Kit, Andy, and Steve continue their summer in Hawkins. In Chapter Two: The Mall Rats, Max and Eleven team up for a day of fun at Starcourt Mall, but elsewhere, Billy begins to act more and more unnerving after his strange encounter, raising suspicions about what might be controlling him. Dustin, Steve, and Robin chase down a mysterious coded message intercepted on Dustin’s radio, while Joyce grows concerned over peculiar signs of power surges throughout town.
