Happy New Year! As we enter into 2025 you’re no doubt being bombarded with ‘New Year, new me’ BS that comes around every January. As you may know, here at Where Is My Mind we’re not for that pressure.

One of the biggest lessons you can learn is what works for you, and what you really need. For Niall, that’s discipline, community and a regular digital detox.
