Police pulled over the driver, aged eighteen, without incident, saying
he was more concerned with the speed they had to
do to catch him, rather than his own speeding. It's
the second time the driver has been stopped for speeding
in as many weeks. The driver will appear in course
on two charges of dangerous driving and his license has
been suspended for twenty eight days.

Paper cups, binliners, and pizza boxes have been the focus
of a new study which found some clean green claims
are not adding up. The Auckland University study revealed some
compostible products contain contaminants which threatened soil and groundwater. Health
Associate Professor lokech Padaiah says consumers make decisions based on
marketing claims without knowing if products meet those standards. The

implication from this study of thought we should be more ugillant.
New Zealand actually need a regulatory framework around compostable products.
A court case in Hawaii over deadly wildfires in Moi
last August has reached a four billion US dollar settlement
in damages. They were the deadliest wildfires in Hawaii's history
since statehood, killing over one hundred people and destroying the

seven defendants will pay the settlements from mid next year.
That's news. In sport, former Olympic heptathlete Sarah Carli Ross
