Speaker 2 (00:29):
Hey, welcome into the christ Stigall Show podcast. Thanks a
lot for choosing this show because I realize there are
a gazillion of them you could be listening to instead.
So the fact that you subscribe to this one and
you don't miss it, it means a ton to us.
Thank you. There are a lot of people that work
very hard to make it happen, and there are a
lot of great people who sponsor our show too and
make it complimentary to you, like US medical plan dot com.
(00:52):
My friend John Roulman at US medical Plan dot com
is doing something with health insurance that there aren't many
people in the country doing, and that is plugging you
in into about one hundred or so different private health
insurance companies across the country to give you the very
very best rates. Now, listen, I understand that right now,
particularly this time of year, is when people are doing
(01:13):
the open enrollment thing and they are very very confused.
If you are a supplemental health insurance buyer with Medicare,
there are a lot of choices out there. Are you
getting the best rates? Hard to know? John knows, though,
You've just got to give him a couple of minutes
on the phone. It will take a couple of minutes,
but you will save money. And you know how I
know because my own parents have saved hundreds of dollars
(01:35):
a month with John Rouman at US Medical plan dot com. Now,
if you are a small business owner and you'd like
to buy insurance for your employees, but you want to
save a buck or two, John knows exactly the best
rates on group insurance. You buy your own insurance for
your family in addition to employees, same deal. John's got
the best rates.
Speaker 6 (01:55):
Do you know.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
I have a friend who just got Cobra through John
and saved about six hundred dollars a month versus what
she was being offered through her former employer. John knows
how to save you money and keep you covered in
health insurance. But you've got to make the call eight
seven seven four one zero forty three twenty one eight
seven seven four one zero forty three twenty one or
US Medical Plan dot com. Man. I don't know if
(02:18):
affordability is a thing, folks. I'm not sure I understand
these stories. I keep seeing this. Hey, good morning and
merry Christmas to you live. Look at Philadelphia this morning,
Center City, right there in front of City Hall, the
beautiful Christmas tree all lit up. Hope you're doing well.
Hope you're getting ready for the Christmas season. We're already
in it, I guess, But I hope you're getting ready
(02:38):
for Christmas itself, which we're coming up on, just a
few shopping days away. Our telephone number eighty five five
stigall if you'd like to join us, glad to have
you hear. The share of Americans planning to spend one
thousand dollars or more on Christmas this year has hit
a record high. Now again, I don't know what that means.
Is it if everyone's broke? I guess what that means
(03:00):
is we're going through retail therapy fast, Eddie. I keep
seeing these stories that people are spending more than they've
ever spent before, people are traveling more than they've ever
traveled before. We've never seen people spend one thousand dollars
or more record high on gifts and yet affordability. So
help me, because I don't understand. It can't be both
wwhich is it or a people just now soaking their
miseries of unaffordability in debt? Is that what we're doing?
(03:24):
I don't know. I'm just asking.
Speaker 7 (03:25):
I guess, Chris, if you can't afford a home, you
might as well buy a true black television right this
holidays season.
Speaker 2 (03:33):
Maybe that's what it is. Everybody's just buyden TVs to
fill apartments that they can barely afford the rent for.
I don't know, but I just wanted to pass that along.
And incidentally, the Republicans have decided that they liked my
idea I have to do everything. Of course, they were watching,
you know, we were up there on Capitol Hill a
couple of weeks ago, and I told them, I said,
watch me, watch how it's done. And so I went
home and I filled my gas tank over the weekend
(03:53):
at two forty nine a gallon. I told you about
this yesterday, and naturally, now Republicans are pointing to falling
gas prices they can ease pocketbooks and help people with
affordability in the new year. The National Republican Congressional Committee
watching yours truly, I said, see how it's done. The
House GOP's campaign arm highlighting gas Buddy data yesterday showing
(04:14):
the average price of gasoline has dropped for three straight weeks,
hitting its lowest level since March twenty twenty one. The
NRCC noted the prices are now three dollars a gallon
in thirty eight below that is three dollars a gallon
in thirty eight states and under two dollars a gallon
in five states. How about that. Now that's appreciable. Eron
(04:37):
and I were talking about that yesterday too. I don't know.
I guess I'm going to have to do everything myself.
But that's all right. That's what. I don't need any
pats on the back. I'm happy to carry the burden.
I'm not sure what's going on with this Brown University
thing or why it's so difficult, but it does get
I'm starting to get the distinct impression that maybe there
(04:59):
is some jgitimate trouble at the FBI. And I don't
know what it is exactly, and I'm not really piling
on any individual in particular, but what people are really
starting to pummel the FBI for the way they've handled
this Brown University investigation. Over the last forty eight hours
or so. They attained somebody that they thought was a
person of interest, and then it turned out they'd spend
all this time with this person that wasn't in fact
a person of interest at all. And in fact, I
(05:21):
could even see from a still photo of the person
they had of interest versus the video, the grainy video
that they do have of this person that they believe
is the suspect wandering around the streets and on the
street corners. Didn't look at anything like it looks like
a fat, middle aged guy, fast eddy look. I mean,
that could be me. And it doesn't look like the
guy they detained. I mean, I didn't even need a
(05:43):
assumed in photo of that. Did you see the initial
photo of the guy they detained on the campus of Brown, Yeah, yeah,
and that, Yeah, there's no way that that would be
a body match.
Speaker 7 (05:53):
I mean, I don't think you have to be an
FBI like observer or whatever you call them like to
figure that out.
Speaker 2 (06:01):
Authorities have moved to release a person of interest. As
you know, we talked about that, the FBI and police
have not identified a suspect since the perpetrator open fire
with a handgun and the school's engineering building during final
exams on Saturday. Incidentally, one of the people killed in
this was the head of the College Republicans on campus
there at Brown and her family. Reports are now ready
(06:22):
for this. Her family, it is being reported as being
told that she was in fact a target of this shooting.
I mean, look, when you're talking about two dead people
and one of them is the head of the College
Republicans on the campus of Brown, mean do the math.
And so twenty four hours later, after it came to
light who was killed and that she happened to be
(06:43):
the head of the College Republicans there, all of a sudden,
people are starting to look at Okay, was this motivated
by politics? Was this specific to her? In fact, that
it appears from some reporting I can't independently verify this,
but from some independent reporting that the family has been
told that yes, in fact, she was the target, which
means I presume this means they probably do know who
(07:04):
this guy is and they're probably getting closer to finding him.
But what is baffling about this story is an Ivy
League school that costs as much as I presume Brown
costs to attend, And I don't know what it is,
but I know I would never be able to afford it.
They don't have anything more than a couple of grainy
cameras on the street ed and that seem a little
strange that that's all they can muster at Brown. I mean,
(07:27):
you go to any entry level community college around the
country and they've got better cameras for security than they
do it Brown.
Speaker 7 (07:34):
Oh absolutely, But that's also I mean, you would have
to have knowledge that this building doesn't have cameras firsthand
or beforehand, right before carrying out something like this.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
Well that's a good point too. Yeah, they say this
was probably well studied and carried out, so I don't know.
And now they're saying that Dan Bongino may have packed
up his Some reports again some reports I can't independently
verify it. Some have said Dan's already packed his things
and the office is already empty and he's done. Now,
whether that's true or not, I don't know, but that's
what they're saying. So they're saying, there's great consternation at
(08:04):
the FBI again that Dan's on his way out the door.
Speaker 7 (08:07):
I feel like we go through this once a quarter,
you know, Dan Bunge. Okay, So Dan Bunge's on his
way out this time. Okay, Well, we'll see if it happens.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
And of course this is on the heels of the
Miranda Divine reporting. As you remember that said, there is
great hugh and cry inside the FBI, very upset that
Cash and Dan are in over their heads. They don't
know what they're doing. And all the rank and vile
FBI guys are carping now that Cash Bettel doesn't know
what he's doing. And there has been some pileon about
this Brown University thing, for instance, that there was a
(08:38):
lot of time wasted. And again, I don't know anything
about investigations, folks, I'm not pretending I know. I can't
possibly know what goes into investigating a shooting. I you know,
can I say with certainty that while they had this
guy in custody for a bit of time investigating him,
only to find out he wasn't the right guy. Can
I say they shut the investigation down. I don't know
(08:59):
that that's fair or accurate to say necessarily. Some have
suggested that they basically thought, well, we've got our guy,
and then it turned out out to be the guy,
and that like, for you know, several hours, they just
quit looking for anybody else. I don't know that that's
generally the way it works with law enforcement from what
I understand, until they know they've got their guy, they
continue fanning out in some other directions while they're interviewing
(09:20):
the person of interest. But I don't know. At this point,
I have to conclude. If there continues to be smoke
around leadership of the FBI, one has to conclude after
a while there must be some kind of problem. I
don't know what it is here. Again, you know my
default position for better or worse, And I know it
makes some of you mad, because I understand that now
(09:40):
we're almost a year into the administration, so you're not
supposed to say this anymore. It is now fashionable to
say I'm exhausted with this president and I hate his
guts and I just wish this whole thing was over.
That's the fashionable thing, Eddie, I'm supposed to say, don't
you understand. That's what everybody was saying yesterday. That's what
the Republicans were saying yesterday. That's what other talk show
hosts we're saying. I'm just so tired of Trump. I'm
(10:02):
exhausted with him. I just want to go We're back
to this again. I just want to go back to normal.
I'm so tired of Trump. I'm just so exhausted. I'm
tired of the chaos. I just want normal. I keep
reading this and I just want you to know if
you've tuned into me, hoping that you're going to get
for me eventually a breaking point where I say, oh,
(10:23):
I just wish we could go back to things the
way they were. Whatever that means. This is not your show,
ed Okay.
Speaker 7 (10:31):
Yes, it's as if these people have learned absolutely nothing
over the past what decade? Here, Come on, I'm with you.
Speaker 2 (10:38):
Mike pens is calling for RFK Junior to be fired.
So there you go. Is that normal?
Speaker 1 (10:45):
Is that?
Speaker 2 (10:45):
What's back to normal? You want some good old fashioned,
white hair, genteel decency. Is that what you want. I
want to go back to normal. People keep saying, hey,
I read that. If I read this once, I read
it a thousand times. I read one talk show host
say yesterday, you know, I don't know what you people
in the Republican ranks are going to do. And this
was a supposed conservative and Republican. He said, I don't
(11:06):
know what you're gonna do. Come twenty twenty eight. You've
already got people so exhausted with Trump. Now they got
to run out there, and they got to defend him.
Now they got to run out there. People are just
exhausted with him, already exhausted with what exactly. I don't
exhausted with what you're exhausted. Let's be honest. What you're
exhausted with. You're exhausted with being told that the guy
(11:26):
you voted for is a bad guy, is a rotten guy,
is a chaotic guy, is doing all the wrong things,
and he's being mean. That's what exhausts you. What you wish,
Let's just be honest, and I do too. It would
be lovely, but let's be honest. What we everybody wants.
Everybody wishes that everyone would be nice to President Trump,
and everybody wishes that the media would stop yelling and
(11:49):
screaming about how evil and wicked and cruel his border
enforcement policies are. Everybody wishes that he would stop demanding
excellence from leadership in the Pentagon. Everyone wishes that they'd
stop hearing stories about how mean and cruel he is
to immigrants. Everybody wishes that they'd stop hearing about him
trying to improve the White House and he tore it
(12:09):
down the East Wing. And they wish just for some normalcy.
And what does normalcy mean, Eddie, complacency, complacency? What they wish,
what everyone says they wish. They just wish there was
some calm and complacency so we could go on about
our lives and not have to hear about Washington. And
the fastest way to not hear about Washington is to
(12:31):
do nothing about it and just let it sit there
and do what it always does. That's the fastest way
for everybody to feel comfortable that they don't have to
be uncomfortable and hear about Donald Trump anymore. Is that
about right? That sums it up? Yeah, it's just it
froust it just frustrated. Look, I'll get into the Rob
Reiner thing later, but this was sort of the this
(12:52):
is what brought it all tohead yesterday. I have a
stack in front of me which I'm going to get
into next, of the successful defense of the homeland, of
the successful defense of our borders, the successful defenses Donald
Trump is bringing to the country quickly inside of a
calendar year, and I'm not going to ignore that. Hang on, now, look,
(13:13):
here's my point. A plan to attack several LA businesses
on New Year's Eve was just uncovered. Four people allegedly
tied to a left wing anti government group gathered last
week in the Mohave Desert to make and test several
test bombs, say the FBI. Four people arrested on suspicion
(13:33):
of devising a plot that was called organized, sophisticated, and
extremely violent. They were all tied to what officials describe
as radical factions of the Turtle Island Liberation Front called
Order of the Black Lotus. FBI Assistant Director in charge
called the faction a violent, homegrown anti government group. Officials
(13:57):
wouldn't name the businesses or buildings the group's allegedly planned
to target, but they say there were various logistics centers
similar to the ones that Amazon might have and said
that they were located in LA and Orange Counties. Scary
stuff for our friends in LA and Orange County, but
thankfully the FBI struck. Now, if it turns out that
(14:18):
this guy is a political assassin on the campus of
Brown and is in fact, as Mark Halpern is reporting
that the college Republican leader they are on Brown, this
young woman that was killed was in fact the target.
That sounds like another politically motivated killing. And so I
just I think it's important to pump the brakes for
(14:39):
a moment and say to all of the belly acres
that say they just don't like Trump's way and they're
just so tired of Trump's way, do you understand that
people in opposition to him and really to you want
you dead. It's time for big boy and big girl talk.
(14:59):
And I I'm going to have to be the one
to give it to you, since everybody else is a
bunch of patty waste sitting on the sidelines going I
don't like his tone. We're back to that again. I
don't like his tell Hey, it's be like it's sorry.
I want to use some old high school football terminology,
but I won't it's a family show. I'll just say
(15:20):
it's time to grow up and get our heads out
of our proverbial rectums. Do you understand that there is
a movement that wishes you slaughtered? And it's not just
domestic terrorist It's not just political activists, though they're bad enough.
It's also Islamo fascists globe wide. They're on the march,
they're quite emboldened. As a matter of fact, I believe
(15:42):
they probably fund the efforts of some messengers here on
some of your favorite shows. Truth be told. That's what
I believe. Now I can't prove that, but that's my hunch.
Whether you know it or not, and it's not a
great Christmas message to share. But whether you know it
or not, we're at war. I don't like it. I
wish it weren't true. But you tell me that your
(16:05):
biggest concern in the course of a day is President
Trump remodeling the East Wing or a post he put
up on social media, and ISIS is on the march,
and domestic terrorists are plotting to blow up major American cities.
Time to grow up a little bit. Good morning, Hi.
(16:25):
Sorry to be the cold water, but it's not peace
on earth, goodwill toward men. It's not where we are
right now. I'm sorry. Some very dark stuff is sweeping
the country and the globe. So we can be on
offense with the leader we have or I guess one
of more polite Christmas cards sending decorum that you wish
(16:46):
we had. All right, some details yesterday number five, if
you please, Paul from the first Assistant US Attorney on
this foiled plot in Los Angeles, listen.
Speaker 3 (16:58):
The charges we are announcing today stem from the defendants
and their co conspirators detailed coordinated plot to bomb multiple
US companies on New Year's Eve. Thankfully, that plot has
now been foiled thanks to the hard work of the
FBI and the Department of Justice. This investigation was initiated
(17:18):
in part due to the September twenty twenty five executive
order signed by President Trump Trump to root out left
wing domestic terror organizations in our country, such as Antifa
and other radical groups like the Turtle Island Liberation Front.
As the President made clear, recent attacks across the country
(17:40):
have highlighted the grave threats posed by these far left
domestic terror groups. These threats are sophisticated, organized campaigns of
targeted intimidation, radicalization, threats, and violence designed to silence opposing speech,
limit political activity and direct policy outcomes, and prevent the
(18:02):
proper functioning of a democratic society. In direct response to
the President's order, the Attorney General issued at memo to
our offices implementing and mobilizing federal law enforcement to prioritize
and counter domestic terrorism and political violence investigations.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
As a result of those directives, we built this case.
Speaker 3 (18:23):
Both my office and the FBI have invested substantial resources
into investigating and charging these organizations. And if anyone does
not believe that members of these groups are organized, sophisticated,
and extremely violent, let me tell you about the plot
in this case. The four defendants are Audrey Carroll, thirty
(18:47):
years old.
Speaker 2 (18:47):
The pictures, I think we have them somewhere. We'll put
them up here.
Speaker 3 (18:51):
Audrey Carroll, thirty years old, Zachary Aaron Page thirty two,
Dante Gaffield twenty four, and Tinala forty one, each from
the Los Angeles area. Each is charged with conspiracy and
possession of an unregistered destructive device in violation of Title
twenty six United States Code, Section five eight six' one
(19:11):
d we intend to file additional charges in the coming
weeks as we finish reviewing the. Evidence the defendants are
all radical anti government members of The Turtle Island Liberation, front,
which according to their own social media is an anti,
capitalist anti government movement that calls for their associates to
(19:32):
rise up and fight back against. Capitalism what are the
leaders of the? Organization Defendant Audrey carroll helped organize an
even more radical faction.
Speaker 2 (19:41):
Of the group called The order of The Black. Lotus
sounds like your Typical democrat, campaign and that's what we're up.
Against that's exactly the kind of thing that you need to.
Understand everyone needs to understand we're up, against not to
(20:02):
speak of what's trying to come across the, border Which
President trump is also trying to deal. With trump designated
yesterday fentanyl as a weapon of mass. Destruction give me
number six, here this is that executive. Order with this.
Speaker 8 (20:17):
Historic executive ORDER i will sign, today we're formally classifying
fentanyl as a weapon of mass, destruction which is what it.
Speaker 2 (20:25):
Is No bob does what this is.
Speaker 8 (20:28):
Doing two hundred to three hundred thousand people die every
year that we know, Of so we're formally classifying fentanyl
as a weapon of mass.
Speaker 2 (20:41):
Destruction good, Good and The democrats what do they? Do
they feel sorry for the guys running the. Drugs they
want to have conversations about the guys in the fishing
boats running the. Drugs so that's where we. Are that's
where things. Stand by the, way just some. Updates Trump's
department Of Homeland security has now celebrated a record breaking
(21:03):
two point five million illegals voluntarily leaving of their own.
Accord this, WEEK Dhs Secretary christinoman announcing THAT ice had
successfully deported six hundred five thousand illegals from The United
states Since january, twentieth noting the majority are illegals with
pending criminal charges or criminal. Convictions in an, addition she
(21:24):
said another two million have now self deported from The
United states during the same, period not a small. Accomplishment
trump brings legal immigration to a screeching, halt says. Axios
so for those of you that just felt like our
borders were wide open and too many people were pouring,
across legally or, illegally you should know. This President trump
(21:45):
promised the most deportations in decades to reverse illegal, immigration
but the system for legal immigration is also buckling under his.
Pressure in just the last few, weeks The trump administration
has threatened to expand the travel ban, list paused all asylum,
decisions and signals it will reopen cases from The biden.
Administration any of these changes in isolation would put strain
(22:06):
on the. System doing them all at once could overwhelm,
them and of course that means more scrutiny to those
who are coming in the, country and why shouldn't there
Be right? Now President trump's border street continues with the
Best november numbers. Ever did you hear this? One maybe,
not because everybody's so tired of his. Tone the border
saw another record month of calm In, november with border
(22:27):
patrol agents apprehending about seven three hundred and fifty illegal
immigrants along THE Us mexico, boundary and for the seventh straight,
month none of those migrants was caught and released across the,
border And, Ports customs And Border protection reported just thirty
thousand encounters with unauthorized. Aliens that's a slight improvement Over
(22:48):
october and a massive change from The biden, years when
the same group averaged more than two hundred thirty thousand
encounters each. Month says THE Cpb commissioner are focuses on
wavering secure the, border enforced law and protect the. Nation
these numbers reflect the tireless efforts our agents and officers
are delivering and the results that are redefining border. SECURITY
(23:12):
dhss slashed work permits the term of work permits for
migrants from five years to eighteen. Months did you know
we were giving work permits to migrants for five years
at a? TIME i. Didn't that's been slashed to eighteen.
Months Homeland Security Citizenship agency said late last week they're
slashing the standard validity period for work permits issued to
(23:32):
migrants from five years to eighteen, months saying the shorter
times will give the government more opportunities to vet. People
do we need any more evidence as to? Why look
at just what happened On Bondai. Beach suspects Were Southern.
Philippines were in The Southern philippines WHERE isis is. Active
(23:56):
it's been eight years since The philippines declared victory OVER,
isis but the read FROM isis has become smaller and,
fragmented with lethal attacks by militants linked to the group
rocking the country intermittently and On, tuesday that threat came
under fresh. Scrutiny the suspects in The Bandai beach massacre
And sydney were motivated BY isis and had traveled to The,
philippines Said australian. Officials, Meanwhile australian authorities held a six
(24:20):
month long investigation into one of The Bondai beach terrorists
for his links TO, isis but determined he wasn't a
real threat and allowed his household to keep six. Firearms
so that's What australia does with their heels kicked, back
kind of, relaxing While trump is foot on the gas.
(24:41):
Pedal by the, way The United states military has struck
three more boats suspected of carrying drugs in The Eastern pacific,
yesterday killing. Eight the strikes the military said were carried
out in international waters on what it determined was designated terrorist,
organizations bringing the number to at least ninety five. Killed
The trump administration's military campaign against such. Vessels these, attacks
(25:04):
which also have been carried out around The Caribbean, sea
have drawn outrage from legal experts and some members Of,
congress who say killing of unarmed civilians breaches the laws of.
War we're at. War there's no doubt about. THAT i,
mean if we're going to be talking about breaches of
laws of, WAR i guess that's an acknowledgement at least
that we are at. War because we. Are Tom holman
(25:25):
reminds us of that in clip number. Nine we are at.
War whether it's at, sea or whether it's across our,
borders or whether it's isis, infiltrating we're at. War holman
reminds us, Again.
Speaker 9 (25:37):
So, look this is the game. CHANGE i want to
mix something perfectly. Clear can we get attacked all the
time being? Inhumane The biden administration is much more. Humane
it just is a bunch of. Crap because there's been
studies done at thirty one percent of women and make
that journey through the cartails get sexy, assaulted they get
raped and.
Speaker 6 (25:55):
Not just, women children.
Speaker 9 (25:57):
Too have done numerous investigations in that sex trafficking was
the historic highs with an open, border fat and aw
historic eyes are co Killer Quartermanian, americans no inspected terrorists
that came across the border record. Historic what happened Under
biden administration was the most inhumane Thing i've seen in my.
(26:21):
Lifetime now that the border is ninety six percent, decline
ninety six percent less people are. Coming how many women
aren't being? Raped how many Children i'm dying making that.
Journey how many women and children aren't being sex trafficking
to this country every? Day how many nor suspected terrorists
aren't just walking across that. Border President, trump in this,
administration they're saving thousands of lives every. Month hart, stop
(26:46):
that's just a stone cold. Fact i'm just probably a
part of. THIS i work With Steve miller every. Day
Steve miller is one of the most brilliant PEOPLE i
met in my itired. Life President trump bought together one
hell of a team, here and success. Proved we all working,
together one, team one. Fight we're not done. Yet we're
gonna keep, going AND i guarantee you we can continue
to saving thousands and thousands of. Lives secure border means
(27:09):
strong national. Security secure border saves.
Speaker 2 (27:12):
Lives anybody want to argue. It, Yeah but chrisy posted
something On, unsavory Untruth Social, OOH i. DON'T i wish you.
Wouldn't i'm so tired of his. Tone pull your heads

i haven't had my home. RAIDED i haven't seen one
of my biggest political allies and advocates assassinated in cold
blood for his. SPEECH i don't know what that's, like
BUT i suspect it doesn't engender a lot of good
will when someone is, killed either tragically or. Accidentally who
has also profess over years to hating your. Guts it's
(33:02):
a human and honest. Action not, great not, pretty but it's.
Honest i've got more on that in just a. Minute

Yeah it's really a thrill for me to have both
the dentnis and my daughter and Doctor Jared. Getnis one
of the things THAT i love about them both is
they when they don't have a patient in their, chair
they're in my room watching WHAT i do and trying
to learn from. Me and we hear enough about the
new generation and if they think they know everything and
they don't want to, work And i've got two dentists
who are really really want to learn and really really
(34:33):
willing to to work, hard AND i enjoy learning from.
Them they've brought some new skills and some new technologies
to our office that will be great benefits to our,
patients and, so if, ANYTHING i think that having them

moments were pivotal and the power of prayer and the
power of. Miracles it's A christmas themed newsletter this. Week
it's a three. Parter this is Always, Monday, Wednesday, friday
And i'm offering it to you for free this week

it for. Free the rest of the, year And i'm
putting it on sale because my hope is you will
help me do what we have been trying to do
now for the last couple of, weeks and that is
raise funds for The Prison fellowship folks and Their Angel tree.
Campaign we are getting ever, closer AND i had no
doubt this audience was going to come through as you.
(38:47):
Have your generosity has always been so big and you're
doing it, again AND i thank you so. Much The
Angel tree folks would love your help and support right.
Now if there's a child out there who doesn't have
a gift under the, tree or there's a child out
there who, wonders does mom or dad are they thinking
about me This? CHRISTMAS i don't know if you had
an experience like that growing, up but there are thousands
(39:10):
of children all over the country who have a parent
incarcerated This christmas and they're wondering that WILL i get
a gift at? All does mom or dad even think about?
Me do you know What Prison fellowship? Does, again regardless
of the mistake or the law, broken or whatever it
is the parent may have done that caused them to
wind up in, jail the child through no fault of
(39:31):
own is at home and wondering if joy is coming
to Their. Christmas you give a thirty dollars gift today
to The Prison Fellowship, ministry and you're going to tell
the child somewhere in this country By, christmas, yes they're
being thought. Of they're going to get a. Gift they're
going to get a note from that incarcerated parent accompanying
that gift to make it seem to that child that,
(39:52):
yes in fact mom Or dad is in fact thinking
about them and sent them a, gift and they're also
going to get A bible along with that. Gift Prison
fellowship can do that for thirty. Dollars it's a remarkable
thing that they achieve This Angel tree campaign every single,
year in good economies or bad. Economies this audience on
The Salem News, channel The Salem Radio network for, years
(40:15):
my colleagues have been making you aware of this, campaign
and you've stepped up to do. So this is the
first year that this show has endeavored to help The
Angel tree campaign At christmas. Time and SO i kind
of stuck our necks out, PROVERBIALLY i did it for
all of. US i kind of put a little pressure
on all of, us AND i, Said i'm going to,
try with the audience's, help to take care of twenty
(40:35):
six hundred kids this. Year that was the number we.
Said that was the budget THAT i, SAID i think
we can hit twenty six hundred. Kids so we are
AS i looked at it this, morning we're at nineteen hundred.
Kids AND i really look we can go into next
week if need, be BUT i really don't. WANT i
would love to have this thing put to bed By.
Friday roughly What i'm looking at right, now Fast, eddie
(40:57):
do you know that if there were seven people in
this audience who were blessed enough and of the, means
if there were seven people in this audience who were
able to give the tax deductible gift of three thousand
dollars this, week three thousand, Dollars i'd call you the magnificent.
Seven that's. It that would put this to. Bed it
would be. Over that's the rough back of the envelope.
(41:18):
Math if there happened to be seven individuals in this
audience who felt like they want to help with that
amount of, money that's one hundred kids they'd impact with that.
Donation it's a tax deductible donation three thousand dollars seven.
People the campaign has met its. Goal that's. It i'll
just put that in that perspective for. You that's where we.
Sit that's how close we. Are, OKAY i like. THAT
(41:41):
i like the sound of.
Speaker 7 (41:41):
That that the one hundred kids Per.
Speaker 2 (41:43):
Wow, yeah or fourteen people if they were to give
fifteen hundred. Dollars if you're so inclined and so, blessed
you could do the same. Thing fourteen people could end
This in terms of making our. Goal we don't want to,
stop of, course but making that goal of twenty six hundred.
Kids can you? Help thirty dollars gets it? Done if
you can't do thirty five is so deeply, appreciated and
(42:05):
so many of you have done everything from thirty to one.
Thousand i've seen so many the donation lists come in every,
day AND i JUST i cannot thank you enough for
whatever you. GIVE i never want to make you feel
like any amount is not the adequate. Amount i'm just,
saying if there happen to be some people who feel
particularly blessed and have the means to do, It i'm
looking for a magnificent. SEVEN i might EVEN i don't
(42:29):
know Fast, eddy we could honor The Magnificent seven this,
week seven names to go into The ring Of. Honor
i'm not entirely sure what that looks, like but if
there are seven individuals in this audience who could give
us three thousand dollars to get one hundred kids, each
that pretty much hits our goal at that. Point So
i'll just we got to figure out how to designate
(42:51):
The magnificent seven this. Week don't, shit you're.
Speaker 7 (42:53):
Seven that want to step up in The magnificent.
Speaker 2 (42:55):
SEVEN i like, that all, right but in all, sincerity
you have a hope you. WILL a couple of ways
to do. It text my Name chris to nine four
eight seven. Eight Text chris to nine four eight seven,
eight or go to angeltree dot org Slash chris angeltree
dot org Slash, chris or Text chris to nine four
eight seven. Eight thank you in. Advance we're going to
(43:16):
get this. DONE i feel confident we're going to get
this done By. FRIDAY i think we will Marry christmas
and thank. You thank you for being a blessing to
a child who could really use it This. Christmas, okay
let's do. It i'm getting angry angry posts and. Emails
so in the spirit Of, christmas why SHOULDN'T i continue
to poke at that? Bear President trump posting untruth social
(43:37):
yesterday OR i guess it was Early monday that he
said on a post That Rob reiner died quote reportedly
due to the anger he caused others through his, massive
unyielding and incurable affliction known As trump arrangement. Syndrome this
made people very. ANGRY i read today That republican lawmakers
(43:57):
are Slamming President trump's inappropriate poe hosts On Rob. REINER
i got emails from people that DEMANDED i come to
air and announce him today at once top of the.
Order as For President, trump he was asked about. It
here's what he. Said number.
Speaker 8 (44:14):
Seven he was a deranged person as far As trump is.
Concerned he said he likely knew it was false. Affect
it is the exact opposite THAT i was a friend Of,
russia controlled By.
Speaker 6 (44:29):
Russia you, know it was The russia.
Speaker 8 (44:30):
Hoax he was one of the people behind. IT i
think he heard himself in career, wise he became like
a deranged Person trump derangement. Syndrome SO i was not
a fan Of Rob. Reiner at all in any, way
shape or. FORM i thought he was very bad for our.
Speaker 2 (44:45):
Country, yeah, okay, LOOK i don't know how else to put,
this AND i don't know what you want from. Me
SO i suspect there are some of you who demand
THAT i say this is inappropriate or this is not
something THAT i would. Do, okay if that's what you'd
(45:05):
like from, me Would Chris stigaul post that on Truth
Social you listened to the show, yesterday Fast, Eddie how
did we address? It DID i Say Rob reiner was
a no good? LIBERAL i, mean DID i even address his?
Politics DID i say a word about?
Speaker 9 (45:18):
It?
Speaker 7 (45:18):
No, no you did. Not it was very, cordial very,
friendly and, YOU i mean you enjoyed Someone Rob reiner's.
Speaker 2 (45:23):
WORK i Think Rob reiner is a tremendous director and a,
talent and his father is a comedy. Icon AND i
Think Rob reiner in many, ways even though he, yeah
he was a vicious political leftist, verbally but he he
went on shows and debated. People he was of good
cheer in terms of good. Will he would go on
and debate people Like Laura ingram and. Others he wasn't
(45:45):
afraid to have a conversation kind of in a classic liberal,
sense Like Bill, MAHER i wasn't losing sleep Over Rob.
Reiner his son murders him and his wife in the
most grisly. Way it's, tragic it's, awful it's a human.
Tragedy of, course of course it. Is now Fast, eddie
let's be, human and let's be honest for a, second
because let's just be really honest about all of. This
(46:07):
what we don't like and what we're uncomfortable with is
the dark recesses of our minds might be exposed in
a moment like. This AND i want you to think
about the person in your life who has the most
vicious hatred for you that you. KNOW i don't know
if you have anybody like that in your. Life is
there anybody that you know that really hates your? Guts you,
know they hate your. Guts they say awful things about.
You they've never meant you, well they've caused you trouble
(46:29):
every time you've crossed their. Path you have no good
feelings or relationship between one another at. All do you
have anybody like that in your? Life? Yes, YES i.
Do in one or, Two, yeah and then you find
out they're, dead.
Speaker 12 (46:45):
All?
Speaker 2 (46:45):
Right be, honest be. Honest you find out they're, dead
you write a heartfelt public post telling, you, yeah But
eddie's not the. President no he's.
Speaker 1 (46:55):
Not, no he's.
Speaker 2 (46:57):
Not we expect, Better we should expect better from our
Pres here's the. Deal you, know people get upset when
they Say trump couldn't forgive his. Enemies At Charlie kirk's,
memorial remember that people are upset that he mentioned That
Rob reiner hated his. GUTS i Wish Donald trump wasn't that. Guy,
SURE i do. DO i wish that The president of
(47:18):
The United, States Donald, trump at this, hour at this,
day were a different guy and conducted himself a different
way and said something publicly in a more delicate and diplomatic,
way even though we know those things are. TRUE i.
DO i, WISH i. Wish, SURE i also wish things
weren't so disgustingly ugly and murderously divisive in this country
(47:40):
that we Needed Donald trump to keep hatred for you
and me At bay because they do want you. Dead
you do know, that right they're murdering young college women
on the campus Of brown because they had the College.
Republicans that's probably likely what we're going to find out
the deal is for leftists who haven't murdered. Us there's
a leftist out there that we were. Dead i'd love
(48:03):
it that everyone was decent and of. Goodwill i'm A.
CHRISTIAN i work hard to try to get it right
and repent WHEN i. Don't But i've never had the
kind of vicious hate directed at me That President trump.
Has i've never been murdered or attempted to be. Murdered
i've never had my home. Raided i'm going to give
it some. Grace you know WHAT i think i'd do
for The Magnificent seven if there were actually seven people
(48:25):
that were willing to step up and give that tax
deductible gift of three thousand dollars to the Prison, fellowship
that's one hundred children they would gift with not just
A christmas, present but also a note from their. PARENTS
i think for The Magnificent SEVEN i WOULD i would
personally call them up and find out what they want For.
CHRISTMAS i THINK i, would and if nothing else Fast,
(48:45):
EDDIE i THINK i would call them, up And that's
What i'll. Do in, FACT i will promise to do.
That the first seven people that are willing to come
step up to the. Table i'm going to personally call you,
up And i'm if you don't have a specific, Ask
i'm going to put together my own Personal christmas best
for you and ship you my own personal gift basket
up to an including of course a lifetime subscription of
(49:06):
The Rump society and some other. Finery BUT i Think
i'm willing to put together a gift basket for The magnificent.
Seven personally call you and have a little conversation about
what you'd like For. Christmas just a little something for
me to u as a token of my. Thanks that
might be What i'm willing to do for The magnificent.
Speaker 7 (49:22):
Seven you like that idea to make sure you get
yourself something really, nice really nice. Clerk, yeah all, Right
so if you, again if you can go to a
christigall dot com and click on the angel tree campaign you,
text you can text my Name chris to nine four
eight seven eight today Text chris to nine four eight
seven eight if you're feeling, generous and you can do
(49:43):
so and give that tax deductible. Gift the only Reason
i'm asking for, THAT i, mean three thousand dollars is
not a small that's not chump. Change that's that's not
walking around. Money that's a big, ASK i. Understand but
seven people could put this to, bed hit our, goal
and then everything's gravy from. There so if you're feeling,
generous you've been particularly, blessed you want to give that
tax deductible gift the magnificent, Seven i'll call you And
(50:06):
i'm going to put you on My christmas list.
Speaker 2 (50:08):
Personally look just to put a bow on. This AS
i was, Saying i've Never i've never had the kind of.
Threats i've never had the kind of. Hate i've had
a lot of, hate But i've never had the kind
of hate directed At Donald. Trump i've never had people
try to murder. ME i don't know what that's. Like
i've never had my home raided by THE. FBI i
(50:31):
don't know what that's. Like no one's tried to murder
and jail. Me as A, CHRISTIAN i work hard to
get it right and repent WHEN i don't. DO i
Think Donald trump gets it wrong a. Lot is there
a lot About Donald TRUMP i wish he Wasn't are
the THINGS i wish he wouldn't? Say are the THINGS
i wish he wouldn't. Do of, course of course there,
(50:51):
are but you know it's. Funny often as A, CHRISTIAN i,
hear what is it you? People you Want christian? Nationalism, actually,
No i'm under no illusion. Whatsoever we did not elect a.
Pope we did not elect a preacher. President in, fact
When President trump SAYS i don't Think i'm going to
get to, Heaven President trump regularly likes to SAY i
(51:12):
don't Think i'm going to. HEAVEN i don't know if
he means that in his heart or. Not it hurts
my heart that he thinks there's something he's got to
do to earn. It, similarly as A, CHRISTIAN i pray
for him and hope that he Finds, jesus AND i
hope he does. Repent but only his heart and only
his relationship With christ is going to know. THAT i
can't do it for, him and neither can. You and
DO i wish he were the Model christian on top
of being a kick butt. PRESIDENT i, do but that's
(51:34):
not WHY i elected. Him AND i can't pretend that
his raw honesty when he talks about people who hate
his guts, DYING i can't pretend THAT i don't understand.
It we don't like, honesty, Folks let's just be honest about.
That we don't want our politicians to be. Honest telling
(51:55):
the truth sounds, noble but we kind of like our
politicians to lie a little. Bit and what we kind
of wish is that We Donald trump would have the
decency to just, say it's a tragedy the way these
two people died and their lives were, Taken what a,
tragic terrible. Thing but instead he did a very, human failed,
thing and he, SAID i Think Rob reiner is a.
(52:16):
JERK i think he's. Deranged he hated my, guts AND
i didn't like. Him, indecent, yes one hundred percent, Truthful,
Yes SO i guess you have to pick your. Poison
do you want a politician who tells you the truth
(52:38):
or a politician that makes us all feel better even
though you know it's not. True more in a. Minute all,
right back To. Pennsylvania it's interesting there has been a
very specific. Focus we Saw President trump hit the affordability
stump last week In. Pennsylvania he went To Mount. Pocono
Jd vance is going back To, pennsylvania AND i thought
(52:59):
it interesting that at ten o'clock this morning he's going
to be headed To Lower Mcunjie, Township pennsylvania to talk,
affordability and here to talk about that at THE rnc
is a senior advisor Named Daniel. Alvarez Miss, alvarez good
to have, You Merry, christmas good.
Speaker 1 (53:15):
Morning it's great to be on with. You Merry.
Speaker 2 (53:16):
Christmas i'm interested in the focus On. Pennsylvania this, is you,
know headquarters our flagship, Station PHILADELPHIA'S am nine ninety The
answer and Covering pennsylvania politics a long. TIME i understand
how Important pennsylvania, is but lots of states are in.
Play lots of, states, obviously every state is dealing with
midterms in twenty twenty. Six why the unique focus by
(53:39):
This White house in one week really On.
Speaker 1 (53:41):
Pennsylvania, Well pennsylvania has always been.
Speaker 13 (53:44):
CRITICAL i was at The president's last stop In, Allentown
pennsylvania during the twenty twenty four. Campaign pennsylvania has been
uniquely hurt by the Failed democrats, policies by the Failed
biden administration and has and uniquely hurt by the, struggles
the economic struggles caused by the previous. Administration so The
(54:05):
president is going on the. Road we heard his chief
of Staff susie wils say he's going to get out
on the road talk directly to The american, people and
what better place to start than In. Pennsylvania followed up
by our Incredible Vice president.
Speaker 2 (54:18):
Jd.
Speaker 13 (54:18):
Vance i've been joking that there's two places The american
people like to see the. President the first is behind
The resolute, desk and the second is out at a
rally talking directly to The american.
Speaker 1 (54:30):
People he's so, impactful.
Speaker 13 (54:31):
He's so, powerful and with all The democrat lies and
pr stunts related to, affordability it's important that The president
gets out there and delivers the truth and the message
directly to The american people and To.
Speaker 1 (54:43):
Pennsylvanians it's a tricky, thing isn't.
Speaker 2 (54:46):
It because the evidence bears it. Out you're seeing inflation come.
Down it's not, eliminated of, course it's never totally, eliminated
but it's come down. Dramatically gas prices have come down.
Dramatically but to people's liking or to their, perceptions it's
still not good. Enough and so there's that fine line
of acknowledging it but still saying, hey it is, better
(55:08):
but not telling people it's good. Enough it's Kind it's
a tricky. THING i Know Vice President vance is trying
to do.
Speaker 1 (55:13):
That we're about a year into this.
Speaker 13 (55:16):
Administration we need to remember that it took four years
of Failed democrat policies to put us into this. Hole
and What democrats are doing is incredibly. Disingenuous they are
the arsonists and they're basically asking The american people to
allow them to put out the fire that they. Started
What President trump has been able to accomplish in just
one short year in The oval office is truly. Incredible
(55:38):
and what you saw from exit polling in the previous
elections Last november is that voters believe that the economy
is getting.
Speaker 1 (55:45):
Better but to your, point they haven't exactly.
Speaker 13 (55:48):
Felt it in their pockets. Yet that's the needle That
republicans will have to.
Speaker 1 (55:52):
Thread but, overall.
Speaker 13 (55:53):
As we talk about our, economy things are absolutely getting.
Better we hit a record high inflation of nine percent
Under Joe, biden the average was about seven, percent word
about three percent Under Donald.
Speaker 1 (56:04):
Trump we know that mortgage rates are. Declining we know that.
Speaker 13 (56:06):
Gas prices in thirty six states have hit below three,
dollars in stone states below two. Dollars we know that
prices of goods are going. Down so we are absolutely
headed in the right, direction and The president is acutely aware.
Speaker 1 (56:19):
That he is going to do more to deliver for
The american. People can you.
Speaker 2 (56:27):
Tackle do you think AND i say you not You you're not.
ELECTED i, understand but do you Think republicans can tackle?
Housing that seems to be uniquely the thing that a
lot of, people particularly younger, people were hearing maybe aspired
a home ownership but can't afford, it and as such
they feel they're priced out of. It and then along
comes this socialism jabber that guys like Mom donnie sail
(56:49):
AND i don't know how real it is and if
it's really taking, root but it seems like there are
some that are sort of warming to it or embracing, it, thinking,
well housing is just out of my. Reach i'll never
be able to afford, it and so that's not. Fair
i'm getting. Hosed is there a way to message on?
Housing do you think to bring housing costs down or
make housing more available and affordable to younger.
Speaker 13 (57:09):
Folks it's incredibly important because this administration is so pro.
Speaker 1 (57:14):
Family they want to make.
Speaker 13 (57:16):
Sure that young, people Young, americans can afford, homes can start,
families and.
Speaker 1 (57:21):
Again that goes to talking about.
Speaker 13 (57:23):
Affordability The president has encouraged THE feds to drop mortgage.
Rates we know that they were at record highs Under
Joe biden has Encouraged we're looking at another mortgage rate
drop from The, feds hopefully in the coming, weeks which
would be incredibly helpful and incredibly.
Speaker 1 (57:38):
Important The president.
Speaker 13 (57:39):
Has son out ideas about fifty year long, mortgages and,
again different ways to make housing more, affordable different ways
to remove regulation so that we can build more housing
and increase.
Speaker 1 (57:52):
Stock it's so.
Speaker 13 (57:53):
Important and then of course there's other issues that This
president and This congress are looking to tackle this very, week,
healthcare making that more. Affordable there's two proposals going Through
congress to make healthcare more transparents Is it is a
hallmark of what The president is trying to, tackle bringing
down prices across the, board whether it's, housing whether it's.
Speaker 1 (58:12):
Groceries whether it's gas, prices whether it's.
Speaker 13 (58:15):
Healthcare The president is fully focused in pulling every level
lever that the administration can to tackle these.
Speaker 2 (58:21):
Issues notable on her way out the, Door Nancy pelosi
had this to say about the notion of Impeaching Donald
trump again number ninety. Eight listen to, this if you would,
Please Daniel, allerrez just to.
Speaker 1 (58:34):
Make SURE i understand. You this should not be the
agenda Of democrats if he crosses the.
Speaker 12 (58:41):
Border but that's not an incidental. Thing you, say we're
going to do. That note there has to be, cause
there has to be. Reason we had. Review this is
a very serious historic. Thing and our founders knew that
there could be a rogue, president and that's why they
put impeach in the. Constitution they didn't know there'd be
(59:03):
a rogue president at the same, time a Rogue senate
that didn't have the courage to do the right. Thing
that's what's bipartisan in The. Senate but it wasn't, enough all.
Speaker 2 (59:14):
Right so in the midst of all, that Jabber Daniel
alvarez of THE rnc senior, advisor and thanks for your
time this. MORNING i would just ask, you is she
saying that in, fact all this bally who about war
crimes and all that is made up in MANUFACTURED i
THINK i just heard her say there is no reason
to impeach.
Speaker 1 (59:29):
Him first of, all it's.
Speaker 13 (59:32):
Laughable, Clearly Nancy pelosi needs to retire or stop hanging
out With Kamala harris because that word salad was. UNINTELLIGIBLE
i wouldn't be surprised If democrats are talking about impeaching
the president, again because that's the only.
Speaker 1 (59:46):
Tired move in their.
Speaker 13 (59:48):
Playbook this president received a mandate from The american. People
he has delivered on the promises of the campaign, trail
AND i can't emphasize to your listeners enough this is
the importance of these upcoming midterm. Elections you are hearing
it From Nancy pelosi And democrats across the.
Speaker 1 (01:00:03):
Board all they want to do.
Speaker 13 (01:00:05):
Is try to oppose and impeach this president, again who
is putting forth a common Sense America first agenda and
delivering for The american people because.
Speaker 1 (01:00:13):
They have nothing else to.
Speaker 13 (01:00:16):
Offer it is embarrassing and it is a disgrace for
The Democrat.
Speaker 2 (01:00:19):
Party we talked to the new chairman last. WEEK i
believe it was WHEN i asked what Could congress? Do
his response was AND i thought it rather. NOTABLE i
actually thought it was. Newsworthy as a matter of, fact
was blow up the? Filibuster is that the official position
or was that his position in that particular. MORNING i
(01:00:39):
Know President trump's has, said let's get rid of the.
Philibuster John thune does not seem enthusiastic about doing. That
over in The. Senate what's the official take there on that.
Speaker 1 (01:00:48):
That's the president's.
Speaker 13 (01:00:49):
Position he's been very clear that he feels as Though
democrats are being. Obstructionists of, course there's a threshold In.
Congress sometimes you need two thirds votes to get bill's.
Pass The president has been incredibly, frustrated of, course through
the government shut down that The democrats. Created most recently
and most, notably he tweeted about some of his, appointments for,
(01:01:11):
example the Incredible Elena haba In New jersey who's unable
to get confirmed because of this blue slip, tradition and
it frustrates the. President he wants to move. Quickly he
is moving. Quickly The president wants to accomplish for The american,
people and The democrats are. Obstructionists they can't put aside
Their Trump's arrangement syndrome to do what is correct and
(01:01:33):
what is right and beneficial for this country and for
The american. People so that is the position of the.
President he's tweeted about, it he said it. Publicly he
would like to abolish the, filibuster but the intent behind
it is to make sure that he can continue to
deliver wins for our.
Speaker 2 (01:01:48):
Country Danielle avelrez is there at THE. Rnc she's senior
Advisor Vice President advance hitting the. Trail he's In pennsylvania
today to talk. Affordability it'll be interesting to see what
he has to. Say but we're grateful for your. Time
we wish you Merry. CHRISTMAS i hope you'll come Back Merry.
Speaker 13 (01:02:06):
Christmas thank you for having, me AND i would be
happy to join you.
Speaker 2 (01:02:08):
Anytime our telephone number is eight five fives to goall.
Again just one thing that we were mentioning a minute,
ago that The republicans see relief at the, pump and
they are now specifically dialing in on. THAT i think
you're going to Hear Vice President advance talk about that.
Today The National Republican Congressional, committee The house GOP's campaign,
(01:02:29):
arm is highlighting data starting yesterday showing the average price
of gasoline has dropped for three straight, weeks hitting its
lowest level Since march twenty twenty. One we had a
truck driver a couple of weeks ago who called and
said and he confirmed. It you Know diesel, too same.
DEAL i, mean when you're talking about people filling their
truck tanks that are delivering goods to the market for
less that that should mean costs in many ways begin to.
(01:02:54):
Fall Merry. Christmas. More in just a moment on the
Show Little, More i'm going to say just a little
more on this at the risk of irritating and picking
at the, scab But i'm going to do. It this
notion THAT i am seeing people AND i forget the,
left never mind the, LEFT i don't really care what
you Know joe And mika are saying this morning about
(01:03:16):
What President trump posted About Rob. REINER i am seeing
people who, support openly support and cheerlead the just asking
questions crowd led by the likes Of Candace, owens Harassing
Charlie kirk's, Widow those people Fast. Eddie those same people
(01:03:38):
who will, say, oh it is right to try to
get to the bottom of what turning point may or
may not have had to do With Charlie kirk's. Murder
it is right to insist That Erica kirk be questioned
about what she knew or what she didn't, know and
all of the strange things surrounding. It there are people
in our. Midst do you hear? Me set aside the
(01:03:59):
left for a. Second there are people in our, midst
maybe even in this, audience who would listen to people
harassing a widow and say it's only right that questions are.
Asked there are people like those who will then turn
around and, say, YESTERDAY i don't care for the Way
trump talked About Rob reiner on Truth SOCIAL i find that.
(01:04:22):
Distasteful that's, ugly are, You? Eddie i'm sorry you cannot
have that both? Ways you want to pile on a,
widow then what the hell do you care How Rob
reiner is discussed in his death.
Speaker 7 (01:04:34):
Exactly that is amazing to, me. Unbelievable, NO i, mean,
wait what?
Speaker 2 (01:04:42):
What, No i've seen you know What i'm Gonna i'm
gonna be honest with. You you know where it's uniquely coming?
From oddly? Women Candice owens has an odd women are
starting to have. It AND i can't prove AND i
can't quantify exactly what it. Is but the most voracious
appetites for What candace is doing right now are, coming it,
seems from. Women AND i find that. Intrigued and yet
(01:05:07):
And i've seen some of these very same women who
are big fangirls of Candas owens picking On Erica, kirk
with whom she met, yesterday by the, way apparently and
said it was a really productive. Meeting remember, Now candace
could not go meet with The Turning point people who
were going to have a live stream discussion scheduled for
yesterday to discuss everything she's been hurling At Turning point
(01:05:29):
for the last. Weeks they were just going to, Say, Okay,
candace come, on we're going to sit down and we're
going to address every bit of. This and she, said, oh,
WELL i can't Pot after weeks of saying anytime, anywhere come,
on bring, It i'll do. It after weeks of, that they, said,
Okay december, fifteenth we'll see you right. Then and she,
SAID i can't make. THAT i can't possibly make. That
my husband's told ME i can't make, that or Whatever
(01:05:50):
i'm a mother or whatever. Thing she said she couldn't make. It, okay,
Fine so they were going to go forward and do
this podcast yesterday and just answer all the accusation, anyway
and then out of, nowhere And i'm not entirely sure
who initiated. It Maybe erica, did and if she, did,
fine that's her. Prerogative Erica kirk, SAID i want to
meet with, You, candace one on. One let's have a private.
(01:06:12):
Meeting and Suddenly candace was all, ears and So erica
And candace had a big private meeting. Yesterday we don't
know what came of, it BUT i saw That candace,
posted AND i know a lot of you lost sleep over.
This Poor candace was very, tired but she feels, very
very good about the, meeting and she will have more
to report. Later i'm sure she. WILL i stand by this.
Yesterday AS i said again, TODAY i Hope Erica kirk
(01:06:35):
rolled on that. MEETING i hope every word uttered between
those two women in a closed door room was, recorded
BECAUSE i don't Trust Candace owens even a little. BIT
i think she's going to come back to her show
and she's going to make minced meat of whatever Goodwill
Erica kirk was trying to. Extend and there are people
in this audience that will Cheer Candace owens who then
(01:06:58):
say to, ME i don't like That Donald trump wouldn't
take the high road and just say it was a tragic.
Thing that happened To Rob. Ryder screw you like you're
either cruel or you're, decent but you can't be. Both
you heard me earlier this, YEAR i hope talking about

course as you, know we're getting closer To. Christmas we're
talking about kids across the country, who, again no matter
what you think of whatever it is their parent may have,
done or did, do or was found guilty to have
done and found them. INCARCERATED a child without the knowledge
(01:11:36):
of that parent thinking of them For, christmas or maybe
a gift from that parent At. Christmas that's all the
difference in the. World you know. That and if you're
a child who has gone without a parent or doesn't
know whether a parent's even thinking about you At, christmas
do you know That Prison fellowship's pure. Existence This Angel
tree campaign is to let a child who's at home
wondering if an incarcerated parent is thinking about him or.
Her this makes sure that a gift arrives with a
(01:12:00):
note from that, parent and for thirty dollars you can
get that gift to that, child that note from that,
parent and A bible. Too it's incredible what they can
do with thirty. DOLLARS i think the world of What
Prison fellowship does This Angel Tree. Ministry they've been doing
it for years and we here at The Salem Media
group we have partnered with them for. Years this is
(01:12:21):
my first campaign For christmas with. Them we set a
goal of twenty six hundred kids to be, helped AND
i don't know if you have it in. YOU i
don't know if you can do. IT i understand money's
type for. FOLKS i never want to make anybody feel
obligated or pressured in any. Way but if you feel
like you can do thirty dollars to help a, child
great and you do the math from. There every thirty
dollars helps another child Experience christmas this? Year can you?

(01:13:47):
to find kind of family friendly, stuff particularly biblically friendly
family friendly. Stuff, well there is a project THAT i
want to call your attention to and it's out On december.
Nineteenth It's, david The story Of david as in The,
Bible david the, warrior the, poet the, shepherd the Eventual King.
David it's an animated, film great for, KIDS pg And
(01:14:10):
Phil cunningham is the director Of. David this again comes
Out december, nineteenth and you can find it at a
theater near you. By, Well, David, Phil first of, ALL
i appreciate you coming on today and congratulations on the
brand new. Film welcome.
Speaker 14 (01:14:23):
In thank you so, Much. Chris it's a pleasure to
be with.
Speaker 2 (01:14:27):
You BEFORE i mess it, UP i wanted to make
SURE i told people specifically where they needed to go
to find this, film BECAUSE i don't want to misstate
that is it best to go to Your Angel studios
website to find the film locations BECAUSE i know it
varies from place to.
Speaker 15 (01:14:40):
Place, yeah SO i think angel dot com Slash david
is where you can.
Speaker 2 (01:14:45):
Go, Okay, okay got, it and we'll get that And,
ed if you could look that up for me to
confirm and just type it up there And i'll make
SURE i get that. Right so, Look, phil first of,
all telling the story Of david for a child or
a younger, Person i'm intrigued with. That without, pandering you,
Know that's WHAT i love about this, project at least
What i've seen from the. Trailer it doesn't look like
(01:15:07):
it panders, right it doesn't talk down to. Kids that's
a high wire to walk when you're doing a film for. Kids.
Speaker 15 (01:15:16):
Yeah so, yeah for, me christ this began over thirty years,
ago this vision WHEN i was young myself canoeing down
a beautiful river In africa called The Zambizi river and
just canoeing down, there just looking up at the, stars the,
galaxies the.
Speaker 14 (01:15:30):
Thunderstorms, PERSONALLY i fell in love With.
Speaker 15 (01:15:33):
God i'm, Like he's so, awesome so, adventurous so full
of fun and. PASSION i was, LIKE i was Reading david's,
story it Said i've found In david's and A jesse
a man off to my own.
Speaker 14 (01:15:42):
Heart and for, KIDS i was, like imagine if we
could tell.
Speaker 15 (01:15:45):
A story in fact for the whole family that gives
them a glimpse Of god's. Heart BECAUSE i Think david's,
story His heart gives us a glimpse Of god's, heart
the heart of, adventure the heart of wildness and. Expansion so,
YEAH i really Have this movie inspires. Kids AND i
think animation crosses, race, age, culture.
Speaker 14 (01:16:02):
And gender barrier is just incredibly. Well so whether you.
Speaker 15 (01:16:05):
Four years old or ninety four years, OLD i think
you can enjoy the.
Speaker 14 (01:16:08):
STORY i can.
Speaker 2 (01:16:11):
Confirm by the, way angel dot com Slash david is
where you can find the theater where this is. Showing
it hits Theaters december, nineteenth and if you go to
angel dot com Slash david you can find you can
ENTER i think your zip, code and it tells you
the theater closest to You angel dot com Slash David.
Phil when you decide to make a film about someone
Like david or any kind of Prominent bible, story it's
(01:16:34):
a tall. Task AND i suppose that there are a
lot of theologians and people that study it and want
to make sure did he tell it? Correctly is he
taking live to? That what can you tell us about
making a film like this and still staying true to.
Speaker 15 (01:16:49):
Scripture, Yeah it's one of my huge, Passions, chris is
to tell a film it's obviously entertaining and, inspiring but
deeply authentic and deeply rooted in.
Speaker 14 (01:16:58):
Scripture we did five To.
Speaker 15 (01:17:00):
Israel and the other THING i was saying to some
of our staff are, saying, imagine comic book, fans you
can't Take superman's cape and put it On Spider. Man
you're going to upset the comic book. Fans how much
more a biblical. Story you, know people of faith are
far more passionate than comic book, fans so you can't
go just mixing things up just how you feel, like you.
Speaker 14 (01:17:18):
Know so we were very. Passionate we went With.
Speaker 15 (01:17:20):
Jewish, rabbis With christian, pastors and obviously to deep research,
ourselves work with. Archaeologists my big passion was making sure
inspiring and entertaining but deeply authentic and connected to the.
Speaker 14 (01:17:34):
Truth script is, truth you.
Speaker 15 (01:17:35):
Know, Yeah so it was, difficult but a big passion
line was that we kept that.
Speaker 2 (01:17:39):
More. Yeah Phil cunningham Directed david and Again angel Dot
com Slash david. DID i always am curious to know
when you make a story like, this do you learn?
Something do you come away from it having learned some?
Things i'm sure you were already well steeped in scripture
and you knew the. Story but were the things you
came away from after your research and putting it together
(01:18:01):
that you? Learned, Yeah.
Speaker 15 (01:18:04):
Chris you, know they often say you start living the
movie you're. Making so as we lived The david's, STORY
i felt like we lived. It i'll take quickly WHAT i.
Learned joseph had a dream and if he went to
slavery in. Prison moses had a calling off to the
desert for forty, Years david had an anointing off to
the wilderness for seven, Years and in our thirty year,
JOURNEY i learned that Sometimes god gives you a dream
(01:18:24):
or calling on, anointing but there's a desert's experience that
you've got to go through to really build deep humility
and Trusting god on the. Way so WHAT i learned
was when you find yourself in the wilderness or the,
desert don't be. Surprised it's part Of god's, plan part
Of god's. Schoolroom and we learned that in a beautiful
way on this.
Speaker 14 (01:18:42):
Journey.
Speaker 2 (01:18:45):
Amen the film is beautiful. Looking and there was a
time not too long, Ago phil WHERE i, mean let's be,
honest if you were trying to make A christian product
for younger, PEOPLE i don't know how to say. It
once upon a, time it wouldn't have looked as, beautiful
maybe a little. Hokey the market has changed a. Lot
there's just A i don't know if THERE'S i don't
(01:19:07):
want to be vulgar about, it but are there investors in?
It is there an investment in this in a way
maybe we didn't see even ten years ago for young
people and biblical themed.
Speaker 15 (01:19:18):
Films, YEAH i think our huge passion our quickly tell
You chris was a high quality movie that genuinely competed
With pixel And, disney BECAUSE i didn't want to just
go make Another christian film that was just not up
there in terms of quality and quickly to tell you a.
STORY i was walking Through paris with my wife looking
up at the Oct, triumph the scale of attention to,
detail and we were, like we've got to make a
(01:19:40):
movie that is genuinely an inspiration and beacon to our.
Generation of, course there's office blocks and factories In, paris
and as a filmmaker you can just churn money and
make a little office. Block But, david our, passion our
heart was to make an octer, triumph something there was of.
Scale we worked with over five hundred artists in thirty
two countries around the, world and we wanted to work
with the. Best like our hit of story was twenty
(01:20:02):
years At, pixar our head of a director of photography
was twenty years At. DreamWorks the guy did our school
work from The greatest Show. Man so it was my,
passion our passion to build a project that was genuinely
up there and going to compete and hopefully even push
the boundary With disney And pixar And.
Speaker 2 (01:20:17):
DreamWorks it's going to. EXPLODE i know people are going
to go see this thing in droves angel dot com
Slash david to see. It it comes out on the. Nineteenth,
again It's. David Phil cunningham is the. Director i'll just
close with about thirty. Seconds Mister, cunningham if you, could,
please can you tell us what you hope people will
take from the film as we head Into. Christmas what's
kind of on your heart as A? Christian and this
(01:20:39):
is obviously a work of passion for you as much
as it is anything. Else So i'd love for you
to tell us what you hope people leave with after
having seen.
Speaker 14 (01:20:46):
It so two, things thank, You.
Speaker 15 (01:20:48):
Chris the one is That god is a god of,
adventure a, beautiful, big expensive, heart not, boring not austere and.
Speaker 14 (01:20:54):
Stuffy the other thing Is, david like all of, us was.
Human he had.
Speaker 15 (01:20:58):
Flaws but WHAT i love about him AND i hope
he is life inspires us is that he held nothing
back when he was, Fearful he spoke out his. Fear
when he had, questions he said Why?
Speaker 14 (01:21:05):
God and when he was, happy he was. Happy but
he didn't hold. Back he just lived out his.
Speaker 15 (01:21:10):
Life SO i hope that as people watch this movie
then encourage they can Trust god and they can got
a big adventure With god and live.
Speaker 2 (01:21:16):
Wholeheartedly Phil, cunningham thank you for making this. Film what
an important story to, tell particularly for young, people to
help them understand. That david in, Theaters december, nineteenth angel
Dot com Slash. David thank, You, Phil Merry, christmas thank
you so. Much looking live In Los angeles this. Morning Griffith, Park,
(01:21:39):
hey good to be with, you AND i hope you're doing,
very very. Well what a blessing you. Guys here we.
Go we're coming on strong, Fast. EDDIE i think The
magnificent seven call. WORK i haven't checked the tote board,
yet but, WELL i should Say i've looked at the.
TOAEBOARD i haven't checked specifically who it is, yet BUT
i promise you here's what we're going to. DO i
(01:21:59):
said THAT i thought we could put this thing to
bed as an official Can. NOW i don't mean we're
going to quit on, it BUT i do mean that
goal of twenty six hundred kids with a gift under
the tree For. Christmas we are if effectively the math
WAS i did this, morning IF i could get seven
people in this audience WHO i would call the magnificent,
(01:22:21):
seven WHO i am pledging to personally phone, up have
a conversation with and try to put together a Little
stagall gift package to send to you today as a
thank you from me to. You i'm just looking to
get us to that goal point of twenty six hundred. Dollars, now,
LISTEN i don't mean that everybody has to give three
thousand dollars or don't. BOTHER i mean anybody can give,
anything AND i hope that you. WILL i know not
(01:22:43):
everybody can give thirty. Dollars don't mean to make anybody
feel any pressure or any way about giving to This
Angel tree. Campaign WHAT i mean, is if you happen
to be particularly, blessed and you happen to here we
are at year's, end and this is also a charitable
deduction come tax time as, well if you can be
one of these seven people on math on the back
(01:23:04):
of the, ENVELOPE i need about seven people to help
me three thousand dollars donation would mean one hundred kids
served and, bang we can knock this thing out and
take care of the. Goal and the goal is met Before.
Friday AND i know we have at least one member
of The magnificent seven that has already stepped. Up that's
problems this. Morning, Awesome ye all, right so We And
(01:23:27):
i'm not saying that that's what you got to, give.
FOLKS i want you to get whatever you feel you.
Can thirty dollars is. Awesome that's what it takes to
get a gift under the tree for a kid who
Needs christmas because they have an incarcerated. Parent so if
you can help us do, THIS i Just i'm eternally
thankful for the great generosity that this audience displays every
single time and this time of, year whether the economy
(01:23:49):
is great or the economy sucks or somewhere in. Between
your hearts for this have always been. Huge and you,
know WHEN i joined The Salem Media group and we
launch this nationally syndicated, Show i've seen your generosity throughout this.
Year and This Angel tree campaign is the biggest one
of the whole year because it's the one that impacts,
kids probably the most. Directly you know the magic Of.
(01:24:12):
Christmas you also know what it may feel like if
you don't have a parent At. Christmas you know what
it may feel like if you're, wondering is my parent
thinking about me This? Christmas no kids should have to
live with. That and so your thirty dollars gift can
make sure a tree or a gift is under the
tree and a note from that incarcerated parent of, theirs
again through no fault of that child's a note from
(01:24:33):
that parents SAYING i am thinking about, you and here's
a gift for Merry. Christmas and A bible comes along
with it. Too how cool is? That that's What Prison
fellowship can do for thirty. Dollars SO i kind of
laid down the marker today to get those twenty six
hundred kids By. FRIDAY i wanted to juice this, thing
And i'm looking for The magnificent. Seven are there some
of you who are really blessed and can really be
(01:24:54):
a blessing to kick this thing over the. Top we
got one that Means i've got room for six more
That i'm going to personally call and make you part
Of Stigall's Magnificent. SEVEN a three thousand. Dollars gift takes
care of one hundred Kids christmases and gets us to
that twenty six hundred kid, goal and that also helps
(01:25:15):
everybody else who's giving continue to be a blessing to
even more. Kids so only if you can do, it no,
pressure but if you can do, one thank you from
the bottom of our. Hearts thank. You Angel Tree christmas
campaign ongoing right now at christigall dot. Com you can
text this morning and that may be the easiest for.
You if you Text chris to nine four eight seven.
(01:25:38):
Eight Text chris to nine four eight seven eight will
send you a, link or go To angeltree dot org
Slash chris and give thank. You you're. Awesome we're getting.
There friday is my artificial deadline to make sure we
get gifts out the door By christmas. Time hey still to.
Come Steve, moore our chief. Economist he's on the, way
And steve's gonna tell us if in fact he really
Believes republicans can credibly run on, affordability what does he
(01:26:00):
want to? Hear Jd vance say on the campaign trail
In pennsylvania. Today that's coming up. Next but, first if
you have not slept, WELL i hate that for, you
because a good night's sleep is so critical for our.
Health everybody needs. It you've got to sleep well if
you're going to function and feel better and keep, well
particularly throughout cold and flu, season you need a good
night's SLEEP Z factor to the. Rescue this is an
(01:26:22):
all natural product for natural, ingredients in, fact melatonin being
one of. Them you take this maybe an hour before,
bed and instead of getting on the phone or, computer watching,
television read a. Book take this about an hour before.
Bed this has been my wife's secret. Sauce when she
struggles to sleep or she knows her brain's kind of running,
high she takes this about an hour before, bed reads a,
(01:26:42):
book and she's out like a, light sleeps like a,
baby wakes up feeling. Refreshed that's your ticket to a
good night's, sleep IS Z. Factor IF i ever struggle to,
SLEEP i know i'd take. It i'm pretty. BLESSED i
don't battle with this, one But christine does on, Occasion
and if you, DO i want you to try this for.
Yourself nineteen ninety five for a thirty night supply at
eight hundred four real or Relief factor dot. Com, ah
(01:27:03):
this is, cool my, Friend, JOHN i won't out him
unless you know, WELL i don't think he'd. Mind, No
i'll tell you my Friend John, stillman my Friend John
stillman At Stillman valvo In, Westchester. PENNSYLVANIA i don't mind telling,
you Fast, EDDIE i don't mind telling you. That he
said he wants to step up and he wants to
be one of The magnificent seven for Our Angel tree.
(01:27:27):
Campaign John, stillman who is the fourth generation owner of
a Fantastic balvo dealership In, Westchester, pennsylvania just outside Of.
Philadelphia he, said stick, off all, Right i'll do. It
we'll happily do it here At Stillman balvo a a
three thousand dollars gift toward the prison fellowship, folks to
be part of your magnificent. Seven how about? That so
we're even that much closer this morning getting to that
(01:27:47):
twenty six hundred kid goal before weeks. End how about?
Speaker 1 (01:27:52):
That?
Speaker 2 (01:27:52):
Huh all, Right John Stillman, valvo you are. Magnificent. Ah
they have one of the dearest friends in my life
and now stepping up to be a big giver in
helping These it'll be it's one hundred kids he's helping
with that gift to prison. Fellowship Thanks, john our dear
Friend Steve, moore our chief. Economist in, fact we'll get
(01:28:13):
to talk with him one more time Before. Christmas Merry
christmas to, You STEVE o over there at The committee
To Unleash. Prosperity how are, you? Sir good Morning.
Speaker 4 (01:28:20):
Chris by the, way just two minutes, ago the new
unemployment and jobs numbers came.
Speaker 6 (01:28:26):
Out have you seen them?
Speaker 2 (01:28:27):
YET i have not yet give us the.
Speaker 4 (01:28:29):
Update so the update is sixty four thousand new jobs,
created which is a decent, number and the unemployment rate
ticked up a little bit by boy point one, percent
but it shows there's still jobs Out there are seven
million job openings in The United states, today so it's
still a pretty healthy jobs market for people who are
(01:28:51):
looking for. Jobs and so it's a pretty good picture
right now with respect to THE us. Account not, great
but good on the. Jobs on the job up. Front
and if you've got a, skill this is something you
AND i talk about month after month and week after
week on your. Show if you've got valuable skills that employers,
want those jobs are out, there you, know in nursing
(01:29:12):
and mechanics and construction and, electricians and you know the
problem is how many times HAVE i said this to?
You you know a lot of these young kids are
at twenty, three twenty fours years, old are graduating with
political science degreies or degrees in sociology or ethnic, studies
and there's not a big demand for, that and so
then they're scratching and, saying w, gee why CAN'T i
(01:29:33):
find a? Job because nobody cares about those kinds of.
Things if you know how to do, something the jobs
are certainly out there and you, can by the, way
you can do.
Speaker 2 (01:29:41):
Something, yeah, Yeah, steve you just said something really intriguing to.
Speaker 1 (01:29:44):
Me.
Speaker 2 (01:29:44):
Though seven million opened jobs available. Job that's a stunning
number of.
Speaker 6 (01:29:50):
Jobs what are they?
Speaker 2 (01:29:51):
In do we know it?
Speaker 6 (01:29:53):
Is and it's an almost near near all time.
Speaker 4 (01:29:55):
High and you talk to employers and they'll tell you
we're having hard time finding workers who can do these.
Speaker 6 (01:30:03):
Jobs and you, KNOW i think it.
Speaker 2 (01:30:06):
Was, Okay i'm sorry to interrupt. You i've got to
interrupt you because here's this, thing AND i know it
drives you nuts Because i've seen you on cable news
in the last few days talking about. This i've been
anxious to get you back to ask it doesn't jive
then there's something really amiss when you hear everybody whining
about affordability and everyone's losing ah running for the exits fire,
drill and then you tell me there's seven million people
trying to hire a, job fill a job.
Speaker 6 (01:30:27):
Somewhere that's, right and it is a.
Speaker 4 (01:30:31):
Disconnect it's a paradox, actually because if you look at
the fundamentals of this, Economy, chris they look very. STRONG i,
mean we have an all time high on the stock,
market So american businesses are. Profitable you've got seven million job,
openings you've got wages are rising faster than, inflation so
(01:30:51):
people's affordability actually is going, up not down on. Average
and you know what about the fact that across the
country the gas price is now two eighty nine a.
GALLON i remember it was a high as four or
five dollars a gallon Under Joe. Biden so these, things
these trends are looking. Good i'm very optimistic about twenty twenty.
(01:31:12):
Six but, again you, know if we're, graduating you're spending
two hundred thousand dollars to a college, degree that's.
Speaker 6 (01:31:18):
Worthless that doesn't make a lot.
Speaker 2 (01:31:20):
Of sense to. Me So i'm puzzling over this.
Speaker 1 (01:31:24):
Is?
Speaker 2 (01:31:24):
It because you, know my wife just went to the
grocery store again last night and she came. Home my
daughter wanted a few things for lunch for, school and
it was not necessary stuff chips and garbage. Stuff but
she doesn't buy a lot of garbage. Stuff but my
daughter requested some. Garbage So christine bought her some. Garbage
and she, said good, grief you, know bag of, chips
(01:31:45):
or maybe if you're looking at a package of hot,
dogs it's still through the. Roof is that what it?
Is people go grocery shopping and they, GO i cannot
believe a package of hot dogs is six dollars or?
Whatever is that?
Speaker 6 (01:31:54):
It, yeah part of that is part of the, Story, chris.
Speaker 4 (01:31:57):
Exactly and you know my family did the same thing
when my wife and WHEN i got myself to the grocery.
Speaker 6 (01:32:02):
Store you, KNOW i get very frustrated with how.
Speaker 4 (01:32:05):
Much things, cost especially WHEN i go back four or
five years, ago but eighty if you're.
Speaker 6 (01:32:11):
Concerned.
Speaker 4 (01:32:12):
Concerned for, example one of the things that's gone up
a lot on price has been ground beef and steak
that's gone up a lot in the last five or six. Years,
well guess what we just ran the numbers at on leashed.
Posterparity eighty seven percent of the increase in the price
of like the food items that you're concerned, about or
your healthcare premiums or your electricity, bill eighty seven percent
(01:32:33):
of that increase in the price happened When biden, president
not When trump was.
Speaker 6 (01:32:38):
President so.
Speaker 2 (01:32:40):
But, LOOK i think do you think gross will come?
Down this is Something steve THAT i think people do
have to be honest. About do you think grocery prices
COME i had a truck driver, say, look it is
costing much less for me to feel a fuel my
truck to get goods to. Market. Yeah so you, know
for a while you could, say, well you, know truck
drivers are paying through the nose from, diesels so we
got to raise our prices to cover that or. Whatever
(01:33:01):
that's not entirely. True gas prices are coming. Down are
we going to sea grocery prices come? Down or will
they just always stay up? Here and six dollars for
hot dogs is the new normal and we're just gonna
have to deal with.
Speaker 6 (01:33:11):
That so that's a great.
Speaker 4 (01:33:13):
Question and this is a good economics lesson for. People
and this is Where Donald trump has, misspoken and people
in the media do this. Too you just said our
price is going to come, down and my answer is,
no they're not going to come down on. Average in other,
words we don't Want there's one thing actually that's worse than.
Inflation that's, deflation because deflation is really when countries have,
(01:33:35):
deflation that's a really bad. THING i, mean the prices
fell considerably during The Great depression and people couldn't feed.
Themselves what we, want and What trump should have, said
is not That i'm going to bring prices, down but
it can bring inflation. Down inflation is the rate of
increase in the and that has come. Down it's come
down a. Lot we now are at about two point
(01:33:56):
seven percent. Inflation now that's still too, High. Chris we
want it the point that we wanted at that The
Federal reserve shoots for is about two, percent and we're
a little bit above. That but don't, Forget, chris we
were seven eight nine percent Under. Biden that's why you're, angry,
folks because we let those prices go through the. Roof
(01:34:17):
BUT i think next year we're going to see big.
Improvements we're going to see continued increases in, jobs we're
going to see continued tame. Inflation and don't, forget, folks
when we look at these, numbers you have to remember
that The trump tax cut is going to provide big
relief for people next, Year, chris in terms of no
tax on, tips no tax on. Overtime how about the
(01:34:39):
fact that a lot of people have not changed their
withholding on their income. Taxes so next, year starting In,
january in what two three, weeks people are going to
start to see a bigger paycheck in part because of
that big beautiful.
Speaker 6 (01:34:53):
Bill so when people come up to me on the street.
Speaker 4 (01:34:55):
And i'll, Say Steve, moore where's my beautiful tax bill is?
Speaker 2 (01:34:58):
Coming and so come filing, time what does that look?
LIKE i Know besstt has regularly, Said Steve moore THAT q,
ONE q, TWO i mean on the, map if you're
charting it out as you're looking toward the fall of
twenty twenty six and, midterms Will republicans have enough lead?
Time will an economy start to blossom in a way
That republicans will have a story to tell or not that? Fast?
Speaker 4 (01:35:21):
Yeah they, will they will have and they, look we
have a story to tell right.
Speaker 6 (01:35:24):
Now i'm A. Republican i'm A trump. GUY i think
we've got a great.
Speaker 4 (01:35:26):
STORY i, mean show, me you, know show me things
that are not going well in THE us. Economy we're
we have the fastest growing. Economy we've been growing at
almost four percent for nine. Months that's a spectacular. Achievement
but whether that can Save republicans in the, midterms you,
know we'll.
Speaker 6 (01:35:44):
See it's a tough environment out.
Speaker 2 (01:35:46):
There here's what people. Say here's WHAT i hear Often
steve tackle this. One BECAUSE i, mean all of us
that have a job and have any kind of money
in a rath or a four oh one k or,
SOMETHING i don't think anyone can argue that's doing. SWIMMINGLY
i often hear people, say you, know the problem is
with you. People you talk about, stocks and you talk
about four o one. Case what about all the millions
of people that don't have any of that. Stuff they're
out there sucking and. Win you guys with stocks are doing,
(01:36:08):
great but the rest of us. AREN'T i hear that a.
Lot what do you, Say, yeah that is called the.
Speaker 4 (01:36:12):
Case this is the figmentation of the imaginations of.
Speaker 6 (01:36:17):
Luck they call the.
Speaker 4 (01:36:18):
Case what's called the case shaped recovery where people at
the top go up and people at the bottom go.
Down that's not what the statistics are telling. Us even
if you look at the people in the bottom twenty five,
percent their pay has gone. Up and so, Look i'm
here to tell YOU i think things are. Good AND
i know people kind of get angry WHEN i say,
That but things are good for the economy right, now
(01:36:40):
AND i promise they're going to get better starting early
next year because Of trump. Policies we're producing more energy than,
Before we're bringing the inflation rate. Down we are seeing
more jobs. Created if, anything we need more workers right.
Now to ask, Comployers, chris you do that all the.
Time if you talk to people run manufacturing. Firm, yeah
(01:37:00):
if you got a, skilled skilled, GUY i can use,
them you. Know SO i think it's it's a it's
we should be really celebrating the policies Of DONALD. J.
Trump he cares About. America he really is the middle class.
President and these are these are solid, numbers as as
shown by the jobs report that came out.
Speaker 2 (01:37:18):
Today Steve moore is our chief. Economist we're going to
get to talk to you one more time Before, christmas
so we'll see if you're feeling this rosy next week
at this. Time but so far Right?
Speaker 6 (01:37:28):
America where else would you rather?
Speaker 2 (01:37:30):
Be? Amen cheer, up? Folks how about That Steve moore
with a little bit of. Optimism everybody wants to be
gloom and doom and, sad sack and. Sour Steve bo's
not having. IT i like That christmas. Spirit thank him a.
