now.

Speaker 2 (19:08):
At every level.

Speaker 10 (19:10):
Either you can meet the standard, either you can do
the job. Either you are disciplined, fit and trained, or
you are out. And that's why today, at my direction,
and this is the first of ten Department of War
directives that are arriving at your commands as we speak,
and in your inbox today. At my direction, each service

(19:33):
will ensure that every requirement for every combat mos, for
every designated combat arms position returns to the highest male
standard only.

Speaker 1 (19:44):
All right, Joining me now with reaction today's big announcement
by our war secretary. She's a US Marine, founder of
the nonprofit groups Border Vets and vet com Our good friend,
Kate Monroe. Kate, nice to see you again, Nice to
be here. You have a big smile on your face.
You probably felt like I did as a veteran when
you heard our Secretary of War. I love that new

(20:05):
title that the President gave that department. Instead of the
Department of Defense, let's be the Department of War. What'd
you make of all that? Because, as you can tell,
I love the heck out of it.

Speaker 11 (20:15):
Oh, I absolutely love it. When I was in the
Marine Corps, even to graduate as a Marine from boot camp,
you had to go through the crucible, fifty miles of marching.
I actually broke two ribs at my right ankle, still
finished carrying an eighty pound pack, doing thirty four different exercises,
eating only two meals. That was just to get out
of boot camp. Yeah, like we did more to get
out of boot camp than a lot of these people

(20:36):
are doing the entire time they're in the service. I
absolutely love them cleaning house.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
Like, how that happened? How did we get to this?
I don't know how long ago you served. I was in.

Speaker 1 (20:45):
I went on to nineteen ninety three, okay, So I
was only in eight years before you.

Speaker 2 (20:48):
I did my four. I got out.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
You did four eight, three and a half three okay,
So in the last twenty years, then you've been out
of twenty. What the heck happened in twenty years to
our beloved Armed services?

Speaker 2 (21:00):
She let's see Obama for eight years and Joe for four.
That's what happened.

Speaker 11 (21:03):
That's exactly what happened. I mean, I think everything, all
the FAFO ethos that used to exist, you know in
the military, they wanted to nuke that and replace it
with DEI and WOKESM. And it's sad because you wonder
why you have a recruiting problem. Well, people go into
the military because they want to be on the FAFO team.
They don't want to be on the team. They don't
want to watch drag shows. They want to go out

(21:23):
and urrah and simplify and do all the things and
take the hill. They don't want to do as you
said about this young woman. They don't want to sit
in costrooms all day. They want to be part of
the war machine. They want to protect our country.

Speaker 2 (21:34):
I'm excited.

Speaker 1 (21:34):
Sky A story that I sold a boat to a
Navy gal here in San Diego two years ago who'd
been in for four or five years. She got a
medical discharge, honorable. And I asked her, how's the Navy today?
And this was her quote, and she was a you
would know this better than me, because marine's an apartment navy.
She said, she loaded the armament in one of the
big guns on one of our battleships or destroyers here
in the harbor for our pack fleet.

Speaker 2 (21:55):
Here's ordinance, you know. She told me.

Speaker 1 (21:57):
I spend like seven hours ay and wast all day
on shore in DEI woke classrooms instead of on my battleship,
learning my job and practicing with my fellow sailors.

Speaker 11 (22:07):
Two years ago, had she not gone out, she had
she not got out medically, she probably would have got
out anyway. Just ideologically, you wonder why we're having better
recruiting and better attention, because now this is the military
that people wanted to serve in. Amen, And hopefully it's
a turn off to all the people who want to
come in for free surgery. Hopefully this is a huge
turn to you. Free college, free surgery.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
Yeah right. We used to joke about go to exotic places,
meet new.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
People, and kill them. That was a joke we used
to say. But yeah, they took advantage of what the
military provides you, which is obviously three squares a day
and a place to live in uniforms and clothes and
travel and all that, and they thought, oh, what a
great thing.

Speaker 2 (22:44):
And I get free college money.

Speaker 1 (22:45):
Then I can be as woke as I want and
where my dog face and act like I'm a furry
or be a transgender or or like Pete said, can
we run some more bites? Because Pete was killing me
to I was, Okay, where's the one about fat generals
and low standards?

Speaker 2 (22:58):
Can we roll that one?

Speaker 12 (22:58):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (22:59):
Please do it.

Speaker 10 (23:00):
All starts with physical fitness and appearance. If the Secretary
of War can do regular hard pt so can every
member of our joint force. Frankly, it's tiring to look
out at combat formations, or really any formation and see
fat troops Likewise, it's completely unacceptable to see fat generals

(23:21):
and admirals in the halls of the Pentagon and leading
commands around the country in the world. It's a bad look.
It is bad and it's not who we are. So
whether you're an airborne ranger or a chairborne ranger, a
brand new private or a four star general, you need
to meet the height and weight standards and pass the
PT tests. No more identity months, dei offices, dudes in dresses,

(23:47):
No more climate change worship, no more division distraction or
gender delusions, no more debried. As I've said before, and
we'll say again, we are done with that.

Speaker 2 (24:00):
What Kate, They're wrapping me up.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
But you get the final word on our Secretary Awards comments.

Speaker 11 (24:09):
Oh yeah, I mean my my master's sergeant from the
Marine Corps coming and every day on his way into
the office, he would walk through the back door through
all the Navy Master chiefs, kick over their trash and
tell them they're fat bodies. So, I mean he will
absolutely be so stoked on this. I love it, you know,
get out in PT it's time.

Speaker 2 (24:25):
I love it. Yeah, And it goes so so deep.
It's not just the weight, it's the mindset.

Speaker 1 (24:30):
Like as Peter always says, have a warrior mindset, and
we got into this.

Speaker 2 (24:35):
I don't know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (24:36):
I thank god I served thirty some years ago and
not in today's military. Well, I mean Joe Biden's military,
because today I would serve proudly, even if fifty one
years old.

Speaker 2 (24:44):
I would go back in. Would you DJT and Pete
called us, We'll be right there.

Speaker 7 (24:48):
Yeah, I'm taking the help.

Speaker 2 (24:49):
Kate, thank you real quick.

Speaker 1 (24:50):
I want to throw a plug in for you though,
because what you do with Vetcom and Border Vets is great.
She's got a couple of nonprofits look them up online,
especially the Vetcom. Kate is always about helping our veterans.
As we know, the VA over the last few decades,
un our different presidences have not done very well for
our vets. But now things are coming online and getting better.

Speaker 2 (25:09):
But we got to keep helping our veterans and Kate
you do that. So thank you, thank you, bless you
to take care, thank you all right coming out.

Speaker 1 (25:16):
The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Oversight held a field meeting
down in North Carolina yesterday featuring grieving family members who
are tired speaking.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
Of woke of woke DA's woke judges.

Speaker 1 (25:26):
Allowing criminals to roam the streets in our communities freely.

Speaker 2 (25:30):
We're gonna have more on that and we come back.

Speaker 1 (25:35):
Hey, did you know that One America News Network has
launched a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
it branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there,
and forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.

yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your
cable provider doesn't offer One America News Network, you should
give them a call and kindly demand that they carryan. Now,

(26:18):
you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable provider
will not know that there is a strong demand across
this country for One America News Network. So please call
your cable company today and kindly ask or demand that
they ADDANN to their channel lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a

(26:42):
question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and
Amazon fireTV all have in common? The answer is that
all three platforms offer you the ability to live stream
One America News Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV,
or Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store
search out for AN then enjoy all the great programming

(27:05):
offered by IN including my show Real America. Viewers are
always asking me how can they watch OAN live?

Speaker 2 (27:16):
The solution is simple.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
It's a streaming platform called cloud tv now it's spelled
klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe
to watch twenty four to seven live feeds of OAN.
The live package is only two dollars and fifty cents
per month for all you can watch. Again, simply go

(27:39):
to cloudtv dot com and do it today. Welcome back
to President Trump taking bold action to restore law and
order in America's most crime plagued Democrat run cities. This

(28:00):
after federalizing police and sending National Guard to washing DC
over this past summer, and it worked. He's now been
targeting other liberal cities where chaos has ensued, like Portland,
sending federal officers there to protect ice facilities and to
try and crush violent protesters. Trump deployed federal resources to
Portland to combat what he describes as quote violent radical

(28:23):
left terrorism. The move follows sustained attacks by ANTIFA on
immigration and custom enforcement facilities and agents, including the use
of explosives and direct assaults on the officers. The administration,
as you know we told you last week, is now
designated Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization, and the administration

(28:44):
says they're working to dismantle Antifa. This action all part
of a broader strategy to try and counter domestic terrorism
and organize political violence across our country that is being
pushed by the left. Syprizingly, Oregon Democrats challenging President Trump's
decision to deploy the Guard Importland, state officials argue the

(29:06):
deployment infringes on state sovereignty and bypasses the governor's authority.
Well then, why don't you get work, Why don't you
help protect your own citizens? And Trump wouldn't have to
do this. This legal confrontation highlights the ongoing tension between
federal and state powers, especially concerning law enforcement and public
safety measures that Trump's been taking.

Speaker 2 (29:25):
Now again, it's only in blue cities.

Speaker 1 (29:28):
Meantime, Governor Pritzker, good old Pritzker, has announced the deployment
of one hundred military personnel to Illinois to protect ice
officers amid escalating threats.

Speaker 2 (29:39):
Really the move.

Speaker 1 (29:41):
Comes the trumpdministration intensifies his effort to safeguard federal facilities. Hmm,
wonder why did that Trump had little pressure to you
now with all this happening, I think we air this
entire hearing yesterday, so I'm pretty sure you saw it.

Speaker 2 (29:57):
But if not.

Speaker 1 (29:58):
The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Oversight had a hearing yesterday
down in Charlotte, North Carolina. They invited families of violent
crime victims to deliver their heartbreaking testimony exposing what's been
happening with liberals in the judicial system, and I mean
the das, the judges, even some police chiefs and politicians

(30:20):
who are letting bad guys run free. This hearing followed
the brutal August murder of Irena Zuritzka, who, as you know,
was stabbed to death on that commuter train in Charlotte
by a repeat offender fourteen arrests, slap on the wrist,
he's out in the streets. Victims and law enforcements agencies
highlighted the consequences on soft on crime policies like no

(30:44):
cash bail and you know short sentences for certain minorities
because well, they're already victims because the color of their skins,
So if they commit crimes, they should not get as
much jail time. What the a grieving father spoke about
his twenty two year old daughter who was executed on
her knees by a career criminal who got released under

(31:07):
Democrat soft on crime policies. This emotional plea you're going
to see is so devastating. It shows you what's been
happening with this so called criminal justice reform at the
hands of liberals.

Speaker 2 (31:21):
Watch this dad dead gone?

Speaker 5 (31:27):
Why because Alexander Devonte Dickey, who was arrested thirty nine
damn times twenty five felonies, was on the street. How
about that? How good are we doing for our family?

(31:47):
How good are you doing for your kids? He should
have been in jail for over one hundred and forty
years for all the crimes he committed. You know how
much time he spent in prison, a little over six
hundred days in ten years.

Speaker 2 (32:03):
He's only thirty years old.

Speaker 5 (32:05):
He was committing two point sixty five crimes a year
since he was fifteen years old. But nobody could figure
out that he couldn't be rehabilitated. Well, you'd have to
put him in prison to see if he could be rehabilitated.
Isn't that the idea of prison.

Speaker 1 (32:26):
I'm so so sorry for that father and what he's
going through. I could only imagine thirty nine crimes, over
twenty of them felonies, served less than two years behind bars, murders,
his sweet innocent daughter. Joining me now to discuss Trump's
crackdown on crime around the country, which I think these
cities had it coming.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
Sorry, Liberals, you screwed the pooch.

Speaker 1 (32:50):
He's a retired Las Vegas police lieutenant and the founder
of the nonprofit group Wounded Blue.

Speaker 2 (32:54):
Randy Sutton back on Bill America. Randy, nice to see you. Wow.

Speaker 1 (33:00):
Powerful testimony, but goes to show what's happening to law abiding,
tax paying citizens who are being taken advantage of by
a judicial system set up to fail by liberal policy.

Speaker 2 (33:14):
I'm sorry, but no cash bail. Oh you don't.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
You don't go away for this heinous felony because well
you're a victim because you have black or brown skin,
so we give you less time. I mean, this is
not racist to say this is what's happening. There are
das and judges out there letting career criminals run the
streets of America?

Speaker 2 (33:32):
Are they not? Randy? Am I making this up in
my head?

Speaker 13 (33:36):
I wish you were making it up in your head,
but you're not. The left has abdicated, abdicated their responsibility
to the public safety. For years now, there has been
a criminal justice crisis in America that rarely are we
even talking about. We have the perfect storm of the

(33:58):
destruction of public safety. You have fewer numbers of police
officers on the streets than you have in decades, but
virtually every city in America is down twenty thirty percent
of the number of police officers they need to effectively run.
Then you add onto that the policies and the laws

(34:18):
that have put and been put into place by leftists
and social justice quote warriors unquote that have literally destroyed
the effectiveness of the criminal justice system. Then add on
to that what I call the elections of trojan horse

(34:40):
prosecutors and disc attorneys and judges, people who have been
put into positions where they are supposed to be safeguarding
the people that they serve, and yet because of their radical,
irrational ideology, have abdicated that. In fact, just the opposite.
Instead of prosecuting criminals, they want to everything they can

(35:00):
to prosecute police officers.

Speaker 1 (35:02):
Now you have let me ask you that, Randy, that's
got to be. I know you're you're retired now.

Speaker 13 (35:07):
Correct, correct, I'm retired from the police department.

Speaker 2 (35:10):
Yes, but that's got to be.

Speaker 1 (35:11):
And I'm sure you talk to some of the guys
still on the forest, either in Vegas or wherever.

Speaker 2 (35:15):
But how hard is that to do your job? Then?

Speaker 1 (35:18):
I just busted this career criminal for another armed robbery,
another rape, another homicide, whatever, and.

Speaker 2 (35:24):
Then I just read the judge let him out? Or
what I mean? How do you guys do your job? Then?

Speaker 1 (35:29):
If you know that the DA and the city are
working force, you're gonna let these scumbags back out on
the street and you've got to go rearrest them, which
you're risk in your life if they're a hardened criminal.

Speaker 13 (35:40):
Yeah, it's very debilitating to the to the morale of
law enforcement you have. You have depolicing taking place in America.
Depolicing means that that the officers are basically standing down,
why because a they have they have been virtually told
by their administrations they don't want them to do proactive
police worker. In fact, in many places, including Illinois, there

(36:04):
are laws on the books now which punish police officers
if they actually make vehicle stops for legitimate violations, if
it goes against the policies of their police agencies. They
are police officers being told don't we don't want you
to interact with the public, and they're blaming it on

(36:24):
the police. They're saying, police, it's your fault that we're
doing this because you're racist and you're brutal.

Speaker 2 (36:30):
Right, like the mayor of Chicago, I've heard that.

Speaker 1 (36:33):
Let's go, Brandon Johnson, guy, call you guys and throw
every cop under the bus.

Speaker 2 (36:36):
Yeah, it's CoP's.

Speaker 1 (36:37):
Fault that repeat offenders in Chicago keep repeating and killing people,
that you have one of the highest murder rates.

Speaker 2 (36:44):
That whatever, I'm so liars.

Speaker 1 (36:46):
Randy as always man, thanks for weighing in. Retired Las
Vegas police cop there, Lieutenant founder of Wounded Blue, Randy Sutton,
Thank you, sir, Take care, Thanks jam Yeah straight ahead
After the break. A letter written by Charlie Kirk sent
to is Reels Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, released and published
by The New York Post, and it is causing all
sorts of conspiracy theory. So what's true what's not? We'll

(37:10):
just show you the letter when we come back. Hey,
if your cable provider doesn't offer one America News Network,
you should give them a call and kindly demand that
they carry OAN. Now, you're the customer, and without your feedback,
your cable provider will not know that there is a

(37:33):
strong demand across this country for one America News Network.
So please call your cable company today and kindly ask
or demand that they add o ANN to their channel lineup.

Speaker 2 (37:50):
Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.

Speaker 1 (37:52):
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
have in common? The answer is that all three platforms

The live package is only two dollars and fifty cents

you know that one America news network has launched a
twenty four to seven Twitter like social media placement. We're

(39:01):
calling it free Talk forty five. So why is it
branded free talk forty five? Well, free talk because you
will not be censored for expressing your opinion there, and
forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation.

Speaker 3 (39:23):
Ever, how long a plan to give him? To respond
to this in fire proposal?

Speaker 2 (39:37):
You say, all we're going to do about three or
four days.

Speaker 4 (39:39):
You'll see how it is. All of the Arab countries
are signed up, the Muslim countries are all signed up,
Israel's all signed up. We're just way Defamas and Ams
is either going to be doing it or not, And
if it's not, it's going.

Speaker 2 (39:53):
To be a very sad end, very sad end.

Speaker 1 (39:58):
I think hamas you terrorists, I think you can read
between the lines and what the president's telling you.

Speaker 2 (40:05):
The Board of Peace is also here. We told you
about it last night.

Speaker 1 (40:08):
This brand new international board being spearheaded by DJT himself,
unveiled at the White House. This is now a new
international Council. It has one mission, they said, to bring peace,
first and foremost, peace to Gaza and Israel and the
entire Middle East, but overall peace across the globe. Trump
put out a twenty point plan yesterday calling for an

(40:30):
immediate cease fire between Hamas and the IDF, a rapid
hostage exchange, and then a full dismantling of hamasa's military
power in Gaza completely.

Speaker 2 (40:42):
You got to get out, You're gone. Do you think
they're going to go for that?

Speaker 1 (40:46):
Gaza would then be governed by a temporary international authority,
with day to day control being handed to a technocratic,
a political Palestinian committee, but all over by the Board
of Peace, which again made up of President Trump, Bibinet,
and YAHOO Middle Eastern leaders. You heard the President say,

(41:08):
the Prime Minister of Qatar, some of the Saudis. So
there's Jews, there's Christians, and there's Muslims, all on this
board trying to find peace.

Speaker 2 (41:16):
That's what the President wants. Peace, No more killing that's
what he says.

Speaker 1 (41:20):
So for all the folks out there on the crazy
right on the crazy left, that's either throwing Jews.

Speaker 2 (41:26):
Under the bus or whoever you want to throw into
the bus, Christians under the bus, stop it.

Speaker 1 (41:30):
He's trying to find peace, so there's not death on
either side. It's kind of like in Ukraine, whether you
think Russia's horrible, you love Russia, or Ukraine's wrong. He's
trying to find peace and stop the killing. But I
know people like the grift and make money, so that's where.

Speaker 2 (41:45):
They put bs out. Anyway.

Speaker 1 (41:48):
Now, radicals who surrender or are committed to peace will
get amnesty under Trump's new Board of Peace. They'll be
given safe passage out of Gaza to go live somewhere else.
Those that don't, you heard what the President said, it's
gonna end badly for you. I think this is bold,
it's very strategic, and it's a major step towards trying

(42:11):
to deradicalize Gaza, because let's be real, are there innocent
people living there that are getting hurt? Sure, but they
also sympathize with Hamas. Some of them don't have a choice.
They hide in their apartments or in tunnels underneath, but
some give them safe haven and let them hide in
their homes with their children and their women. What do
you want Israel to do when they're trying to root

(42:31):
out the terrorists. President Trump's Gaza peace plan is now
gaining global traction today. Arab nations, like I said, Muslim leaders,
even the Palestinian authority are now backing Trump's twenty point plan.
Shortly after President Trump and the Prime Minister Benjaminta, who
announced the planned yesterday, foreign ministers from Saudi Arabia, Jordan,

(42:52):
the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, Qatar, and Egypt
all put out a joint statement welcoming MP's effort and
pledging engagement with everyone will be key for implementation.

Speaker 2 (43:07):
President Trump also hosted a tri.

Speaker 1 (43:09):
Level phone call yesterday with Bibnet, Yahoo and the Katari
Prime Minister, seeking closer diplomatic ties between Israel and Qatar.
As we know, Qatar hosts one of the largest American
bases in the region and has been a venue for
ceasefire negotiations between Israel and Hamas. Of course, Katar also
lets Hamas leadership live in their country, so you know

(43:31):
that adds a little hostility, and Israel hit some of
those leaders the other day. Both Israel and Katari leaders
emphasize their commitment to regional security and trying to find
stability during that call.

Speaker 2 (43:44):
Now that brings me to our.

Speaker 1 (43:45):
Friend Charlie Kirk, and I can't believe I have to
bring up Charlie with the war in Israel. But seeing
how a bunch of folks on both sides of the
political aisle, all over this thing called social media and
podcasts and talk shows seem to want to tie Charlie
and his assassination.

Speaker 2 (44:03):
To the Jews in israel I, guess we have to
say this.

Speaker 1 (44:08):
Just months before his assassination, Charlie Kirk sent a letter
to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin et Yahoo. In it, Kirk voiced, yes,
he did voice deep concern about Israel and the war.

Speaker 2 (44:21):
But you know what, he also pointed out, since everybody's.

Speaker 1 (44:23):
Saying, oh see, he was questioning Israel in the war,
that's why Israel had him killed.

Speaker 2 (44:30):
Read the letter.

Speaker 1 (44:32):
He had deep concerns about the rising anti Israel sentiment
coming from American youth, especially on social media. He warned
Bibby in the letter that he was losing the information war.
He urged Israel to sharpen their communications strategy. Kirk proposed

(44:53):
multiple reforms. Matter of fact, in the letter, he used
phrases like Bibby, you need a rapid response media team
like President Trump has, Maybe an Israel Truth social network
like Trump has, so you can counter misinformation about your country,
about the war, about who Hamasa is and what they

(45:14):
did to you on October seventh. You see, he can
question what's happening in that war while he's still supporting
the Jewish people. You don't throw the baby out with
the bathwater, folks. Charlie framed his suggestions as coming from
quote in the letter, and hopefully we'll post it see
all can see it. A place of deep love for

(45:37):
Israel and the Jewish people. Charlie been there, He'd seen
what he put as the story tales from the Bible
when he was a child, came to life when he visited.
Why would he want Israel to go down? He was
a Christian, a true Christian who lived it a hell
of a lot better than me and most of you

(45:58):
out there, I guarantee, folks. Kirk wrote to Netanyahu that
he was alarmed by the anti Israel, anti Semitic trends
quote hitting record levels since one of his greatest joys
as a Christian was advocating for Israel and forming alliances
with Jews in the fight to quote protect Judeo Christian civilization.

Speaker 2 (46:19):
This is a quote.

Speaker 1 (46:20):
My team and I have spent months analyzing these trends
and debating ideas that could help you and your country
push back against these disturbing developments. He added, anti Israel
sentiment can undermine American support for Israel. Charlie went, I
want to say the purpose of this letter is to
lay at our concerns and outline potential remedies. He was

(46:41):
trying to help, not condemn. Everything written here is from
a place of deep love. Netna, who first mentioned the
letter eight days after Kirk was shot and killed, disputing
what he calls monstrous falsehoods that Israel was somehow behind
Charlie's assassination.

Speaker 2 (47:00):
Now, of course, I'm sure and a.

Speaker 1 (47:03):
Lot of folks that watch this show are probably fans
of Canvas Owens. Okay, Canvas over the last few weeks
has been putting out all sorts of ridiculous nonsense. Okay,
if anybody has been misrepresenting Charlie's legacy. I would say
it's her and I'm not going to mention anything else.

(47:25):
Take her picture off the screen, because for five years
at this network, I have maintained not attacking publicly people
in the America first MAGA Republican or conservative movement because
I hate the division. Leave that up to the crazy
ass left. But when you start within hours of someone

(47:46):
being horrifically assassinated on live television, millions were streaming it,
and you immediately come out and go, this foreign country
did it. Now you have people online saying that Charlie's
widow was involved, that TPA workers were involved. This is
getting ridiculous, and I'm.

Speaker 2 (48:04):
So tired of it. I'm so tired of it.

Speaker 1 (48:07):
Stop join me now to discuss this new board of
peace and also this letter, which I can't believe we
even have to discuss. He's the founder of Americans Against
Anti Semitism. He's a former Democrat, believe it or not,
in the New York State Assembly. And yes he's a
friend of mine, and I don't have a lot of
Democrats I'm friends with. Dove heinkenback on the program, Dov,

(48:30):
nice to see how you been, would.

Speaker 13 (48:32):
You be with you?

Speaker 12 (48:33):
I you know, you know you speaking from your heart,
from your soul.

Speaker 2 (48:38):
Yeah, there's a telebroptor.

Speaker 12 (48:40):
I mean, listen, listen. Presenting this picture first about the
President of the United States Dan his energy, his energy.
I mean he didn't compete with guys who are in
their twenties and thirties and forties. I mean he is
working day and night. This new initiative bringing together Jews, Christians,

(49:05):
Muslims country after country and presenting this twenty one point
plan an opportunity to make life better for everybody, for
the Palestinians, for you name it, for everybody. We'll find
out soon enough. You know what the reaction will be

(49:26):
from Kamas. I am not optimistic, but listen, I hope,
I hope I'm wrong, because we have an opportunity for greatness.
Donald Trump represents greatness period. I mean you think about
the past, you think about past presidents. This guy's got
more energy and than the last five presidents put together, period.

Speaker 2 (49:49):
Meaning to make a difference.

Speaker 1 (49:51):
Barack Obama divided the nation and the world more. I
think sucking up to Muslims in the Muslim brotherhood way
too much. Jojo, don't get me started on Biden allowing
the influx of terrorists from Muslim nations that would do
us harm because they literally say, big devil, little devil,
want us wiped off the face of the earth. Go

(50:12):
listen to what they say, folks. I'm not being a Islamophobic.
I'm telling you what they're saying. And they're saying it
in mosques on our soil. They're saying it in Florida.
They're saying it in Texas. They're saying it in Detroit, Michigan.
They're saying it Minneapolis. And I'm not supposed to be
freaked out. I still remember what they'll happen on nine
to eleven. And no, I don't think the Jews did it, okay.
I think that a bunch of hijackers that hated us

(50:32):
because there were thousands of witnesses and dozens of people
saw them learn how to fly over months in those
flight schools, got on planes and killed three thousand of
our fellow Americans. We heard the audio from Beemer and
the guys on the flight in Shanksville saying, let's go.
They took him down. But I'm supposed to believe you
Jews did it. You killed my friend, Charlie, you did
nine to eleven. You own Donald Trump. Everything's Jews faults.

(50:55):
I'm so tired of hearing these.

Speaker 12 (50:56):
Shit, Dan h Nothing just changed for some people. They
don't want to know the facts. They're not interested in
the truth. They know the truth, they know it has
something to do with the Jews. It's ridiculous, it's preposterous.
But they have an agenda. Whatever it is. Their agenda
maybe something to do with making money, having followers, whatever

(51:19):
it is, it's outrageous. But I want to talk about
Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 2 (51:23):
Because he was big.

Speaker 12 (51:25):
He has been for the longest period of time, one
of my heroes, and I'm a pretty good judge of character.
I've been around for a couple of years. This was
an extraordinary individual, a person who loved America beyond anything
that I can say. And as you pointed out, this
man truly loved the Jewish people. He was involved in

(51:49):
the war against anti Semitism and defending the people of Israel.
What he said in the letter to the Prime Minister
was so oh, I'm target Dan, the Israeli. You know,
Israel is a powerful military country, very sophisticated. They do

(52:09):
some of the most remarkable, miraculous things in defeating their enemies.

Speaker 1 (52:14):
You and I have watched it well, and they do
it with a lot more mercy, even than our own
government's done. Charlie pointed out in the letter he bragged
up Bibby and the IDF, saying, you guys drop flyers,
you get on the bullhorns, you give evacuation warnings. I'm sorry,
but in every war America's been in, we haven't.

Speaker 2 (52:30):
Done that all the time. We don't go back you
tons of warnings exactly.

Speaker 12 (52:33):
But Charlie was right. Charlie was right about the fact
that Israel is not good at the public relations. It's
called in Hebrew his barrah explaining the things that you're doing.
I complain about that all the time. I've complained for years.
And a true friend, what is a true friend? A

(52:54):
true friend will tell you A husband will tell his wife. Well,
why people will tell the husband. We will tell our
children when we think something is not the way you write.

Speaker 2 (53:06):
And two things can be true at once.

Speaker 1 (53:08):
Dove, Charlie could have said and been critical of the
war that it was dragging out, there was too much
civilian casualty.

Speaker 2 (53:14):
This doesn't look good for you. Israel.

Speaker 1 (53:15):
It doesn't mean that he was saying I hate Bibby,
I hate Jews, I hate Israel, and so y'all killed him.
And that's what people on this damn thing are trying
to say, and it's inciting violence against people.

Speaker 2 (53:26):
And that's why I'm pissed by the way they're wrapping
me up, Dove.

Speaker 1 (53:29):
So I got to throw out my disclaimer like I
always do, and I dare any other podcast or a
talk show host to do the same. I take no
money from any foreign entity, whether it be the Jewish community,
the State of Israel, or.

Speaker 2 (53:41):
Any Muslim country.

Speaker 1 (53:42):
The only person that pays my salary is mister Robert Herring,
the owner of this network, and that's the.

Speaker 2 (53:47):
Only person I'm beholden to.

Speaker 1 (53:49):
The main person I'm beholden to is God above and
of course my wife. So any of you that you
want to say I'm bought and paid for or Dove
paid me to say this, or blah blah blah, you're
all full of bs. And I dare anybody body else
open the books. I'll show you my accounts.

Speaker 2 (54:02):
I don't care. I got to run the final word
to you.

Speaker 12 (54:04):
And read the letter, read the lead. It I read
it twice morning, well and they will see I'll post it.
Charlie Kirk was a lover of the Jewish people. He
was one of those special people.

Speaker 2 (54:18):
You know.

Speaker 12 (54:18):
I missed him.

Speaker 1 (54:20):
They're ruining his memory by acting like this is some big,
nasty conspiracy theory.

Speaker 2 (54:25):
It's not.

Speaker 1 (54:27):
A sick individual brainwashed by the Left shot him. And
you're letting the left off by going down this rabbit
hole because they are radicalizing American citizens to target Christian,
patriotic Americans like me, like Charlie. My death threats stepped
up after he got shot because I spoke out for him.
And if you keep going down the rabbit hole instead

(54:48):
of pointing the finger at the radical left, which is
why you left your party, because they're radical, crazy people,
more people.

Speaker 2 (54:54):
Are going to get hurt.

Speaker 1 (54:54):
And that's why I'm so upset tonight, Not because it's Jews,
it could be anybody else.

Speaker 2 (54:58):
I'm upset because you're.

Speaker 1 (55:00):
Detracting and distracting from what the hell actually happened. And
who's to blame for Charlie's death anyway, I got to run, Dove.
I'm sorry I you capitalize this when I just I'm
hot today.

Speaker 12 (55:10):
God bless you.

Speaker 1 (55:11):

with a preview of what's to come on tomorrow night's program.

before we leave you tonight, I want to tell you
about something that's coming up tomorrow. It's really been weighing
on my head, in my heart, and that's why we're
covering it. For millions of Christians around the world, faith

(57:46):
is no longer just a belief. It's actually a daily
act of survival. Case in point, just look at Nigeria
right now. Churches are being burned, priests are being kidnapped
and killed. Families are running for their lives simply because
of their faith. What's been unfolding is a relentless wave
of violence, with Christian communities under siege and their very
survival at stake. Coming up tomorrow night, we're gonna have

(58:09):
an eye opening interview with international award winning investigative journalist
Laura Logan regarding the genocide of Christians in Nigeria and
around the globe. I hope you tune in for that,
and we're all out of time stick around. Matt Gates
is coming up next, followed by Chanelle Rhon. I'll be
back tomorrow eight eastern, five Pacific. Until then, y'all know
exactly what to do. Be proud Americans out there, Be brave,
