(02:10):
Like a. An African Safari package 10K
giveaway, the Spanish Grand Prixtickets.
Enough, an African safari giveaway and some other local
price sites do that, but it's just like, you know, you drive
through an industrial estate in Mollusk and there's a guy
dressed up like a rhino with a dildo on his nose.

(02:30):
I'm saying that's what they're doing.
But this is an authentic Africansafari experience.

something that makes you full humbling.
They're humblers, you know? What were you going to say that?
I don't know, just less than ideal, but.

(03:33):

(04:17):
I'd say he's maybe done the pod four times, could be more.
Yeah, I think this is 4th or 5th.
He's a great friend of the pod. Umm, one of the nicest guys
you'll meet. A gentleman and God knows
there's not many of them left. He's a gentleman.
He is one of the most driven people I've ever met.
He's like a shark with an incredible hairline.

(04:39):
He just fought in Dubai, a very, very controversial fight for a
lot of reasons. Decision didn't go his way.
But he's come out of it with with a lot, with a higher
profile with people calling for a rematch.
And it's just reinforced the fact that he's one of the best

(05:00):
on the planet at what he does. Please enjoy this episode of the
TV's Me podcast with my friend and yours, Paul Hughes.
Do you know it's a bad sign? What corrective footwear?
Corrective footwork. But I'm I'm just rethinking
everything afterward. Like corrective footwearner.
What, like in Soldiers On? Well, here's the drama.

(05:21):
It's not drama at all. Are we going here?
Yeah, Yeah, we're going. OK, the one intro.
Couldn't be further from drama more about to say.
Let's go not. Telling I got a food analysis
done. I just get that even on 36.
Tell me more. See the minute?
See the minute. I'm not talking MMAC boxing.
You take me right now, you take me.
Oh, really? Yeah.
And yourself, right So well, I don't know, but I'm I got the

(05:43):
have you ever had your feet analysed like 3D stuffed under
your feet? You should do.
Have a doctorate on that to my feet.
They probably just quit, yeah. I'm I keep getting injured like
hurting my ligaments in my ankleand then I was like, I might be
walking weird and then I got theanalysis done.
And then let me just say that probably the last three, maybe

(06:05):
four times I've seen you, you'vecomplained about a sore ankle.
Yeah, recurrent of a recurrent. Should have been terrible.
It's bad and it would be bad forme to say anything about, you
know? Tell me more about your
analysis. Again, like I don't complain.
So they get the podiatrist guy takes a video and then he slows
it down in terms and plays it back there and he's like, it's

(06:26):
just to see how your foot's moving.
I was like, I don't think shoot my foot like slaps the ground
and then my whole ankle go side to side, like every step that I
do. So like, so it's bad.
So then I had to get these. I had to go in the shop and the
lady helped me, You know, it's like I need supportive
corrective footwear and I put these on.

(06:46):
She was like, how does that feelin the shop?
And I was under so much pressureto say it felt feels great.
I didn't feel any different. Oh yeah.
But then I was. Given like a wee mini.
Sprints and all around the shop.I I feel great it's fixing it
but then I'm getting insoles. OK, so these don't have insoles.
These are just these. Don't have insoles.

(07:06):
And I sent a picture of these, the podiatrist and I said you
told me to get like Brooks or Hoker shoes.
And I was like sucking up to him, you know, like trying to be
his mate. No, I was like, look what I got
and all like thinking he would love it, like pop off.
These are Brooks. But he goes, here's the issue.
He goes, these are already corrective.
He goes, we put your insoles in there.

(07:28):
Your arches are going to be higher in the camel's throat,
you know, even set up. He's professional, you know.
Weird like but like I read a camel there.
You're too corrected. Pardon.
Sorry to interrupt your story, it's I read a camel and and
divide not like you know what I'm saying.
You don't need to correct that and be like no, I didn't have
sex with it, I was just on it. I assumed I don't know you were
just on it until you said that, and now I assume you read it.

(07:50):
Felt weird but I said it like. Now I I did that in Lanzarote.
They don't. They're not passionate about it,
like they don't like it. Good ride.
Huh, me and my cousin double teamed.
I don't want ideas on the other but he was like really far at
the time. He's not far anymore and the
camel was like struggling to balance it.

(08:12):
Anyway, sorry back to that but. Anyway, he's like you've, he
goes good that you got these, keep them.
But we need you in a neutral shoe because you're over.
You'll be doubling over correcting it.
You'll be I'll be walking too high.
So you need a neutral tree within.
So yeah, you're saying? Yep, but I'm not getting the
insults for but another week so I'm just going to keep wearing
these so. You've only, you can only wear

(08:32):
these for a week then, yeah. They're so dear and I, I've
forgotten how to walk. I actually can't walk in them.
I've been not walking for so long that I've got like this.
Weird. Let me mean anything.
What do you mean? I need to teach myself how to
walk. I'm sorry.
I'm going back to drawing board. They're lovely.
Shoes are right. Do you know what they are like?
Do you know what they are? Christian dad at a BBQ?

(08:52):
100% that's what that is as youth minister.
Like massive calves, just just for some reason, their calves
are absolutely huge. That's what happens when you
wear these shoes. But but yeah, so that's that's
but I'm, I'm just, I'm resigned to it, you know?
Yeah, I'm just resigned to just being old.

(09:13):
Why are you going to come? I was sent on it by PFL to do
like shit content and stuff. Another weird way to say it.
Like sent on it. Yeah, like like ordered to be.
I don't know what you feel like it's going to be.
You feel like our experience is going to be better than it is.
Do you know what it actually was?
Amazing. Was it good?
It was unbelievable. Where were you going?

(09:34):
We were in the desert and like the sun was kind of set to.
Be fair. I don't know why it's not.
You're going through the mall. No, no, it was on the beach now.
They'd actually do it on the Yeah, but now we were in the
desert. Sun was kind of set and we were
going through the sand dunes. We had like this, they put this
out this like, unbelievable private tour, like proper VIP.
It was incredible. And the camel, the camel, right,

(09:55):
was actually unbelievable. Very cool.
I am, but you've done it so you whenever you sat on like they
were like facing forward and then they like flipped you up,
almost like flicked you off. We did that and absolutely shit
myself. This episode of the TV's Me

(12:27):
description. Back to the episode The camel
was Our camel was wild. Why?
He just wasn't like, I don't know whether he was new or he'd
been there for too long, but like he needed it.
It wasn't good like he was, you know, he would like walk away
from the rest of the group and that sort of thing.
By hit Landroid it's worst placeon earth.
Never read. Don't go why non talent I talked

(12:50):
about this or mutual friend for events none just born it's just
a volcanic rock. It's when they nothing's going
on. Been in San Francisco just windy
all the time even though it's sunny.
Last land Roly Lanzarotti is theSan Francisco of the Belaric
ends, I've always said. Shed.
I've always said that. Umm, yeah, it said.
Nobody ever like. I know, but I'm saying it's that

(13:12):
windy you feet you nearly get blown to the belaric ends.
Umm, so how are you mean how howthings are?
So it's good bro. So I ran into you last week and
you know what? You look, You look calm, relaxed
and happy. Sexy, sexy, sexy.
You could I tell you have the best hairline?
You're one of the best. In the world, you said this,

(13:32):
you've said this. Brilliant.
I appreciate it. Barely white.
Like it's barely white gay. No, I'm touching on black dude.
Yeah, he's just teetering on theedge on the percent, but it's
brilliant. Like, have you always known that
was such a good hairline? No.
Not until I started doing your podcast, but more like you're
like, you know, all your hairline is great.
I was like, is it? No.
Maybe I'm just like, my haircutsare just lining up perfectly

(13:54):
before I come on the show. Maybe that's what Yeah, yeah,
yeah, yeah. It's just like just being like.
Yeah, just perfectly done. Yeah.
No, but it's like, that's the thing I fear.
Like I'm holding on here. I think you're doing all right.
I'm doing well, but it's like, it's like, you know how long we
see. If I make it the 40 with a full
head of hair, I'm happy. Your dad's got a good head of
hair. He's gay.
Do you know what does he not he,he does for a man of his age.

(14:18):
But there's a, there's a there'ssmoke and mirrors.
They're like there's really, butit's waving after the sides.
Yes, it's. Waving, you know, and the way he
kind of like, you know, he sort of coughs it up a wee bit, you
know, but like, he's nearly, he like nearly these are like fair
play. That's, I mean, he's got a good
head of hair for you, like. What I'll talk about about the
fight, but like when you know, like when you come on here, we

(14:40):
end up talking about a lot of different stuff.
But obviously you were fighting in Dubai last time you were on
with with you, me and Iron. We're talking with the lead up
to that fight and all that kind of thing.
And let me just tell you this, I'm not looking for a round of
applause here. I was trying to stream your
fight, couldn't find a stream for it so I signed up for the
zone. Wow, that's what I'm willing to
do for you. I was trying to find a.

(15:01):
Free link. You don't have a.
You don't even have a dodgy box or.
Not I don't even have a dodgy box.
If I did, I couldn't find a linkfor it, but but yeah, I just I
went. I need to watch this on the big
screen properly. No buffering, no mess in the
boat. And it's weird because like,
I've had obviously so many boxers and fighters on here

(15:24):
before and when someone like loses a fight and the decision
doesn't go the way. It's.
You're like so deflated for them.
But this was one of the fights Iwatched where I I I'm so fond
the person fighting and the decision didn't go away and I
didn't feel like, not that I didn't feel bad because I really

(15:44):
wanted you to win, but it didn'tfeel like it didn't really feel
like a loss, you know, and obviously you obviously felt
different in there at the time, but but I wasn't like I wasn't
massively got it. I was like, oh, this is this is
setting things up really nice going forward, even though you
didn't get the the decision. Yeah, that makes sense.

(16:05):
It was such a weird one to watchbecause I was like on paper you
didn't I I know nothing about scoring.
I think I do like I always watchfights and people like on
WhatsApp, my mates will be goingjust I've done the charity box
and like who's winning this, youknow, and I'll say and stuff and
then I'll throw in keywords likelike he's dictating the temple,

(16:26):
but I am. I thought like I thought you'd
won. Obviously I was like, you've
won. You've done everything right
here. And then when decision didn't go
your way and hearing you talk inthe ring after and hearing him
talk after and just look into Twitter, I was like, this is
probably as close to winning as you can come to when you when
you don't win. Yeah, a lot of people felt that

(16:47):
way. Yeah.
So they did, myself included. Like once I got to watch it
back, obviously in the cage after the fight ended, I think
because of how the momentum was towards the end of the fight,
especially around 4:00 and 5:00,it was like so clear that I was
taken over. It was so clear that my energy
was like building and I was taken over the fight.
And then because of the last, like, whatever it was 30 seconds

(17:10):
where I've just put it on them, just ended the tank.
I think everyone was just like, oh, like, so clearly my fight.
And then the scorecards got called out.
It was like, it was like a draw. Then it was 4141 essentially, or
yeah, 4141. So everyone's like, oh, it has
to be, has to be me like, because there's no way like he
didn't. Do anything to be like, because
because I know fighters, you know, a lot of time, if it's

(17:31):
anyway close to sort of both puttheir hands up, you know,
they're both celebrating. But sometimes Federer probably
doing not going like, I know I didn't win.
Yeah, but you were right up until his name was called.
You were like, I'm going to get the decision here.
Yeah, like obviously things are happening so fast.
Like I'm not like judging in my mind how all the other rounds

(17:52):
went because I don't really knowhow they I'm just fighting.
Do you know what I mean? But I think from like judging
the energy of like all of my team, they were like 100%
certain that I had won. So and then as I say, because of
how it ended, I was like, it's got to be my fight because I
remember hurting him at times. I remember like all the body
shots I was landing, like nearlyfold them over.

(18:12):
I remember like just the piece Iwas putting on at the end.
And I remember thinking to myself, like, I didn't get hurt.
I'm not hurt at all. There's nothing wrong with me
here. At all.
And he was trying to, you know, seem to like, want to, like,
wrestle you or bring you to the ground, like.
And I just think I just felt like you had an answer for
everything he was throwing your way.
Yeah. You were able to, like, get out
of it. You looked really calm,

(18:33):
composed. And you were just dictating it.
Yeah. Nearly the whole time.
It was a very important part of that fight, like was whenever he
started shooting takedowns, which we knew he inevitably
would, whenever I start putting the pressure on him, hitting him
hard. And then like you the the pop
from the crowd, whenever I defended them, first few tech
dance was just like, because people were saying all night
they were watching these Dagestanis just fight guys and

(18:54):
just take them down and beat thefuck out of them.
Yeah. And they said they were just
then it came to my fight and then I was defending defendants.
So everyone, the crowd was just like building.
Because the crowd don't really, a lot of people there don't
really want to see that kind of fight.
They want to stand up, fight. Yeah, it's way, it's way more
entertainment, way more, but yeah.

(19:14):
And like, did you when you were in the ring and you're also like
upset then you, you know, you want the decision, but did you
even realise then were you able to take anything away in the
moment of like, OK, I didn't getthe result here, but this is,
you know, your profile is elevated so much.

(19:36):
You will have gained so many newfans from it and and you know in
the fight were weirdly not getting the win.
You're still going to be propelled a bit forward to.
Were you able to think that at the time, or was it all just
negative? No, at the time it was just
disappointment because excuse me, like when I'm in there I'm

(19:58):
just like fuck, I should have won that fight.
And then my initial thoughts were I should have pushed
harder. But then I kind of thinking back
because there was a head clash and there was like a 3 minute
rest. Like I felt like when the fight
ended all I could have pushed more in other rounds, but I
forgot that that hair clash happened.
So because maybe my tank wasn't empty where I was like I could

(20:19):
have gave more. But right away I was just like
disappointed. But as soon as I got to like
kind of watch the whole thing back and watch the walk, watch
it that night, watch it that night like 6:00 or 7:00 AM
because I couldn't sleep and then the next day.
But as I say, whenever I got, it's always the case to me when
I get the watch the actual fightback on the broadcast, watch the
walkouts, watch everything Then I see in social media and seeing

(20:40):
how things have just completely like went to different level
than anything I'm used to beforethen it was like, right, it was
a close fight and MMA fights areclose.
They can go either way. Just that's just how it goes.
And my hand just didn't get raised that night.
But if anything, my stock is just like absolutely fucking
through the roof. Like everything, everything I

(21:02):
want everything apart from just getting unrest, you know what I
mean? It's just going to set up an
even bigger rematch. When the blood was coming down
your head and like right down your face and you're just sort
of staring at him. The amazing thing about that was
that was so obviously unforced because it was just, it was just
happening. You were just standing there
looking at him. But it was so like iconic or

(21:24):
something. Yeah.
It was just like, well, I see, it was a moment.
I seen the camera pan on to me in the big screen.
So then I just thought it'd be agood idea to fucking let the
blood and start telling the crowd.
Oh man, it. Started to get weird when you
licked it. It was like a bit weird.
It was a bit weird. It's beyond fucking weird, my
man. We were doing a breakdown.
We had just done a breakdown video of the fight the other day

(21:46):
and Oh my God, when I seen that I was like, this is I'm crazy
like. Is there a lot of things you
forget when you watch, When you watch your fight back?
Oh, I forgot about that moment or yeah.
Or do you remember most of? It No, because it's happening so
fast, like you forget. It's just such a different
experience fighting and then watching the broadcast.
Yeah, do you know? I mean, it's just such a wait,
it's such a weird thing like, but that was, that was so funny.

(22:08):
Twitter was just was just going man, you know, from the
interviews in the ring after anddid you expect he was obviously
so complimentary after the fightand Khabib as well.
Did you did you expect that? Did you sort of think when this
fight's done, obviously you knowthe talk about a trash and
things get heated before the fight, but when it was done, did

(22:29):
you know it was going to be likerespectful or did you still
think it might be a bit? Cool.
Well, first of all, I expected to win like I fully fully as you
heard in the post interview, like I expected 100% to win and
I think that head clash didn't happen.
I think I would have definitely won and I like I, I know and I
believe the next time that we fight I will win.

(22:51):
So I seem to be honest mate, I am being completely honest.
We were expecting me to win and we were on call for about 20
Dagestanis to jump into the ringand start trying to batter us
and not. I'm actually not even joking
because if you've seen the wins, the Wayans were crazy, they were
hostile. There's people fighting.
Away for a second I thought you meant the Wayans brothers.

(23:12):
I was like, that's a lot. The Wayans brothers like Damon
Wayans, Keenan Wayans, you know this like family of like
American comedy actors, you know, white chicks and stuff.
No, well, I know that's the wayans.
Brothers, yeah, like loads. And there's like your brothers
all like really talented comedy actors as you do not need them
piling as well. That's what I need, but.

(23:34):
You thought you thought this is maybe going to be more of a
fight. After I'm not even joking
because the the fighter hotel was so hostile.
Like even in fight day we are being circled by Dagestanis.
Like when we were getting our lunch.
Like it was it was. Stressful it.
Was stressful. We were on call like at the
corners of our eyes, but it was genuinely a hostile thing.
The way ends, as I say, like a very hostile.

(23:56):
There was fights like we were expecting, you know, I was
expecting if I knock this guy out and start celebrating, like
there could be a bunch of Dagestanis jumping into this
cage. Like what happened when McGregor
and Habib, like we were actuallygenuinely were like ready for
that. Like my whole team, we're all we
were ready. If that happened, we had a deep
and part of your team and that'san issue.

(24:17):
Like people like that's going tohappen, boys, get ready for it.
I'd be, I'd be so scared. But here, like a lot of people
were saying, oh, you know, look at look at eh Usman's corner.
He's got Islam Makita, he's got,he'll be Javier Mendez, all
them. And I was like, did they see my
corner? Yeah, my boxing coach, Donna
McNally and frigging Ichi, he'd break in no problem.
And like from that prize game, yeah, yeah, yeah.

(24:39):
But I had some heavies in my corner, so better than yeah, we
would have been all. Right, I know Reese was out with
you as well, wasn't Reese McKee?Yeah, Patty McCrory was there as
well. Yeah, Starting, starting.
But then it was real. It was.
Respectful. It was respectful.
It was, it was respectful after.Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's what I mean. And then so sorry to answer your
question, I, I wasn't, I don't know if I was expecting that

(25:04):
because as I say, I was expecting to win.
So I was expecting maybe I don'tthink it would have been
disrespectful if I had a one putit like, put it like that, you
know, I would have obviously gained the respect from a
fighting sense. But I don't think it would have
been like, you know, come to Dagestan train anytime if I had
a knock to my do you know what Imean?
Yes, but yeah. And then because he was like,

(25:24):
you know, come over, you know, he's like get.
Over to that like I. I would love it if you did that.
I'll go with maybe in the futureI you can come as my security
we. But what your piece now?
But yeah, I wonder if that's like because, you know, after
fights, fighters always go like off aeroplane, you know, respect
them and but it feels like sometimes like just a thing you
say, you know, like a wedding speeches.

(25:45):
You. The bridesmaids look beautiful
today. You know, they probably do, but
you have to say that. But it felt real my.
Sister's husband said. The raids, maids.
I was like, unbelievable. I'll never forget that line.
Such a bar. Intentional or unintentional?
Such a bar the raids maids. That's such a good one.
I am, yeah. I mean, I would love it if you

(26:07):
did. You shown up the next day in
Pakistan like anyone that we're.Having said that, I could come
here, swear to God. But yeah, and then the talk was
about the rematch that I know how badly you want to like bring
it to Belfast, a big fight to Belfast, but I guess he's not
like he wanted as far away from Belfast.
As possible looked at like when I rematch him it'll be in to buy

(26:29):
like it'll have to be because they've done not a particular
deal for our fight, but they've done I think 2:00 to 3:00 shows
per year there and they're goingto they're probably going to pay
PFL good money to make sure the rematch is there.
Obviously I was pushing for Belfast.
I don't think Guzman especially like he's the champion, Yeah.
So he's got the leverage here like he doesn't have to come
here. Yeah, you know, if I was the

(26:50):
defendant champion maybe I couldhave got the title defence in
Belfast, but I would say most likely I'll rematch him at the
end of the year. I was going to say, how close is
that end of the year you? Think I would say so.
You have a fight, I don't know, and then I hope.
As you, you've probably seen me on social media a bunch of
times. Like I want to get them to
Belfast. Like, yeah, that's what I'm

(27:10):
pushing for. Yeah, like I'm real.
If we can get SSE in the summer, that would be, like, my dream
come true. Like, it's actually number one
on my list for like all MMA career that's above like, MSG,
like Vegas, like Selma. The SSE is like #1 for me.
And like coincidentally, what isit the day 20th in four days
time will be 8-8 years since my pro debut, which was in the SSC

(27:34):
same day as my dad's birthday. So like that's coming up.
I'm just like, oh mate, that is just, it'll be the most full
circle thing ever for me. That is like actually.
You'd like to go summer and thenend of the.
Year every much that's what I would like, but I don't know
like I'm just putting the pressure on because if I can get
that. Because I don't know if I don't
know what's official, what's not, but I do know that we were

(27:55):
in job. We run into each other jocks the
other day and you said I just find something out and what I
say because there's other peoplearound.
Paul, don't even tell me. And you know from last time you
respect me as a master of secrets.
You called me that the master ofsecrets.
That's because when this fight was official, you told me.
And then I said, Paul, I won't tell a single soul about this.

(28:16):
I'm. Sure.
I didn't. Not one.
Not well. The match teased it.
The master tease. Did you tease it?
Anybody teased it? Did you say here I know
something? You still.
Said a dairy PFL fighter medal. No, I am.
I'm the master of secrets and that you remember that going
forward. OK, anything you want to tell
me? Also, I want to tell you

(28:37):
something. Have you ever thought about
doing this in a fight? Is it this is doesn't be a
secret, no. I'm thinking about some self
defence recently. Go.
I'm being, I'm, I'm being serious.
Is this a move, right? Your opponent's coming towards
you. This is stand up.
This is boxing, this trading blows.
Wind up the right. Just very subtly wind up the

(28:57):
right. You ever thought about that?
I thought but. I know that's what I'd love to
see. I'd love us to come up with a
couple of things that if you do SSC in the summer and then I
want you to implement it. I've told you before, but the
same time, chest, chest and facepunch.
Oh, right again. Because now the beauty of that

(29:20):
is 5050 whether you land. Yeah, No one's going to expect
that. Yeah.
And that's what I want to see from you.
I want to see. I don't want to see you doing at
the end of the year if the rematch.
But if there's a summer fight, try it.
Summers, a little bit more fun. I want to see you try a few
moves. OK.
You know, like a lot of look at this hand, you didn't see that
one. So we like, like, even like go

(29:41):
like whoa, Yep. And then no.
Because you're the Intel graph of too much.
OK, just even just a big just. Climbing the fist of the of the
right and then by and then when you land the left land on.
The right again, you may have tocome back up to the gym and.
See and go through this I get people things to think about
looking and that the head and chest that's part of with me

(30:02):
will work out. That's wrong, is it?
Use your head. More you're not defending your
head. Yeah, your head way.
So head off centre line when you're doing it.
Head off the centre line. Yeah, I got this, Yeah.
And will you go like because youyou're pretty much straight back
in the training. You're back in training before I
thought you would be. But did you have any like break?
Did you have any time off? Did you?
Yeah, I had a week after the fight in the by, had a had loads

(30:26):
of people in from around the world for like 3 to four days.
So we just hung out, chilled, got blocked.
Post first alcoholic drink. Yeah, after you fight.
Guinness. I had Guinness at the room,
chilled waiting for me coming back.
Brought up to the room. Where would I break stuff into
the room? Nah, I don't know what.
Where to put yourself? I had it pre-ordered like an
ICE, you know what I'm saying? An ice.

(30:49):
An ice, oh, the glass. Ice around the glass, not ice in
the glass. No, no, no.
Imagine. Come on.
Imagine this. Few people have done it.
For Guinness, yeah, Oh, no question.
Like no, that's. What you do if if if you
headline SSE with people. That would be the ultimate
disrespect of during the press coming.
That would be exactly main gameslike.

(31:09):
So that's what. You said no for this compromise,
pits he. Pours it all at once.
The whole thing pretty. You can't pour it all at once.
That's a myth. But let's out of a town or do
you mean like out of Yeah. But apparently it's just a myth.
What's a logic in it? Why would like?
How does the Guinness know that it's all coming, Not coming out
at once, but. Surely if you poured it all once

(31:31):
then have would be too big, no? If you let it settle, then has.
Anyone heard this? I've heard it's a bit.
Of it's a marketing. It's a marketing thing, yeah.
It's not a good marketing, I tell you the 1st.
The first time I went out drinking, I was 16 and he was
there and I ordered a Guinness because I thought that like,
this will prove that I'm like anadult.
Man, yeah, you know, it's like. A boy would.

(31:52):
A boy would have a, you know, a Breezer here, but it was in
White's Tavern. I was like, could I have a pint
of Guinness, please? It was a good of pint of
Guinness, please. And the lady poured it and she
poured like 3/4 of it and left it on the bar.
And then I just, no, she was like, oh, sorry do.
You know what I did the first time I drunk?

(32:14):
So we all thought that alcohol was just alcohol, so we didn't
know it was all different types, right?
So we, me and a couple of my mates went around her houses,
found the alcohol in the cupboards like so we had like
gin, Bacardi vodka and we had like just a wee water bottle.
So we would pour like a wee bit of each into this water bottle
and then fill up obviously what we took out with water.

(32:35):
So we put them all together thinking that that's what you
do, it's just alcohol. So that's what you do and we
what we do, we went out friggingcamping or some shit and we
thought, right, how do you drinkthis here and then start
drinking. We're like, that's fucking
rotten by itself. All all.
The only other thing we had was a flask of tea.
Now it's my kind of party. So we started drinking it with

(32:56):
the DI. Swear to God.
Worst hangover I've ever had. Still to this day, Like, oh
perfect. T Jim But and that wasn't nice.
T Jim McCarty. All together I was fucking
rotten. Oh my God.
I. I love that one guy, he's really
practical, but the combatrop, he's like lads, I do have actual

(33:16):
team Terrible. Umm, she stayed in Dubai, so you
like to have a fight during the summer and then I did the
rematch at the end of the year. That's why I would like.
Now see the secret thing that you're going to tell me that I
said, don't tell me is that related that?
It's not like a confirmed secretthing, it's just things have
been moving in the background, but like, nothing's like
confirmed. I like, I kind of like a little

(33:38):
bit of just a little bit of move.
It's moving. Move and you know, there's some
positives, maybe some things that I some things that it that
aren't happening that I would like to happen, but there's some
good things too. Because I, I was going to say I
could speak to Logan Paul for you, KSI, because as you know,
I'm in the look, I'm going to just come in and say this.

(34:01):
Go ahead. I got a message.
People might know this. We put a clip right about it.
I got a message a while ago fromInstagram from from prime.
Or their actual account. From the actual account and I
thought I was seeing things. I think I got it like late at
night 9:20 and then I like put my phone away, went to sleep,
woke up the next day and it was real.

(34:21):
I was like I thought maybe I dreamt up message from Prime.
Something like we love to welcome you to the print.
No, with hindsight I should haverealised this wasn't going to
play, that we'd love to welcome you to the Prime family.
You know, we're going to send you out.
Can we get an address to send you out?
You know, like a load of Prime and welcome you to family.

(34:41):
So I'm expecting T-shirts, hoodies, lanyards.
Gold cheat. Did you ever see the chin they
give the fetters? One of those, maybe with my
name. On the then prime back that
charity box. I'm expecting like Bob Prime
boxing glove, you know? Yeah, I'm expecting like a big
hall, young people hall stuff. And then I told the boys about

(35:04):
it. We're doing a bonus podcast.
And I was like, Prime, we're sending me stuff out there like
bullshit. And I went, I'll show you the
message. I go, no message, no message
from Prime. Delete it and actually the way
it works out is you can do a business chat on Instagram
because into a different folder. So I then realised, Oh no, it is
real. So I messaged them back on the

(35:26):
pod and I was like Prime. I was like, I haven't got any.
None of this stuff arrived. They said a bit when they're
sending me messages going like, we hope you're enjoying that
Prime as I, I don't, I don't have any of this stuff.
And they're like, we can't wait for you to post about, you know,
what you've got and all that kind of thing.
And then it arrived today and I opened it. 12 balls of prime.

(35:50):
I've no answer, nothing like howare you in?
Stickers Hi myself, welcome to the family I don't feel like I'm
part of. The family because I I.
Said to use where you. As I opened that, I went I.
Could get that like. Yeah, I could get that down
centre. No, it actually what are you
actually £20? £20 Thank you.
So they're thinking. All they're like.
Logan Paul and KSI are sitting having a business meeting going.

(36:11):
Todd will do a campaign for a load of posts for us.
You know, the equivalent. To 20 like he'll want to do so
bad that like you know, we'll see if money here we'll send him
20 quids worth 20 but his followers will get us.
Of juice, 20 quids worth of juice.
I'm not in a post or not even drinking it.
No. I don't want it.
Yeah, I'm legacy. Make sure 33% longer.

(36:33):
That is actually fact. That is fact.
It's better electrolytes as well.
Yep, that's made that up, but. Can I say to him?
You fucking whoa, hold on a second there.
Fucking hold on. Respect.
It is I've got. Two options.
Do you know it's? Not like you're like, like
you've got a big social media phone.
Like it is like for them to do that is just absolutely

(36:55):
ridiculous. Ridiculous.
Absolutely. They've got two options.
One, leave things the way they are.
Or two, send me a new package full of loads of stuff.
Make it worth my while. You know That's the kid.
They want to scratch my back andI'll scratch theirs.
Well, you haven't. You haven't even take.
You're not even near my back. You've grazed my shoulder.
You know you. Need like we hats or something
for the podcast? Yeah.

(37:16):
Baseball caps and, you know, a jacket or something.
That's actually unbelievable. Have you had any like?
Did you decide, did you just open that when I came in there?
Yes. So that was your actor?
Yeah. That was my real reaction.
It was very sad. I've got it on camera.
It was captured on camera. Horrific.
Look at this. No, I won't even put it.

(37:37):
I won't. Even put them in the camera.
Won't show it. It's a standard.
Cardboard box whether we and they actually give you the worst
flavours to. I've tried most of them.
Ice pop is like shit. Yeah, is it now, just in case
the same case, imagine there's another package at the other
door. Here.
Have you got any like cool brownthings recently?

(37:59):
Like if you've been chatting to people since the fight.
Because like, we don't deal like.
You've done a deal. We've done the deal, the deal,
the deal. Let me guess.
We've, we've spoke about it before Central.
No, no, Sandra. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold
on. If you're going to tell me
you've got the blue gym card andno, no.
No hold on, lose my more, think more.

(38:21):
Who else do we talk about last time?
But. Can we even say that we're
talking chicken? No, we're talking a lot.
We're talking an athlete athletic brand, a local athletic
brand. Lifestyle sports.

(38:42):
Now hold on, wait a second there.
I've been at them for months. Message a hello, you know.
They researched me, they said they heard the podcast and they
wanted to do a deal with me. They can.
They're about to go on my list here.
They're about to join Prime. I don't know, they restarted my
management after they seen the episode.

(39:05):
Are you? Are you being serious?
Are you being serious? No, actually, I'm in serious.
They give me like basically unlimited vouchers for the
website. Yeah, why don't why I'm actually
serious. Do you not see any of the new
traffic? Do you not see the tracks that I
had on our day a doctor? No, that was from lifestyle
sports and. What do you have to do in return
for? No.

(39:29):
You know, here's what it is. They see me as a as a an injured
lion on the plane, roaming around the plane just because
I've hurt my ankle. I can be one of their, like,
sponsored athletes they see. They see as an injured lion on
the plane that is. On the planes, on the great
planes, you know, you're watching nature documentary and
you see like a lion who's maybe injured itself.

(39:51):
And they're like. Because you're right, turned its
back on, it is. It because your ankle.
Is that what you mean? Yes, you use goods men.
But this has given me the motivation to recover from this
and I might go to Sports Direct.I might go to Sports Direct.
And I don't know if they'd want to Sports Direct like.
Are you being serious with that? They said, They said.

(40:13):
I've been on, they said. They enjoyed the pod and.
They're enjoying the pod. Hey, hey.
Well, they enjoyed our episode on the pod.
This is BS like I'm going to be getting in touch them.
Can you get those one for me? I can send them a video here.
And are you on after the parlour?
We'll send them. Because I got in touch with
someone from a brand on behalf of two brands on behalf of you.

(40:34):
Was that, remember I gave you a bit of shit?
It was like, where's our black? We don't deal with bosom as
well. Why are you who are you doing
the deals? There's no deals getting done
here. I'm gonna have to join PFL.
That's what I need to do. You may have to do.
Fucking hell. How right?

(40:54):
Let me think how I work correctly it.
Won't work with. Me.
So if I get Belfast in the summer then we'll do like a
joint campaign and we'll get them what?
We'll get them together, right. We'll get, we'll get lifestyle
sports on. Board I found the owner of
lifestyle sports on Instagram a message and was like the main
company of credit can get them back to me.
And I'm the guy. What do you say?

(41:15):
He's like, oh, I just didn't send him back to it.
I did message him. Where is he from?
He's from. Oh fuck me.
This isn't seen. Wasn't him.
I'm your guy who was, who bringsa lifestyle in sports better
than me, who was it he's called Tom.
I that's what I've been, that's actually I've been talking to,

(41:39):
that's what I've been talking to, but my management reached
out them first. I'm a lifestyle guy and I am in
the sports and you, no disrespect, you just do 1 sport,
football, running, gym, comedians, boxing.
Yeah, I'm bringing. I couldn't be more suited.

(42:01):
I see so much stuff they're doing.
Like hold on a second there, what are you doing?
What are you doing? Imagine, imagine you give me
unlimited vouchers for that website.
Imagine the photos you'd be getting because you know, you
might still do some. I'll do a shoot.
I'll be doing shoots off my own back.
Do you do like comp? You'll do free shoots for them.

(42:23):
Yeah. And you look case in point.
Case in point. Storefront.
Great. Storefront right here.
Great. Relationship with those boys,
they've given me some lovely clothes and I will I represent
if I have a chance on a bigger scale for like lifestyle.
This is madness. This is madness.
Well, here you give a good plug for them shoes.

(42:45):
Are they Maybe you can. They might.
You are a pretty good marketer. Like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Good. That's insane.
Yeah. But I actually did do the
boozing deal. I'm not even joking.
I'm actually not joking. So what we did was we sent them
not even taking a hand. We sent them the clips from this
podcast and and they're Al Hermani Show and do you know and

(43:08):
the McCormick director Sports. I know rector.
Sports he his company, he kind of knew the owner or friends of
friends of the owner and after I'd done your show and then
aerial show we sent them the clips and then booze and reached
out there and they're going to get me a black card and now
you're joking No, I haven't got a black card yet like we.

(43:30):
Piece up like if you don't want to eat it all, see that part of
the. Booze rooms the last we bet
though, right? Isn't it?
Well, I like the first. Bite.
I'll just get know what I'll do.I'll just order two because I
can't get you free now. Yeah, yeah, but that not even
joking. They are going to get me a black
card. No, I haven't got it yet.
They said we're working. On it or they said that to me in
2014. Yeah, well, look, 2014, long

(43:55):
time ago. I'm being serious.
You've reignited my lifestyle. Fire like I'm going to be,
whether they want or not, I'm going to be an ambassador.
For just on the what you mean? You do we photo shoots.
I think it'd be great for them here I'll be that talk to some
people like. I would appreciate.
I'll talk to Tom. I'll talk to Tom.
I'll get somewhere. Umm.

(44:16):
My head's away here, so I hear. Let me finish this on on on this
podcast just so it's out there in the public.
I haven't got my black card yet.Right, Right.
And what did I say? I said I just want a black card.
So I said don't want money. Yep, I'll take it.
I'll take money. No, no, I just want the black
card. But I want the we no, no in
saying that they have know the digital vouchers.

(44:37):
Yeah, I just have vouchers on unlock like I just go book book.
So it basically is a backward but I want to weave actual black
card. What if they said?
Says my name on it. What if they said do you if you
have a rematch at the end of theyear with Norgo met off?
I'm saying that right. What if they said for to get the
black card to show like they're Mexican type place.

(44:58):
You had the IT was like going tobe at the SSC and everything,
but you had to wear like a big fake Mexican moustache.
Did you do it easy? Do you think that would get in
his head actually a bit as well?I don't know.
He's like, what does it say? Opposite because they don't do
the moustache. Where I was I would have the
moustache. So it's like.
Reverse I called gold in them yeah yeah, yeah, I imagine we.
Feel like here I've got this andyou don't.

(45:19):
Yeah. I love you do Errol, who want to
show I I love. I love him and I think that's
great. And I love the man.
You're almost like a regular one.
I it's crazy, man. I don't like four or five times
last year, twice in studio. It's great because we like for
someone like me who's like a bitof a fair weather fight fan,
kind of like bit of boxing, bit of MMA, that has become like

(45:40):
the, the like go to thing. And it's a bit like almost like
instead of instead of like Sky Sports News, maybe you watch the
overlap or something and you're that's how you're hearing your
football discussion and footballnews kind of.
But his show is like that makes stuff hot.
You go on that and you say something that's headlight, you
maybe dangle out a fight or something that gets people

(46:02):
talking. Talk about abortion endorsement.
Talk about an endorsement he gets done.
Umm. Thanks to Ariel.
But he he seems great. He is the man.
He is the man. Made an empire, kind of.
It's unbelievable. I like, I love what they're
doing there. They just basically got their
own thing as well. They were with, what was the
company with? It was Vox they were with, so
it'd been the Vox Studios, but they just don't deal with Yahoo.

(46:24):
So he basically has his own likecompany now with his own combat
sports media company. So like he's absolutely got the
game on lock. Like and he moved from Vox and
brought all of his mates with him.
So like hit all his studio, all the people that Co produced,
they're all his people and he owns the show and the rights to
the show as well. So he's he beat the system.

(46:44):
Like it's it's honestly unbelievable to see like and
combat sports is still so behindwhen it comes to media and
coverage. Yeah, yeah, like he's just got
the game on lock. And as you say, like he's the
number one show you can do in combat sports.
Like it's. It's one thing I don't want to
do I'll talk about because you you'll have talked about it
loads in the last few weeks since you're bored talking about
it. But a huge fallout on Twitter

(47:06):
from the fight with McGregor thing, which again was another
thing I was kind of looking up in like, is that like real?
Like is that a fake tweet or whatever?
And then realising like that wasreal and seeing them a
detraction that got and you wereprobably done dirty with the
clip that went out of you talking to Khabib.
If people don't know what beatenConor McGregor before that real,

(47:30):
real bad blood. Umm, that was that something you
were when that was kind of blowing up.
It might seem like a silly question, but are you aware that
that's blowing up or people coming to tell you within your
team, like here, have a look at this or do you in real time?
You know about all that? So I.
Didn't see it initially, but someone had it was one of the

(47:50):
journalists, a journalist who reached out to me just basically
looking for a comment or just being like, oh, what do you
think about the that? And I went about what I think I
was in the bar. I was doing so and it wasn't on
my phone. And then what?
You're on a camel. I was on a camel.
Exactly, exactly. Oh fuck.

(48:11):
But the fucking I can't think straight and just thinking.
Like. Camel right now in the sunset
anyway, that's crazy. They sent he sent me the
screenshots and of what he had said.
So sorry, even before that. So when I woke up that morning,
I seen that clip went out and initially I was like, fuck sake,

(48:31):
I had like, I don't like that clip.
I don't like that. I referred to him because I was
like, oh, I'm not like this other guy.
Me referring to Conor McGregor as that other guy.
I didn't like myself saying that, but like that was my
initial thoughts. I was like fuck sake, like I
sound like a Dick. Like because Lee, although I'm
not saying obviously anything malicious, I'm just saying I'm
I'm my own man. I'm not like the other guy or

(48:54):
this other guy is how I said it.Like I wish I didn't say that
that phrase, but like I just fucking fought 5 rounds.
I also you're in an arena where there's you probably can't hear
yourself talk and. MIT and like that was just one
week clip. Like I definitely got done dirty
with just that clip going out there because there was many
other things said by like like they're like what Usman was

(49:17):
saying to me. Like for like a minute.
None of that went out. But like my so my initial
thoughts were like, fuck, I wishI didn't phrase it like that
because it sounds like disrespectful.
But then again, like it's not like I was lying.
I I was just saying I'm not I'm just my own man because
obviously the the whole narrative of the fight and was
my doing. I was the one that said Ireland
versus Dagestan #2 first becauseI was good marketing that and it

(49:40):
did play out very well. But then obviously a lot of shit
came out with McGregor and in the meantime.
And then like, it's not even like I was saying anything
malicious. I was just saying I'm the old
man and I am you're talking to do my own instead of him.
I was, it was nothing to do. It was not a slight in any way.
It was just me saying I'm my ownman.
Like I'm doing my own thing and I'm, I am in my own journey and

(50:01):
I'm creating my own story. You know, that's why I decided
to go like see doing the whole PFL pathway and all these things
like this is all new and MMA entry.
This is like a trailblazing pathand I'm creating my own story
here. And that's all I meant by that.
You know, like, and I could havesaid so many malicious things in
the past about things that have coming out in the media, but I
never did and I never would because I've always seen him and

(50:24):
always wolves say that he's the GOAT.
I'll always say he's the greatest ever do it will never
back down in that regardless of what happens, regardless of he's
tweeting all this madness about me that I still don't take that
personally enough to change my opinion on that.
But it was just one wee tiny, tiny clip that just like they
knew what they were doing when they put that out there.
And then it just blew up as theyknew it would.

(50:45):
And then obviously the reaction happened, which was obviously
unbelievably negative, first of all, in terms of what he said.
But my reaction was I was just like, this is obviously mental.
Like I laughed it off. But then what ended up starting
off so negative ended up being like the best thing that's ever
happened, my career peer, my career PR wise, Yeah, because

(51:06):
it's got the entire nation behind me.
A. 100% like I don't think you handled yourself.
Very time. Like big time behind me.
Because you could have got rushed into a tweet.
Could easily just start out of my war.
Words. He's not personal.
He's like, like he did with you.You didn't do that back.
And need to because the people don't format.
Yeah, you know I could easy because in this game like as you

(51:29):
know, the whole social media game like like but more so on
combat sport, it's like beef andstuff that sells and that's what
the those numbers and I could have easily like I felt like
like coming back at them but I could have easily done that but
it's not what I want to do with myself.
I want to like just be me and meand I just thought right come
well class enough response. Like I just said, look, you're

(51:50):
the GOAT always said you were paid homage at every
opportunity, but coming out marriage identity shows where
heads up and that was all I needed to say because it did
show where his heads up. Like you said, I'm a cunt from
up there and take the Irish flagoff me and all that stuff.
Like although I didn't take it personal, but like to say that
to someone from here that identifies as Irish.
Like the worst thing he could possibly.

(52:10):
I thought what was great about it, as well as the support that
you got didn't in Ireland didn'tjust come from Derry, it didn't
just come from people in the north came from Ireland wide.
Yeah, You know, it wasn't like everyone in the South was back
on what he was saying everyone Nwith back and what you were
saying. You were kind of backed up by
everybody to to like question your.
Big time. It's kind of like, I think a lot

(52:32):
of people in the sport, like with MMA recently have kind of a
lot of people aren't behind him and me in this country anymore
because a lot of people just unfortunately personally don't
like McGregor anymore because ofsome some things that have
happened in the last whatever five years.
But now there's kind of like a separation of like of of that.
I think now, you know, and now that feel like people haven't

(52:54):
like a new horse in the race that they can get behind.
Yeah. That isn't like associated with
certain things. Yeah.
So as I say, something that started off really fucking
negative ended up being the mostpositive yeah PR I've ever had
in my career. Like and I think it's it's all
good. But it was yeah, it was just
not. It was kind of just not to see.
It's always Yeah, I know you in a personal.

(53:15):
Mental things. My life's just been a world when
the last couple months, like, it's been fucking mental.
Yeah, like all this stuff. And then there's been other
things as well, like, no, it's just been mental.
Are you totally like you from the first time you came on this
podcast and I met you like you have a plan.
You know exactly what you want to do.

(53:36):
Talk about being your own man like nobody, nobody.
More So like you're so focused because when you've been on
before, you're just getting overthese injuries and you were
talking about like, I'm just going to like, it'll be fine.
I'm going to do this, I'm going to do that.
But umm, is it, are you still incontrol of everything?
Like do you still feel like as calm about everything as you
did? Because with rising profile

(53:56):
comes more, you know, more, I guess more people in the
background, like saying things in the background.
Everything's on a bigger scale, press on you, people talking
about you. Of course you want people
talking about your health profile, but is there like a
downside of anything you struggle with or do you still
feel like? There's not enough struggle with
yet. Just generally like generally

(54:20):
I'm a lot like way more busy, but that comes with the
territory. But the likes of that last fight
promote newsmen like I had, likeI had, I had production teams
with me all the time, like just like it's very invasive at
times, but I understood what I needed to do that promote the
fight. Yeah.
Like where they were shooting a documentary from whenever I was
in America in November through through December.

(54:43):
And then when I was back in Belfast for a few days,
documentary team and then all inDubai.
And never mind all the promotionin the media days, most of them
like maybe 4 full media days forthe fight as well, like full day
shoots. So that's new, it's a lot, but
it's also what I asked for. Like I'm very grateful for that.
Then just generally, I think, you know, obviously your life is

(55:05):
put more in a magnifying glass out there like the likes of what
we've just spoke about. One wee tiny thing that I've
said after I've just fought 5 rounds with this guy and
absolutely emptied my frigging everything in a scrap and then
that just gets blown out and then it's doing millions and
millions and millions and I'm getting like still like mad hit

(55:25):
because of that. Now, obviously the good ways
about massively, and I don't play into it, but like, that's
just new. It's a new thing to deal with.
Yeah, but comes to the territory.
And do you like, yeah, there's still like a fallout for that?
Like, will you still get like you put a tweet up about
training? Will you still get like a bit of
shit up? Will you still be trolling under
it? And that kind of.
Yeah, but like, I don't really give up.
I don't doesn't affect me at all.

(55:47):
Like you know what all of us say.
Like can I say if you just if you want to say fuck, you can't.
You nearly said there, I don't give a fuck.
I'm just in the option. Thank you, I appreciate it,
Said. Fuck yeah.
But you know, I think how we're wired, if you open Twitter, I'm
sure you get negative comments all the time.
Like you sometimes you you're not meaning to read them, but

(56:08):
you just do. You can't.
Oh, you're not. And but like naturally your
brain like it goes like fuck that person or fuck this, fuck
that. Do you know what I mean?
Yeah, I think can't control that.
So it's like, I don't know, I, I.
I, I never like obviously when it first happens and like,
because I've been doing online stuff for so long, like you like
take a very person at the start and like you do like whatever

(56:32):
they're saying about you're like, Oh yeah, question yourself
and everything. Now it's just like, it's not
even like background noise, but I just like, I just would have
like a smile. I'm like I I would no one's
killing it and then leaving a negative comment on what your no
one's taking a break. Not not, I mean from.

(56:52):
Succeeding in life to be like, let me just write who under this
comment, you know? So like, the way I look at it
from then to now, yeah, Is different.
Is totally different. Yeah.
Like if you're going to, you know, if a Belfast Live article
goes out about you don't like people aren't going to be
writing under it, like brilliantclass, you know, you know what's

(57:14):
going to happen. So like you just got to be OK
with it. And like, I also think, you
know, we put stuff out and we doour jobs and you know, you get
praise for that. So like you have to expect
there's going to be negativity as well.
Like I know comics and friends who they really struggle with

(57:35):
the negative comment and like, look, nobody wants the negative
comments. But like, we can't have the
positive without this, you know,it goes hand in hand.
And it's like, you also have to know that like, whoever's right,
Not like. It's fucking that it.
Yeah, they're, they're not coming to see you anyway, you
know, they're just, they're justkind of writing that.
Yeah. Umm.
But like, you know, I had it recently where someone on some

(58:01):
platform have been commenting a lot and, and I saw them in real
life and they were just like nice, you know?
That's all. They were just like that.
And didn't really like look at me starstruck.
Probably just you were more likeAI would rather talk.
I would respect someone more if they're like you're a Dick, but
like don't then kind of like half be nice, you know, stand

(58:23):
over what you're going to say. Yeah.
Have you any plans now, like between now and if you're
fighting the summer, are you just going to be training here
or you go back to America or anything like that?
I'll be training here, plan to stay for a good bit.
Umm, depending on when I get a fight, probably go to America at
some point, perhaps to buy again.
Umm, we'll see. Once I get like a fight date
then I'll kind of plan at the camp.

(58:44):
I do plan to stay home for a bit.
I can understand why, like all those fight Ireland, all those
guys are brilliant, like the team you have and anyone I've
met from there, UMM are just like really good.
We have a busy couple of months coming up for the gym, a lot of
boys competing with Cage Conflict next week, which is our
our club show. And then we've got a lot of boys

(59:05):
and cage warriors like Patty andScott Harvey and and these boys.
And then we've couple of a lot of our amateur team.
So it'd be good to be home for abit because I was away for
months there. I was away for America like a
month and a half all over Christmas.
And then I was in Dubai for a full month for camp and the
fight. So it's good to be home for a
bit working some other things I want to work on.

(59:26):
And then I I just need to do what got me to the dance as
well. I just need to be in the gym
more than ever because with thisrematch coming up, whatever it
is, well, hopefully a fight first.
But the rematch, I just need to get better.
Like I need to like, like I can't forget what got me to the
announce. I need to be in the gym just
living it like and getting better.
It's a pity we don't overlap in America at the same time, and I

(59:46):
would. Have been nice in Austin or
something that would be good comedy.
I would love that. I still haven't been to Texas at
all. What theatre you in Austin I.
Don't know 9th or something. 7th.
Of what? It's March, so it's soon, isn't
it? Yeah.
Nah, don't be home for a bit like, but yeah.
Crazy because I'm thinking aboutgoing to American stuff and I'm
like, you know, a lot of travel and I wanna exercise and stuff

(01:00:07):
on there and I'm like, wonder ifthere would be a good like
brand. If only there was like a brand.
Like a lifestyle brand? Yeah, that was fit in with my
lifestyle and was going to do a lot of sport out there.
But, you know, I just can't, can't think of anything,
Richard. Brooks Brooks shoes.
I need to get away from this. I need to get away from this.

(01:00:29):
What all these? Like.
Proper scrappers like rapper look at strappers.
Look at that, that substitute teacher, like this guy's crying
in his car at lunchtime, like and it says on it go to support,
like don't tell people you know,And these are like, God, I could
have bought plain black ones. Just put a.

(01:00:50):
For we sore ankles, you know these are jazzy.
They're jazzy, those shoes. They are.
They're very like, yeah, they'reawful.
So hopefully fighting the summer, hopefully have the
rematch at the end of the year. And you shouldn't load the
content as well, which is which is great.
Yeah, that goes in your YouTube channel.
Yes, we'll put a link to that Channel in the description.
Appreciate, appreciate. Now we've been heavy on the

(01:01:12):
Youtubes. Like we've been trying to stay
consistent with them. Like the whole fight camp.
They're like like Justin's basically with me full time
though. Justin, were you planning the
like if you needed to if the Dagestan he's had a legs got
involved you you've I love that just smacking people the tripod
like. Yeah at least you have a weapon

(01:01:33):
that'll be good that would help sure I mean MIT my MY2 best
mates in the crowd obviously support and go mad the whole
time. As soon as the fight ended, 2
Dagestanis from the floor, just scale defence, ran up and
fucking whacked them, ran back down again.
Yeah, So that's what I'm saying like this is it was no joke out
there. But anyway, just.

(01:01:54):
Put the link to the YouTube channel in ready and thank you
very much as always for my pleasure rolling name and best
hairline in the business. Just remember but and then
through do throw the right. You need to come up and show me
this. And Jim, we need to.
Show all the boys you want to get a week when we get a seminar
to go, land that right and then work with the left.

(01:02:18):
Easy. Yeah, Wait and you tell me this
for 4th. Of eight because you weren't
ready. I was.
I wasn't ready. You're ready now because you
thought you said you thought you're.
One of us. That's true, you know, stay
cocky. Over a couple of we things when
he. Can you, can we bring Arm
Butler? Yes.
I'm an art fighter. The mental thing is he'd take

(01:02:39):
him. No irony.
If I asked him to do it. He'd be like, yeah, no problem,
he would. Yeah, do it and.
His own brand of fight gear. He loves it.
Paul, thank you very much for coming on.
My pleasure. Anytime.
