Something story in the Denver Gazette andColorado Politics today about two ballad initiatives that
Rich and so many other people areworking on. And one of those ballad
initiatives would prohibit biological males from competingin girls' sports at the K through twelve
level unless they are co ed sports, and I want to make sure that

we make that distinction. The secondpetition is one that I genuinely am gobsmack
that we even need, because itsimply requires schools to notify parents when their
child expresses gender incongruents. Now,the reason this is needed is because there
are school districts whose official policy isto keep parents in the dark. And

joining me now, Rich Googenheim totalk about both of these things, Rich,
where's your dark money group behind you? I don't see them. I
say that because today in the articleby Marian Goodland, they spoke to some
of the opposition to the these verysensible ballot initiatives, and they basically were
like, we don't know who's financiallybacking these people, because paying people to

gather signatures is expensive, but it'soften the only reliable way to get a
measure on the ballot. And uh, Bruce Parker of out Boulder County said,
if you hear that this is aboutprotecting kids, you're being lied to.
Well, and I find that ridiculous. It is ridiculous. And Bruce
and Mary Anne, if any ofyou or even those of you folks at

one Colorado who claim that you representthe LGBT IQA plus two spirit whatever,

Let me also just say out BulverCounty and one Caller do not speak for
the LGBT IQA plus community. Infact, the only thing that they care
about is erasing sex and sex basedrights and undermining the rights of gay and
lesbian people with all of this transqueer ideology that they're trying to throw out

there, and grooming children. Let'stalk about your backers, and I jokingly
say, you're dark money backers.Where are they you are right now?
I just want to give you avision of rich here in the studio.
He's got on his shirt that sayssave Girls Sports. He's got on a
sticker that says Volunteer coordinator or volunteercirculator. And he's got petitions right here.

Who did you pay to get signaturesfor these petitions? Nobody. It's
all volunteers. So how many volunteersdo you have right now? We have
quite a few all over the state. Just to be perfectly honest with you,
a lot of it has been meand people like Aaron and people like

Linda White, who is also mycopa on this VALLID initiative, and Lori
Gimmelstein. We have been working withthe Protect Kids Colorado organization and we're getting
volunteers. We have women who aremoms, who are athletes themselves, we
have grandparents. This is a citizen'sinitiative, just like it should be fully

sponsored by people. And if anindividual grassroots want to help pay for some
of this stuff, they can donate. But most of this is all volunteer
people in the community who say,you know what, we need to protect
our children and we need to protectgirls. And these organizations like out Boulder
County are gas lighting people. Yes, they are into believing that we have

to protect trans rights. Bs.These men, these AGPs do should not
have rights at the expense of womenand children. AGP auto Gynophilia's oh okay,
what is you just threw that outme. I don't know what that
is. What is that? That'sa man who likes to dress up as
a women and gets his jellies off. Well, okay, so there's a

sexual arousal component there. Yeah,that is what Leah Thomas has been credibly
accused of. Well, and it'sthe same thing if you read about the
Kapa Kappa Gamma girls. Yeah,these men are posers. These men are
failed athletes, and there's a biologicaladvantage that these men have against girls in

sports. This is what I alwayswonder Rich. It's like, I mean,
I couldn't imagine being a person whowould revel in beating someone that I
was physically. It's like if Iwas going to go, you know,
go to play Jeopardy against twelve yearolds. They're cheaters, That's what I
think. And it's just kind ofsad and pathetic. I actually have a
lot of sympathy for whatever mental thingthey have going on there that wants to

beat up their little brother's best friend. You know what I mean. They
want to beat up on somebody thatdoesn't have a fighting chance. Well,
and you know what, It's notjust about the athletic opportunities that are being
denied here. This is about women'ssense of space and belonging. This is
about opportunities for scholarships, because alot of these girls in junior high and
high school are competing for scholarships togo to a college, right so those

are being forfeited to men. I'mnot going to call a dude a woman.
We already established that at the legislativesession. These are about lost opportunities,
academically, lost opportunities in the careerfield. This is about space that
is safe in the locker room.It goes into the prisons, it goes
into the sororities. This is aboutdenying women opportunities that women have fought for

a long time to have the rightto work, the right to equal pay.
And let me just say this,if we're going to talk about the
gender pay gap, then we needto start having a serious conversation about the
fact that men, no matter howmany dresses they wear, are not women.
Women deserve these opportunities for equity andpay and equality in the workplace,

and the right to have maternity leave, because no matter how you say it,
men are not birthing people. SorryScott, Yeah, that birthing people
think chat my hide. That onewas a ridge too far for me.
So the second, the second initiativeis it is so simple that I'm genuinely
stunned that we're even having a conversationabout it. Can I stund you again?

Oh? God? Please? Doyou know who's fighting against us?
Know who? The Colorado PTA?Oh, shut up on Fritz at the
Colorado PTA. And they have alreadyfundraised over one hundred thousand dollars to try
and stop this initiative, to furtherinsert themselves between parents and their children,
to continue the practice that is widespreadin school districts all over Colorado, which

is, if a child comes andsays, oh, I want to use
the pronouns of the opposite sex,the school district's policy is to not tell
parents, to assume that parents willbe abusive, horrible people, and not
support their children. In Colorado,they are also sponsoring and supporting the bills
that went through the legislature that willmake it so that teachers have to affirm

a child's identity, and that teachershave to give them the psycho the social
emotional support that they need. Andnow under the Reproductive Bill of Rights,
if you're over twelve, you canget the medical treatment without your parental knowledge
or consent. Oh my god,ah ah. This to me is parents

(07:29):
and and adults forcing their ideology andbelief system onto children that we're now beginning
to see more and more scientific studies. The CAST Review is critical in understanding
that a vast majority of these childrengrow out of this. They either turn
into gay kids or they grow outof it and become more comfortable with their
own gender. Well, and thatto me is exactly what this boils down

to. And this is why Isay the trans queer agenda is homophobic,
because we know from the science thatthe ninety seven and a half percent of
the children who are socially transitioned willeventually go on to medically transitioning. That's
what we're doing in Cholorado schools rightnow. Whereas if these children are allowed
to just go about their life,eighty percent of them will grow out of

it and reconcile with their natal sex. This is a form of gay and
lesbian conversion therapy. This is aform of gay erasure and that's why I,
as a gay man, have aproblem. But more importantly, beyond
that, we are depriving these childrenof their opportunity to leave healthy, fulfilling

lives because we sterilize them, wemutilate them. They cannot reproduce, They're
left sterile. They can't even enjoysex in a lot of these cases as
adults because of the damage that's beendone to their body. And it's wrong.
I agree, Rich Guggenheim. Howcan people get petitions? And where
do you need petitions gathered? Arethere parts of the state, because our

signal goes all over the place,Are there parts of the state that you
needed volunteers to stand outside their grocerystores and collect signatures? Absolutely? And
I know you go all over theplace because as I'm traveling, I could
hear you all the way down inAlamosa. Nice. So I will be
down in Alamosa on Wednesday. TonightI will be in Holyoake and Haxton.
So we need people up in northeastColorado. If you're in Weld County,

if you're in Morgan County, ifyou're in Logan County and on those out
on the eastern Plains. Contact usbecause we need the people to seculate the
petitions out there. On Friday,I'm going to be in Pueblo, so
we also need more people out onthe southeastern corner of the state and Pueblo

org and you can sign up tobe a petition carrier. And the places
where we have found them are churches. We are going out to the community
events at summertime. There's lots ofsports, there's lots of festivals, there's
Memorial Day, there's parades and communitythings coming up all summer long. This
is happening and we are down tolike seventy days to collect these petition signatures,
and we got to get two hundredthousand of them. So also,

if you're here along the front Rangeand you're going to be in Denver and
you are interested in helping us,we're looking for volunteers to help us stand
outside of ball Arena and Coresfield duringthe supporting events. YEP. These places
are large gatherings of people, andwe need to have people who will show
up with their petitions to get peopleto sign them, because at the end
of the day, this is aboutprotecting women in our community and protecting children

in our community. And if you'rea dad, if you're a father,
if you're a husband, I'm askingspecifically for you to get involved in this
because your wife, your mother,your granddaughters, they're the people that we
