Speaker 1 (00:13):
Good evening, and welcome to the real story.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Tonight, Congressman Brian Babin, Curtis Hawk, Paris Dynard, Janelle Branchon,
and Eric Cardall will be joining us, and we have
a lot to get to. But first, Biden's State of
the Union address? How did it go well? Before we
get to your personal views on the subject, their reviews
are in, and suffice it to say they're not pretty,

(00:36):
even from the likes of those in the lamestream media.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
I fear this is going to feel like a speech
that didn't age well.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
I think we're all saying the same that.

Speaker 4 (00:45):
I think we all expect that a little bit more.

Speaker 5 (00:46):
I think we're all fearing that the next week is
going to be just horrifying, just horrifying it.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
The problem is, you didn't hear a great deal of
new information, not any major new sanctions, and not the
kinds of specific help that the Ukrainians are asking for.

Speaker 6 (01:04):
He could have said We're going to ban imports of
gas and oil from Russia like something like that, a
big idea that would have really ratcheted up American result,
but he left that for a future date. I think
a lot of Americans are asking how serious are we
If we're still going to be bringing in hundreds of
thousands of barrels of Russian oil every day?

Speaker 1 (01:22):
How serious are we?

Speaker 4 (01:23):
Because this is a wounded presidency.

Speaker 7 (01:25):
This was not a kind of buildton the era of
big government has ended. This was more Joe Biden saying
we've achieved a lot and I should get better credit
than I have. So the good things that were in
the speech, the bipartisan parts, even the moving parts with
bo Biden, I think, just got buried under a whole
litany of things that really had no prioritization.

Speaker 8 (01:44):
It was a strange moment at the end where he
said go get him. That was audible to the audience,
and we're not quite sure what he means. I think
he's talking about Ladimir Putin and the bad guys over there,
But it was an ad lib.

Speaker 7 (01:57):
That kind of normally his quote God bless that was soldiers.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
And those reviews are from some of Biden's BFFs in
the media and the voters. Well, as you talked to
the voters, they had quite a lot to say about
Biden's address, if only he'd take the time to listen.

Speaker 9 (02:15):
President Biden says he wants to unite the country. Yet
as a college student, he alienates me. It cost me
fifty dollars to fill up my tiny car. I have
to wear a stupid mask in class while all of
Congress is broadcast across the entire US maskless, and I
am forced to get a human tested shot in order
to pursue my calling and dream of nursing. I think

(02:38):
his entire State of the Union were filled with platitudes
and lives.

Speaker 10 (02:42):
I did not feel hopeful, to be honest with you,
I did not feel hopeful today. For example, earlier today
I was talking to university students and professors and political
science students and professors, and guess what they said That
zero percent they were not willing to watch the State
of the Union address. And that's political science students. So
imagine the biology students would not, the chemistry students would not,

(03:05):
the social workers probably might not either. So it hurts,
you know, I was not hopeful.

Speaker 11 (03:09):
I believe the whole speech, the whole Biden speech is
gaslighting people with critical thinking skills and his way out
of touch with the working people, and we are tired
of it. You know, gas is high, food is high.

Speaker 12 (03:25):
Rent, as high houses are million dollars. I mean, we
are getting choked and they didn't touch on any of
those issues. It's literal gas lighting. It's totally depressing to me.

Speaker 13 (03:36):
I do think that this is their form of distracting
from all of the things that have been going on.

Speaker 4 (03:45):
I do not.

Speaker 14 (03:46):
Understand where, you know, where this man is going with
this country.

Speaker 4 (03:51):
Hey talked about the border control.

Speaker 11 (03:55):
I wish he would control it.

Speaker 15 (03:57):
Let me, almost two million people we don't know anything about.

Speaker 16 (04:01):
Doesn't sound control.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
But is Biden listening to the voters? Who knows? And
yet CNN is starting to how could they not?

Speaker 2 (04:10):
As their posted State of the Union poll is showing
just forty one percent reacting very positively to Biden's address,
the lowest number in fifteen years, and you know, considering
the methodology of their polling, that number in reality is
a lot lower. And the most distrusted name in news
is panicking.

Speaker 5 (04:28):
We've seen over the last year Joe Biden take a
slide in the polls. There's no doubt about it. He's
not just taking a slide with the overall public. He's
also taking a slide. And I think this reflects that
the instant reaction to the speech with people who are
even supportive of him or were in his party, and
he obviously has been on the decline. There's nothing in
this speech that suggests he turned that around entirely. I

(04:50):
don't think that was the expectation. I don't think that's
a realistic expectation for this speech. But clearly that decline
and popularity that we've seen, we're seeing it across the board.
Forty seven percent said he did enough on inflation, Forty
six percent said he did enough on violent crime. Majorities
for both inflation and violent crime said he did not
do enough. And again, I just want to remind you

(05:11):
that is the majority of a speech watching audience that
is more democratic than the American populace overall.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
Keep that in mind as you as.

Speaker 16 (05:19):
You look at that.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
And when you've lost the Democrats, that's saying something. It's
saying the American people are done with the Biden administration,
done with Democrat majorities in Congress, and are ready to
act together in a bipartisan majority to save America. Joining
us now with his reaction, the congressman representing Texas thirty
sixth Congressional District, who has President Trump's complete and total endorsement,

(05:42):
on his re election campaign Congressman Brian Babin, Mister Congressman,
First of all, it is a great day. It was
a great day for Texas on Tuesday. One hundred percent
of President Trump's candidates one thirty three out of thirty
three you included in the primaries. There's a big red
weave growing and you've got Democrats, Republicans, independents that are

(06:04):
ready to fire the Democrats.

Speaker 14 (06:08):
Well, I'll tell you, yeah, that's exactly right. I was very,
very happy and proud that the uh, the President of
Trumpet had endorsed me. And uh, we really really are
so lacking in leadership in our country today. And you
didn't need to need to go any further with any
further inquiry than just watching the State of the Union

(06:30):
last night to know just how out of touch this
president and his administration are. I've never seen so much
fiction and spin and smoke and mirrors. Uh.

Speaker 4 (06:41):
And it was just a fantasy land.

Speaker 14 (06:43):
He he was going, he was addressing all these problems up,
you know, like crime and border and uh, you know,
COVID and one one problem after the other, all of
which he has helped create the problems and uh and
and saying that he's going to fix them.

Speaker 4 (06:59):
He's he said twelve thirteen, fourteen.

Speaker 14 (07:02):
Months now, and these crises are doing nothing but getting worse,
and not only on the domestic front, but also on
a global stage as we're seeing. And it all began
with Afghanistan, the withdrawal there, and the global situation today
is very, very dire, as we all know in the Ukraine.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
It's not just the state of our Union, it's really
the state of our world right now.

Speaker 1 (07:25):
What Biden has done to this world.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
And it was so weird to actually watch the State
of the Union where people weren't actually engaged when President
Trump had his State of the Union addresses, in the audience,
there were people that would represent policies, people that you'd
put faces to it.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
What was Biden going to do?

Speaker 2 (07:43):
Bring the gold Star families of the thirteen service members
killed in Afghanistan. There are no people to show to
brag about your policies. But there are certainly people that
have suffered the effects of your policies, but Biden doesn't
want anyone to meet them, not at all.

Speaker 14 (08:00):
I mean, we just were devoid of reality here and
just know that the decisions that this president has made
and the policies that he's been whether he's been forced
into it, is that the tail wagging the dog here
by his radical winging of his party, or is it

(08:20):
really him? You know who knows and who cares. Now
we've got people dying on our borders. We've got thousands
of people dying over in the Ukraine. We had thirteen
dead military US military folks from the inept and in
competent withdrawal from Afghanistan. We've got the worst inflation we've
seen in forty one years.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
We've got gas prices up at three three.

Speaker 14 (08:43):
Dollars and fifty seven cents national average a year. Just
a year and a few months ago it was less
than two dollars. He is dispensed and just fractically destroyed
our domestic oil and gas production here and put us on,
believe it or not, on Russian oil and gas. We
are spending up to fifty million a day oil on

(09:07):
Russian oil and gas, which is helping putin finances invasion
of Ukraine. And when all we need to do, we
don't need to go to Saudi Arabia or Russia for
goodness sakes and ask to up their production. All we
need to do is get Texas, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, the
oil producing states of America to start producing oil. The

(09:28):
biggest goal he should have now is to put the
United States of America at the number one superpower of
energy production in the world again today like we were
just a year ago. And again it was just the
worst State of the Union address. I believe I've ever
seen the weakest, the most just detached from reality that
I think I've ever seen in my life.

Speaker 2 (09:50):
The situation that Biden has put us in to think
that we were a net exporter of energy, we could
be assisting our allies right now, but instead they're dependent,
We're dependent.

Speaker 1 (10:00):
We were dominant.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
It's so unbelievable what ideology, radical ideology can do.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
That they are so set in their ways that they
have this pie in the sky, green.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
New Deal that even when they're destroying the people of
our country and the people of other countries, they don't
care because it's just serving some radical ideology.

Speaker 4 (10:19):
There's no question about it.

Speaker 14 (10:21):
And what we've basically done under this leadership has empowered
our adversaries. We've yielded to Russia, We've failed in Afghanistan,
We're rushing and pushing to re enter the Iranian nuclear deal.
We refuse to hold China accountable for COVID nineteen, the pandemic.

(10:41):
And then on top of that, we have empowered the cartael,
the drug cartels at our southern border. Over two million
people have come across this border, and in January we
had one hundred and one hundred and fifty four thousand
that came across illegally. And you know, the biggest reason
for the loss of life of people eighteen to forty

(11:04):
five now is drug overdoses. And those drugs primarily are
coming across the southern border, and primarily it's fentanyl and
other narcotics. And when is this administration.

Speaker 4 (11:17):
Going to wake up? I'll tell you what.

Speaker 14 (11:19):
We could hear the spin last night, and as the
President was distancing himself from the problems at the border
and saying that he wasn't for defunding the police, and
he wasn't overspending, he had to get the.

Speaker 4 (11:32):
Prices down, etc.

Speaker 14 (11:34):
And they know what's coming in November, and it's going
to be a red wave because the American people are
not dumb.

Speaker 4 (11:40):
They know who caused all of this.

Speaker 14 (11:42):
They know that the Democratic Party and the radical wing
and President Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are the ones
that are behind these multi headed crises that we're experiencing,
and so they're trying to distance themselves from all of
these problems that they cause.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
Mister Congressman, thank you for the work that you're doing.
The red wave has begun. We saw it all on Tuesday.
Congratulations on your efforts. Keep us posted and God bless you.
We'll see you soon.

Speaker 4 (12:09):
God bless you. Natalie, Thank you always.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
Good to see you, and we'll be right back.

Speaker 18 (12:40):
Let's talk about high priorities when it comes to inflation.
The new CBS poll found seventy percent of Americans disapprove
of the administration's handling of inflation.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
What do you say to.

Speaker 18 (12:49):
Those people who say gas prices are just too high.
I can't get peanut butter. Everything costs more.

Speaker 1 (12:56):
What are you going to do?

Speaker 19 (12:57):
Listen, people are struggling, especially working people, in terms of
the price of gas. And food, and the reasons include
what we need to do to address what happened through
the pandemic in terms of supply chain issues, which was
a reduction of the availability of goods and so the
prices went up. We also need to deal with one
of the biggest issues, which is the cost of living.

(13:20):
It's too expensive for working families.

Speaker 2 (13:22):
Kamala Harris hits the media circuit in the wake of
Joe Biden's first State of the Union address, admitting that
life has gotten worse under her failing boss. The liberals
and the lamestream media attempted to pin Harris down on
the crisis in Ukraine and sanctioning Russian oil and gas,
causing Kamala to shift into full spin mode. Is that

(13:43):
something that the administration would continue would consider in terms
of further sanctions cutting off the oil and gas part
of the economy for Russia.

Speaker 19 (13:52):
Well as you know that on this issue, for example,
we applaud Germany in terms of what it has done
relates to the North Stream too, as it relates to
what we need to do domestically as well as what
we need to do in terms of this issue. Generally,
we have, as the President said, reevaluated what we're doing
in terms of the strategic oil reserve here in the

(14:14):
United States to make sure that it will not have
an impact or we can mitigate the impact on the
American consumer. But let's take this one step at a time,
understanding that right now on the issue of energy, our
allies have stood firm and unified in a way that
many of the pundits didn't predict. What happen to ensure
that we are unified in our approach to this issue.

Speaker 2 (14:37):
That's an awful lot of words with very little substance.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
So what else is new?

Speaker 2 (14:42):
As earlier this week, Kamala had a chance to redeem
herself from her never ending failures during an interview on
the syndicated Morning Hustle radio program, but instead she embarrassed
herself even further.

Speaker 1 (14:54):
Listen.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
As the co host of the program, a man who
goes by the name Headcrack asks Harris to explain the
situation unfolding in Eastern Europe.

Speaker 20 (15:03):
If you're watching any level of news, even social media,
you've see everything that's going on right now in the Ukraine.
Break it down to layman's terms for people who don't
understand what's going on. And how can this directly affect
the people of the United States.

Speaker 21 (15:15):
So, Ukraine is a country in Europe. It exists next
to another country called Russia. Russia is a bigger country,
Russia is a powerful country. Russia decided to invade a
smaller country called Ukraine. So basically, that's wrong.

Speaker 1 (15:34):
Basically that's wrong.

Speaker 2 (15:36):
That's going to be among the biggest understatements uttered by
this abysmal administration to date. And who is she addressing
a group of kindergarteners. Actually, that'd be an insult to them. Meantime,
Biden is under the illusion that he can offer some
relief at the pump. Sleepy Joe ordered the release of
fifty million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve
in November and is now promising to release an additional

(15:59):
thirty million bear garrels. However, considering the United States uses
an average of twenty and a half million barrels of
oil a day, with just over nine million of those
barrels used to make motor fuels, Biden's gesture is no
more than a drop in the ocean. Of course, Biden
and Harris aren't the only members of the administration making
fools of themselves, White House pokesmouth. Jensaki is also joining

(16:22):
the fray.

Speaker 22 (16:23):
You know, I was at the State Department. The president
was the vice president the last time Russia invaded Ukraine.
This is a pattern of horror from this president, from
President Putin and from the cronies around him.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
Well, she's correct, there is definitely a pattern. Putin is
once again taking advantage of Biden's week leadership at a
great cost to America and the rest of the world.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
Joining us now.

Speaker 2 (16:46):
Managing editor at NewsBusters, Curtis Hawk, Curtis, you want to laugh,
but it's so disgusting and disgraceful because you know that
Putin's watching, She's watching Iran, North Korea's watching. This isn't funny,
this is dangerous.

Speaker 23 (17:02):
Right, yeah, just real quick. On the radio interview, Natalie,
I would say that you could also say it's kind
of racist that what she was doing. She was speaking
to an African American radio station from what I know,
so she's kind of implying that they're stupid. And at
the very least she didn't say, quote it is it
is time for us to do what we have been

(17:23):
doing every day, and that time is every day at
least she didn't do that again. But yeah, it's kind
of interesting that the White House continues to throw Kamala
Harris to the wolves, you know, which should be really
friendly interviews, and yet Kamala Harris continues to make mistake
after mistake and gaff after gaff. But they know that
they can do that and the media can press her

(17:44):
on it, because then the media will not report on
her meandering nonsense afterward. And at the end of the day, Natalie,
she seems way more competent able to strink together sentences
than President Joe Biden, who yesterday it sounded felt like
the batteries were running out, that he needed wound up
a few more times because the speech went on, he

(18:07):
was running out of steam and just from a basic
comprehension standpoint, if that were a paper, would have gotten
at least a sea because there's no there was no transition.
He just kept jumping from subject to subject, regardless of
the substance. It was just meandering and it was very
difficult to follow.

Speaker 2 (18:24):
And the reaction says it all. Seapack has put together
a video, we have to play it. But the Democrats
reaction to Biden's speech take a look.

Speaker 24 (18:49):
Gotty Gotty one being station the bases, breathing in toxic.

Speaker 4 (18:54):
Smoke from burn pitch. Many of you have been there.

Speaker 1 (19:09):
Go get him, Curtis. It's a mad, mad, mad mad world.

Speaker 23 (19:16):
Not surprisingly, Natalie, none of those things were covered on
cable or the broadcast networks this morning. Surprise, surprise. We know,
if you know, when President Trump walked down a ramp
at West Point, it triggered a massive news cycle in
questions about the twenty fifth Amendment. You know, they've taken
that what we just saw and tried to wish cast

(19:38):
it into some sort of amazing night and demonstration of
American values. Even the parts about Ukraine the President couldn't
really capture the soaring rhetoric that President Trump was able
to when talking about, you know, the North Koreans when
he had a former North Korean prisoner of war with
him a few years ago at the stity of the Union.
What a moment that was, you know, recognizing Rush Limbaugh,

(20:00):
you know, in twenty twenty, I mean, there's just so
many moments there, But you had NBC's Today's Show say
that Joe Biden's Stay the Union speech was reminiscent of
America after nine to eleven in terms of the unity,
the bipartisan standing ovations that it drew. CNN tried to
say it was not wildly controversial at all, and that

(20:21):
Uncle Joe is back, well, yes, uncle Joe is back.
Then crazy Nancy is back too. With whatever this was,
I don't even know. And it was about burn pits,
which was a very serious subject. But the mediarc got
to cover that at all because they're friends, and you know,
that's the way it is.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
Everybody's friends. Even when you see the cabinet. They tweeted
out as selfie right beforehand. They were on their way,
you know, to the capital to get to hear from Biden.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
And there they are all the failures.

Speaker 2 (20:51):
You've got, my orkis, You've got all the different people
that are responsible for the destruction of this country. They're smiling,
they're all congratulating each other on what just that they're
in power, even though they're using that power to destroy people.

Speaker 23 (21:06):
Right and in Nadis who point out, Natalie, none of
those people were wearing masks because the science changed. Natalie
and then Jensaki was pressed on Tuesday morning by Bill
Hemry Dave Perno on Fox and her answer was no,
that the science didn't change on Monday. She's like, the
SEC changed his guidance on Friday, So the science actually
changed last Friday. That's when things were changed. I mean,

(21:30):
it's so blatantly obvious. But yet the President was out
in Wisconsin today or Minnesota today Wisconsin mean yes, and
he was wearing a mask, and everyone in the room
was wearing masks, and the White House reporters were masks.
But I thought COVID was over. It's very difficult sometimes, Natalie,
to try to understand what the science is or the
US policy on fill in the blank is at any

(21:52):
given point in time, because when Joe can't strain together sentences,
it's very difficult for the American people to follow. And
aside from their politics being wrong, you can see why
people have tuned them out and have chosen not to
trust them anymore.

Speaker 2 (22:04):
It's so true that people see through it. The media
cannot cover any of Biden's gaffs, even when he's following
up the stairs to the airplane, air Force one, all
those different gafs that have happened, But the people see it.
It trends, even if they try to suppress it. And Curtis,
we can always count on you to expose it. I
know it is very painful for you to watch the
address and then to have to watch all the reaction afterwards,

(22:25):
but we always appreciate it hearing your thoughts on this.
So keep up the good work and really try to
try to find out what Nancy Pelosi was doing because
we're still confused by that.

Speaker 23 (22:34):
Yeah, I watch all that stuff, so you don't have to.

Speaker 1 (22:37):
Thanks actly, you're the best, Curtis. Look forward to say
you soon.

Speaker 2 (22:40):
And up next on the real story assessing the Republican
response to Biden's State of the Union address and predictable
Democrat demagogery.

Speaker 1 (22:47):

Speaker 24 (23:16):
Our country is going to hell. We have the highest
crime in all these Democrat run studies. The crime is
through the roof we don't talk about. The border is
open and we have criminals for ing in there. These
are some really bad people, including terrorists. By the way,
we'll be paying for that for a long time that
open border, and we had the strongest tightest border in
the history of our country.

Speaker 2 (23:37):
A year ago, President Trump and the GOP weigh in
on the true state of our Union. Iowa Governor Kim
Reynolds gave the official Republican response to Biden's first State
of the Union address, pointing out how this administration is
just driving us backwards.

Speaker 25 (23:53):
We're now one year into his presidency and instead of
moving America forward, it feels like President Biden and his
party have sent us back in time to the late
seventies and early eighties, when runaway inflation was hammering families,
a violent crime wave was crashing our cities, and the
Soviet Army was trying to redraw the world map. Even

(24:16):
before taking the oath of office, the President told us
that he wanted to quote make America respected around the
world again and to unitus here at home.

Speaker 1 (24:28):
He's failed on both fronts.

Speaker 2 (24:31):
Governor Reynalds also hammered Team Biden and his Democrat cronies
for making matters worse in America with a reckless spending
and push for liberal pet projects like the Green New Deal.

Speaker 25 (24:42):
The President and Democrats in Congress have spent the last year,
either ignoring the issues facing Americans or making them worse.
They were warned that spending trillions would lead to soaring inflation.
They were told that their anti energy policies would send
gas prices to new heights.

Speaker 1 (25:01):
But they've plowed.

Speaker 25 (25:02):
Ahead anyway, raising the price at the pump by fifty
percent and pushing inflation to a forty year high.

Speaker 2 (25:11):
Biden glossed over the issue of illegal immigration during his address,
alluding to a possible pathway to citizenship for so called Dreamers.
This is hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens continue to
invade our country, drawn by this administration's open door policy.

Speaker 25 (25:28):
But the Biden administration has refused to secure our border.
They've refused to provide the resources to stop human trafficking,
to stop the staggering influx of deadly drugs coming into
our neighborhoods. They've refused to protect you. With Texas and
Arizona leading the way, I along with Republican governors from

(25:51):
several states, have sent resources to the border, and we've
actually gone to the border, something that our president and
Vice president have yet to do since taking office.

Speaker 2 (26:04):
Biden is failing miserably on all fronts, both foreign and domestic.
It's an incredibly dangerous trend, and our adversaries they're taking note.

Speaker 26 (26:13):
Prutin sees weakness, President ge sees weakness, the Iatola sees weakness,
and Kim john Noon sees weakness. We have a weak
president and he's creating a very dangerous world.

Speaker 2 (26:31):
No matter how dangerous and ineffective this administration proves to be,
the liberal lopdogs continue their campaign to shift the narrative
over at MSDNC.

Speaker 1 (26:40):
The likes of Rachel.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
Maddowen are equally unhinged. Sidekick Lawrence O'Donnell couldn't attack the
Republicans for speaking the truth, so they turned to insults instead.

Speaker 13 (26:51):
It is traditionally thought that the opposing party's State of
the Union response is sometimes seen as a testing ground
or maybe even a springboard to national ambitions. I don't
think that, will I don't think there's any risk of
that this evening.

Speaker 15 (27:06):
The difficulty for this speech for Republicans in response has
actually been dramatically lowered since the threshold was set by
Mark or Rubia. She cleared that because there were no
water accidents at.

Speaker 2 (27:18):
All, that's low and petty even for MSDNC joining us
now with his take on the State of our Union.

Speaker 1 (27:25):
RNC spokesman Paris den Ared.

Speaker 2 (27:27):
Paris, Honestly, when you listen to the mainstream media out there,
they're going to attack the Republican response, when really it's
the American response.

Speaker 1 (27:35):
You listen to the voters out there.

Speaker 2 (27:37):
They didn't like Biden's address, they don't like what Biden's
doing to this country, but Biden doesn't seem to care.

Speaker 27 (27:44):
Well, you're right, Natalie, that's just what democrats and radical
liberals that people do when they can't attack the policy,
when they can't actually focus on the words being spoken
by Governor Reynolds, which were spot on, which were factual,
which were based on the statistics that showed that Republican
governors continue to lead in times of crisis, in times
of COVID and times of economic downturn, the Republican governors

(28:08):
like Governor Reynolds have led and have led effectively. So
instead of talking about and going picking apart her point
by point on the statistics and the fact that she
laid out because they can't, they try to persmirch her character,
They try to bring her down. It's just what they
do it's not surprising, but it's what they did on
the Supreme Court. You know, I've heard a lot of

(28:29):
them talk about, you know, the way that they want
the current nominee for the Supreme Court to be treated. Well,
that didn't stop them from actually trying to destroy the
character and the life and the livelihoods of people like
Justice Clarence Thomas and Amy Cony Barrett and Brett Kavna.
Liberals are vicious when they comes to women who are Conservatives,

(28:50):
and especially minority Republicans. We've got to hold fast to
our true nature of being strong Republicans and pushing back
and saying you can talk about us all you want to,
but we're going to stand firm on the facts and
the conservative values that we know work. Governor Reynolds did
that last night. She effectively laid out the case that

(29:10):
made the contrast between the failed leadership of Joe Biden
and what Republican governors and Republican members of Congress can
and will do both now and in the future.

Speaker 2 (29:21):
People remember what life was like under President Trump. People
know what life is like in red states across the country.
You don't need Biden up there to try to twist
the facts. Even if he tries to do that, you
can't deny the reality that people are living, not being
able to afford gas. Even when you listen to some
of the callers calling into c SPAN, You've got Republicans, Democrats, independents, young, old,

(29:43):
everybody is sharing this America that we're having to try
to survive. And Biden and the Democrats they just seem
totally disconnected. They're not trying to adjust course at all,
even though they're just keep failing, failing, failing.

Speaker 27 (29:57):
You're right, Natalie, at the end of the day, when
you watch the State of the Union address, the rhetoric
that you heard coming from Joe Biden did not match
the reality that every American, whether your black, white, Hispanic, rich, poor,
from the north, Southeast, or West, are experiencing because of
his failed leadership. And at the end of his speech,
he said, the state of our Union is strong because

(30:17):
of the American people.

Speaker 28 (30:19):
That's a fact.

Speaker 4 (30:21):
It is not because of his leadership.

Speaker 27 (30:22):
It's not because of his policies, it's not because of
his values or anything that he's done or the Democrats
have done to lead this nation to make us strong.

Speaker 4 (30:30):
It is solely.

Speaker 27 (30:31):
Because the American people that have been fighting and pushing
to try to make their lives better living under these unconstitutional,
discriminatory mask mandates. Students being forced to still wear masks,
parents and family members trying to keep their communities and
their families safe because of the rising crime and the
deaths and the murders and the criminality, because of defunding

(30:54):
of the police, the fit and all that's pouring over
our borders, and parents praying at their children don't get
hooked on drugs, and the fact that inflation is still
sky high, home heating costs or sky high, and gas
prices sky high. The American people are resilient and strong.
That's why the state of the Union is strong, not
because of Joe Biden.

Speaker 2 (31:14):
It's so true, and it's so interesting you point that out,
because if you go back to President Trump's State of
the Union address in twenty eighteen, President Trump said that
Biden was plagiarizing what he said. The state of our
Union is strong because the people are strong. And again,
that's the people of this country. It doesn't change depending
on the administration, because the spirit of America is strong,
even in spite of everything that America is going through

(31:35):
right now. But Paris, thank you for the good work
you're doing out there giving voice to the people real quick.
You opened another office today. Can you tell us about that?

Speaker 27 (31:44):
Yeah, thank you, Naalie. We open up our newest R
and C Community center here in New Britain, Connecticut.

Speaker 4 (31:49):
It was a standing room only crowd.

Speaker 27 (31:51):
It was such a diverse group of individuals that are
passionate Americans that are ready to make sure that Connecticut
goes red. We are taking this message of inclusivity and
engagement across the country and we're very excited about the
evers that we're doing. And let me just tell you this. Today,
a young older woman came up to me and she said,
you know what, I recognize you from One American News.

(32:12):
Keep going on One America News. I love that program.
I love that network. So thank you for the opportunity
to be here to share the message of what the
Republicans are doing. Because I travel the country opening up
these community centers through our chairwoman Ron McDaniel, and people
recognize me because of this show.

Speaker 1 (32:29):
Parris. We love having you on every week. Honestly, you
do such great work out there. God bless you. Keep
it up and we'll look forward to seeing you again soon.

Speaker 28 (32:36):
Thank you so much, Natalie.

Speaker 1 (32:37):
God bless you, God bless you.

Speaker 2 (32:39):
In the state of our Union, well, how do we
get here? We know, of course, the crime of the century.
Janelle Brandon is up next with more on what we're
learning in the state of Wisconsin as calls intensify to
decertify the election.

Speaker 1 (32:50):
So stay right there, we'll be back after this.

Speaker 2 (33:18):
D certify the twenty twenty presidential election. That is a
recommendation coming from Special Counsel Michael Gableman after he released
his second interim investigative report on the apparatus and procedures
of the Wisconsin election system. And what isn't covered is
simply shocking of the nursing homes Judge Gableman looked into
in the Zuckerbucks counties of Milwaukee, Racine, and Dane.

Speaker 1 (33:42):
Just look at this.

Speaker 2 (33:43):
One hundred percent of registered voters voted ninety seven percent
in Kenosha County, ninety five percent in Brown. Now, keep
in mind, according to Judge Gableman, there are ninety two
thousand residents and continuing care facilities in Wisconsin, and during
Tuesday's informational hearing, the judge introduced us.

Speaker 1 (34:02):
To some of those voters through their families.

Speaker 16 (34:05):
The whole purpose of these illustrations are to illustrate the
real world and real person consequences of the decisions that
are made in this case by five out of the
six commissioners on the Wisconsin Elections Commission. These were not
academic exercises. These were real world and had real world

(34:28):
consequences and left a trail of victims. These are the
people who voted as a result of the commissioner's illegal conduct.

Speaker 29 (34:37):
Her health care decisions were turned over to me in
two thousand and nine, I believe so she's basically not
capable any longer of even remaining awake for more.

Speaker 4 (34:52):
Than a few minutes.

Speaker 29 (34:54):
She's being fed by hand, and she's currently in hospice care.

Speaker 30 (35:00):
One hundred and four years old, and a lot of
people at that age aren't cognizant. It's taken a long
time for us to rouse her awake, to even get
a word out. But she hasn't really remembered us, Jack
and me for years, maybe five years.

Speaker 28 (35:20):
Wow, and so and so are you surprised that she
voted in February twenty twenty one?

Speaker 31 (35:25):
Absolutely?

Speaker 4 (35:27):
So who discovered it?

Speaker 29 (35:30):
Well, Ron and I were talking about the history of
her voting and Ron pulled up the website that lists
all of the information, my vote dot com.

Speaker 4 (35:44):
I guess it is.

Speaker 29 (35:45):
And so the discovery that she voted in February was
very recent, within the last couple of weeks. But I
was surprised to hear that she voted in the last
presidential election. That kind of shocked me and put me
in motion to find out what is going on here?

Speaker 15 (36:06):
That she voted in the twenty twenty election.

Speaker 32 (36:09):
Absolutely, I had absolutely no idea that she had been voting.
Much to my surprise, she had voted for the last off.

Speaker 31 (36:19):
And on for the last ten years.

Speaker 32 (36:22):
I guess in my mind, I thought, if you put
your parent into a facility because they were incapacitated, they
would not even be offered the vote.

Speaker 2 (36:35):
Joining us now with more on this, the chair of
the Wisconsin's Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections, Janelle Branch
and Janelle listening to those stories seeing the faces.

Speaker 1 (36:46):
This is elder abuse.

Speaker 2 (36:47):
This is abuse at a level we've never seen before.
But this happened in your state, and it was enabled
by officials there.

Speaker 31 (36:56):
It's disgusting.

Speaker 33 (36:58):
And to give a lot of credit, I'm kind of
getting to say, I just watching the videos again, anybody
that was in the room, there was a silence to
it because you're right, this is not the way that
anybody should be treated as a voter.

Speaker 31 (37:13):
And this has gone on for years.

Speaker 33 (37:17):
And I got to give a huge commendation to Justice
gablemen for bringing the reality of the decisions that were
made by the Wisconsin election board.

Speaker 31 (37:27):
I mean putting it. Seeing these seniors really brought it home, right.

Speaker 1 (37:31):
It really did.

Speaker 2 (37:32):
And these families were so brave to share their stories
because these should be private moments with their family members
and to see how they've been taken advantage of their
identities stolen or whatever happened in this case. The judge
it's powerful, everything that he's laid out in that evidence.
Everybody should read that report. But the media is not
even covering the report. The fact that Zuckerbucks he's calling

(37:53):
it election bribery. These nursing homes where these happen in
certain counties.

Speaker 1 (37:58):
The Judge is calling for please certification.

Speaker 2 (38:01):
Do you feel like from the evidence that's now been
presented before your committee and before the state legislature that
we'll start to see action and accountability for twenty twenty.

Speaker 33 (38:12):
Well, you know, unfortunately, we are a divided legislature in
the sense that I have a governor an executive branch
that really these the ctcl money that get up the
vote money. What happened in the nursing homes, this really
worked in the Democrats advantage, and Joe Biden won the
state and so and most of the legislation that we've

(38:34):
put in front of him, he's turned it down for
the simple reason this worked in their favor. So as
you as you're talking about decertification for the state of Wisconsin,
the Judge has pointed out very clearly that we do
not have a path because of legislatures that have put
us in the situation where right now we do not

(38:55):
have a clear path in the state of Wisconsin to
be able to correct make administrative correction of what these
things as we find them in the state of Wiscona.
It's it we are somewhat paralyzed and this is not
fair to the voters of Wisconsin, and it certainly is
not vote to these seniors who had their vote very,

(39:16):
very really taken from them and given to somebody else.

Speaker 2 (39:20):
Do you feel that at least it's uniting the Republican
Party the Republican legislatures, because there have been disagreements about
the unlocked boxes in the past and even in the
present in some cases.

Speaker 1 (39:30):
Do you feel, based on the.

Speaker 2 (39:31):
Evidence that at least the Republican caucus would be united
in condemning this, Because yeah, it might be Democrats in
control in terms of the governor's office right now, but
at least if we could have Republicans on record saying
where they stand on twenty twenty, because this is going
to happen again if they don't have the courage to
stand up for the truth and to stand up for
the voters, you.

Speaker 31 (39:53):
Know, I think it's really embarrassing. I think for the
state of Wisconsin.

Speaker 33 (39:56):
This report showed a level of corruption that happened in
our elections that honestly had been seen before. To have
this conversation about the electronic Registration Information system to the
ERIC system to get out the vote that came from
ctcl the fact that oversight I have the Kenosha mayor

(40:18):
still refusing to come in justice. Gableman is still fighting
to bring the five mayors that were part of this
into to at least have the opportunity to have a
discussion with them. It is it's ugly, but the truth
is the citizens of Wisconsin now have a path that
they can start talking about, how are we going to

(40:39):
rebuild to make sure that we have a strong elections
going forward?

Speaker 31 (40:44):
And we've seen it. We have voter turnout.

Speaker 33 (40:47):
We have voters now in the polls that we've never
had before, including Milwaukee, including Dane County.

Speaker 31 (40:54):
And that is one of the things.

Speaker 33 (40:55):
That I've had a large conversation about that if we
are not in the counting rules, all of these things
can continue to happen.

Speaker 2 (41:04):
They are going to continue to happen. What can the
legislature do at this point now that you have the report,
will you just come up with a game plan for
whenever you take over the majorities or what's going to
be the action steps that are taken based on the evidence.

Speaker 33 (41:19):
You know, we have done some legislation that we do
not need the governor's signature from and we are making
some constitutional changes for the zucker Bucks and also to
make sure that we have fair elections and those we
don't need the governor for in those we are committed
to making sure not only in this legislature, but it
requires another legislature and then.

Speaker 31 (41:39):
Allows to go to the citizens themselves.

Speaker 33 (41:41):
So these issues are far from over. These issues are
really committed to. I mean, you have the ugly truth
about what happened, and God bless Justice Gableman for bringing
it all together wrapped up neatly in a bout, and
now we get to have the serious conversation about what
we're going to do to make sure we have fair
and transparent elections seal through the legislature, but from the

(42:04):
citizens themselves.

Speaker 2 (42:05):
So you could put the reforms on the ballot and
then they would vote as a constitutional amendment.

Speaker 31 (42:10):
That is correct.

Speaker 1 (42:11):
Okay, good? And how soon would we see that we won't.

Speaker 31 (42:14):
Be It has to go to two sessions in a row.

Speaker 33 (42:17):
We did that this session already this year, and we'd
go for next year right away, and we could do
it in the spring of twenty twenty three, okay, so.

Speaker 1 (42:25):
Then it would be on the ballot. Then when twenty.

Speaker 33 (42:27):
Twenty four, twenty twenty three, we could put it, we'd be.

Speaker 1 (42:31):
On the ballot.

Speaker 2 (42:31):
Okay, well, Janell, you've got to start somewhere. Thank you
for what you're doing. Really, that report, everybody should read
that report because the evidence that's come to light in
twenty twenty we all knew it was there, but we
didn't really know the extent the depravity to take advantage
of really the people that we should be honoring and
protecting the most. It's disgraceful. But Janelle, you've helped bring
this to light. So keep us posted on your efforts

(42:52):
and we'll look forward to getting an update from you
again soon.

Speaker 33 (42:55):
We will pursue every option we can good to make
sure that we bring a voter in.

Speaker 1 (43:00):
Thank you so much, God bless you. You know, keep
up the great work. We know you will.

Speaker 2 (43:04):
And Derek Rdahl, who's been a part of the investigations
going on in Wisconsin, well he's up next with more
and what he's uncovered and what's next.

Speaker 1 (43:10):
So don't go anywhere.

Speaker 2 (43:11):
We'll see you on the other side of the break.

Speaker 16 (43:41):
When I started this process, when I started this whole procedure,
I had no other goal in mine than to find
the truth. And while we don't have it entirely yet,
we're getting there. And one of the important truths that
has to be mentioned is recited in chapter one of

(44:02):
our report, and that is that the Center for Tech
and Civic lives eight million, eight hundred thousand dollars Zuckerberg
Plan grant with the cities of Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, Kenosha,
and Green Bay facially violates the Wisconsin law prohibiting election bribery.

Speaker 1 (44:26):
Election bribery.

Speaker 2 (44:28):
That is how Judge Gabelman is defining Zuckerbucks, citing Wisconsin's
statute in his report to back up his allegation. Now,
take a look at Wisconsin' Statute to twelve eleven, which
specifically states, any person who does any of the following
violates this chapter offers, gives, lends, or promises to give,
or lend or endeavors to procure anything of value, or

(44:50):
any office or employment, or any privilege or immunity to
or for any elector or to or for any other
person in order to induce any elector. Two, get this,
go to the polls vote. Sound like Zuckerbucks to you,
joining us now with more on this Special Council for
the Thomas Moore Society, Eric Kurtel, Eric Zuckerbucks election bribery.

(45:13):
You've been saying this all along. Now you have the
judge backing you up on this. What's going to happen?

Speaker 28 (45:20):
Yeah, Natalie, it's amazing. We appreciate your coverage. Of course,
a lot of this investigation has been yours and Thomas
Moore Societies, and the messaging and the investigation has been great.
And now this is just historic that a government investigator
has corroborated what you've been reporting, what Thomas Moore Society
has been reporting in many, many subject areas. But look

(45:44):
at the election bribery. I mean, mister Zuckerberg and his
spouse mus Chan, through Center for Tech and Civic Life,
three hundred and fifty million dollars to basically swing swing
states urban cities election officials to influenced elections by putting
in these drop boxes from targeted messaging and so forth,

(46:05):
just to get out the Democratic vote. And it's all
now in the evidence. It's all collected, and that's why
it was sort of straightforward, I think for the Special
Council gablemen to come to this conclusion. On top of that,
I should mention that the Wakshat County Circuit Court in
Wisconsin found that the drop boxes were illegal, legally unauthorized.

(46:31):
So in the Wisconsin state Voting Agreement, mister Zuckerberg, through
Center for Tech Civic Life, spent two hundred and sixteen
thousand dollars buying those apps toy ballot drop boxes, putting
them in these Wisconsin five cities, and they were illegal.
So not only was their election bribery, but one of

(46:52):
the things they were purchasing through the election bribery was illegal.

Speaker 2 (46:56):
What happens next? Now that this has been exposed. What
happens because statutes were violated, We're heading into another election,
primaries are beginning. What happens? Will there be accountability or
are we just going to say this broke the law
and we don't want it to happen in the future, but
nobody actually enforces that law.

Speaker 28 (47:15):
Well, I mean, in addition to the two illegalities I
just mentioned, we have the Wisconsin Election Commission not sending
out the special voting deputies to the nursing homes, as
the recent county sheriff has recommended a prosecution for that.
We have previously the Wisconsin Supreme Court saying the definitely
confined advice given by the Wisconsin Election Commission was illegal.

(47:37):
So those are like four government reports and four substance areas.
So now we should announce journalists all across the spectrum,
mainstream media so forth, that Wisconsin election officials are serial
violators of the law. Now with respect to what Thomas
More Society is going to do is recurrently we have
nine lawsuits and process we'll be filing more. And what

(47:58):
we're going to do is go to the court and
the court's going to issue administrative corrections of the election officials.
The courts are going to protect the people from the
government's violations of election law, and then we'll have victory
after victory after victory after victory. And that's the way
to start the election officials down the correct legal path.

(48:19):
But and you know this, Natalie, because we've talked in
the past when I was started lawsuits against the government
election tegritary of the nineteen nineties, particularly from two thousand
and eight to twenty twenty, maybe thirty five lawsuits. I
almost took it as one at a time. Oh, here's
an election official violing law. It's when I went to
Washington CEA touase More Society AMISTAD project, Phil Klein. I

(48:41):
was there and I was able to litigate nationally and
I discovered what same election official legalities in Wisconsin and
Michigan and Pennsylvania and Arizona and Georgia. And it's like, wow,
how come they're violating all the same laws in the
same way. And then all of a sudden that led
back to these progressive nonprofits that you've been talking about,

(49:05):
Eric and CIR and National Vote Home its too. Instead
of protected civic life, all these organizations have narrowed their
minds to teach election officials how to violate the law.
And so what I'm doing, because I've sued the government
whole life, I've made a career out of it, is
figuring out ways to sue them so the election officials stop.

(49:26):
But the original problem goes back to the undue influence
by the progressive organizations on these election officials. And you know,
it's really sad because of the election bribery involved. So
if you hadn't thrown in the election bribery, you probably
wouldn't have had the election officials going so far. But
when you have so much money involved, then the election

(49:46):
officials are going to feel encouraged, they're going to feel protected.
In fact, one of the most outrageous things is that
the same guy who founded ERIC and is leading CEIR,
David Becker, came to Wisconsin a few days after I
gave testimony in the General Assembly on this election bribery
that you show. This is December eighth, and within a

(50:07):
week David Becker had flown in and said CEIR, which
got seventy million dollars from Zuckerberg in the last election
cycle sixty nine million, They said they were setting up
an election official legal Defense fund to represent the election
officials charge in Wisconsin with election bribery. So you have
the Election Official Defense Fund defending Zuckerberg, right, but also

(50:32):
defending the election officials, and appears to be a violation
of as mister Gabelman said his report, he said, that's
for the missiable officials who were charged with election illegalities
that were started by Zuckerberg. For Zuckerberg indirectly. To be
paying for their defense against civil and criminal litigation is

(50:54):
unethical because it appears to be a reward. This is
what a Special Council Game said. It appears to be
a reward from ZUCKERBERGI A and David Becker for their
illegal conduct. Oh, you operate illegally for us, and we'll
pay the defense cost you just.

Speaker 2 (51:08):
You can't make this stuff up. And yet this has
become a pattern. And Eric, you've stuck with us from
the very beginning. Thank you for the efforts for doing.
We want to have you back on the show again soon,
but really, God bless you. Congratulations on this latest win.
We look forward to many more wins. So keep us
posted and we'll look forward to seeing you soon.

Speaker 28 (51:24):
Great. Thank you, Nellie.

Speaker 2 (51:25):
Always great to see you. And before we go, the
power of the Trump endorsement. We all saw it at
work in Texas again on Tuesday night, as President Trump said, Big.

Speaker 1 (51:33):
Night in Texas.

Speaker 2 (51:35):
All thirty three candidates that were Trump endorsed have either
won their primary election or are substantially leading in the
case of a runoff. Governor Abbott and Lieutenant Governor Dan
Patrick have won in a landslide. Thank you and congratulations
to all so who's ready for a big red wave.

Speaker 34 (51:52):
For socialists, globalists, Marxists, and communists who are attacking our
civilization have no idea of the sleeping giant.

Speaker 4 (52:04):
They have awoken. We are a sleeping giant.

Speaker 34 (52:10):
They cannot even begin to imagine the brave and righteous
spirit they've unleashed.

Speaker 4 (52:15):
In men and women like all of you here today.
And this is some crowd. We broke the record again.
We broke the record again.

Speaker 34 (52:26):
But they're going to find out the hard ways starting
on November eighth, and then again even more so on
November twenty twenty four. They will find out like never before.

Speaker 2 (52:43):
That's for sure, and that is a real story. Good night,
I'll see you tomorrow. So until then, as always, keep
the faith, and with God's help, we will save America.
