Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America tonight.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
A supreme SmackDown for the City of Angels and the
Democrats who rule it. The High Court in our land
ruling in favor of law and order in LA defending
the rapid deportation of criminal illegal aliens by the Trump administration.
Plus it's the ultimate I told you so regarding this clown.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
And his regime.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
This time it involves grossly inflated job numbers. While Joe
was in the bogus data had a massive impact on
shaping our monetary policy in America.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
So how are we doing now?

Speaker 2 (00:35):
We'll take a look and doubling down on the crime
crackdown in this country courtesy of that guy right there.
He's trying to make our streets safe again. I'm Dan Ball,
and Real America starts right now. Good Tuesday, aving to you,

(00:58):
thanks for tuning in, folks. So if you recall, right,
as we were kind of in the middle towards end
of the COVID plandemic, like twenty twenty three, let's call
it timeframe, all of a sudden we were celebrating a
big job's boom after everything had shut down.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Remember this was during the Biden regime.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Well, now that we actually have transparent government thanks to
President Trump, we're finding out that it turns out that
those amazing job numbers were all built on inflated numbers.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Let's call it what it is. Lies. It turns out
that some.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
Nine one hundred and eleven thousand, let's just round up,
about a million jobs were never actually created. The US
Bureau of Labor Statistics' annual revisions confirm what President Trump,
what I was saying, what a lot of folks on
the America first side were saying during JoJo's tenure, that

(01:59):
it was all made up. I heard from you people
out there looking for work, begging for work.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Uh huh.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
And the jobs weren't there. The labor market was a
heck of a lot softer than it actually was. And
you know who covered up for Jojo and Kamala and
the regime the media, because you know, back in the day,
like when I got into this profession, folks, I can
honestly tell you that journalists would be journalists. They wouldn't
just take what the government gave them and said, Okay,

(02:30):
this looks legit, we'll go reported on the evening news.
They would invest the gate our government to confirm what
you're getting from your government is factual.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Didn't do that when Joe was in, but now that
Trump's in anyway again bls.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
That's the bureau that handles all of our job data,
quietly admitted, quietly but not here. They overstated job growth
by like I said, about a million jobs between April
of twenty twenty four and March two twenty five.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
And guess what.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
The overwhelming majority of that phantom growth, of course, was
all under Joe while the media was saying that the
economy's going great, Joe's doing a great job.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Now, folks, let.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
Me just tell you when you break down the numbers,
this marks the largest annual correction since the year two
thousand and reflects a significantly weaker labor market during Biden's
final year. The lamestream media, of course, rushed to celebrate
booming jobs and overlooked any errors. Errors Again that led

(03:38):
to what misguided policy.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
Think about it. If you're out there.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
And you've got to rate the American economy and then
businesses in the stock market, investments and investors, everything's kind
of hinging right on the jobs report, how things are
looking with our economy, And you tell everybody it's doing
great and that we're coming out of COVID and jobs
are coming.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
Back, but it's not actually happening.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
Then you're going to put policy into effect that's going
to screw things up. It's going to delay growth. The
result economic decisions again made on false premises, delaying effective
policy Truft's. Trump's tough stance and demand for accurate data

(04:23):
not only justified but vital. And remember what happened a
few weeks ago when Trump was saying, Oh, these people
over at the Bureau Labor and stuff, they've been lying
to us, and I think he wanted to can somebody.
He did can them, and everybody freaked out. This is
why he literally warned us about this, and he even
called out BLS and fired that Obama era commissioner. Again,

(04:46):
this wasn't a technical revision. Trump firmly believes this was
fraud against the American people, which then moved markets up
down the wrong way, misled voters, right, goes Kamal and
Joe did a great job.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
Vote for Kamala. No, you were off by a million.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
And again, it's shaped policy that doesn't make any sense
if your economy is still struggling like it was the
entire time Joe was in. A new national poll from
the mclafflin Associates reveals a remarkable comeback in voter confidence
under President Trump. For the first time in four years,
forty four percent of Americans believe the country is heading

(05:25):
in the right direction. Now, you might say, well, Dan,
that's not even half. Well, it's a solid ten percent
increase since inauguration Day. And remember everybody says we were
on the wrong track and Trump's going to screw things up.
But it went up even more striking fifty eight percent
of voters now reject fears of a recession, marking the

(05:48):
widest confidence gap in our economy since early twenty twenty,
when COVID hit. Meantime, the Supreme Court is considering whether
certain tariffs imposed by President Trump under the Emmergency Authority
Act are actually lawful.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
Now, if the Court.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
Rules against the Trump administration, the US Treasury may be
forced to refund between seven hundred and fifty billion and
a trillion dollars.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
Let's hope that does not happen.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
So far, court rulings have declared the tariffs illegal, but again,
these are lower courts run by a bunch of activists
liberal judges, so again we've got a hope that they
signed with Trump. Here. Treasury Secretary Scott Pasett has one
that unwining the tariffs would leave too serious economic disruption

(06:35):
and financial strain. Despite those fears, though President Trump's tariffs
could trigger a downturn, data reveals the economy grew a
robust three point three percent annualized rate in the second
quarter of this year, up from the initially reported three
percent and well above projections. Now, I know the latest
jobs number not good. You gotta be fair and honest, right,

(06:57):
not good, But considering what DJT was handed by Alzheimer,
Joe and Catlin Kamala, I would say, now that we're
eight months in, things are looking pretty dang good.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
Joining us now.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
In reaction, Florida Congressman Mike herrodopolis back on the program. Mike,
your reaction to all of this news. Again, job numbers
weren't that hot, but GDP's up. Hopefully the tariffs stay in.
I hope the Supreme Court knows what they're doing. And
we used to use tariffs anyway before we had income tax,
so I don't know why the Supreme Court won't side
with the President on Tariff's But let's start with BLS

(07:38):
and the lie that Joejoe created an extra million jobs
during his four year tenure that were never created. Mike,
I don't know if you were on the program, but
I do remember discussing it on this show and telling
people that these numbers didn't make any sense. Yet the
mainstream media told the country the economy is soaring, Joe's
doing great.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
Well.

Speaker 3 (08:01):
It's a total disconnect, as usual from the Biden reality.
It's so frustrating to watch these people just straight up
lie to the American public or where the economy stood.
And as you put it perfectly, it's impacting policies today.
We have artificially high interest rates right now because of
the lies over the last four years.

Speaker 4 (08:19):
And this is incredibly frustrating.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
Is the President is moving forward with an economic agenda
that finally works for the American public.

Speaker 4 (08:26):
And know what better evidence than a record.

Speaker 3 (08:29):
Stock market, meaning people who are investing for their future
and their retirement are getting the reward of a Trump economy,
and the American worker finally has a level playing field
with nations around the world where the pre Raps four
years we were given away everything to the rest of
the world at the expense of the American worker. This
is why the American public is very optimistic about the

(08:50):
president and his future. They know that he's finally on
their side and we're not going to manipulate data anymore.

Speaker 4 (08:56):
It's a refreshing change in Washington, DC.

Speaker 1 (08:59):
It sure is.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
And I'll tell you what, firing people who either are
too incompetent to do their job or are corrupt. Because
I always hear the President talk about those DC folks,
I see a nod.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
And you know what I'm talking about.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
They're either grossly incompetent, or they're corrupt as hell, or
a little of both. And I feel like that Galvity
fire that Obama had appointed to the Bureau of Labor
Statistics that people were freaked out about a few weeks ago, Mike,
remember that, Like, I think that we have this evidence
she deserved to go. Do you think it was incompetence

(09:33):
while she was in charge with these numbers, nine hundred
and eleven thousand jobs didn't exist, or do you think
this was blatant corruption to cover for Joe and Kamala.

Speaker 3 (09:44):
Well, I think it comes down to hyper partisanship in
these offices. They appoint people who will say whatever the
person on top asked them to say. And it wasn't
just with the BLS, is also with the CBO. If
you recall, the CBO said that the numbers for the
Trump tax cuts would be somehow disastrous. They were off

(10:04):
by one and a half trillion, nine billion trillion dollars.
And we're seeing the same thing happen with the big
bill that we just passed. They threw at a number
that was completely bogus, and they thought the economy would
only grow at one point nine percent when you just
mentioned it's actually going at three point three percent. They're
biased people in a lot of these places that believe
that the government is the answer to everything and anything

(10:27):
to keep the Democrats in power. We're finally exposing this
type of corruption, political corruption, so to speak. This is
why I want to see more transparency. The American public
deservecy every dollar, where is it spent, who's getting it,
why are they getting it? How long will they get it?
These are the common sense things we do in Florida.
We needed the same thing in Washington.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
I mean it is common sense.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
You say those things that I'm sitting here nodding in agreement, like, yeah,
we should be doing them.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
Why haven't we done them in years or ever?

Speaker 2 (10:55):
It just as a regular old taxpaying citizen, fifty year
old man, it just boggles the mind that we're still
operating this way in Washington, d C. Mike, let's talk
about those tariffs. Obviously, you guys chit chat. You may
not know where these justices might be leaning left or right,
but you hear the chatter in the halls of Congress,

(11:19):
you know, probably where people are saying the law falls
on this. What are you hearing? What are you thinking
the way Scotus is going to rule on this? Will
President Trump be able to keep these tariffs intact which
have brought in Now we're talking tea with trillions, I mean,
if these things keep coming in, you know, he's flow
to the idea of, hey, maybe we should get rid
of income tax if we got enough tariffs coming in.

(11:41):
And again, if you go back before the Federal Reserve
was created and about one hundred some years in this country,
that's the way we did things. We had tariffs and
you didn't tax us to death. So what are you
hearing on the streets there in DC?

Speaker 3 (11:53):
Well, like we know that the ultimate weapon the president
possesses is the American economy. And for years, as you know, Dan,
we were taken advantage of by some of our own
trading partners. They would charge us much higher tax rates
or teriff rates then we would charge them, and to
put the American worker at a competitive disadvantage. The President
is using this weapon, the American economy, to say, if

(12:15):
you don't treat us fairly, we're going to tax you.
And for the benefit for us, of course, is a
lot of money comes into the government, but more importantly,
long term, it puts us on a level playing field
with these other nations. And when we have a level
playing field, the American public wins because jobs are created
and we're no longer dependent on countries like China. And
we all knew the lessons from COVID is you better

(12:37):
not trust the Chinese, not only on information but with
the supply chain. And so we're bringing a lot of
these jobs back home. We're making sure the supply chain
is back home. And I think it's a win. And
if scotus are the Supreme Court rules against this, not
only lose a bunch of cash, but we lose our
ability to get a level playing field across the world,
which is the president's ultimate goal.

Speaker 2 (12:57):
Yeah, I agree with everything you're saying. Again, word on
which way they might be leaning. I know that things
used to be kept pretty tight lipped when it comes
to SCOUTUS, but let's be real.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
After the leak right.

Speaker 2 (13:09):
On the abortion one, I figured people kind of hear
little rumors and stuff around DC.

Speaker 1 (13:14):
So that's why I ask I'll ask you again.

Speaker 3 (13:16):
I'm optimistic that I'm optimistic that they will rule the
right way. But hey, these are things I can chow
what I can control, and I try to stay in
my lane.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
All Right, I'm gonna switch gears on the economy.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
Thanks for hitting all those with me, Mike, real quick,
because earlier this week, before a.

Speaker 1 (13:31):
Lot of other things happened.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
Only in the last two days, people were still talking
about the Biden autopen scandal. President Trump even weighed in
on it again. And I know that your colleagues on
the House Oversight Committee says that the probe, or the
investigation rather into the autopen scandal is almost done.

Speaker 1 (13:51):
Quote, it's in its final stages.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
So let's play this quick SoundBite from the President, and
then Mike will get your take on the backside.

Speaker 5 (13:58):
Well, I wake the auto pen is one of the
great scandals of our time.

Speaker 4 (14:03):
Theuto pen our was our president.

Speaker 1 (14:06):
Got to put it in a different way.

Speaker 3 (14:07):
Whoever operated the auto pen was our president.

Speaker 1 (14:11):
If it's not allowed, it's just not allowed. It's just
not allowed. It's not allowed. Mike, what are you hearing
from your friends on oversight?

Speaker 2 (14:21):
And Well, we actually see somebody held accountable. I know
that the president won't be They got immunity, So I'm
not looking at Jojoe, but I'm thinking about the enablers
behind the scenes that probably use the auto pen, most
likely without Joe knowing or remembering, thanks to the dementia
and those two thousand plus pardons of murderers and crazy

(14:43):
weirdos and just all the crap that was signed by autopen.
This needs to be investigated. But again, the American people
are tired of not seeing people held accountable.

Speaker 1 (14:53):
Mike, please weigh in on this one.

Speaker 4 (14:56):
I couldn't agree more.

Speaker 3 (14:57):
We need to put a head on the wall, a
multiple head in the wall. Only one person, the person
elected president the United States, has the power to pardon,
and he let everybody and his brother out.

Speaker 4 (15:07):
And it's unacceptable.

Speaker 3 (15:09):
I mean the President United States has this incredible responsibility
and they abused it to the highest degree, and it
is time for these folks to be held accountable on
multiple fronts. This is the most obvious one. The President
put it perfectly. This is a power of the president,
nobody else. And instead they come in as staffers, and
they come in and they help their friends out. Who

(15:29):
knows what benefits they got on the backside of this.
It must be fully prosecuted and make sure that constitutional
power that the president's been given is only for the president,
not all of his cronies.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
Amen. Yeah, I'd like to see some bank accounts.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
I wonder if people got paid under the table to
get that auto pen working for him. Mike Herot Oppl
was representing Florida's eighth congressional district. Thank you, sir for
coming back on the program.

Speaker 1 (15:53):
Appreciate you.

Speaker 4 (15:55):
Or it's great to see it thanks to the opportunity.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Yep, straight ahead, the very latest Carl North Carolina and

Real America Welcome Back. So the horrific murder of a
defenseless young woman a refuge of the Ukrainian War, and

(18:58):
forget what you think about the war.

Speaker 1 (18:59):
Who cares? The point is this young.

Speaker 2 (19:02):
Beautiful, innocent soul who left a worn torn nation thought
I'll come to America for a better, safer life, gets
butchered cold blood on a public train in North Carolina.
And this is another example of the radical soft on
crime policies that are implemented by Democrat das and judges,

(19:28):
and it's getting people killed. Two words, cashless bail. You've
heard of that, right, cashless bail, social justice. You literally
have Democrat lawmakers saying that people who commit heinous, horrific,
disgustable acts like this, right, but the color of their skin,

(19:52):
we shouldn't throw the book at them. We should be
nice to them, We should let them out of jail,
We should not put them in jail. It is I
don't care what what color you are. If you're out
there committing crimes against innocent people, you should pay.

Speaker 1 (20:07):
Matter of fact, I'll just stop right there.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
In a brutally honest, scathing report from the White House,
the Trump administration is now pointing out this cold blooded
murder of twenty three year old Ukrainian refugee Irena Zarutska.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
She died at the hands of.

Speaker 2 (20:23):
A career criminal who had a rap sheet longer than
my friggin' arm. By the way, violent repeat offenses, untreated
mental health issues sound familiar.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
And get this, this.

Speaker 2 (20:39):
Scumbag, which I don't even like showing the images, but
we got to point it out had previously been arrested
and released on cashless bail for I don't even know
the third, fourth, fifth time, because he had fourteen prior arrests.

Speaker 1 (20:55):
But this just happening in January, so eight months.

Speaker 2 (20:58):
Ago when he should have been in jail, he was
let out cashless bail. He's now federally charged with committing
an act causing death on a mass trans system. The
Census murder a direct result of the far left again
activist judges, woke prosecutors, George Soros paying to get them
all in there. This social experiment from the left, folks,

(21:20):
is trampling on your rights, the rights of law abiding citizens.
They just open the jail house door. Hey, you savages,
go out and do whatever the hell you want.

Speaker 1 (21:30):
You innocent twenty.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
Three year old people. You can die on a train,
don't worry about it.

Speaker 5 (21:36):
For far too long, Americans have been forced to put
up with Democrat run cities and set loose savage, bloodthirsty
criminals to prey on innocent people, really very very innocent people.

Speaker 1 (21:49):
In every place.

Speaker 5 (21:50):
They control radical left judges, politicians, and activists, and they've
adopted a policy of catch and release for thugs and
killers in Sharpe at North Carolina. We saw the results
of these policies when a twenty three year old woman
who came here from Ukraine met her bloody end on
a public train.

Speaker 1 (22:11):
And here's a picture of it.

Speaker 5 (22:13):
This is the picture of it. Twenty four of the
top twenty five most dangerous cities in America are run
by Democrat mayors. Fifty people were murdered in Chicago in
recent weeks, with hundreds being shot, and it's time to
stop this madness. The people of our country need to
insist on protection, safety, law and order.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
Meantime, law enforcement our nation's capital will continue to get
a federal boost till the end of the year, maybe longer.
District Columbia National Guard troops deployed as part of Trump's
federal law enforcement intervention have had their orders now extended
through December. The extension aims to ensure uninterrupted benefits and
pay for these DC Guard members on active duty, as
the mission is expected to continue for months while they

(22:56):
clean up the swamp. Trumpministration also launching Midway Blitz in
Chicago yesterday targeting criminal illegal aliens DHS, stating the entire
state of Illinois is a huge magnet for illegals due
to dangerous sanctuary state and city policies under good old
Chubby Pritzker and radical Marxist Mayor Brandon Johnson. Borders are

(23:19):
Tom Holman taking questions about the operation just a few
hours ago at the White House.

Speaker 6 (23:24):
Take a look, how does Operation Midway Lives differ from
the raids that you've been condusting in and around Chicago
Since February.

Speaker 7 (23:33):
We got more resources in Chicago again the President and
wants to make Chicago safe again. Nothing has changed and
we're still prioritizing public safety threats and national security threats.
It's just where we send more resources to sanctuary cities.
President Trump said the day one, We're going to prioritize
sanctuary cities.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
But that's where the problem is.

Speaker 7 (23:51):
We know there really in public safety threats back in
the community. Every day We're going to go with the
biggest problems are the biggest problems of sanctuary cities.

Speaker 2 (23:59):
Our next gain is Tennessee Congressman Andy Ogles, and recently
he tried to hold a very successful town hall breakfast
event this past weekend in spring Hill. He wanted to
talk about the issues facing his district, in his state,
in this country. Ogles hosted the event again to address
things like crime. How about that maybe get the National
Guard down to Nashville and also more ICE agents to

(24:21):
help get rid of the illegals and the criminals. He
fully supports what President Trump is doing. Right however, as
usual and this must be the new thing for these
radical lefties. They're starting to show up to conservative congressmen
and women's meetings in these town halls in their districts
and then they just go stupid because that's what they do.

Speaker 1 (24:43):
They're radical lefties. Take a look, well, start this state.

Speaker 8 (24:58):
We are not black.

Speaker 2 (25:00):
I'm not going to take off your mask.

Speaker 1 (25:05):
Why you set your caller? Hey, I'm not here.

Speaker 4 (25:14):
Take out.

Speaker 1 (25:23):
Here now to discuss all that.

Speaker 2 (25:25):
He sits on the House Homeland Security and Financial Services Committee.
Tennessee Congressman Andy Ogles back on Real America. Andy, nice
to see you again, brother. I really want to start
with what happened in Charlotte. But since we just saw
that video of some mass little pansy beta male get
in your face, let's talk about those psychos first. Then
we'll talk about the psycho career criminal that a liberal

(25:45):
justice and DA probably let back on the street in January.
You're okay, I take it you didn't back down. I
appreciate that this is becoming a regular occurrence. I've seen
them at yours, at Bobert's, at MTG, pretty much anybody
that's a conservative and especially outspoken in the America First
or Mega movement. This is their new tactic since we won. Andy,

(26:07):
is this the first time you've dealt with it?

Speaker 8 (26:10):
Yeah, I mean especially on the scale.

Speaker 9 (26:11):
So we had a huge, hugely successful town hall, fifty
sixty people where they are asking questions and had a
great time quite frankly, but you know, there were individuals
outside that were protesting, and I told my teams like, look,
you know, they have a right to be here, they
have a right to a symbol.

Speaker 8 (26:27):
So I'm going to go out and talk to them.

Speaker 9 (26:29):
And then it very quickly spiraled out of control, if
you will it.

Speaker 8 (26:33):
You know, those individuals.

Speaker 9 (26:34):
Hiding behind masks, and that's what I told them, is like,
take off your mask, let's have a conversation. Put being
a coward, don't hide behind your mask. And you know
I stood my ground and to send the message, look,
I'm not going to back down.

Speaker 8 (26:45):
I'm here.

Speaker 9 (26:45):
I literally said, like, I'm here, Like, if you want
to have a conversation, I'm standing right here in front
of you. But if you're going to hide, you just
yell profanities at me. This is not a productive conversation.
You're wasting everybody's time. And like I said, there were
like fifty sixty constituents that were on the inside. We
had a great time. We have breakfast, broke bread together,
and we talked about the big beautiful bill.

Speaker 8 (27:04):
We talked about securing the border.

Speaker 9 (27:05):
We talked about all the victories that President Trump is
delivering for the American people.

Speaker 2 (27:09):
Yeah, it looked like the two right there in your
face looked like Antifa little pansies. Anyway, for sure, I'm
done given Yeah, I'm done giving them airtime. Let's move
on to something more important than these little boys living
in mommy's basement wearing mass acts and all tough. I
want to talk about a tragedy. I saw that video

(27:29):
over the weekend of what happened, and I want you
to roll up, folks. So I'm talking to Andy. This
is I believe unedited. There's some new angles and new
video out. We have blurred the knife a bit, but
I want people to see what this career criminal piece of.

Speaker 1 (27:43):
When I see this, I get so upset. Andy.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
Anyway, as we watch this video once again, two three
staber at least three times. That's Irena, the Ukrainian refugee
who her father sent here to get her away from war.
She's living in Charlotte. You think Charlotte, I think, say,
beautiful southern town. I don't think some innocent girl is
gonna get on look at her die and nobody helps her.

(28:08):
I'm so pissed at my fellow Americans. You don't think
getting on a train in Charlotte, Andy, that somebody's gonna
get up stab you in cold blood. By the way,
there's proof then after he walked over by some of
the folks and said I got that white. So I
would say federal charges for a human rights violation murder

(28:29):
because this was a racist This was a racial attack,
and I'm so glad the White House got involved. This
crap needs to end. This isn't the first time, it
will be the last time.

Speaker 1 (28:41):
Andy.

Speaker 2 (28:41):
We've seen dozens of these where these scumbags are getting
out cashless bail. Thank you liberal judges and das way
in please, sir.

Speaker 9 (28:52):
Yeah, I mean, first off, you know, you know you
watch that video in your heartbreaks. I mean, this is
a young woman, regardless of our race, color, creed. She's
just gotten off work. She's sitting on a train wondering
what the rest of her day holds, and this brutal
attack takes place.

Speaker 8 (29:11):
Hate crime charges are warranted here.

Speaker 9 (29:13):
But that being said, you know, this crime epidemic that
we've seen across this country, whether it's Charlotte, Chicago, d C.
New York, or Memphis for that matter, is a manifestation
of the failed policies of the radical left. You know,
Democrats have taken over these cities, the radical factions within
their party, and they've run them into their ground. Even
in Tennessee, the red state of Tennessee, the land of the.

Speaker 8 (29:36):
Home of the volunteer state.

Speaker 1 (29:37):
Right.

Speaker 9 (29:38):
You know, Memphis ranks number one violent crime, Nashville ranks
number eight. You know what they have in common, aside
for being top ten most violent cities, is that they're
run by radical leptist Democrat mayors. Yep, enough, set enough set.
Twenty four out of twenty five most violent cities in
America are run by Democrats. I'm tired of this crap.
I'm not going to back down. I'm going to fight

(29:59):
for my people in my district. I'm going to fight
for my country. And look, we've got to take a stand.
And look, Washington, d C.

Speaker 8 (30:05):
Is safe because of Donald Trump.

Speaker 9 (30:06):
The left said it couldn't be done, and a matter
of a couple of weeks, President Trump cleaned up the city.
The radical left said, you can't secure the border because
what President Trump did, he secured the border, and so
they are denying the fact that they created this problem.
President Trump and Republicans have the solution to save our republic,
and these types of crime.

Speaker 8 (30:27):
Should be prosecuted. That idiot, that piece of scum. I
won't say what I think should happen to him, but
he should have never been out of jail.

Speaker 9 (30:35):
And quite frankly, he needs the death penalty and he's
to thank executed. Well, yeah, he needs to be executed,
but it needs to be executed as quickly as possible.

Speaker 8 (30:43):
Just send the message of enough is enough.

Speaker 1 (30:46):
I said it when I learned about it. I'll say
it again on this program.

Speaker 2 (30:49):
Andy, one hundred and some years ago, you stole somebody's
horse out in the wild, West, you called the townspeople,
you erected the gallows, and then what do we do?

Speaker 1 (31:01):
And then you taught people don't steal a horse that
was for a horse.

Speaker 2 (31:05):
This guy stabbed an innocent girl till she bled out.
And by the way, my fellow Americans, grow a spine.
Help stick up for your fellow mankind next time you
see this happen. Now, one person on that train helped anyway.

Speaker 9 (31:19):
To your point, And obviously the train was sparsely populated.

Speaker 8 (31:23):
If you look at and you don't have to play it.

Speaker 9 (31:24):
But if you look at how the individuals were kind
of seated on the train, they may not have realized
that that attack took place because it happened so quickly.

Speaker 8 (31:31):
Maybe the bloody night behinder, he.

Speaker 2 (31:34):
Gets right, the blood's going everywhere. Come on, nobody helps anyway.

Speaker 9 (31:40):
I'm with you one hundred percent. Yeah, But again, you
know that guy should have been tackled to the ground,
beat to a pulp quite frankly, so that one of
the cops got there.

Speaker 8 (31:48):
He wasn't going anywhere.

Speaker 9 (31:49):
But I mean, goodness, gracious, when you watch that video,
I mean, you're you know I have a young daughter.
You know, I have two kids, I mean that could
have been my daughter, and we've got to take back
our streets. Quite frankly, yes we do, Yes, we do.
Final question is an easy one. Do you support President
Trump going into more and more Democrat controlled cities with

(32:10):
federal agents and guard troops to clean up this crime epidemic?

Speaker 1 (32:16):
Oh?

Speaker 9 (32:17):
Absolutely, I've called for, as has Senator Blackburn. You know,
first on the list literally is Memphis, but also Nashville.
I mean, Music City, USA is the front ports of
our state. Really the economic engine of you know, the
southern portion of the country is Nashville, and you have
a radical mayor, a leftist, a mayor who is allowing
literally allowing murders.

Speaker 8 (32:38):
And rapists to go free. I mean, when you look
at the you know.

Speaker 9 (32:41):
The the top ten of folks in Nashville that are
most wanted, it's murders, it's rapists, it's aggravated assault. One
of the guys held an eight year old, kidnapped him
a gunpoint. I mean, these are folks that should never
be on the streets again.

Speaker 8 (32:57):
They should be locked up. We should throw away the key.
So yeah, we should surge.

Speaker 9 (33:01):
Now, we obviously we have to adhere to the constitution,
but if these mayors and these governors are feckless and
won't do their job, then, by George, the presidents should
surge into those cities and show America that the streets
can be safe again.

Speaker 1 (33:13):
Amen. Amen, Amen.

Speaker 2 (33:15):
Congressman Andy Ogles, as always, you are repping your fifth
district down there and your constituents very well. Thank you,
sir for taking a stand.

Speaker 8 (33:23):
Appreciate you, Thank you, sir. Yep, good night you too.

Speaker 2 (33:25):
Coming up after the break, California gubernatorial candidate Sheriff Chad
Bianco is going to join us this because how Democrats
keep pushing back against President Trump's deportation plans, which is
just allowing more crime to happen in the nuts.

Speaker 1 (33:38):
So Golden State, stay with us with very back.

Speaker 2 (33:46):
Hey, did you know that one America News network has
launched a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
it branded free Talk forty five? Well, free talk because
you will not be censored for expressing your opinion there,
and forty five because forty five is a.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
Really lucky number.

Speaker 2 (34:09):
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your
cable provider doesn't offer one America News Network, you should
give them a call and kindly demand that they CARRYAN. Now,

(34:29):
you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable provider
will not know that there is a strong demand across
this country for one America News Network. So please call
your cable company today and kindly ask or demand that
they ADDANN to their channel lineup. Hey everyone, here's a

(34:53):
question for you. What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and
Amazon fireTV all have in common? The answer is that
all three platforms offer you the ability to live stream
One America News Network from your Roku TV AppleTV or
Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store, search

(35:13):
out for AN, then enjoy all the great programming offered
by ON, including my show Real America. Viewers are always
asking me how can they watch OAN live? The solution
is simple. It's a streaming platform called cloud tv. Now
it's spelled klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot com

(35:39):
and subscribe to watch twenty four to seven live feeds
of OAN. The live package is only two dollars and
fifty cents per month for all you can watch again,
simply go to cloudtv dot com and do it today.

Speaker 10 (36:06):
Let me just say, we will bring justice to this
issue to our community. We will not stand for this
type of discrimination and racism.

Speaker 1 (36:19):
You know what that is the oldest record.

Speaker 2 (36:21):
Play it again, Sam, if I hear that our word
one more time from you idiot.

Speaker 11 (36:26):
Democrats, it's racious. No, it's called following the damn law.
Liberal heads are now exploding after the highest court in
our land. You know, the Supreme Court handed out a
major victory for law and order in the city of
Angels Who's led by that incompetent person, Karen Bass. In

(36:49):
a six to three decision, the High Court, led by
President Trump's conservative majority, lifted a lower court restriction just
yesterday that previously had hobbled Ice from trying to inform
immigration laws in the sanctuary stronghold of LA.

Speaker 1 (37:04):
The ruling not only now.

Speaker 2 (37:05):
Paves the way for federal agents to be able to
go in and carry out sweeping enforcement actions while the
case proceeds to the courts, it also is a powerful
affirmation of national sovereignty and public safety. Writing for the majority,
Justice Brett Kavanaugh made it clear stops based on reasonable
suspicion of illegal presence are not only legal, their essential.

Speaker 1 (37:29):
Tools of law enforcement. Thank you.

Speaker 2 (37:32):
The interest in evading the law is not one of
the court deems worthy of defending. Thank you again. Meantime,
the idiot dissenters, you know who they are. It's the
same ones as usual. Justice Soar slamming the decision as
quote a dangerous precedent.

Speaker 1 (37:48):
Yeah, following the law.

Speaker 2 (37:50):
That's dangerous, Sodomier says, yet another grave misuse of our
emergency docket. While she whined about how the ruling could
turn every day Tino looking Americans into fair game. Why
is it always Latinos the Mexicans. Why to the left,
always it's about the Mexicans. The whites are racists against
the Mexicans. I'm so damn tired of hearing that. Stop

(38:12):
trying to divide us, Democrats. The majority of this country
is not racist towards one another. Everyday average Americans don't
give twos about the color of the skin. You just
try to make it that way, and so does the media.
The detestable governor of California, good old newscum, who's been
pandering to illegal aliens pretty much his whole freaking career,

(38:34):
joining the chorus of liberals who are now melting down.

Speaker 1 (38:39):
This is what he wrote.

Speaker 2 (38:39):
Trump's hand picked Supreme Court majority just became the grand
marshal for a parade of racial terror in LA.

Speaker 1 (38:45):
This isn't about enforcing immgration laws. It's about targeting Latinos.
Here we go from a cracker.

Speaker 2 (38:51):
It's about targeting Latinos and anyone who doesn't look or
sound like Stephen Miller's idea of an American, including US
citizens and children, to deliberately harm californ in his families
and small businesses.

Speaker 1 (39:02):
You are a complete idiot.

Speaker 2 (39:04):
Trump's private police force now has a green light to
come after your family, and every person is now a target.
But we will continue fighting these warign attacks on Californians. Now,
both Newsome and the equally detestable Karen.

Speaker 1 (39:20):
Bass are simply just I mean, they can't handle this.

Speaker 2 (39:24):
Okay, they are losing there, you know what, because the
Supreme Court upheld the law.

Speaker 10 (39:32):
I want the entire nation to hear me when I say,
this isn't just an attack on the people of Los Angeles.
This is an attack on every person in this city
and in every city in our country. Just as Sodomayar
said it best. In her descent, she wrote, we should
not have to live in a country where the government

(39:54):
can seize anyone who looks Latino, speaks Spanish, and appears
to work in a low wage job, rather than stand
idly by while our constitutional freedoms are lost. I dissent,
and I agree with her.

Speaker 1 (40:11):
I dissent, We all dissent. Sent to hearing your damn
voice anymore.

Speaker 2 (40:17):
Thank you for cutting her off, joining me now a
way in on all this going down in the not
so Golden State. He's the sheriff of Riverside County, California
and a GOP gubernatorial candidate.

Speaker 1 (40:27):
And my friend Chad Bianco back on the show, Chad,
how about it?

Speaker 2 (40:32):
Wow, they are losing their ever loving minds. How dare
the Supreme Court uphold the law? And I thought it
fitting to get a law and order man on someone
who's dedicated his entire adult life.

Speaker 1 (40:45):
To law enforcement.

Speaker 2 (40:47):
Your thoughts on mister Newsom and miss Bass's reactions to
what the Supreme Court did in favor of what Trump
is trying to do.

Speaker 12 (40:55):
Well, It's amazing to me always when they come on
like this, The dishonesty the latent dishonesty and flat out
lying to the public when they.

Speaker 8 (41:03):
Make these.

Speaker 12 (41:07):
Just egregious statements that if you really sit down and look,
they are absolutely false. We know they're faults and you've
said it best. They are only meant to divide us
and to stir up this racial hatred and racial divide
and it's all politics as usual for them, and how ironic,
I guess, But for those of us that know that

(41:29):
this is the case anyway, they're so upset that the
Supreme Court upheld the Constitution. They despise the Constitution. They
want nothing to do with the Constitution. They love breaking
our laws. They have a love affair with the criminals
who break our laws. And now they're trying to turn
it into something else and make people believe emotionally that

(41:51):
somehow Trump is doing something wrong, when the reality is
every president in the history of our country, except the
failure of Biden, forced our immigration laws. And now all
of a sudden they want you to forget history and
somehow this is bad.

Speaker 2 (42:05):
Well, because it's Trump, right, Orange man bad. It doesn't matter, Chad,
whatever the Orange Man does.

Speaker 1 (42:10):
It's bad. I mean.

Speaker 2 (42:12):
The other week I played clips from Hillary and Obama
and Bill and all of them where they were talking
about enforcing laws and going after illegal immigrants and how
it hurts American workers.

Speaker 1 (42:22):
They've all said it in the past.

Speaker 2 (42:23):
You're so correct, But again it's because Trump's doing it now. Look,
you got to go out there and you got to
enforce laws every day. You're the top law dog in
Riverside County, a massive county in southern California. Just fill
the viewers in around the nation watching this program about
how bad it is in Democrat controlled cities. I know
that you're lucky in that Riverside County. You have a

(42:45):
lot of red areas, but you're surrounded by blue. And
so just tell them. I mean, I'm sure you've had
to deal with here or there. You hear about it.
You know, a mayor or a DA or someone who
doesn't want to cooperate because they're a radical Democrat.

Speaker 1 (42:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 12 (42:59):
We've seen over and over and over again the destruction
of public safety in California, starting well over a decade
ago with the big move of emptying the prisons on
the backs of counties. Then it went to letting people
out of prison, commuting their sentences, shortening their sentences, letting
them out, passing laws that does not allow us to

(43:20):
even put them in jail or prison anymore. And this
is all the agenda of the Democrat Party say. Somehow,
now in an election year, mind you that some of
these Democrats are now saying, oh, public safety is the key,
and we have to get fixed public safety. But the
reality is, and the truth that they're going to have
to answer to, is you don't get to break something

(43:40):
and then somehow try and take credit for fixing it.
And the state of California is a it should be
a beacon of hope and a good example for the
rest of the country. But somehow, over the last couple
of decades, we've become everything that you shouldn't do for
the rest of the country. The rest of the country
is looking at us and seize the absolute failures. They

(44:03):
see the emboldenment of criminals, They see the homelessness issues
that are on the street, They see the rampant drug
abuse and drug addiction that we have here in California
leading the country in all of these things that we
should be the best at. And it's they're going to
have to answer to it. This is nothing but a
political agenda that has failed. It's been a social experiment
that we as Californians are paying the price for and

(44:25):
they're going to have to They're going to have to
pay for those decisions in this next election. And somehow
they're trying to distance the media, distance the people that
are watching from the reality of California by somehow playing
it and making everyone believe that it is President Trump
who is somehow hurt in California and somehow creating all

(44:47):
of these issues that he had nothing to do with.

Speaker 2 (44:49):
That's exactly it, and that's why, as I wrap up,
we need a new sheriff in Sacramento, and I mean
a governor, of course, but a sheriff who can bring
law and or and safety and security back to the
Nazo Golden State and hopefully make it golden again.

Speaker 1 (45:05):
It is Bianco Forgovernor dot com.

Speaker 2 (45:07):
If you'd like to learn more about Chad's bid to
become the governor of California, please please please Californians hear
my voice.

Speaker 1 (45:16):
Not another Democrat, dammit, Chad, Thank you, God bless you.

Speaker 8 (45:19):
You're welcome.

Speaker 1 (45:20):
You good to see Dan.

Speaker 2 (45:20):
They seeing you up next and tonight's candidate Spotlight, we'll
introduce you to a young Tennessee lawmaker who's running for
Congress to fill Mark green seat. Stay with us, you're
watching You're America.

Speaker 1 (45:30):
Right here on a win.

Speaker 13 (47:57):
Hey, y'all, I'm standing outside the US Capitol, where you know,
too many people have forgotten that this building is supposed
to work for you.

Speaker 14 (48:05):
That's because we've forgotten what this says.

Speaker 13 (48:07):
Thanks the nine one one seven Society for passing out,
especially to our students, and reminding us that government doesn't
grant freedoms.

Speaker 14 (48:14):
This does.

Speaker 4 (48:15):
Let's lead America.

Speaker 13 (48:16):
With Tennessee values and let's get back to the Constitution.

Speaker 2 (48:19):
That right there, my friends, is thirty eight year old
Trace Whitdam, a conservative leader with over a decade of
experience serving in the Tennessee Senate leadership. He's now asking
for your support and his bid for Tennessee's seventh congressional district.
Widiam who describes himself as a proud Tennessee and son
of the American Revolution who fought to protect our free speech,
religious freedoms, and conservative values in Tennessee. He's running on

(48:41):
a platform that includes ending runaway spending, securing the border
that's a good one, protecting election integrity and leadership in
the digital future by building a digitally secured economy. Also,
he wants to modernize our infrastructure around the country. We
could use it bridges and roads, protecting digital rights.

Speaker 1 (48:59):
And a whole slew of other things. I spoke with
him earlier. Take a look Trace, Thanks for joining us.
Saw some videos. Talked to some people down in Tennessee
that I'm friends with that know you.

Speaker 2 (49:12):
We have some mutual connections, and they said, as the
heck of a guy put him on talk about his candidacy.
He's got some great ideas for Tennessee and the country.
So I touched on your platform just a little bit there.
But I think it's timely to discuss what the President
just talked about Monday morning at that religious leadership meeting,
and that is bringing the Word of God and prayer

(49:36):
back to our children in school heck everywhere in this nation.

Speaker 1 (49:41):
Would you agree that's something we're lacking very much.

Speaker 13 (49:45):
So you know, I'm talking about faith, family, and fiscal sanity.
And the first thing is faith because the foundation of
our country was built on faith. You know, I think
if we bring religion back, you know, stronger, our country
is going to get better.

Speaker 14 (49:59):
And you know, I am proud.

Speaker 13 (50:00):
To partner with President Trump and putting the God Bless
the USA Bible in schools across the nation because listen,
our children are under attack mentally, physically, spiritually, and you
know they're going to guidance counselors that are questioning their
own gender. Maybe the little boys a little girl, maybe
the girl's a little boy. Just confusion, which people of
faith know the confusion is of the enemy, and we're

(50:23):
here to defeat the enemy. So putting prayer back in
schools and Bibles back in school is really protecting your
kids before it even gets to fiscal violence.

Speaker 1 (50:33):
Yeah, no kidding. Do you think it will take hold.

Speaker 2 (50:37):
I mean, do you think I don't want to say
this phrase, so I hope this isn't true. But do
you think that some parts and some folks in our
society are just too far gone? I know that God
and the word no one is ever a lost soul.
We can always bring them back. But there are a
lot of how do I put it, evil at work
from the mainstream media to the Democrat Party, and then

(51:00):
you just got people out there that just look like
they are possessed. I mean, there's a lot of evil
in this world today.

Speaker 14 (51:08):
They're just preaching pure confusion.

Speaker 13 (51:10):
And one thing that really has energized me up more
than anything is just here. On Friday night in the
district Montgomery County, there was a coach who was praying
for his football team with the Bible in his hand,
and apparently the school authorities thought it was okay to
escort him off the field and tell him that wouldn't
be welcomed. And so these are the people wore up
against folks, and I won't back down. You know, I

(51:32):
stand with coach, and it makes me want to stand
even higher on the mountain and proclaim, Look, if we
want to turn this country around, we need God in
America again. And look, we don't have to legislate morality,
and we can't push it on people. But if you
can offer somebody, you know, psychology that questions their biology,

(51:52):
then why can't we also say, hey, listen, the Word
of God's made available. We know it's truth and directional.
You know, we're encouraging people to read. It's a good start.

Speaker 1 (52:01):
Read it.

Speaker 13 (52:01):
There's all kinds of stories in there about people that
have come a long way and messed up and thought
there was no hope, and yet they found the Gospel
and they know Jesus and the miracles that came to that.
So look, if you want a country of miracles, it
starts in faith in the Word of God.

Speaker 1 (52:16):
Yeah. Amen, isn't that interesting.

Speaker 2 (52:19):
They can spew all kinds of lies, against science, against God,
against common sense, and we're supposed to take it and
let our kids listen to it. Yet, if we want
to just expose to our kids and other children the
Word of God, something that was used to create this nation,
let's go back and look at the Declaration of the Constitution.

Speaker 1 (52:41):
We're talking about the creator in them for a reason.

Speaker 2 (52:43):
Right, So thou shaw not kill and we got laws
on the books, you can't murder. It all goes hand
in hand, but God forbid, the left doesn't want that out.

Speaker 13 (52:53):
Well, if you want to understand the Constitution, you have
to understand the Word of God.

Speaker 14 (52:57):
They based it on that. Those were the principles in
which it.

Speaker 1 (52:59):
Was based on. Yeah, let's talk about hand in hand.

Speaker 2 (53:02):
Yep, let's talk about something that you're big on. And
this goes in connection with what happened in Minneapolis a
week or so ago with that trans shooter who went
into the Catholic school and targeted little Christian kids. I
know that you are launching this big community Shield initiative,

(53:22):
and this is something that the NRA has already been
doing or trying to partner with schools. Explain what the
NRA's been doing, and then what your plan is to
combine all this to keep our kids safe.

Speaker 13 (53:32):
One thing that really irks me and that you hear,
is anytime there's a tragedy, there's always press conferences.

Speaker 14 (53:37):
Everybody's got a press conference. There's no action.

Speaker 13 (53:40):
People are tired of these politicians talking and running on
nonsense without action.

Speaker 14 (53:44):
So I know of a program the NRA is doing.

Speaker 13 (53:47):
You know, there's an old saying and government that there
are more good ideas than there are money. And that's understandable,
but that doesn't mean our schools should be held vulnerable.
And so what the NRA is doing is saying, listen, look,
folks like me that are Second Amendment and gun owners
and are going to stand on that. We know that
we've got to have a line of defense. And so
this isn't a grant of arms, it's a grant of tech,

(54:09):
technology and security. They'll offer grants that walk through your
school and find vulnerable spots. Uh, They'll offer barriers, plans
of action, all on the NRA's dimes, so we don't
have to use taxpayer dollars.

Speaker 14 (54:23):
But the NRA's putting their money where their mouth is,
and quite.

Speaker 13 (54:25):
Frankly, I think it's ignorant to ignore something like that
just because it says NRA.

Speaker 14 (54:30):
So I'm proud of the NRA.

Speaker 13 (54:31):
I stand with the NRA, and when I go to Congress,
we need to look at other companies that are going
to do this to help us partner and protect our
schools because we are.

Speaker 14 (54:39):
In this together.

Speaker 13 (54:40):
Again, this is a mental, physical, and spiritual issue that
we have to overcome and.

Speaker 14 (54:46):
That's why you know, I call it kind of like
a belt and suspenders.

Speaker 13 (54:48):
I'm gonna offer the word of God, and then I'm
also going to offer a plan of protection.

Speaker 14 (54:52):
And that's what you don't see coming out of Congress.

Speaker 2 (54:54):
Well, you also don't see that coming out of anyone
on the Democrat ticket. I mean, you used to be
able to talk to Admmocrat, right, and you had things
in common.

Speaker 1 (55:02):
You both believed in God.

Speaker 2 (55:03):
Some Democrats actually believed in the Second Amendment, they believed
in a border, they believed in law and order and rules.
And now today they have gone down that path of
such evil that you can't even have discussions with them anymore.

Speaker 1 (55:14):
I'm almost out of time.

Speaker 2 (55:15):
