So I left this morning, so we had to do
a hollyod stuff. I'm driving a little bit more, but
of course the wonderful Eye thirty, which used to be
the Hot Tomato car. It's almost like the fourth member
of our show. I feel the I thirty, just how
crap it is and how many wonderful stories.

Speaker 3 (00:21):

No, it can't hear me because it's at home. Because
the fan beltdo so the door won't open at the moment,
the passenger door, so so let's just go back a
little bit further.

Speaker 3 (00:33):

Out around Christmas, yes, and that got fixed, and then
now the door doesn't open on the passenger side, so
you got to open it. So currently at the moment,
I have to either the kids have to get into
the back seat to get out.

Surprisingly, at school they don't like doing that one. They

So today I'm driving and I don't have a lot
of fuel because it's payday on Monday, and I'm just

And I got home, I had to drop something off
forgot something came back and I as I left the house,
I heard that it was like there was a I
don't know, like a branch stuck in one of the tires. Oh,
that's also going flat at the moment. I haven't fixed that,

And I pulled over and I had some cracker of
a Tailor Swift song on and I was listening to
the radio.

I was to turn tailor down. I thought, I know,
there's nothing wrong with it.

Now, that's when you turn it up. I keep going, Sorry.

Anyway, anything that's wrong with the car.

Got a bit further down the road, looked and saw
that the battery light had come on. So I've called
Paul and I've gone the battery lights on the car.
He's like, oh, that's okay, it'll probably be fine. It
started and I said, yeah, yeah, he guess all that's surprising.
And then I got a bit further down the and
then the temperature gauge went up to h which is high,
which is not good, like high as hi, not as

So we went back to the house God and I said,
what what is it like? Do we need water or
oil or whatever? And he's gonna, well, let's just have
a look, and then he's coming off found it and
he pulled out my fan belt.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
Oh no, so my fan broke the cart. It's completely shredded.
So I thought it would be bigger.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
I don't know why I thought it was Okay, So
half of it somewhere in Hope Island. Anyone needs a belt,
just go on Hope Island Road and you'll find a belt.

So the fan belts dead.

Hope Island rode and then you're going to travel another
meter and there's more there. We had an old Mazda Yeah,
and we were coming back from holidays one time, Yeah,
and it was overheating and I said, I'll just take
it easy. And we're literally maybe two k's away from
home and we're traveling up the hill and then all
the lights switched on us lit up and we're literally
on a hill and there's traffic behind us. And then

I went to go put it in park and it
wouldn't and I and then I put my foot on
the brake and that wasn't working. And the I went kids,
what hang on reverse? Straight back into traffic? Has the
lights on and the bree Why are we doing? And
I don't know. I'm just doing like a Tom cruise man.
I just had to figure out as we go everywhere

it's calm down. And then slowly got it back in,
dodged maybe one or two cars, and then got it
to a curb, up on the curb, and then slammed
the handbrake on.
