Speaker 1 (00:00):
So I had to upgrade our telstraa plan today, added
another device on it, and I booked the appointment for
eleven o'clock at Helensvale, to which I was then running late,
and left my house at five to eleven. Now she
wasn't going to work eleven. We don't leave five minutes
from Helensvale. Then I got stuck in the most horrendous traffic.

(00:21):
So by the time I got to Westfield, I actually
couldn't remember, as well as having an absolute brain fart
moment where I was like, where is the telstray shop
in Westfield Helensville And I'm there like all the time,
but I'm going no, no, no, it's not down that end
where aldi is. It has to be up the other end.
So then I put into my phone, tells tostore Helensvale,
and for some reason it thought I was walking when

(00:42):
I was driving, and then it was telling me I
was going to be there in forty five minutes, and
I was like, I don't know about this car. Well, actually, yeah,
knowing my car is probably best to walk places.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Are you driving?

Speaker 1 (00:56):
Berdie? Anyway, as I got out of the car, I
found it, walked into the store, I looked down at
my phone and it had we have canceled your Telstra
appointment because I was fifteen minutes late. And I was like,
and I looked at the card. I went, right, well,
I'm here for my appointment, but it looks like you've
just canceled. He goes, no, no, no, don't worry about it.
All good, started chatting to him. He sat me down

(01:18):
with one of the girls there, and she was a
sweet girl. She's studying biomede I think, and she's very
She was amazing to the extent where so I'd left
my license at home because I'm an idiot, right, because
that was the one thing I had to bring my
license and left it at home.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
Drive your car, yeah, and you left your license at home? Yeah, oh,
as you.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
Were officer anyway. Then I had to call Paul and say,
can you show me? Can you take a photo of
my license? Runt and back to which he did. And
then those things wouldn't work in the computer because I
realized that the license that I have isn't It's been
extended by year, but I haven't got the new card number.

(02:02):
So there's two licenses at home. And she just handled
me so well. She goes, what about a Medicare card?
And I was like pleased, little cotton socks, can you
get me? But even down to the fact that I

(02:23):
said out louder code for something and I didn't write
it down. And she looked over and she goes, that's
cool and wrote it down. The six did it number
that I just said out loud? She didn't write it down,
She just remembered it straight away. She was sensational.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
That's so cool.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Ever, high five at the end, and she goes, there's
going to be a survey. I'm gonna I'm actually going
to feel the survey out.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
I only feel the survey out if they actually helped me,
or they're really really nice.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
If you're terrible, I don't feel it one extree with
the other.

Speaker 3 (02:54):

a thing on this.

It was the ladies at the Lambel Heights. I was

playing with another kid that farms the son there and
I don't know if this is too much for the radio,

(05:04):

running around and he pooped his nappy, yes, and then
he was They were running around having so much fun.
The nappy fell down to his ankles and they kept
running around and then with notice what's happened? And the
later I was so embarrassed. I had no nappy bag.
I was two minutes away from home. The two ladies

(05:27):
at the chemist helped me driving things off the shelf,
sprains and funny thinking probably get these women and the
kids out of here. But the lady up there, oh
