You're going a million miles a minute and trying to juggle so many balls when teaching in an elementary classroom. Young students are also going through a lot in the classroom, centers, drills, rules, routines and procedures, peer conflict and the list goes on. I've also been there but there are ways to create calm and teach students how to stay calm when all else fails.
