Good afternoon. I'm Adam Cooper and this is her midday
news fix for Tuesday, the ninth of July. Chloe Swowbrick
says the Green Party will continue asking Darlene Tana to
resign from Parliament. It made the request after receiving a
report on Tana's knowledge of alleged migrant exploitation at her
husband's business. She had been suspended on full pay for

one hundred and fifteen days. Tarta's resigned from the party
but not parliament, and says she doesn't accept the report's findings.
She claims it substantially misrepresents her level of involvement in
her husband's business. Saw Brooks says if Tana believes in
the principles the party was elected on, she needs to
recognize the bigger picture.
