It's not great. I feel likeit's it's it's so drags. The
career mode drags on in a waythat's like get me to more stuff sooner.

You have your base building. Youknow, they don't make a lot
of these types of games anymore,like these base management games, and then
you have this world map thing thatyou're that you're trying to dominate or but
it's just it's just busy work.There's just cool downs and clicks on stuff
and it uses it's a resourced sink, and I don't like that part at

all. I don't know if otherpeople have played it, I'd like to
talk about it, like I don'tfeel I feel like a lot of people
aren't playing it. Also, someof the balance in it seems off.
I don't know what is up withSymmetry. She us this super agent.
There are different super agents. Someare like I smash walls, I sneak
in. Symmetry appears in your vaultwith a bunch of rogues to attempt to

steal your money, which is fine, but then her rogues are like the
most powerful thing in the game,and they just wipe out my entire base
every time, and it's very annoying. But you can build traps in it.
The basis of the game as youare kind of you know, choose
your your bond or Austin powers,but you're just like doctor Evil uh cut

s character. You get to choosein the sandbox mode which one you want
to be, and you're building alayer and your secret agents are coming in
and you build traps, you doall this stuff. I like it.
I just have some stuff. Ijust wish they tweaked a little bit.
Maybe they will so you can.It's forty dollars. There's a season pass
forward that brings it up to sixty. It's on Steam. I'd like to

hear what other people are thinking aboutit. I've been on some reddits reading
like am I is it me?And I don't think it's just me about
some of this stuff. But fora genre that doesn't get a ton of
games like this, I just wishit were a little better. I mean
it's satisfying, just wish were alittle better. But you know, I
don't know what's like forty. It'shard to put in hours to enjoyments,

to price on a on a game. I think like, if I've enjoyed
like twenty hours of it, likeI've gotten pretty pretty good values that it's

thought at some point I was justlike, I'm gonna use them. I'm

gonna use these things. I'm gonnause the tools they gave me. I'm
gonna burn through mana, I'm gonause all these manna potions, and I'm
I'm just really enjoying it. Haveyou guys played actually using the things suddenly

a hard habit to break just holdingonto that stuff and just kind of but

I realized at some point I'm gettingI'm passing by enough of these where it
says, hey, you're maxed.You're maxed on this, right, that's
like, okay, I need touse this. Yeah, and uh,
and I hunted down a bunch ofthe relics that get you the upgrades for
that helping some of the traversal.Oh I remember that, yeah, yes,
with the beating heart. Yeah yeah, the beating heart. Yeah,

which I guess they give you adifferent ending if you maybe murder your

god, damn assassin. That's whatit's called honored. You got you got
like seven abilities here at the bottom. That's say, uh, let's say
here, here's a head. It'san easy way to kill people called honored.

you're supposed to do. Uh soyeah, so yeah, I'm I'm like
a lot of the powers seem likethey are death oriented, so I want
to use them. I don't know. I don't know enough about it to
worry about. Hey, don't hey, don't sweat it like it's not a
big deal, or yeah you can, maybe you get them bad. I
don't know. I don't know.But my plan is to play it,

and I want to play it onI'm playing it on the Xbox to mineral
that stuff came to a game pass, all that, all that, but

play two in that DLC, whichI heard so many good things about.

annoyed with the incongruency between PC gamePass and Xbox game Pass, and I
a part of me is maybe moreupset at it than the average person,

just because like sort of when theUltimate game Pass thing was starting, I
was like, you don't need anXbox right because you I mean, look
all the all the exclusive all theexclusives, all like those Day One God
to Play THEMS presumably will hit PC. Uh but I feel like there is

a couple of games here and therethat are just not on Game Pass for
PC. They're on games for Xbox. But I just wish all that was
SYNCD up if they could be.You know, I realized if the games
I've built for PC, you can'tjust have that. Yeah, but uh

and played the first day of CozyGrove. Okay, what's that It is?
Uh? An animal crossing like thatmaybe has a little bit in common
with something like a spirit farer.So it is a game where you are

some kind of scout, a spiritualscout, I forget what they called you,
but you are a bright eyed cartoonmoppet that is dumped on this island
and you are told like you needto you know, commune with the spirits
of this island to get your meritbadges and all that stuff. But the

what's on the island is the ghostsof bears ghost bears, Okay, and
they're there. They live animal crossing. Need yeah, go s barack with
them. You do chores for them. I think the idea is by working

through each of their individual narratives,you will eventually allow them to find peace
in the next life or something alongthose lines. Like I said, I've
only done one day of it.It's one of those games that's very much
designed to Uh. You have aboutlet's say, twenty to thirty minutes of
actual work to do, and thenthe rest of it is well, now
you can go run around the islandand fish and collect things and you know

whatever else, but there's no moreactual things for you to do today,
and at some point it's just likethe only thing to do is go to
sleep. Yes, okay, presumablyI don't know, I said, I
I've just played through the first day. It is a very cute art style.
The ghost bears are very adorable.You're very adorable. Everything that's very
nicely detailed on the island. It'sit's maybe a little busy sometimes visually,

like it's sometimes harder to maybe discernwhat is the thing I can pick up
versus what is a thing that isjust background? But I think you figured
that out pretty quick. Is it'snot on a real time clock like Animal
Crossing though, right it is?Oh it is so like oh so you

on a real time clock, likethere's a little clock in the bottom right
corner, and you know, Ihaven't really seen what the like how the
game uses that yet. Okay,Like if there's a difference between doing stuff
at night versus doing stuff at day, that day. But it's there,
and you know, I mean,it looks it's definitely a diversion in the
way that like an animal crossing isa diversion. It is not like a

particularly intensive or you know, gameplayheavy game. But it's it's it's charming
out of the gate, I willsay, and you know, it's very
cute. Multiple safe slots. Itdoes have multiple safe slots. I don't
never want to have to buy acar with you, Vinny. Why that
the car have a multiple save thoughtstires? It's come with the tires.

Good, we should get this one. No, you gotta. You gotta
dig up three C shells before youcan get an alternator. Yeah, animal
cross and when it would come itwouldn't. They'd be like, Ah,
we don't provide gas. That's athat's an extra. That's an extra seven

uh, the last bit of DLCfrom the Civilization six New Frontier Pass.
So, like for the last yearand change, they've kind of been

doing these semi regular updates where theywill add new sieves, some new gameplay
variants that you can kind of throwinto the mix. And so we're now
at the end of that. Andit was a forty dollar thing. It
was not a full expansion, butit was still forty bucks for all the
new sieves and all new content.And you know, the sieves are good,
Like I'm always happy to have moreof them, you know, like

it's it's it's never a bad thingto have more to choose from. But
I would say that the gameplay stuffthey did was a little more interesting than
just the adding of the new civilizations. Like there's a bunch of new checkboxes
and those new modes they do,like, Like, for instance, one
of the ones I like is theSecret Society's mode, where at some point

early on, you will encounter,either through a city state or somewhere else,
evidence of some sort of secret societythat you can join. And what
happens is that, like there's anew tier in your Governor's menu where you
have like this secret governor. Overtime, when you add you know,
the new like governor promotions to it, you will get new secret bonuses that

come along with having being a partof that society. Also, other cives
that are part of other societies willrecognize that you're part of this other society.
That's what I want to be waryof you. That's what I want
creeping into my games. Is thatGeorge Washington was doing look at his hands
and looks all right, like that'snot what they're doing. But so there's

that. There's also these Heroes ofLegend is like another mode that you can
do where you can when you discovera new hero, you can dedicate one
of your cities to them, andonce you do that, you can unlock
this new hero unit that will dosomething kind of ridiculous, like okay,
Like like one of the ones youcan do is they will just go around

(29:04):
and they will find all the bonusresources and they will just harvest them around
the map and then you get likebig like science and culture bonuses from doing
that. So the ideas you wouldsend them into areas that other sieves maybe
are occupying and steal all their shipdon't maybe don't take your own? Are
there? Are they like legendary figuresfrom the culture or I do believe,

well it's not culture specific, butI believe they are taken from like various
cultural folklores across the world. Likethere's another one. You can go and
you just go into a city statethat you're allied with, and you can
immediately levy their entire military for free. So if you just want to like
get a bunch of soldier units andgo fuck someone up for free, you
can do that. Like, sothere's a whole I could see that would
