So many behavior patterns and negative thought loops we find ourselves in come from guilt and shame. You might not realize that it’s shame because it’s disguised in negative self-talk, low confidence, lack of patience or the way you project things onto others. But shame is a dead weight we carry around that is unproductive, unloving and leaves no room for growth.
