Speaker 1 (00:03):
Six extra minutes of cuddling in the morning can make
your whole day better.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Good morning, Anna, and welcome to another episode of Where's
Your Headline? At Hello? You've brought one that says six minutes.
Do you want to read out the rest of it?

Speaker 1 (00:17):
Yeah, So six minutes of extra cuddling can make your
whole day better. So you know that half asleep cuddle
when neither of you want to leave bed. Yet, that's
not laziness, that's emotional vitamins a sove. They found that
just six extra minutes of morning cuddles can improve your mood,
reduce stress, and make you feel more connected, all before breakfast.

(00:40):
So next time someone's alarm goes off, just roll over
and say snooze it doctor's orders.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
Are you just bringing this to remind me that I
wake up by myself every morning?

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Do you know what? Selfishly? I'm actually not. I'm actually
bringing this up because Michael has been working so much
at the moment on the business, and he loves waking
up super early, Like he wakes up at five am
and goes and starts working on the business. So I
actually wake up. So I was like, I'm going to

(01:10):
bring this on to where's your headline? Matt's going to
complain about how he wakes up alone. I'm going to
complain about how I wake up alone. And I'm going
to send Michael this episode.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Do you you're not a morning person? Are you either?

Speaker 1 (01:22):
I do like the morning.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
No, I am, but like getting up, Like I really
struggle to get out of bed, like my ex would
just leap out of bed.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
Yeah, if my alarm goes off, I'm not immediately hopping
out of bed. My alarm goes off, then I like
turn a TV on see what's happening in the world.
Like I have like a very nice, like relaxing ritual that.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
Do you go on your phone? Yes, I think guilty
of going my notification. Yeah, I've been guilty of doing that.
I want to like not scroll as soon as I
wake up, because I've said it before, that's your first
dopamine hit and then the rest of the day you're scrolling.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
And we should all be cuddling.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
We all should be cuddling. I mean I can cuddle
my pillow.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
I guess you know what, when I was single and
I still have this teddy bear, but I had a
teddy bear and I would just cuddle my teddy bear.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
I know I've spoken to girls and have like big
teddy bears that they cuddle.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
Yeah, like, you know, could you imagine me? Maybe the
person doesn't need to be an actual human.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
No, I feel like cuddling a human makes it feel
a lot better.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
Maybe I'll buy you a teddy bear for Christmas, a
big imagine big teddy bear in my I said, Oh
my god, have you seen those? This is like off topic,
but those AI robot people, Yeah, that freaks me out
on such a deep level.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
Have you discussed have you seen like the me, the
the what do you call it? Like all the memes
of it. When you when your AI human robot looks
at you and you want something or like it, it's
like they're just funny.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Yah.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
I probably shouldn't peat them on the podcast because they're
pretty gross, but they're they're finding my algorithms. So cuddling
for seven minutes I do. I used to love cuddling
my partner in the morning. Yeah, when you wake up
having a quick cuddle.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
It's ways checking on some booth milk?

Speaker 2 (02:59):
Is he right? I think?

Speaker 1 (03:00):
Bite? Oh goodness.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
And so if you don't cuddle Swede in the morning.
That would I actually so know, I actually do.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
Like I bring him into our bed and I cuddle him,
and he gives the best cuddles.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
Yeah, well, I can imagine if like you could bring
a dog into the bed and cuddle your dog like
that would have the same sort of effects effect six.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
Minutes of that six minutes of baby cuddles. Anytime of
the day. With baby cuddles, they're the best.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
He looks very cuddly. So if anyone's listening and you
want to brighten up your day and start it on
a good page, cuddle your partner for an extra six minutes.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
And if you don't have one, cuddle a baby. And
if you don't have a baby, cuddle a teddy.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
And if you don't have a teddy, cuddle your pillow.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
I love cuddling my pillow.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
Yeah it's good for your leg I have a spine.
I never cuddle my pillow.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
I put one in between my legs. Really good for
the spine. Really yeah, yeah you should try it, might
have to.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
My back is hurting a little bit.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
Okay, guys, this is just a quick one that today.
