Prescription drugs have long been relied on in all areas of healthcare, and while modern medicine can have incredible benefits, we also need to start looking at the bigger picture when it comes to our physical and mental health.

Julia also shares inspiring global examples of social prescribing in action and offers insights on how we can incorporate this approach into our own lives—starting with a simple question: What truly matters to you?
