Speaker 1 (00:00):
So we're lucky enough to have my little French bulldog
in the station with us. Start To be honest, he's
been very, very good. You might have heard some snoring before.
That's Boston, not Trevor. So always good.
Speaker 2 (00:14):
As we said, though, it was when Trevor was talking
yes most of the time.
Speaker 1 (00:17):
Now the reason why he's here, and I'm going to
tell you this story as delicately as I can. I
don't want any little people to ask too many questions
to their parents, but this story has to be told.
(00:38):
I came home from work on Friday night. The boys
were at futsal, and I opened the back door and
I saw like white, frothy vomit. I could have to say,
basically all around the house, like I'm talking down the
hallway in the corner next to the couch in the kitchen,
(01:01):
and I found Boston Lyingley's side and he was very exhausted,
and he was making this noise.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
Was that a recording? No?
Speaker 1 (01:22):
I workshopped this across the weekend. He was on his
side and I went to pick him up, and I said,
cow mate, what are you doing? Picked him up and
he just dropped so his back legs completely gone and
I'm going what is I'm thinking, is he eating something
that we put some lawn feed out the other day?
Speaker 2 (01:40):
Maybe it's that put him pick him back up again.
Speaker 1 (01:43):
No white legs, legs like two little roast chickens at
the back just would not would not. His back legs
would just gone right. So he had like two little
chicken legs. And so I said, call Paul, and I'm like,
I don't know what's going on.
Speaker 2 (01:54):
I'm really really worried. What are we going to do?
Speaker 1 (01:56):
And he goes, Okay, I'm going to come home from footstale.
Now that was amazing because I only took a like
ten minutes to get home from futsball.
Speaker 2 (02:03):
This is when we pieced it all together.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
Is that our British bull dog, Leilani, who was a
beautiful girl, is going through a time in her life
where she's becoming a mother, which means that to her,
to him, sorry, Boston's very attracted to Leilani at this
(02:28):
point in time, which means that for the three and
a half hours he was by himself on Friday afternoon,
he was having a little bit of exercise.
Speaker 2 (02:42):
Everywhere. How am I going so far? If I cold?
Speaker 1 (02:47):
Do you think I've got the point of Christ now.
He was so exhausted from his humpathon he actually lost
them the ability to move his legs. He has very
(03:07):
short legs, and there's no way let's just say that
there will be more puppies in our life because it physically.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
But god damn, and he tried for three and a
half hours.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Are you worried about maybe little baby couches.
Speaker 2 (03:22):
Or baby a little baby TV in it? We took him.
We were actually very reconcerned.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
We thought, he's like, there is no it, wouldn't eat,
drinking water, throwing it back up, wouldn't move, blah blah blah,
panting everything else.
Speaker 2 (03:43):
So he took him to the emergency there. They were impressed.
Three and a half hours. They said he was over exhausted.
He'd over exhausted himself. What did he He needed a
drip with a fluid and lie down and we lie down.
(04:14):
So that's why he's with me today. And Leilani is
at home by herself. I haven't really checked on her
mental health. The hell's he doing. She's very happy to
be alone. Get off the baths the other No, that's
not there, don't do that.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
But he's Okay, he's sleeping it off, right man, He's
like school.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
He's well done. Noisy Hot Tomato, Time with and
Speaker 1 (04:56):
