Speaker 1 (00:00):
It is Monday, October twentieth. This is the morning. One
year ago the presidential campaign was coming into its final days,
the home stretch. One year from now, the twenty twenty
six congressional campaigns will be in their home stretch. The
most important weapon in Donald Trump's arsenal, the one that

(00:24):
he reaches for every day, that is channeled out through
all of the propaganda spewed from the White House, Fox
News newsmaxan from the mouths of wretched men like Mike Johnson,
like Ted Cruz, is to be afraid of them. It

(00:46):
is the singularly most Unamerican thing that you can be four,
which is to make a fellow American a freid in
their home, in their job, in their unity. Because people
who live in fear cannot live in dignity, and people
who cannot live in dignity cannot live in freedom, and

(01:11):
freedom is the birthright of every American. We have settled
that question, the idea that in the United States of America,
the twenty first century American dream is a nightmare with
masked men pointing weapons at the American people, in firing

(01:31):
at them from rooftops when they're not repelling onto them.
With flash bangs, explosive devices from ice helicopters is unacceptable.
It cannot be tolerated, and it must not be tolerated.
And so this weekend, in New York City, in Boston,
in Washington, d C. In Salt Lake City, in Boise, Idaho,

(01:56):
in Texas, across the country, in twenty seven hundred different locations,
the American people turned out to stand up for something
bigger than themselves, for each other, for their country. John
Kennedy asked, ask not what your country can do for you,

(02:18):
but what you can do for your country. And this
weekend people did something remarkable for their country. They announced
together that we will not be afraid of you. And
the people were not afraid. Instead, the people left and
they danced, and they wore inflatable costumes to point out

(02:38):
the absurdity of the malice, of the menace of all
of the laws. Think about the sickness of Ted Cruz,
of Mike Johnson slandering millions of Americans who don't like
the way they do their jobs as traders, as terrorists
Hamas did this look like a Hamas crowd?

Speaker 2 (02:59):
To what I've been urging is follow the money. Cut
off the money and you look at this No King's rally,
and there's considerable evidence that George Soros at his network
is behind funding these rallies, which may well be riots
all across the country, and Soros' is is writing the check.
And so I've introduced legislation called the Stop Funders Act

(03:21):
that would add rioting to the list of predicate offenses
for RICO. Why is that because it would let the
Department of Justice use RICO racketeering to prosecute the money
that is funding the anti Semitic protests on campuses, the
pro open border protest in LA and other cities, and
these No King protests, anyone that is supporting rioting and violence.

(03:44):
That lets you go after the money. And I'll tell
you there are more than two hundred left wing groups
behind these No Kings rallies this weekend. They deliberately are
blind to what each of the others are doing. That's
part of how they avoid accountability. RICO is designed for
precisely that sort of criminal enterprise. And so I believe

(04:06):
the Senate we ought to take up and vote on
and pass our Stop Funders legislation. And I've urged both
Pambondi at DOJ and cash Betel at FBI, follow the
money and prosecute those who are writing checks funding acts
of violence, political violence, or otherwise across the country.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
The lies spill out now from these people more easily,
and when the lies come more easily, the actions that
follow those lies come easier. Too simple. Truth is Donald
who responded to the majesty of these events with an

(04:45):
AI video of a plane dropping shit on the country.

(05:11):
Even Donald appreciates he's failing and getting the lowest common
denominator to cheer by being an apologist for young Nazis,
for stoking violence. All of these things are thin gruel.
The farmers are going bankrupt, prices are going up.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
Question is what do you have to say to us farmers?

Speaker 1 (05:35):
You feel that the deal is benefiting Argentina more than.

Speaker 3 (05:39):
It is them as they are, Argentina is fighting for
its life, young lady, you don't know anything about it.
They're fighting for their life. Nothing is benefiting Argentina. They're
fighting for their life. You understand what that means. They
have no money, they have no anything. They're fighting so
hard to survive. If I can help them survive in
a free world, I happen to like the president to Argentina.

(06:01):
Think he's trying to do the best he can, but
don't make it sound like they're doing great. They are dying,
all right, They're dying.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
The Trump presidency is collapsing. His answer to it was
all point a gun at you, I'll drop shit on you.
But here's the deal. Even Donald's bright enough to get this.
He can't shoot everybody who is out protesting, and Ice
can't hold all of us away. There is safety in numbers,

(06:29):
and the antidote to fear is seeing the vast numbers
that tell all of us we're not alone, and if
we stand together, we will make it through this. Ask
the American way, and it's being tested right now. This
weekend was a good one. Defiance is a good thing.
It's an American thing. Let's practice more of it in

(06:49):
the troubling and trying weeks and months ahead. Never ever
get on your knees and submit to either this vile
man or his vile political movement. He's a fascist. Fascism
is the enemy of freedom. He's an American, He's an
arsonist who tried to burn down the Republic, and sadly,

(07:11):
because power corrupts absolutely, he's found a lot of people
that will help him light the match, and we should
remember all of their names because when this ends, better
days are ahead. And making sure none of these people
ever hold a position of trust and responsibility again is
at the front of the project to save America and

(07:34):
to save the Republic, because, as was pointed out by
more than a few American presidents, we are and always
will be the last best hope of mankind. I'm Steve Schmidt.
This is the warning. I invite you to join this community,
where I promise to be honest, blunt and direct about

(07:55):
what is happening in this country. America is in crisis.
