another show. This is episode two hundred and twelve of
our weekly podcast. I'm your host Jeff Naydo, and I've
(01:53):
done videos for almost four years. Today quite possibly might
be the most groundbreaking show I will ever do. I've
recently attained very interesting information about the Five Families. At
one point, the Five Families was the governing board for
crime in this country. There is no more commission. People
(02:15):
like this no longer exist. That said, the Five Families
still absolutely operate in New York City today. We're going
to do what we do every year. We're gonna update
you and who runs those families, the people that are
on the administrations and run the day to day. The
government has attempted to bring down these groups, and time
(02:35):
and time again they've been able to succeed. But there's
one thing about Kolsonostra that the government hasn't been able
to figure out how to completely stamp it out. As
I said, these individuals are long gone and the rules
and ethics that they live by have also went by
the wayside. However, there are still people that run these groups.
(02:59):
Let's get in it the story of the Five Families
right now in twenty twenty five. Next on the sit
down now. As I said, the government has done a
pretty good job over the years of getting these people
off the street, trying to bring them down, but they
haven't been able to extinguish them. The first group we
are going to talk about is the Banano crime family,
(03:22):
and there's been a lot of questions over the years.
Who's running this family. We know they waited through some
tough waters in the eighties with the Donnie Brasco fiasco,
the three Capos hit. The power was then taken over
by Joey Messino. We know what happened with him and
his eventual cooperation. We know the tools of Vincent Basciana
(03:43):
that were used. He is serving life. The boss for
a long period of time has not changed. It is
Michael the nose Mancuso. Now, some people say Michael is reckless,
some people say he commands power. But there's not a
question about who runs this family. The power basis is
in the Bronx, and Michael's the guy that does it.
(04:07):
That said, will he ever face an indictment again, I
don't know. Maybe I think we could say that in
terms of running these families, he's probably the most willing
to do what he has to do. That said, again,
there's no one that's going to argue that he isn't
the absolute power in this family. We've also seen him
(04:30):
pop up in photo after photo. He has actually had
to go back to prison recently over violation of a
supervised release. So again, will he ever go back to prison?
I don't know, But right now he's the power in
the Banano crime family. The underboss Mike comes as a
surprise to some of you, but according to multiple sources
(04:53):
I have, the current number two in the family is longtime,
longtime mobster Bruno in Delocado. Now Bruno and Delocado goes
virtually farther than anybody on this list today. We have
to understand Bruno and Delacado took part in the assassination
of Carmen Galante in nineteen seventy nine. He has spent
(05:16):
a long time in prison, and over the last couple
of years there's been rumblings that he's a back on
the street and be on the administration. Some people will
tell you that he is the consigli Area. That is untrue.
According to again multiple sources that I've spoken to, they
would tell me the number two right now is Bruno,
And to be quite honest, Bruno is extremely respected and
(05:39):
I think in all the prison time he's done, there's
one thing we can say about him. He is stoic.
He is straight up Carlsonostra and he probably is owed something.
I think the Bananos are taking care of him. As
we know, Bruno's father's son, he Reddin Delokado, was taken
out by the Banano crime family in the early eighties
(06:00):
and from what I understand, that will preclude him from
ever becoming the boss of the Banano crime family. That said,
he is in his eighties at this point, I think
is enjoying the second spot in somewhat of a beleaguered family.
He would be though, one of the stronger people in it.
The number three, the Cosigliari, is said to be alleged
(06:23):
Banano member Ernest Ernie Ielo No Ielo is no stranger
to facing court cases. He has been involved in multiple ones,
and I think anybody in the life today will tell
you or anybody that follows it, he's the future of
this family. He's still fairly young. In the grand scheme
of things, he is related to Michael Mancuso. We know
(06:45):
that when Mancusha was doing prison time in the twenty tens,
it was Ernie Iello faring messages to him. We know
that he is a trusted guy. We know that he
is allegedly a pitbull type of guy's willing to take
care of dirty work on occasions. I do know that
there is an alleged story that he got into an
argument with Michael Meldish at one point. We also know
(07:07):
that he was allegedly sent to a funeral home to
assault a people. We do know that he's willing to
put that work in. So again, most sources will tell
you that he is on the administration. I have him,
and I've been told he is the number three. Before
we get into the rest of this video. I think
it's abundantly clear to understand that when you're doing these things,
(07:30):
it is a very fluid situation. But I want to
make it abundantly clear. I have done the research on
this show. I've been gaining this for weeks now. I've
spoken to various people, both members and associates of the
mob on this. Okay, I've done my due diligence to
do something that's very hard. I'm putting myself out there.
(07:52):
I trust myself is what I do here. I try
to get all this right. And this is information that
I think for some is going to be hard to hear.
Maybe you don't quite understand it, but I think in
all due time, this is not an easy thing to do.
And I'm gonna say things over the next twenty minutes
or so that are going to be very surprising to
some of you. Just know that it's not coming from
(08:12):
an opinion. This is coming from my ability to try
to go out and find sourcing, to not only find sourcing,
but multiple sourcing on this. And I want you to
make sure you understand that the next family we're going
to get into is the Colombo crime family. We're gonna
go alphabetically here, and a lot of people will tell
you that this family is definitely beleaguered. A lot of
(08:33):
these families are there. This is not the seventies. They
sain't even the nineties or the early two thousands. This
is twenty twenty five in New York City. But make
no mistake about it, the Columbo family is still around
and the official boss of this group is Teddy Persco.
Make no mistake about it. Teddy Persco is the guy
(08:53):
in charge, at least on the street. Now, I want
to throw something out to all of you. Understand what
the persicoes mean to the Columbo crime family. When there
are members of that group that are still alive, they
are going to be in control. Now Teddy's on the street.
He's free, not per se, but he's not in prison currently,
(09:14):
and we have to understand that his cousin, who I
think you can make a very strong reason to think
that he is still involved in the leadership of this family,
maybe in a similar role that Vica Muso was in
at one point where he is the ultimate, let's say,
official guy. Most people will tell you that it's Teddy,
but I have strong belief that Ali boy Persco is
still having a say in what goes on. Do I
(09:36):
still think he has power? I think he probably would
have to. He is the son of Carmen Persco. The
problem is he is serving life in federal prison. I
will make this clear. I've spoken to multiple people that
have done time in facilities where mister Persco is. He
commands respect. He generally has the keys to those yards,
(09:57):
and that's not normal what most mobsters nowadays. He's a
really respected guy. He is the son of Carma and Persco.
That said, he's never getting out of prison. The guy
in the street right now is Teddy Persico. The underboss
of this family is Robert Denofrio, Little Robert. Some people
have said that at one point he was maybe summing
some sort of acting boss for this family. Robert goes
(10:18):
way back. He's a good earner, he's got legitimate companies.
He's respected, he's stoic. He gives a lot of I think,
smooth waters to this family that's had a lot of
choppy ones. Deno Frio is again a guy who came
up under wild Bill. He came up under multiple leaderships
in this group. He's went to prison for nearly a decade.
He is a old school Brooklyn man in a family
(10:40):
where Brooklyn rules the roost. The number three is a
familiar name in this family. Currently it's Joel Waverley case.
According to sourcing I have, he is the current consiglieri
of the Colombo family, another person who has done a
lot of prison time over the years. Joe Waverley, though,
(11:01):
is what I think we all think he is. He
is an older state elder, older statesman of this family.
And it's not the first time he's been ruled to
be on an administration basis. There was reports years ago
that during the early two thousands he was the consigli
area of this family. We've seen him named street boss
(11:22):
at one point. We've seen him under all sorts of leadership.
If you think he is not on the leadership of
this family, I don't really know what to tell you.
Joe Waverly is respected. Joe Waverley is there that said.
Joe Waverly's eighty four years old, and you know he's
been around. He's seen a lot. He's faced murder charges.
(11:45):
He was also acquitted of a hit on a NYPD officer.
This guy's been around. He's a long time guy. He's
a respected Brooklyn man. Just like all the other people
I talked about here, He's a perfect number three for
the Colombo crime family. The next family we are going
to get into alphabetically. Is the Gambino crime family, in
(12:07):
my opinion, the absolute strongest family in the five families today.
I don't think there's a question that they are the
number one family. We have to look at them as
a whole from top to bottom. Not a family can
touch them, at least to me. If there's only other one,
it'd be maybe the Genoese family. But I think when
you look at the family in general, from the top
(12:28):
to let's say, even the captains made guys really strong
at really every position. They've got a bunch of guys
that are making heaps and heaps of money. They're doing
things through construction, unions, racketeering, I mean, a lot of
really quality sources of cheese, and they're doing it at
(12:48):
a high level. Now. History, at least over the last
twenty years, has been tried to sell to us that
a lot of pundits have claimed that the family's power
is in the Sicilian faction. I have strong sourcing that
completely say that's not true. A lot of people will
tell you that the family has been led by Dominic Chaflou.
(13:12):
People will tell you that it was let at one
point by Frank Cally. Some people will say it's Lorenzo Menino.
I have a strong belief, okay, and I have strong
sourcing on this that the family is not in power
by the Sicilians. I want to explain how I view
the Sicilians personally. If you look at across all these families,
no other family has a Sicilian group none, okay, no family.
(13:35):
There's no high level Sicilians at the level. I'm not
saying they're not powerful, but we have to understand this
is in Sicily, this is the United States, and I
want to relate this. I view the Sicilians as the
Cherry Hill Gambinos. I believe they operate similar to how
the Springfield faction, the Genevese family operate, where they are
(13:56):
on their own level. They have certain people that are
under their tutelage, and they have a high ranking individual
that makes the decisions for their faction of the family.
The boss of this family is not Lorenzo Menino. The
boss of this family is not Dominic Cheffalou. In fact,
I've talked to people that have told me they were
personally introduced to Lorenzo Menino, where he indicated that they
(14:21):
were told he was a captain, and I believe today
right now he is a captain. We have had a
sourcing that he was possibly the boss at one time,
but I've went over this and this is not the
first time. I'm going to tell you this. And I
know all of you are going to say Natu's crazy,
but Nadou knows and nay Do has been told by
(14:44):
multiple people the boss of this family is Jeane Gotti.
And I know a lot of you are going to
say you're crazy. Well remember this. You all said I
was crazy when I said he was back in the life,
and then I was proven correct. You all aughed at
me and said he used on a lifetime parole. We
found out that wasn't true. He's not a lifetime parole.
(15:06):
And I will point back to a video that I
did hear at the funeral of a Nofrio Medico. There
was a strong showing from Jean Gotti at that funeral.
Gene was stoic. Jean made a point. Jane made it
clear with all of his queen's people what the story is.
(15:29):
We look at the history of the Gotti family and
I know outside John Jr. Or outside John Senior, there's
been some embarrassment. But Jean Gotti, make no mistake, is
a Gotti and him and his brother stand on their
own two feet. You can say all you want, he's
not active, He's not this, he's not that. But again,
(15:53):
this isn't just me telling you this. I have talked
to multiple people that have told me in the street
today this is not just a rumor. And again, why
would an individual with the name Jean Gotti show up
at a funeral the way he did? I don't want
to hear. Is you just staying allo to a friend.
People in this world don't. If they're on you know,
(16:16):
front Street, they go for a reason. They're doing this
stuff for reasons. Jean Gotti, according to many people, is
today the boss of the family. The number two, I
believe is Nicki Carrazzo, and we know this from multiple reporting.
In the early two thousands, it was ruled that Niki
(16:37):
Carrazzo was in control of his family. And like I said,
my research, my reporting tells me that the Sicilian faction
is not in control of this family. They are on
their own level and they have their own little faction.
They do their thing, they work together, but the family
is led by people that have been here for years.
(16:59):
Niki karaz So, in my estimation, is one of the
most respected people in the mob today. And we have
strong reporting, including some of you who do this on
here just like me. You reported that Lenny d Maria
was underboss. I don't believe that's true. Nicky Carrazzo is
the under boss and Nicki Carrazo is a person who
is in the streets. Nicki Kraso is respected by many.
(17:22):
We know that he had a relationship with John Senior.
We know that his brother Jojo was John's driver. Jojo
was a Catigliari for years. It's conceivable to think Jean
Gotti and Nicki Carrazzo are at the top, and I'm
being told by multiple people they are at the top.
The number three men in this family is Louis Valario.
(17:46):
That has been reported that is true. Louis Valario is
eighty two years old. We have to understand that he's
not a spring chicken, but he's the perfect type of consigliari.
He bonds relationships, He's obviously a guy who's been around
people like Louis. When we look at this family, look
at all the power they have in Brooklyn, look at
the captains they have in Brooklyn. You know, the Meninos,
(18:10):
the Giuliano's, the Mickey Boys, you know. I mean, it's
pretty wild, Sonny Chacone. I mean, there's all sorts of
guys there. This family, from top to bottom, is extremely powerful,
extremely powerful. Valerio again goes back to toddo Arello. He
came up under the Sammi faction. It's a long time ago. Now,
(18:34):
Valerio has had some medical issues. I do hear he
is sick, but he's eighty two. But he's an elder
statesman and he's been given the respect. This has been reported.
It's not like I'm the only person telling you this,
but this family is being led by Jean Gotti. The
under balls is Nicky Carazo, and the number three is
(18:55):
Louis Valario. Now I'm sure you're gonna wonder where's Menino
on all this. I have it on Toronto Authority that
Lorenzo me and you know, is a captain in this
family currently, That's what I'm being told. Doesn't take away
from his power. The Sicilian faction is still strong, at
least in this family. And I think in terms of
the Gambinos, I think he runs alongside chaflu that faction
(19:18):
of the people it's getting into the Genevese crime family,
a family that we've been told and we would agree,
is one of the ivy leagues of Colson Austra, the
West Side as they're called, and that's still where their
power basis is. I'm one of the only people that
will tell you that the true boss of the Geneviez
(19:40):
crime family is not Liborio Bolomo. It is Ernest Muscarella.
I reported on this months ago, and street sources will
tell me that he is absolutely the guy. He is
the figurehead, He's the man at the top, and that
the under boss is the pe person many people think
is the under or the act the actual boss. The
(20:01):
uner boss is Barney Bolomo. He is not the boss.
He's the underboss. I'm the only going I'm not going
over acting. I'm not doing that. That's irrelevant to me.
The true end of the line in this family is Muscarello.
He is one of the most shadowy figures you will find.
That's just the truth. I mean, there are very few
photos that exist. This is one of the only known
(20:22):
photos of mister Muscarella. He is a ghost. He doesn't
go to wakes. He doesn't go to parties, he doesn't
go to functions, he doesn't go to Christmas shindiggs, he
doesn't go to anything. That's just who he is. He's
a ghost. At one point, his father, Raymond Muscarello, was
(20:42):
a big timer, big music guy, actually bankrolled Tony Bennett.
Buscarella has been a Bronx guy. He's an Upper Harlem guy.
That's what he is. Number two is Barney Blomo and a
lusive figure in his own right, but has stepped out
a little bit more recently. We've seen him in photos,
(21:03):
He's been seen at birthday parties. He kind of feels
like a guy who's not the boss. He's a high
ranking guy. He's very respected. Has he been bossed at
some point, maybe at one point, but he's not right now.
The Kasigliaria this family is Patsy Parello, the man from
(21:23):
the Bronx. He owns a restaurant, good One up on
Arthur Avenue. Another elder statesman, a guy who's been around
the block a long time, a guy who's seen a
lot in his day, a guy who's been to prison,
even recently did seven years after being hit on the
East Coast LCN indictment. This has been sourced. People have
(21:44):
discussed this before. Parrello sadly, as we know, lost his
son many moons ago. He's never gotten revenge for that,
and I know he probably hurts. Parrelo, I do, from
what I understand, is a good guy, nice guy, but
he's respected guy. He's an elder statesman. He's the number
three in the Genevies crime family, the Ivy League of
(22:07):
the mafia that they say, I think this is a
pretty strong group of people. This is a strong hierarchy.
When we look at the captains, they've had some trouble.
They have a couple of guys that are either behind
the wall or just came home. Romanello Celso, Ralphie Balsamo,
Nicki Slash. A lot of those guys are just coming home,
(22:29):
you know, bringing up the rear if you will. But
still a very strong administration, a group of people that
are still very active and very formidable. The final family
we're going to get into today is the Lukezy crime family.
And this might be one of the most striking parts
of what I'm about to tell you and all that
I've told you. According to sourcing that I have over
(22:51):
the last several years or so, captains have been pulled
and from what I understand, vic A Musso has been dropped,
He has been demoted. He is no longer the official
boss of the Lakes crime family. Vicki Muso has been
in prison for years. Vic Amuso is ninety years old.
(23:13):
My sourcing has told me that he is no longer
official boss. He is now a just soldier. He's a
made guy that will never be taken from him. But
he is no longer the boss. And captain's repolled and
that happened. The boss of this family is Michael DeSantis,
a quasi protege of mister Amuso. He is from Brooklyn.
(23:34):
He is a guy who did time for his family.
He allegedly took part in the attempted hit on Little
al Viarco way back in the nineties. There has been
rumors that, you know, he may step down and retire
at some point. We do know that. In twenty twenty,
we saw him on surveillance tape in the blue track
suit on the left, meeting with other high ranking members
(23:56):
of the family, including at the time Andrew dis Simone,
Georgie Neck with the sunglasses on. We do know that
Georgie Neck just took a pinch. Maybe he'll be the
boss someday, who knows. But the current boss of this
family is Michael DeSantis. The underboss of this family is
a long standing man, a guy who I think some people,
(24:19):
including myself thought maybe at one point was Consiglieri. The
underboss of this family is Bao At Barrata. Bao At
Brada goes way back as well. A Harlem guy, kind
of a Manhattan guy. Was under Anthony Casso, Fat Peter Chioto,
kind of that regime with Vica Muso. This is a
(24:40):
guy who's also an elder statesman of the group. Brad
has been around a long long time, did a lot
of prison time, twenty five plus years in the can
came up. We've done a video on him as well,
not too long ago. A big guy as far as
narcotics were concerned in the nineties, A guy who is
(25:02):
still really respected, a guy who comes from the old school,
a guy who's done a lot of time. And I think,
could I see, you know, taking the reins at some
point and being the guy I don't Possibly he's old.
That's the concern with Boo At Barrata now the number
three in the family. It might come as a surprise
(25:23):
to some of you. Some people think that it's was Barrata.
Some people thought at one point maybe it was someone else.
From what I understand, according to sourcing that I have,
the consicular area of this family is Anthony Santarelli. Now
you may not know who Anthony Santarelli is. He goes
by Tony Blue. He's actually from up in the Bronx,
based out of the Bronx. His son actually at one
(25:45):
point was in the Tanglewood Boys, and it was said
that Tony Santarelli kind of oversaw that farm team for
the family. Santarelli is in his mid to late seventies
at this point, and it was an elder statesman. I
say that a lot, but that's kind of what he is.
He I think kind of flows some of the power
vacuum up to the Bronx, which there has been a
basis of power there before, you know, with the Stephen
(26:07):
Kreas of the world and certain people up there. Santarelli
has been around a long time. His son is said
to be a member of this Borgata and according to
what we know, he is the number three currently in
the Lukesey crime family. Now I will be interested in
hearing some of the future stuff that comes out about
(26:29):
that discussion of where this administration is. We do know
that John Panisi is here on YouTube. Now, I know
John is in the camp of why do we listen
to some kid in Pennsylvania with a haircut? I don't like,
why don't we listen to him? He wasn't in that
life I was. That's fair. I'm not in the mob.
(26:50):
I've never was connected to the mob. All I can
do is get on the horn and speak to sourcing
that I have, and I feel that I'm confident in
what I just talked about here. The mafia today is
a shred of what it once was. We all know that.
But as I've always said, this is still around. I
think on the criminal totem pole, they have their own things,
(27:12):
they do their own rackets, they make their own money,
and for the most parts stay out of the headlines.
This is still a very fascinating group of people. It's
still a group of people that have power. They've been involved,
they've been to prison, They've all been seasoned members of
the mob. But I think some of the things you
hear just have very little basis of fact. I know
(27:35):
there are things here today that I told you that
you're going to think are a little wild, But I
think you just need to use your head and think
sometimes about what they want you to know and what's
actually true. I'm in belief that the things that I
said today are absolutely factual. And I invite your content,
your comments, I invite your criticism. I'm sure there are
(27:56):
going to be many people that say I should go
back to the looney bin. But all I try to
do is keep this genre alive and try to bring
you the best information possible. And I think if you
just think a little bit about some of these families,
I think they'll tell you all you need to know
and remember. Even in terms of like the gene Gotti stuff.
I remember people told me I was crazy, he's not active,
(28:18):
Then they told me he was on lifetime parole. That
wasn't true. Then he comes to the funeral and for
all you folks to say it's just a funeral, he
can pay respects. Okay, well I heard it was a
much different way of thinking it was. He was there,
he was making a statement. So I invite your comments below.
I invite your emails, I invite anything to me. I
(28:41):
do trust my reporting. I trust what I'm doing here,
and I hope you enjoyed this video. I think it's
important that we do videos like this every let's say
year or so. And again I invite your comments below.
If you enjoy what we're doing, please share it with
someone you think that might like it. And if you'd
like to contribute further, hit that Trooper chat icon super
thanks underneath the video, contribute to the channel. It's all
(29:03):
greatly appreciated. You know, we are basically into May already,
and Memorial Days come and gone before we know it.
You know, the middle of the summer, we'll be talking
about Labor Day soon. So that's the the world that turns.
Where we'll be next year, we'll an indictment come down.
Who knows. These are always very fluid situations and do change,
(29:26):
so take that into account as well. I hope all
of you have a great week. I hope all of
