Well, a few little things but nothing nothing major. Yes,
maybe those things are waking you up though, because they're
combining into things that are quite negative, and therefore you
need to get them all Try journaling, Ryan, try journaling before,
get all those things out or talk about, and I
guarantee you'll have a good night sleep.
