hi loves! in this ep, i discuss my recent feelings of burnout, lack of motivation, and anxiety about my life purpose. on my college winter break, i’ve been having trouble creating routine and keeping myself accountable for my goals. i go into some things i’ve been trying to do to get out of this rut and change my mindset, including moving my body, journaling, and having meaningful conversations. this is a very vulnerable ep for me, but i want to be raw & honest about my experiences. if anything, i hope you can take some encouragement away from this ep - you are never alone in your struggles.
