Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's New?
Speaker 2 (00:01):
What's new with Medace, What's up everybody? And welcome to
another edition of What Stewpot. I am Medas I'm joined
by bort Ak Brett. He's an audio expert and syndication expert.
What the Woody Show, boyn show that you can hear
across the United States and around the world on The
Woody Show Podcast. We are joined by our friends today,
(00:21):
Eric who's coming to us live from Downey, California, and
our friend over Yonder just one city over. That would
be Tyler from Whittier, California. And our lovely friend Julianne
from Covina, California. What is up everybody? Just real quick
major news. I know myself and bort we were gonna
be at Farmer Boys in Huntington Beach on July eighteenth,
(00:46):
on our Friday. That has been canceled. I am sorry.
They couldn't handle the capacity to people that we're gonna
show up, so we're gonna have to reschedule that one.
That is not happening.
Speaker 3 (00:57):
I'm so bummed.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
I apologize, but this Saturday still happening. July twelve, I
will be at Citadel Outlets from two to four pm
doing a bunch of giveaways. I just got off the phone.
These guys are killing it right now. That would be
sea World. Their concerts are going viral, the Ying Yang Twins,
I mean they were going viral last year with bow Wow.
(01:20):
But I didn't even get a chance to read it
because I just got off the phone with them. What
was their concert series lineup going on that you saw
that they had coming up?
Speaker 1 (01:28):
Okay, so it looks like starting in July, we have
Soldier Boy in bow Wow. Then after that we have
Fat Joe Walk a flock of Flame that I love,
nineties tour with Color Me Bad, Rob Bass, Tretch of
Naughty by Nature, and Young MC. Then we have Trina
don't know who that is. Then we have Joe Yeah, okay,
good for her. Then we have jenu Wine who's good
(01:50):
for the Pony Song. And then it's followed by the
Turn Up tour with Pete Pablo, Paul Waal, j Quarmos,
Bubba Spart.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
Yeah. The reason I just got off the phone with
SeaWorld is I was asking them like, Hey, can I
get some more tickets to give away for SeaWorld at
my event this Saturday at Citadel as from again two
to four pm, and they said yes, So they gave
me a ton of tickets to give away, so come
hang out with me, and I will even have more
(02:19):
stuff to give away on top of that, like concert tickets,
what do you shaw merch and gift cards from Citadel
Aulets so you can do some shopping afterwards if you win.
So I hope to see you there again this Saturday,
but I just want to put it out there. Eric,
we've missed you on the past couple pods.
Speaker 4 (02:35):
I know, it feel like it's been a while since
I talked to you guys.
Speaker 2 (02:37):
Yeah, we miss you, Eric.
Speaker 4 (02:39):
I don't know. I think it lined up.
Speaker 5 (02:41):
I was had a little bit extra work at the job,
and then you were a world traveler and then you know,
dad duty.
Speaker 4 (02:47):
So I feel like it's been like a month or
so since I've been on the podcast.
Speaker 2 (02:50):
Anything any highlights since we've been apart.
Speaker 5 (02:53):
Yeah, I had a week off for fourth July thanks
to Uncle Roger at the NFL.
Speaker 1 (02:57):
That was nice.
Speaker 5 (02:58):
Disneyland twice with the baby was quite the experience. I'm
still like parental hungover. I don't know, not to get
too far off baby parental hack for Disney people listening
there's like child care centers at both parks that I
never knew about. It's like changing a diaper in like
a penthouse suite at Disneyland.
Speaker 4 (03:19):
So, dude, I'm sitting there.
Speaker 2 (03:20):
With my sisters there to get my diaper changed.
Speaker 3 (03:23):
Bro.
Speaker 5 (03:24):
Like, it's literally an air conditioned like little cottage villa
in the back off of Main Street by first Staid
and then by Giar Delli, the like San Francoccio area.
Yea back there in California Adventure air conditioned rooms, high chairs.
Speaker 4 (03:38):
Little toilets.
Speaker 5 (03:38):
Dude, it either it was life changing after changing like
Austin and bathrooms in malls in Disney earlier that day.
I'll never change him in a bathroom again if I'm there.
Speaker 2 (03:49):
Wow, that's really cool.
Speaker 3 (03:50):
That's what childcare centers. Just look them up. That's what
the deal. Smoking areas at Disney.
Speaker 6 (03:56):
Did. Did they take those away? Because I was just
talking about those not too long out smoking air.
Speaker 3 (04:00):
Oh they're gone. Yeah, okay, gone, they've gone.
Speaker 6 (04:04):
I don't know if like you can vape over there
or something.
Speaker 7 (04:06):
Oh no, I saw them stop people with certain kind
of vapes and then okay, I was actually a downtown
Disney Can we point out stupid people for a second.
Highlight stupid people. Okay, not Tyler for once. Yeah, you know,
but this is pretty stupid. So I went to Downtown
Disney the day before Eric did on that Saturday. But
we're standing this line to get through security Downtown Disney
(04:28):
and this guy gets stopped and he's like, what do
you mean I can't go through?
Speaker 3 (04:32):
What do you mean I can't take my stuff? Has
to call supervisor over.
Speaker 7 (04:35):
Supervisor holds up his wallet that has a key chain
of an AK forty seven bullet on it, and it's like,
it's not real, it doesn't matter, it's a freaking bullet.
Speaker 3 (04:47):
You can go in, you gotta you gotta leave.
Speaker 2 (04:49):
So was this good?
Speaker 7 (04:50):
What does this lady who gets past the security she
just went through comes back around and then goes what
should I do? He says, oh, go on in, tries
to walk up. They're like, nope, you just left security.
You got to get your ass back in the forty
person live no watching this like, people can't be this dumb.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
They're out there, they're at airports or experiences. But Tyler,
did you have a good fourth of July?
Speaker 1 (05:13):
I had a pretty decent fourth of July, caught up
on a lot of sleep that was much needed, built
a full size version of the Nissan from Fast and
Furious in lego form.
Speaker 2 (05:24):
All that in the group chat, Yes, that was awesome.
And on social you posted it, right.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
I mean everybody got to see it.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
Everybody got How many ships split in your DM after
you posted that?
Speaker 1 (05:33):
Absolutely zero? But that's okay, that's okay.
Speaker 4 (05:36):
I bet a couple of dudes did though.
Speaker 1 (05:38):
Yeah, bro, with some high five Yeah, with the high
fives exactly. Yeah, Bro, you know it's fine. Dude's rock,
It's cool.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
What Okay?
Speaker 1 (05:50):
Hold on, we have hobbies at Combe.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
That's that's all I meant. You have a major announcement.
Well what part of them rocks?
Speaker 1 (06:03):
So hard?
Speaker 2 (06:04):
Milk?
Speaker 1 (06:13):
All right, move to God. Anyways, Other than that, just
worked a lot, all right, Next person.
Speaker 7 (06:19):
Okay, okay, So, since Tyler's here with us, sorry again,
since Tyler's here with us every day now, being around
him at person, his facial reactions to what we like,
smack him down a little bit are priceless.
Speaker 3 (06:31):
I just want a camera on him.
Speaker 2 (06:33):
I know he looked like hammered ish the other day
when I walked in. Because I'm on London time still,
so I'm wide awake when I came in this.
Speaker 1 (06:42):
Guy in the morning.
Speaker 2 (06:44):
Holy crap. Did you notice that I was slapping your
back to wake you up? Yeah? He was like rock like,
nice to see you, and I'm just like slapping him,
just trying to make his eyes bigger.
Speaker 1 (06:59):
I'm sitting there typing away at my keyboard on about
four hours sleep, and I think he hit me in
the back and I was just like, all right, whatever,
let's keep going.
Speaker 2 (07:08):
But you had a wonderful time afore the July, so
that's good, Juliana. Did you do anything with the family.
You have a huge family. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (07:16):
I just went to my mom's house. We all went
swimming and barbecued and shots and shots of tequila.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
Oh so that led to fights? Yes, anybody fight?
Speaker 6 (07:26):
No? Actually no, no, my family nor I was in
a fight. You know what Kevin didn't say I was.
He said, hey, babe, you need to calm down, or
you're getting a little feisty. I just brought something up that.
You know, it's kind of a sour subject these days,
so I had kind of had to like back off.
(07:47):
But yeah, so anyways, there was no fighting. It was
all fun. Drake Beers and the next day nothing but
dry heaving all day.
Speaker 2 (07:57):
Yeah, are you go get yeah? No?
Speaker 6 (08:00):
Oh hell no birth control, Kevin snipped. But our wedding anniversary,
our eleven years was on July third, so July fifth
we ended up doing something together. But I mean I
was having a hard time because of the fourth of July,
so okay, it was a good time.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 6 (08:16):
And then we did the the Laverne Parade, which is
something that all Lavernians love. I mean, it's the most
ghetto little parade like Laverniac. Yeah, but we're so upsessed,
Like me and my stepdad. We get out there at
five in the morning to set up chairs and we
sit out there till ten and then yeah, we just
(08:37):
it's just like this big thing that Laverne people love
to do, to go see this little dinky parade. It
was all fun. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
Now, Bor, I know that you were in your new
hometown of Huntington Beach, which I'm sure they celebrate.
Speaker 3 (08:49):
What July are you kidding? This is not just a
national holiday, this is their pride event.
Speaker 2 (08:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (08:54):
It was bigger than Christmas, bigger than Halloween. I don't
even know if they go that hard for Halloween, but
for life forth man, it was house party across the
street for two days, family parties and barbecues everywhere nice.
For at least four hours. I did not hear the
end of fireworks. Every single second was fireworks going off
in places where fireworks should not be going off. It's
(09:16):
World War three, It's it's crazy.
Speaker 2 (09:18):
Well, oh you know what.
Speaker 6 (09:20):
We got back from my mom's house. You remember the
mean lady that I was telling you about our mean neighbor.
Oh god, okay, So well she's not there anymore, Tyler.
So now we have new neighbors we talked about on
the right, and Felicity's been going over there and swimming
with them.
Speaker 2 (09:36):
Now like, oh she's like.
Speaker 6 (09:38):
Made Yeah, she's made good.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
Punch of the little boy, Yes, that happened.
Speaker 6 (09:41):
So when we got back, they were in the streets
setting off fireworks. So I went over there, me, Felicity
and then my two year old were kind of just
you know, standing far enough away so we wouldn't get
hurt and watching the fireworks, And then went back into
her backyard and started hanging out. The kids were swimming
and yes, what what she is a Woody show listener?
Speaker 2 (10:03):
What?
Speaker 6 (10:05):
Yeah, I was just sitting there like three.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
Sheets to the limb, like god knows what I was saying.
Speaker 6 (10:09):
And then she said I don't even know how she
brought it up, but something like, oh, so, were you
gonna tell me you work for the Woody Show or
something something along those lines, and I looked at her shocked.
I was like, what the how did you know? And
she's like, well, Felicity told me. I'm like Felicity, oh.
Speaker 3 (10:28):
Yeah, hell yeah yeah.
Speaker 6 (10:30):
So we started talking about the podcast too, but I
don't remember if she said she listens to the.
Speaker 2 (10:35):
Podcast last episode, You're very nice on the last episode.
Speaker 6 (10:41):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, And I thought that was pretty cool.
Speaker 2 (10:43):
It's really cool. It's nice to have a follow up
on that story and everything worked out. That's cool.
Speaker 6 (10:49):
I know, Felicity just came out here and said she
does listen to the podcast.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
Sweet, there you go.
Speaker 6 (10:53):
Cool, Thanks Felicity.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
Some secrets to be careful our best marter. I love
it so as you know, if you follow me on
social media, I was out of the country during the
fourth of July weekend. I'm sorry that we did not
have a podcast. I did search out while I was
through France and Italy and hanging out in London for
(11:16):
a microphone. They're electronics apartments. Not really into podcasting over
there yet, so really we do get downloads from that area.
So thank you, so thank you to everybody that listens
to What's New Pod overseas. But yeah, you got to
step up your equipment department because this trip. To be honest,
it kind of snuck up on me and I didn't
really plan anything, so I didn't grab any extra microphones.
(11:40):
I barely grabbed clothes to go for the entire week.
But I had so much fun. I was in Milan,
I was in Nice, I was in can Monaco absolutely insane.
If you don't know Monaco, Monico is one of the
richest countries in the world because all the residents are
super rich. I was like, oh, that's a cool apartment building.
(12:01):
I looked at what it would cost to go into
this apartment building. Yeah, most of the apartments two hundred
million dollars for an apartment. The most expensive apartment in
New York City, I think it's like two hundred and
fifty million. This apartment building in Monaco has multiple apartments
(12:21):
that are two hundred million. It's nuts. But everywhere you
walk there is like Ferraris, Lamborghinis, every high end car
you can think of their original. Monte Carlo Casino is
in Monaco. You gotta go to these places. There are
so much fun. I highly recommend flying into Nice and
they're all within a half hour of each other. But
(12:42):
if you've never been overseas before and you just want
to experience something really cool and it's easy to get around,
I say go to London. London is the best London.
It is just fancy America. Like I always said, it's
really easy to navigate and a lot of fun. While
I was over there, I went to F one, the Bridge,
(13:02):
Graham Prix Nice. Loved it. You can see all these
videos on my Instagram. I was dropping them every single
day at Menaes on Instagram. If you want to get
inspired to travel. But Tyler, I did see that you
went and saw the F One movie.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
What did you think That movie ruled? I was thoroughly
impressed with how much I would like it. Brad Pitt
like is pretty good in it. But the way the
movie is shot and the way they show all the
racing scenes, which there is a lot more than I
thought there would be. It's so good Man I actually
was legitimately on the edge of my seat, and I
haven't done that for a movie.
Speaker 2 (13:35):
For a long time. Now. You and you guys didn't
go together. Randy saw it as well. I kind of
like it because you started texting me stuff about F
one that wasn't about the movie, so I'm like, oh,
I finally have people to talk to about this kind
of stuff because you texted me this morning. Like one
of the biggest shakeups in F one history just happened today,
where the principal, the manager of the F one Red
(13:59):
Bull team just got fired. No one knows why, but
if you watch Drive to Survive on Netflix, you kind
of know why. He had like a couple allegations that
he was drunk testing some people on his team. But
he is also the husband of Ginger Spice, so oh
so that story's even popping up on TMG because husband
(14:19):
of Ginger spies fired. So no one knows why he
was actually let go, but he's like one of the
most winningest manager in history, so you kind of just
don't let that guy go away unless something major happens.
But it's fun to get like these updates from you
and Randy just talking about F one in general, because
I feel like, you know, I'm on F one island
(14:40):
right now. Yeah, boring people with this kind of stuff.
Speaker 1 (14:43):
I liked it enough to where I did end up
catching a little bit of the British Grand Prix over
the weekends.
Speaker 2 (14:48):
Oh nice.
Speaker 1 (14:49):
I did watch that on ESPN, And speaking of it
beyond TV, I did just see this a few minutes ago,
and it says Apple is in talks to acquire the
US streaming rights to F one following the success of
the movie. ESPN currently does have it, but if Apple
gets it, the deal will be over one hundred and
twenty one million a year.
Speaker 2 (15:08):
Who has more money? Apple or ESPN?
Speaker 6 (15:10):
Right now?
Speaker 1 (15:11):
Apple? It's not even cuss Apple.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
Yeah, it's gonna happen with Apple. And again you're just
gonna hear more and more of F One with the
Disney collaboration that's coming next year. I hope and I
pray that there's gonna be a race out of Disney
Park that's gonna rule so hard.
Speaker 3 (15:27):
Look on your faith is just priceless.
Speaker 2 (15:29):
I love it. I love it, so I don't want
to bore people with that. Now, Tyler, you did do
a double feature. You saw the Jurassic World movie or
what is it called Durstic Park Drastic Jurassic World reburs, Yeah,
what do you think about that?
Speaker 1 (15:43):
I also thought that was pretty good. So if we're
comparing the movies, I gave f One an eight out
of ten and Jurassic Park a seven out of ten.
But it's a good movie. It's a lot better than
the previous two. I put it up there in the rankings.
As far as like where Jurassic World goes, I think
they're pretty similar in a way. Don't want to say
anything too much because I know Eric's gonna see it
in I think like a day or two. But like
(16:05):
I said, decent movie, great popcorn flick, Go and watch it, man,
it's pretty good.
Speaker 2 (16:09):
Noise.
Speaker 3 (16:10):
Give us the thing we really want to know. How
is Scarjo in it?
Speaker 2 (16:13):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (16:13):
Great?
Speaker 2 (16:14):
Was the hotness level and half and a half?
Speaker 3 (16:18):
Okay, so she's hot?
Speaker 1 (16:22):
Yeah, like in The Avengers she has like a full
like leather skin tied out.
Speaker 5 (16:25):
Oh yeah, hell yeah, I know that.
Speaker 2 (16:31):
So when I was flying back from London, dude, worst
nightmare ever. I was on British Airways, which was amazing.
By the way. I was on a double decker airplane,
which I've never been on before. If you were watching
my Instagram story, I showed the uh the staircase going
down the plane to the other level of the airplane,
but no Wi Fi for ten hours straight. Guys, dude,
(16:55):
how did I live? I lived by watching the movies
that they had on board, And I want to shout
him out because I pretty much enjoyed all of them.
I saw the new Captain America movie with the Red Hulk,
loved its great. It was cool. I saw Nova Kane,
which I really wanted to see for a long time.
Original story about this guy who feels no pain. He
(17:16):
has one of those disorders, and his girlfriend gets.
Speaker 4 (17:19):
Kidnapped from the boys.
Speaker 2 (17:22):
Yeah, and he goes and he just kicks ass. It's awesome, nice,
and because he's kind of a nerdy guy, so but
he's like, you know, obsessed with this girl, so he
goes and kicks some bad guy ass. I loved it. Also,
kind of in the same similar realm of storyline was
Love Hurts Data from Goonies.
Speaker 7 (17:42):
Oh yeah, who's also in short Round.
Speaker 2 (17:46):
He was also in everything everywhere all at once. He
was great. And do you know who is in this movie?
Speaker 1 (17:52):
Guys?
Speaker 2 (17:53):
You love this Marshaw Lynch. And it wasn't just like
a cameo like he was in a good part of
the movie.
Speaker 4 (17:59):
The lead actor guy I forget his name.
Speaker 2 (18:02):
Yeah that's why. Just he said, he's also in Loki. Yeah.
Oh yeah, yeah, oh yeah, that's.
Speaker 4 (18:08):
What I recognize him from. I was like, I was like,
this is what did I watched him in?
Speaker 2 (18:11):
I just can't pronounce his name correctly. So watch that movie.
Marshall Lynch is hilarious and it's called Love Marshawn Lynch.
Speaker 5 (18:19):
Not to get to derailed Marshall Lynch, but popping up
a little more frequently.
Speaker 3 (18:22):
I think he's in Subway commercials.
Speaker 4 (18:24):
And Dove men bodycare commercials, right WHOA. I noticed him
the other day.
Speaker 5 (18:28):
I was like, I saw like three commercials with Marshall Lynch,
like back to back. I'm like, Marshall Lynch, is he
hurting from money or something?
Speaker 4 (18:34):
He's all over the place.
Speaker 2 (18:35):
I mean he's trying to be outside. I guess.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
Being the NFL version of Shack where he's just literally
every commercial.
Speaker 4 (18:42):
I don't know if he's got a clean enough record.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
I know, yeah, I have a friend that's friends with them,
and he says every time it's a good time to
hang out.
Speaker 4 (18:50):
His little mini series.
Speaker 5 (18:52):
I even forget where it was where it was like
an unscripted just falling cameras following him around doing crazy
stuff that was really freaking funny, him just reacting to
like wildness.
Speaker 4 (19:01):
What was it called, Oh my god, I.
Speaker 1 (19:03):
Know what you're talking about. It was on ESPN.
Speaker 5 (19:05):
It was like unscripted or something. I think it was
called unscripted. Yeah, no script. It was called no script
Marshall Lynch. It was just him reacting to like weird things,
and it was Marshall Lynch is funny in front of
a camera.
Speaker 2 (19:17):
Okay, well I gotta check that out a nice great
more Marshall Lynch in movies and TV. Now some authorities
are trying to get a camera on this guy, Antonio Brown.
What's going on? The last off that I heard he
was m I A.
Speaker 5 (19:31):
I don't know if anybody's known where he is for
the last ten years. Man, But uh no, like a
video surface of him getting into like an altercation and
there's and they say that he shot at somebody allegedly allegedly.
Speaker 2 (19:43):
Yeah, but no, the thing I heard is that he
is just m I a that he might have fled
the country. Have you heard those?
Speaker 3 (19:49):
Well, yeah, I think that's because of this, this alleged charges.
Speaker 2 (19:53):
Yeah, he's definitely because of that. But do we know
where he is? Tyler? Have you been keeping up on
this story? You're a big friend of ab Okay?
Speaker 1 (20:00):
First off, oh, I am not a big fan. Second,
I'm looking it up right now.
Speaker 4 (20:06):
And two weeks to find my friends or something.
Speaker 1 (20:09):
What are you looking at that?
Speaker 2 (20:10):
Bye, my buddy?
Speaker 1 (20:11):
Looking up the latest news stories and from two weeks ago,
all it says is that he probably left the country.
Speaker 4 (20:17):
So and has read this dude.
Speaker 1 (20:19):
Okay, but I'm saying that that's the latest update. Like
no one's seen him anywhere.
Speaker 7 (20:23):
Look, look, Tyler's not giving up his bottom, bitch. Okay,
that's what he's saying. He's trying to throw you out.
Speaker 2 (20:27):
Oh he's actually a Brown.
Speaker 3 (20:28):
No, he's not doing that, all right.
Speaker 1 (20:30):
I ain't snitch on nobody.
Speaker 3 (20:32):
Tyler's trying to be Cracker of the Day on Twitter.
Speaker 1 (20:33):
Okay, Ah, don't be like that.
Speaker 5 (20:36):
That's an honor, dude, getting Cracker of the Day from
Antonio Brown, that's honored. I'd put that on my LinkedIn
if I got it on his.
Speaker 3 (20:43):
Baity profile for sure.
Speaker 2 (20:44):
All Right, awesome, here's another guy that's m I A
that you might have a little more information on. Randy. Now,
Randy was on the podcast. He did announce that he
was leaving for another job. He did not tell us
the details of that job. Now, I've been traveling, so
I you know, I haven't been like two into the
group chat. He has been telling us that he's near
(21:04):
the mall wherever his new job is yep, and he
has access to a gym. That's all I know. Has
he shared any more information other than that and that
he is going to Irvine a lot. Now we don't
have to share on the podcast if he doesn't want to.
But he's popping out.
Speaker 5 (21:22):
He tweeted something out in July first, a quote tweet
on his Twitter. Very excited to be producing this. Check
it out. If you haven't a band eyed namco us,

of gaming, iconic titles, new releases.
Speaker 4 (21:39):
And more.
Speaker 2 (21:39):
Okay, so he has announced what he's doing.
Speaker 3 (21:41):
He has announced, yes, so and he hasn't.
Speaker 7 (21:44):
I forget if he's like it says on there exactly
what show Eric did it?
Speaker 5 (21:48):
Or is it just he shared something on Instagram and
any Instagram story. I think this is all why you
were abroad minute. It's slipped under the radar. It was
like a repost of a YouTube channel.
Speaker 7 (21:58):
I forget what So Bandai Namco is one of the
biggest and long longest video game companies right because they
did pretty much all the Atari titles as nap COO
band I. They own a crap ton of toy and anime. Okay,
they own Gundam, so if you've ever heard of any Gundam,
they own all of that.
Speaker 2 (22:16):
So this is amazing.
Speaker 3 (22:17):
This is this is huge for him. And yeah, and
he actually gets to be a producer.
Speaker 2 (22:22):
Whoa's coming up?
Speaker 4 (22:24):
Randy?
Speaker 3 (22:25):
So this is actually so congrats to Randy. This is everything.
Speaker 2 (22:28):
But he doesn't have all yeah.
Speaker 5 (22:31):
Man, And I mean I even alluded to this in
the in the group chat. He's kind of replaced me
at home.
Speaker 4 (22:36):
Man.
Speaker 5 (22:37):
We might have to we might have to have a
talk next time he's on the podcast. You mean he's uh,
he's got a new buddy. He's got some neighbors that
live right next door to him and they've got to
go on outings together. They got they got in the doorway,
chats left and right. You know, man, you know, apparently
I'm too intimidating. That's his words from this new neighbor
(22:58):
is too intimidated.
Speaker 6 (23:02):
His Amazon boxes outside for him, though.
Speaker 5 (23:04):
They sit outside with their cat and they go to
They've gone to ducks game together. They they're bromancing. It
might be more of the girlfriends than the guys. But
I have a kid and Randy just kind of forgets
about me.
Speaker 6 (23:17):
I'm jealous for you.
Speaker 5 (23:20):
You guys have seen you guys have seen my living
room window right how I could see directly to this
front door and there they are just chatting it up
at the top of the steps. And I'm just sitting
there with the baby, watching my life waste the way.
Speaker 7 (23:33):
Okay, tear, So let's recap. So, so Randy moves over
by Eric. I don't see Randy anymore because Randy would
stop by my place or pick me up from the
bar or whatever.
Speaker 3 (23:43):
He's gone.
Speaker 7 (23:45):
Now he's not really in Eric's world. Now he's two
timing with the neighbor across the way. What about Tyler?
Speaker 3 (23:52):
Because Tyler, Randy was picking him up or Tyler's picking
up Brandy and not telling Geo that they were all
hanging out stuff.
Speaker 2 (23:59):
Yeah, are you getting dishes well, Tyler? Or no?
Speaker 1 (24:02):
Uh, maybe a little bit. But I mean I live
fifteen minutes away, so like, I get it. It's fine.
Speaker 4 (24:08):
I'm not directly like that abuses guys.
Speaker 5 (24:11):
We've been we've been washed out from grown now and
now he's onto greener pastures with this Ducks fan that
lives in Wow.
Speaker 2 (24:17):
You, but is he moving fast with this guy? Like
how long have they known each other that they're already going.
Speaker 4 (24:23):
People haven't lived there long, man.
Speaker 5 (24:25):
Wow, he's probably drinking more beers with that guy in
the last couple of months than the years with me.
Speaker 1 (24:31):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (24:34):
Sad.
Speaker 6 (24:35):
It sounds like Randy felt himself a milk daddy too.
Speaker 2 (24:39):
Somebody's getting milk. Somebody's getting there, and it ain't you.
Speaker 6 (24:44):
Eric.
Speaker 2 (24:44):
I'm sorry, Damn, I'm sorry, dude. I mean it is wild.
Like we all have friends, so we kind of grow
apart because of distance. But this guy is like right
outside your door.
Speaker 4 (24:56):
I could hear them talking.
Speaker 2 (25:00):
There in bed.
Speaker 5 (25:00):
I'm laying there in bed because my baby's asleep, and
I'm like, hell, yeah, let's go to sleep, and I
hear them laughing underneath my window. So it's like, it's
like the ex girlfriend is banging the dude right next
to my head board.
Speaker 1 (25:13):
Has he has he hit you with the it's not you,
it's me speech.
Speaker 5 (25:16):
Yeah, No, he's hit it with it's me. He doesn't
even he wasn't even soft about it. Oh, I didn't
in the group chat I brought this up. No, I
didn't bring this up in the group chat with you.
I made a joke about, hey man, you know you
have a lot of talks with this guy, and he's like, yeah, man,
the neighbors said to intimidating. So I'm oh, yeah, yeah, yeah,
this was in the group chat. I think, yeah, yeah,
I know that that was It wasn't even a it's you,
(25:37):
it's me, it's it's you, it's you.
Speaker 4 (25:39):
Eric wow.
Speaker 5 (25:43):
I will say though, the first time I ever talked
to the girl neighbor in this situation, I did have
a giant black eye from hockey. So she talked to
me for about fifteen minutes and I walked up and
told me. I was like, I just met that girl
who just moved in. Yeah, and I forgot that I
have a giant black eye and probably just looking at
me like, who the hell is this my neighbor.
Speaker 7 (26:01):
Randy told us this on the podcast because he was
talking about Eric and how Eric can come off intimidating
to people sometimes.
Speaker 3 (26:07):
You mentioned that the NFL here.
Speaker 4 (26:11):
I mean, you guys worked with me. I guess I
do I come off as an a hole?
Speaker 5 (26:14):
No, no to me, but I guess in the early
days people because I guess I can be I can
kind of be an approachable I keep my head down, like,
don't talk to me kind of deal.
Speaker 6 (26:23):
I mean, it's just because you're quiet, and people sometimes
are intimidated by quiet.
Speaker 5 (26:28):
People are even outside of work, Like a lot of
people have told me, like when I first met you,
I thought you were a dick.
Speaker 4 (26:34):
So what maybe it is me?
Speaker 3 (26:36):
No, I would say you're a dick.
Speaker 2 (26:37):
I think you're quiet.
Speaker 7 (26:39):
You're just not overly over the top front. You're not
Randy walking up to some of me be like, hey, man,
let's be best friends.
Speaker 4 (26:45):
Randy, Yeah, Hey, do you.
Speaker 3 (26:46):
Wanna you want to rub a tug around the building
right now?
Speaker 7 (26:50):
But no, Like the first time I met ericuse we
worked at a different building together before the Woody show.
I would see you in the hallways and you just
kind of kept yourself. You would say Hi.
Speaker 2 (26:58):
Well.
Speaker 1 (26:58):
Here's the other thing too, is that sometimes when I
would walk into Brett's studio and Eric's working, Eric is
just locked in. He's not paying attention to anything that goes.
Speaker 2 (27:06):
Yeah, that's what I'm very much. I didn't think you
were an a hole. You were just working.
Speaker 4 (27:11):
Yeah, And that is the thing.
Speaker 5 (27:12):
If I'm working like I'm gonna work like, I'm not
gonna like dick around while everybody's talking about memes and stuff,
I'm like, all right, well, I got stuff to do.
I'll talk to you like in an hour. Yeah, that
was always a thing. Randy was on the other side
of my desk at work, so people would come to
him before they got to me, and he would interject
and I would just leave the headphones on and not
even like contribute, like I'm working right.
Speaker 2 (27:31):
So I hate to just throw this on you guys,
but we're kicking Randy off the podcast. I hate to
just throw this on you. You maybe need time to
think about it, but you know, there's always run off
when it comes to this. October is coming up, your
birthday month. I got some bucket list stuff already checked
(27:53):
off on this vacation. Got anything out there you think
I should put on the bucket list this year?
Speaker 1 (27:58):
If we?
Speaker 2 (27:59):
Uh, you know, I want to do some runoff where
I can get everybody involved in it. Anything out there
that you can think of. I know, I know Brett
you had Hasbro. We should reach out to Hasbro.
Speaker 7 (28:10):
Uh, you know I'm down for Hasbro. I mean this
HQ visit. This might be an easy one. What if
we went to the bandy Namco HQ?
Speaker 2 (28:18):
Oh do we know anybody there?
Speaker 7 (28:20):
I mean we might and I do like all of
their products, including Gundam. I only just built three of
them last week.
Speaker 3 (28:26):
Okay, that could be cool.
Speaker 6 (28:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (28:29):
I have wanted this for every single year since we
started this podcast. Want to get into batmobile?
Speaker 2 (28:34):
Batmobile?
Speaker 3 (28:34):
Yes, doesn't matter which one.
Speaker 1 (28:37):
Have you ever put batting practice at Dodger Stadium on
your list?
Speaker 2 (28:42):
Not batting practice, but I've put out first pitch closer
to getting batting practice than first pitch. They have like
four people that do it every single game. It's not
just one person that does it. Because I went up
there with wood He once and there was like four
people that all did the first pitch.
Speaker 4 (29:00):
I'm pretty sure neighbors down the hallway have thrown off
yeah pitches.
Speaker 2 (29:03):
Oh, believe me, everybody has. And I've requested it and no,
and dude, just fi, this is show you and we
talked about this Woody show all the time on how
much we're just the black sheep here and no one
cares about the Woody Show. Dude, I put a request
multiple times to do the first pitch thing and no.
And I know there's people that have talked ish on
(29:26):
the Dodgers who have gotten VIP treatment, asking the same
people that I asked for for the first pitch. So
it's kind of frustrating. But anyways, I digress.
Speaker 6 (29:36):
You know what you should put on your list is
you should take a trip to Denmark and go to
the Lego headquarters.
Speaker 2 (29:42):
Now I know you sleep in Julianne, but there is
already a major trip planned for October that we're discussed.
Believe it or not, Woody has agreed to fly with
me on Emirates to Dubai.
Speaker 4 (29:57):
What now, yes, right, how'd you pull this off?
Speaker 2 (30:01):
Well? He just says that he really wants to experience
the plane because it's like top notch and they lay down,
there's a shower, all that kind of stuff. He says,
we'll find out. He says that he will fly with
me to Dubai, but he's not leaving the airport. He's
just gonna stay there. He's gonna let me go do
my Dubai thing real quick, and then we're gonna hop
(30:23):
on a plane and we're gonna fly right back, which
I'm cool with.
Speaker 7 (30:26):
I think there might be an update to that though,
because since you guys had that conversation and made that plan. Yeah,
he did say that he is now interested in international
cruises because the cruise is still kind of like America
on it.
Speaker 5 (30:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (30:39):
So but he'll get off the boat though and get
back on.
Speaker 1 (30:42):
So.
Speaker 2 (30:42):
Yeah, he was talking about a med Trainean cruise.
Speaker 3 (30:45):
Yeah, he might leave the airport for a minute with you.
He's trying to live out the terminal.
Speaker 1 (30:50):
I know.
Speaker 2 (30:50):
I think I can maybe talk him into like, dude,
it's to buy they got uber.
Speaker 1 (30:57):
Just come with me.
Speaker 2 (30:58):
We're gonna go pop into a couple of spots. I
think I can talk him into it. But if he's
just down just to do that and he doesn't want
to leave the airport, fine with me. If that's what
he wants to do. But I'm super excited about this.
It's gonna be awesome. So that is on the docket
for October. Do you guys have any more ideas? What
about the Oh? Do you know what I would love
(31:19):
to do? How about the Hawaiian role people? Oh?
Speaker 3 (31:24):
Yeah, hell yeah, that's in Long Beach.
Speaker 6 (31:27):
About their hamburger buns?
Speaker 4 (31:29):
Yeah, it's in Torrents yeah place.
Speaker 2 (31:31):
Oh yeah, okay, we can throw that up on the list.
Speaker 1 (31:37):
So your birthday is in October, and the hockey season
does start in October? Could you get a skate around?
Could that happen?
Speaker 2 (31:45):
Oh? Now, check this out. Our friends at Crypto Arena
they have brought up the La Kings. Are super cool
and they're down to do anything. Why I have proposed
for everybody here on the pod to go hang out
with the La Kings. I'm sure I can reach out
(32:06):
to them and do something in October for the birthday month.
Speaker 5 (32:10):
They use stuff after the game too all the time.
You could run out the ice. You could do like
they shoot pucks after the ice. I mean you could
probably work your way into doing something on the ice
during an intermission.
Speaker 2 (32:21):
Sumer bowling Now we need to pick a day and
make this happen. And again, a lot of this stuff, Eric,
this would be like mostly for you. You know, I'm
just gonna be the vessel to get us there. But
so definitely you're gonna have to work out a date.
They can do it. Now. Does this overlap a lot
with football?
Speaker 5 (32:40):
Not really, because hockey games happen. I mean you would
have to go on a school night probably, or like
a Friday. It's as long as it doesn't end up
on like a Monday, Thursday or Sunday.
Speaker 2 (32:48):
Okay, I'm sure we can figure it out.
Speaker 4 (32:50):
All right, here's something.
Speaker 5 (32:52):
Okay, I was in Buena Park a couple weeks ago,
and I've never been gone, never gone. It might be
shocking with how long I mean, obviously lift you my
whole life and all the stupid things I do around
the city. Medieval times, oh really, never been, never been
to medieval time. Wow, Okay, there's got to be something
fun you could do that medieval times.
Speaker 2 (33:10):
I'm sure we can because I have done medieval times,
like multiple times.
Speaker 4 (33:15):
Do you know, be the king or something. I'm assuming
they have like king the castle.
Speaker 2 (33:20):
You know what I haven't done. Pirates, Yes, I wanted
to do that one, and I know somebody that knows
somebody at the Pirate spot.
Speaker 6 (33:31):
Oh yeah, we should do that one.
Speaker 4 (33:33):
Funny story.
Speaker 5 (33:34):
I got like Pirate Show tickets as a gift for
Christmas right before COVID and then obviously the world shut
down and I never used them.
Speaker 4 (33:42):
Sad day.
Speaker 5 (33:42):
Yeah, they're still in my desk, Drayer. I literally see
them every time I clean out my desk. They're just
sitting there and I'm like.
Speaker 2 (33:47):
Are you guys all down to do some pirate stuff?
Speaker 5 (33:50):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (33:50):
Yeah, because I'm actually super curious how they like just
fill all the water in the building. How does that?
Speaker 4 (33:58):
You know how pools work? Tyler?
Speaker 1 (34:00):
Yeah, but dude, it's like it's it's not a normal poll,
That's what I'm saying, Like it just doesn't I don't.
Speaker 2 (34:05):
Know what's the official name of the Pirate Show.
Speaker 4 (34:08):
Pirate Echo.
Speaker 3 (34:12):
I don't think any of us have gone yeah did
you go?
Speaker 5 (34:16):
No?
Speaker 4 (34:16):
Never?
Speaker 7 (34:17):
Okay, yeah, unless Randy went, no, I think none of
us have gone'skay.
Speaker 3 (34:21):
I just got to the website and I'm looking at
like the their intro videos and stuff.
Speaker 4 (34:24):
This is crazy. Maybe I do want to ask how
they get all.
Speaker 3 (34:28):
The water, it's magic. Oh dude, there's mermaids.
Speaker 2 (34:34):
Yes, okay, I'm in let's do it all right. Well,
we have plenty of time to think of more things
before I get the official bucket list together. So if
you have any ideas, please reach out shoot me an email,
or if you know anybody at any of these spots
that we mentioned, please reach out to me on my Instagram.

Speaker 7 (35:11):
So we got hit up by listener John who works
at the American headquarters for the car collection, and he
hit us up and said, I know Tyler has been
looking for this lego car for Suki from Fast and
the Furious. If you guys want, I could bring you
guys out to the headquarters and you guys could check
out Suki's car and not only that for Menace original f.
Speaker 2 (35:35):
One Oh yeah, they had Sienna's car there and everything.
Speaker 7 (35:38):
Like if you saw any F one cars in like
the eighties and nineties, you saw the marble like cars. Yep,
those were the ones that were there.
Speaker 2 (35:45):
It was such a cool ext So thank you John
for reaching out to us on our Instagram at What's

not know him. Hit the email button on his Instagram

quick before we wrap up?
Speaker 6 (36:11):

Waffle House are offering limited edition Classic Colebrew. I didn't
know that they were known for the colebrew, but it
says that they are. They're putting it in cans and
they're making it available at select locations. I need to
make it back to waffle House. I'm going to Austin,
Texas in August, and they do have a waffle House
(36:35):
near the airport, so maybe I'll pop in and try
this famous cole brew that I never even heard about
from waffle House. Also, Areo is bringing back a flavor
that's very popular that I have never tried the Oreo
blueberry pie cookies. Have you tried that?
Speaker 3 (36:50):
I don't know if I tried that one now so delicious.
Speaker 2 (36:52):
They said it was popular and they're bringing it back.

he was posting from that show looked incredible.
Speaker 3 (37:50):
There's no way he was getting out of that. That
was like an eleven to fourteen hour show.
Speaker 2 (37:54):
It was long.
Speaker 3 (37:55):

always surprised that they do. And they're very generous and

tons of great collectibles and toys air and they gifted
me their personal Rank Corps show so much.
Speaker 2 (39:38):
That's awesome.
Speaker 7 (39:38):
Yeah, and it was the one from the original Return
of the Jedi was the eighties one, Oh damn sewed up.
Speaker 3 (39:43):
So thank you guys so much. Go check out the shop.
I've spent a lot of money there.
Speaker 4 (39:46):
It's great, dude.
Speaker 2 (39:48):
I put it out there on the podcast that I
was looking for those McDonald's F one toys. Still not
came up on them, but I had some listeners that
were in Mexico that tagged me on social media said, hey,
I showed up trying to get you one. It's sold out.
Oh no, so maybe I'll buy one on aftermarket, but
real quick though, shout out to blankets by Tracy. Go

Get all your beautiful stone beaded bracelets, alien earrings, bat
stone necklaces and dragonstone necklaces, and your crystal ballsack covers
at schestaans with because spooky or hit the link in
my link tree at Saint Port please do so.
Speaker 3 (40:46):
I have furry mouse to feed.
Speaker 2 (40:47):
Noise, lots of them, so many legend, Tyler. Do you
have the ing to say before we leave?
Speaker 1 (40:53):
Yeah, I have one other thing to potentially add to
the birthday month list. So the new show Quarterback on Netflix.
The new season came out the other day, and I
saw Joe Burrow talking about this thing that I guess
him and some of his buddies did and they got
a behind the scenes tour of the Natural History Museum
and they got to have an up close look at
(41:15):
all the fossils that they don't put out on display.
So I don't know if that'd be something you would
maybe want to do at the LA History Museum, but
it'd be kind of cool.
Speaker 2 (41:24):
I think I would check that out. I don't know
if I would put that on a bucket list thing,
but I think we probably know somebody in the building
that we could, of course I reach out to on that.
That'd be kind of cool.
Speaker 1 (41:36):
I'm down.
Speaker 3 (41:37):
That'd be a fun field trip.
Speaker 2 (41:38):
Yeah, I'm cool. I'm good with that. Anything else, Uh.
Speaker 1 (41:43):
I will let you know if I find something. But
that's all I got right now.
Speaker 2 (41:45):
Okay, all right, Eric, damn thing to say before we leave.
Speaker 5 (41:50):
This reminded me your birthday list celebration, your bucket month
or birthday month celebration list reminded me.
Speaker 4 (41:56):
I was driving around the other day and.
Speaker 5 (41:58):
I saw like four Golden Doodles walked around, and obviously
I have a Golden Doodle as well. Yes, and I've
had this thought while I was driving. I remember you
had a prediction during your twenty twenty four verdictions on
the Woody Show that the Golden Doodle would become the
most popular dog in the US. And it has to
be there right now, right it's up. Yeah, yeah, it
(42:18):
has to be because I was driving around. I remember
seeing it when you put it out at the eight
al the beginning of last year, and I was like, oh, yeah,
they're pretty popular. But everywhere I look nowadays, golden Zoodles.
Everywhere I see a big, small, brown, white, black like
they're everywhere. I see at least four driving home every day.
Speaker 2 (42:34):
Yeah. Are you gonna pick up some more studio? Yeah?
Speaker 5 (42:39):
Another one's sleeping up, dude, I'm telling you, man, I
like a little poll behind the curtain. I have a large,
large bed and when I wake up some mornings, I
am about two inches off the wall with my giant
ass dog between me and then my baby sleeping vertical
next to the dog, and then my wife on about
two inches of the other side of the bed. It
feels like there's a mile between myself and my wife.
Speaker 4 (43:01):
In the beds days.
Speaker 5 (43:02):
I think I could maybe fit another golden dude at
the foot of our bed, all right, and then it's
another baby in the mix too, who care? Why not
make it breathe and one bedroom apartment we can stack
people on.
Speaker 2 (43:16):
I think, you know, it's your life, but if you're
gonna have another baby, just knock it out now, you knows. Yeah,
I suggest that, yeah, yeah, you know.
Speaker 4 (43:27):
Like me, I thought about that. It's like, dude, I'm
gonna have it.
Speaker 5 (43:29):
Like because originally the planet it was always like, oh,
two years they grew up to a lot of bull crap.
And then I'm like, oh, now it's like that'd be
like now we need to get going now. Yeah, it
happened like and then.
Speaker 4 (43:38):
It's like, hell no, I'm not doing it now.
Speaker 5 (43:40):
And then I'm like, well, damn, now this baby's gonna
be out of diapers, And just as they get him
crap it into toilet, this new one's me crapping in
my bed again, like yeah, god man.
Speaker 2 (43:49):
Look I have never had any ambission to have any kids.
But if that it was gonna be the road that
I was going to go down, and I was gonna
have multiple kids, I would just knock it out, like
within a short time period, just so I wouldn't have to.
Speaker 1 (44:03):
Go through all that kind of stuff.
Speaker 4 (44:04):
Yeah, it seems prety resetting.
Speaker 5 (44:06):
I'm just getting out like jumpers and bastinettes out of
my apartment and I just have to put them all back.
Speaker 4 (44:11):
In in a year or two.
Speaker 6 (44:12):
Yeah, yep, that's what I had to do.
Speaker 3 (44:14):
Yeah, Tyler did in Houston. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (44:16):
Yeah, Well, guys, I'm gonna take it home in the end,
like we decided on the podcast.
Speaker 2 (44:19):
Yep, let's go.
Speaker 1 (44:20):

twenty four most Popular dog List, the Golden Doodle, number

Speaker 4 (44:32):

Speaker 2 (44:33):

Speaker 4 (44:33):

Speaker 1 (44:35):
Two is the lab laboratory retriever and number one it
says mixed. Uh don't know what that means.
Speaker 4 (44:40):
Play see mix.
Speaker 5 (44:42):
I'm throwing like cause you don't doodle is not like
a doodle isn't a it's a mix. You get labordoodles,
golden doodles, burned doodles, sheep doodles, like that's probably I'm
calling that doodle.
Speaker 2 (44:52):
Is a Frenchy doodle. Ye're starting to make long hair
frenchies now, Oh my gosh, yeah, fluffy friend, she's oh
my god. Yeah, yeah, they're designing them in a lab. Anyways, Julianne,

Villains in Anaheim, and so that's gonna be happening. I'm
sure we'll give you a recap when we eventually do that.
But shout out to Villains. I reached out to them
and let them know, like how many people are showing up,
because you know Julianne, she has a large group to herself.
But look up Villains in Anaheim. It's really, really, really cool.
(45:42):
I've been there multiple times and their food is great
and it's just a really cool atmosphere. They have a
pool there, it's insane. So check out Villains. It's a brewery,
the Villain's Brewery in Anaheim, and I can't wait for
us'll all be together.
Speaker 6 (45:58):

suits and board shorts?

to lock the f in, Okay, lock in, get it done.
