Speaker 1 (00:00):
How are you, mister whetrom Brett.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
If you saw yesterday, I'm fantastic this morning.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
I did see yesterday. I didn't see it until almost
eleven o'clock at night, but I did see it. Oil
prices sank a little bit on Wednesday for Whetro Wednesday.
Stock markets not just here, uh but worldwide actually saw
a rally on Wietro Wednesday. So it looks pretty decent.

(00:28):
Give me some numbers, give me some facts so that
I can be all caught up this morning.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
I thought you were on vacation.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
The market did that, well, it's usually when we were
really that's what happens. So the Towers up six hundred
and twelve.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
Points, which is one point two four percent, the.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
S and P, which set another records, up one.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
Hundred and five point nine zero points, which is one
point four to six, and the Nasdaq was uh five
hundred and twelve point eight two points, which is a.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Hair over two percent.

Speaker 3 (00:59):
Wow, very good day. Some of the information that came out.
If we look back to Tuesday, we had job openings,
which sank a little bit from the month before, but
that's just job openings, but new home sales for February
increased from five hundred and eighty three to six hundred
and thirty five thousand. New home sales for March went

(01:19):
from six hundred and thirty five thousand to six eighty two.
The service number was down. Just to hear it's still
over fifty. Now, yesterday we had the ADP re employment reports.
Now was a roll's going out. It wasn't sixty one thousand.
They were expecting eighty four thousand. It came into one
hundred and nine thousand. But yet that's good news. And

(01:40):
you know, we've been worried about the war and things,
so some of this stuff you don't hear as much.
But that's good look of what the economy is doing. Plus,
we have companies my land hitting expectations, beaten analysts numbers.
We had AMD which leaped eighteen point six percent. We

(02:01):
had Super micros rallied to twenty four point five percent.
The AI boom is moving, the CBS Health Group resuming.
The CBS Health climbed seven point six percent, even while
Disney climb gained seven point five They're talking about their
new second movie on Zutopia to help them out tremendously

(02:24):
and expecting more people to hit the cruise ships they
have and the parks you uber.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
Drove up eight point five percent. There were only two
categories if you look at the eleven sectors of the
s top two categories that were negative, and that was
utilities and of course energy.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
That barrel of oil, it fell seven point eight percent
to one oh one point two seven from earlier this
week without one hundred and fifteen. It's currently this morning,
the brent is at ninety nine eight cents, regular oils
at ninety two dollars ninety one cents. Actually that's not
push Yeah, I would like it to get to our
pockets and have gas. Lingo down Ohio dropped a couple

(03:06):
cents to four dollars and seventy eight cents, diesels holding
up at five sixty seven cents.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
So it will trickle yeah, it just takes a little
time to trickle down to us.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
Well, yeah, because that that price that you quoted is
what they're paying for oil that they won't get for
a couple of months. So the price at the pump
is going to stay high or at least a little bit.
We little bit, Well, that's not bit, that's not too bad.
And then according to the headline, worldwide things look good.
What happened in Asia and Europe? Did they stock markets all?

(03:40):
See gains there?

Speaker 3 (03:41):
Also well in Asia if we look at just last
a day before they did. Yes, but we had the
Hong Kong Index up four hundred and twelve points, Japan's
K three three and twenty which is five point. Yeah.
In Europe we had the France CAC it lost six points,
the German backs down thirty six points, the FOOTS was

(04:04):
down seventy four points.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
Okay, right now, our.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
Futures are a little mixed to dous, down just a fraction,
but yet the sp and the Nazarca are up just
to hear as well, so to be determined when it
opens up a.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
